1:00It's not looking good for Donald Trump as his physical and mental health deteriorate before
1:05our very eyes. The signs are everywhere, quite literally.
1:09There are signs everywhere telling him where he is.
1:13And you may say, ah, well, that's just Donald Trump putting up golden signage.
1:18He likes that. Yeah, but there are a lot of people who are saying this
1:22is helping him like it helps people with dementia just kind of know where they
1:27are. So he has big letters right outside the Rose Garden saying the Rose Garden
1:32or right by the West Wing.
1:34He has the golden letters saying the West Wing or right by the Oval Office.
1:38It says the Oval Office so he knows where he is.
1:41I was seeing this video circulate yesterday where he was on Air Force One and
1:46it said, Aboard Air Force One.
1:49Yeah, you are aboard Air Force One, Donald.
1:51And then he made a social media post begging the Supreme Court to reconsider its
1:58ruling where it struck down his tariffs against the world.
2:02And so he said, oh, no, now I'm going to have to issue refunds.
2:06Can you reconsider? Can we do a redo?
2:09Can we have another hearing?
2:12That's just not the way the Supreme Court works.
2:14What the hell are you talking about?
2:16Here's what Donald Trump posted on Friday.
2:18The recent decision of the United States Supreme Court concerning tariffs could allow for hundreds
2:23of billions of dollars to be returned.
2:26Yeah, we know that. That's the whole point because you unlawfully stole money from American
2:31companies, which were passed on to the American consumers in the form of higher prices.
2:37And so, yeah, this was a tax on the American people.
2:40You have to return the money that you stole, Donald.
2:44And then he goes, I'm sure the Supreme Court did not have this in mind.
2:48They absolutely did because you stole people's money.
2:52And Donald Trump goes on to say, is a rehearing or re -adjudication of this
2:58case possible? Is it possible?
3:00And one of the big problems with the rantings and ravings of an absolute lunatic
3:05of someone who's cognitively and physically deteriorating is this then finds its way into actual
3:11legal briefs as well. Because after he posted that on social media, you have the
3:16Department of Justice making a filing in the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals
3:22where the companies that won in the Supreme Court are saying, we want our refunds.
3:27And they're telling the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, we want a mandate to issue
3:32and we want now our refunds.
3:33It should happen right away.
3:35But you have Donald Trump's DOJ following his demented social media posts.
3:41And here's what they write in their filing.
3:44Plaintiffs also claim hasty issuance of the mandate is necessary to facilitate the refund processes
3:52in cases that are in the Court of International Trade.
3:56So just look at the way Trump's DOJ was framing that hasty issuance of the
4:02mandate is necessary to facilitate the refund process.
4:05Yeah, you all lost in front of the Supreme Court.
4:08It's not hasty. Just give the money back because you stole it.
4:12And then one of the things they put in their filing before the Federal Circuit
4:17Court of Appeals is that the coming process will take time.
4:21And then it cites cases where refunds take seven years to be fully provided by
4:26the United States. So you see how Donald Trump's demented mind actually becomes, it actually
4:32finds its way into legal filings right there.
4:35But then it gets worse and worse and worse from there.
4:38I mean, earlier in the day, yesterday, Donald Trump, when he was in Corpus Christi,
4:42he just started saying, come here.
4:45I want you to look at that.
4:46Look at that, everybody. Do you see all of that?

5:07takeover of Cuba. He goes, they may just give it to us.

5:20They have no money. They have no anything right now.
5:23But they're talking with us.
5:25And maybe we'll have a friendly takeover of Cuba.

5:35After many, many years, we've had a lot of years of dealing with Cuba.
5:39I've been hearing about Cuba since I'm a little boy.
5:43But they're in big trouble.
5:45And we could very well, something good, I think, very positive for the people that
5:51were expelled or worse from Cuba that live here.
5:55You know, we have people living here that want to go back to Cuba.
5:58And they're very happy with what's going on.
6:01He then bragged about how the Dow was over $50 ,000, when actually it's not.
6:08And it was $48 ,000 or $48 ,000, sorry, not $48 ,000, $48 ,000 points
6:12at the time. And he was saying it was over 50 ,000 points.
6:15And it was actually under 49 ,000 points here.
6:18Just listen to what he said, play this glimpse.
