2:24It was not a good day for MAGA Mike Johnson, and we've learned that he
2:29and James Comer, who runs the House Oversight Committee, they're trying to shut down under
2:35-oath hearings in the House of Representatives now and move towards more informal roundtables.
2:43Specifically, they're afraid that Democrats are using some of the formal committee hearings in order
2:51to issue formal subpoenas and to pressure Republicans to join them in these subpoenas regarding
2:58the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. And because MAGA Mike Johnson and James Comer are so desperate
3:05to cover up the Epstein files and Donald Trump's dark past, they're trying to figure
3:11out ways to just shut down committee hearings in general and move towards informal roundtables.
3:18So not only is MAGA Mike Johnson constantly sending the House into recess for these
3:25long vacations, by the way, while we still have a partial government shutdown right now,
3:30no one's really talking about that, but now they're trying to shut down committee hearings
3:34as well. MAGA Mike's also trying to cover up massive misconduct by lots of Republican
3:40Congress members. I'll get to that in a moment.
3:43And this all also coincides with the news that Republicans are working very hard behind
3:49the scenes with Donald Trump to try to get Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon.
3:54Now, James Comer, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, admitted on the record to Politico
4:01that lots of Republicans would like to see Ghislaine Maxwell pardon and that Republicans are
4:07working with Donald Trump to get Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon.
4:11Folks, I'm not being hyperbolic or exaggerating.
4:14It's basically a direct quote from Comer that lots of Republicans want to see Ghislaine
4:19Maxwell, convicted child sex trafficker, get a pardon.
4:23I'll show you that in just a moment.
4:25So here's some photos, though, of MAGA Mike on the Hill today as he was
4:28running away from reporters. And then we got the scoop from Politico.
4:33Oversight Chair James Comer told me members of his panel are open to a pardon
4:39for Ghislaine Maxwell, saying that that will help her share information with Congress.
4:45We must give her a pardon.
4:47And here's the direct quote from Comer.
4:49When asked whether it was a favorable deal to issue a pardon in return for
4:55Maxwell's testimony, Comer told Politico, a lot of people do.
5:01My committee is split on that, he added, declining to name who on the House
5:06Oversight Committee wanted to give Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon.
5:11He says, I was so advise them last night, and I'm glad that you've given
5:11a special way I don't speak for my committee.
5:13You quite literally speak for your committee.
5:17You are the chair of the committee, meaning you speak for the committee and you
5:22are saying that it's split.
5:23So if it's split, that pretty much means all Republicans favor it because all Democrats
5:28have come out and said they don't favor giving Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon.
5:33Democratic Congress member Robert Garcia, who does speak for the Democrats on the committee, said
5:40none of us support a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell.
5:44What the hell are you even talking about now?
5:46This is the part where we learn about MAGA Mike Johnson then working with James
5:52Comer to stop subpoenas from being issued by House committees, especially as it relates to
6:00the Epstein investigation. So they want to give Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon.
6:04Number one, they don't want to allow subpoenas to issue.
6:08And again, I'm just giving you objective facts.
6:12I'm not speaking in any political terms.
6:14This is just the reality of what's happening.
6:17Politico reports that James Comer, working with MAGA Mike Johnson, their workaround for trying to
6:25avoid subpoenas in the Epstein investigation is to hold roundtables on various issues within the
6:33panel's jurisdiction rather than hearing.
6:35And they got this idea from Pam Bondi.
6:38Remember when Bondi refused to show up to her subpoena deposition?
6:43And instead, she wanted to do a roundtable where, not under oath, she can just
6:49spew the Donald Trump talking points.
6:52Democrats are getting aggressive, though, about this and calling it out.
6:56Democratic Congress member Robert Garcia as the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee and
7:01other House Democrats called this out in a public memo, almost like an open letter
7:07to the public about what Republicans are trying to do.
7:11Here's what Democrats are saying in this public memo.
7:13In a development with little precedent in modern congressional history, oversight Republicans have suspended the
7:21use of traditional committee hearings in favor of conducting informal, off -the -record roundtables.
7:28This decision is a direct reaction to oversight Democrats successfully working with bipartisan majorities to
7:36force subpoenas advancing the Epstein investigation.
7:40Since Representative Garcia became ranking member in July 2025, the committee has made seven successful
7:47subpoena motions, issuing 18 subpoenas, all with the support of a bipartisan majority of the
7:54committee. These motions and their resulting subpoenas have been opposed by Republican leadership.
