0:00The catastrophic war in Iran continues.

0:02The United States has essentially run out of its munitions and its stockpiles.

0:07Things are looking very grim.

0:09And Donald Trump held a disastrous press conference today saying, you know, the ceasefire will

0:14take how, you know, well, extend it till whenever.

0:16I'm not really in any rush to do anything right now.

0:19Whatever. Vietnam took 18 years.

0:20So who cares? I took a little break.

0:22I'll take a break. It is what it is.

0:24And then the feed shut out.

0:26And Donald Trump, when the feed shut out, said he had to go to the

0:30bathroom, but he didn't use those precise words.

0:32I'll show you what went down in a little bit.

0:33And this followed Donald Trump making social media posts that were scattershot and all over

0:38the place today. He was saying we need to kill the negotiators.

0:41And then he says, I'm ordering the Navy to shoot any boat, putting mines in

0:46the Strait of Hormuz. We actually have full control over the Strait of Hormuz.

0:49Just one thing after another.

0:50And while we have this naval blockade in the Persian Gulf that Iran is being

0:54able to get around, Donald Trump also fired his Navy secretary, John Phelan.

1:00We learned that John Phelan, after being told he was fired from Pete Hegseth, then

1:05rushed to the White House and was like, say it isn't so, Donald, say it

1:08isn't so. And Donald Trump's like, you didn't build my battleships quick enough.

1:11I wanted the battleships. So Donald Trump doesn't believe in aircraft carriers or stealth ships.

1:16Donald Trump wants ships to look like World War I, like these big, bulky, like

1:21ships that make no sense in warfare today.

1:24And he wants them to be called Trump ships.

1:26And John Phelan wasn't quick enough to do that.

1:28Also, John Phelan was following court orders and not retaliating against Senator Kelly based on

1:34what the court order was.

1:35And that was pissing off.

1:36Pete Hegseth will cover all of that and more.

1:38We're learning about another massive scandal.

1:41What else is new in the Trump regime where a deputy Homeland Security top counterintelligence

1:46official was involved in a sugar daddy website?

1:49The sugar daddy to her believed that this was a national security threat, which I

1:54believe it was as well, went public with the allegations about what she was doing,

1:58asking for like forty thousand dollars a month.

2:00She's like a twenty nine year old person with very little experience and apparently on

2:04the sugar daddy websites. And then someone else at the Department of Homeland Security was

2:08leading counterintelligence is that guy, Thomas Fugate, the third, the twenty two year old former

2:12intern who doesn't have any national security experience.

2:15This is how deeply unserious the Donald Trump regime is right now.

2:20Also, we had Trump officials on Capitol Hill being cross examined by the Senate and

2:26the House of Representatives. Howard Lutnick refused to answer any questions about Epstein.

2:31Howard Lutnick was asked about conflicts of interest and about tariff refunds.

2:35And Howard Lutnick basically pretended he didn't know anything at all.

2:38RFK Jr. continued to say the most outlandish and embarrassing and humiliating things when he

2:44was cross examined. We had Energy Secretary Chris Wright.

2:47You had Jameson Greer, the trade secretary.

2:49You had Scott Besant up there.

2:52Really just one humiliation ritual after another humiliation ritual.

2:56We'll try to cover as much as that as possible.

2:58I mentioned Epstein before the Trump regime continuing to work with the DOJ and Congress

3:03to perpetuate the cover up of all things Epstein.

3:07We know that Donald Trump is working on a pardon of Ghislaine Maxwell right now

3:11with the House of Representatives.

3:13And again, how do we know this?

3:14I mean, James Comer, who's the chair of the House Oversight Committee, gave an interview

3:18with Politico where he said that there are a lot of members in his party

3:22who are working to pardon Ghislaine Maxwell.

3:25Also, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.

3:27committee are saying Republicans are now refusing to hold any hearings at all regarding Epstein

3:33or Epstein files or anything regarding these child sex trafficking investigations.

3:37Instead, they want to hold informal roundtables so that there aren't subpoenas, aren't under oath

3:43depositions. And this apparently is at the request of the Trump regime at well that

3:48wants all of this covered up.

5:45best people. It feels like everybody in every position is the worst person designed for

5:50that position. And even the people who should be competent in these roles and who

5:54actually have the experience, once they get into this administration, it's like being bit by

5:59a vampire and they get this Trump virus and they become absolutely deranged and subservient

6:04to Trump and just throw all morals away.

6:07You had even RFK Jr.

6:09today. He was talking, they were inventing alternative math.

6:12They were trying to justify Donald Trump saying that he's going to cut prices by

6:16600%. And RFK was explaining why Donald Trump's math is actually correct on that.

6:21Let me explain you some alternative math.

6:23The whole thing is so insane and ridiculous.

6:26And we've got a lot of fast moving developments with this war in Iran.

6:30And you got to separate fact from fiction.

6:32We have Donald Trump, you know, almost at a minute by minute basis, just tweeting

6:37blatant lies about the war.

6:40Everything he says is a complete and utter lie.

6:43And it is absolutely shameful that we cannot at all trust the information coming from

6:48the White House, coming from the president of the United States with an issue of

6:52the utmost importance. We've got a lot to get into.

7:26Well, think where we were last Friday, where Donald Trump said there was a deal.

7:31Iran surrendered. They agreed to everything.

7:33We controlled the Strait of Hormuz.

7:34Iran will stop funding all of its proxy groups.

7:38Minesweepers were heading in forthwith.

7:41What an incredible situation. American military excavators were meeting up with the Iranian military excavators,

7:48and they were going to go through the various nuclear facilities to get all the

7:52nuclear dust. And the markets were manipulated.

7:55Wow, this is all so great.

7:56Everything was false. Just remember, that's where we were last Friday.

8:00So as we head into this weekend, where were we on Thursday morning?

8:04Well, Donald Trump made posts saying, let's kill the Iranians who don't want to do

8:09a deal. He said, I'm ordering the Navy to shoot any boat, putting mines in

8:14the Strait of Hormuz. We actually have full control over the Strait of Hormuz, he

8:18said. So much control that we're not controlling it.

8:21I don't need a deal.

8:23He said, why would I even need a deal?

8:25We've already won the war in the first place.

8:27But it's really more than just those headlines, because when you delve into it, every

8:31word, every syllable, every sound, every utterance, every m -ah is laced with a complete

8:38and utter lie. And I don't want to use the word superpower and imply a

8:43positive correlation, but Donald Trump's power, if you want to call it a power or

8:49whatever it is, like literally everything is a lie.

8:52It is a fire hose of lie after lie, just spewed out.

8:57And what he wants you to do is bend into his reality and live in

9:01his world of lies. And then you become compromised, almost like being bit by a

9:06zombie. And then you're part of this world of lies.

9:09And he tries to drag more and more people into it.

9:12It's why in order to confront it, you have to confront it with relentless truth,

9:17right? Every single day, over and over and over again.

9:19And that's what we do here at the Midas Touch Network.

9:24these posts and I wonder sometimes, am I dreaming?

9:45The infighting is between the hardliners who have been losing badly on the battlefield and

9:49the moderates who are not very moderate at all.

9:51But gaining respect is crazy.

9:53We have total control over the Strait of Hormuz.

9:55No ship can enter or leave without the approval of the United States Navy.

9:58It is sealed up tight until such time as Iran is able to make a

10:02deal. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

10:03President Donald J. Trump. Again, literally every word here is false.

10:08It's just from the fact that Iran's able to get a lot of its tankers

10:11through. About 34 ships, according to the Financial Times, from Iran have been able to

10:16avoid the blockade. But more significantly, we do not control the Strait of Hormuz.

10:21Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz.

10:23Donald Trump makes up a fake scenario of this infighting that's happening between a certain

10:27faction of the Iranians and another faction of Iranians.

10:30You had Jesse Waters kind of pushing this bizarre fake narrative.

