3:07Welcome back to A Numbers Game.

3:09It's Ryan Grudusky. Thank you guys for being here.

3:11Ladies and gentlemen, I have so much data to go over from the last week.

3:14It is new census data on births.

3:16It's the Wisconsin and Georgia elections.

3:18It's Mayor Mandami's new anti -white agenda that he's pushing forward and how it fits

3:23into the modern -day Democratic Party.

3:25Let's get straight into it.

3:27First, on the new birth data out from the CDC for February of 2026.

3:33Now, I want to remind you, it is preliminary data.

3:36It's subject to change, but it is a big indicator because it's not going to

3:39change by that much. It's an indicator on a number of policy fronts, especially immigration.

3:44I have said on this podcast time and time again that birth data is a

3:49lagging indicator for immigration data.

3:51Basically, if you're an illegal alien and you're pregnant in February, January, March of 2025,

3:58you're not going to deport on your own.

4:00You're not going to self -deport because you want to have a baby who becomes

4:04an American citizen, who's an anchor.

4:06And in 18 years, that anchor baby can sponsor you for a green card and

4:10for residency and eventually for citizenship.

4:13As time goes on, though, and Trump's policies are enacted, the number of women who

4:17were pregnant when he first got into office dwindles.

4:21And because they have their baby and then the number of new pregnant women diminishes

4:26if he's effectively carrying out mass deportation or self -deportation, right?

4:32And we're going to see that as months and months go by in his own

4:36administration. So from the CDC data, every major group of immigrants who usually give birth

4:44to large populations, I'm talking a thousand or more children per month, have seen a

4:49double -digit decline in the February 2026 numbers in comparison to 2025.

4:57Among Chinese immigrants, it's down 17 .5%.

5:02Among Colombians, 10 .5%. Ecuadorians, negative 22%.

5:07El Salvadorians, negative 15%. Guatemalans, negative 16%.

5:12Haitians, negative 16%. Hondurans, negative 15%.

5:16And Mexicans, the largest group, negative 13%.

5:19The only group with large populations who...

5:22give birth to more than 1 ,000 children a month in America that didn't really

5:26see a decline were Indians, Cubans, and Venezuelans.

5:30With the immigration crackdown, the U .S.

5:33fertility rate has dropped to 1 .57 children per woman.

5:38Now, remember, you need 2 .1 children per woman to meet replacement levels.

5:44So we are under replacement levels, but we are far ahead of most of Europe,

5:49of most of Asia, of Australia, of South America.

5:52I mean, we are really, for an advanced country, we're up with the higher levels

5:57of fertility rates. Now, aside from American Indians, Native Americans, and Native Hawaiians, all other

6:03races and ethnicities saw their numbers decline from February 2025 to February 2026.

6:11They are raw numbers of births.

6:13This is especially true of Black Americans.

6:17The decline of Black Americans, as far as birth rates go, is staggering.

6:22It's one of the cultural phenomenons that no one is really talking about in the

6:27mainstream media or in conservative media.

6:31You know, and they kind of question, I mean, conservatives especially run to the issue

6:35of abortion because Blacks do have more abortions and they abort more babies than any

6:39other demographic. It's not that simple, though, right?

6:43Because abortion was much higher in the 90s and 2000s and the number of states

6:49having access, easier access to abortion in where there's a large Black predominant population like

6:55the Deep South was, abortion was much more easily available then, even five years ago

7:01than it is today, because with the overturning of Roe v.

7:03Wade and states enacting strict abortion restrictions.

7:08Part of the reason, and this is a good, valid thing that has happened in

7:13our culture, the amount of teen pregnancies and women who are having children as teenagers

7:18has declined by over 95 percent in the Black community over the last 20 years.

7:24When I was growing up, I mean, it was very common for someone to have

7:29a teen pregnancy. It wasn't that kind of, you know, much of a weird thing.

7:35It wasn't like it wasn't like everyone was doing it, but it wasn't uncommon at

7:38all, especially among the Black community where it was the largest.

