9:32the majority of americans now believing the president lacks the mental sharpness and physical health
9:37to serve effectively and they cite a poll where the majority or significant majority of
9:42americans say trump is unfit and the 25th amendment needs to be invoked this is
9:47plainly out of the realm of normal politics when the president of the united states
9:51threatens to extinguish a civilization on social media rants about combat missions with children at
9:57the easter egg roll and drops profane tirades on easter morning we have indisputably entered
10:04the realm of profound medical difficulty and concern in october 2025 you issued a statement
10:11declaring that the president continues to demonstrate excellent overall health in light of the president's
10:17extreme over the light of the president's extreme behavior over the past week to say
10:22nothing of his conduct in office more broadly the public must know whether you will
10:27stand by that assessment as republican congressional leaders have repeatedly said the american people deserve
10:33to know whether our president is mentally capable of making life or death decisions that
10:38his office is 10 to Jr.
10:39Accordingly, no later than 5 p .m.
10:42on April 24, 2026, I insist that you 1.
10:47Conduct comprehensive neurophysical assessments of the President, including a formal cognitive screening instrument, and publicly
10:53release the results. 2. Provide a detailed report on President's current mental and physical health
10:59status, including any medications that he is currently taking and their potential cognitive side effects.
11:043. Make yourself available for a briefing under oath with members of the committee on
11:09the results of this assessment.
11:11I look forward to your prompt compliance with this important and urgent oversight request.

11:22Now, while Democrats don't control Congress at this stage, when Democrats are able to take
11:28control, which many believe will take place after the midterms, this letter can be enforced
11:33via an actual subpoena, getting Donald Trump's doctors to testify, producing the actual records, making
11:40Donald Trump's cognitive exams public.
11:43And you'll recall that when Donald Trump talks about these cognitive exams, Donald Trump's own
11:48statements are that, I aced him, and it's a good thing I aced him because
11:51these are public exams. These are meant for the public.
11:54So if I didn't do good, the whole public would get to see it.
11:58Donald Trump also said that he was willing to publicly release MRI records, but then
12:04it turned out that he claimed he never got an MRI, even though he said
12:08he didn't know the distinction between an MRI and a CT scan, even though he
12:12originally said it was an MRI.
12:14Then they said it was an MRI of just the abdomen, which is not a
12:17thing that happens. Then he said that it was a CT scan of just the
12:22abdomen, and none of it made sense at all.
12:25But Donald Trump also said that these were public records and he was going to
12:29make them available. And of course, he lies about everything and didn't make them publicly
12:32available. And so why I'm bringing that up is if Donald Trump tries to claim,
12:38oh, I can't release, these are private medical files.
12:40These are part of my HIPAA records, right?
12:43You know, the Health Privacy Act.
12:45We should point to those statements and say, well, actually, you recognize that your cognitive
12:50exams were public, as well as all of these tests were public, and you got
12:54to make them public as the president of the United States.
12:57Also, where are the medical records when Donald Trump was, you know, allegedly shot in
13:04Pennsylvania, when there was the alleged assassination attempt?
13:08Remember, they were going to release the medical records from that hospital, and Trump claims
13:12he got shot with an AR -15 bullet in the ear.
13:16But he said he just got a little scratch on it.
13:19But the AR -15 bullet, well, that document was never produced either, the hospital record.
13:24Instead, he got one of these MAGA Republican Congress members, you know, who took to
13:30basically write, Randy Jackson, to write a letter saying, I've reviewed it, and he's in
13:36perfect health, impeccable shape. And then, you know, he says that he like weighs what,
13:42like, he's like 6 '4", 6 '3 1⁄2", and 220 pounds.
13:46And that his health is, this is what his current doctor, this guy says, that
13:50his current health has been demonstrated by the fact that he wins golf tournaments all
13:56of the time, and that that shows his current health because of his golf tournament
14:00wins, just like clownish stuff.
