Trump Crashes Out at WH Presser as War Backfires
3/16/202620 mincomplete
0:00Donald Trump just wrapped up a disastrous press conference in the White House as all
0:05world nations have essentially rejected Donald Trump's request to help the United States secure the
0:12Strait of Hormuz. In his disastrous war against Iran, Donald Trump held this press conference
0:19where he said, you know what?
0:20We don't need anybody at all.
0:23We're the strongest nation ever.
0:25The only reason why I demanded help from other nations to secure the Strait of
0:31Hormuz as I was testing them and they failed my test.
0:36Watch what Donald Trump said during this disastrous press conference in the White House moments
0:40ago. Let's play it. We don't need anybody.
0:44We're the strongest nation in the world.
0:46We have the strongest military by far in the world.
0:48We don't need them. But it's interesting.
0:52I'm almost doing it in some cases, not because we need them, but because I
0:55want to find out how they react.
0:57Because I've been saying for years that if we ever did need them, they won't
1:00be there. Not all of them, but they won't be there.
1:02I was very surprised with the United Kingdom because the United Kingdom, two weeks ago,
1:09I said, why don't you send some ships over?
1:11And he really didn't want to do it.
1:13I said, you don't want to do it.
1:15We've been with you. You're our oldest ally.
1:18And we spend a lot of money on, you know, NATO and all of these
1:22things to protect you. I mean, we're protecting them.
1:25We're working with them on Ukraine.
1:27Ukraine's thousands of miles away, separated by a vast ocean.
1:32We don't have to do that, but we did it.
1:34Well, Biden did it. I mean, I have to be honest with you.
1:36It's three. Biden got taken to the cleaners.
1:40But we worked with them in Ukraine.
1:42We don't need to work with them in Ukraine.
1:44And then they tell us that we have a mind ship around and they don't
1:49want to do it. I think it's I think it's terrible.
1:52No, I would. So then a reporter asked Donald Trump if he could even describe
1:57what he meant when he said that there were all of these nations that agreed
2:01to form a coalition to secure the Strait of Hormuz, which he said over the
2:06weekend. What do you mean by that, Donald?
2:09What were they planning on doing?
2:10Who are these countries? And Donald Trump's like, I can't tell you.
2:14I'm not going to say it.
2:16That is my secret. Why?
2:19Because Donald Trump is just making all of this up.
2:22He's a fraud. He's a con man.
2:24He's a liar. And this is making the United States look utterly pathetic right now.
2:30Here, play this clip. Numerous countries have told me they are on their way.
2:34Can you give us a hint what they are, what that entails, how soon they
2:38might be there? You mean who are the countries?
2:39Yes, sir. I'd rather not say yet, but we'll be announcing a Marco Rubio and
2:44the various people that are doing that.
2:46We'll be announcing. And we do.
2:48I have to tell you, we have some that are really enthusiastic.
2:51They're coming already. They've already started to get there.
2:55You know, it takes a little while to get there.
2:56It's like, in some cases, you have to travel an ocean.
3:00So it doesn't go that fast, but it'll go fast.
3:04And we have some that are fairly local that are doing it.
3:07Next, a reporter asked Donald Trump that, what do you mean when you said Iran
3:11wants to make a deal?
3:13Well, what are they saying to you?
3:15What kind of deal? And Donald Trump's like, oh, they're reaching out to us all
3:19the time. They want to make a deal so badly.
3:22But what you have to realize is they're all about disinformation.
3:26I'll play this clip for you very much.
3:29So go ahead, please. Mr.
3:31President, you've said that Iran does want to make a deal now into the third
3:36week of this bombing campaign.
3:38What would that deal look like?
3:39What are the ask that you're making of the government?
3:42They want to make a deal.
3:43They're talking to our people.
3:45I don't know if they say that to you.
3:47Maybe they do. Maybe they don't.
3:48Don't forget, they are a country that for years, I didn't know this until recently,
3:54they're a country based on disinformation.
3:57And now they're using just some information plus AI.
4:00And that's a terrible situation.
4:03That's a terrible situation. Now, we know that Iran does not want to make a
4:07deal with Donald Trump. They very publicly through their foreign minister said, he's delusional.
4:13We do not want to make a deal.
4:15There are no ceasefire negotiations taking place.
4:18We also know that Donald Trump's envoy to, I guess, everything, Steve Whitcoff, he's been
4:25trying to text message the foreign minister of Iran, Aragchi, who is not returning any
4:31of the text messages. He looks utterly desperate and weak.
