5:201974 which is not applicable and trump then imposes a new set of 15 percent

5:26tariffs on the entire world and he says the supreme court said i won they

5:32gave me more power he says no they didn't he's deranged and demented and now

5:38he's crashing our economy remember when you had pam bondi saying the dow the dow

5:44is 50 thou so i don't need to talk about covering up a child sex

5:48trafficking ring the dow is crashing today it's about about 48 000 right now not

5:54good so i guess that means maybe the doj can take child sex trafficking seriously

5:59right now and we're seeing the ramifications internationally not in response to the supreme court

6:05ruling against trump but trump's response of now imposing these 15 percent tariffs on the

6:11entire world and attacking other countries as well so you have the european union parliament

6:17stopped ratifying its trade deal or it's a fake trade deal with the united states

6:22india's trade delegation supposed to meet with the united states trade delegation this week they

6:27canceled their visit separately in france they are now banning the u .s ambassador to

6:32france charles kushner from meeting with any french officials it's unrelated to the supreme court

6:38ruling it's just uh kushner started attacking domestic policy in france france summoned kushner kushner

6:45refused to show up as the ambassador which is your duty when you get summoned

6:50by the host country and so they've basically all but expelled him from france no

6:55one's allowed to speak to him there from the french government right now meanwhile you

7:00have the chairman of the joint chiefs general kane privately telling people that the united

7:06United States does not have the resources, the weapons, or the support of allies to

7:12successfully attack Iran as Donald Trump wants.

7:16But Trump posted, I don't care.

7:18I'm going to do whatever the hell I want to do, is what Donald Trump

7:22posted moments ago. It's great that people are reporting that, but I don't care.

7:25It's up to me what we're going to do.

7:29Right. And speaking about me, me, me, me, me, we saw Kash Patel.

7:35Well, lots of very serious things are going on in our country that I'm listing.

7:39He was chugging beer with the Olympic hockey team in Milan after a spokesperson said

7:47that he's not going to be going to the Olympics.

7:50Not only did he go, but he started chugging beer and wearing the gold medal

7:56like he won. It was just such an embarrassing, embarrassing sight to see.

8:01Right. And I'm watching right there the ticker.

8:05We are getting closer right now to that six million subscriber mark.

8:10Then Donald Trump told the men's ice hockey team, well, you know, if we invite

8:16you to the state of the union, which I'd love to have you, I guess

8:18I'm going to have to invite the women's team that won gold.

8:21Otherwise, I'm going to get in a lot of trouble.

8:23I don't really want them to show up, but we're going to have to bring

8:26the women's team. And then the men's hockey team started like laughing at the demeaning

8:30talk about the women's team and the women's team canceled any of their visits to

8:35the state of the union or to the white house.

8:37And again, it's just, it's really unfortunate that during a time of our nation's victory

8:42in Milan, that Donald Trump would turn it into a hate fest.

8:46And also what he brought out of that men's hockey team, you know, is something

8:50that I think will now overshadow the victory, just even the way they treated the

8:54women's hockey team. It's, it's disgusting.

8:56And that's what Donald Trump does.

8:57He brings, he debases everybody around.

9:00He brings you to that disgusting vile level.

9:04And as I noted, markets are not doing very good right now at all.

9:08Just some more international news we'll cover as well.

9:11The United States in a very direct Trump in a very deranged fashion says he's

9:16sending these hospital ships to Greenland in order to help the sick people Greenland.

9:22And he said, they're very sick and we need to send them and give them

9:25healthcare. First off, they have universal healthcare in Greenland, unlike here in the United States.

9:31Then Donald Trump's ambassador to Greenland, Jeff Landry started making these posts.

9:35We're doing this hospital ships is what we're sending the people of Greenland, like get

9:39away. They also think it could be a Trojan horse for an invasion there.

9:43We'll, we'll touch upon that as well.

9:45And while all this is going on, Donald Trump is plummeting in the polls, talk

9:50about that. And, uh, you have accountability coming in the UK.

9:55I mean, you have a former Lord Mandelson, Peter Mandelson is connected with Epstein, former

10:01ambassador to the United States.

10:02He was arrested. Andrew Mountbatten, former Prince Andrew, no Prince that guy.

10:08He was arrested last week.

10:10And meanwhile, we learn about more Howard Lutnick ties to Jeffrey Epstein, more business deals

10:16are being reported there as well.

10:18So in other words, I think we've got a lot to discuss brothers as we

10:22are close to 70 subscribers away with my filibuster intro right there to try to

10:29get us right around the start time before I tossed it over to you.

10:32But we're, but we're right there so close.

15:28president in power, tradition says you still show up to the state of the union.

15:34But where someone violates all traditions, norms, in the Constitution like Donald Trump, by giving

15:43it that attention in many ways, you become complicit in recognizing the destruction of these

15:52norms, the destruction of the Constitution.

15:55It's why I think the boycott is so important.

15:58Now, look, I understand, and I'm not going to fault individuals who show up as

16:07a sign of protest, but I will fault people who behave like it's a normal

16:14thing to be a part of that state of the union.

16:18It is not. Like, I understand if a lawmaker wants to show up with an

16:22Epstein survivor to make that point, right, and stare down Donald Trump with a survivor

16:28by their side. I understand that.

16:30Or a family member of someone who was killed in a concentration camp here in

16:36the United States. I get that.

16:37Or a whistleblower who was retaliated again.