10:35And he's like, so you see there's a gay Ayatollah who was kidnapped by the

10:39Iranian Revolutionary Guard. Let me show the tweet because I think it's even beyond like

10:43belief like this. right it's so insane and i and i had a feeling people

10:47go has been lost you'll show you'll show the yeah because when i saw this

10:51the other day i i screenshotted it and i sent it to you guys and

10:54i was like look at the shit they're saying on fox like how do they

10:56get away with this crap it's like it's not even like oh they're spinning they're

11:02fudging the truth they're making up a uh unhinged maga fan fiction about the war

11:10let me show you jesse waters tweet here which comes from his fox broadcast remember

11:15this is like the most watched show in prime time on fox news and jesse

11:20waters with a siren emoji and all caps writes breaking the iranian guard just took

11:26the ayatollah hostage generals are blocking peace talks holding their own negotiators hostage while the

11:33economy collapses no one is calling the shots a coup is in the works u

11:38.s warships stacking the region one wrong move and it all ignites and he played

11:44the entire segment uh from his episode that night and if you watch the segment

11:48and we're not going to play it right now but it it's even more it's

11:52even crazier than that that tweet as ben said he constantly refers to the ayatollah

11:57as the gay i gay ayatollah because they think like that's funny and they think

12:01like that hurts the ayatollah or something and i i don't know what they what

12:05they think but this is all part of their weird psyops games that they're playing

12:09and then they say things you know like that there's this coup happening and the

12:13guy was taking hostage they just and make it up it's all fake and you

12:16might think well you know at least the there must be a kernel of truth

12:19to what he's saying you're like someone would have just blatantly make up this entire

12:23no they made up this entire story it is complete deranged fan fiction from maga

12:31about this war and this is what is being injected into the veins of millions

12:34and millions and millions of people in this country and this is the same sort

12:38of stuff that trump is saying as well you have his reality media saying things

12:43like this as well and it really makes you see oh they're just putting out

12:46all these sort of psyops they're trying to invent this alternate reality because the actual

12:52reality is not super flattering to what's going on and you know even when jesse

12:57waters says it they're making excuses for donald trump's failures and so when jesse waters

13:02was broadcasting this segment on the show jesse waters was like something's just not adding

13:08up here because donald trump said that the ayatollah wanted to make a deal but

13:13then they were going to send negotiators jd vance was going to go but then

13:18iran refused so what happened because donald trump told me that this was all going

13:22to go in plan so they must have hijacked the ayatollah they must have kidnapped

13:26him and held him hot or donald trump's a liar donald trump's a liar and

13:31you're a liar jesse waters you're a liar everybody who is out there doing this

13:36sort of stuff on fox news and you are trying to cover for somebody who

13:40is a complete and utter disaster a complete another failure someone who has humiliated the

13:46united states on the global stage somebody who has made the united states look like

13:51the weakest country in the world it has brought shame to the united states and

13:55shame on you fox news and all the people who perpetrate this bullshit for doing

13:59so the lies are so big and so ridiculous that like it actually has you

14:04second guessing yourself at times like is is it a gay ayatollah like like the

14:08lies are so crazy sometimes where it's just like surely jesse waters wouldn't lie about

14:16that like he only refers to it as the gay ayatollah also like if that's

14:20the only way he talks about him it's crazy like He also knows he's not

14:26And that's where the fan fiction, the Fox fan fiction comes into play in such

14:31a big way where it's so poisonous because the lies are so big and so

14:36ridiculous that it has you like, oh, some of this has to be true.

14:43Right. Then you get a post.

14:44I have ordered the United States Navy to shoot and kill any boat, small boats,

14:48though they may be. Their naval ships are all 159 of them at the bottom

14:52of the sea that is putting mines in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz.

14:56There is to be no hesitation.

14:58Additionally, our mine sweepers are clearing the Strait right now.

15:02I'm here by ordering that activity to continue, but at a tripled up level.

15:09Trump. We have zero mine sweepers in the Strait of Hormuz right now, yet alone

15:12a tripled up level of zero.

15:14The only time we tried to put a mine sweeper in the Strait of Hormuz

15:17was during the first round of negotiations in Islamabad, Pakistan, where a mine sweeper tried

15:22to get into the Strait of Hormuz.

15:24And then Iran's Navy, the Saipa Navy announced over the public radio, Saipa Navy, Saipa

15:29Navy, turn around or we will shoot.

15:31Saipa Navy, Saipa Navy, turn around and shoot.

15:34Then the U .S. Navy responded, we're turning around, we're turning around.

15:38Then the U .S. Navy ship retreated.

15:40The mine sweeper retreated. And we tried to do that during the last round of

15:44negotiations. And Iran said, all right, we're going to leave the negotiations and we're going

15:48to blow up your ship.

15:49And the United States, proud, strong, powerful Navy back down.

15:53And then the U .S.

15:53lied about it and said, that's not what happened.

15:55We had two mine sweepers.

15:57They said they did a complete east to west route through the Strait of Hormuz.

16:01It was a successful mission.

16:02And we started clearing the mines.

16:04And we saw the video and the video actually confirmed what Iran said happened, not

16:08what the United States happened.

16:09Then we're supposed to move on to the very next lie.

16:12I mean, Donald Trump then also says over here during the negotiations, how we're going

16:17to shoot and kill the small boats.

16:19And it's like, okay, look, if you want to do that, then go to war.

16:21I've said this before. There's a war path.

16:24Trump's already committed war crimes.

16:25He's a war criminal. He should be tried at the Hague.

16:27I don't want to see further escalation.

16:29I don't want to see war, just so you know where I personally stand.

16:32However, if you want to talk about killing, death, destruction, blowing up, if you want

16:36to bomb Iran to the Stone Age and you think you can dominate them in

16:41a war, you have a war option.

16:42You didn't achieve these results in a war.

16:44And now you're in negotiations.

16:46In negotiations, at the very least, you have to respect the other side's right to

16:50exist as a threshold matter.

16:52Also in a negotiation, you need to make some concessions.

16:55Iran has been clear that it wants to negotiate within its 10 -point framework.

16:59You agree to the 10 -point framework.

17:01I'm sure if you give Iran many of the points in the 10 -point framework,

17:05even though they're saying there are non -negotiables, I'm sure they'll agree to certain things.

17:10I bet you they'll agree to a nuclear deal that's similar to the Obama -JCPOA

17:15deal, probably a little weaker than the Obama because they believe they've won this war

17:20and they now control the Strait of Hormuz.

17:22During the Obama negotiations of the nuclear deal, Iran didn't control the Strait of Hormuz.

17:25They now have something they didn't have before.

17:27So I think you can get a weaker version of the Obama deal.

17:31Then you can probably open up the Strait of Hormuz totally.

17:35However, Iran probably wants to recoup certain amount of losses that it incurred in the

17:40war. It claims those losses are $262 billion.

17:43I'm sure there's room for negotiation.

17:44They say $262 billion. You say $100 billion, maybe the first $100 billion in toll

17:50fees or money that's made by opening up the Strait of Hormuz goes to Iran,

17:54and then it's fully open.

17:55In response, the U .S.

17:57can say we have a multinational coalition of lots of countries, Europe, Asia.

18:03countries, Middle East countries, they bring their Navy in as well to ensure permanent safe

18:08passage and that Iran's not able to close down the Strait of Hormuz again.

18:12But it stays open. Iran gets a payment.

18:14Iran keeps its ballistic missiles and drones, remove most of the sanctions against Iran.

18:18What I described as probably the only outcome of how you could reach a negotiated

18:24settlement if you're like, Ben, but then we have to concede all of these.

18:27Oh, and Iran will want permanent security guarantees for Hezbollah, for the Houthis, and for

18:32the Shiite militia groups in Iraq.

18:34So if you can concede those things, and that's probably where the negotiations end.

18:38And you could declare it a victory in a way.

18:40You can open up the Strait of Hormuz, but you'll have to pay Iran.

18:43You can get back the Obama deal, which you were mocking for so long, but

18:47it was actually a strong multilateral deal.

18:49That's probably the best case solution that exists.

18:52But you can't go into the negotiation.

18:53I'm going to kill you if you don't negotiate.

18:55And Iran's response, if you're going to kill us, then kill us, then do it,

18:59then go to war. And we'll see how that works out.