7:42The number of teen pregnancies and teen births has declined substantially, which is also, by

7:47the way, why adoption has become so much harder in this country.

7:51I have so many friends who are trying to adopt a baby and with foreign

7:56countries really cracking down on foreign adoption and the number of teen pregnancies declining.

8:01I mean, I have friends waiting for an adoption for three, four years.

8:05It's very difficult to find women wanting to give a baby up for adoption.

8:09Anyway, that's not even there.

8:10But that's one of the main reasons why the Black fertility rate has dropped.

8:14The other reason, and this is going less, you know, less talk, even less talked

8:19about on the subject that's almost never talked about is, is the number of Black

8:23women who are going to college.

8:25College is the number one thing that delays birth, right?

8:30If you, a woman goes to college and is going to complete a college, especially

8:33a master's degree or PhD, they are likely not having a child well into their

8:38mid -30s. And the number who forego ever having a baby declines substantially.

8:44The population of Black women going to college has exploded exponentially in the last 10,

8:5115 years. And that has a lot to do with why the birth rates are

8:55falling. 2025 was the first year where there was a significant gap in the white

9:01fertility and the Black fertility with whites having a lot more children on average per

9:06woman. This is always measured per woman, nothing against the men, but like we don't,

9:10we don't count. We don't count.

9:12It's per woman. The number of babies per woman is substantially higher among white women

9:18than among Black women. It's all very, very fascinating.

9:21So whites made up 50 .7 % of all births in February, 2026.

9:27This is a big change from the last three years where whites overall have been

9:34a minority. It's a plurality, but it's like 49, 49 .8, 48 % of births

9:39back up to 50 .7.

9:41It might happen where whites are a majority of births again for the first time

9:46in two years because their fertility rate is declining at the slowest level in comparison

9:51to Asians, Hispanics, and Blacks.

9:54If you look at birth rates combining January, 2026 and February, 2026, whites made up

9:5949 .6 % of all births.

10:01That's up 0 .9 % from the year prior.

10:05Blacks have gone from 13 .1 to 12 .5.

10:08Native Americans have gone from 0 .6 to 0 .7.

10:11Asians have gone from 6 .3 to 6 .3.

10:15It's a small decline. It's like 6 .36 to 6 .30.

10:19Multiracials have gone from 2 .65 to 2 .7.

10:22And Latinos have gone down from 27 .2 % of all children being born to

10:2626 .7. It is likely, I'm going to guess, that it is going to be

10:32likely that we're going to see the number of Black children being born in this

10:38country hitting under 12 % maybe next year, maybe the year after.

10:45Certainly the next two to three years, the way things are going, if things continue.

10:48And if it gets down to 10%, I mean, we're talking about the lowest levels

10:52in more than 100 years as far as the percentage of births go.

10:56Overall, the white fertility rate is 1 .54 children per woman.

10:59That's up by 0 .1.

11:011 .54 up from 1 .53.

11:04Black fertility rate went from 1 .5 to 1 .44.

11:07And Latinos went from 1 .93 to 1 .86.

11:11They have the highest, but it's not at replacement levels.

11:13If this continues going forward, we are seeing the number of states where Blacks make

11:21up the largest portion of minority births decreasing and decreasing and decreasing.

11:27We are almost at the stage, we're probably like maybe a year or two years

11:31away from Maryland and Arkansas having more Latino children being born than more Black children.

11:37It's really a handful of states.

11:39And outside of the Deep South, it's just Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, and Minnesota and

11:43Maine, and Minnesota and Maine and Vermont too.

11:46And Minnesota and Maine is really because of the Somalian community.

11:49It's not because of American Blacks.

11:51It's really fascinating. Okay, let's talk about Georgia and Wisconsin.

11:57That was the state. Wisconsin, they had special elections.

12:00Well, Wisconsin was a special election.

12:02It's just a spring election.

12:03They had it for the state Supreme Court where the Republican back candidate, Maria Lazar,

12:08suffered one of the worst defeats for any Republican in the state's history, especially in

12:12the last several decades, losing by more than 20 points.