16:40I understand that. But when I see corporate news and corporate news hosts attacking what

16:49we're doing for violating traditions and norms, I think that you are aiding and abetting

16:55fascism right there because nothing is normal about this.

16:59Having masked ICE agents and Border Patrol Gestapo, roaming the streets in military gear, torturing,

17:07terrorizing, and killing people in this country, that's not normal.

17:11We've seen federal judges from all political parties appointed by all different types of presidents,

17:18including Donald Trump, talk about how the DOJ has violated court order after court order.

17:25And yet, Donald Trump persists in violations of these court orders.

17:30He rips to shreds the Constitution when the Supreme Court rules against his tariffs against

17:35the world. That should send a message, stop it, cut it out.

17:40What are you doing? You want to be king?

17:42What does Donald Trump do?

17:44I'm going to do bigger tariffs.

17:46Actually, the words that Donald Trump used, I'm, this is a direct quote, I will

17:51impose more obnoxious tariffs. An exact quote from what he posted.

17:58More obnoxious tariffs. I will be even...

18:01at first, Mr. more obnoxious.

18:02Okay. We have the video of Kash Patel chugging beer while he and Donald Trump

18:11and this regime are covering up a child sex trafficking ring, while there are still

18:1650 terabytes missing in the Epstein files, while they are demeaning and degrading survivors, while

18:25they are pretending that they are vindicated when Trump's name appears over 38 ,000 times

18:31in the redacted files, likely exist over a million times in the unredacted files.

18:37And you have Kash Patel.

18:39Do we have the video of Kash Patel in Milan?

18:42This is so utterly disgraceful.

19:09movie. And again, to see our hockey team behave like that after winning the gold

19:15and to be so cold and cruel to the women's hockey team and to laugh

19:20and demean them, that's not how adults and grownups misbehave.

19:23So no, I'm not going to act like this state of the union thing is

19:28normal. So going back to what I said, what do you do with that platform?

20:23income tax. They're taking our taxes to support this crap.

20:30and border patrol, Gestapo terrorizing people.

20:33Anyway, let me show you what Donald Trump did when he called Kash Patel.

21:14the women's hockey team in that way, have the FBI director chugging beers, like just

21:28politicize this, behave in this sort of way, the way they're behaving.

21:32And I'm just trying to picture like James Comey could go into the Olympics and

21:37pounding beers with people while they're all this serious.

21:39things happening while he's covering up these heinous heinous heinous crimes just the visuals are

21:45absolutely appalling it's so utterly unprofessional and the entire trump regime like the entire apparatus

21:52at the fbi the comms team over there was so holier than thou throughout this

21:56entire weekend where they kept like yelling at the press for saying that cash patel

22:02was in milan and that he was going to be attending these olympic games and

22:05they'd be like how dare you fake news for reporting that cash patel was hanging

22:09out with the olympic team take it back take it back and they would send

22:13all of these messages just whining like little babies and then sure enough the photos

22:18start coming out and each photo each video is worse than the next that we

22:22see and shows that that's exactly what cash patel is doing but this is the

22:27behavior of the epstein class right this is the same sort of behavior we see

22:30of howard lutnik when lutnik says i never went there i never not me i

22:35i he that guy was disgusting the second i saw him i was like i'm

22:39disgusted i'm not going to speak to him and it's like okay well we just

22:43found out that you went to the island uh that uh jeffrey epstein was trying

22:47to hire your nanny even though he doesn't have kids and and that your nanny's

22:50resumes were being sent over to jeffrey epstein that's kind of bizarre uh as more

22:54and more comes out every single day we're learning more and more about the business

22:58relationships you also had with jeffrey epstein that extended far beyond the point when he

23:02was originally uh found to have done a lot of the heinous acts that he

23:07has already done and so you just look worse and worse when you deny deny

23:11deny deny and then the truth comes out and that's what we keep seeing and

23:16just like if we just even look at the past like week of this incompetent

23:20disgraceful administration i think this photo here sums it up i've labeled this on my

23:25computer cosplay montage and this is a little these are images of people in the

23:30trump regime and i think this really sums it up and for our audio listeners

23:33it's an image of cash patel chugging a beer in the locker room while he

23:38is uh you know he's got his fake uh it was not a fake gold

23:41medal but he's got the gold medal that the players put around his neck i

23:43guess he could put that next to uh donald trump's uh fifa peace prize or

23:48or the nobel prize that machado gave him then you have uh pete hexeth uh

23:52lifting weights this was like a big video that he put out look i'm lifting

23:55weights look watch me then you have the video of rfk jr and uh kid

24:00rock and they're like naked in a sauna together it was weird rfk like has

24:04his jeans on he's going in the hot tub and his jeans or whatever it

24:07is and then you have christy gnome and her various costumes and outfits and her

24:11cowboy hat and her kevlar vest and all the various things and this is a

24:15cosplay administration this is an administration that is so focused on visuals and not focused

24:21on actually governing and in a lot of respects i think you realize a lot

24:26of these people all they want is to be famous and that to me is

24:30disturbing that to me is not the reason why you are supposed to get into

24:34public service it's called public service for a reason you're not a celebrity and so

24:40when you're going out there and you're just trying to get this attention non -stop

24:45by doing all these various stunts while you're neglecting actual issues that affect the people

24:51while you're neglecting these heinous crimes while you're actually neglecting or or worse encouraging donald

24:57trump to poison the american people's health and encouraging these actions that are allowing coal

25:03to get in the atmosphere and kill people or glyphosate uh to get in our

25:06food and when you're just naked there with kid rock and you're like it's all

