0:06Let's get to the latest developments in Donald Trump's unlawful and catastrophic war against Iran

0:13after Donald Trump threatening more genocide and war crimes earlier this morning by obliterating the

0:22whole civilization of Iran. The whole civilization will die tonight.

0:27But Iran then said, why would we talk to you if you're talking about obliterating

0:33our whole civilization? Iran's cut off even any exchange of messages that Pakistan was trying

0:41to do because the Trump regime is begging Pakistan to try to come up with

0:45some deal or framework for negotiations with Iran.

0:49And now where we're at is Donald Trump is trying to negotiate for an extension

0:57to his own arbitrary deadline.

1:00U .S. and Arab officials say, talks now center around getting a deadline extension.

1:06No deal. So the question is, with about four hours remaining, less than four hours

1:13remaining, the discussion center around, can I get an extension on yet another arbitrary deadline

1:22that I've set and stating that if you don't comply with my deadline, I will

1:29obliterate your entire civilization. Now here are some updates of where things stand.

1:38Sirens and explosions have been heard in the last few minutes over Bahrain, Qatar, and

1:43the United Arab Emirates as Iran launches yet another ballistic missile attack targeting the Gulf

1:50nations, this being the first attack in roughly a week against Qatar's capital of Doha,

1:56although a Qatari flag ship that was recently in Dubai in liquidified natural gas ship

2:04was struck a few days back by Iran in retaliation for the Trump regime and

2:10Netanyahu's attack on Iranian infrastructure.

2:13You have Pakistan's prime minister, Shahbaz Sharif.

2:18He's requesting that Donald Trump extend his Iran deadline by at least two weeks, while

2:24also asking Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz, this according to Reuters.

2:31On that news, that Donald Trump may be taco -ing yet again, that Donald Trump

2:37may be extending the deadline after talking about obliterating an entire civilization, the markets which

2:45were crashing today were further manipulated and bounced back on that news.

2:50This is the cycle that we live in.

2:52And it is a humiliation ritual, frankly, for these United States of America.

2:57You can see there are audio listeners, I'm showing on video the S &P 500,

3:02surging on the news that Pakistan has asked for a two -week extension of Donald

3:09Trump's deadlines after Iran cut off communication with Pakistan because Donald Trump said, I'm going

3:19to obliterate your civilization. And then Trump and Netanyahu launched coordinated attacks on railway, on

3:27Karg Island, on other infrastructure in Tehran.

3:31And now Iran is retaliating against the Arab nation neighbors where there are American military

3:38interests. Also, during these, I'm not even sure you call it, mediations, yeah, the IDF

3:47announced that it attacked eight bridges in Iran today.

3:50You know, it was notable.

3:51You know, my eyes actually hurt a little bit.

3:55I really didn't get much sleep last night because I was following the developments.

3:58And I thought at one point there could have been an opportunity for a ceasefire

4:03because I saw Iran's ambassador to – I didn't – I knew that Iran said

4:10that they would never agree to a ceasefire.

4:12So let me start off with that premise.

4:13They said they want a permanent security guarantee for themselves, for the Houthis, for Hezbollah,

4:19for the Shiite militia groups in Iraq.

4:21They want full reparations for the war.

4:24They want to control these straight -up removes.

4:25They won't give up their ballistic missiles, Shahid drones, and FPV drones.

4:31And they want America off the military bases in the region.

4:35And they said that they – and they don't want a ceasefire because a ceasefire

4:39means temporary. And they view any ceasefire as something that Donald Trump will manipulate with

4:44Netanyahu and attack during a ceasefire or try to increase the munitions that are depleted

4:52at this point. So Iran's like, why would we give you basically time to recover

4:59just when you're going to attack us again that you will use the ceasefire in

5:04bad faith? So I never thought Iran would agree to a ceasefire.

5:07But hope springs eternal, right?

5:09So at – what is it?

5:102 a .m. my time?

5:111 a .m. 1 .30 a .m.

5:12my time, I saw this Iranian ambassador to Pakistan.

5:15He made some positive comment.

5:17It was like, you know, I want to thank the great mediators in Pakistan and

5:22we'll hopefully have news soon.

5:24I was like, oh, you know, maybe there's a breakthrough.

5:27I don't know. I mean, here was the post.

5:29I mean, this was the post really early in the morning.

5:32Pakistan's positive and productive endeavors in goodwill and good office to stop the war is

5:38approaching a critical and sensitive stage.

