0:30Donald Trump is panicking and he appears ready to surrender to Iran.
0:35Donald Trump called up CBS an hour or so ago and he spoke to Ouija
0:40Jang over there and Trump said, I think the Iran war is pretty much complete.
0:46He says, pretty complete, pretty complete.
0:49They have no Navy, no communications.
0:52They've got no Air Force.
0:53He says the United States is very far ahead of its initial four to five
0:58week estimated time frame. When asked about Iran's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khomeini, who Trump
1:05is openly criticizing, Trump's like, we won.
1:07I have no message for him.
1:09None whatsoever. Donald Trump said that he had someone in mind to replace Khomeini, not
1:16Mojtaba. But he said that he's not going to discuss it now.
1:20Now, as for the Strait of Hormuz, Donald Trump said things are great.
1:25Ships are moving through it.
1:26But he's thinking about maybe taking it over himself.
1:30And then Trump warned Iran that they've shot everything they have to shoot and they
1:35better not try anything cute or it's going to be the end of that country.
1:41Now, obviously, Donald Trump called Ouija Jang over at CBS to try to manipulate the
1:48markets, which were crashing. Predictably, he manipulated the markets.
1:53The S &P erased its losses.
1:55We saw the markets rise on Donald Trump, saying that essentially the United States is
2:00surrendering to Iran. The U .S.
2:02has not achieved any of the goals that the Trump regime stated, which is get
2:07rid of the regime. In fact, we put in someone even more extreme than the
2:12original Ayatollah Khomeini. We put in his son, Motaba, who's more extreme.
2:17We did not eliminate, you know, their ballistic missile threat.
2:21We did not eliminate their ability to enrich uranium.
2:24But when Donald Trump surrenders, when he taps out, some people have called it taco,
2:29the markets actually perform better.
2:32So here he's doing that.
2:34And the markets reacted. The S &P erased all of its losses.
2:39Oil prices started declining. Right.
2:43The oil prices were reaching one hundred and fifteen dollars per barrel and they declined
2:48like 30 percent, which is what Donald Trump wanted.
2:52As Julia Love says, Ouija, you're an amazing reporter.
2:55But we all understand that Trump called her.
2:58He called you this afternoon so that he could report this vague but promising comment
3:03in the afternoon so that the markets would rally and erase the day's drop.
3:08Like, you realize that, right now, one of the things that we learned as well
3:12is that before Donald Trump announced that, I guess he's essentially declaring the war to
3:17be a victory and that everything is great.
3:20Donald Trump spoke with Putin today.
3:22And Donald Trump, in this phone call with Putin, heard from Putin, where Putin shared
3:28his proposal how to end the war quickly and how Putin thinks that this war
3:36should be brought to an end.
3:38The Kremlin, notably Putin, released the first readout of the call, which Trump, no one
3:47from his Trump's regime disputes.
3:49And so Putin was very quick to say, Donald called me and I'm going to
3:54be working with Donald to figure out a solution now to end the war in
3:58Iran. Just want you to think about how utterly dangerous that is, especially when you
4:03account for the fact of how well Russia has done in this war.
4:08Right. The surging prices of oil created a windfall for Russia, especially as the United
4:16States dropped a lot of critical sanctions against Russia, allowing it to sell oil.
4:22And by the way, after that phone call with Putin, we learned that the Trump
4:26regime is considering removing much more sanctions, allowing Russia to sell more oil potentially to
4:33other places. Just, again, process all of this together because it all needs to be
4:38taken in context with each other.
4:40Now, John Hudson writes, so which is it?
4:43This is, quote, just the beginning of the U .S.
4:46war in Iran, which is what Hegseth, Donald Trump's secretary of defense, told 60 Minutes
4:51on Friday. Or the war in Iran is very much complete.
4:55We're pretty much done, as Trump told Ouija from CBS today.
5:00Just so you can see the data points.
5:02Here is Hegseth on 60 Minutes on the Iran war, just so you see for
5:07yourself. Let's play it. What was the Iranian Navy?
5:11is largely no more. There'll be more boats to be sunk, for sure.
5:16So their ability to project any power in that area in a naval sense is
5:20diminishing and will be increasingly diminished.
5:23Again, what I want your viewers to understand is this is only just the beginning.
5:27Here's another clip of Hegseth from that same interview.
5:31Let's play this clip right here.
5:33But I would also remind your audience it's early.
5:35It's six days into this campaign, six days.
5:38So we're going to have a lot more options over time on critical waterways like
5:44that to ensure that we can safeguard them and make sure safe passes.
5:47Also, it should be noted that France's President Macron stated earlier that he expects the
5:55war to last a few more weeks.
5:57Iran has a say in when this is going to end.