25:09good everybody i mean you just show what your priorities are and this regime has

25:14shown what their priorities are time and time again the trump regime and they're just

25:19all such total losers like that's it and then put it on a bumper sticker

25:23they are losers they're losers and they have to manufacture these wins with photo ops

25:29or in cash patel's uh instance he literally jumped into the winning team's locker room

25:36and started chugging beers and celebrating as if he was part of the team like

25:41as if the dude was in the rotation on the third line that would go

25:46out there and do whatever i mean it's just it's honestly just so so pathetic

25:50the way these people just act and behave on a day -to -day basis and

25:56it's just so maga too right it's just the such maga ethos right there that

26:02they can't do anything for themselves that that benefits anyone or has any tangible uh

26:09accomplishments to speak of so what do they do they literally insert themselves in the

26:16wins in cash patel's case it is to me just the most ultimate pathetic footage

26:22that quite frankly i've really seen in quite some time i mean put that one

26:27in the history books because that right there it's beyond it's beyond anything but it

26:32just sums up maga so well ben well and it sums it up so well

26:36because their celebration as weird and odd as offensive it was for cash patel to

26:43be chugging beers with them they also had to demean the other also right which

26:49is so perfectly maga right they had to use the opportunity as a way to

26:55attack the female team right it wasn't enough just to celebrate the accomplishments of both

27:00american hockey teams winning gold right that should have been if you're the president and

27:07i can't wait to celebrate with you and how about that incredible female hockey team

27:15also winning gold i'm so proud of you both and then the guy team goes

27:21yeah because we're rooting for both teams that's the thing about leadership also right because

27:30as a leader you can also try to uplift people and set the tone and

27:37that's what's expected of a leader but what he did and what the team became

27:42complicit on and what trump does to people in general is he brings them to

27:48his level right to his lack of character and there are lots of people who

27:54are predisposed to it in general there are lots of bad people like the rfks

27:58of the world and the patels of the world and others who are again predisposed

28:04to it and then he also brings people down like in congress or others who

28:09always claim to be like no i'm moderate and i'm this and i'm that and

28:13then they become this way as well and once you're there it's hard to dig

28:17yourself out of that right so now when anytime people think about okay this olympic

28:23team are we going to remember the accomplishments of their great win or are we

28:28going to say well wasn't that the time where they attacked the women's team and

28:31cash patel was there with it right and then it becomes about donald and about

28:36cash and to me that also jordy sums up you know maga right there in

28:40a nutshell so i think a good lesson though heading into the state of the

28:45union is donald trump has never been less popular right his poll numbers are absolutely

28:52crashing and whether it's because of donald trump Donald Trump causing massive damage to our

28:59economy. The PCE inflation numbers from Friday show inflation is surging.

29:04The GDP numbers came in at like 1 .4 % quarter four after the Trump

29:10regime promised it would come in at three or 5 % or even higher.

29:14You had those numbers coming in the cover up of the Epstein files.

29:18Donald Trump saying that he's been vindicated for the fact that he's ripped away health

29:23care from people, that prices are going up, up, up, you name it.

29:28People are not buying the propaganda anymore.

29:32And I also think the question is, or an important thing to recognize is, again,

29:38with these 6 million subscribers, with the growth of this network and the 9 billion

29:43views, I think we've also been pushing back against that propaganda every single day.

29:50It's why there are videos here, 90 minutes every day, substantive videos that go over

29:55facts and specifics. And it's not us ranting and raving about all these things.

29:59It's fact, fact, fact, fact, fact, fact, receipt, receipt, receipt, evidence, evidence, evidence, evidence, evidence,

30:04and empowering people with the truth throughout the entire day.

30:08So let's just talk though briefly about Donald Trump alluding to his bad polls.

31:40And then he's having a conversation with women in the audience who has bad eyes.

31:45And he says he fixed her eyes.

40:31poll as you can see donald trump's support with independence plummeting his support with independence

40:38right now is at 26 percent and by the way that's the same approval he

40:45has with latino voters with voters under the age of 40 and with most demographic

40:51groups is right at that 26 percent mark lots of people like well donald trump's

40:57bottom is like 36 or 35 no no no no no this is heading into

41:02the 20s right now and as donald trump now imposes this new tariff regime on

41:09the entire world which caused the markets to tumble today things are going to get

41:15worse for donald trump and unfortunately worse for the country but i think people are

41:20seeing what's going on by the way go back and watch videos of donald trump

41:24and we showed some of these earlier in the day as well in some of

41:27the videos i did before his casinos went bankrupt he would say we've never been

41:33better it's the same schtick the casinos have never been healthier they've never been greater

41:37the biggest casinos that there are we are in such a magnificent position and then

41:43bankrupt bankrupt bankrupt bankrupt this is what this guy does it's why we focus on

41:48his background and his past right i mean he is a sexual predator right here's

41:53someone who has been found civilly liable for sexual assault he's someone who has bankrupted

42:00entity after entity after entity and he's a fraud he tricks people he's a con

43:20a look at what harry enton had to say on cnn about just how weak

43:24donald trump is let's play this clip numbers but talk about what is driving this

43:28drop for the for the what is driving this drop i said record was the

43:33name of the game when it came to this segment right talking about the lowest

43:36trump has ever been going into the state of the union the lowest that any

43:39president has been this century going into a state of union at this point in

43:43their presidency it is also the weakest that donald trump has ever been with independence

