3:33We are joined by Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy.

3:38Senator Cassidy, appreciate you being here, sir.

3:41Hey, guys. Thanks for having me.

3:44Appreciate it very much. Let's start with where you are on the DHS funding situation

3:50here. I mean, I'm sure you want TSA funded, but I haven't checked in on

3:56New Orleans Airport, whether it's been affected at all.

3:58That would obviously be a big deal in your home state that you represent.

4:02But it looks like there might be a turning of the tide here.

4:07You now have ICE helping out, possibly even National Guard helping out.

4:11Do you think this changes the calculation for Democrats, or is this just going to

4:17continue on, this brinksmanship, where the American people who are trying to travel end up

4:22suffering? I think Chuck Schumer thinks he's got a winning issue, and he's going to

4:26ride that horse. And I am, you know, I'm a doctor, excuse the term, but

4:31I am urinated off. I mean, we've got people waiting five hours to get through

4:35a line. We've got TSA agents trying to pay their bills and haven't been paid

4:39for six weeks. And most, I mean, I think all the demands that the Democrats

4:46had have been met. Okay, then they pull back and say, we want more.

4:50It's like the Iranians with the Strait of Hormuz.

4:52They think they've got a winning issue.

4:54They're going to continue to hold it hostage until they extract as much as they

4:57can. And they don't care the cost to the American traveler, and they don't care

5:02the cost to the person who works for TSA or FEMA or Coast Guard.

5:06But it is just, man, you just deserve to be angry, brother.

5:10In your state, New Orleans, it has been among the worst of all airports that

5:15we've seen. Not far from you, Houston has also been bad.

5:19What are you hearing at the New Orleans airport for people out there that are

5:23maybe traveling to or from?

5:24It's a big tourist. destination at spring break uh what are you hearing from people

5:29at new orleans about what they're able to do what would you say to people

5:32that are going to be or thinking about traveling through new orleans in the near

5:36future so first the woman i spoke to who was going to come meet me

5:40after three hours standing in line which stretched out into the parking garage she missed

5:45her flight and said i'm sorry i can't come see you i talked to the

5:49airport administrator sunday and monday are the busiest travel days usually by mid -morning things

5:56are kind of clearing up and so if you're traveling out of louis armstrong airport

6:01now try and get a later flight in the afternoon uh if you're in the

6:05morning go very early uh particularly if you're on sunday and monday um but but

6:10you know the very fact that we're having this conversation and democrats agreed to a

6:16deal months ago and then they then pulled back and then they agreed again and

6:21then they pulled back they don't want a deal they want an issue and and

6:26the issue that they want continues to evolve which makes me think what they really

6:31want is a political selling point that somehow that they're the savior even though they're

6:37the ones screwing it up hey guys just just really frustrating when do you think

6:42this gets resolved uh i mean there would seem to be a little bit of

6:45optimism um but again as we've mentioned this is happening all over the country we're

6:49hearing about it a lot uh if you had to guess i mean it is

6:54a political issue now democrats have decided to make it one uh you may have

6:59heard we had the ice suggestion help to uh emerge from this program from one

7:04of our callers where is this going and how do we fix it well the

7:08president's going to try and uh you know for those positions that that an ice

7:13or a national guard could help with the fellow that stands at the uh or

7:18sits at the exit so they make sure you don't double back in clearly you

7:22know one of the three of us could do that right i mean that's just

7:26like sorry you can't do that um and so so that won't require training there's

7:31some other things that you know the person sitting at the at the x -ray

7:35machine that person she requires a lot of training and so some things they can

7:40do and some things they can't uh i think i was told at one point

7:44new orleans airport had an 83 percent sick end rate and then somebody else told

7:48me 43 percent either way that's a lot of people to replace and and a

7:53lot of those are going to require at least some training so i like the

7:56president trying to get out there get ahead of it i think we should we're

8:00still going to have some problems can you just remind everybody senator uh that what

