Trump Cracks as US Ground Invasion Imminent
3/13/202615 mincomplete
0:00Donald Trump is panicking as his war against Iran is spiraling out of control and
0:04we may be reaching a phase in this war where a United States ground invasion
0:09is imminent. Let me explain to you what's happening and it is actually reminiscent of
0:15what went down during the Vietnam War.
0:17So what we learned earlier today, multiple sources telling the Wall Street Journal and others
0:21that the Pentagon is moving a marine expeditionary unit to the Middle East as Iran
0:27steps up its attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz, according to two officials
0:32who spoke to the Wall Street Journal.
0:34Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth approved a request from U .S.
0:38Central Command CENTCOM for an expeditionary unit typically consisting of up to 2 ,500 marines
0:46to be deployed near Iran, with the marines to be believed to be coming from
0:51the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms, California.
0:56Now, this is significant because the escalation of the Vietnam War leading to the direct
1:03U .S. ground combat involvement began March 8th, 1965, with the landing of 3 ,500
1:10U .S. Marines from the 9th Marine Expeditionary Brigade.
1:15And you can take a look how the troop ramp up actually went down in
1:20Vietnam thereafter. So this is one of the first steps, I believe, to a potential
1:26ground invasion. One of the things we're learning about as well is, and we've known
1:32this now for some time, Putin's significant involvement in helping Iran, China's involvement in helping
1:39Iran. Donald Trump gave an interview earlier today with Brian Kilmeade on State Regime Media,
1:44which calls itself Fox. And when Donald Trump was asked if you believe Putin is
1:50helping Iran, Donald Trump's response was basically like, so what, even if he is?
1:55Here, play this clip. Do you think Putin is helping him?
1:58I think he might be helping him a little bit.
2:01Yeah, I guess. And he probably thinks we're helping Ukraine, right?
2:04And you are, right? Yeah, we're helping him also.
2:08And so he says that.
2:10And China would say the same thing, you know, it's like, hey, they do it
2:14and we do it in all fairness.
2:16Now, how treasonous is that?
2:18So what? We're doing it too?
2:21Can you act tough? Can you act like the president of the United States?
2:24Can you act like you took an oath to protect, defend our constitute?
2:28What are you doing right there?
2:30And also, I think it's notable as well that Donald Trump is just allowing Chinese
2:34ships and Iranian ships to go through the Strait of Hormuz without any issues at
2:40all. Trump is terrified of Xi Jinping because those Chinese ships and those Iranian ships
2:45continue to take oil out of the while all of the United States allies and
2:50the U .S. ships are being blocked.
2:52And Iran says, if you get our permission, you can leave.
2:55But Trump's just letting the Chinese ships go shows you how scared he is of
2:58Xi Jinping. It's terrible. Here's what Donald Trump said about Iranian terrorists.
3:03He goes, they're just bad.
3:05Something wrong genetically with them, he goes.
3:07It's just their genetics. It's just their genetics.
3:10What are you talking about here?
3:11Play this clip and say, yeah, this is about ISIS.
3:15I mean, how do you get into the mindset of this?
3:17How do you stop it?
3:19They're sick people. And a lot of them were let in here.
3:23They shouldn't have been let in.
3:24Others are just bad. They go bad.
3:27Something wrong. There's something wrong there.
3:29So genetics are not exactly well.
3:32They're not exactly your genetic.
3:34It's one of those problems, Brian.
3:36It's a it's a terrible thing.
3:38And it happens. And it happens.
3:40And it happens too often.
3:41And Donald Trump continues to refer to his unlawful war as an excursion.
3:47And he says they're crazy people.
3:49So we had to take this excursion.
3:51Play this clip. But take a look.
3:52We'll take a look at everything.
3:53And it's all going to work out.
3:55Look, we took an excursion.
3:57We had the greatest economy ever.
3:59We still do. And we have to do a little excursion to get rid of
4:03mad, mad people, crazy people that have that want to have nuclear weapons.
4:07If we didn't do the hit midnight hammer, if we didn't have those beautiful B2
4:13bombers hit them so effectively.
4:15And the word is obliterate.
4:17And now everybody admits the word is obliterate.
4:20In fact, they're not even talking about opening that site.
4:22They were talking about going to a new site, if you can believe it.
4:25Now, MAGA Republicans are beating their chest to try to push for a ground invasion.
4:32You have Keith Self, a MAGA Republican Congress member, says you can't just do this
4:38with air power. We need boots on the ground.
4:40Special forces need to be on the ground.
4:43Play this clip. But look, you do not defeat a nation with air power only.
4:48I am not for ground troops.
4:50But we need to understand as an American people, you may or may not get
4:53regime change with air power only because you don't defeat a nation.
