1:47Moments ago, Donald Trump held a deranged press conference in the Oval Office, where he

1:53bragged about how Iran gave him a very secret prize, a very valuable gift that

2:01Donald Trump says he was very grateful for.

2:04Doesn't want to talk about what the gift is, but he got a present, he

2:08said. Now, this follows 24 hours before, where Donald Trump said his plan is to

2:15create a joint venture agreement, like an LLC, if you will, with the Ayatollah, to

2:22jointly control the Strait of Hormuz.

2:25Donald Trump and his new buddy, the Ayatollah, working together, Donald Trump said to the

2:32press when he was on a tarmac heading to Tennessee, where he went to Graceland,

2:38and in a very deranged fashion, I did a video on it, started autographing Elvis's

2:46guitar and started acting as though Elvis was alive today.

2:50It was very, very bizarre.

2:52You had Pete Hegseth at this press conference in the Oval Office saying that, basically,

3:00we don't negotiate except with bombs.

3:03That's how we negotiate with bombs.

3:06And meanwhile, the Iranian regime is, like, mocking Donald Trump and his regime.

3:13They've been posting photographs of, like, a car that has, like, the steering wheel.

3:20I'll read you this one in a moment.

3:21There's another one where they have, like, a car with, like, an actual steering wheel,

3:24but then, like, the baby steering wheel on the passenger side.

3:27And they're like, Donald Trump and the Ayatollah will work on the Strait of Hormuz

3:32together. Then the Iran embassy from South Africa, they posted, like, a fake signal message.

3:39And the reason, of course, why they use signal is because they probably have hacked

3:42into all of the signal messages of the Trump regime officials.

3:46But regardless, they say, good and productive talks with Iran.

3:51And they mock Donald Trump having a conversation with himself on Signal, where Donald Trump's

3:57like, hey, Ayatollah, let's talk about the Strait for sure.

4:01Oh, that's good to hear.

4:03Okay. I will cease attacks for five days.

4:06Thank you for your attention to this matter.

4:09And it's basically left on read.

4:11Like, there is no response to Donald Trump's message.

4:14If you pull it up one more time, it actually says on top, it says,

4:20President of Peace is who he's, is who it's from.

4:25President of Peace. I mean, again, that's what they're doing in Iran.

4:29I mean, we can look at some of the objective facts because we know that

4:31Donald Trump lies about everything and or does this to manipulate the markets.

4:36Both. The guy lies about every word.

4:39You know, I suppose if there was a superpower, although I don't mean it in

4:44a positive sense, it's that how could literally every word and syllable be laced with

4:54a lie? It's an impressive quality that quite literally all you spew all day is

5:00an imaginary world, but that it is based on forcing others to bend to the

5:07reality of your imaginary world.

5:10Well, then I guess. The frustration, we'll be putting it lightly, the panic that the

5:16Trump regime is having with Iran is Iran is saying, no, we're not doing that.

5:22We're not agreeing to any of these things.

5:25No, we're not going to give up the Strait of Hormuz.

5:29Why would we? We control it with an iron fist now.

5:32You've already removed sanctions on our oil, which we never had lifted before.

5:38We're making billions of dollars.

5:40We created a toll in the Strait of Hormuz.

5:44Countries like India have to negotiate with us bilaterally right now, and then their ships

5:52can pass. China negotiating with us bilaterally.

5:57We are increasing our penetration rate of ballistic missiles, and Iran has rolled out these

6:05cluster munitions right now that they've been using, where they shoot less missiles by far.

6:12And one of the reasons is the U .S.

6:15has been able to strike a lot of the ballistic missile launchers in Iran.

6:20But Iran also has shifted tactics, and they figured, why do we even need to

6:25shoot so many ballistic missiles if we can just shoot one or two a day

6:31at the right location, be more precise with it, and disrupt massive amounts of trade?

6:37We're just going to keep on doing that every day while we control the Strait

6:42of Hormuz. And so last night in Isfahan and Kashmir, the United States and Israel

6:49were able to strike energy facilities of Iran.

6:54Iran responds, strikes energy facilities in Kuwait.