8:00Oversight Republicans are avoiding hearings to block bipartisan subpoena motions they are losing.
8:06This shift doesn't just affect committee procedure, it limits Congress's ability to uncover the truth
8:12and hold powerful actors accountable.
8:16Roundtables mean no rules, no accountability, no subpoena, and no official records.
8:22And it's becoming a big, big problem.
8:25The use of roundtables in place of hearings is not a regular practice in other
8:30committees. And again, the Democrats are calling out this behavior.
8:34The House Oversight Democrats put out the following statement.
8:37Chairman Comer and Republican leaders are now canceling hearings and are running scared from oversight
8:44Democrats. They want to eliminate our ability to make motions, call witnesses, and subpoena administration
8:51officials. After seven bipartisan motions resulting in 18 successful subpoenas, it seems that the White
8:59House and the Speaker are now trying to stop our progress.
9:02But we won't stop biting until we get justice for the Epstein survivors and stop

10:39else has happened in the past 24 hours?
10:42Ghislaine Maxwell, who Republicans want to pardon while Republicans are not trying to hold any
10:49more public hearings with subpoena power regarding Ghislaine or other topics relating to the Epstein
10:55files or in general. Ghislaine Maxwell sent a mysterious USB drive to the Justice Department
11:02days after Melania Trump sought to distance herself from the pair's heinous sex crimes, the
11:09pair being Ghislaine and Jeffrey Epstein, that is.
11:12And so here's what we're learning about this letter that was sent from Ghislaine Maxwell.
11:18The Justice Department told a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, the
11:24government respectfully submits this letter to, you see the date, April 21st, just so we're
11:29all clear. I'm reading the receipts right now, okay?
11:32I'm not arguing. I'm not debating.
11:34I'm just sharing with you fact, fact, fact, right?
11:36The government respectfully submits this letter to notify the court that on April 20th, 2026,
11:43it received the defendant's amended motion to vacate her conviction and sentence, pursuant to 28
11:49U .S .C. section 2255 and 2, to request that the court permit the government
11:54to file its response to defendant's amended motion by June 5th.
11:58And it talks about how a mysterious thumb drive was sent to the Justice Department.
12:03Again, while all of the stuff I told you is taking place where Ghislaine's asking
12:08to have her conviction vacated, okay?
12:12So that brings us to what's going on in the halls of Congress.
12:15MAGA Mike Johnson is asked about Corey Mills, this MAGA Republican Congress member from Florida
12:22who has restraining orders against him for misconduct regarding women, who has been involved in
12:31lots of very serious allegations by women against him.
12:35And lots of people are saying he should resign.
12:38Rational people, people who care about other human beings, people who don't like despicable misconduct
12:45like this. But what did MAGA Mike Johnson have to say about the sexual misconduct?
12:50Here's what MAGA Mike Johnson said.
12:52Play this clip. We are, we are always concerned when allegations of inappropriate behavior and
12:58certainly sexual misconduct are made against members.
13:01If you talk to Representative Mills and he's entitled to do that, he has said
13:06that all of these allegations are untrue.
13:08He is working through that.
13:10There is a due process that is, he is allowed and they're going through that
13:13process as are, as have all the other members.
13:16And then more for MAGA Mike Johnson as he tries to run away while reporters
13:19are asking, shouldn't Corey Mills have to resign?
13:22Democrats are resigning. So why not Corey Mills?
13:24You're just going to support your members who engage in heinous, despicable, grotesque conduct.

13:32Let's play it. Corey Mills says you asked him not to resign.
13:34Is that correct? Corey Mills is going through the same due process that was afforded
13:39to Sherrfulis McCormick and anyone else who has allegations made against them.
13:42I've asked and answered this question a thousand times.
13:44He is in the middle of an ethics committee process.
13:49And so everyone is due the opportunity to present their defenses and go through that.
13:54Are you supporting his reelection?
13:55Are you supporting his reelection?
13:56He is an incumbent and I'm in charge of getting all the incumbents and Republican
14:01incumbents reelected. And so, of course, that was all done well before any of these
14:06allegations were coming out. But he has the right to answer to the allegations and
14:12that's what they're doing. And I'm done commenting on it.
14:15I can't. The Speaker of the House does not put a thumb on the scale
14:18for the ethics committee investigation.
14:20They do good work as has been exhibited here in the last few hours.
14:24So let's let the committee process play out and see where it goes.