5:40Stay tuned for more. I mean, a bit cryptic, but one can view that as

5:44perhaps an overture or an opening to do something.

5:48And then as soon as I read that, I was trying to dig into any

5:52information I could find. What's going on?

5:54Is there a breakthrough? Is there a breakthrough?

5:55Boom. Then all of a sudden, the next thing that's over the wire, explosions heard

6:01in Tehran. And then Trump and Netanyahu just continued to bomb all of Tehran and

6:06Karg Island. And then I was following all the bombings taking place.

6:10And then two, three hours after that, Donald Trump makes the obliterate your civilization post.

6:15And then Iran says, we're not talking.

6:18You've done all of this.

6:19There's no, we're not having any further negotiations because Donald Trump wrote a whole civilization

6:25will die tonight, never to be brought back again.

6:29I don't want that to happen, but it probably will.

6:33However, now that we have complete and total regime change, where different, smarter, and less

6:38radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen.

6:44Who knows? We'll find out tonight.

6:45One of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the world.

6:5040 years of extortion, corruption, and death will finally end.

6:54God bless the great people of Iran.

6:55And in response to that, Iran says, we don't even want to be speaking through

7:00any intermediaries at all. Then the markets were crashing.

7:04And then in the past, the Wall Street Journal citing three Iranian officials says Iran

7:11has cut off communications with the US.

7:13And then Donald Trump came begging back again through Pakistan.

7:17And now the negotiation is over to, it's a negotiation over a negotiation for an

7:28extension. Can we even negotiate to negotiate an extension of the deadline Donald Trump set?

7:37Now, again, I don't care what political party you're from.

7:42Democrat, Republican, independent, party overseas.

7:48You don't like politics. Whatever.

7:51This behavior is utterly deranged.

7:5525th Amendment demented stuff right here, right?

7:59Obliterate your civilization if you don't meet my deadline.

8:02And then saying, actually, can we negotiate for an extension of time?

8:07And the markets are all over the place.

8:09And the accumulation of this is just weakness.

8:14The United States of America, this does not make us look strong.

8:21This makes us look so damn weak and pathetic, like a failed Trump bankrupt organization.

8:30All of the weird, grotesque stuff about Trump organizations in the past that caused them

8:37to go bankrupt, bankrupt, bankrupt.

8:39That's the United States of America right now.

8:43It is really damn embarrassing.

8:45I don't know how anybody, oh, that makes us look tough.

8:48Really? To go and say you're going to obliterate a civilization?

8:54And there's already been the war crimes that have been committed.

8:57This already exists. I mean, let's speak with clarity about what's taking place.

9:03Before the communications cut off between the Pakistanis and Iran, what Iran reportedly told Pakistan

9:13mediators is that their current stockpiles sit at 15 ,000 missiles and 45 ,000 drones,

9:22indicating both a willingness to continue the conflict and a capacity for extended exchange of

9:29fires between them and the U .S.

9:32and Israel. That number is always consistent with what I thought it was.

9:38I think they're probably exaggerating by about 20%, 25 % based on my studies of

9:47reading all of the literature and studying all.

9:51And you know, I do deep dives and really dig in here to figure out,

9:56you know, to study their stockpiles, what it was.

9:59Part of my studying is I look to see the weapons that they're giving Russia.

10:05I factor in the, you know, because Russia has their own warehouses that make these

10:08drones and ballistic missiles. They're sending it back through the Caspian Sea to Iran.

10:13I think about how quickly, I mean, they can make a thousand of these drones

10:16a month or more. They can make 500, 600 ballistic missiles a month, perhaps more,

10:23you know, in there. And then I think you add Russia's capacity.

10:26We don't know how much weapons China is providing as well.

10:30This seems well within the range.

10:33Even if you discounted and said they're probably exaggerating by 25 to 30%, they still

10:38have a lot of source.

10:39That's a lot of information.

10:39You know, there's probably some other large amounts of You know, there's a lot of

10:39stuff on the left. drones, a lot of missiles, because they've been preparing for precisely

10:45this moment right here. And that's where things stand right now, an obliterate civilization post.

10:53And then later, you have a negotiation over a potential extension, and the extension would

11:01be two weeks. So then we do this entire timeline, this loop, all over again.

11:08And then April 7th becomes, you know, what, April 21st.

11:14Then the countdown goes there, and then they bring it into May, and then they

11:18bring it into July. Sound familiar?