19:01We know from reporting from the Wall Street Journal and others that the United States

19:05is running very low on munitions.

19:07It'll take about six years to replenish the munitions.

19:10If there were to be a war that breaks out in Taiwan right now, the

19:13United States does not, according to the Wall Street Journal and other sources, have the

19:17capabilities to even help Taiwan at this point, because in just a short period of

19:22time, 54 days, we basically have gone through all of our stockpiles over there.

19:26That's not a good sign right there at all.

19:29And, you know, this is the current status of things.

19:32And I think it's, oh, one of the things that Iran also threatened is that,

19:36and it said this kind of very matter -of -factly, they wrote through their FARS

19:42new agency and mares and Tasneem, they said, well, you know, one of the things

19:46that we should probably take into account as well is that a lot of the

19:49internet cables that connect global internet activity and hook up to data centers, one of

19:54the big areas of connectivity, connection points, goes right through the Strait of Hormuz, would

19:59be, you know, it definitely raises lots of national security concerns if you're using the

20:05internet to attack us. And so that may be on the table.

20:08What may be on the table?

20:09Cutting the internet and basically shutting it off globally with the internet cables that go

20:15on the seabed. And so Iran has a plan of how it responds next.

20:19And if Trump, if you, if you want the smoke and the fire, go for

20:22it. Like that's what Iran's saying, you know, and Donald Trump, you know, continues to

20:27make posts like this. Let's kill the ones who don't want a deal.

20:30If the, if there are two factions in Iran, one that wants a deal and

20:34one that doesn't, let's kill the ones who don't want a deal.

20:38Trump doesn't need a deal to get what he wants from Iran.

20:41And Iran's responded with a unified voice.

20:43You had their parliament leader, MB Galibaf, their president, uh, Pazeshkian, their foreign minister, Aragchi,

20:49their judicial leader. So basically all of the kind of, you know, forces like from

20:55the spiritual side to the parliamentary side, to the civilian side, to the military side,

21:01all of them reposted each other's statements.

21:04And the statement that they all posted basically identical reads as follows in Iran, there

21:08are no radicals or moderates.

21:10We are all Iranian, a revolutionary.

21:12And with the iron unity of the nation and government, with complete obedience to the

21:15supreme leader of the revolution, we will make the aggressor criminal.

21:19We will make the aggressor criminal regret his actions, one God, one leader, one nation,

21:24and one path, that path being the path to victory for Iran, dearer than life.

21:29And they all posted the same message.

21:31And then you had Iranian media saying it's ironic that the U S is claiming

21:35that we're in chaos and panic and having all of these leadership struggles when the

21:39U S. Donald Trump and Hegseth have basically fired 20 of its top generals, admirals,

21:44former chairman of the Joint Chiefs, cabinet members.

21:48The Trump regime is the one that's in utter chaos right now.

21:51And this is what the FARS news agency writes, the IRGC intelligence organization's reaction to

21:59the chaotic political situation in America.

22:01The president of the United States speaks of division in Iran while over the course

22:05of the 50 days of the war, I think we're at 54 now, his popularity

22:08has dropped to 35 percent, six political and security officials and 20 military generals have

22:14resigned, including while we have a naval blockade, the secretary of the Navy, while our

22:19army is at war, the chief of staff at the army, a four star general,

22:23Randy George, General George and his wife, you know, these are beloved military figures fired

22:28by Pete Hegseth, you know, and previously you had the head of Southcom resign or

22:35was pushed out because he didn't support the war crimes blowing up the fishing boats

22:38off the coast of Venezuela.

22:40You had the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs get fired by the Trump regime.

22:47So that's actually where the chaos is happening right now.

22:50And then you had Donald Trump hold a press conference and we'll talk a little

22:53bit about him, you know, what down in this press conference today.

22:56And the purpose of the press conference, I guess, was supposed to talk about lowering

23:00prescription drug prices, where Donald Trump makes up numbers, like he reduces prescription drug prices

23:05by 600%. In essence, if you're buying a product for a buck, that means the

23:10pharmaceutical companies are paying you $600 to buy their $1 product.

23:14So it's just, you know, utterly ridiculous.

23:16And, uh, the feed cut out.

23:19And then Donald Trump said the following, let's just play the video of what Donald

23:22Trump did. Let's play it.

23:28He said, I could use a shit.

23:29He said, I could use a shit.

23:31He goes around talking in the Oval Office about taking a shit.

23:35And I mean, look, we could say, you know, why is that important?

23:39I mean, first off, it's just like, why are you publicly articulating that you have

23:43to take a shit in the Oval Office?

23:44And then it's also the context of where, of like, what's going on here as

23:48well? Like he was having this disastrous press conference where he's making up that he

23:53saved the lives of eight young women in Iran, beautiful young women, little girls, these

23:58very young, very young girls, very young women.

24:00He saved up again. He makes up this whole story about how he saved that

24:05there are these eight young women, very young, very young, very pretty.

24:08He wants to make that very clear.

24:09They were about to be executed by Iran.

24:11And then Donald Trump calls up Iran.

24:14He says, even though he claims that he's not talking to them, but in this

24:17fan fiction, he called them up and released the women now.

24:19And Iran's like, we're not going to do that, Donald.

24:22We're at war. And Donald's like, if you don't do it, I'm going to make

24:25a very mean social media post.

24:27How mean is it going to be, Donald, says Iran.

24:30And Donald Trump says, there will be many capital.

24:32There may, many capital letters.

24:34There may even be a curse in it.

24:35And then Iran says, we're going to release those beautiful young girls to you.

24:39We're going to release them.

24:40Thank you. You don't want to mess with this anymore.

24:43Right? I mean, that's Donald Trump's fan fiction of what went down.

24:46He's not speaking to me.

24:47He's said in the same press conference that he's not talking, that they're not talking

24:51right now and that he is all the time in the world.

24:53Yet, apparently he's negotiating with them of eight young, beautiful girls.

25:01And they're coming to us.

25:03The problem they have is they are very disorganized right now.

25:07Well, now yesterday, and I was very pleased with this, eight young women were going

25:12to be executed yesterday afternoon at six o 'clock.

25:16And I asked them. I call it a favor.

25:20I call it just a moral request that they not be executed.

25:24And they came back with an answer that they won't be executed.

25:27They're going to release. It was protesting eight beautiful young women, very young women.

25:32And they were the pictures in the paper.

25:35And it's been a story for a little while.

25:37And I saw that. And I said, let's see if we can save them.

25:40And they were it was very nice what happened.

25:43So they're not going to be there.

25:45What they're doing is, as you know, they're releasing four of them very shortly, and

25:48they're going to keep four of them in jail for a period of one month

25:52and release them. So they won't be executed.

25:54Yeah, that's an entirely made up story that that didn't happen.

25:57Like, again, that's just part of Donald Trump's perverted, weird fan fiction of saving young

26:03pretty girls or whatever the hell goes on in his mind.

26:06But if you also remember what he said back in January, he said that he

26:11stopped the executions back in January from happening.

26:14And he made a he called them up and got a favor and stopped the

26:17executions. In January. Remember, he said he saved 700 executions from taking place.

26:22And he's the reason why those executions stopped.

26:26There's it's like the guy lies about everything.

26:29I mean, quite literally, everything is a lie.

26:31And he I think part of his if I could point out any maybe strategy

26:37and I put that in big quotes for this of his lies is he kind

26:42of forces people to then deny it and waste a bunch of time saying, I

26:47didn't do that. I didn't say that.

26:48I never I never talked to you.

26:49And so today, you know, as part one of the reasons that Iran released that

26:53those unified statements amongst their top leadership was what Donald Trump was pushing.

26:58And Israeli media was pushing today was that that MB Galiboff, who is the speaker

27:05of parliament in Iran, they were saying he was ousted.

27:08He's no longer involved in this at all.

27:10He has no say in anything that's going on.

27:12He's been pushed out. And there were other reports quickly came in that that was

27:16like another lie. That was just total bullshit, you know, from other reporting in the

27:21United States, like actual reporters.