43:49look at this drop we've been talking about it the past few months at this

43:53point a year ago donald trump was at minus 13 points look at this minus

43:5847 points among independents the lowest donald trump has ever been in either of his

44:05two terms as president with independence that is driving these numbers when you're 47 points

44:11underwater with independence that's the name of the game you can't be above water overall

44:15and that's why donald trump is near record lows overall and the lowest he's ever

44:18been going into a state of union address quite a message on the eve of

44:22this big moment thank you harry thank you john those numbers with independence just eye

44:26popping there see it look cnn gets a lot of it but they got it

44:33so right with mr harry and that guy dude a plus good great work harry

44:39per usual my goat so funny how much you how much you love the guy

44:42i love the whole it's the whole like prison you like this dick the routine

44:46he's just he's just unapologetically he just goes we're all from new york and you

44:51appreciate the accent exactly so look after donald trump was handed that massive loss by

44:57the united states supreme court on friday a six to three decision striking down his

45:02tariffs against the world he held that press conference i'm not going to show that

45:06many clips here because i'm sure you've seen them all first off that new lighting

45:10in the white house is also just awful like they do everything awful and i'm

45:13not gonna just like spend that much time talking about the lighting but this looks

45:17like horrible it just i don't even know how to describe what this looks like

45:20but anyway so he then announces right after he gets that major l from the

45:26supreme court that he's now going to be enacting all these other tariffs that are

45:30going to be bigger than the tariffs that were just struck down so here he

45:34is when he says effective immediately all national security tariffs under section 232 and existing

45:41301 remain in place and now i'm ordering an additional 10 percent tariffs under section

45:47122 here let's play this today i will sign an order to impose a 10

45:51percent global tariff under section 122 over and above our normal tariffs already being charged

45:58and we're also initiating several section 301 and other investigations to protect our country from

46:07unfair trading practices of other countries and companies and then less than 24 hours later

46:14about 12 hours later he then posts that he's now raising that number from 10

46:19percent to 15 percent and 15 percent is the cap under section 122 of the

46:26trade act of 1974 but let's just pull up for a second the trade act

46:31of 1974 section 122 as peter berazin explains section 122 of the 1974 trade act

46:40on which trump is now basing these 15 percent tariffs it just does not apply

46:45in the current macro environment a balance of payment deficits is required that's not the

46:52same as a trade deficit you cannot have a balance of payments if you have

46:57a flexible exchange rate as the u .s currently does also didn't donald trump say

47:05that he has brought in 17 trillion dollars or $21 trillion.

47:10So if you've brought in $21 trillion, by the way, we know that's false, but

47:14that's what he's saying. How are you claiming that there is a balance of payments

47:21crisis if you're saying everybody's just giving you this money, right?

47:25So Donald Trump's own statements rebut his invocation of section 122 and Donald Trump's own

47:32DOJ lawyers argued in front of the court of international trade, the circuit court and

47:38the Supreme court. When they were asked, why are you relying on IEPA, this emergency

47:44provision versus section 122? Trump's own lawyers said it doesn't apply.

47:50They said, we're trying to deal with emergencies relating to trade deficits and section 122

47:57deals with balance of payment deficits.

48:01So Trump's own lawyers said that they cannot invoke section 122.

48:05And what does Donald Trump do?

48:07He invokes section 122. Trump's lesson about the Supreme court striking down the tariffs against

48:14the world is that it took them 14 months to do it.

48:18So all he has to do in his mind is let me find some hook

48:22that's unlawful. I'm going to do it.

48:25I'll get sued. Then I'll appeal.

48:28I'll ask for stays. I'll lie to the courts about the reasons that I want

48:32these days. I'll say it's okay.

48:34If ultimately we get ruled against by the Supreme court, we'll do tariff refunds, which

48:39now they're saying they're not going to do.

48:41So they lied to all the courts by saying they want to stay because they

48:45said they would issue refunds if they lose.

48:47So you have nothing to worry about by issuing the stay.

48:50That was one of the big lies that they told them.

48:52And so Trump's views, okay, I'll just do it anyway.

48:55Then it'll go to the Supreme court in 2027.

48:58I'll lose, but then I got it for another, however long.

49:02Now this specific statute also section 122 says that the tariffs can only remain in

49:08place for 150 days, but what's Trump going to do when 150 days are up,

49:13he's going to go, I invoke it again rather than go to Congress.

49:17Um, so it doesn't apply.

49:19It's limited to 150 days, but Trump's very lesson from this is to double down

49:26on his crimes. And now he's stolen hundreds of billions of dollars from the American

49:31people and refuses to return it.

49:34But again, this is in keeping with Donald Trump's life.

49:38You've unlawfully taxed American companies, which passed it on to consumers to the tune of

49:44$200 billion. You have to return it.

49:46Give us our money back.

49:47What are you doing? And now they're saying they're not going to do that.

49:51Do we have the clip Brett of treasury secretary, uh, Scott Besant, when he was

49:58on CNN over the weekend and Dana bash to her credit, ask the question, look,

50:02the big question that Americans want to know now that you lost is, will you

50:07be doing refunds? Will you be returning the money?

50:10Watch what Besson says. Let's play question.

50:13Will you refund the roughly $134 billion in revenue taken by these emergency tariffs?

50:21Well, Dana, that's not the big question.

50:24Uh, the let's just level set here.