11:22Sound familiar? This is what Trump's done his entire life.

11:25That's the thing. He, though, and you have to understand his pathology.

11:31And I think Iranians have studied it, and they have a plan, and they understand

11:37it. Donald Trump's plan, whether it's with his corporate fraud, his misconduct, the way he

11:46litigates, the way he handles things, is just drag it on and on and on

11:52and on. Keep lying the fire hose of lies over and over again.

11:57That overwhelms people. Lots of people don't have the stamina to deal with so much

12:03lies all of the time, because lots of people want to just live their life.

12:07It's like, all right, enough.

12:08What do you want me to do?

12:10Or you bend to it, because sometimes someone thinks bending to it's easier than just

12:16fighting it, and it isn't.

12:17You then become consumed by it.

12:20And like the way a zombie bites you, you basically become kind of the Trump

12:25MAGA miserable zombie once he gets you kind of trapped in that world.

12:31But what he wants to do is just drag things out over and over and

12:36over again. He could stew in his misery and his malignant narcissism.

12:40He doesn't care. He's soulless.

12:43He doesn't feel things. He's a grotesque creature.

12:48He doesn't care about any of it.

12:50He doesn't have feelings. Most people do.

12:52Most people, if you lie or you say things that are incorrect or you do

12:55things, you feel certain things that compel you to change, not him.

13:00So he'll just try to drag it out and drag it out.

13:02Just think about COVID, all of his litigations, right?

13:09He just, you know, his bankruptcies, never ending.

13:13And then he just tries to find who's going to be my scapegoat and who

13:17am I going to blame this all on?

13:19And who can bail me out?

13:22And then I just do it again.

13:24That's his whole shtick. That's his whole, that's his whole gimmick right here.

13:28And so he's hoping somebody will bail him out.

13:31I mean, you know, right now, Pakistan has a defense agreement with Saudi Arabia.

13:37Pakistan is self -interested in making a deal for its own view of national prestige

13:46to deliver for the Saudis and the United States to try to make a deal

13:50with Iran. Iran realizes that Pakistan isn't really a true meet, a true neutral in

13:58this situation based on its defense packs that it also has with Saudi Arabia based

14:02on, you know, Pakistani crypto funds, investing in Donald Trump and Whitcoff's World Liberty Financial

14:08and, you know, and things like that.

14:11And so Iran realizes that.

14:14And so Trump just wants to drag it out and drag it out and drag

14:17it out and drag it out.

14:19And that's why I say, you know, mistakes become blunders and blunders become, you know,

14:26massive errors, which become catastrophes, which become bankruptcies ultimately, because he keeps on dragging it

14:32on and on and on and on and on.

14:35You know, I forget who I was having this.

14:36I've been saying this a lot today to people.

14:38You know, I was saying, what's very fascinating to me is to think about this

14:44moment in time and compare it to the great recession of, you know, 08, 09,

14:51right around 07, 08, when it started, right, the great recession, which you had all

14:57of these, you know, you know, these, these mortgage backed securities that were bundled together

15:05and these subprime mortgages were sold.

15:09And once people started having foreclosures, you know, people started looking at the portfolio of

15:15who owned these, basically these defaulting bundled subprime mortgages.

15:22And then Lehman Brothers had lots of exposure.

15:25So there was a run on Lehman Brothers and all of a sudden the Lehman

15:28Brothers stock crashed based on a panic that they had a great deal of exposure

15:33into the subprime, you know, mortgage backed security bundling issue.

15:37Right. So I think about that and I think about, wow, these subprime mortgages, that's

15:46what led to a great recession because it started to be internalized or externalized that

15:56these things, that these, that these products would default.

16:00And then it had this cascading effect.

16:03What's so shocking to me, and you tell me in the chat, what do you

16:06think? That kind of thing, like a subprime mortgage exposure issue causing a panic that

16:14leads to this bank going bankrupt and that bank going bankrupt and all of these

16:20issues, I'm not even sure that would register as news on Tuesday afternoon at 1

16:28.52 p .m. Pacific time.

16:31Like, that it would trigger some sort of panic and that that would have a

16:35run on Lehman and Lehman would go bankrupt.

16:37Like, we have, I don't think I'm exact, I don't want to be hyperbolic, so

16:43push back on me if you think I'm being hyperbolic, so I'll lower my estimate.