8:06it is that the democrats actually want like what are the concessions that they are

8:12demanding it seems to me like they essentially want to be able to call the

8:17shots with an executive law enforcement branch uh or the law enforcement function of an

8:23executive branch agency and they're just using this issue it's like they're taking travelers hostage

8:30or at least their time hostage until they can get what they want yeah it

8:35really is remarkable they don't want funding for ice and they don't want any money

8:39to like transport somebody here illegally back to their home country now in the working

8:45families tax cuts bill we actually republicans anticipated they might do this in the future

8:50and so we increased the funding back then for ice to an amount sufficient to

8:57pay for ice operations even if democrats pull this trick so we can actually you

9:02know navigate that that's you know that we we thought ahead so we can navigate

9:07that but they also want the um they also want the ice agents not to

9:13have to wear a mask now the problem with that is if you get a

9:16facial image you can dox the person and then as somebody points out they've got

9:21their street brigades who will then go out and terrorize the person his family her

9:27children they'll follow them to their home we know that because in portland that's what

9:33the kind of radical left street brigade did to uh federal agents in portland and

9:41harassed the heck out of the family so the uh masks are protecting the families

9:48of the agents tom homan said listen we can put numbers on their outfits if

9:52you want to know who's responsible for an action you'll put a number up there

9:56one two three four and it'll be number one two three four and we can

9:59trace that number back if someone behaves inappropriately uh so so so they so i

10:06think what they really want in that case is to intimidate the officer in their

10:11family they also want body cams the uh the um administration the white house has

10:16said we'll give you body cams we'll increase the money going for body cams uh

10:20we want to be able to keep the film we'll keep the film so the

10:24demands are being met except for the demands which would put the safety of the

10:28families at risk and those are the ones they're dug in on which kind of

10:32like you really want the families at risk but that's what they want we're talking

10:37to senator bill cassidy of louisiana um you are working on a bill that is

10:43trying to get uh overall the insider trading shutdown this is something that is overwhelmingly

10:51popular with our audience We hear about it all the time.

10:55Certainly, Nancy Pelosi has had the greatest success of anybody this side of Warren Buffett.

11:01What is the likelihood of a bill getting passed?

11:05What are you trying to do?

11:07Yeah, we're trying to restore faith in Congress.

11:09Full disclosure, I'm running for re -election.

11:12One of my opponents, Congresswoman Letlow, has done extremely well in the stock market, including

11:18trading on stocks in which the companies have appeared before a subcommittee upon which she

11:22serves. But this should be about restoring the faith in the American people that Congress

11:29is not a place you come to do well financially.

11:32It's a place you come to do good for the nation and for your state

11:36and for your constituents. And it should be a place you come to do good.

11:42So the fact that Nancy Pelosi and her stock trading has become a punchline tells

11:47you the problem. That should not be a punchline that people in Congress are using

11:51inside information or their families are.

11:53Someone said, well, it's her husband.

11:55Okay, right. They never talk.

11:58They never have pillow talk.

12:00So I think this is just about making, helping the American people, if you will,

12:05restore the faith that you come here to do good for the American people and

12:09not to do well for yourself.

12:11Senator, what are your thoughts on where the war with Iran stands right now?

12:17I know there's ongoing negotiation.

12:19The president is saying militarily, this has been an incredible display of our capabilities and

12:26has been very effective at degrading Iranian capabilities.

12:30State of Hormuz, is it open?

12:32Is it going to open soon?

12:34That's a big question people have.

12:35Gas prices, obviously some concern there.

12:38Where do you come down on all of this?

12:40Clearly the Iranians sending a ballistic missile 2 ,500 miles towards our naval base, Diego

12:48Garcia, shows us that they were developing ballistic missiles.

12:53They just declared it. They said they weren't and they obviously were.

12:57Next, they obviously were trying to get enriched uranium and despite their denials, everyone knows

13:04they were doing it for a nuclear weapon.