14:28And folks, what else is going on in Washington DC with this Trump and MAGA
14:32crew? Well, one of the top counterintelligence officials, a 29 year old lady by the
14:39name of Julia Vervaro was uncovered to be embroiled in the sugar daddy community.
14:46Secret sugar daddy sex scandal explodes inside Trump's counterterrorism headquarters.
14:53So Donald Trump's top counterterrorism official, a senior aide, like she's basically like number two
15:01or number three in the hierarchy and counterterrorism.
15:05Her text messages were made public by one of these sugar daddies who she apparently
15:10screwed over. You see this guy here holding signs next to her saying she's horny.
15:16They took these photos together.
15:18This was part of their sugar daddy sexual exploits.
15:21And they got in and there she is with Donald Trump.
15:23And they apparently got into an argument, her and one of the sugar daddies over
15:27the amount of money she was asking.
15:29And then this broke and went public.
15:32Now a DHS official tells me that the 29 year old Julio Vervaro, DHS assistant
15:38secretary of counterterrorism, 29 year old, no experience, sugar daddy community.
15:43By the way, I don't care if you're in the sugar daddy community or not.
15:46I'm not, again, you've known before, like when we talked about Christie Gnome's husband who
15:51was involved in bimboification or something or whatever it was, and he would like to
15:56dress up and cross -dress or whatever it's called, you know, and wear triple E
16:01fake boobs and whatever it was.
16:03I don't mock, I'm not here to mock people's.
16:07they do privately. But when in public they harass other people and cause problems for
16:12other people and judge and cause pain in other people's life, I just point out
16:17the hypocrisy. And also when it comes to this, this is clearly the top counterterrorism
16:22official can be very much compromised with this type of behavior.
16:25So she was apparently placed on leave when it was uncovered that she was involved
16:30in all of this stuff.
16:31You see these photos over here.
16:32There she is, 29 years old.
16:34There she is with Trump.
16:35There she is in front of Trump's photos.
16:37And also reminds me, so she's one of the top counterterrorism officials.
16:40You know who the other one is, right?
16:42It's this guy, Thomas Fugate, the Department of Homeland Security.
16:46He's the top guy. He leads counterterrorism and he's never had any experience.
16:52He's one year out of college, no national security experience.
16:55So the top counterintelligence, counterintelligence, intelligism, counterintelligence officials.
17:03I think this story is tripping me up just even talking about these people.
17:08People are Thomas Fugate, one year out of college, and the sugar daddy lady, 29
17:16years old. And then our labor secretary, New York Post reported, was involved in booze
17:22stashes, strip club visits with subordinates, relationships with subordinates.
17:26Her husband, now she's the former labor secretary, was barred from going into the labor
17:32department because the building, because there was two female staffers accused him of sexual assault
17:38inside the building. I just want to say this.
17:43I want to say this.
17:44And you're like, Ben, how is all of this happening?
17:47Look at Donald Trump's background.
17:49He's a sick guy. Donald Trump, this is being, what do you expect when the
17:54guy leading this cabal is a sexual predator, right?
17:59Trump was found civilly liable for sexual assault.
18:02He's a sexual predator. He's on camera bragging about sexual assault, that he grabs women
18:08by their genitals because he's rich and you get away with it.
18:10He's on audio bragging about inspecting girls naked at beauty pageants because when you're the
18:17owner of beauty pageants, he says, that's what you do.
18:20You inspect them naked. He's a guy who speaks in front of high school and
18:25talks about golden showers in Iowa.
18:28I mean, I have a video of them.
18:29I'm not going to play you the video of it, but he's like, I don't
18:32like golden showers. He's the guy who speaks in front of young Republicans and says,
18:37bragging about sexually assaulting women is locker room talk.
18:40And it's a courageous thing to call it locker room talk.
18:43So it's shocks the conscience that this conduct exists, but it shouldn't be surprising that
18:50it's arising out of a Trump because Trump's a sick guy.
18:54He's disgusting. It's a disgusting human being.
18:57And we need to stop normalizing all of this.
19:00We need to have hearings in Congress, not round tables where we can issue subpoenas
19:07and there could be accountability for the Epstein survivors, for the victims of all of
19:13this corruption for the American people.
19:15That's not a Democrat or Republican or independent talking point.
19:21That's should be a universal human truth talking point.
19:26And that's what this network's about.
19:28So Maga Mike, you can run, you can hide, but the people will hold you
19:35accountable. I'll leave you all with this.