12:16Meanwhile, in Georgia's 14th district, this is the old Marjorie Taylor Greene district.

12:21She gave up when she retired from Congress.

12:23Republican Clay Fuller defeated Democrat Sean Harris by 12 points.

12:27This is a victory for Republicans, but it's a 25 -point swing away from Republicans

12:33in the 2024 election, a shockingly large swing, the largest of any House special election

12:39we have seen. So what happened?

12:42Let's talk about what happened.

12:44First, there was a very low turnout.

12:47Wisconsin was shockingly low. I mean, surprisingly low, given how many people have been engaged

12:54in other recent off -year elections.

12:56In Wisconsin, the liberal -backed candidate won by fewer votes than the conservative candidate lost

13:03by in 2025. In 2025, the conservative Republican -backed candidate lost by 11 points but

13:10received 1 .06 million votes.

13:13In this election, the Democrat won by 20 points and received 900 ,000 votes, 150

13:20,000 fewer votes than the Republican lost by last time.

13:23So a lot of Republicans stayed home.

13:26We've seen this song and dance over and over.

13:28They are not engaged, and they stayed home, especially as low -propensity Republicans.

13:32There's no other way of saying it.

13:34However, that doesn't tell the whole story.

13:38Portions of the Trump coalition are leaving the GOP.

13:42People who were not diehard Republicans in the 2024 election, namely Latinos, young people, low

13:49-income voters, voters who make less than $50 ,000 a year.

13:52So in Dade County, Georgia, this is a perfect example, the Republican candidate won 2

13:58,007 votes to the Democratic candidates, 910 votes.

14:02Obviously, a big win for the Republican as far as percentages go.

14:05When you compare that with the 2022 governor's race, Brian Kemp won that county 4

14:12,900 votes to 807. So it's not just that Republicans aren't showing up.

14:18Democrats are gaining more votes than they even gain in regular elections.

14:24Why? Independents, low -income voters, Latinos, loose members of the Trump coalition.

14:30People who had voted for Trump was the first Republican they'd ever cast a ballot

14:34for. They're kind of pissed.

14:37They're furious. And they're willing to swing the other way.

14:40This is the double -hate voters.

14:42These are the voters who kind of, if things aren't going right, they will ditch

14:45the team in five seconds.

14:47And we're losing that part of the coalition, us as Republicans.

14:51Democratic listeners, I'm sure you're feeling very good about this.

14:55But the Republican listeners, which is the majority of my audience, you're probably not.

14:59On top of that, Democrats are voting in high numbers.

15:02Get this. Take this. The progressive candidate, the Democrat -backed candidate for the state Supreme

15:07Court in Wisconsin, received a higher share of the vote in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, than

15:13Bashir al -Assad received in the Syrian presidential election.

15:17That's the fake election where he, as a dictator, says he wins all these votes.

15:22He actually performed worse in Syria than the Democrat did in Madison, Wisconsin.

15:28In the majority Latino precincts in Dalton, Georgia, it's a 77 % Latino area.

15:35Harris won that area by 20 points.

15:37The Democrat running for Congress won it by 73 points.

15:41Now, obviously, this is a lot of it to do with turnout, immensely low turnout.

15:46But those who are engaged are the Democrats, Latinos.

15:50They are hyper -engaged. The Republicans, you know, are either maybe swinging one way or

15:55the other or are completely dismissive, you know, of the entire election cycle.

15:59They are angry. These types of voters that were supporting Trump and Trump won the

16:07popular vote with their support, they are mad, especially about the economy.

16:12The economy is the number one issue.

16:14They also don't like the warning ram.

16:15They don't like the high gas prices.

16:17They don't like... They don't like...

16:18the negative PR that's coming from the ICE raids.

16:20However, it's coupled, that could be sustainable, but it's coupled with low propensity turnout from

16:27Republicans and high showing high turnout from Democrats.

16:32It's a perfect storm for Democrats this November.

16:36Parts of the Trump coalition need to be reengaged.

16:40Something has to change very, very quickly, like immediately.

