0:31with Prime. Donald Trump is absolutely losing it as the Epstein files continue to expose
0:40him and his regime. And so he had his Department of Justice release basically a
0:47bogus list, which they call this is the politically exposed list of people who are
0:54in the Epstein files. And so they try to bury Donald Trump's name, which of
1:00course is on the list, with a bunch of other people.
1:03And they're doing it in a way to kind of just give the middle finger
1:07to the entire investigation into the child sex trafficking and give the middle finger to
1:15the entire survivor community. And I don't say this lightly, but like, look at who
1:21the people they're listing as politically exposed.
1:25The Pope, Pope John Paul II, late Pope, they have Elvis Presley on there.
1:33They have Janis Joplin, who died in 1970.
1:39Marilyn Monroe is on there.
1:42And they're saying these are the politically exposed people who were involved in the Epstein
1:46list. Then you look through it and you have people like Todd Blanche and Donald
1:50Trump's name. But that's how they think they're being clever by including all those people
1:55together. I mean, it's just so utterly despicable.
1:58And by the way, even Marjorie Taylor Greene's like, you know, I'm all over the
2:02lists and the emails. And she's like, I wasn't even a member of Congress, you
2:07know, until after Epstein, you know, died.
2:10And so you're putting me on the list.
2:12And so it just seems to be what the Trump regime is doing.
2:15We got the scoop first here on the Midas Touch Network.
2:19Aaron Parnas reported the Department of Justice has sent over a letter to Congress outlining
2:25or supposed to outline why it made the redactions to the Epstein files.
2:30It's a six -page letter that then includes the list of politically exposed persons.
2:36And it's Elvis, Pope John Paul II, Marilyn Monroe, Janis Joplin, you know, people like
2:43that. As Democratic Congress member Ro Khanna writes, The DOJ is once again purposefully muddying
2:49the waters on who was a predator and who was mentioned in an email.
2:53To have Janis Joplin, who died when Epstein was 17, in the same list as
2:58Larry Nassar, who went to prison for the sexual abuse of hundreds of young women
3:04and child pornography, with no clarification of how either was mentioned in the files is
3:10absurd. Release the whole files.
3:12Stop protecting predators. Survivors redact only the survivor's name and produce what's called a privilege
3:20log. Yes, it's going to be very difficult for you to make a privilege log.
3:25It isn't easy. Back in the day when I was a litigator, I would do
3:28it on all of my cases.
3:30It's a spreadsheet. It may be thousands of pages, tens of thousands of pages, or
3:36hundreds of thousands of pages, where you go through each.
3:39This is what you're supposed to do in every case.
3:42You list the document number.
3:44We call it a Bates number.
3:46Those are those numbers on the bottom right of the document.
3:49And if you're withholding any information, you then on the spreadsheet, assert what privilege or
3:56claim you're making for purposes of withholding that document.
4:01And then you give a little bit of a description of why you're withholding the
4:05document. Obviously, your description can't be too specific if you're rightfully withholding it on the
4:11basis of a privilege. But you're supposed to give a little description.
4:14And then if someone wants to challenge it, they look at your privilege log, they
4:18bring it to a court, and then they're able to challenge it.
4:20But here, the Trump DOJ is also claiming no judges can enforce the Epstein Transparency
4:25Act. So they are the only people who can enforce it.
4:29You have Marjorie Taylor Greene going on more right -wing podcasts.
4:33I mean, she's furious about what's taking place.
4:35And she said, look, I want everybody to know that the person who's fighting the
4:42release and who has fought the release of the Epstein files the hardest, she says,
4:47is Donald Trump. She's like, you may not want to hear that because she's on
4:51a right -wing podcast. She goes, that's the truth.
4:53It's coming from Trump. That's who wants to block this.
4:56And I think it's obvious why.
4:58Listen to what Marjorie Taylor Greene has to say in her own words.
5:01Here, play this clip. Pam Bondi, she serves at the pleasure of the president and
5:07his administration. And those there are telling her, here's who you can prosecute.
5:13No, don't do this. I mean, they told her that the Epstein files, that fight
5:18to release the Epstein files came directly from President Trump.