16:49It seems like every single day since Donald Trump's Liberation Day, the tariffs against the

16:56world, that we have some version of data that would give the same types of

17:03red flags of the subprime crisis.

17:06Like, three to five times a day, like before I eat lunch, if I eat

17:11lunch during a day because I'm sometimes reporting so much, there's like three to five

17:17instances where something like that happens and it kind of barely registers, you know, and

17:25it is a testament to the resiliency of the market, the resiliency of things, but,

17:30you know, I mean, the level of supply shock that's taking place right now when

17:38it comes to crude, when it comes to helium, when it comes to liquefied natural

17:44gas and petrochemicals and fertilizers, which is a byproduct that, you know, that's created.

17:54All of these things, even if the war ended right now at this moment, that

18:02supply shock is the biggest supply shock in since the 60s.

18:08And so the part that I kind of grapple with is the casualness of the

18:17language sometimes that this is all somehow, you know, normal and this is somehow just

18:25regular behavior is wild to me.

18:29And what I fear, what I fear is the movie, Don't Look Up.

18:36Everybody remember that movie with Leonardo DiCaprio?

18:38I think it was on Netflix, right?

18:40Don't Look Up. And then they had a, everybody, they knew the meteor was about

18:46to hit and there was a whole movement of Don't Look Up, Don't Look Up

18:51as the meteor is about to crash.

18:53And then as the meteor is crashing, there was like an Elon Musk type character

18:57who was thinking, how do I capitalize on the meteor?

19:01Can I mine the meteor and make money off of it?

19:04And by the time people were like, okay, that meteor is about to hit, it

19:09was too late. And I won't tell you the ending of the movie, but, you

19:13know, you could Google it if you want to know the ending.

19:15But I fear that there's this kind of, there's this cognitive dissonant, there's this separation

19:23from reality and it almost is like we're living in this simulation where the news

19:30is this alternate reality and it's not registering that it is the reality that's happening

19:37on a day -to -day basis right now.

19:40And it's having massive impacts that are going to be felt generationally for a long

19:45time. While all of this is taking place too, J .D.

19:48Vance is in Hungary right now holding campaign rallies for Viktor Orban, the Putin sycophant,

20:00the Putin bootlicker, as part of an effort by the United States to destroy NATO

20:06and destroy the European Union.

20:10And so both the United States and Russia are working together to campaign for a

20:19Putin proxy, for a Kremlin proxy in Hungary.

20:24While Donald Trump is threatening to obliterate a civilization, the Iranian civilization, not the Islamic

20:33Republic, not the regime or the Ayatollah, the Iranian civilization.

20:40And for those watching and for those on audio, the Iranian people came out.

20:47They, people who are critical of the regime are out there, you know, famous Iranian

20:52celebrities who were very critical of the Ayatollah and the repression.

20:57And also just people in Iran in general, they're out there by the bridges, they're

21:03out there by the energy facilities and the nuclear energy facilities for civilian use and

21:11the electric grids and all of the places that Trump and Netanyahu say they're going

21:15to bomb. You've got the Iranian people out there saying, if you're going to bomb

21:22it, you're going to, you're going to kill us also.

21:24You know that I heard people are saying, well, isn't that a war crime as

21:28well? Being on, you know, putting yourself on the bridge or using human shields.

21:33Isn't, isn't Iran. doing a war crime by having those people there.

21:37I mean, this is their civilian infrastructure.

21:41You know, to me, if you're like, if Trump and Netanyahu were like, we're going

21:45to bomb schools and electric power plants, and we're going to bomb bridges, which are

21:52used by civilians, and the civilians are like, well, we're going to go there.

21:56I don't know how you say that's a war crime for the civilians to be

22:00in the civilian places. And then Trump and Netanyahu say, well, this infrastructure, I mean,

22:11I'm just watching right now.

22:13I don't know what I'm going to say.

22:14I'm watching right now on the screen, little girls.

22:20And I think to myself about the little girls in Manab Elementary School, where 165

22:30little girls were murdered by the Trump regime.

22:34And I think about the hospitals in Iran that have been blown up, and the

22:38universities that have been blown up, and the civilians who have been killed across Iran,

22:44the gym, where there were so many young people, you know, who were killed by

22:48Trump and Netanyahu. I think about Gaza.

22:51I think about Beirut. I think about Lebanon in general.

22:58And I just think about basic and core humanity, right?

23:05I mean, I just think about these are human beings.

23:10You know, and as I looked at those people there, I think about when I'm

23:17walking around my neighborhood. These are people.