4:35Next, Peter Doocy of state regime media, which calls itself Fox, says to Donald Trump,
4:41well, at this press conference, you've claimed that the U .S.
4:45has destroyed all of the mines and all of the mine -laying ships in the
4:52Strait of Hormuz. So if that's the case, why can't the cargo and fueling ships
4:58in the Strait of Hormuz leave?
5:00And Donald Trump goes, it takes two to tango.
5:03Ask Pepe. Pepe has a ship.
5:07Pepe doesn't want to leave the Strait of Hormuz.
5:09It's Pepe's fault. Here, play.
5:11This clip, I will say there's nobody seen him, which is unusual.
5:16Something else. Now that you've announced that the U .S.
5:18has destroyed all of Iran's mine laying ships, why can't the U .S.
5:24just immediately reopen the Strait of Hormuz?
5:27Well, we could, but it takes two to tango.
5:30We have to get people to take their billion dollar ship and.
5:35And, you know, drive it up.
5:38If when when Pepe has his big sugar ships coming around and they cost a
5:45billion dollars and we say, I think it's OK now, Pepe, take your ship, drive
5:50it through the Strait of Hormuz.
5:51He may say, let me wait a little while because it takes it takes ship
5:58owners. And, you know, these ships are very expensive.
6:02They could cost up to two billion dollars.
6:05Next, a reporter asked Donald Trump, have your advisers told you anything in terms of
6:11how long we can expect gas prices to be as high as they are right
6:15now? And somehow Donald Trump responds by saying, I don't need advisers.
6:21And you know what? The prime minister of U .K., Keir Starmer, he tells me
6:27that he listens to his advisers.
6:28And I say, why do you need advisers at all?
6:31You're the prime minister. Here, play this clip.
6:34Yeah. Have your advisers told you anything in terms of how long we can expect
6:39gas prices as high as they are right now?
6:42I don't need advisers to tell me that.
6:44I know I know what it is.
6:45You know, the prime minister of U .K., United Kingdom yesterday told me I'm meeting
6:54with my team to make a determination.
6:57I said, you don't need to meet it with the team.
6:59You're the prime minister. You can make your own.
7:01Why do you have to meet with your team to find out whether or not
7:04you're going to send some minesweepers to us or to send some boats?
7:10I said, you don't have to meet with your team.
7:11It's the same thing here.
7:14I can tell you that when this is over, oil prices are going to go
7:19down very, very rapidly. So is inflation.
7:23So is everything else. Then Donald Trump says that it's a very unfair war because
7:28he goes, it's unfair. We won.
7:30But they keep on using drones and they control the Strait of Hormuz.
7:35So it's an unfair war.
7:36Again, he uses the language war because, yes, this is a war.
7:39But then he whines that it's unfair.
7:42What are you talking about?
7:43You launched an unlawful war without constitutional authorization.
7:47And now you're saying it's unfair.
7:49You a baby. Here, play this clip.
7:51You may have no mindset.
7:52We hit every one of their mine droppers.
7:54They call it the mine layers, right?
7:56The ships. They're pretty sophisticated ships.
7:59Every one of them is gone.
8:01But it only takes one.
8:03So it's a little unfair.
8:05You know, you win a war, but they have no right to be doing what
8:10they're doing. But we're hitting them very hard.
8:12And today is a big day where we're pounding a certain area that.
8:16Then Donald Trump says that a major weakness of NATO is that they refuse to
8:21help the United States. Then he goes, but we don't need their help anyway.
8:25But they're refusing to help and we need their help.
8:27But we don't want their help anyway.
8:29Watch what he says here.
8:31Play this clip. And I've always felt that was a weakness of NATO.
8:34We were going to protect them.
8:35But I always said, when in need, they won't protect us.
8:39Now, this is a need.
8:40Need would be one of the big boys.
8:44But I will say that we built the greatest military in the world and we
8:49protect people. And if we need their mind boats or if we need anything, any
8:56piece of apparatus that they may have because of a situation that they have, they
9:01should be jumping to help us because we've helped them for years stay out of
9:05wars. Yeah, please. Thank you.
9:06But then he says, I'm strongly encouraging other nations.
9:09Get involved with us. Get involved quickly and get involved with great enthusiasm.
9:15We need you. I mean, we don't need you.
9:18We don't want you. We're testing you.
9:20Actually join us with great enthusiasm.
9:23This is a madman. And other countries are watching this and they're like, we ain't
9:28getting involved with this. Are you kidding me?
9:31This guy's got no plan.