6:00And when you've heard from the Iranian foreign ministers and the Iranian National Security Council
6:06advisors and leaders, they say they don't plan on stopping their actions in the region
6:12anytime soon in response to Donald Trump and Israel attacking Iran.
6:17I mean, we're learning this morning, for example, according to CBS News and two U
6:23.S. officials with knowledge on the matter, the U .S.
6:26lost two additional MQ -9 Reaper drones during operations against Iran, bringing the total losses
6:32of MQ -9s during the conflict with Iran to 11.
6:36And these are massively expensive drones, the MQ -9s.
6:42And we've lost 11 of them so far.
6:45We're learning that the Israeli officials are growing concerned about the escalating war with Iran
6:51and suggested possible exit ramps.
6:54This is per The Washington Post.
6:56Details include exit ramps are being discussed amid concerns over the region and the global
7:01economy. Talk of an endgame is early.
7:05And the decision Israel says is with Trump.
7:08Trump has wavered among several conceptions of the outcome.
7:12I'm not sure it is in our interest to fight until the regime is toppled,
7:17said an Israeli official. We posted this on the Midas Touch account, this photo of
7:22Donald Trump with what he said to CBS.
7:25I think the Iran war is pretty much complete.
7:27He's in front of the Mission Accomplished banner right there.
7:32And one of the things that Trump has also said, and I mentioned it before,
7:37is that he's now considering taking over the Strait of Hormuz himself, whatever that's supposed
7:43to mean. The Department of Defense, which calls itself the Department of War, posted the
7:48following, We have only just begun to fight after Donald Trump said our mission is
7:52largely complete. Alex Ward reports the following.
7:56Trump has told aides he would back the killing of the new Iranian Supreme Leader,
8:01Mojtaba Khomeini, if he proves unwilling to cede to U .S.
8:05demands, such as ending Iran's nuclear development, current and former U .S.
8:09officials say. The White House declined to comment, but Trump on Monday told the New
8:13York Post he was not happy that Khomeini was selected to lead Iran.
8:17He called Khomeini unacceptable. I'm not going through this to end up with another Khomeini,
8:23Trump told Time Magazine last week.
8:25Israel would likely execute an operation aimed at taking out Khomeini, who was named as
8:29the Supreme Leader on Sunday.
8:31A current and former U .S.
8:33official said, noting that Israel is taking the lead on targeting Iranian leaders right there.
8:39So you've got that. Then Donald Trump moments ago gave a speech at the Republican
8:46retreat at his resort in Doral.
8:49He has the Republicans, of course, all go there while we're in this war, while
8:53Congress refuses to work or do its Article I duties.
8:57They're hanging out with Donald Trump and using their money to pay for hotels at
9:03Trump's resort at the Doral in Miami.
9:05And then Donald Trump said the following on Iran.
9:08He called the war an excursion.
9:10This is just a short term excursion.
9:12You can see how weak his language is here.
9:14It's better, stronger, and our country is doing really well.
9:19I mean, at a level that nobody thought.
9:21We took a little excursion because we felt we had to do that to get
9:24rid of some evil. And I think you'll see it's going to be a short
9:28term excursion. How good is our military, right?
9:33Amazing. How good. Short term.
9:41Short term. Thank you. They're great.
9:49Then Donald Trump lies and says that, you know, if we didn't do this in
9:55Iran in a week, they would have deployed nuclear weapons all over the Middle East.
10:00Play this clip. Had we not done the B2 raid and have we not done
10:05this one where we said, you know, it's time to go in.
10:08We have to go in.
10:08Have no choice. Number one, if we didn't go in, they would have come in
10:12after us because I see the Democrats trying to justify it.
10:16And they're failing because the voter on the street is saying, you've got to be
10:19kidding. But I see where they're going.
10:22Well, they're always saying, no, no, there was no reason.
10:24Well, I'll give you the best reason of all.
10:27Within a week, they were going to attack us 100 percent.
10:30They were ready. They had all these missiles far more than anyone thought.
10:34And they were going to attack us.
10:36But they were going to attack all of the Middle East and Israel.
10:39And if they had a nuclear weapon, they would have used it on Israel.
10:42And this was going to be a major attack on all.
10:44They had all of those missile sites and all those launchers that we got rid
10:49of about 80 % of them right now, by the way, got rid of.
10:52He starts making noises. Play the clip.
10:57It's the easiest thing we have.
10:59I can't. It's the easiest thing we have.
11:03He then says that Chuck Schumer is a registered Palestinian.
11:06And then Donald Trump says that the Iranian people are quite nasty, referring to Iranians
11:12in general. As a general matter, he refers to the people of Iran as quite
11:17nasty. Yeah, I don't think you are helping your cause, Donald, of building any kind
11:23of coalitions in Iran when you say they're quite nasty.
