1:00Donald Trump is spiraling out of control this morning as Iran continues to put the
1:05screws in him as they push forward with their 10 -point negotiating framework and hold
1:12Donald Trump to it by closing the Strait of Hormuz until Donald Trump agrees that
1:19the framework that Trump agreed to is the actual framework.
1:22And we're seeing right now the oil markets reacting to the real situation on the
1:29ground, not Donald Trump's lies and fraud.
1:31And once again, a per barrel of oil has exceeded $100.
1:36And the market is recognizing that not only was this a taco, a Trump always
1:42chickens out, but a total capitulation, a total surrender by Donald Trump and the United
1:48States to Iran's 10 -point framework, where Iran got everything they wanted, enriching uranium, control
1:55over the Strait of Hormuz.
1:57America has to leave its military bases in the Middle East, full reparations to Iran.
2:03And Iran right now is using the Strait of Hormuz as its leverage to enforce
2:11those 10 -point terms. And they're saying, you know, good luck if you don't agree
2:16with those 10 -point terms.
2:17We're going to control the Strait of Hormuz for a long time.
2:19Donald Trump is posting the following this morning.
2:21None of these, PC, Donald Trump is lashing out at Europe and NATO right now.
2:25That's Donald Trump's response. None of these people, including our own very disappointing NATO, understood
2:31anything unless they have pressure placed upon them, exclamation point.
2:36And then he posts a bizarre AI image of himself and Dana White in front
2:42of the White House with weird lightning bolts.
2:46Because one of the things that Donald Trump is very excited about is bringing the
2:50UFC to Washington, D .C.
2:51And that's what Donald Trump really wants to focus on.
2:53As he destroys American power abroad, bring the UFC to Washington, D .C.
2:59That's what the American people want.
3:01No, the American people want health care.
3:02The American people want to be able to afford homes.
3:07American people don't want these wars.
3:09American people want you to release the Epstein files.
3:12American people just want to live their lives with normalcy without you destroying it every
3:16day. This is Justin from a strategic advisor to Iran's parliament speaker, M .B.
3:24Ghalibbaf. His name is Mahdi Mahan.
3:27and here's what he writes.
3:30Only a limited number of hours remain without the complete restraint of America's dogs in
3:35Lebanon. There will be no ceasefire or negotiations and the missiles are ready to fly.
3:40The equation of shared destiny among the components of the resistance access as part of
3:46the new regional order following Iran's victory must be solidified, if possible, with kind words,
3:53otherwise with war. In other words, treat us nicely, Donald, and say nice things about
3:58us because we won this war and that's how we're viewing it in Iran.
4:03That's how they view it in Iran.
4:04I don't know how else you could view it any other way considering Donald Trump
4:07agreed to all 10 of Iran's 10 -point framework, which was basically surrender by Donald
4:14Trump. We're learning more about the deal as well, that basically the Trump regime begged
4:18Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan to allow the United States to fully capitulate because I
4:24guess Trump's plan is let's agree to the 10 -point plan and then we'll claim,
4:29oh, we didn't really understand it because MB Galibaf, Iran's parliament leader, doesn't speak English
4:34that well. And so there was reasonable misunderstandings.
4:38And so do you remember when Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan posted like draft for
4:46Prime Minister Sharif and it was like New York Times is reporting the U .S.
4:51literally wrote a social media post on X, which is formerly Twitter.
4:55I mean, how pathetic for the Prime Minister of Pakistan to post saying that negotiations
5:00were progressing well. And then the U .S.
5:03told Pakistan, just tell Iran that we agree with all 10 of their points.
5:08And that's ultimately what led to this fake ceasefire that we're in right now.
5:14You know, one of the things that Iran is saying is that Donald, you violated
5:18multiple points of our 10 -point plan and clearly Lebanon and Hezbollah read the 10
5:24-point plan. Let's make reading great again.
5:27It's said in the 10 -point plan that all of the proxy groups of Iran
5:32would get security guarantees, including in Lebanon.
5:35That means Hezbollah. Also, you know, Prime Minister Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, he
5:41also posted Lebanon is included when he announced a deal was made.
5:46And by the way, Iran clearly had Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan post Lebanon was
5:51included because they knew that what was going to happen right after this was announced
5:55was the United States and Israel or Israel would go and bomb Lebanon.
6:01And yesterday, what, 258 people in Lebanon were killed.
