1:00Donald Trump is spiraling as he tries to break the ceasefire that he purported to

1:06enter into when he agreed to all of Iran's terms of surrender.

1:11Donald Trump agreed to Iran's 10 -point negotiating framework.

1:15And now Donald Trump says there must have been a miscommunication because maybe Iran doesn't

1:20know English that well. Maybe their negotiators didn't realize what we were saying.

1:24Because even though Donald Trump posted that I've agreed to Iran's 10 -point framework as

1:29a suitable place to have these negotiations, I actually don't agree with any of those

1:34terms. And I'm going to now claim that Iran agreed to our framework.

1:38Now, Iran was clearly prepared for this, and they still control the Strait of Hormuz.

1:44So they're like, OK, well, you posted, Donald Trump, that you agreed to our framework.

1:49We've made it public and very clear what our negotiating framework is.

1:53But if ultimately you don't want to abide by the terms, that's fine.

1:56I mean, we control the Strait of Hormuz, and we're not going to let any

2:00tankers through. And that's exactly what's happening right now.

2:03Iran's not letting any tankers through.

2:05They've let some cargo ships through, but by and large, no tankers have been able

2:09to get through the Strait of Hormuz.

2:10We're seeing the price of oil surge once again, over $101 per barrel, and that's

2:15going to just keep on rising.

2:17But Iran's made it very clear.

2:19The new normal, as Iran sees it, is they control the Strait of Hormuz.

2:23They get $2 million per ship.

2:25They become a massive regional power in the area, if not a global power.

2:30They're expecting full reparations from the United States and Israel for the invasion of Iran.

2:35They're also expecting long -term security guarantees for themselves, for Hezbollah, for the Houthis, and

2:42for Shiite groups in Iraq, because that's part of the stipulation that was in the

2:4710 -point negotiating framework. Also, they expect to enrich uranium, because that was in the

2:52framework. And also, they expect for all sanctions to be lifted against them, both United

2:57Nations, resolutions against them, sanctions against them, anything, because that's what Trump agreed to.

3:03And so I guess Donald Trump's plan is to do what he did his whole

3:06life, enter into agreements, then break them and say, you know, I'm not going to

3:10follow them. But the reality is, is you don't have the cards right now, as

3:15someone once said. They have the cards in the sense of they control the Strait

3:19of Hormuz. And so now Donald Trump's tactics are just putting on social media.

3:25There are reports that Iran is charging fees to...

3:27thinkers going through the Hormuz Strait.

3:29They better not be. And if they are, they better stop now.

3:34Oh, you're going to post it on social media.

3:36And that's going to do the trick.

3:38And when that doesn't work, Donald Trump then threatens NATO and Europe that they better

3:43go right now, NATO and Europe, and they better go to the Strait of Hormuz

3:48immediately. And if they don't go to the Strait of Hormuz, they're going to be

3:51in big trouble. And I don't just want commitments.

3:54They better send their ships.

3:56And NATO members and European countries are like, yeah, we're not doing that.

4:01We're going to do negotiations with Iran like ourselves.

4:05So like European countries, NATO countries, all in Iran, and negotiating with Foreign Minister Aragji

4:12and with the President Pazeshkian and others and MB Galibov and basically just saying, hey,

4:18this is how we're going to do it.

4:20We're going to do bilateral relations.

4:22So you have that going on.

4:23You have Donald Trump posting like weird photos of himself and Dana White in front

4:27of the White House while this is taking place.

4:29And then out of nowhere, like literally out of nowhere, Melania Trump holds a press

4:35conference today to talk about Epstein and that I'm not involved in Epstein and images

4:42of me that are out there between me and Epstein and Ghislaine.

4:46She says those are fake images.

4:48And she says there needs to be a congressional investigation.

4:51We need to hold congressional hearings on Epstein and people need to stop defaming me

4:57and saying bad things about me and Epstein and Ghislaine.

5:00I don't even know who they are really.

5:02May I attend to parties with them?

5:04But the documents and photos out there are basically fake is what she's saying.

5:08And then an MSNOW reporter of all people reach out to Donald Trump and he

5:12picks up the phone because apparently that's just what he does.

5:14He picks up the phone to anybody who calls him, which is just weird in

5:17and of itself. And then he's like, yeah, I didn't know she was going to

5:20do that. That's what he tells an MSNOW reporter.

5:21I didn't know that Melania was going to go out and hold this press conference.

5:25You got that going on.

5:26Then we got the latest GDP numbers that revised down the fourth quarter GDP numbers

5:31to 0 .5%. That's when, remember Donald Trump's regime, whether it was Howard Lutnick or

5:38Besant or others, said that fourth quarter, they own it.

5:41GDP is going to be humming 2025.

5:43Things are going to be excellent.

5:45Well, it was revised down from like 1 .4 % to 0 .7%.

5:50Now 0 .5%, a very, very sluggish, slow economy.

5:57And wait till we see the economic data from March, which is when the war

6:03has been taking place. And so we'll be covering that as well.

6:07I want to bring in Brett and Jordy.

6:10And it seems like, you know, Donald Trump not even playing checkers.

6:14It seems like, you know, Donald Trump is like, I don't, I don't even know

6:18how to describe what the hell he's doing, but Iran mapped through all of the

6:22kind of permutations of the things that he was going to do.

6:26Like they made him post that he agreed to the 10 point plan.

6:29They kept control of the Strait of Hormuz.

6:32You know, they were, they, they were ready with the next moves to go.

6:35So that when Trump agreed to that 10 point framework and all of those points,

6:39when he would break it, Iran was like, like literally they, they anticipated all of

6:44these moves. And here we are right now where you had, that's why also, let

6:49me mention this. Iran made sure that the negotiator and mediator selected by Trump, for

6:56whatever reason, the prime minister of Pakistan, prime minister Sharif posted this ceasefire hereby includes

7:03Lebanon. And it was very much in.

7:06agreement because Iran realized that as soon as this was announced, Israel, Netanyahu would attack

7:13in Lebanon and Hezbollah. And yesterday was the deadliest day almost ever where 250 plus

7:21people were killed, mostly civilians in Lebanon by Netanyahu and Israel.