4:58You have to put boots on the ground.
5:00And I'm not advocating for that.
5:01Let me say again, but we may need special forces to go in to do
5:06some of the operations on the ground.
5:08But right now, we've got the upper hand.
5:11We're from Donald Trump's ambassador to the United Nations, Whitaker.
5:15Here's what he's saying. He says, all we can see so far is that Donald
5:20Trump's been the best diplomacy first peacemaker.
5:23And then he goes on to say that, you know, look, if this is a
5:27line that they keep repeating, that if Russia is aiding Iran, they're not doing a
5:32good job right now. Here, let's play this clip right here.
5:35What kind of relationship will it take moving forward now to possibly come back to
5:41the table? I mean, I'm curious how you then simultaneously solve the issue with Russia,
5:47if we even think they might be helping Iran at this point.
5:50And you make an excellent point.
5:51If they are helping, they're not doing a very good job.
5:53And we're good with that.
5:55Yeah, I think, you know, President Trump is a diplomacy first peacemaker.
5:59And it's not until he knows there's not a deal to be made that he
6:03brings kinetic options to the table.
6:06And whether, you know, that is the situation we face right now in Iran or
6:10whether it is to try to solve the Russia -Ukraine war.
6:13I mean, there is always the time for peace is always now.
6:16President Trump is always looking for a peace deal, but he's also looking for an
6:20American first peace deal that advantages the United States of America and our people.
6:24Now, earlier today, we saw Pete Hegsif giving a speech where he said that all
6:30of the Iranian leadership was basically hiding and they were nowhere to be found.
6:36But then we saw the Iranian leadership out there.
6:38Hey, take a look at what's been going down.
6:41Iran's leadership is in no better shape.
6:44Desperate and hiding, they've gone underground, cowering.
6:48That's what rats do. And here were some scenes so you can see for yourself
6:53what the Iranian protests looked like today.
6:57By the way, Donald Trump keeps on making posts of what the Kennedy Center is
7:01going to look like when he calls it the Trump Kennedy Center.
7:04And it's just an AI image of the Kennedy Center.
7:07We heard from J .D.
7:08Vance as well. J .D.
7:09Vance gave a speech moments ago and he's acting like the gas prices are great
7:13right now. Let's just take a look right here.
7:15Now, here's the interesting thing.
7:17All this conversation happens where Joe Biden left us in a terrible situation.
7:24And the reason why gas prices are where they are today is because of Donald
7:30Trump's work to get them lower because in the Biden administration, they were crazy high.
7:36The gas prices we're seeing today are nothing like what we saw at the peak
7:40of the Biden administration because the president has set us up for energy dominance.
7:43And one of the lessons we all have to take away, frankly, every time we
7:48get involved in anything overseas, whether it's in the Middle East or anywhere else, the
7:53thing we got to take away from it is energy dominance and energy independence.
7:58Rely on our own people.
7:59Rely on our own energy.
8:01And then also you have Donald Trump speaking to Brian Kilmeade saying these are bad
8:07people. They shoot protesters in the head.
8:10Hey, you want to look in the mirror right there?
8:11Here, let's play this clip.
8:12How important would it be to get out that besieged force, the thugs that walk
8:18the streets and the moral?
8:19That would be great if we could do that.
8:20Are we aiming for them?
8:22No, these are bad people.
8:24They go out shooting protesters.
8:25You're a protester. They shoot you right through the head.
8:28This is an evil group of people.
8:30And if we had them have a nuclear weapon, they would use it and they
8:34wouldn't lose an ounce of sleep.
8:36And Trump says at the end of the day, when it comes to Iran, we're
8:38being nice. I could take things out within the next hour.
8:41Here, play this clip. We're being nice.
8:43I could take out things within the next hour.
8:47We could hang up with it.
8:48In one hour, you'd be reading about taking out nuclear power plants or power plants
8:53that creates the electricity, that creates the water.
8:57They have desalinization all over the place.
8:59We could do things that would be so bad they could literally never rebuild as
9:04a nation again. And we're trying to be nice about it.
9:08We're not doing it. Now, they'll go around and shoot civilians all over the place.
9:11But we don't do that.
9:12But we could take out elements of what they have in terms of infrastructure.
9:17They would virtually never be able.
9:20Time wouldn't matter. Never be able to reproduce it.
9:24And so far, we've chosen not to do that.
9:26But we have hit them so hard.
9:28I mean, they have no.
9:30And then Donald Trump says nobody has the technology that we have like our tomahawks.
9:35Iran doesn't have our tomahawks.
9:37Didn't you blame them the other day in saying that they stole our tomahawks and
9:41then bombed their own elementary school?
9:42Let's play this clip right here.
9:44Look, nobody has the technology or the weapons that we have.
