0:44At six months, participants in a clinical trial of Weight Watchers program lost an average
0:47of 12 pounds. Donald Trump's dark past is surfacing, as is the dark past of
0:54other MAGA Republicans in Congress or frankly any member of Congress who has engaged in
1:01despicable conduct that they were trying to sweep under the rug.
1:05One thing that we're seeing happen right now is on a bipartisan basis, some Republicans
1:11and Democrats also being led by some MAGA Republican female leaders like Anna Paulina Luna,
1:18Nancy Mace, and even Lauren Boebert, are supporting a resolution that would publish all of
1:26the sexual harassment settlements and allegations that have been made against members of Congress, especially
1:34where hush money payments were made in order to do secret confidential settlements.
1:39And so we caught up with a number of these MAGA Republicans on Capitol Hill
1:45during the State of the Union in order to ask them about this resolution.
1:49And it's being supported by Democrats, too.
1:52We could see another discharge petition on this as well.
1:56Now, while Donald Trump was giving that State of the Union, of course, there were
2:01empty seats everywhere. And that's all that everybody's talking about now as well.
2:05The highly successful Midas Touch Network boycott of the State of the Union, 70 plus
2:11members in the House and in the Senate boycotted.
2:14They joined the Midas Touch event.
2:16What a historic night that was to spend that time together.
2:20But there were inside the House chambers a number of Epstein survivors who were there,
2:25and they had a powerful message for Donald Trump with their presence.
2:31They wore the butterfly pins in honor of Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide.
2:38She worked at Mar -a -Lago when she was underage, and she was sex trafficked
2:42out of Mar -a -Lago by Epstein.
2:45And then you also had survivors wearing teal scarves last night as well.
2:51This came at the same time where we learned about additional cover -up by the
2:57Department of Justice of the Epstein files, specifically regarding accusations by underage children against Donald
3:08Trump that are still being covered up right now.
3:11There was great reporting originally by Roger Sullenberger on this.
3:16Then PBS did some good reporting.
3:18And the House Oversight Dems did some great work on this.
3:21Give credit where credit is due to the great work they've all done.
3:24Here's what the Oversight Dems posted last night, right before Donald Trump was giving that
3:30data that does that, what do you want to call it?
3:32For the last few weeks, Oversight Democrats have been investigating the FBI's handling of allegations
3:39from 2019 of sexual assault on a minor against Donald Trump by a survivor.
3:45Oversight Democrats can confirm the DOJ appears to have illegally withheld FBI interviews with this
3:53survivor covering up direct evidence of a potential assault by Donald Trump is the most
3:58serious possible crime in this White House cover -up, they go on to write.
4:05Here's what NPR's investigation detailed.
4:08Hat tip to Stephen Fowler.
4:10An NPR investigation finds the public database of Epstein files is missing dozens of pages
4:17related to sexual abuse accusations against Donald Trump.
4:20Other documents that mention Trump have also been taken down.
4:24A few of them have been restored after they were called out by NPR, by
4:29Roger Sullenberger, and by the Midas Touch and others, and Aaron Parnas, for example.
4:35But here's what the report explains.
4:39There appears to be at least 50 pages of FBI interviews regarding a specific survivor
4:45who accused Donald Trump of sexual abuse when she was a minor.
4:50That document is being covered up.
4:53NPR reviewed multiple sets of unique serial numbers.
4:56We call them in legal jargon.
4:58We call them Bates numbers appearing before and after the pages in question stamped onto
5:04the documents. And you can see in this latest tranche of documents that there are
5:09just dozens and dozens of these.
5:11Don't forget to check the Strongly on the table.
5:11Don't forget to check the New York Times abstracts we брат.
5:11Bates numbers that are missing.
5:14These serial numbers, as they're calling it here, they are absolutely missing.
5:18And so, by the way, there are still 50 terabytes of documents that are missing
5:22as well, which means there's probably 50 million, 100 million records that have not been
5:29produced. And we believe, and our sources also tell us as well, that there are
5:33far more devastating information in the documents that are being concealed by Donald Trump.
5:41As Congress member Garcia posted, this is the manifest document in the files.
5:46The highlighted documents you see there are what is missing.
5:50So, let's just contrast for a moment what our DOJ is doing and say what
5:56they're doing in other countries, right?
5:58As you know, in the UK, Peter Mandelson, who went by the name Lord Peter
6:03Mandelson, the former UK ambassador to the United States, he's been arrested in connection with
6:08his connections to Epstein. You have Andrew Mountbatten, who's to be Prince Andrew.
6:15He was arrested in connection with his connections to Epstein and everything we saw in
6:20the files there. In Poland, they just dropped a bombshell, as Bethany O 'Leary explains.
