Trump crashes out in Oval as feed cuts out

4/24/202622 mincomplete
0:00Donald Trump just finished up a disastrous press conference in the Oval Office.
0:04He was crashing out, and the feed cut out as he seemed to be saying
0:08that I could use a shit right now.
0:12Here, play this clip. I'm not sure what's going on medically right there, but he
0:20did seem to say I could use a shit.
0:22Now, he continued to crash out in the Oval Office when talking about the catastrophic
0:27war in Iran. I guess the purpose of this press conference was supposed to be
0:31to talk about reducing prescription drug prices.
0:34But then he started talking about the war in Iran, his catastrophic and unlawful war
0:38in Iran. And then Donald Trump started saying, I deserve so much credit.
0:43I saved eight young women, beautiful young women.
0:47I saved the young women.
0:49As he's covering up the Epstein files, he's created a fictitious story where he believes
0:55he saved eight young girls.
0:58in Iran and that he deserves credit for that.
1:02Here, play this clip. For the military operation, whatever you want to call it.
1:07And they're coming to us.
1:09The problem they have is they are very disorganized right now.
1:12Well, now yesterday, and I was very pleased with this, eight young women were going
1:17to be executed yesterday afternoon at six o 'clock.
1:21And I asked them, call it a favor or call it just a moral request
1:27that they not be executed.
1:29And they came back with an answer that they won't be executed.
1:32They're going to release. It was protesting.
1:35Eight beautiful young women, very young women.
1:38And they were, the pictures in the paper.
1:40And it's been a story for a little while.
1:42And I saw that. And I said, let's see if we can save them.
1:46And they were, it was very nice what happened.
1:48And so they're not going to be, what they're doing is, as you know, they're
1:52releasing four of them very shortly.
1:54And they're going to keep four of them in jail for a period of one
1:57month and release them. So they won't be executed.
1:59Yep. And then Donald Trump is asked, so how much longer are you going to
2:04wait? How long is this war going to take?
2:06Trump's like, Vietnam lasted 18 years.
2:09Be quiet. Donald, you dodged the draft five separate times and made up that you
2:14had bones first. But here's what he says.
2:16Play this clip. On the war with Iran, how long are you willing to wait
2:21until you get a unified response?
2:23Don't rush me, Jeff. You know, guys like you, you want to say, oh, so
2:28we were in Vietnam like for 18 years.
2:30We were in Iraq for many, many years.
2:32We were in for all the, I don't like to say World War II because
2:36that was a biggie. But we were four and a half, almost five years in
2:39World War II. We were in the Korean War for seven years.
2:43And I've been doing this for six weeks.
2:47And we're, their military is totally defeated.
2:50They're, they're outside of the little wise guy ships.
2:55I call them the wise guy ships, the little boats that they have running around
2:58with guns in them. We'll take them out too when we see them.
3:03But. So there are more questions like, give us a timeline, man.
3:06Give us a timeline. He's like, it's only been 5 .5 weeks.
3:10He just like makes up times and her part is like, no, it's actually been
3:13two months. And you said it would last four to six weeks.
3:16And so now it seems like it's never going to end.
3:18And he's like, what a disgraceful question you're asking here.
3:21Play this clip. We have no pressure.
3:22It's only guys like you with a question like that about what's your time.
3:26We've been doing it for five and a half.
3:27weeks that the U .S.
3:32now has been involved with Iran.
3:33You had initially said it would be four to six weeks.
3:35Well, I hope that. But I also took a little break.
3:38I gave them a break.
3:39And then Donald Trump's like, look, if we ended the war right now, it would
3:42be a tremendous success already.
3:45Think about we control the Strait of Hormuz.
3:47You don't. You're delusional. You're literally a psychotic human.
3:50We do not control the Strait of Hormuz.
3:52What the hell are you talking about?
3:54Play this clip. I'm a break.
3:55And remember this. I want to make the best deal.
4:00I could make a deal right now.
4:01Do you know that if I left right now, we had a tremendous success.
4:05It would take them 20 years to rebuild.
4:07But I don't want to do that.
4:08I want to have it everlasting.
4:10I want to have it where they never get they never have a chance to
4:13get it. I mean, the way you asked that question, I did say it.
