2:27Donald Trump is attacking the Midas Touch Network over our coverage of his disastrous war
2:33in Iran. He's also attacking the Midas Touch Network.
2:37Then 24 hours of the Midas Touch Network winning podcast of the year for the
2:44news category in the iHeart Awards that just took place.
2:49And shout out to iHeart.
2:50We're grateful for that award.
2:51But Donald Trump and his regime kept on referring to us as dumbasses yesterday on
2:59social media. Not every day where you're called a dumbass by the White House.
3:05Something I will tell my daughter when she's older.
3:08The White House called me a dumbass because I called out their unlawful war that
3:15has destroyed the United States of America.
3:19Let me show you what went down.
3:21So we were exposing the hypocrisy of the White House.
3:27What else is new? They lie about everything where they were trying to say, of
3:31course, Iran poses a threat to the United States, an imminent threat.
3:36But that's why we had to invade.
3:38So then we just showed a post of Caroline Levitt, Donald Trump's chief propagandist, when
3:44she previously wrote, to be clear, no such threat from Iran to our homeland exists.
3:50And it never did. To which we were called a dumbass by the official White
3:57House rapid response account. No such threat to our homeland of Iran launching a drone
4:04offensive on our West Coast dumbasses.
4:09So let's just rewind and let me show you what happened and what we then
4:14said to the White House and Trump in response that has since gone mega viral.
4:19But first, this ultra -maga right -wing extremist by the name of Joe Kent, who
4:27has been serving as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center.
4:33He resigned from his position, objecting to Donald Trump's unlawful war in Iran.
4:39He said that this war is a war of choice, that Iran did not pose
4:45any imminent threat to the United States.
4:48Essentially, that it is a betrayal to the MAGA movement.
4:51And while this guy, Joe Kent, is certainly a right -wing extremist who has said
4:57and done some of the most heinous things that we've called out, he did previously
5:03serve like in 11 combat tours.
5:06He is a husband of his wife, Dian.
5:11in Syria in 2019, a gold star husband.
5:16And amongst the kind of far right MAGAs, they like this guy, even though we
5:22call him out. So him saying that Donald Trump betrayed the MAGA movement and him
5:27resigning his position. And he did it in a very kind of dramatic fashion.
5:32He's Tulsi Gabbard's number two.
5:34He told Tulsi he was going to resign.
5:36And Tulsi's like, wait, wait, wait, just speak to J .D.
5:38Vance. You got to go to the White House.
5:40So he went to the White House.
5:41He told J .D. Vance that he was going to resign, handed the resignation letter.
5:46Now he's I think going to be going on Tucker Carlson.
5:49And so he posted his resignation that it's a betrayal of MAGA.
5:53That post went mega viral, like over 75 million views on X, formerly Twitter, in
6:00a period of 24 hours.
6:02So in response, Caroline Levitt got all nervous.
6:05And so she responded to Joseph Kent saying that Iran did not pose an imminent
6:11threat, that we were dragged into this war by Netanyahu and Israel, and that this
6:17will be a catastrophe for the United States of America.
6:20So Caroline Levitt says in response to Joseph Kent, she goes, there are many false
6:25claims in this letter. But let me address one specifically, that Iran posed no imminent
6:30threat to our nation. This is the same false claim that Democrats and some in
6:35the liberal media have been repeating over and over.
6:38As President Trump has clearly and explicitly stated, he had strong and compelling evidence that
6:44Iran was going to attack the United States first.
6:47The evidence was compiled from many sources and many factors.
6:51We're not going to tell you, but many sources and many factors.
6:54So we just responded to Caroline Levitt with her own post.
6:59So Caroline Levitt, a week or so ago, posted the following with respect to a
7:05story by ABC that Iran was potentially going to attack the United States and potentially
7:12looking to attack the West Coast, California and LA, by the way, where I live.
7:17Caroline Levitt previously wrote, this post and story should be immediately retracted by ABC News
7:24for providing false information to intentionally alarm the American people.
7:29They wrote this based on one email that was sent to local law enforcement in
7:33California about a single unverified tip.
7:37The email even states the tip was based on unverified intelligence.
7:41Yet ABC News left out this critical fact in their story.
7:44Why? To be clear, no such threat from Iran to our homeland exists, and it
7:50never did. So we just posted Caroline's message.
7:55So then Trump's rapid response White House team referred to us as dumbasses, and they
8:00go, no such threat to our homeland of Iran launching a drone offensive on our
8:06West Coast, dumbasses. The nuclear threat of the psychotic, murderous Iranian regime is very real,
8:14however. Thank God we finally have a president who's doing something about it.
8:20So then we responded to Trump and his White House by saying, what nuclear threat?
8:26Dumbasses. And all we simply did with a mic drop moment was we posted a
8:33press release from the White House dated June 25th, 2025, where the White House posted,
8:40Iran's nuclear facilities have been obliterated and suggestions otherwise are fake news.
8:49So if you completely obliterated Iran's nuclear program on June 25th, 2025, you are now
8:57claiming the nuclear threat of the psychotic, murderous Iranian regime is very real.
9:03How could it be very real if you obliterated it back in June?
9:08This is the problem, Trump regime, when you literally lie about every single thing.
9:14Also, it should be noted that the Trump regime then went on to attack Joe
9:20Kent throughout the entire day.
9:22And they said that, oh, Joe Kent is a leaker and he's disloyal and he's
9:27a bad guy. And he's someone, he's the, he's now a liberal.
9:32What are you talking about?
9:34But it just goes to show Joe Kent, this is what happened when you call
9:39out the cult. And if you're MAGA, that means you have to cover up child
9:43sex trafficking rings. Now MAGA equals you're the Epstein class, right?
9:48Trump says you're not MAGA.
9:51If you, you could do all the things that Marjorie Taylor Greene did, but you're
9:55not MAGA. If you say, stop the child sex trafficking coverup.
10:00Uh, if you're totally MAGA with all of their crazy extremists, delusional and deranged things,
10:06but you go, yeah, but doing this war in Iran, where now the Strait of
10:11Hormuz is blocked and America's economies is cratering and we've lost the lives of 13
10:18service members. And Donald Trump is out there like campaigning off of it, 200 seriously
10:24injured. There's this never ending war.
10:26Oh, you call that out.
10:28You're not MAGA, you're exiled.