9:33He looks utterly pathetic. And what's actually happening, if you want to know the truth
9:38and the facts, other nations are engaged in bilateral negotiations with Iran, trying to secure
9:46one -off deals, country X and Iran, the way India is doing right now.
9:51That's what United States weakness looks like under Donald Trump, who's bankrupted lots of companies
9:57in his life. And he's doing it right now with the United States.
10:00Here, play this clip. Well, under that land, we strongly encourage the other nations to
10:05get involved with us and get involved quickly and with great enthusiasm.
10:10Uh, I have that from a number of them and I'd like to say their
10:15names, but frankly, I don't know if they would want me to or not because,
10:18uh, maybe they don't want to be targeted, but I say, wouldn't matter if you're
10:25targeted or not. But Trump wants you to know that even though he's not able
10:28to secure the Strait of Hormuz, he predicted bin Laden.
10:33He knew about bin Laden before he goes, I predicted bin Laden.
10:37I predicted 9 -11 here.
10:39play this clip particular all of it i predicted osama bin laden would knock out
10:45the world trade center i made that prediction a year before he did i said
10:48you better get him he's a bad guy i watched him be interviewed one time
10:53and i said that's a bad guy you better get him one year before exactly
10:57i wrote it in a book you can even check about a year before the
11:02world trade center then came down uh president clinton actually had a shot at him
11:07and he didn't take it unfortunately i'm not blaming him for that but he didn't
11:11take it then donald trump who's demonstrating himself to be a paper tiger it's always
11:17projection and confession with these maga goons he goes the paper tiger is iran okay
11:23well if they're a paper tiger they can close off the global oil flows with
11:29bombs doesn't sound like a paper tiger because right now the strait of hormuz is
11:33closed and you are unable to do naval escorts like you said you were going
11:37to do weeks ago play this clip matter if you're targeted or not because this
11:42is a paper tiger that we're dealing with now it wasn't a paper tiger two
11:46weeks ago it's a paper tiger now then donald trump on oil in the middle
11:51east says we didn't need them before we started dig we must dig we must
11:58is the trump policy dig me dig me west dig me west west me dig
12:04listen i'm you're like ben what the hell are you talking about listen to what
12:07he says here play this clip you mentioned uh the significant amount of oil that
12:12china derives from the middle east what is the status of your conversation with president
12:17xi in terms of getting china to cooperate in terms of making the strait of
12:22hormuz safe for those oil tankers yeah so china is a great example they get
12:2791 of their oil from the hormuz straits which we protected for years and it
12:34always bothered me that we have these countries japan gets 95 of it's from the
12:39straits the hormuz straits and it always bothered me that we're protecting and we don't
12:44need them we didn't need them before we started uh dig we must i dig
12:49me west that's the trump policy of lots of oil and then donald trump starts
12:54talking about closing down the kennedy center we need marble beautiful marble right now here
13:00play this clip and we figured it out over the year and you have to
13:04close it putting new marbles in beautiful beautiful marbles when you do marbles you can't
13:09have people walking over the marble every night as it's drying and setting and uh
13:15going to a play so we thought the best way i mean i what i
13:19know best in the world is construction the best way to do it is close
13:22it do it properly and reopen and have a grand reopening and when it's finished
13:28it's going to be far better than it was when it was originally built then
13:31he goes from talking about beautiful marble to saying how the ayatollah would sit in
13:35a throne but it wasn't as nice as the thrones that they have in england
13:40what play this clip yeah please peter thanks president trump what are your advisors telling
13:47you about the ayatollah's son the new supreme leader what are they telling you well
13:53it's not only them it's you people i mean a lot of people are saying
13:56that he's badly disfigured uh they're saying that he lost his leg the one leg
14:02and he's uh you know been hurt very badly other people uh are saying he's
14:08dead nobody's saying he's 100 healthy and uh he hasn't you know he hasn't spoken
14:16because the ayatollah would sit and he'd spew hate from a form of a throne
14:24not as nice as a throne i like the english throne much better but it
14:29was it was a fancy chair but he'd spew hate from his chair but you
14:35see him a lot right uh this one we haven't seen at all so that
14:39could be for a lot of different reasons we don't know peter if he's dead
14:43or not and now that you've announced i will say there's nobody's seen him which
14:47is unusual uh something else now then he talks about ufc fights outside of the
14:52white house let's play it we have in the front of the white house on
14:55june 14th you probably read ufc is going to be here dana white the great
14:59dana white he's building a uh literally a stadium a 5 000 seat arena right
15:05outside the front door of the white house and they're going to have about a
15:09hundred thousand people on the in the park right across the street where he's building
15:15uh i believe eight massive screens for people to watch free all free he gets
15:21asked a very serious question is the united states supporting the israeli invasion of lebanon
15:26and then donald trump's like i was with a person who lives in lebanon and
15:32they're very wealthy and i said why do you live in lebanon why would you
15:36live in a country like that the same way i ask why do people live
15:39in ukraine like if you're ukrainian why would you even want to live there if
15:44you're being invaded don't you want to move someplace i mean this guy is a
15:48moron this guy is dumb dumb and i just can't he's a fraud and he's
15:53a sexual predator i just can't believe this maniac is leading the united states right
15:57now which is not leading he's driving us into the ground here play this clip
16:01israel is expected to expand its ground offensive in southern lebanon to go after hezbollah
16:06have you just discussed that with Israeli leaders, and does the United States support a
16:11potential Israeli invasion of Lebanon?