4:16I thought it would take four to six weeks.
4:19And I was right, because at the end of six weeks, at the end of
4:22four weeks, the military was decimated.
4:25But now what I'm doing, I don't I can't tell you that I don't want
4:28to put that kind of a timetable on it, but it'll go pretty quickly.
4:32And we'll have the Strait opened up.
4:35Now, right now, we have a close.
4:37We have total control of the Strait.
4:39And the fact that it's close, you know, they would have opened it up three
4:42days ago. They came to us and they said, we will agree to open the
4:46Strait. And all my people are happy.
4:48Everybody was happy except me.
4:49I said, wait a minute, if we open the Strait, that means they're going to
4:51make five hundred million dollars a day.
4:53I don't want them to make five hundred million dollars a day until they settle
4:57this thing. So I'm the one that kept it closed.
5:00We have total control of it.
5:02And it'll open when they make a deal or something else happens.
5:06It's very positive. And then he talks about Martin Luther King and how he gets
5:12more people in his crowd than Martin Luther King got in in the led by
5:17the Lincoln Memorial, by the reflecting pool.
5:19You're playing this clip. And you'll see the ramp to keeping the ramp.
5:22And that was for FDR needed a ramp.
5:26Some people would know. And in his honor, we're leaving it.
5:30I wanted to leave it mean something.
5:32The other thing that we're doing that's taking place right now is the Lincoln Memorial
5:37has a beautiful reflecting pond or lake.
5:42They call it a pool, lake and pond.
5:44All of it is different.
5:45But the word reflecting is a good term.
5:49It was built in 1922 and it was built out of granite and various stones
5:54on the bottom. And they did never look great because it's not really meant to
5:59be a stone that's underwater for that much of a period of time.
6:03It's about a foot and a half to two feet deep.
6:05You all know it well.
6:07That's where Martin Luther King gave his great speech and he had a million people.
6:11And I had the same exact crowd, maybe a little bit more, but they said
6:15I had 25 ,000 people in July 4th.
6:17I have pictures of Martin Luther King's crowd, my crowds, the exact same everything, but
6:22it was 70 years difference.
6:24The exact same crowd, but I actually had more people, but that's okay.
6:29They gave him a million people.
6:32They said a million people and I had 25 ,000 people.
6:35So, but these are the things that you get we had on July 4th, a
6:40few years ago, first term.
6:42So you have this reflecting lake pond.
6:47I mean, completely outrageous. And then he starts talking about the prescription drug prices and
6:51how his name is on, how his name is now going to be on all
6:54the drugs that are backed by the government and they're going to call it Trump
6:58drugs. Dudes, what are you talking about?
7:00Let's play this clip. I didn't put the name Bobby did in Austin.
7:05It's true. That's true. That's true.
7:06Right. Remember I came in, I said, what's this?
7:10It'll be better. It'll sell better.
7:12Would you help us? So I now have my name on medication.
7:17And no one really cares about that.
7:19No one cares about golden ballrooms.
7:21Nobody cares about triumphal arches.
7:23No one cares about club Rose Garden or you getting Qatari jets or, and what
7:29we really care about is what are you doing for Americans right now who are
7:32suffering and struggling and who can't afford anything.
7:34And so what he does, though, is because he's been a con artist his whole
7:38life, he just starts making up numbers again.
7:41And he's like, well, we secure gigantic discounts, 600 % discounts.
7:46Stupid. Stop saying stupid things, man.
7:48600 % discounts. The pharmaceutical companies aren't paying people.
7:52Just stop. Stop. Here, play the clip.
7:54They're part to bring down the cost of health care for all Americans under our
7:58most favored nations agreement. We've secured gigantic discounts with price differences from four to five
8:05and even 600%, 600%. Yeah, that's not a real thing.
8:11It can't go down that much.
8:12Just please, just people aren't dumb.
8:14Just speak to people like a normal grownup.
8:17Like, can we start with that baseline?
8:18But then you have RFK Jr.
8:20He chimes in and he's like, oh, one of the Democrats thought they were being
8:25all smart. And they're like, you can't reduce something by 600%.
8:28And I'm like, you don't know the way we do percentages here in the Oval
8:32Office. Here, play this clip.
8:33So, Bobby, please. Thank you.