6:26They are forming a full task force to rip through the Epstein files and are
6:30preparing to launch their own independent investigation.
6:34Special prosecutors are on the case, and anybody who's associated with it in Poland will
6:40be uncovered. No stone will be left unturned, is what the Polish officials are saying.
6:48Polish officials say they are not satisfied with the watered -down US releases, and now
6:54officially view the Epstein files as a direct threat to Poland's national security.
7:00Thus, even America's closest Eastern European ally doesn't trust what Washington handed over, and thinks
7:07the full truth could expose something even more massive.
7:11And so, Poland is going on the offense here.
7:14The National Prosecutor's Office said that they have a newly formed body, dubbed investigation team
7:20number five, and they will be going through all the documents, all of the records,
7:25and they will be using anything in their power in order to look through this.
7:29Then, separately, the justice ministry confirmed the creation of an analytical task force chaired by
7:36a chief justice, a top justice there as well.
7:39And so, they're taking it seriously.
7:41But as I said, compare this to the DOJ in the United States.
7:45Their rapid response account yesterday posted, oversight Dems should stop misleading the public while manufacturing
7:54outrage from their radical anti -Trump base.
7:57The Justice Department has repeatedly said publicly and directly to NPR, prior to deadline, nothing
8:04has been deleted. If files are temporarily pulled for victim redactions, or to redact personally
8:11identifiable information, then those documents are promptly restored online and are publicly available.
8:17All responsive documents have been produced unless a document falls within one of the following
8:23categories, duplicates, privileged, or part of an ongoing federal investigation.
8:29So, do you see where the cover -up is right there?
8:32Not on the duplicates part, privileged, or part of an ongoing federal investigation.
8:38In other words, the Trump DOJ is their own adjudicator of what they're claiming is
8:44privileged. And they're using this broad term called deliberative process privilege to say that all
8:52of the internal memos, the work product, all of the FBI interviews, a lot of
8:58this is deliberative process privilege.
9:01And so, it's not being turned over.
9:04The Epstein Transparency Act does not say you can withhold documents on the basis of
9:10any type of privilege claim.
9:12And what would the deliberative process privilege claim even be at this point?
9:17And didn't the Department of Justice and the FBI claim several months ago, or even
9:22over last summer, rather, that there was no ongoing investigation?
9:26But now they're saying there is federal investigation, but when they testify before Congress, they
9:31say that there is no investigation.
9:33So, that's what our DOJ is doing.
9:35And they're obviously hiding. As I said, about 50 terabytes of documents are probably being
9:40concealed right now. The oversight Dems responded to that DOJ rapid response account and said,
9:46records of FBI interviews with a survivor who alleged Trump sexually assaulted her as a
9:53child aren't duplicates and shouldn't be privileged.
9:56Are you saying there's an active, ongoing federal investigation into Donald Trump?
10:02Did you just admit that you want to do an investigate?
10:05Are you now claiming that because you are conducting an investigation into Trump, which you're
10:11never going to prosecute him, that that means you're going to withhold the documents by
10:17claiming that? I mean, just think about that.
10:20There's an ongoing investigation. We can't tell you who, but that's why all the Trump
10:25documents are being withheld. That's their trick that they're using.
10:28I think that's indeed what they are doing.
10:31The news is loud, tax season is here, and somehow you're still expected to stay

11:48As always, a massive thanks to Indicloud for helping keep February in perspective.
11:53Now, as I started this video, I also talked about how there were these MAGA
11:58Republican Congress members, these MAGA Congresswomen who are out there saying, you know what, it's
12:03even more than just the Epstein files.
12:06They're saying, we want you to out, we want to out our male colleagues here
12:12in the House of Representatives and in the Senate.
12:15I don't care whether you're a MAGA Republican, if you're a Democrat, if you're an
12:19Independent, doesn't matter. If you made hush money settlement payments for sexual assault, sexual harassment,
12:27anything like that, that should be revealed publicly.
12:30Don't we all agree with that?
12:31Here's what Lauren Boebert said.
12:33Let's play this clip. Obviously, you called on Congressman Gonzalez to resign over alleged sexual
12:38misconduct. There's no resolution that would reveal a lot more about the culture of sexual
12:43misconduct in Congress. Are you supportive of that?
12:45It's by Congresswoman Mace. I'm absolutely supportive of Congresswoman Mace's resolution to uncover the other
12:52sexual harassment issues that take place here in our nation's capital.
12:56And even further, I am supportive of releasing the congressional hush money slush fund.
13:04There's been tens of millions of dollars that have been paid out over the years
13:07here in Congress to keep Hill staffers quiet about alleged sexual misconduct and other forms
13:18of mistreatment in the office.