13:05So you put the two together.

13:07They were trying to develop a nuclear weapon and they now have ballistic missiles that

13:11could go all throughout Europe and all throughout where many of our bases are.

13:17So the president's decision to go after them will be judged on its success.

13:22But the motivation behind it to keep them from developing nuclear weaponry and to keep

13:26them from being able to deliver it, that seems to have been, hmm, I see

13:30their point. It seems like that's the case after all.

13:32In terms of the Strait of Hormuz, our allies like UAE and the Europeans and

13:40the Saudi Arabians, it's going to be tough on them if Iran ends up controlling

13:47the Strait of Hormuz. And I have to think that the president, his administration are

13:52going to make sure that that doesn't happen.

13:54We're talking to Senator Bill Cassidy.

13:56Okay, chaos when it comes to college athletics.

13:59I know that you have a bill that you are working on there.

14:03A lot of people all over the country, particularly in your state of Louisiana, where

14:08Lane Kiffin is now the LSU football coach are very focused on NIL, maybe.

14:12Might be a new basketball coach headed that way too.

14:15What say you? What's the goal?

14:17First, I know that Clay loves Lane Kiffin.

14:20I'm sure that Clay just like has a poster of Lane in his bedroom.

14:27I don't know that far.

14:32So even people, put it this way, everybody I think thinks that the athletes should

14:37have had some revenue sharing.

14:39The universities are pulling in an incredible amount of money and they weren't sharing any

14:43of it. Tommy Tuberville, former coach at Auburn, is on my committee.

14:47He goes, he had been pushing for revenue sharing for the longest.

14:51And it's an open secret that payments were being made.

14:54So just bring them above the table.

14:56Have some control over it.

14:57That sounds good. What's happened, and there's an athlete back home, College Temple, about 70

15:04years old, but he has played basketball at LSU, a mentor to a lot of

15:07folks going through LSU. He'd tell kids, you stay at LSU, you keep your nose

15:12clean. At the end of four years, you got loyalty to an institution.

15:16They have loyalty to you.

15:17And if you're one of that 99 .5 % of athletes who don't have a

15:21pro career, you're going to have another career that sets you up for success.

15:26Now, kids are changing schools, sometimes twice in one year.

15:31There's no loyalty to the athlete and no loyalty from the athlete to the community

15:35or the school. And they graduate, they don't go to the pros, and they end

15:39up with nothing, sometimes not a degree.

15:43That has to stop. We got to take care of the athlete, the student athlete.

15:47I talked to Nick Saban about this.

15:49One of his kids transferred to another university, lost 56 credits.

15:55He was 18 credits away from graduating.

15:58When he transferred, he lost 56 credits.

16:01Now, it's easy to imagine that young man never graduated.

16:05So he ends up, doesn't play pros, doesn't have a degree, and no loyalty from

16:09the university. We're trying to make this.

16:12So it's about the student.

16:15The student knows the cost.

16:16The student does well. And it's not some agent enticing them.

16:20into the transfer portal, that ends up doing better.

16:26Senator, we appreciate the time.

16:28When is the primary in Louisiana?

16:30May 16th. Oh, very soon.

16:32Yeah, May 16th. I think it's like 55 days or something like that.

23:15We mentioned Caroline Leavitt is right now, was recently having a press conference.

23:21We will play one of those cuts for you in a moment, but I wanted

23:24to hit you with this.

23:25Trump has announced that he is going to be taking his state visit trip to

23:31China on May 14th and 15th.

23:35Buck, you and I were just talking off air.

23:38I do think it's worth kind of thinking through this.

23:42To me, that's the back end of the absolute longest time that he sees this

23:48action in Iran ongoing. And I think you said you thought good chance it's done

23:55by May, by April 1.