5:24And I know a lot of people have a hard time with that, but that
5:27is the truth. He fought the hardest to stop these files from being released.
5:31And the only reason that he signed our bill that we passed in the House
5:35was because he had to.
5:38And then she says that the biggest miscalculation Donald Trump ever did was calling the
5:45Epstein files a hoax. Here, play this clip.
5:47It became a massive political problem.
5:50Biggest political miscalculation in Donald Trump's career was calling this a hoax, fighting the release
5:57of it, and having Mike Johnson, the Speaker, refuse to bring the bill to the
6:02floor to the point where Thomas Massey, myself, Nancy Mason, Lauren Boebert actually had to
6:08vote with all of the Democrats to get it released.
6:12You know, I don't, where I will disagree with Marjorie Talley Green on mostly everything,
6:18it wasn't that Trump miscalculated it.
6:21It's that he's demented and he's a predator.
6:23And so he's spewing and saying things that predators say.
6:27And so for Trump, he just thinks that, you know, he gets to say, ah,
6:31this is like Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
6:34And he goes, it's a hoax, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia.
6:37And it's like all of the things that Donald Trump claims are hoaxes are not
6:42hoaxes. Okay. They're the reality, Marjorie Talley Green.
6:46I hate to, you know, remember the movie at the end, Sixth Sense, where it's
6:50like, I see dead people because, you know, he's dead the whole time.
6:53Sorry if I ruined the ending for everybody.
6:55Marjorie Talley Green, I'm ruining the ending for you right now.
6:59Now, everything he says is a hoax, he's really the one who's behind all of
7:03this criminality. I mean, right, Russia, Russia, Russia is a hoax.
7:07You have a photo of you and Vladimir Putin in the West Wing above the
7:12photo of you and your grandchild.
7:14I mean, you invited Putin to Alaska, you know, several months ago and you rolled
7:19out the red carpet and made our troops bend down on their knees and like
7:25literally like kiss Putin's feet.
7:29It was like one of the most disgusting things.
7:31You're trying to do fake $12 trillion deals with Putin.
7:34You're being called out for it at the Munich Security Conference right now.
7:38Like, you know, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Donald.
7:40I mean, so utterly pathetic.
7:42During the E. Jean Carroll case where Donald Trump was found liable for sexual assault
7:48by a federal jury, you had Roberta Kaplan, the lawyer.
7:52She cross -examined Donald Trump and then Donald Trump at the end of the deposition
7:57said, see you on Tuesday or something.
8:01He spelled out the horrific C word to refer to the female lawyer.
8:06And but the reason I want to bring this up is she had a great
8:09line of questioning where she said, ah, so you claim 2020 election is a hoax,
8:14right? You see, you believe you win.
8:16That's a hoax. You claim that you that when you were accused of sexually assaulting
8:23my client, E. Jean Carroll, that's a hoax, right?
8:26He goes, that's a hoax.
8:27So you claim that Russia collusion is a hoax, right?
8:31You claim all these things are hoaxes, right?
8:33It was it was a very strong line of questioning.
8:36I'll just show you to right wing podcaster Tim Dillon.
8:40Here's what he had to say the other day about Pam Bondi.
8:42Let's play it. Pam Bondi.
8:44You got to remember, Pam Bondi is from Florida.
8:49She was, I believe, the attorney general of the state of Florida.
8:53She's way in over her head.
8:54I feel bad for her.
8:55She's like a real housewife.
8:57She's not supposed to be doing this.
9:00They all get in there and they all think, you know, they all go, oh,
9:05we're going to we're going to justice is here.
9:09You know, like the Avengers are here, her and Cash and Bongino.
9:14He's already back to podcasting.
9:16It's in under a year.
9:18She has no idea what's going on.
9:20She gets in there and and and and in these these these people are all
9:27unprepared. They're all unprepared for what is about to happen.
9:33They don't know. She doesn't know what's about to happen.
9:35She has no idea. And then they're given a choice.
9:38They're like, you're you are.
9:41You're involved now in this cover up.