8:36Thank you, Mr. President. I was reminded when the president was speaking of a conversation
8:42that I had yesterday with one of the Democratic senators who was questioning me during
8:47the hearing. And she was ridiculing President Trump for his math.
8:51And she was saying, it's mathematically impossible to have a drug drop by 600 %
8:57cost, which he had claimed.
9:00And I said, well, if the drug was $100 and it raised the price to
9:05$600, that would be a 600 % rise.
9:08If it drops from 600 to 100, that's a 600 % savings.
9:13How are these? How is this even real?
9:15How is this not idiocracy?
9:17It is. It's just real.
9:18And people are really suffering from these idiots.
9:20Then you had Howard Lutnick today testifying that he's only sold one of these Trump
9:25gold cards. You know what he previously promised he was going to sell?
9:29Remember, he was going on all the right wing podcasts.
9:31Here's what he said. Let's play it.
9:32By the way, yesterday I sold a thousand.
9:36Oh, you did? I got a poly market I created on how many of you
9:38guys are going to sell this year.
9:39And how many people do you think there are that could qualify in the world?
9:43There are 37 million people in the world who are capable of buying the card.
9:46In case you were wondering.
9:4737 million. That's a lot more than ChatGPT told me.
9:51Who are capable of buying it.
9:52Who are capable of buying it.
9:54Now, I'm not saying they will, but they're capable of buying it.
9:56How many do you think you'll sell?
9:57The president thinks we can sell a million.
9:59So $5 trillion. The stupidest stuff in the world.
10:03They've sold one thus far, and I'm not even sure if that's true, but he
10:06said under oath one. Then you have Jameson Greer, Donald Trump's trade representative, testifying.
10:12Watch as he was cross -examined by Democratic Congress member Swazi.
10:15Let's play it. Are tariffs increasing prices for the American consumer?
10:19So I'm going to say no.
10:21Have you ever heard the expression that businesses crave predictability?
10:26Sure, we've heard about that.
10:27Would you agree that there's been some instability and volatility caused by the trade policy
10:31of this country? We saw some volatility last year.
10:33You disagree with this statement from the Tax Foundation that these tariffs are causing costs
10:38to go up $1 ,000 per household.
10:39You disagree with that? I do disagree with that, yes.
10:41And you disagree with the statement from the Yale Budget Lab that this is costing
10:44each household $2 ,400? I do disagree.
10:47On an annual basis? How about from Moody's investment services?
10:50These tariffs are raising inflation and the cost of living.
10:53Do you disagree with that?
10:54I do disagree. And you disagree with the fact that Moody's also says this reduces
10:59jobs and reduces the strength of our economy?
11:02We are the strongest economy in the G7.
11:05The U .S. Chamber of Commerce, the Tax Foundation, these are conservative institutions that are
11:10saying that these are costing consumers $1 ,000 a year, $2 ,400 a year, $4
11:15,200 a year. So you disagree with all that?
11:17Do you disagree with Neil Bradley from the U .S.
11:19Chamber of Commerce who says that these tariffs have caused significant cost increases?
11:24There's a bunch of ridiculous people.
11:25I want to bring in Democratic Congressmember Tom Swasey, who you saw do that cross
11:29-examination right there. Congress Member Swasey, it's good to see you.
11:33And with all of Donald Trump's distractions and fake deadlines and not meeting the deadlines,
11:40I think that the media often is covered on that.
11:43But people in your district and throughout the country right now, this is how they
11:48describe it to me. I'm psychologically tortured living paycheck to paycheck right now, and things
11:53are only getting worse. And so you saw there with your cross -examination of Jameson
11:58Greer, they're living in this Mar -a -Lago fantasy Bernie Madoff fraud world.
12:03Can you talk to us about it, Congressman?
12:04Yeah, I think this is catching up with them.
12:06You know, when the president says affordability is a hoax, and his team of people
12:11like Ambassador Greer, as well as the Republicans running for office, going along with that,
12:18they're going to have to pay for that in November.
12:20Because the biggest issue for Americans today is affordability.
12:23And there are specific policies of this administration that are making things more expensive.
12:29They're not even like debatable.
12:30tariffs are making things more expensive.
12:33The war is making gas prices more expensive.