23:58I told, I said the other day, I would be stunned if it's still going

24:02on by May 1. And I think the timing on this is significant because usually,

24:06for those of you who know, the overall cost of oil and gas goes up

24:10in the summer. Your gallon of gas goes up because in the summer driving season

24:15demand, then prices almost always go up and then they come back down around September.

24:20I would be very surprised if he's not done by May 1 at the latest

24:25because that allows the pricing to kind of calm down.

24:28Although it's already taking place that the pricing is calming down.

24:31I would almost guarantee you everything in Iran is going to be done by May

24:3514th and 15th. And in fact, there is a story out there right now that

24:40Netanyahu has ordered Israeli bombings to accelerate rapidly over the next 48 hours because he

24:49thinks Trump may wind down operations even sooner than that.

24:53So just FYI, that information is out there and may be worth kind of keeping

25:00in the back of your mind.

25:01I would assume that whatever the deal is, it will include Israel has to stop

25:07bombing too. So if Trump says there's a deal, I don't think Iran signs a

25:12deal or agrees to some deal with the Trump administration and they're still getting bombed

25:16by Israel. I would assume that there's some coordination going on there.

25:20But look, the administration seems very bullish on getting the concessions that they want from

25:30Tehran. And they seem to think that this is going more or less according to

25:36plan. And that's not just the blowing up all the Iranian military stuff.

25:40That's getting to the outcome that they want here.

25:42So that's that's certainly encouraging.

25:45And I hope that this is this is something that we'll be able to look

25:48back on and say was a masterstroke from the Trump administration.

25:52No doubt what could be a masterstroke for you.

26:57Look, if he's busy, he's got to save the country.

27:00He can call us whenever he wants.

27:02So he's got to take a brain check.

27:06If not now, I would say the following Clay.

27:09Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments about something that very much affects the border.

27:16It has to do with whether you can, well, what's at issue here is a

27:21policy that was started about a decade ago, I think it was, a little more,

27:26where when they would have ports of entry overwhelmed, they would stop people inside of

27:33Mexico still and be like, look, we're not taking any more here.

27:36And you'd have to wait in Mexico until your number was called, so to speak.

27:42And there's a lawsuit submitted all the way to the Supreme Court where, no surprise,

27:48open border groups and all the rest, they want it to be, they can't have

27:53this policy in place. It's currently not active, by the way, but it could be

27:56if there were surges at the border.

28:00But they want to be able to say, this is, by the way, the case

28:04is Nome versus Al Otro Lado.

28:08The practice is called metering, which is a turn back policy.

28:13Yeah, started under actually the Obama administration.

28:17And because they had such a crazy situation going on at the ports of entry

28:23at the very end of the Obama administration.

28:24And then the Trump administration expanded it.

28:27No surprise there. So they would stop people before they could actually set foot on

28:33U .S. soil. Say, sorry, not allowed.

28:36And the lawsuit, Clay, is whether, because under the Immigration and Nationality Act, non -citizens

28:43are allowed to apply for asylum if they are physically present in the U .S.

28:46This reminds me, you ever see the old cartoons where, like, the banditos or the

28:52bad guys would slide across the border from Texas into Mexico?

28:58And then the sheriff, you know, that's it.

28:59You're not on U .S.

29:01terra firma anymore. And, you know, then they could say, ha -ha, you can't do

29:04anything about it. But this is a similar situation, except it's stopping them before they're

29:10on U .S. soil. And the immigrants' rights group, Al Ultralado, and a bunch of

29:18individual asylum seekers also brought this suit saying, hey, we're basically in America.

29:24So we should be able to, if we get all the way to the border,

29:28we should be able to be covered under, in America, as in on U .S.

29:32soil. I think the court's going to come down 6 -3 and say, no, actually,

29:38in America means in America.

29:40And we have now, from DHS, Tom Holman with us.

29:45Tom, thanks for making the time.

29:46I don't know if you heard my preamble there for a second.

29:49But can you just explain to people real quick this physically present in the United

29:55States for asylum seekers? What is this metering policy?