9:43This is you. This is on you.
9:45You're in it with us.
9:47Cash Patel's in it because he's like probably being, you know, he's another one's being
9:51handled. He's another one's being either controlled to some degree.
9:55He's lying. He's he knows just turning to a moment to what's going on in
10:00the Munich Security Conference, because, you know, here in the United States, as you have,
10:05you know, the Trump regime engaging in the most heinous cover up of a child
10:11sex trafficking. Now, just think about how serious this is.
10:14Just pull back for a second.
10:15Right. How important is it for all of us that the Epstein list be released?
10:20Right. And so what the Trump regime does is they put out a fake list
10:26that has the names of Marilyn Monroe and Janis Joplin and the Pope and people
10:33like that. And I'll think it just that's how demented and sick these, you know,
10:39these are. And they try to mix it with people who are actually involved.
10:43So, oh, we don't know.
10:45And then not only that, but then they don't include a lot of people who
10:48are actually involved as well.
10:50That's what our demented, failed, ridiculous regime is doing here.
10:57But, you know, look abroad when they try to bring their talking points to Munich.
11:02Like, look, you have Kaha Kalas.
11:04She's the main foreign policy chief for the European Union.
11:08Just watch her trying to hold in her laughter as she watches Mike Waltz, Donald
11:15Trump's secretary, Donald Trump's ambassador to the United Nations.
11:19As he's like, we stopped eight wars.
11:23Donald Trump is a peace president.
11:25We did eight wars. They're like they're the world leaders are actually laughing in the
11:31face of the American representatives in Munich.
11:34Here play this clip. Why hasn't the U .N.
11:37been able to resolve issues like a border dispute between Cambodia and Thailand or Azerbaijan
11:45or media or we could walk around the world or Kashmir and India and Pakistan
11:51where we faced a very serious nuclear escalation.
11:53So what I'm hearing outside of forums like this privately is thank you for American
12:00leadership. America has to lead if we have to have more focused plurilateral or focused
12:05multilateral organizations to do so.
12:08I think that should be perfectly acceptable if we're getting the results that results in
12:13in peace and security. Then you have Republican Senator Tom Tillis from North Carolina with
12:21Senator Shaheen as well. And, you know, they're they're out there.
12:27And here's what Republican Tom Tillis had to say here.
12:31Play this clip. I've heard it said by someone that who gives a shit about
12:35who owns Greenland. That was 55 ,000 indigenous people of Greenland give a shit about
12:40who owns Greenland. And at the end of the day, we need to show them
12:43respect and we need to understand the fiscal reality that we don't have to pay
12:47a dime to project power in the Arctic with our partners like Canada, who will
12:52bring the icebreakers to clear the channels to get there.
12:55And some of the Scandinavian partners who are the true Arctic experts, along with some
13:00of our Alaskan military personnel, you know, very forceful right there.
13:05And speaking of Greenland, then we heard from the prime minister of Greenland, Jens Friedrich
13:12Nielsen. Here's what he had to say.
13:14Let's play it. It's not only about Greenland.
13:17Imagine a NATO country acquiring, taking, threatening an ally.
13:24Where would the world stand if that happened?
13:29We would be a puzzle, we would be a puzzle in a big game.
13:34And what would prevent those, America, if they did that, USA and Russia and China
13:41to split up the world in three big blocks if this was allowed?
13:49It's outrageous. It's outrageous. And I don't.
13:51think we can lower shoulders either.
13:53I think we have taken some steps.
13:55We also heard from the leader in Spain right now, Pedro Sanchez.
14:02Here's what he had to say about the fact that America is going to be
14:06spending a trillion dollars on rebuilding or building up their nuclear arsenal when that amount
14:12of money could literally stop global poverty.
14:15Play this clip. But now the tide is turning.
14:19Nuclear powers have forgotten the lessons of the past and they are expanding their nuclear
14:24arsenals once again. Together, they are spending more than 11 million dollars every single hour
14:32on them. And experts estimate that the U .S.