23:22These are human lives. And so when Trump's out there, we're going to obliterate the

23:29civilization. We're going to obliterate these people.

23:31We're going to obliterate these human beings.

23:33These are wives and mothers, grandmothers, children, brothers and sisters, husbands and fathers, aunts and

23:41uncles, dentists and doctors, school teachers and lawyers, construction workers and farmers, engineers.

23:52You know, I know Donald Trump says, these are animals.

23:56These are animals. They want to be bombed.

24:01They love it when I bomb them.

24:05I mean, that's what someone of the Epstein class would say.

24:09That's what someone who, in my opinion, has been a lifelong predator would say.

24:14They want it. They told me they want it.

24:17They they want to feel the pain.

24:19They want to be hurt.

24:21Sick. It's sick, sick stuff.

24:25And it should sicken you.

24:28It should sicken you to the core.

24:31See that? You know, and let me share with you the presentation that was made

24:38by the Iranian ambassador to the United Nations moments ago before we went live.

24:46And again, here's how they present their case to the United Nations.

24:52Let's play that clip if we got it, Jeremy.

24:57Thank you, Mr. President. I think that once more, this war showed that the U

25:04.S. will not bring security and stability for the regional countries.

25:10We have no hostilities with our neighbors.

25:14The fact is very clear that we are targeting the U .S.

25:21bases, U .S. interests, and U .S.

25:24assists in reciprocal action. In response to the representative of the United States, I only

25:34want to refer to some remarks of the U .S.

25:39U .S. president, which has initiated this war of aggression against Iran.

25:45On 21st of March, he threatened to hit and obliterate Iran's power plants.

25:52On 38th of March, he escalated this stress, wanting to blow up and completely obliterate

26:00critical infrastructure, including power plants, all facilities, all facilities, hard island, and desalination installation.

26:10On 1st of April, he declared his intention to bring Iran back to the Stone

26:16Age, explicitly threatening to strike all electric generating facilities.

26:24On 5th of April, he again openly threatened to target civilian infrastructure, stating that Tuesday

26:32will be power plant day and bridge day.

26:35There will be nothing like it.

26:38And two days resorted to language that is not only deeply responsible, but profoundly arriving,

26:49declaring that the whole civilization will die tonight, is never to be brought back.

26:55Such rhetoric is unfitting of any political leader.

27:02As you can see, I said live here tonight in October, I can tell the

27:02truth, as I see you're on the mira.

27:02Let alone the head of a permanent member of the council entrusted with the maintenance

27:09of international peace and security.

27:12I thank you. And while I was showing that clip, things are escalating fast in

27:19Iran. And Iran's Iranian aluminum company, Aralko in Iraq, A -R -A -K, the country's

27:28largest aluminum producer, has been hit in an airstrike.

27:34That just took place. And folks, things are definitely escalating.

27:40With that move right there, I don't see how there's any way that Iran agrees

27:50to anything. And here's the thing.

27:52And I talked about this in the podcast that I do with my brothers.

27:58You know, I teach negotiation at a law school.

28:03I teach. It's part of my semester.

28:06I teach negotiations at USC Law for law students and for undergrad.

28:14While you're involved in a negotiation and a mediation, the worst things that you can

28:22do are set arbitrary and fake deadlines, not understand the adversary in a negotiation at

28:33any level at all. Not have trusted points of contact so that you're speaking with

28:43one voice to your adversary so they know who you trust or who they can

28:49trust or that one person's not going to undermine the other person.

28:54During a mediation, the parties, in a good mediation that leads to a resolution, you

29:02both leave a little bit on the table.

29:06Both sides leave a little bit.

29:09That's often the sign that there's a good negotiation.

29:12The purpose of a negotiation is not obliteration.

29:20Obliteration, often in the world that I lived in before Midas Touch, was litigation, right?

29:31If you couldn't resolve a dispute through negotiation, through mediation, you would litigate it.

29:39And even during litigations, hostilities in a legal sense, there would be opportunities to mediate.

29:46But if during your mediation, you took actions that would be escalating during a mediated

29:54session, your mediation would be derailed immediately.

29:58And so lots of the mediation process is hearing the other side out, listening, adapting,

30:07exchanging information. And Donald Trump, not only is he a bad negotiator, he's the worst

30:15negotiator because he never negotiates.

30:17And this is how Iran sees it.

30:20You can negotiate with them because Trump views negotiation as a zero -sum game.