50:26What the Supreme court did was a very narrow reading of the president's authority under

50:31the IEPA tariffs. Uh, we have other tariff authorities, which have been functioning section 232

50:38tariffs, section 301 tariffs. And, uh, Dana, when you say it's a big question, that's

50:44bad framing because the Supreme court didn't even address that.

50:47The Supreme court didn't even address that.

50:47The Supreme Court remanded it down to a lower court.

50:50And, you know, we will follow what they say, but that could be weeks or

50:55months when we hear them.

50:56So the Supreme Court did not address refunds.

50:59Sure, they didn't address refunds.

51:01That is clearly gonna be up to you, which is why it is - No,

51:05no, no, no, Dana, it is not up to me.

51:07Not you, not you. It is not up to the administration.

51:10It is up to the lower court.

51:11Let's just be clear on that.

51:12Let's bring in Brett and Jordy.

51:14It is up to them.

51:15And she asked a good question.

51:17Initially, but then she bought that framing.

51:19Okay, it's up to - No, no, no, no.

51:20It's up to you. If you're going to unlawfully withhold the refunds and then force

51:27the courts to order you, anybody who read the opinion, it's very clear.

51:32If the authority was unlawful in the first place, you owe the refunds.

51:37You stole the money. It's like, if you're found guilty of stealing the money and

51:43you still have the money, do they really need to say you need to give

51:46it back? Of course you need to give it back.

51:48What are you talking about?

51:49Brett and Jordy. Yeah, and this is why you don't impose illegal tariffs to begin

51:53with. This is why you shouldn't even go down this path.

51:56But I think what we're seeing is, in the words of Donald Trump, you don't

52:01have the cards, Donald. You don't have the cards, Scott Besson.

52:04You're losing all the cards.

52:05You tried this illegal maneuver because you are weak leaders, because you are bad at

52:09your jobs. If you're simply good at your job, the thing that you would do

52:12is you'd be like, you know, I could just do this the right way because

52:15I'm so influential and everybody listens to me.

52:18So here's what I'm going to do.

52:19I'm just going to go to Congress.

52:20We're going to codify these tariffs and I will show all of them.

52:23They want to try to stop me.

52:25Guess what? I'm going to get these passed through Congress.

52:28But Donald Trump is a paper tiger and Donald Trump is a lot weaker than

52:32he's letting on. And I think one of the things that this situation has showed

52:35everybody is how weak Donald Trump truly is.

52:39And this is something that I've heard Governor Gavin Newsom say quite a bit since

52:43the ruling, that it has showed his weakness on a global scale.

52:47And it is so true right now because now you have all these other countries

52:51out there that don't have trade agreements that have been ratified with the United States,

52:56but have been going back and forth with the U .S.

52:58And now they kind of have no incentive at all to come to the table

53:01with Donald Trump, especially with the terms that Trump is demanding.

53:04Trump totally tried to, you know, Trump totally overplayed his hand and now his bluff

53:10has backfired because he doesn't actually have the legal authority to do what he's been

53:14threatening to do with all of these countries.

53:16So if I were these countries, I'd just be like, okay, you want to do

53:18this stupid tariffs for 150 days?

53:21We're just going to chill back, okay?

53:22We're just going to wait this thing out and we know that this is all

53:26going to blow away because you don't have the authority.

53:28You don't have the cards, Donald.

53:29Sorry. And it seems like Scott Bessett and this administration's posture right now is basically

53:34we stole all of this money and yes, it's money from American businesses, even though

53:39they try to say it's from all these other countries.

53:40We stole all of this money and we're not going to give it back.

53:44But if you want it back, you're going to have to sue us for it.

53:47And we're going to drag out these lawsuits for years and years and years.

53:51And we're going to make it as painful as possible for you to get your

53:54money back. And we're already starting to see these lawsuits.

53:56I think Costco filed a lawsuit already.

53:59They already had a lawsuit going.

54:00We learned FedEx earlier. FedEx filed a lawsuit against the administration seeking a full refund

54:07of their tariffs after the Supreme Court ruling.

54:11And we're going to see a whole lot more of this.

54:13And this is going to be something that the Trump regime is going to have

54:15to deal with. This is going to be something that Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett, who

54:19pretends this is not his responsibility at all, this is going to be something that's

54:23going to start occupying a whole...

54:26lot of his time. And if the crazy thing is, to me, the Supreme Court

54:31did Donald Trump and all of these Republicans the biggest favor imaginable.

54:36Like, if he were even a little bit smart, he would try to chalk it

54:41up as like, I tried, I tried my best with the tariffs, but I guess

54:45they won't let me. So no tariffs, let the markets go up, let everybody actually

54:49celebrate the fact that there's free trade back here.

54:52But he can't control himself because he is a wrecking ball.

54:56He is a destructive force.

54:57And all he knows is how to destroy, not to build.

55:01And his goal is just to burn this country and the world down with him.

55:06And that's what we're seeing right now.

55:07We're seeing an unhinged maniac out there who just simply cannot control himself, who will

55:14always err on the side of wrecking everything that comes in his way.

55:19It's a complete and total disgrace.

55:20I could guarantee you all these Republican senators and Congress people, I guarantee you they

55:25were celebrating the Supreme Court's decision.

55:27I bet they were so happy about it.

55:30And you could tell that they want nothing to do with this because even just

55:32today, Speaker Mike Johnson was asked, you know, so why don't you guys put a

55:36bill on the floor? You know, put a bill on the floor, codify these tariffs.

55:39Speaker Johnson was like, yeah, you know, I don't think there's an appetite for, I

55:44don't think there's an appetite in the caucus right now.