11:26Here, play this clip. And I've watched them.
11:28I watched Schumer, who's horrible.
11:30What a horrible politician. He is now a Palestinian officially.
11:33He is registered as a Palestinian.
11:37He's a proud. He's taken the biggest turn of any human being I've ever seen.
11:43He's gone from totally pro -Israel to totally pro -Palestinian.
11:48He wants to protect the Iranian people that are quite nasty.
11:53Donald Trump then says we have to crush health care in this speech.
11:58Let's play it. Inherited that one of the first targets must be the crushing health
12:03care. We have to crush the and take over the health care situation, which we
12:09can do. For the first time, we can do it.
12:11And then even though we know who's leading Iran right now, the new Ayatollah Mojtaba,
12:17Donald Trump says nobody knows who's running it right now, which is false.
12:20We know who's running it right now.
12:21And we've heard from the foreign minister.
12:24We've heard from their national security advisors.
12:28We've heard from all their top people, pretty much.
12:31But here's what he says.
12:33Their terrorist leaders are gone.
12:36We're counting down the minutes until they will be gone.
12:40Think of it. We had leaders and they're gone.
12:43We had new leaders and they're gone.
12:45And now nobody has any idea who the people are that are going to be
12:48the head of the country and will not relent until the enemy is totally and
12:53decisively defeated. Then we have MAGA Mike Johnson says this is the golden age.
12:58Listen for yourself. When we were here just last year, we were talking about being
13:02on the edge, on the verge of the dawn of a new golden era in
13:07America. And my friends, that is exactly what we are in the middle of now.
13:11The new golden era, new golden age.
13:16More from MAGA Mike. He says that Donald Trump never sleeps.
13:19I'll share this with you right here.
13:21He is the most active president, the most energized president, the most successful president, I
13:28believe, in my lifetime. And he's proven it over and over and over.
13:32And part of it is because he doesn't sleep, thankfully.
13:34He's got so much to do.
13:36And I know that because I get calls from him at 2 a .m.
13:39and 7 a .m., sometimes in the same day.
13:41He doesn't require a lot of sleep, thankfully.
13:43And he is the man for the moment.
13:45And just so you can hear from what the Iranians are saying, here's the foreign
13:51policy advisor to the office of Supreme Leader, Kamal Qarazzi.
13:56Here's what Kamal Qarazzi says about, you know, is there any desire to reach any
14:02negotiated resolution with the United States?
14:05What happens next? I mean, just listen for yourself what he says.
14:08Here, play this clip. Iran has a new supreme leader.
14:12What does that mean for your military effort and the confrontation with the United States
14:16and Israel? That means the system is quite functioning.
14:21So the United States says it's drastically degraded the Iranian military, the capabilities as far
14:26as missiles is concerned, drones is concerned.
14:28How much longer can you do this?
14:29That is one of the false narratives that the United States government is producing.
14:40Iranian military is quite strong, as you see, because they have the motivation.
14:50They have the arms that they need, which are produced in Iran.
14:56As a matter of fact, we are not dependent on any other country for weapons
15:02and arms. So your side is ready for a long war, if the United States
15:07and Israel choose that. Do you consider this an existential threat to the Islamic Republic?
15:13It is an existential threat to the Islamic Republic.
15:16And therefore, we have to stay with full might, as we are doing now.
15:23Is your side seeking or will you seek a ceasefire with the United States at
15:27this point in time? And with Israel?
15:29I don't see any room for diplomacy anymore.
15:33Because Donald Trump had been deceiving others and not keeping with his promises.
15:40And we experienced this in two times of negotiations, that while we were engaged in
15:46negotiation, they struck us. How does all of this end then?
15:51If you say right now there's no room for negotiation, President Trump says he wants
15:55complete surrender. What does that lead to?
15:58There's no room unless the economic pressure would be built up to the extent that
16:06other... countries would intervene to guarantee this termination of aggression of Americans and Israelis against
16:16Iran. And here's what Marco Rubio had to say.
16:19And you'll note that there's, as Jimmy Rushton explains, there's no mention of removing the
16:23regime, no mention of destroying the Iranian nuclear program, no mention of destroying Iran's ability
16:29to project power via proxy forces.
16:32And the regime's war aims just constantly change.
16:36You can listen to it for yourself.
16:37Here play this clip. The goals of this mission are clear and it's important to
16:41continue to remind the American people of why it is that the greatest military in
16:44the history of the world is engaged in this operation.
16:46It is to destroy the ability of this regime to launch missiles, both by destroying
16:51their missiles and their launchers, destroy the factories that make these missiles and destroy their
16:56Navy. That's the current update we have now.