13:19So I would love to see every congressman who's ever had to pay a settlement
13:23to a staffer. And I'm certainly supportive of Nancy Mace's resolution.
13:27What would be your message to a staffer who finds themselves in these terrible situations
13:32where members are being creepy to them?
13:34I mean, it's awful. It's awful in any work for any workplace.
13:38And it certainly shouldn't be held here.
13:40We have high standards. We agree to these standards.
13:43We promise hundreds of thousands of people that we are leaders, leaders of integrity, and
13:48it shouldn't be happening here.
13:50And here's what Nancy Mace and Ana Paulina Luna told our reporter Pablo Monriquez here
13:57play this clip. You've called for the resignation of Tony Gonzalez.
14:00Have you heard anything back from leadership?
14:02No, we haven't. And I filed a resolution last night to publicly expose all the
14:06sexual harassment violations of members of Congress.
14:09I'll file it as privilege next week.
14:11Okay. Got it. And force a vote on it.
14:13How quickly could a vote?
14:15Two days. I mean, a day or two after.
14:17I'll file on the fourth.
14:18We'll probably vote on the fifth.
14:20And is this something like the Epstein files?
14:21It's going to take months and months and months to see those.
14:23They'll probably just refer it to committee and sweep it under the rug like they
14:26or it'll die. Or it will die.
14:27Everything goes to die in committee.
14:29Yep. But if it's going to die in the committee, then how can, how can
14:31the American people, how can Texans, his constituents specifically know what happened?
14:35Voters are going to have to turn out against him or, you know, force him
14:37to resign. I mean, I don't know how he'd go moves forward.
14:40It was disgusting. It was shameful.
14:43And it's why many women feel like second -class citizens.
14:46And we just got to say no more.
14:47He's got to go. Thank you so much, Congresswoman.
14:49Thank you. Now, also as Donald Trump's dark past is surfacing as well, I got
14:52to give a hat tip to Ryan Goodman's piece.
14:55And here's what he uncovered as well.
14:57Five days after Jeffrey Epstein's arrest, federal authorities directed New York law enforcement authorities to
15:04stand down their investigation related to Epstein, new documents released by the DOJ show.
15:10So the attorney generals, the special victims unit SVU in New York City in Manhattan
15:17was told, do not investigate Epstein.
15:19The feds will handle it.
15:20And then the feds didn't really look after the co -conspirators.
15:24And the feds protected the Epstein class.
15:26Just look at these emails.
15:27Look at EFTA 156644. Here's what it says.
15:32These are from United States attorneys to each other.
15:36Memo to file regarding D -A -N -Y call.
15:40That's the district attorney of New York.
15:42That's the Manhattan DA's office.
15:44Hi, do you have time for a call to discuss a victim who recently came
15:48to our attention with connections to Epstein Maxwell?
15:51To be clear, we aren't suggesting investigating Maxwell for more crimes, but this victim has
15:56identified other potential traffickers. And we think it makes sense to do a bit of
16:02due diligence before deciding what, if anything, we should do with that information.
16:07And then it goes on to say, apologies on the delay.
16:10Happy to chat. Let me know what works best for you.
16:13OK, and then we found out what we found out what happened before then.
16:18We had some issues prior and post arrest of Epstein with possible rumors of the
16:24district attorney of New York having a case on him.
16:26We eventually found out, I think after the arrest was made, that the NYPD special
16:31victims did fly to New Mexico to interview an Epstein victim, Farmer, after our arrest
16:37was public. Some phone calls were made amongst NYPD brass, and I'm pretty sure their
16:42investigation was closed and differed to us.
16:44I'm not totally sure of the D -A -N -Y, that's again, District Attorney of
16:48New York's involvement into that investigation, or if they ever stopped.
16:52Our assumption was obviously they closed anything they had after his death.
16:56It may be an issue, though, if D -A -N -Y somehow was continuing an
17:01investigation into Prince Andrew or his best friend Maxwell.
17:04This is something we may want to figure out.
17:06I'm hoping they are continuing to defer this case to us, but we may not
17:12know without making a few inquiries.
17:15And then it goes on to say, so -and -so just called.
17:18FBI reached out to NYPD.
17:20This was in 2019. FBI reached out to NYPD leadership already, and they were told
17:25that Special Victims Unit has been directed to stand down, and that all Epstein stuff
17:30needs to go to and through us.
17:33D -A -N -Y could still try to go forward with their own investigators, so
17:38I think it's worth a call over.
17:40I mean, it's right there, folks.
17:42You know, isn't it right there?
17:44I want to show you a few more things as well.