14:37alone will invest 946 billion dollars in nukes over the next decade, enough to eradicate
14:45extreme global poverty. And then two more points I want to make of what's going
14:49on abroad. You have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton calling out Donald Trump for
14:56betraying the West. Here's what she had to say.
14:58So do you think he has destroyed the West to go to our title?
15:03He has betrayed the West.
15:06He's betrayed human values. He's betrayed the NATO charter, the Atlantic charter, the Universal Declaration
15:14of Human Rights. A lot of what has been done before to try to make
15:18sense of how difficult it is to restrain people who want unaccountable power.
15:25And none of us in this room, including all of us on this panel, would
15:29choose to live under a regime that was so unaccountable that it could act with
15:33impunity the way that Putin does, except that's who Trump is modeling himself as.
15:39I didn't think we would.
15:40And then you had Governor Newsom out there as well talking about MAGA.
15:44Let's play this clip. Temporary.
15:46It's temporary. MAGA will not survive past Donald Trump.
15:50He's a cult of personality.
15:52I said invasive species. Some of you may not know what the hell I'm talking
15:57about. But he's just, he took over this Republican Party.
16:00You made the point. That old Republican Party, some of them are here.
16:06I mean, none of us recognize them.
16:09They don't recognize themselves. They don't recognize themselves.
16:12I mean, Rubio doesn't recognize himself.
16:15He was one of the most effective critics of Donald Trump in the United States
16:20of America. Yeah, he should rewatch his old videos.
16:24He was right. Lindsey Graham was right.
16:28This is temporary. Thought this was important as the United States is making or the
16:33Trump regime is making a fake lists.
16:36Here's what's going on in French and France.
16:39French prosecutors announced special team for Epstein files.
16:43The Paris prosecutor's office on Saturday announced it was setting up a special team of
16:49magistrates to analyze evidence that could implicate French nationals.
16:54They're, they're running their own independent investigation right now.
16:57And it should be noted one of Epstein's closest friends who was involved in the
17:01sex trafficking ring, who was also friends with Trump is a guy by the name
17:05of Jean -Luc Brunel, who was involved the same way Trump and Epstein and all
17:10these guys were involved in modeling agencies.
17:13Jean -Luc Brunel had his modeling agency.
17:17And, um, guess where, guess what happened to Jean -Luc Brunel?
17:20If you guessed died by alleged suicide in a prison, that's what, yeah, that all
17:27these people died by alleged suicides in prison died in 2022.
17:31Um, and now they're reopening the investigation into that in France, but here in the
17:37United States, like, you know, about, um, you know, about, um, you know, about Lutnick
17:42and you know, about fell out, fell on the Navy secretary and, um, you know,
17:48Peter Thiel and, um, and, uh, Elon Musk.
17:51I mean, you, I go on and on.
17:53I mean, all the people closest to Trump, um, you know, oh, what's his name?
17:56Dr. Oz is inviting Epstein to a Valentine's day party.
18:01You're going to the same party.
18:02RFK hanging out with Epstein.
18:03I'll be ridiculous. Uh, but also you have, uh, Tom Barrack.
18:09Remember this guy, Tom Barrack?
18:11He's one of the top U S diplomats right now.
18:13You know, that's out there.
18:15Um, in August, 2011, Barrack emailed Epstein and said, just saw Sultan who likes you
18:22a lot. I told them you're the best that you're a first class brain inside
18:27of a first class human being miss you.
18:30That's what Tom Barrack wrote to Epstein in 2011.
18:33The exchanges include invitations to private residences, introductions to diplomats.
18:39They also show Epstein repeatedly encouraged Barrack to move communications to encrypted messaging apps, records
18:46of which are not part of the government release.
18:50And Barrack right now, senior position, top ambassador in the United States, one of the
18:56more influential people in our government right now.
18:59And you know, they're all, they're, they're all part of this thing.
19:01They're all, they're all in it.
19:03They're, they're all in it.
19:05It's right there in black and white.
19:07I mean, that's not disqualifying right there.
19:09The Sultan, the Sultan who's, uh, sent the torture videos to Epstein.
19:15They said they liked the torture videos of the girls.
19:18The hell is going on anyway.