7:25And over a thousand people were injured across Beirut and Lebanon.

7:30And, you know, that's obviously a ceasefire violation.

7:33And, you know, you have Iran right now saying basically like MB Goluboff, the parliament

7:38leader, they're like, tick tock, time is running out, Donald.

7:41They're like, they're like toying with us.

7:43They're toying with Trump. I don't know how as an American, this isn't anything other

7:47than just utter humiliation. Ben, you said you don't have the words, but I want

7:53to show you a meme I saw online going around because I think this sums

7:58up the entire situation. Let me pull it up right now.

8:01The meme says told my wife to have dinner ready by six or I'll obliterate

8:05her entire civilization. So anyway, she now charges me a fee to use the bathroom

8:10that used to be free and I didn't get any dinner, but I'm pretty sure

8:13I won that exchange. I mean, that I think is a good comparison.

8:19Where'd you find this boomer?

8:22It's good. It's really, by the way, that's not me throwing shade at the boomer.

8:28No shade intended. And yeah, you know, it was interesting because, well, first off, let

8:38You know, right when the statement came out from Donald Trump that day where he

8:42said all civilization was going to be blown up and that crazy message, once he

8:46posted that ceasefire message, I know the first thing that Ben said right after it

8:53went live was, did he say they agreed to the 10 -point plan?

8:57Ben was like, am I reading this correctly?

8:59And I was like, yeah.

9:01And Ben was like, the 10 -point plan is the Iran plan.

9:04Like the United States' plan was the 15 -point plan.

9:06So he just admitted to agreeing to Iran's framework of the deal.

9:10Like what the hell is he doing?

9:13And immediately, as Ben said, you know, we saw the mediator, the independent mediator from

9:17Pakistan, you know, acknowledge that that was the plan that was released.

9:21Iran acknowledged it. This has been very public knowledge.

9:23But like Trump does with all of his deals, he tried, I guess he makes

9:27the deal and then he pretends that he didn't or they agreed to something else.

9:30And he just tries to kind of BS his way through it and lie and

9:33say, yeah, that actually wasn't what we spoke about.

9:36When everybody is saying that is exactly what they spoke about.

9:39There's even new reporting today from CBS News that says that Donald Trump knew very

9:44well that Lebanon was a part of the ceasefire deal.

9:48Acknowledged it in these conversations.

9:51And his interpretation of the deal only changed following a phone call he had with

9:58Benjamin Netanyahu, where Netanyahu said, nah, I don't think that was part of the deal.

10:02And then Trump decided to say it was not part of the deal.

10:06So you just see like Trump has been crashing out all day with all these

10:10posts, just post after post after post, like watching this psychotic meltdown happen on social

10:15media. And he keeps accusing the press of making up the points in the agreement

10:22and saying they're posting fake agreements.

10:24They're literally posting exactly what was agreed to, exactly what came from Iran, the exact

10:31framework that Donald Trump decided to put his arms around.

10:34So this whole thing right now is on Donald Trump.

10:37What we saw yesterday in Lebanon was appalling, absolutely appalling, those Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

10:44I can - not say it enough how grotesque it is to see that level

10:48of attacks on innocent civilians.

10:51And it's just like a common thread right now that we continue to see with

10:55Israel, unfortunately. And then we had the Melania presser, which was just like, man, the

11:01weirdest moment. We're going to get into all that.

11:15You have done such incredible reporting on this whole saga, Ben, keeping me, the Midas

11:19Mighty, everyone up to date on everything.

11:22To Brett's point exactly there, when we heard that Trump agreed to the 10 -point,

11:26we knew exactly what that was.

11:28And we knew that was a gigantic L for Donald Trump for the United States.

11:32And it really shows the danger of having so many yes people, exclusively and nothing

11:38but yes people around Donald Trump.

11:42Because the only logical conclusion that I can kind of come to in my mind

11:47is when Donald Trump started to hear, you know, legacy media, us independent media, and

11:53everyone talking about just how bad he got played on this thing.

11:57Did it maybe finally hit him that, oh, maybe I didn't do a good job

12:02on this deal. Maybe we didn't get everything that I thought we were going to.

12:05And I could only come to the conclusion that Trump has surrounded himself by all

12:09of these yes people that had told him, you know, that they wanted to end

12:12this thing. And so they told, this is a great deal, Mr.

12:14President, you're going to look like a hero.

12:16And then he had so much egg on his face, humiliated us, the country, humiliated

12:21himself. And now he's trying to back himself out of this corner.

12:24I mean, it's proven time and time again, he's the world's worst businessman.

12:28He's the world's worst negotiator.

12:30Now he's not dealing with a business entity.

12:32I mean, in some respects he is, but he's dealing with a country and he's

12:36dealing with soldiers and citizens and civilians.

12:39And he's got no idea what he's doing, Ben.

12:42Where do you want to start off today, big bro?

12:45Well, look, if you don't want to say, here's what Trump said, here's what Iran's

12:50been saying. Just look at, here's what Trump said yesterday.

12:53Here's what Trump said today, right?

12:56Yesterday, Donald Trump said that he was happy that Iran would be charging tolls on

13:02the Strait of Hormuz. He said, I know it.

13:04We're doing a joint venture together.

13:06That's why they're charging the money.

13:07We're going to split the money and make a lot of money together.

13:10This is going to be great.

13:12This is what we've talked about, right?

13:13That's what he was saying yesterday.

13:15So now today he said, there are reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers

13:20going through the Hormuz Strait.

13:22They better not be. And if they are, they better stop now.

13:27So just compare what he said yesterday to what he is saying today.

13:31Then when it comes to the 10 point plan, what Donald Trump's been saying over

13:37the past 24, 48 hours is to Brett, your point, he blames the media for

13:44putting out the lists that he goes, aren't really the lists and that there's a

13:48super secret 10 point plan that nobody knows about.

13:51I mean, this list that we're showing right now, it comes from Iran's national security

13:58council. And they've been using the same list for three, four weeks now of these

14:0510 points. Sure. Maybe sometimes the order of these things were changed from number one

14:11was number three or number two was number seven, but the 10 points were always

14:15the 10 points. And one of the difficulties I always was telling all of you

14:20watching and listening about reaching an agreement is You know, Iran fully rejected Donald Trump's

14:2615 point plan, which was basically complete surrender.