16:46And I think that's really why the ceasefire that President Trump did with Iran and

16:51trying to reduce gas prices and increase in the stock market was so prescient because

16:56he realizes this coalition is fracturing.

17:00He's in worse position polling -wise than he was after January 6th over the economy,

17:05over gas prices. Everything else is, you know, bothering some of these voters, but they've

17:10taken a backseat to the economy.

17:11Once again, things need to change to prevent a Democratic bloodbath this November.

20:00Mayor Mandani announced a new racial equity plan for New York City residents.

20:04And while today's true cost of living measure confirms that the affordability crisis touches every

20:09corner of our city, we know that these effects are not applied evenly.

20:14So often, it is black and brown New Yorkers who are hit the hardest.

20:18This preliminary racial equity plan is the first step in developing a whole -of -government

20:24approach to tackling that reality.

20:26It is a plan that lays out these first steps to solve decades of neglect

20:31and discrimination. And it places the work of 45 city agencies within a singular framework.

20:38Okay. Mayor Mandani goes on to say that, quote, the wealth of the median white

20:43household in the city is more than $200 ,000, while the black household is less

20:47than $20 ,000. We are reckoning with the long history of racism here and starting

20:51to act upon a framework that puts equity right at the center of it.

20:55Ironically, Queens County in New York City, one of the five boroughs, the borough I

20:59am from, the borough Donald Trump is from, is the only large county in America

21:03where blacks out -earn whites.

21:05They earn more money a year than whites do per capita income.

21:09That's according to the New York Times.

21:10That was a story that was done in 1993 and in 2006.

21:14So it's been like that for 30 years.

21:16Racism is not what is playing a part in poor outcomes as far as wealth

21:21generation do or decision -making is, especially when you're earning a solid middle -class income

21:26every single year for decades.

21:29And especially when you consider the city has loads of numerous hiring quotas and welfare

21:35programs. Let's look at the sit at, let's look at the program, the audit that

21:39was started under Mayor Eric Adams.

21:41It's like 375 page report.

21:44It makes it clear. in the state of racial disparities in New York City is

21:48rooted in, quote, settler colonialism, you know, from 400 years ago, noting that, quote, New

21:56York City's history has been one of colonization, exploitation, and racial oppression.

22:02Somehow they are not including all the Italians and Irish who were oppressed in some

22:06certain decades of New York City's history.

22:09The report even states that the Native Americans are the rightful stewards of New York

22:14City. I want to remind everybody, New York City has not had a predominant Native

22:18American population in well over 400 years, but they are supposed to run New York

22:24City. Can we talk for a second about the infantilization of Native Americans by the

22:29left for a second? The left has this idea that they deserve really to own

22:35this country because they were here first.

22:38And yet, when you apply that same rationale, that same reasoning of people being in

22:43locations first, and therefore, they should not be upended and rooted out and displaced by

22:51immigration, it is not, that's not okay.

22:54That's racism. It's only applied fairly to Native Americans and sometimes to other communities like

23:00Black communities when there's a lot of whites who move in, there's gentrification, that's also

23:03bad. It's really whites that somehow miss this special status that Native Americans absolutely get

23:10and once in a while is given to Blacks as well.

23:13It's also never applied internationally.

23:15They don't talk about why Christians should, you know, retake Constantinople from the Muslims who

23:20made it Istanbul. That is also a radical thought.

23:24It's kind of, but for Native Americans, it's a very mainstream opinion.

23:29It's extremely strange. Maybe they'll make that singer at the Grammys who announced that they

23:35were on stolen land as the head of this entire equity program, the one who

23:38wouldn't give up her house after the Native Americans asked for it, Billie Eilish, as

23:42the Native Americans asked for her house back and she was like, no, I'm not

23:44doing that. I love when liberals are caught in their own hypocrisy.

23:48Not that they care, they don't care about being hypocrites, but it makes me laugh.

23:51Okay, this is according to the American Mind.

23:53The premise of the program states this, It has numerous calls to action, including mandating

23:58anti -racism training for government staff and a fresh look at, quote, fine and fee

24:02-based programs for transportation to seek out racial and ethnic disparities.