30:27I take your life. That's not a negotiation.

30:30And because Trump had daddy's money and because Trump would blame others when he would

30:37lose or whatever it is, Trump's use of a mediation or a negotiation was actually

30:45a trap. Lure people in under the pretext of discussions and then screw them over

30:57in the middle of it while you lure them in and set a trap.

31:03And they did that with Iran the first time and then the second time.

31:06So Iran's like, I'm not going to talk to Kushner or Whitcoff.

31:11Like, no, no way. And that's one of the reasons why Iran's like, well, maybe

31:15we should talk to Congress.

31:22Like, is there someone in the United States Congress who could, like, do something?

31:25And the answer is no.

31:27You have MAGA Mike Johnson.

31:28You got John Thune. You got these sycophants who don't view themselves as having any

31:36constitutional authority, even though they're a co -equal branch of government.

31:41And so what we're seeing yet again right now, right, just think about it.

31:46The deadline that Donald Trump set was 8 Eastern.

31:508 Eastern, okay? If you want to make a deal with Iran, the way to

31:58go about it is not to say I'm going to obliterate your entire civilization and

32:05three hours before the deadline, it's not to start blowing up Iran's aluminum company.

32:16Look at that, look at that, look at that.

32:18There's no negotiation with that.

32:20So all you're creating is an escalatory environment.

32:28And often in this situation, mutual.

32:30Mutual. assured destruction and so how do you think iran responds to this well iran

32:36responds to this by telling pakistan or saudi arabia or whoever okay see you later

32:43we're gonna bomb you we're gonna we're gonna bomb you all now and they say

32:48look what they did to us so we're retaliating against we're retaliating against that so

32:56you know it's it's so weird when they're like you know trump's negotiate deal deal

33:00deal deal deal i want to do a deal a deal deal is actually code

33:07in trump's world for trap and when you replace deal with trap like a venus

33:13fly trap right he lures you with this idea deal deal deal deal deal and

33:20then he uses the negotiation when you put your guard down to to sucker punch

33:27you in the face that's that's he's a sucker puncher like like like he's the

33:32lowest of the low right he's the guy who comes out when you're not looking

33:37and punches you in the face i did it i did it everybody look i

33:42did it that that's who he is right right i mean he's he he is

33:48the worst of the worst qualities i think iran recognizes that they recognize they can't

33:55negotiate with that so how do you get out of this endless loop where you

34:01can't negotiate with that and where trump's language creates a war involving civilizations against each

34:12other and if you look at what's happening in the middle east if we open

34:16our eyes and you see millions of people protesting in iraq shiite clerics leading millions

34:25if not tens of millions of the shiite community in iraq and of course we

34:31remember the go back and study the history right the saddam hussein sunni versus shiite

34:37community how the sectarian uh strife played out how in the post uh saddam world

34:47how those sectarian divisions you know created essentially civil war environments and you look at

34:54other areas in the middle east as well and you see the same types of

34:59uh problems you know and so you look in yemen hundreds of thousands if not

35:04millions of people protesting their shiite community you know you know showing solidarity with iran

35:11i mean you take a look at in syria you take a look uh you

35:15take a look you know in in turkey you take you take a look throughout

35:19you know the whole region and you'll see because trump cast this as trump netanyahu

35:27civilization obliterating your civilization that's the paradigm that they've that they've created and i fear

35:38based on what i've just seen in the past five minutes with the uh blowing

35:46up of this facility um this aluminum facility it things i don't see how there's

39:30Welcome back. Lots of members of Congress, Democrats in particular, are saying you got to

39:40reconvene Congress immediately. I'll give Congress Member Moskowitz credit over here for posting the following.

39:46Speaker Johnson must immediately reconvene the House to vote on a war powers resolution.

39:53It's beyond clear we are at war.

39:55The Speaker's legacy will be that he made Congress so irrelevant that a president can

40:02threaten to wipe out a civilization while Congress is on vacation.

40:08Why the hell is Congress on vacation right now?

40:12I know lots of people are saying the 25th Amendment should be invoked.

40:15Marjorie Taylor Greene is one of them.

40:18Alex Jones is another. Lots of MAGA Republicans are still saying that that's not the

40:25case. But obviously, most of the country at this point, I think, believes that Donald

40:30Trump, regardless of your political party, that all the Democrats are saying 25th Amendment.