14:29And the 10 point plan was the exact opposite of the 15 points, like the

14:34exact opposite. And so as we were heading to Donald Trump's 8 p .m.

14:37Eastern time deadline, I was saying the only way this resolves, basically, if Iran holds

14:42its ground is that Donald Trump is going to agree to the 10 point framework.

14:45And that's when Donald Trump posted, I agree to the 10 point framework that Iran

14:50has been circulating as the basis, you know, to start the negotiations here.

14:55And so we all knew this 10 point framework because we've been talking about it

14:58for weeks and weeks and weeks about what those 10 points were.

15:01And then at the same time, the mediator who Donald Trump picked, Prime Minister Sharif,

15:07he posted, we've reached a ceasefire.

15:10It begins immediately and it includes Lebanon.

15:14And I believe that Iran, as part of the guarantees that they wanted, that there

15:21would at least that they would agree to a ceasefire.

15:24They wanted him to they wanted Trump to make a social media post saying he

15:28agreed to the 10 point plan and they wanted the mediator in Pakistan to say

15:34Lebanon is included, which was in the 10 point plan.

15:36But they wanted to leave no ambiguity because they wanted to have him post it.

15:41And then the prime minister of prime minister of Pakistan, Sharif, say, yes, it included

15:46Lebanon. I think Iran's negotiators realize Trump's going to violate in Israel probably will almost

15:55instantly violate the ceasefire agreement.

15:57And that's what happened. I mean, you call it a ceasefire agreement, call it a

16:01market manipulation agreement by Trump, call it just a, you know, a surrender agreement by

16:06Trump. Call it what it is.

16:07But you have to understand from Iran's perspective, as they were weighing this and they

16:12were thinking to themselves, just so everybody sees our audio listeners.

16:15This was what the neutral, the mediator picked by the U .S.

16:20wrote, OK, right when the ceasefire was announced with the greatest humility, I'm pleased to

16:25announce that the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America, along with

16:29their allies, have agreed to an immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and elsewhere, effective immediately.

16:35There's no ambiguity in what that says.

16:38Lebanon was written in the initial document by the mediator of what it was.

16:42I think Iran said, OK, look, Trump's obviously going to violate this.

16:46We know. But to get the United States of America defeated the Nazis in World

16:52War Two, who's led the world in a post -World War Two global order, to

16:58have the president of the United States post that they agreed to Iran's 10 point

17:05negotiating framework, that is just utter humiliation.

17:10So let them violate the ceasefire.

17:13We still control the Strait of Hormuz.

17:15If they violate, what are they going to do?

17:16We control the Strait of Hormuz.

17:17It'll look even worse for them.

17:19But Iran was probably telling the mediator, the prime minister of Pakistan, Sharif, that Donald

17:25Trump had to post this message because Donald Trump's message said the following.

17:30Based on the conversations with Prime Minister Sharif and Field Marshal Munir of Pakistan, wherein

17:36they requested I hold off on destructive force being sent tonight to Iran and subject

17:41to the Islamic Republic of Iran, agreeing to the complete, immediate and safe opening of

17:45the Strait of Hormuz, I agreed to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for

17:49a period of two weeks.

17:50This will be a double sided ceasefire.

17:52Then here's what it goes on to say.

17:54We received a 10 point proposal from Iran and believe it as a workable basis.

18:01which to negotiate. Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed

18:07to between the United States and Iran, but a two -week period will allow the

18:11agreement to be finalized and consummated.

18:13We received a 10 -point proposal from Iran.

18:17And now Donald Trump says in the past 24 hours, numerous agreements and lists and

18:21letters are being sent out by people that have absolutely nothing to do with the

18:25USA -Iran negotiation. In many cases, they are total fraudsters, charlatans, and worse.

18:30They will be rapidly exposed after our federal investigation is completed.

18:35There is only one group of meaningful points that are acceptable to the United States,

18:39and we will be discussing them behind closed doors during these negotiations.

18:44These are the points that are in the basis on which we agreed to a

18:47ceasefire. It is something that is reasonable and can easily be dispensed with.

18:51It is very much like fake news CNN last night, headlining a source that had

18:56no power or authority to write a letter claiming great authority over it.

19:00Now, Donald Trump said they received the 10 -point plan from Iran.

19:05And right now, what Iran is basically saying and calling Trump out for is violations

19:10of the 10 -point plan that we've always been discussing.

19:12Just to be clear, what the 10 -point plan was, was cessation of war on

19:16all fronts, including against Hezbollah, withdrawal of US forces from the region, payment of compensation

19:22to Iran, termination of all board of governor resolutions, UN security resolutions, lift all primary

19:29sanctions, all secondary sanctions, accept Iran's uranium enrichment program, continue Iran's control over the Strait

19:36of Hormuz, where they charge $2 million for any ships passing by, and a commitment

19:41to non -aggression indefinitely into the future.

19:44And so in Iran, you now have their parliament leader, M .B.

19:49Galabaf, and he's basically citing the 10 -point plan.

19:53It's not like a random CNN posting.

19:56It's Iran posting the plan that they previously posted before.

20:00And M .B. Galabaf, their parliament leader, goes, number one, Lebanon and the entire resistance

20:06access as Iran's allies form an inseparable part of the ceasefire.

20:11Point one of the 10 -point proposal.

20:13He cites the 10 points.

20:15Number two, Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan publicly and clearly stressed the Lebanon issue.

20:22There is no room for denial and backtracking.

20:25Three, ceasefire violations carry explicit costs and strong responses.

20:31Extinguish the fire immediately. And then Galabaf writes after about an eight -hour time period

20:39today, time is running out with an hourglass emoji.

20:43And so Brett and Geordi, I'll pass it to you, Brett, even the way they're

20:47toying with the United States, time is running out like they're mocking him.

20:53And the message this is sending to the region, to the Middle East, to the

20:57rest of the world, is not that just Donald Trump can be played, but that

21:01this guy surrendered to Iran.

21:04And Trump can have state regime media call himself Fox and everybody say all the

21:08things they want to say.