6:57Also, Iran's been striking Israel, in addition to other areas that we talked about earlier

7:04this week, where Israel's nuclear weapons are.

7:07I mean, they've been able to strike kind of in the heart of Tel Aviv,

7:10in Haifa. And we're not getting a lot of the information out because Israel is

7:18suppressing a lot of video footage and information about just how bad it is there.

7:22But from people who live there, they've never seen it this bad ever.

7:27And the interceptors provided by the U .S.

7:31to Israel are effective. But a lot of these Iranian missiles have been able to

7:36evade the interceptor systems. Like I'm showing you video footage right now of what transpired,

7:43where you're able to see these ballistic missiles evade the Israeli interceptor system, where before

7:52Israel's interceptor systems were able to, you know, kind of strike and strike these ballistic

7:58missiles all the time. So this video footage is showing a failed interception of Iranian

8:04medium range ballistic missiles that struck earlier near the city of Safed in northern Israel.

8:10But whether it's northern Israel, southern Israel, central Israel, Iran continues to strike there, continues

8:15to strike around the Arab nation neighbors as well.

8:19So that's objective data. So I show that to you because when Donald Trump's like,

8:25they're crushed, they don't have weapons, they don't have anything, they don't have leadership.

8:31Not only do they have leadership, they have leadership that are trolling you with memes

8:37right now. Not only that, you have, for example, Ali Larajani, who the Trump regime

8:45and Netanyahu killed recently, replaced by a more extreme person.

8:53Ali Larajani, very extreme person, let's be very clear about that, was very much involved

8:59in massacring protesters in January, where Trump promised that he would save the protesters in

9:05line and got them massacred.

9:06We should never forget Donald Trump's great betrayal of actually the democracy protesters.

9:12Since Donald Trump betrayed them, they're not coming out.

9:14Why would they come out?

9:15Especially if Donald Trump's talking about doing joint venture agreements with the Ayatollah or working

9:21with the Islamic Republic. If that's ultimately the endgame here was a much stronger Iran

9:26and a weaker United States, that's what this, that's what the goal of all of

9:31this was right now. But you have Mohammed Bagar Zagadar, who's now been appointed as

9:38the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, replacing Larajani.

9:43So you got a more extreme Larajani in the Larajani position.

9:47And this is the case throughout the regime.

9:50So sure, you killed a group of people who were in leadership.

9:55Yeah. But they were replaced by more extreme leadership.

9:58And now one of the things I think we're seeing as well is the Islamic

10:03Revolutionary Guard, the army itself, solidifying and forming a kind of army dictatorship that's asserting

10:13more power than it ever did before.

10:15I mean, I know Donald Trump didn't study Iran's bifurcated leadership structure.

10:23But if you look at their leadership structure, it's decentralized, they frequently refer to it

10:29in Iran as their mosaic architecture of defense, meaning there's lots of different levels and

10:36layers. I guess think a G could be...

10:39We saw a puzzle of autonomous control with set targets already and set leadership structures

10:48and succession structures already kind of in place.

10:52I don't want to necessarily compare it to like federalism in the United States, but

10:57you have all of these kind of regional leaders within the Islamic Revolutionary Guard and

11:04also within their kind of secret police domestic forces that are both empowered to kind

11:09of strike. And now we're seeing, I think, a further entrenchment of power in the

11:15Islamic Revolutionary Guard side of things.

11:18So things are getting worse.

11:20You know, Arab mediators are saying they have a lot of skepticism that they're anywhere

11:26close to a deal because Iran feels emboldened.

11:30Iran sees the deranged statements that Donald Trump is making.

11:34They view it as weakness because they know it doesn't bear any resemblance to reality.

11:40Let's state the facts. Yes, the United States and Israel have seriously bombed and degraded

11:47traditional forces within Iran. Iran's Navy.

11:52You want to say that's obliterated its traditional Navy?

11:55Sure. Iran's Navy obliterated. You want to say that Iran's tanks and some of its

12:02missile facilities that were above ground obliterated?

12:05Sure. I think that that's accurate.