27:22I think the Atlantic, you know, reported, for example, that that was just totally made

27:27up. But meanwhile, you know, Trump was running with it, that Israeli channel was running

27:32with it. And so the Iranian officials, you know, ended up releasing that statement.

27:37Donald Trump, the other day, I'm reminded of when he when the ceasefire, the so

27:44-called ceasefire first happened. What did Donald Trump say?

27:47Oh, immediately the countries of NATO started calling me and they were saying, sir, sir,

27:53could you please let me through the straight now, sir?

27:55We really need to get through the straight now that you solved the problem.

27:58Can you please let me through?

27:59And I was like, I don't think so, NATO.

28:01I don't think so. You weren't there for us.

28:04And he like told the story in front of people at like whatever rally he

28:07did and stuff. Like, obviously, I don't know what conversations happened, but I could say

28:11with pretty good confidence that that never happened, that no countries immediately called him and

28:15started begging him for help after the fact.

28:17It's all part of this just facade that he puts on this, the show that

28:21he puts on where he makes people then come out and say, no, I didn't.

28:24I didn't do that. I didn't do that.

28:26And all the right wing media is in on this.

28:29You know, I I think it's interesting, you know, when people, you know, try to

28:33say, likewise, Midas touch, you know, that's not just a left wing version of the

28:36Fox or the Democrat version of the Fox.

28:39I mean, first off, I don't think what we're doing at all is the left

28:42wing or right wing. Like if you're going to tell me that you're cutting drug

28:46prices by 600 percent and me fact checking that is a liberal thing.

28:52That's just an objective fact.

28:53OK, that's just math. OK, it's this isn't a partisan thing.

28:56But we've come, we've become so political as a country and Donald Trump has politicized

29:01everything that people begin putting you in those boxes.

29:04And Fox is literally pumping out lies all day.

29:08They lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie.

29:10They're flooding the zone with lies.

29:12And what we try to do here is flood the zone with what's actually going

29:17on. And so to equate the two as being two sides of the same coin

29:21to me is just like the total wrong way to look at it, although I

29:26am happy when people realize that we are crushing Fox when it comes to the

29:30YouTube rankings and getting far more views than them.

29:33So I will take that.

29:34But the reason why I think it's important that we are doing that is because

29:38that's what we are up against.

34:36that are either too scared to give their opinions on how to get us out

34:46this moment. All you have is Donald Trump running around the Oval Office screaming, I

34:50need to take a shit.

34:51So what are we doing here as a society when we look at Donald Trump

34:54and we're like, that's the guy that's supposed to lead us out of this?

34:58This is going to turn into a forever war.

35:02And I don't like doing things like that, especially when it comes to something as

35:05serious as this. But like, I don't see this ending anytime soon, Ben.

35:14the first segment about what a negotiation would have to look like and what escalation

35:19looks like, Donald Trump is in this middle ground area where he's just going to

35:24delay, delay, delay and do what he does, you know, with his health care plans.

35:32I'll do that. You know, it's all a lie.

35:33I mean, we saw Howard Lutnick testify today about the gold cards.

35:46It's going to fix all of our problems.

35:48It's going to fix the debt.

35:49They're going to fix it.

35:55of those right wing podcast bro stuff where he talked about $5 billion or $5

36:00trillion was going to be made because they were going to, Trump says we're going

36:04to be able to do a million.

37:58been approved and how many gifts have been received by commerce uh the process was

38:07recently uh resolved with uh dhs who runs the program and they do a fifteen

38:14thousand dollar the most serious vetting and analysis of any potential applicant in the history

38:22of government usually it was six hundred dollars these pay fifteen thousand for an extraordinary

38:27vet so they have approved recently one person and there are hundreds in the queue

38:33that they are going through the process but this is a new program and they've

38:37just set it up and they wanted to make sure they did it perfectly and

38:40so we've worked through that but it's a dhs program uh done with a rigorous

38:46rigorous vetting it was your program that you and trump rolled out where you said

38:50you were going to sell a million of them you've sold one of them which

38:55by the way i don't even believe they sold one of them i'm curious to

38:58see who that one is right there jordi and i just i just want to

39:02add this you know i think this got overlooked in that whole thing he was

39:05trying to brag about how rigorous this program is dhs program usually costs six hundred

39:09dollars now we're doing fifteen thousand dollar reviews because it's such a rigorous process and

39:14we have all of these applicants and the only one's gotten through sounds a lot

39:17like government waste to me sounds a lot like no one's really doing their job

39:21if they're reviewing all of these applications over here we're spending fifteen thousand dollars a

39:25pop over here to figure this out i don't know maybe there should be some

39:28sort of committee that goes through government waste and plucks that stuff out if if

39:32only uh i wonder if anyone would act on that you notice like how different

39:37uh lutnik is too when he's under oath and he's forced to admit uh something

39:40like that compared to being on the podcast then to your point on the podcast

39:44he was doing that jeffrey epstein voice that he did on the new york post

39:47every time he lies or embellishes he uses that he was this disgusting and I

39:53didn't like him. He was gross.

39:55And then the people listening, I don't know if you pick up on it as

40:00much, but when you watch him, he's like crawling in his skin when he's asked

40:04about this because he knows that he needs to now admit that this has been

40:09a complete failure. He knows that he has to admit that they've only allegedly sold

40:14one of these things. When in the past, he said a thousand and said they

40:17would sell at least 200 ,000 or a million and they were going to make

40:20$5 trillion, all these numbers that he threw out.

40:22And as you watch him, you could hear it in his voice.

40:26You could see it in his body language, the way he just wants to like

40:29crawl inside his skin. And the guy's just, he's a liar.

40:34He's a pathological liar. All these people are liars.

40:36All the things about the tariff shelf and the $18 trillion coming in.

40:41Everything they've said has been a lie.

40:42It's all a con. It's all a fraud.

40:44Well, where they talk about the betting odds.

40:49It's my opinion. I'm willing to bet that.

40:54And I actually know at least one of the people on that All In podcast

40:57are investors in Polymarket or partners with Polymarket.

41:01And so they got Lutnick to come on the show.

41:03He's talking about how many of these things he has theoretically sold.

41:07They are then encouraging people to bet on how many of these things have been

41:12sold. Lutnick coming on that show spikes the odds of that bet right there.

41:17So they're manipulating this other market that these other people are investing in.

41:22The owners of this podcast, the host of this podcast.

41:26I mean, everywhere you look, there's like a scheme going on.

41:28And once again, my opinion, but I believe there are so many schemes going on

41:33like this every day. I hate liars and I don't respect anybody who lies, but

41:38I also don't respect to like the nth degree, bad liars.

41:44Like what did Lutnick think he was going to do?

41:46He was going to go in on that, that All In podcast, just lie and

41:50think no one five, six, seven months down the line was going to be like,

41:53Hey, remember that 5 trillion that you promised to put into the U .S.

41:56economy? Where is that? Or you just know, like they lie about the dumbest things.

42:02And they're so arrogant because, you know, I think for all their lives, they got

42:06away with lying because of who they are, because of who their families were, how

42:10much money they had. But now when people are holding their feet to the fire,

42:14like, Hey, that 5 trillion, like that could help us.

42:17Where is that? Great idea.

42:18Where is that, man? And then just crickets.

42:21And then that's why you see when he's in that hearing, he's shrinking because he

42:25knows the jig is up.

42:26It's up. Everyone knows you're a fraud.

42:28They've known before, but now this shtick, this lie that I guess you just never

42:33knew that anyone would figure out that, Hey, where's the money?

42:36There is no money. You haven't sold these damn things.

42:38Like what are you doing, Lutnick?

42:40Here's the thing. They don't care.

42:41They can't, they want a headline.

42:43They want the corporate media to repeat it.

42:45They want their MAGA influencers to repeat it and to amplify it uncritically.

42:51And then they move on to the next.

42:52Well, that's what you heard in that interview too.

42:54When that interview, going back to the All In interview, they were just repeating what

42:57Lutnick was saying. They're going, Oh, 37 million people could apply for it.

43:00Oh, a million dollars a pop.