55:46Well, why not? These are so popular.

55:48If you stand by them, then stand by them and put the bill on the

55:52floor. But the fact is they're weak.

55:54They know the American people don't like this.

55:56They know their approvals are crashing and they just don't give a shit at this

56:00point. And shame on the Supreme Court, by the way, for giving Donald Trump this

56:04immunity in that prior ruling, which is kind of allowing Donald Trump to do whatever

56:07the hell he wants, even in the face of these rulings.

56:09It's a complete disgrace, but it's all showing right now how weak Trump is and

56:14how weak this entire party is.

56:16The house of cards is collapsing right now before our eyes.

56:19They're just all so dishonest too.

56:21And they just lie with impunity.

56:23Like they love, if their mouth is moving, they are lying.

56:27That's just ultimately what it comes down to.

56:28There's no substance behind anything that they say, because ultimately they don't work for the

56:32American people as they pretend to, right?

56:35They go out there, they wave their American flag.

56:36I love this country, man.

56:38It's all farce. They genuinely don't love the country.

56:42They don't. They care about one person who they refer to often as daddy.

56:47It's weird. It's Donald Trump.

56:49I wish I was kidding.

56:52That's what these Republicans do.

56:53So they go out there, they lie, they do his bidding.

56:56And even when he makes mistakes that are costly to the American people, they try

57:00and spin it into a positive.

57:02They try and cover for the guy instead of trying to figure out what's best

57:05for the American person. For me, that's just inexcusable.

57:09And as we look back in five, 10 years and sort of have a post

57:12-mortem on all of this, I hope we get to that point where we can,

57:16honestly, you know, and pro -democracy ideals and values truly went out.

57:20I think we'll look back and just be like, man, how cowardly was that whole

57:24entire party? Literally an entire party of cowards.

57:30It's absolutely pathetic. It truly is.

57:33And it blows my mind that we're here, honestly, as a country.

57:37And there are still so many people within this country that support and kind of

57:40cheer these folks on. But that just goes to show you how strong the propaganda

57:43is out there. And so, you know, as we reflect back into this episode, I'm

57:48so happy that we reached this milestone of 6 million subscribers, again, to amplify our

57:52megaphone here, to bring truth with facts, data, receipts, and clips, and show it to

1:09:58So it turns out an American nuke submarine was right outside Nuke in Greenland, their

1:10:05capital, right as the king of Denmark was there visiting.

1:10:10So this was a revelation too.

1:10:11Wait a minute. You're talking about sending these ships and your nuclear submarine had to

1:10:16surface. We just saved the life.

1:10:18And now you're saying you want to send ships to help us.

1:10:21We don't need help. And the premier of Greenland, Johns Frederick Nielsen, then posted the

1:10:26following on Facebook. It will be a no thank you from here.

1:10:30Trump's idea of sending an American hospital ship to Greenland has been noted.

1:10:33However, we have public healthcare systems where treatment is free for citizens.

1:10:38This is a deliberate choice and a fundamental part of our society.

1:10:41This is not the case in the United States.

1:10:43We're seeing a doctor comes at a cost.

1:10:45We are always open to dialogue and cooperation, including with the United States.

1:10:49But please speak with us instead of making more or less random statements on social

1:10:57Dialogue and cooperation require respect for the fact that decisions about our country are made

1:11:04here at home. And then there's a photo of Johns Frederick Nielsen, the premier of

1:11:08Greenland, along with the minister of health.

1:11:10Brett and Geordi, deranged, deranged stuff right there.

1:11:13Deranged, embarrassing, dangerous. As you said, this is such a Putin -esque tactic.

1:11:18And I just want to emphasize just again, just how provocative of a move it

1:11:22is that the United States had a nuclear submarine that close to Denmark, where when

1:11:27a member of the United States military got sick, that Denmark cared for them on

1:11:34Greenland. And that Donald Trump took that, and then he made it this opposite land

1:11:39where the United States actually has to help Greenland, even as Greenland was helping the

1:11:44United States. Not to mention the fact that the hospital ships that the U .S.

1:11:48has, both of them are currently incapacitated.

1:11:51Both of them are currently in for repairs, so they can't even go there at

1:11:54all. And the Wall Street Journal also followed up and asked the Pentagon, asked people,

1:11:58so was there an actual order made for these hospital ships to go to Greenland?

1:12:02Nope, nothing. Just Donald Trump made it up.

1:12:05And Jeff Landry in Louisiana, they just are continuing to perpetuate these lies, all while

1:12:10they have these nuclear submarines, apparently, right off the coast of Greenland.

1:12:14Like, if you're an ally of the United States, or formerly an ally, how could

1:12:18you possibly look at the U .S.

1:12:20right now as the good guys?

1:12:21How could you possibly think that anything that the United States is doing is in

1:12:25good faith, especially as Donald Trump uses Vladimir Putin's talking points for annexing territory, for

1:12:32taking over places like Ukraine or Crimea in Ukraine, using the same exact language?

1:12:38as Putin, as justification to do all the things that Donald Trump is doing.

1:12:43It's very obvious. It's good to see that the leaders in Denmark and Greenland are

1:12:48speaking out against this and are speaking out unequivocally because it's very clear what Donald

1:12:53Trump is doing. But this is the problem when you have an actual psychopath in

1:12:57the Oval Office and enablers who enable the psychopath to be psychopathic and to be

1:13:02crazy on everybody. I mean, this is the end result.