12:08But let's be clear what Iran has.

12:11An entire underground network, almost like underground malls that are filled with hundreds of thousands

12:21of Shahid drones that they can bring up from underground at this point with impunity.

12:29And they have all of these ballistic missiles underground that they can bring up that

12:35are very mobile and that they are utilizing now with less frequency, but with more

12:43precision, with a higher penetration rate in some days, 25 to 30 percent penetration rate

12:50versus the interceptors. So Iran is saying we're digging in.

12:56OK, we think that any deal has to have no sanctions against Iran.

13:01We control the Strait of Hormuz, an apology by the United States, remove United States

13:08bases in the Arab nations, and we have the right to produce ballistic missiles.

13:15We'll agree, as we did before.

13:16We won't develop nuclear weapons, but we will develop civilian nuclear weapons.

13:24Sorry, civilian nuclear material, not weapons grade.

13:28Let me be very clear, not weapons grade, civilian nuclear purpose energy.

13:34So that's what Iran is saying.

13:37And Donald Trump is saying it's 15 points.

13:40They're totally obliterated. They have to surrender.

13:43They've given up everything. They need to say no more missiles.

13:47We control the Strait of Hormuz.

13:49And it's like, if you're if you're Iran, why would you do that?

13:54You've gotten rewarded so far in this war.

13:57So we have that taking place.

14:00I don't think we're having productive, mediated or settlement conversations, although Donald Trump is begging

14:06Pakistan and Turkey and others in the region to get involved.

14:11And then you have, as the title of this show discusses, you have these paratroopers

14:17from the 86th, 82nd Airborne Division being sent there.

14:22The commanding general of the U .S.

14:24Army's 82nd Airborne Division, Major General Brandon R.

14:28Teg timer and his command element members of his headquarters staff have been ordered by

14:33the Pentagon to deploy to the Middle East as several thousand power troopers with 82nd

14:38Airborne Division's immediate response forces prepare to deploy to the region.

14:43So you add the USS Tripoli Marine Expeditionary Forces.

14:48There are thousands there. The USS Boxster, thousands of Marine Expeditionary units there leaving from

14:55San Diego, which will take a few weeks for them to get there.

14:57You have this staging taking place where you have thousands of troops that are going

15:02to be near Iran shortly, the paratroopers that are going to be in the region

15:08shortly under kind of the CENTCOM region of command.

15:12And that's what you have.

15:13That's what you have happening there.

15:15So that's just the data.

15:16That's just the facts. You can do with the facts what you want, but we

15:20shouldn't bend them. The facts don't lie.

15:23We should be telling the truth about what's happening here.

18:24I want to talk about some of the news of the day with you, and

18:28I want to share with you this Oval Office presser that was held before we

18:33went live, where Donald Trump, in my opinion, once again, to manipulate the markets after

18:40Iran has repeatedly said, we're not talking to them.

18:43They're trying to manipulate the markets.

18:45That's all this is about.

18:46In fact, that guy who leads the Iranian parliament, Ghalibbaf, he said very specifically, this

18:54is market manipulative. I mean, this is so strange to see them call it out,

18:57you know, in that way and saying that's all this is about.

19:01And by the way, that Ghalibbaf guy who leads their parliament, yesterday, Trump was leaking

19:08to Politico and Axios and others that this guy, Ghalibbaf, was hot.

19:14The Trump regime said he's a hot option is what Dasha Burns was reporting.

19:20He's our hot option that this is the guy that they claim that they want

19:24to lead Iran. And if anybody knows about this guy, Ghalibbaf, I mean, he may

19:29be hot in the sense that he wants to lob ballistic missiles at you, but

19:33he's not hot in the sense that he's America's guy.

19:36Like, what are you talking about?

19:37But let me show you what Donald Trump said.

19:39I want to get your reaction to it.

19:41Because, again, he does this like this is some, like a riddle.

19:46Like the people are unimportant because that's how he feels.

19:50And he's like, I've got a gigantic prize from Iran.

19:55They gave me a present.

19:56A present. And it's like, what are you talking about?

19:59This is life and death.