21:10Trump surrendered. The world power players know that Trump surrendered.

21:15Heck, even Trump's base knows that he surrendered.

21:17I mean, people like Alex Jones and Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson and all these

21:21people have been criticizing Donald Trump's handling of this war, this catastrophic unlawful invasion, working

21:28with Netanyahu to engage in these war crimes.

21:31And one of Trump's posts, I'm not going to read it because it goes on

21:34and on and on, was this bizarre post, Marjorie Trader, nasty, this Rosie O'Donnell.

21:40You know, it goes on to all this stuff, but it attacks the top kind

21:44of former MAGA influencers. Every one of them it attacks, Brett and Jordy.

21:48Yeah, I mean, this entire MAGA movement is falling apart.

21:50Honestly, I could even say like the MAGA movement, as we've known at the past,

21:53I don't know, few years, past decade or whatever, to me, it's on debt or

21:58on life support, whatever you want to call it.

22:00It'll reconstitute as something, you know, probably more deranged.

22:04Let's not get it twisted.

22:05But this thing is fragmented beyond repair at this point.

22:09And it seems as you hear Donald Trump speak about all these various things, maybe

22:13he like doesn't understand the structure of the Iranian government and the various facets of

22:18the Iranian government. Like you had Trump the other day when he was trying to

22:20refute the story, he posted a statement by the foreign minister of the Islamic Republic

22:26of Iran and was saying how this was like the official story.

22:29This was what everyone needs to focus on, this statement.

22:31And that statement, by the way, also mentioned the 10 points.

22:34But what Donald Trump was so angry about was the fact that CNN and us

22:40and the New York Times and all these organizations were reporting on an additional statement

22:44and, you know, like in addition to that statement, a statement from the Islamic Republic's

22:49Supreme National Security Council, which that statement that they released was much more like the

22:56United States surrendered. This is a massive victory over the United States, you know, as

23:02much more of a spike the football sort of statement.

23:05And if anything, the Islamic Republic's Supreme National Council has more authority than the foreign

23:11minister has. And Donald Trump tried to pretend like all these news organizations were putting

23:17forward a fake statement when they were not.

23:19They were just putting forward a statement from a different facet of the Iranian government.

23:24And so right now, there is zero trust between any of the parties here.

23:29And frankly, why should there be?

23:31When I look at the situation, of course, I'm happy that there is a ceasefire.

23:35I hope the ceasefire lasts forever.

23:36I hope this war ends.

23:38I hope our brave men and women who are overseas right now get home.

23:43That doesn't look like what's happening, however.

23:46And Donald Trump has made the United States weaker in this process.

23:49And he's made like Iran, he's turned Iran into like a global superpower at this

23:54point. They control the region right now.

23:57They control the Strait of Hormuz.

23:59As we are currently reporting this, we still see a massive buildup of U .S.

24:05fighter jets in the Middle East who seem prepared to start back up this war

24:10any moment. Iran continues to say that they're ready to start this war up at

24:14any moment. Israel keeps saying that they're ready to start this war up at any

24:18moment, even though they never stopped.

24:20They've been bombing Lebanon relentlessly ever since this so -called ceasefire even occurred.

24:25And we have Iranian state media as of this moment also saying that they're not

24:28even sending any Iranian negotiators to Pakistan like the United States is sending, saying, quote,

24:34Iran has no plans to attend to peace talks in Islamabad with the American side

24:38until a ceasefire is established in Lebanon.

24:41So we're getting so many mixed signals from everybody.

24:45But I think the clear through line is that there really is no ceasefire right

24:49now. The tensions are exploding and full -scale war could break out at any second.

24:55And it's really unclear how this leads if the whole time the negotiations have been

25:00such a difficult process because what did Donald Trump do during the first negotiation?

25:04Well, first he ripped up the Obama deal, which is a total F you right

25:08after you work on this deal with Iran and regional partners and that Obama deal,

25:13I thought it was always a good deal, but that looks like the greatest deal

25:17of all. time compared to what Donald Trump just got for Iran and with the

25:23United States. But first, Trump rips up that deal, which shows that you're not a

25:27reliable partner. Then in the middle of negotiations for this, he starts a war and

25:31bombs their leaders and their families, also not showing exactly a sign of trust there.

25:38And now we get to this point where they make another kind of temporary deal.

25:42And then Donald Trump denies the actual terms in the deal that he agreed to.

25:47Maybe he should be reading the stuff.

25:49Maybe somebody should tell him what's in it.

25:51He's either lying or his brain is totally gone and he has no idea what

25:56the hell is going on.

25:57Maybe both. I think maybe all of the above is probably the most accurate thing

26:01that we are seeing right now.

26:02But this behavior is just unhinged.

26:05It's weak. It makes the United States look ridiculous in the global scale.

26:11And the whole thing is just beyond, beyond absurd.

26:15And he's just playing with fire right now.

26:18Also, what was the point of any of this?

26:22If Trump was just going to taco, because Trump always taco, he always chickens out.

26:38If Trump was going to agree to the 10 -point plan, literally, my genuine question

26:43is, what was the point of any of this?

26:46If we're going off the numbers that we have been reporting, like the United States

26:51has been reporting about casualties and losses of American servicemen during this time period, we

26:57got 13 US troops killed over this, another 300 injured.

27:02And again, that's the reports that we have here from our own intel.

27:05It could be different than that.

27:07What was the point of this?

27:09So he could bomb an elementary school in Iran?

27:12Like, what was the point?

27:14So he could give Iran complete control over the Strait of Vermeus?

27:17What was the plan? For me, it's as simple as putting it in that framework

27:22and that statement. What did we get out of this?

27:24Just endless chaos, dead servicemen, wounded servicemen.

27:29We're bombing civilians. We're losing our credibility on the world stage.

27:33Donald Trump further goes down this dementia -riddled behavior that the Republican Party, as we

27:38know it right now, just has to completely align itself with, like he's some great

27:42leader. Like, this is getting out.

27:44It's already out of control.

27:45It's getting so much worse than I could have ever imagined.

27:48The Republican Party is okay with American troops dying and getting over 300 of them

27:53injured? Are you kidding me?