9:47And the patriots are an example of it.
9:49We have the tomahawks. We have the patriots.
9:51We have stuff that nobody's ever been able to produce.
9:54And they can't produce it like us.
9:56And then earlier today, when Pete Hegseth was holding a press conference, he's like, the
10:01Strait of Hermoz is open.
10:02It's definitely open, except for the fact that the ships are being shot out by
10:06the Iranians. Otherwise, you can use it.
10:08I mean, this is just breathtakingly stupid.
10:11Here, play this clip. I want to emphasize what the chairman said about that.
10:15The only thing prohibiting transit in the Straits right now is Iran shooting at shipping.
10:19It is open for transit should Iran not do that.
10:23Now, there's a reason why we chose, as one of our primary objectives, destroy the
10:27Navy. We understood the ability to interdict shipping is something Iran has done for 40
10:33years. It's key terrain. They've used it as leverage.
10:36The world is seeing what they'll do to fight back in that context.
10:39text. And so we've heard them talk about taking various measures and we're planning for
10:44all of them. So we have a plan for every option here.
10:47We're working with our interagency partners and that's not a straight we're going to allow
10:51to remain contested or with a lack of flow of commercial goods.
10:56So we're aware of that.
10:57We're laser focused on our military objectives, but also want to make sure our partners
11:02across this government understand we're working with you to make sure that energy flows.
11:07We're seeing other ramifications in the Middle East as well.
11:10Bahrain had to cancel its Formula One race.
11:14Formula One canceled the Grand Prix in both Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, citing the ongoing
11:19conflict in the Middle East for the move.
11:22French President Emmanuel Macron spoke moments ago and said, you know, just in a statement
11:29of like, why the hell is the U .S.
11:31removing sanctions against Russian oil right now when, in fact, Russia is working with Iran?
11:38Like, what are you doing?
11:40Macron's like, in no case should anyone be removing sanctions from Russia?
11:45What are you doing? Watch what French President Emmanuel Macron said.
11:48He also met with Zelensky earlier today.
11:51Let's play this clip. In no case should an increase in the price of oil
11:56lead us to change our position with regard to Russia.
11:59That is the position of the G7 and, of course, that of France and Europe.
12:04You also have Brooke Rollins, Donald Trump's Agriculture Secretary, uh, talking about a new bailout
12:12for farmers as a result of the fact that fertilizing fertilizer prices are going through
12:18the roof right now as a result of the war.
12:21A lot of the fertilizer comes from the Middle East.
12:23So I guess the plan is to, what, just keep bankrupting people and then bailing
12:28them out? I mean, is that what this plan is right here?
12:30Let's play it. But yes, we'll take questions.
12:32Um, just to start, are you considering another bailout for farmers who are concerned about
12:36the rising price of fertilizer given the war?
12:38Yeah, so I appreciate that question with what's happening in Iran, what that means for
12:43specifically nitrogen urea, which is one of the key components of fertilizer.
12:47Our farmers are moving into planting season right now.
12:50So, uh, the president is very aware of these challenges and these issues.
12:55We are very close to having, uh, an announcement on some solutions on what that
13:01looks like. We're looking at every potential avenue to keep the fertilizer costs down as
13:06these farmers are going into planting season.
13:08Uh, no big announcements yet, but it is coming.
13:11I have been in conversation with the Hill on that as they're looking at additional
13:15funds for our farmers. So at this point, everything is on the table.
13:19This president is convicted. He is resolute.
13:22Um, he will stand with our farmers.
13:24He knows that his national security issue and, uh, and we're on it.
13:28So more to come on that.
13:29And we heard more from JD Vance about started talking about Christie gnome.
13:34And I guess he just talks to us like we're all stupid right now.
13:37I'll show you what went down here.
13:38Play this clip ship to hasten that delivery of resources to the people of North
13:43Carolina. A lot of people in the media have said that, you know, the reason
13:47why we made a change at DHS is because the Trump administration is backing off
13:51of its illegal immigration enforcement policy.
13:53That couldn't be further from the truth.
13:55The reason that we're making this change is because Christie gnome has a great opportunity
14:00to serve in this new shield of the America's position.
14:02I think she's going to do a great job.
14:04And on the other hand, we think it's useful to have somebody come in and
14:08focus on some of this disaster relief and recovery stuff.
14:11And that's exactly what we're going to do.
14:13But I appreciate Michael bringing that really.
14:15That's why you think Christie gnome was gone.
14:16So she could work at the shields of America.
14:19I mean, for real, that's what you think is going down.
14:22Well, we'll keep you posted every step of the way.
14:25Uh, you know, obviously this seems to be one of the first steps towards ground
14:29forces, uh, there and, uh, make sure you hit subscribe.