6:06It was the biggest massacre in Beirut since the, you know, in recent memory.
6:12I mean, close to 2 ,000 casualties, 258 dead, the suburbs of Beirut obliterated.
6:20Here you have the parliament leader, M .B.
6:23Ghalibbaf of Iran. Here's what he just posted moments ago.
6:27Lebanon and the entire resistance access as Iran's allies form an inseparable part of the
6:34ceasefire. Point one, 10 -point proposal.
6:37He's citing the 10 -point proposal.
6:39So when Donald Trump's out there saying there's lots of different lists that are circulating,
6:43we know the real list.
6:44No, the list is out there.
6:46We know the 10 points.
6:47I've been talking about it on the Midas Touch Network every day, and I've been
6:50talking about it for three weeks because it's always been out there.
6:52Point two, Prime Minister Sharif publicly and clearly stressed that, clearly stressed the Lebanon issue.
7:00There is no room for denial and backtracking.
7:04Three, ceasefire violations. burnoutadaki Τ locked in map Senạt, One.
7:06One. One. One .二. Eight.
7:06carry explicit costs and strong responses.
7:10Extinguish the fire immediately. And strong is in all caps.
7:15Can I just say what a humiliating posture the United States is in right now,
7:20where you have the parliament leader of Iran wagging his finger and accurately citing a
7:26document that the United States agreed to while Donald Trump saying this guy doesn't know
7:32English. That's what J .D.
7:33Vance said. I don't think he knows English well.
7:35Just so you know what I'm saying, I showed you a clip of this.
7:38This is what the Trump regime is going with.
7:41There must have been a misunderstanding in the deal because Goluboff, I don't think he
7:45knows English all that well.
7:46We know the 10 -point plan.
7:48Here's what Goluboff said. Here, play this clip.
7:50A lot of agreement. That's point number one.
7:52Point number two, to respond to each of those issues, and I read it very
7:55closely. Let me just say this.
7:58I actually wonder how good he is at understanding English because there are things that
8:03he said that, frankly, didn't make sense in the context of the negotiations that we've
8:07had. But to address the three points, first of all, he talked about an attack
8:11that had allegedly happened on Iran and how that was a violation of the ceasefire.
8:15Ceasefires are always messy. An hour after the president announced the ceasefire, the Iranians launched
8:20a bunch of missiles. Then the Israelis responded.

10:19for up to 65 % off.
10:21And make sure you use my promo code MIDAS so they know that we sent
10:24you. All right, now we're hearing from the president of Iran, Pazeshki, and here's what
10:30he just posted. He said, Israel's renewed incursion into Lebanon is a blatant violation of
10:36the initial ceasefire agreement. This is a dangerous sign of deception and a lack of
10:41commitment to potential agreements. The continuation of these actions will render negotiations meaningless.
10:47Our fingers remain on the trigger.
10:49Iran will never abandon its Lebanese sisters and brothers.
10:55And again, that responds to another message he posted that the repeated aggression by the
10:59Zionist entity against Lebanon is a flagrant violation of the initial ceasefire agreement and a
11:05dangerous indicator of deceit and lack of commitment to potential accords.
11:09The continuation of these aggressions will render negotiations meaningless.
11:15And while they're saying that, just look at the Strait of Hormuz right now.
11:19You can see that very few ships are getting through.
11:22In any event, here's what a senior Iranian source is telling their state regime media
11:28about the ceasefire. In the best case scenario, here's what Iran's saying.
11:32Iran will cap transit through the Strait of Hormuz at fewer than 15 vessels per
11:36day with all passing subject to IRGC approval.
11:41Iran says it's mine the entire Strait of Hormuz.
11:44So you got to take the ship right around the coast.
11:46So it's super close to Iran where they have direct strike range.
11:50If they find that there is any violations of a deal that you have to
11:54strike with them, where you pay around $2 million per tanker, which was again in
11:59the 10 point plan that Donald Trump agreed to.
12:02He added that the new IRGC, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps transit framework has been officially
12:08communicated to regional parties, meaning UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.
12:17This is it. Iran is a superpower in the region.
12:21That's what they're saying as a result of the United States catastrophic war.
12:24The source said that unfreezing Iran's blocked access is a critical executive guarantee required to
12:31uphold the ceasefire and must be delivered within a two week window.
12:36Remove all sanctions against Iran.