27:55Like, I just try to contextualize it, too, is if this was any other president,

27:59the outrage collectively on both sides would be gigantic, and rightfully so.

28:05So for me, the question is just so simple, is why can't Republicans condemn this

28:09behavior by Donald Trump? He literally got at least, as we know it, 13 American

28:14servicemen killed. To me, that is absolutely disqualifying.

28:17And what did we get out of this?

28:20I couldn't tell you. And I'm genuinely asking you, brothers and the viewers here and

28:24the listeners, what did we get from this, like, this two -and -a -half, three

28:29-week stretch over here, aside from endless chaos and ruining our reputation even further?

28:35Yeah, it was a little longer than that.

28:37I thought it was over at the end of February, but the point's well taken.

28:39But I'll tell you who benefited a lot.

28:43Russia, China, they benefited. Iran, they benefited.

28:48North Korea, you know, that access benefited.

28:51I'll tell you who didn't benefit.

28:53Donald Trump, the United States.

28:58I'll tell you who, you know, who else didn't benefit.

29:00I mean, you have NATO is suffering massively.

29:05Basically, NATO exists in name only.

29:07I mean, there's this charade going on pretending that, you know, NATO is still around

29:11and strong. But I mean, watching the secretary general of NATO, Mark Rutte, go around

29:16and saying, you know what?

29:17I don't know anything anymore.

29:19I don't know. Yes, Donald, but Donald, we must see.

29:21It's like the worst guy for the moment right now.

29:24I mean, so, you know, this is a massive moment.

29:27It's really a disgrace. I mean, Putin couldn't be doing any better right now.

29:31I mean, Putin's gotten way more money.

29:33Sanctions have been removed. And so that access has strengthened itself dramatically.

29:40And, you know, I think if you look at it through that prism, there's frankly,

29:45I don't know how you could damage the United States worse than what Donald Trump

29:51has already did and what he's going to continue to do.

29:54And we're going to monitor this ceasefire, this fake ceasefire, because as Brett pointed out,

29:59you have the Iranians saying, we're not showing up to Pakistan.

30:02Stop reporting fake news. We're not going there right now until it's very clear that

30:07the United States and Israel include Lebanon in the ceasefire.

30:11We're not even going to show up.

30:13And you have Netanyahu and Trump saying Lebanon is not included in the ceasefire.

30:18So, okay, well then to me, it's just a matter of time.

30:22Is it going to be tonight?

30:23Is it going to be tomorrow morning?

30:25You know, when do the rockets start again?

30:27And when do we go through this COVID cycle again, where this continues on and

30:32on and on and on and on for another month and two months and three

30:35months? You know, does it last till 2027, 2028?

30:38You know, and then when a Democratic president comes in and fixes it, now all

30:43the Republicans are like, now we need to restrain the power of the executive branch.

30:47We're fiscal hawks. Go, go, we're hawks now.

30:49How dare you do this?

30:50How dare you do that?

30:51Right? Like, you know, that's where this goes.

30:53That's what they're going to do.

30:56Meanwhile, Melania Trump said today would be the best day to talk Epstein.

31:00And nobody in the White House seems to understand what she did.

36:41behaving like such a maniac.

36:49Genuinely, I'm genuinely asking, and it's a rhetorical question, so I don't need an answer

36:55from you, Ben, or Midas Mighty, but how does somebody supposed to negotiate ever in

37:00the future with this guy?

37:01Say they actually get to the point where they're going to be in negotiations again.

37:05They somehow figure a way to put all this behind them again.

37:08How do you trust Trump when he pretends the agreements aren't even real?

37:11When he calls them hoaxes, when he threatens to sue CNN and the New York

37:15Times for reporting on just the facts that we all know, the undisputed facts.

37:19How are you supposed to enter an agreement with that kind of guy?

37:22And this is the lesson that all throughout Donald Trump's life, people have learned.

37:27Every single contractor who's dealt with them, every single vendor, every single business who has

37:32worked with them. It's why he was held liable for fraud.

37:34Why the Trump Organization was found to be committing massive amounts of fraud.

37:38It's why people like this, quite frankly, are supposed to be in jail.

37:43Before they get to a point like this, they're supposed to be in prison because

37:47he is a serial fraudster now doing it on a global scale in the midst

37:52of one of the most dangerous situations in history.

37:55And the hard part about the hard pill to swallow is when you have so

37:59much of daddy's money and his lawyers and he's bankrolled by all of this engine,

38:03you're viewed, well, he's not, but as this great businessman.

38:08That's the con of it all.

38:09He should be in jail.

38:10There's no doubt about it.

38:11He's the world's biggest fraudster.

38:13Everyone knows his relationships with the contractors, Brett, to your point exactly.

38:17But he gets away with it and he skates away with it because of the

38:20country's foundational issue here. It's like when you have endless money and all of these

38:26connections, you just continue to get away with this stuff.

38:28But at least we're here to call it out and hold his feet to the

38:30fire. Yeah. I mean, as you would say, Jody, in his previous fraud life as

38:38a disgraced, fake business person who bankrupted all of the things, he would lean on

38:44the fact that he inherited huge amounts of wealth and he would use that and

38:48wield that to harass and torture and lie.

38:52And then things would go bankrupt and then he would do a new scheme.

38:55And that was his whole life, scheme after scheme after scheme.

39:00And now having the keys to 250 years of American history and broadly speaking, the

39:09power that the US developed and what a post -World War II world looked like

39:16with NATO and the United Nations is headquartered in New York for a reason.

39:21Right. I mean, US deemed the leader of the world, basically, you know, as the

39:25main global superpower with other powers rising and Trump trading on all of that goodwill

39:34from history that the US were the ones who rallied the world to stop Hitler

39:38and the Nazis. Right. That's the lore of the United States and constructed this in

39:43very sophisticatedly, a post -World War II structure.

39:46And don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to act like this post -World War

39:49II structure was great for everybody.

39:52from it. But the power itself is an undeniable aspect of it.

39:58And Trump is using that and abusing that as an abuser and destroying that.

40:06You know, when you see posts like that, Iran's doing a very poor job.

40:10I mean, who even talks like this?