40:35I think Donald Trump has the lowest approval rating in the history of the United

40:40States amongst independent voters. Trump's approval with independent voters is worse than Nixon as Nixon

40:49resigned. Think about that step, that his approval with independence, he's more underwater with independence

40:58than Nixon was by far, by like six points, than Nixon was at Nixon's resignation.

41:07Scott McFarlane from the Midas Touch Network writes, Democrats are pressing House leadership to return

41:14to D .C. and reopen the House amid Trump's war deadlines and threats.

41:20The fact that the House is even closed right now and the Senate is closed

42:51and utter disinformation that just gets spewed every damn second, every damn second, you know,

43:01to manipulate the markets. You know, and if that is the case, just think about

43:06it. If that's the case, what U .S.

43:09and Israel wanted to hit one more aluminum plant at the Fjar petrochemical complex in

43:15Mashar before, you know, before a deal was made, I'm very skeptical.

43:24I'm very. skeptical of that.

43:27I want to turn for a second to J .D.

43:32Vance, his trip to Hungary right now.

43:36So that's where he is.

43:38And he's just spewing Putin talking points right now.

43:41And I'll show you what J .D.

43:43Vance was saying moments ago.

43:45So first, J .D. Vance says that Ukrainian intelligence, it's a statement that seems drafted

43:54by the Kremlin, J .D.

43:55Vance says that Ukrainian intelligence is rigging elections in both the U .S.

44:01and Hungary. Just think about that.

44:02He's in Hungary saying that Ukraine is rigging elections in the U .S.

44:07and Hungary. So to answer your question, yes, we're certainly aware that there are elements

44:12within the Ukrainian intelligence services that try to put their thumb on the scale of

44:15American elections on Hungarian elections.

44:17This is just what they do.

44:19This is this is part of the cost of doing business within some elements of

44:22their system. That's where they're at right now here.

44:27J .D. Vance is saying, I want to help as much as possible Orban this

44:33election season. The election's a few days away.

45:15the Trump regime is to rip to shreds the European Union, here is what J

45:29election to help Orban. As the United States and Russia are working so hard to

53:06todd blanche press conference that took place moments ago uh here he talks about how

53:12well we have thousands of ongoing investigations it's true that they involve men women and

53:18entities that the president should believe are investigated let's play this clip thank you mr

53:26acting attorney general but president trump has made no secret of the fact that he

53:31wants to see his perceived political enemies prosecuted so now that you're in this position

53:36how are you going to balance that relentless pressure with this administration's promise to end

53:41the weaponization of this department well look first of all um we have thousands of

53:48ongoing investigations and prosecutions going on in this country right now and it is true

53:52that some of them involve men women and entities that the president in the past

53:58has had issues with and that believe should be investigated that is his right and

54:03indeed it is his duty to do that meaning to lead this country and so

54:08i do not view this as pressure i do not view this as something that

54:12is is is going to keep me up at night except to make sure that

54:16we are investigating every case that we that we have to the fullest extent of

54:20the law and using all the resources we can.

54:23And finally, a reporter asked him, usually there's been a firewall so that the DOJ

54:30is not coordinating with the president who the president wants to be prosecuted.

54:34Like, do you acknowledge that normally there's a firewall there?

54:40As the referrals go, I mean, even if you're not having an official, you know,

54:44it's not, you're not reporting to the White House, but what if the White House

54:47or somebody in the White House says, we want you to investigate this state or

54:51this program? I mean, how do you handle that?

54:53Because historically, as you know, since Watergate, there's been a kind of a firewall, if

54:57you will, on criminal investigations between the White House and the Justice Department.

55:01I mean, that is the most false statement I've ever heard in my life.

55:04There is always communication between a president and his priorities and what the Department of

55:09Justice should be focused on and not focused on.

55:11That is not a new thing in this administration, although I know it sounds fun

55:15to say that it is.

55:15So as far as whether we would take a referral from the White House or

55:19take a referral from you even, yes.

55:22I mean, yes, if somebody knows about fraud, please tell us.

55:26And so if the president of our United States says, I have heard that there

55:30is ongoing fraud in Minneapolis, Minnesota, like any president before him, I hope that the

55:36attorney general would absolutely say, yes, we'll investigate that.

55:40All right. I appreciate that, guys.

55:41So thank you. It's just a revolving door of madness and chaos.

55:51And so, look, we're going to be covering this catastrophic war every step of the

55:56way. You know, I told you the last kind of disinformation that came out is