29:58How'd this get going? I'm sorry.

30:01I just got on. My flight was late.

30:03I just got into a room.

30:04I didn't hear that, Clay.

30:05I'm sorry. Oh, no, Buck, it's okay.

30:07So there's a under the immigrate.

30:10Anyway, you know what? Just tell me this.

30:11Let's actually jump into the airport thing, because that's what everybody cares about.

30:14I was trying to do an elegant radio turn there.

30:17But instead, let's just get to what everyone cares about, which is ICE in the

30:21airports. How's this going? What are the next steps?

30:24What are you seeing? Bruce, Buck, I'm glad I'm talking.

30:29I don't know what I'm going to talk to.

30:30I got more jobs than Marco Rubio.

30:33Hey, look, bottom line is what's happening in the airports was President Trump's idea to

30:38call me up in less than 24 hours.

30:40But the Flanagan, I think it's a brilliant idea.

30:42But look, you know, ICE is being paid.

30:46President Trump asked us to get to the airports to help, because a lot of

30:49TSA workers are calling in, or they're just plain quitting.

30:52So we're going to do two things.

30:54Number one, we're going to shore up the security of that airport and keep the

30:56airways safe. And we're going to support TSA.

30:59So jobs that don't require, like, the x -ray training, other security jobs, whether it's

31:05checking identification, whether it's, you know, luggage, whether it's, you know, providing security around the

31:09checkpoints, whether it's, you know, whatever TSA needs us to do to move those lines

31:14quicker and to keep security at the highest level, that's what we're doing.

31:18But I want to add one more thing.

31:20I see a lot of stories about ICE immigration enforcement in airports.

31:23No, you're damn right. Our purpose is to help TSA provide security and get people

31:29to the checkpoints. However, these HSI officers and the ARL officers, they see illegal activity.

31:35They're going to absolutely take action.

31:36So, yeah, we're doing a little bit of everything right now.

31:39Do you expect that? This is Clay.

31:41Thanks for coming on. You were just talking with Buck.

31:43I know how busy you are.

31:45Do you expect? You just said you're damn right.

31:47Yeah, you just said you're damn right.

31:50Do you expect that TSA will be able to help you with ICE arrest people?

31:56Because, and you tell me if I'm wrong here, but what I think about is

31:59people are showing up with IDs.

32:01We know exactly who they are.

32:03It seems like it could potentially be a very easy place to figure out if

32:08you're arresting the right guys or gals.

32:11Oh, you want to talk about target enforcement officers?

32:13Absolutely. Because everybody's got to show an ID to come through.

32:16And we can, you know, every special agent, the ARL officer has a cell phone

32:20with the capability of accessing our databases.

32:23So, yeah, you know, we're going to enforce immigration law.

32:26And when we see illegal activity, but we get a lead or a target lead,

32:30you know, from TSA saying we've got information on this one or that one.

32:33Yeah, we're going to do our job.

32:35We're going to, you know, open a criminal investigation.

32:37Whether, you know, if we've got reasonable suspicion to question somebody or probable cause to

32:43arrest somebody. Or just like.

32:44Exactly what we're going to do.

32:45We're going to work with our brothers and sisters in TSA to keep the airport

32:48safe. And if someone's transversed from the airport that's not in the country where we

32:53can, we find out about it, and we have reasonable suspicion that we're going to

32:57take an enforcement action. We're absolutely going to do that.

33:00We're talking to Tom Homan.

33:02I don't know if you saw, but Philadelphia's district attorney, I believe his last name

33:06is Krasner, said threatened to arrest ICE agents at the airport.

33:11What's your reaction when you hear Soros -funded DAs making comments like that?

33:19That's ridiculous. And, you know, bottom line is federal law always trumps local state law.

33:25So, you know, we're reforming our duties as enacted by Congress.

33:29We're not making this up.