40:12You know, what's fascinating is, you know, I saw earlier today, Prime Minister Keir Starmer

40:17of the United Kingdom, like finally kind of giving public speeches where he really calls

40:23out Donald Trump in kind of clear and unequivocal terms, saying I'm fed up with

40:28Donald Trump and people like that, because it's people like him and Putin are making

40:32the world suffer. People suffer because of that behavior.

40:36And it's finally call him out by name and say it the same way Prime

40:40Minister Carney previously called him out by name, right?

40:43There's a reason why Prime Minister Carney is about to get a majority government in

40:48Canada, because he stood up to Donald Trump and by and large hasn't backed down.

40:53They had somebody cross over from the Conservative Party in Canada, leaving Pierre Poliet, the

41:00Maple MAGA opposition leader who lost his riding in last year's election, but still weaseled

41:06his way to steal somebody else's seat in the Conservative Party.

41:13And now people are looking at this Maple MAGA Canadian Conservative Party and like someone

41:20who's basically like their Marjorie Taylor Greene or like a Lauren Boebert or Nancy Mace

41:26crossed over and switched parties and joined the Liberal Party.

41:29And she announced I'm going to be joining the Liberal Party.

41:31So with elections that are scheduled next week in Canada, it looks like without a

41:38doubt, Prime Minister Carney is about to get the majority there.

41:40I mean, Prime Minister Sanchez in Spain standing up to Donald Trump and his regime,

41:48French President Emmanuel Macron, Anthony Albanese.

41:51You stand, you have to stand up to Donald Trump.

41:54This is what's so pathetic about Mark Rutte of NATO is that that level of

41:59appeasement emboldens Donald Trump. We have to say to Donald Trump when he threatens to

42:03leave NATO is say, go, we don't want you.

42:05In fact, get the hell out of here.

42:07You little, you know, you know, that's how you have to speak to him.

42:10There's no one NATO. Like if there's any lesson that NATO should have from its

42:14forming is that you can't appease a fascist, that you can't appease a strong man

42:19or a wannabe strong man or whatever you want to describe it as.

42:23But this Mark Rutte, Mark Rutty guy, however he says, he keeps going out there

42:26and he keeps just being like, oh, Donald Trump, but he just wants what's best.

42:30He's amazing. This guy, he's like, stop it.

42:33Stop it. Stand up for yourself.

42:36Will you? We've seen what it's like when leaders throughout the world stand up for

42:39themselves. And we've seen what it's like when they show weakness.

42:43And as we've said on the show, you give Trump an inch, he'll take your

42:46life. That's exactly what he's doing.

42:48The second Mark Rutte left that meeting with Donald Trump yesterday, what did Trump do?

42:52And I bet he just, you know, he threw so much praise on Donald Trump.

42:57But what was Trump's response to attack NATO, just to continuously attack NATO, to continue

43:02to threaten that he was going to leave NATO, to say that NATO was weak,

43:06that they're not helping out.

43:07And it's also a part of this, like these mixed messages.

43:09I don't need help. I don't need NATO's help.

43:11It's too late for your help.

43:12Please help me, NATO. Please, I need you.

43:14We don't need the Strait of Hormuz.

43:16We don't even use it.

43:17It's a Europe problem. They'll have to deal with it.

43:19It'll all open up by itself.

43:21Oh, why won't anyone help Europe, NATO?

43:23Please send your warships right now.

43:24We really need it. All the messaging is all over the place.

43:28The guy is flailing and I know some people throw out like this madman theory,

43:33like, oh, he's just so unhinged that the enemy, they don't even know what he's

43:39going to do next. No, it doesn't project strength in the slightest bit.

43:44It projects overwhelming weakness. That is what the United States of America is projecting right

43:50now under Donald Trump. Yeah, one of the things we're learning about, one of the

43:56things we're learning about, too, and we'll talk about this when we come back from

43:58a quick break. Ambassador Paolo Zampoli, the guy who introduced Donald Trump to Melania, he

44:06ran a modeling agency and he would have these girls and women from Eastern Europe

44:11come in. He'd, you know, work with them on coming into the United States.

44:14They need to hold these parties at the Kit Kat Club and they are he's

44:19going to be deposed by the House Oversight Committee.

44:22And so when we talk about Melania in a little bit, I just wanted to

44:25get that point out that a lot of that can be, you know, it's possible

44:28that she and Paolo Zampoli were talking about that, that that news was going to

44:33be breaking. And that may be some one of the reasons that Melania went public.

44:37Don't worry, we're going to talk about Melania in a moment.

44:40But I got to show you some clips right now, though, that I think frame

44:42these issues. First, I want to show Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

44:46Let's show you Starmer and what he had to say about Donald Trump.

44:49Let's play. I'm fed up with the fact that families across the country see their

44:55bills go up and down on energy.

44:58Businesses bills go up and down on energy because of the actions of Putin or

45:04Trump across the world. Finally, he said, finally, by name.

45:10Right. Just don't. That's what you got to do.

45:12I bet you the people in the UK will reward him from going in that

45:17direction. And rightfully so. Now is not a time to equip what you got to

45:21stand up to this guy.

45:23You got to stand up.

45:24And far from countries taking Donald Trump's social media posts and Donald Trump's message to

45:30Mark Rutte that Europe and NATO needs to send their ships immediately into the Strait

45:34of Hormuz or else. Nobody's listening to that.

45:37And then Donald Trump flails and he makes those posts.

45:40I'm really disappointed in what Iran is doing.

45:43I mean, you're disappointing. You agree.

45:45You said you were going to obliterate their civilization and then you agreed to their

45:4910 point plan. But now let me show you what J .D.

45:52Vance was saying. So first, you have J .D.

45:54Vance saying that perhaps the Iran parliament leader, M .B.

45:58Ghalibov, just doesn't understand English well.

46:01And that's this is all one big confusion because Ghalibov doesn't understand English that that's

46:07that's the level of patheticness that the Trump regime was going is going with.

46:11All right. Let's agree to the terms.

46:13And then we'll be like, oh, they're from Iran.

46:16They don't speak English. So so they don't they didn't know because they don't speak

46:19English well. Well, that's the level that just looks more pathetic by the day.