16:13Yeah, I know I did, and I know though, look, Hezbollah is a problem.
16:18It's been a problem for a long time, not just now, and it's a certain
16:24area, because I was with the other night a person whose parents live in Lebanon.
16:28This is a very substantial person, wealthy person, whose parents live in Lebanon.
16:33I said, really? How do you live in Lebanon?
16:36Your parents are living? Oh, yeah, they live there, and over the years, they've gotten
16:40used to the fact that it's being bombed, but they explained to me that it's
16:44really a different section of Lebanon.
16:46It's a section where Hezbollah is, and they get used to it, I guess.
16:50I don't know. I mean, people live in Ukraine.
16:52You would think they wouldn't live in Ukraine, but they live in Ukraine.
16:57I don't know that I'd do that, but they live in Ukraine.
17:00They live in Lebanon. Hezbollah is a big problem, and they're rapidly being eliminated.
17:07Thank you very much, everybody.
17:09I appreciate it. And then he talks about golden curtains.
17:12Let's play it. It was, you know, right outside.
17:15In fact, if you look behind me, see the nice gold curtains?
17:20If you want to look into a nice foundation, and you want to see a
17:24lot of work, very deep, very, very deep for specific reasons.
17:29We have a magnificent ballroom being built because this is the biggest room.
17:35And then he goes, our powerful military campaign right now has completely obliterated the Iranian
17:43regime. After all this, begging all these other nations for help, and no one wants
17:48to help, and going through whatever this pathological stew of being a freaking maniac right
17:55here, malignant narcissism combined with, in my opinion, like dementia, all wrapped up in a
18:01whatever the hell this is.
18:02He goes, we've obliterated Iran.
18:04It's over. We won. Here, play this clip.
18:06Patriots at this table. Our powerful military campaign to end the threats posed by the
18:14Iranian regime continued in full force over the past few days.
18:20They have been literally obliterated.
18:24The Air Force is gone.
18:26The Navy is gone. Many, many ships have been sunk.
18:32They're warfighting ships, but I guess they didn't know how to use them.
18:36And anti -aircraft is decimated.
18:40Their radar is gone, and their leaders are gone.
18:42Other than that, they're doing quite well.
18:44And then it concludes by Donald Trump revealing confidential medical records of a Republican Congress
18:54member, Neil Dunn. And Donald Trump's like, tell him, MAGA Mike, Mike, tell him what
18:59was going to happen. He was going to die in a few months.
19:02And I saved his life.
19:03MAGA Mike, tell him. And then even Mike Johnson's like, well, that wasn't public, but
19:06yeah, okay. This is what Donald Trump is doing.
19:10Maniac. Just a complete maniac.
19:12We need grownups. We need adults.
19:15Like, can we start with that?
19:17Even a child would do significantly better than this, way better than this.
19:20Here, watch what he says.
19:21Let's play it. We had one man who was very ill.
19:24It looked like he wasn't going to make it.
19:25I don't know. I don't, I won't mention his name.
19:27Should I? Do other people know his name?
19:30Yeah. Do you want to mention it?
19:32He'll be proud. Go ahead.
19:34Tell him, tell him the story.
19:35Okay. Well, thank you, Mr.
19:37President. Congressman Neil Dunn of Florida had had some real health challenges, and it was
19:42very serious and had had a pretty grim diagnosis.
19:46And I mentioned it to the president.
19:47I said, Congressman Dunn is a real champion and a patriot because he's still coming
19:51to work. And if others got this diagnosis, they would be apt to go home
19:54and retire. What was the diagnosis?
19:56It was, uh, I mean, I think it was a terminal diagnosis.
19:59He would be dead by June.
20:01Okay. That wasn't public, but yeah.
20:02Okay. That's there. You have it, folks.