33:30We are enforcing immigration law, and we're going to do it all to policy.

33:33I mean, I've been up on the Hill negotiating, trying to get this government back

33:36open, and they basically, they said they don't really want to bother ICE.

33:40They want to just reform ICE.

33:41No, the language they're proposing, they just want to shut it down.

33:46They want to take tools away from ICE, and I'm not going to do that.

33:48They've been hamstrung for four years under Joe Biden.

33:51Now they're finally doing their duty.

33:53They're upholding the oath they took.

33:54They're enforcing laws that Congress wrote and was signed by a president, and that's exactly

33:59what we're going to do.

34:00So, you know, I'm frustrated.

34:02They obviously see some sort of benefit on not funding the Department of Homeland Security,

34:10right? We're in an elevated threat posture right now, and we got people from, you

34:16know, cybersecurity that aren't working.

34:19We got people, you know, the Coast Guard ain't being paid.

34:22We got people with, you know, TSA not being paid, FEMA not being paid.

34:26These people are putting this country at great risk during an elevated threat posture.

34:30It's just unbelievable that they're not willing to come to the table and meet with

34:34us. I've met with them.

34:35They talk about reform and immigration, but I've been explaining to them the policies of

34:40enforcement has not changed in 30 years.

34:42We had the same policies under Obama, under Clinton, under Bush 1 and Bush 2.

34:48So it's not a policy issue.

34:50It's an execution issue, and we fixed that.

34:53You know, there were some problems in Minneapolis, and I went up there, and President

34:57Trump asked me to go up there and address it.

34:59We addressed a few issues, but most of the men and women, 99 % of

35:03them are doing the right thing, and we're on the right mission.

35:05But I'm not going to sit there and negotiate taking authorities away from ICE to

35:11enforce the law. It's just ridiculous.

35:14I'm tired of it. We're speaking to Tom Holman, border czar for this Trump White

35:18House. And, Tom, can you speak to where are we in terms of illegal removals,

35:26deportations, one year and change into this administration?

35:30And what are expectations, what is on the horizon for deportations going forward?

35:37Is there a plan to ramp up?

35:40You know, so basically, how far have we come to this point, and where are

35:44we going over the next year?

35:47Well, you know, last year we got about, you know, a little over 700 ,000

35:52removals between the patrol and us.

35:56The closest year to that was under the Obama administration in 2012 when I was

36:00in ERO. We removed 409 ,000.

36:03So we blew that out of the water.

36:05And, you know, I actually got a presidential rank award for that.

36:08You know, how the Democrats have changed.

36:10I got an award in 2012 for 409 ,000 removals and, you know, highest award

36:15available. Now, all of a sudden, I can't, I'm not allowed to deport anybody.

36:18But, you know, if we have 700 ,000, so we're already making records, but we

36:22just brought 10 ,000 more.

36:23Well, not quite. We got almost that 10 ,000.

36:26But we're hiring 10 ,000 more enforcement officers, which is going to just increase those

36:31men and women on the street.

36:32The sanctuary cities and all this crap going on, yes, it's less efficient.

36:37We have to work harder.

36:38We have to work smarter because they won't give us access to the jails.

36:42But, you know, like with Minnesota, you know, it was terrible up there.

36:45But, you know, I went up there and I sat down with the governor, sat

36:47down with the AG. I sat down with the mayor and I explained to him,

36:50you don't want all 3 ,000 people in your street?

36:53Then let me in the damn jail.

36:54Because one agent can arrest one bad guy in the jail, but when he released

36:58them, I got to send a whole few jobs to him to find him.

37:00And because of all the hate and the threats up there, then we got to

37:05send a security team to back up the arrest team.

37:07So you got a dozen guys out there that could have done the job with

37:10one person in the jail.

37:11And we got unprecedented cooperation in the county jails throughout the state.

37:16You know, we got a state prison system working with us.

37:18It made sense. It made sense because less people are needed to do the job.