24:06That is doing even less to enforce against subway fair evaders who are predominantly Black

24:11and Latino and who disproportionately commit other crimes on the subway.

24:15It decries the, quote, punitive policing policies that further marginalize Black and Latino communities, the

24:21very policies that drove the city's historic drop in crime under Giuliani and Bloomberg.

24:27My buddy Charlie Smirkley on Twitter, he's very, very smart, puts out a lot of

24:31data. He crunched the data on public welfare spending in New York City and guess

24:35who doesn't benefit from it?

24:38Whites. When it comes to the public shelter program, the New York City spends $103

24:44million every year on white recipients.

24:46They spend $864 million on Latinos and $787 million on Blacks.

24:54When it comes to education, $0 .12 of every dollar spent on public education in

25:00New York City is sent to a white student.

25:03When it comes to Asians, they get $0 .49 of every dollar.

25:07When it comes to Blacks, they get $0 .62 of every dollar and Latinos get

25:11$1 .42 for every dollar spent.

25:15When it comes to shootings, suspects in New York City are 1 % or 1

25:19% of suspects of shootings are white.

25:221 .7 % are Asian.

25:2429 % are Latino and 67 % are Black.

25:28When it comes to public housing, $0 .08 of every dollar spent is spent on

25:33a white recipient compared to $0 .41 of every dollar spent to an Asian.

25:39$3 .76 of every dollar spent goes to a Black recipient.

25:43And $4 .46 of every dollar spent on housing, public housing, goes to a Latino

25:51recipient. White New Yorkers are taxed at the highest rate per capita.

25:56They receive the fewest benefits.

25:58They have the most standing.

25:59Not today. This is today.

26:00This is not 100 years ago.

26:02It's not 50 years ago.

26:02It's not pre -civil rights.

26:04Today, the most amount of discrimination policies when it comes to government contracts and government

26:10hiring goes against white New Yorkers.

26:14It is an overwhelming discriminatory policy against one singular group.

26:21And that one singular group pays the most, gets the least, and is the most

26:26racially discriminated, and that's whites.

26:29And Mayor Mandani's vision of this, his push of this, is married to his vision

26:34of cultural Marxism. This is what they did in Uganda.

26:38This is what many of his aides believe that they did successfully in South Africa,

26:42even though that country has fallen apart over the last several decades.

26:45It's a disaster. It's a failed state.

26:48But he doesn't see it like that.

26:50See, Mandani's own father was stripped of residency and kicked out of Uganda because he

26:57was Indian, part of the British Empire at one point.

27:01And they were kicking out all whites and Indians because they did not have the

27:05rightful place. And they were pushing this left -wing racial equity program.

27:09Same thing happened to Kash Patel's father.

27:11Kash Patel's father... Oh, my God.

27:12I don't know. said, wow, this is all bogus.

27:15This whole cultural Marxism, this whole racial equity program, it destroyed the country of Uganda.

27:21It took away all their success, all their people who were very forward -thinking, who

27:24were trying to create prosperity in that very poor country.

27:27And he took the lesson of, we should reject that.

27:30We should go towards the merit.

27:34Somehow, Mayor Mandani's father, the victim of that same discriminatory policy, who was a college

27:39professor, doubled down. He said it was just done incorrectly.

27:43But we could do it better because the real enemy is just the white man.

27:47And we need to have this rainbow coalition that marries all these people together.

27:51I'm sorry, this doesn't work.

27:54It doesn't work on a numbers -wise.

27:57It doesn't work ethically at all from the premise of what is right and wrong.

28:02It's very likely unconstitutional. I hope someone sues the city of New York.

28:07I mean, let me see how my lawsuit with Los Angeles goes first and maybe

28:11I'll sue New York City.

28:11But it is, it is, it's incredibly discriminatory.

28:16It doesn't work ethically. It's against the principles of merit.

28:19And it's ahistorical from what's happening right now.

28:23They're getting so much welfare benefits and it's not improving their lives one iota.