46:24Let's play a lot of agreement.

46:26That's point. Number one, point number two, to respond to each of those issues.

46:30And I read it very closely.

46:31Let me just say this.

46:33I actually wonder how good he is at understanding English, because there are things that

46:38he said that frankly didn't make sense in some of the in the context of

46:41the negotiations that we've had.

46:43But to address the three points, first of all, he talked about an attack that

46:46allegedly happened on Iran and how that was a violation of the ceasefire.

46:50Ceasefires are always messy. An hour after the president announced the ceasefire, the Iranians launch

46:56a bunch of missiles. Then the Israelis respond.

46:58Here's another clip where he talks about, like, his wife wanting to go skydiving and

47:02that somehow relates to this ceasefire regarding saying you're going to obliterate the Iranian civilization.

47:09The second thing Gollibop said, which again, I found fascinating, is he said, we refuse

47:14to give up the right to enrichment.

47:17And I thought to myself, you know what?

47:19My wife has the right to skydive, but she doesn't jump out of an airplane

47:25because she and I have an agreement that she's not going to do that because

47:27I don't want my wife jumping out of an airplane.

47:29We don't really concern ourselves with what they claim they have the right to do.

47:34We concern ourselves with what they actually do.

47:37And I think the president's been very clear on the enrichment question.

47:39Here's what I concern myself with, and I'll toss it over to you, Brett.

47:42Obviously, combining misogynism with war crimes and one is something uniquely within J .D.

47:50Vance's purview. So there's that.

47:53You know what I care about?

47:55The objective facts of what was the deal that was agreed to.

47:58And objectively, I look at it.

48:00I look at Trump's post adopting the 10 -point plan, reposting the foreign minister of

48:05Iran, Aragji, talking about Trump adopting the 10 10 -point plan.

48:09I look at the independent mediator, in this case, prime minister of Pakistan, Sharif, and

48:15what he said that Lebanon is included.

48:17I think back to the last mediation that took place in late February before Trump

48:22and Netanyahu invaded Iran, where the mediator was Oman, another country that was chosen by

48:29the United States to mediate.

48:30That time, it wasn't the prime minister of Pakistan.

48:33It was the foreign minister of Oman.

48:36The foreign minister of Oman said, we reached a deal in principle, and we were

48:40ready to have this all resolved.

48:42And then that night, Donald Trump and Netanyahu invaded Iran.

48:46And I think about all of those factors right there and more.

48:51I look at who's been talking about the 10 points for weeks.

48:54And then I use just my objective, you know, I look at logic and I

48:58go, okay, you've adopted their plans.

49:00And now I hear Iran citing the plan, or I see them citing the plan,

49:070 .1, 0 .3, 0 .7.

49:08Here's what we said. I see it.

49:10On the other hand, I have J .D.

49:13Vance talking about his wife skydiving and that ceasefires are made to be broken.

49:18And so to me, I see actually a psychotic sociopath in J .D.

49:24Vance and an utter liar.

49:25And I see Donald Trump making conflicting posts each day.

49:29And on the other hand, I say this objectively, it's just the reality.

49:33I see Iran being very consistent with the 10 -point plan and citing the exact

49:36clauses that are violated. It's not a hard one for me to decipher here.

49:42And Ben, and Ben and Brad, I'll toss it to you in a sec, but

49:44before I lose my thought here, when you hear J .D.

49:45Vance speak, right, it's sort of that smugness of his that got us to where

49:49we are in the first place.

49:50The outright xenophobia and the racism, treating the Iranian people like they're some sort of

49:55savages this entire time, I think, is what's resulted in us getting into this mess,

49:59just totally underestimating them from a communication standpoint, from a war effort standpoint, every step

50:05of the way. And so when they're like, oh, well, maybe he doesn't even speak

50:08English like that, again, that has been their playbook from day one of this thing.

50:12They have not learned a goddamn thing, Brett.

50:15First off, Cardboard has a better personality than J .D.

50:20Vance, just the weirdest fucking dude, excuse me, just the weirdest fucking dude on the

50:25planet. What a bizarre thing to say.

50:27What a bizarre way to say it.

50:29I'm just like watching him like, what are you talking about, man?

50:32We're talking about war here.

50:34You have an agreement with your wife not to jump out of planes.

50:36Does it happen that often that you need an agreement with her to not do

50:39that? What are we talking about here?

50:42Two, the Trump administration has lost and never had any sort of...

50:47moral authority to be projecting morality or like the United States is better than Iran

50:54in this situation or any of that.

50:56And to me, I hate that because I think the United States has done its

51:01share of horrific things. Do not get me wrong.

51:04But I think our leaders at least try to put forward an image of moral

51:08authority. And you had Caroline Levitt yesterday saying things, speaking about the moral authority of

51:17the Trump regime and saying, listen, well, all these people in Iran, they just go

51:22death to America, death to America, death to America.

51:25Well, how dare they say that?

51:27We're here and we're there for freedom and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

51:30Trump is saying we're going to exterminate your entire civilization.

51:33So once you have a president of the United States saying that, all of a

51:38sudden, any of your other kind of arguments that you're trying to make about moral

51:41authority and to say that the United States wants what's best for the people, those

51:45are out the window. You've just totally tossed that.

51:48And to me, that's a hard thing to grapple with, I would say, as an

51:52American. And just think about what this is all based on in the beginning too,

51:56right? Donald Trump said this was about regime change.

52:00He said this was about getting rid of all the people who were oppressing the

52:06people in Iran and that the Iranians were going to be able to take to

52:10the streets and the US would have their back.

52:12And this would be a great moment.

52:13Democracy is coming to Iran, right?

52:16That was the messaging in the beginning.

52:18Now Trump just goes, oh, we actually changed the regime.

52:20Everything's great. Regime change is done, done.

52:23Best of luck. Everything is awesome.

52:25Good luck to the Iranian people.

52:26Oh, and we might blow up your entire country and all your infrastructure, all your

52:29power, all your water, everything.

52:31So good luck. See you later.

52:32And the only thing that's changed has been that they moved from the Ayatollah to

52:37Ayatollah Jr. And everyone else is still in their positions of power.