12:37The big, beautiful bill caused the biggest deficit in the history of the United States
12:41of America. That's upward pressure on interest rates.
12:44It's keeping interest rates high.
12:45You can't buy a house.
12:46You can't lease a car because the interest rates are so high.
12:50Energy costs are going up because they cut all the green energy supply at a
12:55time there's increasing demand because of all these data centers.
12:58For 20 years, energy demand was flat.
13:00And now for the first time in 20 years, it's going up because of the
13:03data centers. And they're cutting supply by not doing all of the above, by cutting
13:07the green energy projects. And there's so much more that goes into this as well.
13:11Things that are all causing upward, even the immigration policy has reduced the size of
13:15the workforce. And it's causing upward pressure on the costs in America.
13:20And they're saying it's a hoax.
13:21They're not even focusing on it.
13:22And they're talking about everything else.
13:24And what I've always said, and I'll stop talking.
13:27The president's like a pickpocket.
13:29And what do pickpockets do?
13:30One guy bumps into you.
13:31And when you're bumped into and you're distracted, the other guy picks your pocket.
13:35So he'll talk about crazy stuff.
13:38Health insurance rates are going through the roof.
13:40And we were trying to deal with the premium tax credit issue and the cuts
13:44of Medicaid. And what did he make the issue?
13:46Venezuela and Greenland. He tries to change the topic by attacking the Pope or by,
13:53you know, we're going to wipe out a civilization just so we don't talk about
13:56the real issues that are affecting real people's lives.
13:58You know, it's a tactic used by con artists, right?
14:02I mean, at some point, the Ponzi scheme runs its course and people say, you
14:07know what? I want my deposits back, Bernie Madoff.
14:10And what do they say?
14:11Just give me two weeks.
14:13We've got a great plan.
14:14Give me two weeks. Give me two weeks.
14:16And now we're in this two week Donald Trump failure loop, which frankly, you from
14:23New York, you've seen the Trump failure loop play out your entire life, whether it
14:29was failed businesses in Atlantic City or nearby.
14:33It's this loop where adults and grownups who confront problems have some humility.
14:38Look, we all fail in life sometimes, but you recognize the problem, you try to
14:43address it, you bring in experts, you deal with it, you try to progress.
14:47Maybe you fail, but you learn from your mistakes.
14:49He does this two -week loop where he just delays, delays, delays, denies, and he
14:53turns a bad problem into a worse, a worse into a catastrophic, a catastrophic into
14:58a bankrupt. I just feel that's where we're being brought now into the abyss with
15:03everything he's doing now with this catastrophic war and everything he's doing at home.
15:07It's just a delay, delay, delay.
15:10Then I think he wants to dunk it on when a Democratic president comes into
15:14power and then the MAGAs are all like, we're fiscal hawks.
15:16Look what you do. People have to fix it, right?
15:19Yeah, it's delay, delay, delay, distract, distract, distract.
15:22I think it's finally catching up with them.
15:24It was kind of funny watching the whole thing about the 600 % decrease.
15:30If you cut the drug price from 600 to 100, which they haven't really even
15:34done, that means you're cutting it by $500.
15:37$500 divided by $600 is 83%.
15:41It's not 600%. It's my math thing.
15:43I'm a CPA. So these guys are really just bamboozling people.
15:49And I think the public is catching up with it.
15:51And you can go in a hearing and you can say, these tariffs are not
15:57increasing prices. But then when people walk into the supermarket and they're buying things, they're
16:03like, oh my gosh, what's happening?
16:05When people go to the gas station and they see the gas prices, they're like,
16:09oh my gosh. You know, Biden had a little bit of this problem as well
16:12when they were talking about the stock market's doing well.
16:14We're recovering quite a bit.
16:15We're creating a lot of new jobs.
16:17But people saw what was happening to the economy.
16:20And it's worse now than it was then.
16:23And they're just ignoring it.
16:25When he literally says on multiple occasions, this affordability issue is just a word.
16:30It's a hoax. And people's real lives, they feel disrespected.
16:36And they feel like nobody's hearing them.
16:39And the problem is, for both sides, Democrats and Republicans, is everybody's just pointing fingers
16:44at each other. You're no good.
16:45You're no good. And the people are out there and they're like, what about me?