43:02Oh, because to our point, $5 trillion to the economy.

43:04We've been talking about people cannot even, the average person cannot even fathom that someone

43:10would lie to your face like that.

43:12Just lie to your face without any shame, but they do it every day, every

43:19hour, the biggest lies imaginable, big numbers, global geopolitical situations.

43:26This is what they do.

43:27This is, this is part of their whole shtick.

43:29The reason I brought up Lutnik in the context of the war, though, also is

43:34the same way we're now caught in this Hormuz death trap with lie after lie,

43:40gimmick after gimmick, made up thing after made up thing.

43:43Oh, look, I saved the eight women.

43:44Look, you know, we have a naval blockade.

43:47Look, we did this. We did that.

43:48How great is it? Right.

43:49And that just goes on and on and on and really drag drags on like

43:54kind of in perpetuity. So if you think about what Lutnik is doing, though, remember,

44:00Donald Trump added over 30 percent of our national debt during his first term.

44:05And we all recognize that national debt is a major problem right now and for

44:11future generations. Right. It basically, you know, steals and robs the future of future generations

44:17and current. We need to pay off the debt.

44:19So every year, you know, basically we're contributing to pay trillions of dollars in interest

44:25off of off of our existing debt.

44:28So the Trump scam, you know, it's the oldest trick in the book.

44:31You say, how are we going to fix the national debt?

44:35You find what the total number is.

44:37Right. And then you create all of these items that get you to that number.

44:42And so, you know, we brought in twenty one trillion dollars from foreign countries, all

44:48made up, all fake. OK, so twenty one trillion.

44:50You put that in a bin.

44:52Five trillion dollars we've now made from selling Trump gold cards.

44:56So you had twenty one.

44:57You've got five. You've got twenty six.

45:00Doge has now saved us so much money that we're giving rebate checks.

45:04OK, so we add that to the bucket right there.

45:06And then you go to the tariff shelf and then the tariff shelf adds to

45:10it. So you have all of the national debt eliminated based on this plan.

45:15The problem is it's all fraud.

45:18It makes Enron's accounting look sophisticated.

45:23Right. Like this is done at a national level.

45:25This is Enron on nuclear steroids writ large globally where they've.

45:33And by the way, it's literally the same thing.

45:35The issue with Enron. Right.

45:36You hear the expression they're cooking the books.

45:38They're cooking the books. Right.

45:39You've heard that expression. Trump cooks the books.

45:42He was literally found civilly liable for doing it separately.

45:47He was found criminally liable for fraud.

45:49His whole life has been bankruptcies.

45:51He cooks the books. That's what he does.

45:53So now he's cooked the whole books of our nation.

45:57So he tells people we fixed your national debt.

46:00We hear all the things.

46:01And then people start to wonder right now.

46:04Well, why don't I feel it?

46:06You know, why don't I have it?

46:07And then he gives you a B .S.

46:09response. Well, actually, because we're doing such a rigorous national security review, and it's just

46:15like lie after lie after lie after lie after lie after lie.

46:18So here's the thing, though.

46:20Right. Because the question is, is do the people get it right now?

46:23Do the people understand what's happening?

46:25So Donald Trump right now has a lower approval amongst independents than Richard Nixon at

46:31the time Nixon resigned and as low of an approval generally as Nixon.

46:36Trump has the same approval as George W.

46:39Bush leading into the Great Recession and at the worst point of the Iraq war

46:44when George W. Bush was there.

46:46So Trump is either equal or worse than the worst approval, the highest disapproval that's

46:54ever existed. And it's not just one poll.

46:56You have the AP Nork poll.

46:58You have the Fox poll.

47:00You have, you know, other other polls as well.

47:03And they all have Donald Trump in like the 33 percent range, the 35 percent

47:08range. You know, it is and it's only getting worse and worse.

47:12And on issues like economy and inflation, I mean, it's like record setting low.

47:17So you remember all the pressure on Biden when Biden's approval was low?

47:22Well, Biden's approval at its lowest was still like 10 points higher than where Trump

47:29is now, which is fascinating to me because what really should be taking place internationally,

47:37nationally rather, what should be taking place, it is happening internationally, but nationally, is the

47:42conversation should be about this guy needs to resign.

47:45Like in normal functioning countries that aren't authoritarian, where someone has such a low approval

47:53and such a high disapproval, the number one story that should be front page on

47:59every paper and leading all of the news, frankly, is a countdown for resignation.

48:04I mean, the pressure should be so overwhelming amongst people with power and influence, not

48:11just from the people itself as well, but from people close to Trump.

48:15Right. That's what happened with Nixon.

48:16Right. You know, it was Republicans.

48:18There was people who could whatever.

48:20They said, we're going to do it.

48:21But now you have this sycophantic, MAGA Republican, distorted, perverted GOP.

48:28That's just very, very weird and bizarre.

48:31And they go on. Oh, Trump's the greatest negotiator.

48:33It's five dimensional. Oh, this is brilliant.

48:36This is you have to escalate to deescalate.

48:38This is how you do it.

48:39You don't understand the art of the deal.

48:41He did this. And now China's begging us.

48:44We're making China. Oh, we're making China beg by the U .S.

48:48removing its THAAD and Patriot systems from Asia and us getting rid of all of

48:53our munitions so that if China really wanted to at this time, it could easily

48:56take Taiwan. Like that. That's how we show China's economy is growing.

49:01China is sitting back and they've never been more powerful.

49:04I don't need to show the clip, but you had Besant being cross -examined on

49:08Russia. And they were like, so will you admit that when you remove sanctions on

49:12Russia, you gave them more money?

49:15By removing the oil sanctions?

49:16I absolutely disagree with that.

49:25allowing them to sell their oil, hence making them more money?

49:40And now Russia, Russia, Russia, as Donald Trump, if you've been watching his social media

49:45posts, which we've been covering here, he keeps now he's terrified of impeachment.

49:49Right after Virginia voted yes on the referendum, which would create a Virginia congressional delegation,

49:5710 Democrats, one Republicans. Trump's like, that was like, he's terrified of being impeached.

50:03He knows as soon as Democrats take power, he's going to get impeached.

50:07People may be asking, hey, they might as touch.

50:09What's going on with that Virginia court case, though?

50:12Didn't a lower court block the referendum, which passed and didn't count the referendum?

50:17Yes, but this was a partisan judge who was specifically picked by the Republicans when

50:25they forum shopped to pick this judge.

50:26He's ruled against this before.

50:28It was it was known that this was a judge who was going to rule

50:31against it. The issue is what's the Virginia Supreme Court going to do?

50:35They've had cases involving this exact 10 to 1 map and this exact referendum, and

50:41they allowed it to proceed to the voters already.

50:43So it's unlikely if they allowed the vote to take place.

50:47Now that it took place and in democracy, it functioned and the people voted that

50:52the Virginia Supreme Court is going to block the map that they've already basically approved

50:57through prior litigation. So we just have to wait till the Virginia Supreme Court makes

51:01a ruling. So I wouldn't be all stressed and worried about that.

51:04It is true. The map has been blocked temporarily, but we think you never know

51:08what's going to happen. Let me be clear.

51:09But most people who follow courts believe that's what the Virginia Supreme Court's going to

51:13do. But Donald Trump is terrified of being, Donald Trump is terrified of being impeached

51:19right now. Brett, what were you going to say about it?

51:21I'm sorry. I was going to give a quick update on to that note for

51:24those wondering, the Virginia Supreme Court is going to hear oral arguments on this case,

51:27April 27th at 9 a .m.

51:30Eastern time. So mark your calendars.

51:32We should have more information on all of this then.

51:36But shout out to the voters in the Commonwealth of Virginia for showing up and

51:40doing this. You know, you see the momentum.

51:42And, you know, when we speak about, you know, Donald Trump's approval rating being lower

51:46than Biden post debate, Donald Trump's approval rating being lower than Bush during Iraq, you

51:52know, all of Nixon, all the comparisons that you made.

51:56I think you have to ask yourself why.