28:31I was reading something the other day that something like one in five New Yorkers,

28:37I might be wrong on the action number because I didn't dive deep and I

28:40didn't do the research. So maybe this is off by a percent or two, but

28:43one in five New Yorkers in New York City works for a non -profit and

28:48another third work for the city or live off of the city.

28:53So much of New York City is concentrated in non -wealth -producing entities.

29:00Probably 25 % of it produced all the wealth for the richest city in America.

29:04That's how important those people are to the engine that drives that city, the wealthiest

29:10and largest city in this country.

29:12Wealthiest by light years compared to, you know, Houston or Los Angeles or Dallas.

29:17Nonetheless, they are committed to discriminate against those people further, tax them further, everything they

29:23can do to drive them out.

29:26And they'll probably do a wealth tax next.

29:28I'm waiting for Kathy Hope will support wealth tax.

29:30The same thing that lost California almost a trillion dollars in wealth.

29:34That is 100 % what they're going to try to do is what all these

29:39blue states are going to do.

29:40Push out wealth. Because the truth of this is money and wealth and prosperity goes

29:46where it's welcomed and stays where it's protected.

29:49It is not guaranteed. This is the concept that I think is missing so heavily

29:54from young people today. And I call myself, and I was young not that long

29:59ago. It was a few decades ago.

30:00But people assume that this fabulous nation of utter prosperity, relative safety compared to the

30:10world, especially to history. I mean, it's beyond safe compared to history, is the norm.

30:15And unsafe times and poor times and all the rest, that's not normal.

30:20When in fact, it is the very opposite.

30:22If you read about like the fall of Rome and what happened to, I mean,

30:27this is a long time ago, but the fall of Rome and what happened to

30:31what people lived on, or even the fall of communism in post -communist countries, how

30:35they lived, that was within my lifetime, and I'm not even 40 yet.

30:40The amount of poverty is jaw -dropping.

30:44What people did to survive was jaw -dropping.

30:47The inhumanity of socialism is jaw -dropping.

30:52It is a failed idea that's going on all over Africa, all over Latin America.

30:57And Mayor Mandani's coalition is convinced that they could bring it to New York City,

31:02but make it work sometime.

31:03Mandani constantly says, oh, it's Denmark with just brown people.

31:07That is not, that's not, Denmark is unique because it is the size of Arby's.

31:13It has, you know, 35 people, 29 of which are white, you know, working Denmark

31:19natives with high social trust, huge levels of prosperity, low levels of relative illness.

31:24It's a unique thing that is not compatible with the entire world.

31:30And ultimately, Mandani's version of cultural Marxism, of this socialism, is rooted in anti -white

31:38racism. That is the modern day belief of the left.

31:42They're going to tamper that down come the 2020 election.

31:46They're going to say, no, no, no, we really don't believe this.

31:48They really, really, really do.

31:51They really, really, really believe in this anti -white racism.

31:55And you could see this in Virginia where the first bills out of the state

31:59legislature were, let's prevent white people from getting government contracts.

32:03Let's make sure that white people's lives are worse off.

32:06Let's make sure we discriminate against whites because that's what makes us feel good in

32:10our grand scheme of things.

32:13And to all these white New Yorkers, a lot of them are hipsters and yuppies

32:17and they live in the communist corridor and their parents are paying their bills.

32:22Good luck to you. I mean, you don't produce wealth anyway because you're probably working

32:25for those nonprofits. But if, nevermind, I thought of a really, really off -color joke

32:32that I'm not going to say.

32:33But that is absolutely the case.

32:36And if you are a wealthy person and your kid is a, you know, shit

32:40-lib commune, you're not going to call me as good.

32:41you should not be paying their bills.

32:43You should 100 % not be paying their bills.

32:45I'm just, I don't think that this audience is there, but if you are that

32:48person and your kid is like this, you should not be paying their bills.

32:52I have right -wing family members whose kids are left -wing lunatic nutbags and they

32:57pay all their bills. And I want to scream into the abyss, it's not going

33:02to do anything, so I just let it go.

33:03But that is the case.