1:13:05This is the only natural result of all of this.

1:13:08And it's why everybody needs to actually stand up against this maniac.

1:13:13Absolutely. And it's why I always say this is why we need adults in the

1:13:17room. We need serious people in government.

1:13:19My biggest fear for the future of this country is basically how our allies will

1:13:25see us post the Trump presidency, right?

1:13:30My biggest fear is trying to figure out where we stand as a country, but

1:13:36as we stand as an image sort of to the world of what our values

1:13:43are, of who our leaders are, of what people expect that they can get from

1:13:47a relationship with this country on a consistent basis.

1:13:50I really worry for not just us here, but future generations, right?

1:13:56We all have kids as the brothers here.

1:13:58And even if it's not our kids specifically, I just worry about the future generations

1:14:02of children that are growing up in America.

1:14:04Because if we don't have strong allies and we truly isolate ourselves from the world,

1:14:11I think we've all learned throughout studying history what that could do and what that

1:14:17does do. To me, it's a terrifying prospect when countries can no longer depend on

1:14:22us, the US, to actually live up to our end of the bargain.

1:14:27And that's what's been so disheartening for me with the Trump presidency, with the Trump

1:14:31regime right now, is I truly can't see a vision where the image of the

1:14:38United States gets fully repaired on a global stage.

1:14:42And it's terrifying. Jordan, you want me to give you the answer?

1:14:45Remember that Adam Sandler movie where it is like the fast forward button.

1:15:46dignity, but that maybe takes us back from negative 100 to negative 20, but the

1:15:55rest of the world's moved on and their view is okay.

1:16:02We've got to deal with this person for the next four years and that's good.

1:16:06But this country, America, United States is susceptible to this.

1:16:12Again, this exists in that country.

1:16:14So until there's some sort of.

1:16:16massive constitutional reform, court reform, right?

1:16:23Like our constant, our constitution needs to be rethought.

1:16:29Like, and I'm like, I'm not going to be able to solve that problem in

1:16:32the next nine minutes on this show, but the constitution was based on good faith,

1:16:40norms, traditions, right? And an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.

1:16:47It's a contract concept that I teach in law school, but our contract, I mean,

1:16:52our constitution is a contract and it's not all that long.

1:16:55It's one of the incredible things when I teach constitutional law in law schools, it's

1:17:00not that big. The first amendment, not that long.

1:17:02The second amendment, just a sentence or two, right?

1:17:06The, you know, the fourth amendment of unreasonable searches and seizures.

1:17:09You, you, you go through the various amendments, the 10th and 10th amendment on state's

1:17:13rights. You, you go through these constitutional provisions and they're based though on the good

1:17:21faith that people go along with these things.

1:17:24And the moment the Supreme court makes a rule in like absolute immunity, when even

1:17:30royalty in the UK doesn't get absolute immunity, right?

1:17:34And our constitution was a reaction against Kings and objection to it until we abolish

1:17:42absolute immunity until we here find ways to abolish this concept of this unitary executive

1:17:52who can do whatever they want without checks about no country is going to think

1:17:57that America can ever be a long -term partner.

1:18:00So they've moved on click.

1:18:01That's it. It's done. And this is what Trump's done his entire life.

1:18:06And I don't mean to paint a picture that's so bleak to end it, but

1:18:11I'm just being real. And look, the United States can play a role in a

1:18:15broader multilateral system and future presidents can try to get back into some of these

1:18:20organizations. Sure. But until there is systemic reform here in our country and wholesale abolition

1:18:28of certain types of doctrines here that have really harmed us, no one's going to

1:18:34view us as a reliable partner.

1:18:36This is what Trump's done with his casinos and his entities.

1:18:39And he did it with the United States.

1:18:40I think a future president can restore some dignity, but not ever get back America

1:18:46stand ever again, Geordi. You know, and I hate to, I think, I'm just going

1:18:51to say, I think, I think it was a really, um, some good analysis.

1:18:56I also don't think you've ever actually seen the movie click.

1:18:58I just don't know how that tied into the movie at all, but, but I

1:20:41Why under this sort of pressure with the amount of sea power, naval power that

1:20:47we have over there, why they haven't come to us and said, we profess that

1:20:51we don't want to be, we don't want a weapon.

1:20:53So here's what we're prepared to do.

1:20:55And yet it's hard to, to sort of get them to that place.

1:20:58Great. I mean, it's the stupidest negotiation I've ever, by the way, has everybody, has

1:21:01everyone seen the con yet?

1:21:03Okay. Is there, are you noticing the con?

1:21:05Remember months ago when they did the other attacks on Iran and.

1:21:09Obliterated. What was that? Totally obliterated.

1:21:12Total, total obliteration, right? That was the phrase that Donald Trump, we totally obliterated Iran's

1:21:17nuclear program. We have set them back years, if not decades.

1:21:20They are never, ever going to be close to getting a nuclear weapon ever again.

1:21:25And now you have Whitcoff going on TV and they're running the same playbook where

1:21:29they go. It's, it's the same thing.

1:21:31And they've been doing this by the way, for decades.

1:21:32I think the daily show did an excellent montage with Netanyahu about this, where they

1:21:38go. Iran is just a week away.

1:21:41Iran is just a week away from getting a nuclear weapon.

1:21:44So we have to act now just a week away, just a week away or

1:21:47just weeks away. They constantly use the same propaganda.

1:21:50And then they try to go, Oh, you don't want us to go to war

1:21:53with this country. Then you're anti -American.