37:22But, you know, in these sanctuary cities, that's what it is.

37:25Back in the day when I was an agent, we had access to all the

37:28jails. One agent can arrest one bad guy, but they released them.

37:31Now we got to send six or seven people for all sorts of reasons to

37:34find them. Find someone who doesn't want to be arrested, which is, of course, much

37:37dangerous for the community, more dangerous for the aliens.

37:41Anything can happen in the street.

37:42The rest are much dangerous for the agents.

37:44But with 10 ,000 more agents, we'll beat last year's number.

37:48But, you know, things like now we got agents at the airport now rather than

37:51on the street. You know, the priority right now is get the airport secure, move

37:57those lines through, and help our brothers and sisters in TSA.

38:01But as soon as this shutdown ends, and I think it's going to come out

38:04to a reconciliation because this negotiation is going nowhere, I mean, we give a little

38:10bit. they take away a bunch it's just it's just ridiculous so uh when we

38:16get the government back open then i can get out there and and get back

38:19to the main mission but i want to be clear we're going to leave a

38:23contingent at the airport because we got human trafficking through the airport we got currency

38:28smuggling through the airport we got alien smuggling through the airport we've always had a

38:32small footprint there but what we're seeing now we may have a bigger contingent there

38:36to enforce immigration law there too we're talking to border czar tom tom holman you

38:41told us before that you thought there were 20 million illegals in the country after

38:47biden opened the border and let everybody in you just talked about i think the

38:50number was 700 000 how many people do you think are voluntarily leaving um you

38:56know people out there who see what's going on and just say hey maybe this

39:00is not the place for me do you have i know there's been numbers out

39:03there but what kind of sense do you have about voluntary departures well according to

39:08dhs data it's it's over two million uh at first year under trump over two

39:13million uh either through the uh the home app cbp home app or just leaving

39:18a cbp tracks a lot of people when they you know uh they land in

39:23foreign airports but we don't really know who goes south to the border travel south

39:28but uh dhs and through some independent studies said about two million i think the

39:33more and more and let me let me tell you something about ice operation about

39:36the secure right we have the most secure border ever we got to give a

39:40lot of credit to what's happening what ice is doing in the streets right now

39:43because we sent a clear message there's no longer a free ride if you're in

39:47this country legally we're looking for you when the whole the whole world sees ice

39:51out there doing massive operations that sends a strong message don't give your life savings

39:56to the cartel because you're not going to be released from the border like the

39:59biden administration did if you happen to get by the border patrol we're looking for

40:04it no more free ride so i think because what ice is doing nationwide is

40:09is a big factor in why we have the most secured border in the history

40:13of this nation tom holman borders are we know how busy you are we appreciate

40:17you anything else can i say something real quick yeah just want to say something

40:20real quick tom thank you for what you're doing you know and thank you for

40:24representing the men and women of ice and dhs so well with all the nonsense

40:30the democrats have been trying i just was watching some tv show last night totally

40:34maligning ice you're a true professional you're serving your country and you know thanks from

40:40from me from clay and from the whole audience we really appreciate you and all

40:43the men and women of ice who are doing their job under the constitution of

40:46this country let me add one thing that i appreciate those words thank you but

40:51i well you know god bless the men women of ice and board i was

40:54a board i know what they're dealing with i was an ice agent for a

40:57long time i know they're dealing with i wish these members of congress rather than

41:00vilifying the men and women of ice and call them you know nazis and the

41:04secret police which just increases the threats against them increases the violence against them you

41:08know what grow a set put a badge on your put a badge on your

41:12chest put a gun on your hip and come out with us see what they're

41:15dealing with and see what you have caused from the constant negative rhetoric and comparing

41:21them to the nazis which increases a threat against them which increases the doxing against

41:25them which has increased assaults also over 1400 percent so rather than sitting or calling

41:36do what we do and see if you can stand stand on the line i