16:49What are you doing for me?
16:51So we have to make sure that we are showing people that we have to
16:55have a rational tariff policy.
16:57Let's go after our strategic adversaries like China.
17:00That's okay. But don't treat our friends like Canada and Europe the same as we
17:04treat our adversaries. Can we try and negotiate better deals?
17:07Yeah, I'm all for that.
17:08But let's not treat them like they're our adversaries.
17:11These are our allies over long periods of time and a very important part of
17:17our economy and our lives here.
17:19So we have to have some rationality.
17:21You say all of you above during the campaign.
17:24And then you say, no, it's just oil and gas we want.
17:26Okay, you want to do oil and gas?
17:27You want to do natural gas?
17:28Fine. We shouldn't do as much.
17:30Climate change is real. But let's do solar and wind.
17:33They canceled projects that were 80 % complete.
17:36Wind projects were 80 % complete.
17:38They tried to cancel them.
17:39And then the court ruled against them.
17:41The court ruled against them on the tariffs that what they were doing is illegal.
17:44They cut the premium tax credits, came so close to fixing it in the Congress,
17:48and then the Senate bailed on us.
17:50So we have so much to do.
17:52But the first thing we have to do is recognize that people are suffering.
17:56I heard someone say the other day, you know, because of all these economic problems,
18:00people have to delay. the purchase of a home and delay the leasing of a
18:04car, which is bad. That's not bad.
18:06But you know what? There are people who can't pay their rent.
18:10They can't pay their basic bills.
18:13It's not even buying a house or leasing a car, which that's important too.
18:18But some people are just suffering paycheck to paycheck.
18:21And the first thing we have to do is recognize that we, you know, Bill
18:24Clinton was famous for, I feel your pain.
18:26We have to show people that we understand that they are suffering and that we
18:30care and that we will work hard to try and solve those problems.
18:33And enough with just the distractions and the pickpockets.
18:37Your congressional district is mixed.
18:41I mean, you won your district, but Trump got more votes than Kamala in your
18:46district. 19 ,000 votes he won my district by.
18:49Yeah. Yeah. Are you seeing, like we see in the national numbers, these shifts, you
18:54know, Trump's approval now at 33 % on the economy, 30%.
18:59Are you seeing, like when you go around to, you know, the, the different spots
19:04that you go to over there, there are people that voted for Trump that are
19:09having buyer's remorse. And there's a reason that they're raising this enormous amount of money
19:15because, and there's reason that they started the whole thing with the redistricting in Texas
19:19because Trump's going to do everything he can to defy history, which is that the
19:25sitting president often loses his party often loses in the midterms.
19:29And so he wants to do everything he can to change that.
19:32He's going to cheat like the redistricting in Texas that started this whole redistricting war.
19:37Uh, and you know, uh, Hakeem Jeffries and others have fought back and won these
19:42fights. Uh, he's raising this enormous, crazy amounts of money.
19:47They Republicans just have way more money than the Democrats do.
19:50Uh, and he's going to try all this distraction maneuvers.
19:54Uh, and he's going to try and make it so that he depresses turnout.
19:57So everybody's mad at everybody.
19:59They're mad at all the politicians and they're discouraged and they're, they're disengaged.
20:03So they don't participate. So the most important thing we need people to do is
20:06show up and to pay attention and to get out and vote and say, we
20:10want our country back and we want to address the very real issues that we
20:14face. We want to address the affordability.
20:17We want to have a real fix for immigration.
20:20We need to address the healthcare costs in our country.
20:24And we have to deal with this crazy war, uh, in Iran right now.
20:27You know, when the, when the war first happened in Iran, I was like, you
20:30know, cause I was, I was born in, uh, 1962.
20:33I was 18 years old.
20:35My first vote was 1980 during the Iran hostage crisis.
20:38And when we first attacked Iran, I was like, you know, let's get those guys.
20:41They've been treating us death to America and all this bad stuff.
20:43They're supporting the Hamas and the Houthis and Hezbollah all these years.
20:47We got to get those guys.
20:48Then we went to the briefing and I was like, wait a minute, this really
20:50doesn't seem to be a plan here.
20:52There's no plan. Then we heard about the Straits of Hormuz and we saw the