17:47This was Congress Member Garcia last night before the State of the Union with Annie
17:52Farmer. Here's what she's a survivor of Epstein.
17:55Let's play this clip. Yesterday, I actually looked at this tranche of documents that was
18:01being described to you. We've been investigating this allegation now for a few weeks.
18:06And what I can confirm to what Lisa said and other reporting is that I
18:11have seen the manifest document that lays out the series of documents that includes interviews
18:17and other files. Within that grouping, it's clear that what's been presented to the Congress,
18:24there is a group of documents or document that is actually missing.
18:28I myself reviewed these exact documents, the manifest yesterday.
18:34I have seen other interviews and documentation with this survivor.
18:39But those additional documents seem to be missing.
18:43And that's something that I confirmed as of yesterday in my visit to the Department
18:47of Justice. The idea that there is a possible cover up or that we are
18:52hiding actual documentation of an alleged crime by the president of the United States, of
18:58which a survivor appears to have made, is incredibly serious.
19:03And the DOJ has to explain to the public where are these possible documents and
19:08what do they say? Here's what Thomas Massey said before the State of the Union.
19:12Let's play this clip. Congress created the Department of Justice.
19:16Congress funds the Department of Justice.
19:19And Congress is responsible for the oversight of the Department of Justice.
19:24When will we see justice?
19:27I'll tell you what I've not seen.
19:29I've not seen any arrests from the revelations in the Epstein files.
19:35Over three million documents describing horrible things, describing unspeakable things.
19:41So much of it redacted.
19:44Over two dozen people have resigned, CEOs, members of government worldwide.
19:49But I haven't seen any arrests or investigations here in the United States from this
19:55Department of Justice. Prince Andrew, Duke of York, who has since been stripped of his
20:00royalty, his royal titles due to his affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein, has been arrested.
20:06Peter Mandelson, who previously served as UK's ambassador to the United States, resigned in disgrace
20:14from United Kingdom's House of Lords and the Labour Party.
20:17And he's been arrested. Former Prime Minister of Norway, Torbjorn Joglund, has been charged.
20:28But we don't see any charges, arrests or investigations in the United States.
20:34What do we see? We see our FBI director celebrating in the locker room at
20:39the Olympics overseas. It's fine to be proud of this country.
20:43But we should be proud of this country because we have a system of justice
20:47that works. And yet we do not.
20:51Who are the men that should be investigated?
20:54I'll name them right here.
20:55Leon Black. You don't even have to see past the redactions to see that this
21:01man needs to be investigated.
21:04Jess Staley, accused of terrible things.
21:08It's right there in the files.
21:10Why is he not being investigated?
21:12And Leslie Wexner. Why did the FBI list him as a co -conspirator in their
21:19own documents in a child sex trafficking case and then tell him, according to him,
21:26that they had no questions for him?
21:29Why is that? Well, the Epstein Files Transparency Act requires the DOJ and the FBI.
21:34FBI to disclose to us their internal memos and emails about how they made those
21:40decisions, whether to prosecute or not prosecute.
21:43Yet they have not delivered those memos.
21:46And we still don't have the memos and documents and emails from 2008 to explain
21:52why Jeffrey Epstein was given such a light sentence in what would have been an
21:57open and shut case of child sex trafficking, which allowed him to go back and
22:05recommit these terrible crimes, create hundreds of more victims and ensnare so many other people
22:14in his conspiracy. Where are those documents that describe those decisions?
22:20We need justice. We want the Department of Justice to get to work.
22:25And that's what they need to do now.
22:27And here's what Nancy Mace had to say before the State of the Union.
22:31It was two days before.
22:32Here's what she had to say.
22:34Let's play this clip right here.
22:35Do you think there will be arrests in America?
22:38No, I don't. I have no confidence in our justice system.
22:42I think it's a system of injustice.
22:44I think the way that these victims and others get justice are seeing people, if
22:48they're not going to go to jail, be removed from boards, be publicly shamed out
22:51of civil society, lose their companies.
22:54You're starting to see some of that.
22:55The dominoes are falling, but they're not falling fast enough.
22:58And that's why I'm really intent on getting all the files out there.
23:02I don't believe there's any more investigation.
23:04There are not going to be any more indictments because I believe Epstein was an
23:07intel asset, maybe of one or multiple nations.
23:10And that's why our country protected him and the information and videos and audio that
23:14he had on other world leaders.
23:16But until people go to jail, people want justice.
23:19And that's the only way we're going to get it right now.
23:20So we'll keep you posted every step of the way.
23:23But those are some, I think, big, significant revelations coming out.
23:28And you let me know what you think.
23:29Let's get to 7 million subscribers.
23:30We appreciate you. Thanks for watching.