51:58And ultimately, I think a lot of these people who are in Congress are scared

52:05of their voters in a way, but they're also in many cases like the worst

52:09people possible who could be elected to public office.

52:13And one of the reasons for that, well, I'll give a couple of reasons just

52:16off the top of my head thinking about this right now.

52:18But one, I'd say the Citizens United decision, which is, in my opinion, like one

52:22of the single worst decisions ever from the Supreme Court, which allowed unlimited money to

52:26go into our politics, which really gave an outsized voice to the wealthy in our

52:32system. I think that was incredibly damaging.

52:35And I think Republican gerrymandering over the years has been incredibly, incredibly damaging.

52:41Because instead of the voters picking their representatives, the representatives are picking their voters.

52:46It ultimately makes these safe districts for people where they don't actually have to worry

52:51about the polls, because they know that they're safe in their seat.

52:54In fact, here's the incentive that I'll point out.

52:57The incentive is not, you know, what's best for the country.

53:01The incentive becomes, how do I best appease my base?

53:05And when it becomes, comes to the Republicans, it's how do I appease the most

53:09extremist of the people, you know, those diehard MAGA people who I want to come

53:13to the polls and vote for me in these off years.

53:16So I need to go with along with whatever Donald Trump says, because those are

53:21the people who are going to decide.

53:23And if I don't do, and I'm not making excuses for them, I'm just showing

53:26you the incentives. If I don't do that, somebody is going to come in.

53:30And this is why you see all those like ultra crazy candidates who enter these

53:35races to try to primary the people once they start acting semi -normal.

53:40That is what they're afraid of.

53:42And so I hate that the Democrats have to do this in Virginia and in

53:46California and these states in order to fight back.

53:49But you can't unilaterally disarm during this process.

53:52You have to fight back.

53:54And the Republicans started this with Texas.

53:56They didn't think the Democrats were going to fight back and fight fire with fire.

54:01Governor Gavin Newsom led the way.

54:03He showed the rest of the country how this is done.

54:06Now Virginia is doing this.

54:07And I would say this is not just a win for the Democratic Party, but

54:11I think a win for the United States in restoring fairness to the system.

54:16And what my hope is, is that this has become such a tense situation between

54:22Republicans and Democrats in this gerrymandering war.

54:25And it is. so backfired for the Republicans in this process, the Democrats are now

54:30projected to gain more seats out of this gerrymandering war than the Republicans, and the

54:35Republicans started this thinking that that was impossible.

54:38So one of my hopes is, and I am certainly not about to make that

54:42bet on this, but one of my hopes is, what I would hope is that

54:45at a certain point in 2030, when these temporary maps are done and we go

54:50back to the census and redistricting process, that there is some piece of legislation that

54:55passes, that bans partisan gerrymandering, establishes independent commissions, and we actually make fair maps across

55:01the country, not where the politicians decide their voters, but where the voters get to

55:06decide their politicians, and I will just do one more reminder, I know I'm rambling

55:10a little bit, that just a few years ago, I think about five years ago,

55:14the Democrats tried to put forward a bill that did just that, I believe it

55:19was called Before the People Act, and you know what was in this bill also?

55:22A lot of the things that Republicans pretend to care about, voter ID, yes, but

55:27actual voter ID, like you could use your license, or you could use your college

55:30ID, you could use actual IDs.

55:32The Republicans, anytime they do these voter ID bills, they try to make it very

55:36restrictive. Oh, you actually need your passport.

55:38A lot of people don't have passports.

55:40You have to show your birth certificate.

55:41Your driver's license isn't enough.

55:43Your this ID is enough.

55:44Oh, but you can use an NRA card.

55:46They try to twist the system in order to make it, and then they try

55:49to pretend like Democrats just hate voter ID, which is just disproven by looking at

55:54the legislation, and so Democrats put that legislation forward, which banned partisan gerrymandering, which allowed

56:01voter ID. It was a very good compromise bill, to be honest, for this sort

56:05of situation. Every Republican voted against it, and so hopefully they will see their mistakes,

56:11and once again, not betting on it, but they will see that their attempts to

56:15gerrymander and try to game the system have backfired and screwed them over, and maybe

56:20they will actually come to the table and say, okay, let's do something.

56:24You know how we were talking about Virginia also is as Donald Trump is terrified

56:29about impeachment, and he viewed if he loses in Virginia, he's going to get impeached,

56:33and he talks about the 20 in his social media post.

56:36He talks about, I got impeached unfairly for Russia, Russia, Russia, and he keeps asking

56:40all of these MAGA Republicans to undo the impeachment.

56:43That's a lot of his social, late at night, early in the morning, revoke my

56:47impeachment, revoke my impeachment. But it's fascinating because, well, you can't do that, number one.

56:52Number two, he deserved to be impeached.

56:54Number three, what we're learning right before we went live, Washington Post reports that Donald

56:59Trump intends to invite Vladimir Putin to the G20 summit in Miami, officials say.

57:03The Russian leader is not yet committed to attend the annual gathering of world leaders,

57:07which is scheduled for December at the President's Doral Golf Resort.

57:11But Donald Trump has indeed invited Putin to show up, which would likely mean all

57:16the other G20 countries are probably going to boycott it and not show up.

57:19And then it will just be a meeting, I guess, of Donald Trump and Vladimir

57:22Putin in Miami. I want to talk about that when we come back.

1:02:55This is how you get these horrific members of Congress that are locked in these

1:03:00seats for decades and decades and decades and it needs to end.

1:03:05Now, here, let's just talk about undisputed facts, right?

1:03:08When I was a litigator and you would draft a summary judgment motion, you dealt

1:03:12in undisputed facts, right? So it is an undisputed fact that Democrats introduced legislation that

1:03:21would prohibit partisan gerrymandering. Undisputed fact one.

1:03:25I'm not being partisan. It doesn't mean being pro -Democrat.

1:03:28That's an undisputed fact, right?

1:03:29So then you would have another column, disputed or undisputed, right?

1:03:33That would be an undisputed fact.

1:03:36What did the Republicans do?

1:03:38Undisputed. Republicans vote to block that bill.

1:03:42Undisputed. Regardless of the fact that you don't have any ban on partisan gerrymandering, Democrats

1:03:50agree that you basically wait every 10 years, you do a new census, and then

1:03:55you have to play the gerrymandering game because Republicans have voted against the prohibition on

1:04:02partisan gerrymandering. That's an undisputed fact.

1:04:05Donald Trump and Republicans say, we have a plan where we're going to do mid

1:04:11-decade redistricting. We're not going to wait for the census, and we're going to pick

1:04:15up seats in Texas. So they do it.

1:04:17They don't do a constitutional referendum.

1:04:20They basically just push it through their Republican legislature, and then they don't bring it

1:04:25to the people, and then it passes.

1:04:27That's an undisputed fact. Then in response, Democrats say, well, you did that, so we're

1:04:33going to have to respond.

1:04:34So Governor Newsom led Prop 50, which instead of having the legislature make the ultimate

1:04:40decision, the legislature put forward a constitutional amendment, a referendum, if you will, to the

1:04:46people so that people could vote.

1:04:49California, it passed. Virginia, it passed.

1:04:51And now that's undisputed, right?

1:04:55And now the Republicans are whining about it and saying, oh, that's so unfair in

1:04:59Virginia. That's so unfair in California.

1:05:01It's like, what a bunch of losers you are.

1:05:04What do you mean it's unfair?

1:05:05You did. This was your game.

1:05:07You know, it's like, again, it's just really pathetic stuff.

1:05:10And I'm not saying this supporting Democrats or independents or as a political person.

1:05:15This was the game that you started, Republicans, and Democrats outmaneuvered.

1:05:21you. They beat you. And now, oh, this is so unfair.

1:05:25And that's what they've done.

1:05:26And when they talk about, oh, Democrats are rigging this or rigging that.

1:05:30No, it's Republicans who see how Democrats can prevail.

1:05:34And then the Republicans are out there trying to rig the system and come up

1:05:39with schemes so that you basically have not majority rule, where most Americans actually agree

1:05:45on a lot of the same issues.