12:09There's been time over time this Trump regime has been attacking the Midas Touch Network.
12:15As you know, state regime media, which calls itself Fox, frequently attacking the Midas Touch
12:21Network. One of our hosts, Aaron Parnas, very early on in the Trump regime, was
12:26threatened with arrest by the Trump regime because he was reporting on where ICE raids
12:31were taking place. Like not this past February, the February of 2025, when the ICE
12:38surge just started to begin.
12:41We've had hosts like Katie Fang get attacked and the Midas Touch Network has been
12:45attacked. Remember when the Midas Touch Network broke the story about how the military was
12:51going to be doing those tests on or around last October, where they were going
12:58to be shooting live ammunition over the highway.
13:01Remember Midas Touch Network broke that story.
13:03Then we broke the story.
13:04First, we said, we believe that with these live munitions that they're firing over the
13:10highways, that it could result in some of the shrapnel falling into the highway.
13:17Then we reported when the shrapnel was in the highway.
13:20Then everybody was like, oh, that's such irresponsible reporting.
13:23You don't know what you're talking about.
13:25And even like corporate news was attacking us, right?
13:27No, we had all the facts, right?
13:29We told you all when the live munitions test was going to be taking place.
13:36They used these M795 high explosive rounds that were detonated.
13:43And now the Defense Department issued a report.
13:46Military report is saying that it is a one in a million live fire malfunction
13:52that rained shrapnel on the California highway.
13:55So we went from being completely attacked, whatever that was, last October or before then,
14:02on this to you got it right.
14:05And now it's a 666 page report.
14:09Odd number, by the way, saying this was a one in a million situation when
14:14we were calling it out from the outset.
14:16By the way, we were calling out what was going to happen in the straight
14:18-up removes. We were calling out what's going to happen when you tariff against the
14:21world. Why? Because when you follow, it's not because we're like prescient and we predict
14:25the future. We're just listening to what the experts are saying, what the scientists are
14:29saying, what the facts are saying right in front of us.
14:33And look, folks, I'm just going to say this.
14:35This Trump regime has all of MAGA livid right now about this unlawful war, about
14:41the cover -up of the Epstein files.
14:45This Trump's popularity, which was already at historic lows, continues to plummet.

16:59those people at all. We're just going to report on the facts each and every
17:04day. And if the Trump regime wants to threaten, harass us, call us dumbasses or
17:09whatever, so be it, okay?
17:11We're going to report the facts, and we're going to report on them relentlessly and
17:17fearlessly. By the way, that's what the speech was that we gave when we won
17:20the iHeart Award for the best news podcast of the year.
17:24And I don't think it's coincidental that after winning that award, that the Trump regime

21:59one of the things that are being missed when we talk about the closure of
22:02the Strait of Hormuz as well is that it's not just the oil.
22:08It's not just the crude that's stuck, right?
22:10And it's not just creating this oil shock.
22:14These ships carry things like helium, aluminum food, fertilizer, and that supply chain just destroyed
22:23right now. Destroyed right now.

22:28Let's play. I mean, the Strait of Hormuz, as we've been talking about, is locked
22:32down about 20%. 20 % of the world's oil comes through there.
22:35But that's not the only thing.
22:37Other ships that don't carry oil but carry other products are also stuck in the
22:42Persian Gulf. And they carry things like helium, aluminum.
22:46They carry food. They carry fertilizer, which is a key ingredient for food.
22:53Food prices could start to surge as well.
22:55And one of the other things is natural gas.
22:58And remember, our electricity runs on natural gas.
23:02One of the big power sucks is AI right now.
23:06And natural gas powers that.
23:08So all of that could compound and make prices a lot more expensive.