1:21:55You support terrorism. They start, you know, running out.

1:21:59That's the playbook they run every time.

1:22:01But Donald Trump said totally obliterated that those were the terms used.

1:22:05Now they're saying a week away.

1:22:07You can't have it both ways.

1:22:08They were either lying then or lying now or lying both times, which is probably

1:22:12the reality in this situation.

1:22:14And I'm sick of being gaslighted by these people into getting into all of these

1:22:19foreign entanglements into getting in all of these wars.

1:22:22I mean, it's just absolutely ridiculous.

1:22:25There's a lot of reporting now that the US isn't even prepared for action in

1:22:29Iran. You have generals speaking out.

1:22:32Then you have Donald Trump disputing the reports that have been well -sourced and in

1:22:36a variety of publications about this very issue.

1:22:40You could tell Donald Trump has been kind of very hesitant about this one.

1:22:44Trump wants to do something that's sort of like quick and get out.

1:22:46But it seems like if Donald Trump does actually get involved in Iran this time,

1:22:50it's going to be a more prolonged war.

1:22:53And they are predicting that American troops are going to have to be on the

1:22:56ground and that American troops could die in a war in Iran.

1:23:00And so this is the situation that Trump is once again getting us into using

1:23:04the same playbook, by the way, that Republicans have used for decades and decades and

1:23:09decades to get us into wars.

1:23:11But probably not with this low a popularity as Donald Trump is right now, right?

1:23:15When Bush got us into Iraq and all of those, you know, forever wars, at

1:23:20least he had like an 80 % approval rating at the time.

1:23:23He spent a lot of time kind of conditioning people for it, putting out messaging.

1:23:27Donald Trump just is trying to do this just on a whim.

1:23:30And he's already unpopular to begin with.

1:23:33Nobody in the United States wants this.

1:23:35It seems completely reckless, but like I said, Donald Trump is a destructive individual and

1:23:41he will do anything he can to destroy.

1:23:43He doesn't know how to build.

1:23:44This is the only thing he knows how to do.

1:23:48Absolutely. I want to, I mean, a few things.

1:23:52Number one, Brett, about the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, what he's privately telling people

1:23:56is America doesn't have any allies right now to help with Iran, right?

1:24:01It's just America and Israel.

1:24:03That's it. No one else wants to give us their bases.

1:24:06That's a lack of support from allies.

1:24:08That's a, that's a big deal in a situation like this.

1:24:11And one of the things also that we're seeing, you know, the U .S.

1:24:18attacking the European Union now because the European Union in their defense directive, like their

1:24:23big kind of national security policy paper says that they want to now buy European

1:24:30military equipment first, right? The U .S.

1:24:33has been attacking Europe. They've been threatening to invade European countries or territories of European

1:24:49So we're going to buy Europe first, right?

1:24:53There's buy America first in America, buy U .S.

1:24:55first Europe. So we'll do the same.

1:24:57Got it. We'll focus on European military equipment first, right?

1:25:01Like the Gripen in Sweden over the F -35, you know, or the French military

1:25:08air, air defense systems over the U .S.

1:25:12Patriot systems, right? I mean, there's, you know, okay, you know, especially as Donald Trump

1:25:16talks about building in kill switches into American military equipment.

1:25:20So then the ambassador to the European Union posts, you can't do that.

1:25:26We are not okay. It is unacceptable for you to have a European preference.

1:25:32Really? Because that's kind of, you've been attacking Europe and now they're done with you.

1:25:36And so now you're attacking the European Union for having a Europe preference over military

1:25:40equipment. It's that type of stuff over and over again.

1:25:43As I mentioned at the outset, Charles Kushner, Jared Kushner's dad, who's the ambassador to

1:25:49France. For those who don't know Charles Kushner's story, he pled guilty to multiple felony

1:25:54counts of tax evasion and witness tampering.

1:25:57Which witness did he tamper?

1:26:00His brother -in -law, his wife's brother.

1:26:04And how did he do it?

1:26:05He hired prostitutes in order to set up his brother -in -law to blackmail his

1:26:11brother -in -law who was cooperating with the feds to testify against him in order

1:26:16to destroy his brother -in -law's marriage with prostitutes.

1:26:20And he was caught doing that.

1:26:22He was pardoned by Don, his Epstein class stuff, right?

1:26:24He was pardoned by Trump in 2020 and he became the ambassador to France.

1:26:28He and the U .S.

1:26:29Embassy in France have made numerous statements recently attacking French domestic policy, saying that we

1:26:37expect you to stop leftist extremism.

1:26:40And in France, they're like, you don't lecture us on how we deal with things

1:26:43here in France, okay? You're the ambassador.

1:26:46Stop. You don't dictate our policy.

1:26:48You understand? We're going to handle it.

1:26:50We take things seriously here.

1:26:52Stop it. And they summon Kushner.

1:26:54And guess what? Kushner didn't show.

1:26:56As an ambassador, you have to show when you get summoned.

1:26:58That's part of the diplomatic dance that you do.

1:27:02Didn't show. It's the second time he did it.

1:27:03So now in France, they ban him.

1:27:06But all the U .S.

1:27:07ambassadors to these countries attack the countries, right?

1:27:11I mean, the ambassador is the ambassador.

1:27:12But Canada goes in there and mocks Canadians every day, right?

1:27:16And by the way, he's attacked Midas Canada as well.

1:27:19But you look at throughout, that's what these ambassadors are, you know, are doing.