1:05:47But you have a rule by these right -wing extremists because they've not been playing

1:05:53by the rules and they've been able to get away with it because people just

1:05:57wanted to live their lives and didn't want us too busy, too annoying to stop

1:06:02them. They were so relentless with their lives.

1:06:05Fine, just do it, do it, do it.

1:06:07And that's also one of the reasons that we got here in this hellscape.

1:06:10And in this hellscape, I mean, let's think about the headlines this week.

1:06:14I mean, you had a labor secretary who was under investigation for using taxpayer money

1:06:20for strip clubs and booze bashes and lavish vacations and Vegas parties.

1:06:28And her husband was accused of sexual misconduct and not allowed in the Labor Department

1:06:34building while the Labor Department building had Trump's gigantic photo on it.

1:06:40Like, she resigns, or she was fired, rather, and she, whatever, said she was fired.

1:06:46So that's one of the headlines that she was involved in.

1:06:48You have the secretary of the Navy fired while we have a naval blockade.

1:06:54You have this Daily Mail headline, former deputy ICE director.

1:06:59We're going to get to this next one.

1:07:00Not the sugar daddy one yet, Brett.

1:07:03Hard to keep track. Hard to keep track.

1:07:06This one. Former deputy ICE director Madison Sheehan invited a 19 -year -old female junior

1:07:11staffer into her bed after a Trump campaign party in 2020 and engaged in a

1:07:16secret sexual relationship for two years, Daily Mail reports.

1:07:20Sheehan is seeking the Republican nomination for Ohio's ninth congressional district that is currently held

1:07:25by a Democrat. And the headline is Lesbian Sex Secrets of Kristi Noem's ICE leader.

1:07:32So that's a headline. And, you know, I guess the allegations are denied by Madison

1:07:38Sheehan, but that's a headline there.

1:07:40And then you have, show the other headline, Brett, now.

1:07:43You have this headline over here.

1:07:46I'm no sugar daddy. Divorcee who spent 40K bankrolling glam department of homeland security counterterrorism

1:07:55official is unmasked as software CEO and breaks silence on their fling.

1:08:01So this 40 -year -old guy was on sugar daddy websites and he was the

1:08:06sugar daddy. And he started a relationship with a 29 -year -old Julia, Julia Vivaro.

1:08:13And she's the deputy like counter -terrorism position in the Homeland Department of Homeland Security.

1:08:21She's like the number two position.

1:08:23Like, she's like a random person.

1:08:26Like, she's a 29 -year -old with very little to no experience in this area.

1:08:31While she's holding this position, she's taking photos with her sugar daddies holding up signs

1:08:37saying she's horny. And by the way, as I've said before, and I'll make it

1:08:41clear, whether you're Kristi Noem's husband who has a fetish for bimboification, where he puts

1:08:46triple E boobs in his shirt and then has women with triple E boobs humiliate

1:08:52him. And he pays thousands of dollars to do that.

1:08:56And that, you know, apparently is something he likes to do.

1:08:58And it's called bimbo. qualification while he dresses up, he gets humiliated and he likes

1:09:03that. I'm not going to judge it.

1:09:05I'm not mocking it. You know, if, if you do things privately and consensually and

1:09:11safely, you know, I'm not the morality police, but I hope you're not breaking up

1:09:16families. And I hope it's done, you know, in a way that's consistent with whatever

1:09:20marriage thing, whatever you have, like, I don't, I don't want to encourage bad behavior,

1:09:24but if you're a private person and you're involved in, I'm not going to shame

1:09:27you. You know, if, if there's a community of sugar daddies and it's consensual and

1:09:31people are, are involved, I'm not going to mock the divorcee or, or, or even

1:09:36her. And unless she's the department of Homeland security, number two, and the guy's alleging

1:10:06person, it's like at the end of the day, shouldn't we be focused on the

1:10:10job? You're public servants. You're supposed to be servants for the public and for the,

1:10:16and for the public good.

1:10:17You know, I mean, who would you have the, the head of the department of

1:10:21Homeland security, counterintelligence, a counterintelligence unit is Thomas Fugate.

1:10:26The third, you know, it's, it's, it's this guy who's a 22 year old intern.

1:10:31Who's never had FBI experience at all.

1:10:34Never has Homeland security experience at all.

1:10:37No law enforcement. He like was like a, he's like worked for the Trump campaign,

1:10:41like interned 22 year old.

1:10:43This guy is running a big counterterrorism unit.

1:10:48She's a big counterterrorism, a top deputy.

1:10:51I mean, what, what, what, what is going on here as you just go through,

1:10:55you know, each of these things and then you go and actually makes sense because

1:10:58when you think about it, I mean, think about Donald Trump's background.

1:11:02I mean, Trump's background is someone who's publicly said he grabs women by their genital.

1:11:08He sexually assaults women and you get away with it cause you're rich.

1:11:11He says he goes into locker rooms and inspects girls in beauty pageants.

1:11:15Cause when you own it, he says, they let you do it.

1:11:17When you own it, you get to inspect them naked, which is again, sexual, sexual

1:11:22assault, sexual misconduct. In my opinion, he was found civilly liable for sexual assault.

1:11:27He's an adjudicated sexual predator in that he was found civilly liable for sexual assault.

1:11:33We have about audio, you know, saying these horrific things.

1:11:36He's Epstein's bud. While all of this is going on as well, they keep covering

1:11:40up the Epstein files. We're not going to be distracted from that here at the

1:11:43Midas touch network. You know, first, let me just show you going back to Lutnick

1:11:46for a second. When he was cross -examined by Congresswoman Madeline Dean about his Epstein

1:11:52connections, he refused to answer because I'm not going to answer.

1:11:55You're at, you're at Congress.

1:11:57Like, what do you mean?

1:11:57You're not going to answer.

1:11:58Just watch this first clip as she cross -examines him.

1:12:01And then I want to talk about what James Comer has said that Republicans are

1:12:07doing with Ghislaine Maxwell, and then how they're trying to shut down Epstein investigation as

1:12:12well. But first, here's Lutnick.

1:12:13Let's play it. If President Trump has even a shred of concern about accountability for

1:12:19Jeffrey Epstein's enablers, he would fire you too.

1:12:23Beyond ADFIN, what other financial ties do you have to Jeffrey Epstein?

1:12:31As I said, I'm going to answer all these.

1:13:08in a video earlier this week, Donald Trump's pick to be the chairman of the

1:13:14Federal Reserve, Kevin Marsh, Kevin Marsh.

1:13:18He was asked about his, are you going to dive?

1:13:22What relationships did you have with Epstein financially?

1:13:26Can you share it basically?

1:13:27Because he was in the Epstein files and apparently he was part of a fund.

1:13:31He's got like a hundred million dollars, you know, in assets and it's unclear really

1:13:37what, what, how you, what the division.

1:13:39It's interesting that all the people who Trump picks to be in his cabinet and

1:13:41for all these key positions just happen to have all these very close Epstein connections

1:13:45are in the Epstein file.

1:13:46It was very, very curious.

1:13:47I will say. And so the future chairman of the Federal Reserve basically gave an

1:13:50answer like Lutnik's answer right there.

1:13:52You know, basically said, ah, you know, I, the, the ethics, Trump's ethics committee cleared

1:13:57me of it. So that's all I'm going to, that's all I'm at liberty to

1:14:00say that the ethics committee said that it was.

1:14:02I just, I just cannot even fathom it.

1:14:05So then that brings us to what else is going on in the House of

1:14:10Representatives where you have James Comer on the record to Politico.

1:14:15It was what he said to Politico on the record that there are lots of

1:14:18members in the Republican Party who are now working with the White House to get

1:14:22a pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell.

1:14:24She goes, not me, not me, not me, but I'm aware, he says, of lots

1:14:27of Republican members who are now working with Trump to see if they can secure

1:14:33a pardon for Ghislaine and the way they're framing it is so that then she

1:14:37can testify. She's a known liar.

1:14:40She's a perjurer. And she's already spoken to Todd Blanch and perjured herself there.

1:14:44You're not going to tell the truth.