36:22Got a lot of judiciary questions after my Supreme Court episode.

36:26I'm doing more research. I'm going to skip a few of them for this episode.

36:31I'll come back to it on Monday's episode because I want to really give you

36:34guys a deep dive on your answers, and I don't think I'm there yet.

36:38So let's go to the answers I do know a little bit about.

36:40One is of the Supreme Court.

36:42It's from Joel. He writes, what if the court rules narrowly that Trump doesn't have

36:46the authority to change citizenship policy via executive order, but then drops a broader constitutional

36:51bombshell? Specifically, what if they say the current interpretation of the 14th Amendment is wrong

36:55and that the subject to the jurisdiction thereof applies only to U .S.

36:58citizens and legal residents and their children, not to people who are citizens of other

37:02countries who happen to give birth on U .S.

37:04soil? That would avoid giving the new executive power while still resettling the constitutional baseline

37:09and then kick the issue to Congress to sort out.

37:12I know that would cause massive disruptions, but given the court's track record, it's not

37:16completely out of bounds. Wait, is it completely out of bounds?

37:19Sorry about that. Or at least within the realm of possibility, yeah, I think that's

37:24completely possible. I mean, I'm not a legal expert as far as what the court

37:29does and doesn't do and can do and cannot do, but it is not, I

37:33mean, a lot will rest with Barrett, a lot will rest with Roberts and their

37:39decision -making on it. But if they want to do that and say this is

37:46not, you know, this is not how the original interpretation of the 14th Amendment stands,

37:50as I believe, then, yeah.

37:53I mean, ultimately, if they rule, it would be better if they did not rule

37:59on the executive order, if they ruled on the standing of the Constitution, because if

38:03they rule on the executive order, executive orders could be overturned by the next Democratic

38:07president. It would be better.

38:08better if they said the president does not have this executive order, but that the

38:13Constitution does interpret it as the correct way.

38:15That would actually be the best because it would mean that another president cannot undo

38:19it via vis -a -vis executive order, and it would be a longstanding precedent.

38:24That is what I'm hopeful for, actually.

38:27I think it's possible. I'm praying that Roberts and Coney Barrett make the correct decision

38:36on this. I mean, this would be transformative.

38:38If this happens, I don't care if Trump sleeps 18 hours a day like my

38:42dog. He will go down as one of the best presidents in history.

38:45Undoing this is so critical, and it means that it lasts much longer than just

38:50this presidency. Okay, next question comes from R.

38:54Shannon. He writes, I thought Eric Slawwell didn't have a California residence, never mind the

38:59Fang Fang. Fang Fang was the alleged Chinese spy he was having an affair with.

39:04Did he just make up one?

39:06Also, how come we allow stuff like this?

39:09I guess the big question is, why do we mock kangaroo court counties, but we

39:13act like this shouldn't happen?

39:14Okay, so what R. Shannon is talking about is there is a comment by Tom

39:20Steyer, the Democrat also running in the California governor's primary, that states that Eric Slawwell

39:26wrote on legal documents that Washington, D .C.

39:29is his permanent residence. I don't think this is going to hold water.

39:34I think this is more of a negative, attack line against Slawwell than it is

39:38actually a way to get him off the ballot.

39:41Slawwell's picking up a lot of endorsements and a lot of union support and a

39:44lot of money. I mean, Steyer has all the money in the world, so what

39:47does it matter? But on that front anyway, but I think this is his way

39:51of saying Slawwell actually doesn't even belong in the state because he lives in D

39:55.C. and he actually doesn't show up much to Congress either, so I don't know

39:58what he's doing. I mean, I've heard allegations, but when they drop, when the allegations

40:03in Slawwell drop, I'll give you guys the inside scoop that I've been hearing for

40:06a long time about this guy.

40:08Not always a gentleman with the ladies.

40:11Anyway, so if those allegations do drop, we'll talk about them.

40:17But this is really a campaign ploy than it is a right reason to get

40:20him off the ballot because Slawwell does live in California.

40:24He has a residency there, but his permanent residency is in D .C.