52:40It's the same regime. And it's what we've seen in Venezuela, right?

52:44It's the same exact pattern that we've seen everywhere.

52:47And I guess I could mention this quickly as well.

52:49If you look at Venezuela and what's going on in Venezuela right now, it's utter

52:53chaos because Trump claimed to have taken out the Maduro regime when he did not.

52:58He got rid of Maduro at the top, but left in the entire other power

53:02structure around Maduro. So even just today, we were seeing hundreds of Venezuelan public sector

53:08workers and pensioners marching in Caracas, demanding higher wages and pension increases amid the severe

53:14inflation there. They're getting hunger level pay.

53:17And we saw these security forces in the streets using tear gas and all these

53:22crowd control mechanisms, beating protesters, dispersing the demonstrators who were there near these government sites.

53:29So you notice wherever Trump goes, whether it's Minneapolis, or Los Angeles, or Portland, or

53:37whether it's Iran, or whether it's Venezuela, chaos follows him because he causes the chaos.

53:45He causes the disruption. At this point, I don't think he even knows anything else

53:51other than chaos. He thinks he thrives in this chaos, but all of us are

53:56the ones who are left to deal with it.

54:00If there are any savages in this thing currently, the first operation that we did,

1:03:50And that's where Donald Trump was quoted in, like, a very gross way, right?

1:03:57He likes women on the younger side, and everybody knows that about him, basically, right?

1:04:02And so Trump, that was the article that Melania said, great article, like, you looked

1:04:07amazing in that. That was not the amazing article.

1:04:10It's not like they were profiled in, like, vogue, you know, for, like, being great

1:04:13people. In any event, Melania holds this press conference, and out of nowhere, she starts

1:04:18to speak. She gets up to the microphone.

1:04:20We're all thinking, what's Melania going to say?

1:04:22And she goes, numerous fake images of him in here.

1:04:32year 2000. At an event Donald and I attended together.

1:08:42They're like on, like, they're like, they're like news.

1:08:48long time. If you're saying all that stuff is fake, then, you know, what, what,

1:09:16And then she bizarrely, I mean, I agree that there should be congressional hearings, but

1:09:27show solidarity with the victims and survivors, and I'm going to say that Epstein was,

1:09:34he was indeed involved with lots of other bad people, but I'm not one of

1:09:39them, and Donald isn't one of them, but I want there to be congressional hearings,

1:09:43which we all want there.

1:10:24a public hearing specifically centered around the survivors.

1:10:30Give these victims their opportunity to testify under oath in front of Congress with the

1:10:38power of sworn testimony. Each and every woman should have her day to tell her

1:10:45story in public if she wishes, and then her testimony should be permanently entered into

1:10:54the congressional record. Then, and only then, we will have the truth.

1:11:51took place. Here was Donald Trump calling it all one big hoax.

1:12:30died three, four years ago.

1:12:32So I'd rather talk about the success we have with the economy, the best we've

1:12:38ever had. And all of the things we've done, including the Middle East.

1:15:19You're not supposed to be charging tolls in the Strait of Hormuz.

1:15:23You're being naughty, you know, to saying, you know, I don't like the Wall Street

1:15:27Journal. It's, it's, it's a crooked organization, the Wall Street Journal, and they're lying about

1:15:32this. And then, you know, it's just the whole day of all of this.

1:15:36And it's like, what's the, this is, this is not normal behavior.

1:15:41What's the end game here?

1:15:43What objectives are trying to be reached?

1:15:46And, you know, I mean, I just think it is, he's a chaos agent.

1:15:51He's a horrible human. And the best way to explain all of this is, is

1:15:57that, you know, lots of people are on earth to do different things.

1:16:00And his is to destroy and to cause pain and psychological torture, just that he's

1:16:06the bad, the one of the worst, if not the one of the worst human

1:16:09beings to ever live, frankly, just a horrible, horrific piece of trash human whose goal

1:16:14is to just spread hate.

1:16:16And, you know, my particular thing that, like this is, is, this is not one

1:16:16of the worst things that happened.

1:16:16And, other words, here's some of the bad things to give if we see.

1:16:16And then they're probably not good targets for the Open abuse.

1:16:17every day and chaos every single day.

1:16:20And, you know, going back to what Prime Minister Starmer says, you know, it's really

1:16:25screwed up that people like Trump and Putin, and I'll add Netanyahu and others though

1:16:30are here, you know, who cause mass disorder and pain and chaos and other people

1:16:40have to suffer for it.

1:16:42You know, by and large, people just want to get by and live and go

1:16:45through their lives and have families and not deal with this stuff.

1:16:49You know, and so, you know, when I watch, you know, when I watch the

1:16:53coverage of this, whether it's on a CNN or an MSNOW even, or egregiously on

1:17:00a state regime media or a news nation, and they try to like talk about

1:17:04this, like this is, you know, analogous to this situation or that situation, this is

1:17:10normal behavior. I'm like, this is, there's none of this is normal.

1:17:13We have to take a step back and say all of this is conscious, shocking

1:17:20behavior that's unprecedented in American history and world history that is a humiliation ritual like

1:17:31our country has never experienced before.

1:17:33And if you believe that this is strength, then you're pathetic because this is not

1:17:41strength. This is not just weakness.

1:17:44This is just deranged, deranged behavior.

1:18:19Iran, right? Probably if you looked into it, more weapons from Russia and China.

1:18:23If you actually look in what's in those, I don't know that for a fact,

1:18:27but if you probably want to know what's in those ships, it's probably things to

1:18:30help. It's probably Shahi drones, FPV drones, stuff like that, unmanned vessels to strike.

1:18:42That's probably what it is, but not a single, not one oil tanker.

1:18:47And mind you, when the war was happening pre -ceasefire, there was at least eight

1:18:51to 10 oil tankers that were going, now no tankers.

1:18:55And what Iran's doing is they know going into these negotiations that if these negotiations

1:19:00fail, what happens? Boom, our markets crash again, right?

1:19:04That's what happens. They know exactly what's going to happen.

1:19:06So they're not going to open it up at all until Donald Trump agrees to

1:19:10their terms. Iran knows where they got them.