12:38Great work, Donald. The war's end must be codified in a UN Security Council resolution
12:44on Iran's terms or Tehran is fully prepared to resume combat against the US and
12:50the Zionist regime. In other words, we don't trust Trump to bless the 10 point
12:54plan. United States, you're going to have to vote on it in front of the
12:57entire world at the United Nations.
13:00Tehran insists that during this two week period, the US cannot increase its true presence
13:05in the region. On uranium enrichment, Iran remains committed strictly to the text of the
13:11exchanged agreement. That means they enrich uranium.
13:15That's what it said in the 10 point plan.
13:17Go back and read the 10 point plan.
13:19It says Iran gets to enrich uranium.
13:21That's what Trump agreed to.
13:22He agreed to it in public.
13:25There will be no return to the pre -war status quo is what the Iranian
13:29regime is saying. And in response to this, Trump goes, OK, time to attack Europe.
13:34The US is increasing pressure on its European partners to commit military forces in the
13:39Strait of Hormuz. According to information obtained by Spiegel, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has
13:45informed European capitals that Donald Trump expects concrete commitments within the next few days for
13:51the deployment of warships or other military capabilities from Europe.
13:54Political pledges such as those made in the day since the start of the war
13:58are no longer sufficient. So Donald Trump is saying, send your ships to the Strait
14:03of Hormuz right now or else the United States withdraws from NATO.
14:07That's how Donald Trump is reacting to all of this.
14:10Meanwhile, you have Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu saying, we, Israel, still have objectives to complete.
14:16We will achieve them either through agreement or by renewing the fight right now.
14:21Here on the home front.
14:23Our GDP growth for fourth quarter has been revised down once again.
14:27So the fourth quarter, 2025, it was 1 .5%, then 0 .7%, or 0 .7%.
14:34Now it's 0 .5%, and it's final revision downward.
14:39That was the quarter, remember, when Howard Lutnick, Trump's Commerce Secretary, and Scott Besson, the
14:45Treasury Secretary, said, things are going to be gangbusters, gangbusters.
14:49Here's NATO's Secretary General, Mark Rutte, who's just been so weak.
14:54Here he is saying that a couple of countries are holding back on Ukraine's entry
15:01into NATO. One of them is the United States.
15:03So Donald Trump's attack right now, after losing the war in Iran, is to just
15:09continue to attack NATO. Here's Mark Rutte here, play this clip right here.
15:12The NATO summit in Washington, when NATO was celebrating the 75 years, there was an
15:17agreement on the irreversible path of Ukraine into NATO.
15:21But also the fact of the matter is that a couple of countries are holding
15:25back, including Germany and Slovakia, Hungary, the United States.
15:28So I don't think it is on the table right now.
15:31And so what's the response, though, from EU, France, UK, Spain, Italy, and Belgium?
15:36Well, they're calling right now to make sure that Lebanon is included in any ceasefire
15:40agreement, as DropSite reports a chorus of European voices pressing Israel to extend the U
15:46.S.-Iran ceasefire to Lebanon, where Israeli strikes have killed at least 256 people and wounded
15:531 ,100 people since the truce was announced on Tuesday.
15:58And as all of this is taking place, Donald Trump's focus, in addition to the
16:03UFC fights in Washington, D .C., his golden ballroom.
16:06I want you to watch as a MAGA Republican Congress member, Herdopolis, is confronted about
16:12Trump using foreign steel to construct the golden ballroom.
16:17Play this clip. Right now, construction is halted at the White House.
16:21But the New York Times reports this morning that President Trump has championed the U
16:26.S. steel industry, promising to strengthen and impose stiff tariffs on foreign metals to shield
16:30manufacturing from overseas, yet the White House has secured tens of millions of dollars worth
16:35of donated foreign steel for the $400 million ballroom project.
16:39That's according to two people familiar with the plans.
16:41How would you feel about the new wing of the White House being built with
16:45foreign steel? Well, I've got news to me, John.
16:50That's breaking news. I had not heard that.
16:52Obviously, we want to use American steel.
16:53America has really strengthened its economic power recently because we're seeing so much foreign investment
16:59happening here. Let's hope to use American steel.
17:01That would make common sense to me.
17:03All right, Congressman Mike Herodopolis from Florida.
17:05I hope you enjoy the next 24 hours or so watching this splashdown.
17:09I know it means so much to you, really, and the people of the country.