40:27Most congressmen and senators spend more time in their D .C.

40:31offices and their D .C.

40:32homes than they do in their district homes.

40:34It's just, it's, if that were, I mean, I know of senators who live, who

40:38represent the Midwest and live in Florida most of the time, they have a post

40:41office box. So it's very common and I don't think it's going to get Slawwell

40:44off the ballot. Okay, last question comes from Junipero.

40:48I don't know if I pronounced your name correctly.

40:50If I didn't, I'm sorry.

40:52I realized I'm pronouncing a long time listener's name incorrectly, who writes me all the

40:56time. So sorry to you too.

40:57You know who you are.

40:58I responded via email. Okay.

41:09I was speaking to a Wall Street bond manager and he noted despite Trump's successes,

41:13the future is bleak. He specifically cited the wealth transfer, young to old, white to

41:18other groups, men to women, post -hard seller demographic transformation, staggering debt, and the union

41:23party's willingness to permit some form of balkanization.

41:26With that in mind, what is your predictions for American life in the next 2050

41:31and 100 years? Okay, Junipero.

41:34I mean, like I'm, I, I took an IQ test in high school.

41:39It was 142. I'm a decently smart person.

41:42I have no idea what life is like in 2050 or 100 years.

41:47My impending death is the only thing I know is going to happen in that

41:50timeframe. And like, I am by nature, I try to stay optimistic by nature.

41:55I'm a natural pessimist. I mean, I'm Italian from New York.

41:58Our family, just, you know, the, that kind of dynamic makes you a pessimist.

42:03There's no other way to say it.

42:05You know, you call, if I were to call my, like a, like a female

42:09relative in my family, it's, you know, the conversation naturally goes over.

42:12Do you remember so -and -so?

42:14And I'll say no. And they say, well, they're dead.

42:16That is a natural, normal conversation that I have on nearly a daily basis.

42:20Whenever I contact an, uh, an old, uh, a woman of a certain age within

42:24my entire Italian family. So I have no idea.

42:27I'm not going to, I'm not going to pretend that I know.

42:32Um, I think life lasts long.

42:36Things change. If you are a pessimist, if you are a naturally pessimistic person, like

42:41I am, I think it's important to remember no matter how bad things ever look,

42:46they have been worse at other times.

42:49Think about the Spaniards living under Muslim occupation for a hundred years, 200 years, whatever

42:56it was before the Spaniards, the Christians retook Spain.

42:59Think about what the, uh, people fighting in Vienna were like when the Turks, when

43:04the Ottomans surrounded Vienna and were starving them to death and the Polish army came

43:08and saved them. I mean, there have been so many times in history that things

43:13have looked bleak and dark, the black death, the, you know, freaking COVID.

43:18Like, I mean, that wasn't anything like the black death was, but there have been

43:21times where things have looked bad, really, really bad.

43:28And they got better. So don't despair.

43:32Blackpilling and despairing is the worst thing that you could do.

43:36do. I tell everybody the same thing all the time.

43:40You can, you can only do what you can with what you have.

43:43You can't do more. So do the most you can do.

43:46And then that's enough. And, and that's really, that really is enough.

43:50Live a good life. Try to be a mentor.

43:53Try to be someone, a role model.

43:54Try to be somebody to look up to.

43:56Try to make money. Try to have a nice family and have a nice meal,

43:59an Italian meal. I gave you guys my, my sauce recipe.

44:02I don't know why you're not making it.

44:03Actually, people have emailed me and said they made my sauce recipe and they all

44:06loved it. So I appreciate you guys.

44:08But that is really what it's about.

44:11I don't know what 50 to a hundred years look like.

44:13No one does. No one's got a crystal ball.

44:16Don't listen to them. Just try your best and be an active member of society.

44:22And that's all you can ask for.

44:23And no matter what, the arc of history is very, very, very long.

44:27And hopefully Jesus comes back in the end and where all our souls are saved

44:30and that's that. So I don't know.

44:32That's the, that's the ultimate white pill, but, but do your best with what you