1:14:46How could you even conceive, fathom, pardoning the most despicable sex trafficker in like, in

1:14:56like the world history? It would be like pardoning like Jeffrey Dahmer, like one of

1:15:02the most disgusting serial killers who was a cannibal.

1:15:05It's like, like literally thinking like, like we're going to party Dahmer.

1:15:08We're covering up, you know, the, you know, the cannibal murderer ring and you're going

1:15:13to pardon Jeffrey Dahmer. But what are we even talking?

1:15:15How could that even be a thought?

1:15:17Is that how far that through the depths of depravity that's so cavalierly they talk

1:15:23about pardoning Ghislaine that he goes on the record and then political rights that.

1:15:28And then Comer has the audacity to say, don't you dare cite me for clickbait.

1:15:34I never said that I supported him.

1:15:36I said that there were others.

1:15:38I don't speak for the committee.

1:15:40You do speak for the committee.

1:15:42You're the chair of the House Oversight Committee, at least until Democrats take control.

1:15:47You literally speak for the committee.

1:15:49That's, that's, that's your job right now.

1:15:51So when you say your members want her to be pardoned, that raises eyebrows.

1:15:56That's it. And all of the Democrats said, we don't.

1:15:58So who on your committee, which Republicans are encouraging that to happen right now?

1:16:04So you've got that. And then one of the things that we learned this week

1:16:07is that Comer, who again, supposed to lead the House Oversight Committee, he's been working

1:16:11with the White House to come up with a plan basically to shut down all

1:16:16future. He's been working with the White House to come up with a plan.

1:16:16hearings on Epstein. And so what they're saying they want to do now is do

1:16:20Epstein roundtables where they bring people in not under oath and informally, and then the

1:16:28people pretend they're voluntarily showing up like, why would we need a subpoena you?

1:16:32These people are showing up in general.

1:16:34So people like Paolo Zampoli, who was the guy who introduced Donald Trump to Melania,

1:16:42and remember Paolo Zampoli's girlfriend, Amanda Angaro, is the one who's been out there saying

1:16:48that she knows a lot of dirt and that she wants to share the information

1:16:52with the public because she alleges that Zampoli helped get her deported by going to

1:16:59ICE to expedite her deportation during a custody dispute that they had with their children.

1:17:06She, Angaro, was brought here by one of Epstein sex traffickers, Jean -Luc Brunel, when

1:17:11she was like 17 years old or 15 years old, even that's how she was

1:17:15brought from Brazil to the United States.

1:17:18And then she got into this world and Zampoli is all over the Epstein files

1:17:22because him and Epstein were going to buy modeling agencies together.

1:17:25So whenever Melania is like, it wasn't Epstein that made the introduction to me and

1:17:29Donald, that's defamatory. It was Zampoli.

1:17:32Okay. It was Zampoli. Sure.

1:17:33The guy who wanted to buy the modeling agencies with Epstein.

1:17:36Yes. The guy who brought you here from Eastern Europe, right?

1:17:41What Zampoli would do is he would bring young Eastern European girls and women into

1:17:45the United States for his modeling agency.

1:17:47Then he would throw parties at the Kit Kat club where he would be a

1:17:50matchmaker between his young, between the young models, as he would call them, and the

1:17:54wealthy Manhattan businessmen. And they would meet at these gatherings.

1:17:58That's how Zampoli made a name for himself.

1:18:00He parlayed that into a real estate career.

1:18:03Now he's an ambassador within the United States.

1:18:06And he's out there now trying to ban the Iranian football team or soccer team

1:18:11from participating in the world cup.

1:18:13And he's working with, uh, with the head of FIFA, the guy who gave Trump

1:18:17the FIFA peace prize to do a trade, to allow Italy to join the world

1:18:22cup, even though Italy didn't qualify in place of Iran when Iran qualified.

1:18:28And also Donald Trump's been posting death threats against the Iranian football team a few

1:18:32weeks back, but that's the Zampoli.

1:18:34All of these, why I'm bringing up Zampoli is because Zampoli said that he would

1:18:38testify right away when Melania did that weird press conference.

1:18:42And now we're hearing, oh, there's no more testimony.

1:18:45We're just doing informal round tables.

1:18:47Anyway, I'm just giving you facts right now.

1:18:49Okay. I'm just sharing you with these things.

1:18:51You could, you could find implications or don't find implications with what I said.

1:18:55I'm you could form your own opinions.

1:18:57I share my opinions on this episode all the time as protected by the first

1:19:01amendment of the United States constitution, this whole episode as protected by the first amendment.

1:19:06It's a lot of opinion speech, but I go into the facts as well.

1:19:09And I form my opinions, but I root them in the facts.

1:19:12So you tell me how you think about it, but that's where we're at right

1:19:15now in this whole mess.

1:19:16I guess the final point I'll make is this before turning over to Brett.

1:19:20This is not normal. We should elect people who are public servants, public servant.

1:19:27They serve us. I'm not trying to cast a weirdo reality show of Kings and

1:19:35Queens and princesses and princesses who go around in their hellscape and behave awful.

1:19:41And then, and then go, Oh, did you know what this person did?

1:19:44Oh, could you believe that person?

1:19:45Now we're well beyond that.

1:19:47I don't care about the palace entry.

1:19:49I care about the people in this country and every media company should be focused

1:19:54on that. The people, because the people here are suffering.

1:19:58They can't afford things right now.

1:19:59Can't afford rent, can't afford groceries, can't afford gas, can't afford anything right now.

1:20:05People are living paycheck to paycheck.

1:20:07People are psychologically tortured by what this regime is doing.

1:20:12And they're out there behaving like a bunch of unhinged, just loony, lunatic, just depraved,

1:20:24sicko behavior, strange stuff. I'll leave it on that note.

1:20:29Brett. And then Brett, I'll give it to you real quick, but I just want

1:20:31to say, Ben, to your point right there, somewhere along the way, and I think

1:20:33it's when all this money came into politics, the public servant became reality star.

1:20:38And I think if you could draw the sort of concentric circles over there, you'd

1:20:42see that overlap, that all of this reality star behavior from our elective representatives that

1:20:47nobody quite frankly wants. You wouldn't hire these people to babysit your kids, to do

1:20:51anything in your own business, let alone lead your territory, your area, your state, your

1:20:56city. And what we see time after time right now is all of these reality

1:21:00stars that just want to make it about me, me, me nonstop, and not for

1:21:04the people, by the people.

1:21:05And we just have to get back to there as a society.

1:21:09Brett, sorry. And I don't care if you're a Democrat.

1:21:10I don't care if you're a Republican, Independent.

1:21:12I don't care what you call yourself.

1:21:13If you want to engage in that reality star behavior, then be a reality star.

1:21:18Okay. Like, go, go, go.

1:21:20Fine. Okay. As long as it's within the confines of the law, let your freak

1:21:24flag fly. I'm not certainly not going to kink shame you.

1:21:27I'm not going to do it.

1:21:28Do whatever you want to do.

1:21:29Okay. Party, go crazy. I don't care as long as you are not harming other

1:21:34people and you are abiding by the law.

1:21:36But when you enter the halls, the hallowed halls of Congress, you are representing the

1:21:42United States of America. You're representing the people of this country.

1:21:46You are in the White House.

1:21:48You are in a prestigious position.

1:21:50I'm not saying you can't have fun at all or be a normal person because

1:21:53we certainly want normal social people.

1:21:56But if you want to take it to that next level, then just don't be

1:22:00a politician. Okay. Like, understand that if you're going to get in this job, you're

1:22:04going to get in there.

1:22:05You're going to take it seriously.

1:22:07And all, like, most of your time should be, other than when you're with your

1:22:11family or, you know, or behaving appropriately, should be, what am I doing today to

1:22:17help the American people? What am I doing today to fix this problem or that

1:22:21problem? That's what I want to see.

1:22:23And I think that's what Americans want to see, you know, regardless of how they

1:22:28classify themselves, what they're registered as, you know, what they call themselves, where they are

1:22:33in the political spectrum. And to Jordy's point, let's get back to that.