20:01Be normal. What do you mean you got a present?

20:03Here, play this clip. Because they're going to make a deal.

20:07They're going to make a deal.

20:09They did something yesterday that was amazing, actually.

20:11They gave us a present.

20:14And the present arrived today.

20:16And it was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money.

20:21And I'm not going to tell you what that present is, but it was a

20:24very significant prize. And they gave it to us.

20:31And they said they were going to give it.

20:32So that meant one thing to me, we're dealing with the right people.

20:35Was it nuclear related? No, it wasn't nuclear related.

20:38It was oil and gas related.

20:40And it was a very nice thing they did.

20:42But what it showed me is that we're dealing with the right people.

20:45Because, you know, you don't know.

20:46Because. I mean, when you watch that, I know that's what he's like every day.

20:52And that's how he behaves.

20:54But what we're watching there is vomit.

20:59Like, we're watching just vomit in the Oval Office.

21:03It's incoherent. You got it.

21:05You're getting a prize. I know objectively what's happening in the war.

21:09I see it in the region.

21:10There are videos. We can see what's happening.

21:12But you're talking about getting presents and prizes.

21:15And I'll tell you, the American people are suffering right now.

21:18And that's what he's saying.

21:20It's deranged, Katie. Yeah. And you know how he is looking like he's trying to

21:24play coy. He's like posing his body at the podium.

21:28He's like a toddler that's like, I shit my pants.

21:31But I'm not going to really tell you when.

21:33I mean, that's how he is.

21:34And yet. 175 plus civilians, mainly 170 of which were children, died on the first

21:42day of this war with Iran, which they still haven't admitted as a war.

21:46I mean, this just goes to show that we have no business as Americans supporting

21:52somebody like Donald Trump, who has his literal finger on the button to be able

21:58to deal with something on a nuclear level.

22:00And the fact that he's like, well, it's not nuclear.

22:03Well, according to you, we eradicated all the nuclear capabilities of Iran in the summer.

22:09So why would it even be nuclear related?

22:11And here's the thing, you talked about that hot commodity.

22:16I thought we weren't doing regime change, Ben.

22:19Last I checked, we weren't supposed to be doing regime change.

22:22But of course, nobody in Congress actually has been told the truth.

22:25And that is why what we're doing here, what you're doing is so important.

22:30We have to give the people this information and let them understand what's at stake

22:35and have them understand that what we're seeing is a train wreck in real time.

22:39Right. So Donald Trump creates this imaginary world where I mentioned earlier in the show,

22:46if you want to call it a superpower, and I don't mean it with any

22:50positive light, I just mean it's impressive in a way that a human being could

22:57have every word out of your mouth and every syllable embedded therein be tainted by

23:04a lie. Everything spewed the entire day.

23:07Because if I fib a little bit, whether it's, you know, I'll be back in

23:12five minutes and I know it's going to be 10.

23:14The human being reaction is to like feel something and to be like, oh, yeah,

23:20okay, maybe I should have said 10, whatever it is.

23:22But to lie on matters where people are being massacred and there's death and just

23:28to fully detach. And I think the issue and one of the big problems, though,

23:34is in fabricating this imaginary world, others who inhabit it are bending to this made

23:42up fictional place that doesn't bear a relation to the way we've all existed in

23:49a civilized society. So I'll give you an example right here.

23:53So after fabricating and manufacturing fake settlement agreements that are in happening, he then goes

24:00a step further and then describes the drama within this fake within this fiction that

24:07he's created where everybody was happy that we were doing the settlement, which isn't even

24:11taking place, except Hegseth and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and they're upset because

24:18they want to bomb more.

24:19And then it's like he goes so far in this plot that's a made up

24:24thing that it's like people get lost in it.

24:27You're just making all of this up.

24:28None of this is even happening.

24:30And also what a deranged thing to say that your defense secretary and chairman of

24:34the Joint Chiefs want to just keep on bombing people.

24:37Let's just play this clip and let's talk about that.

24:40And that's exactly what we're doing in historic fashion.

24:42Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you.

24:44Appreciate it. You know, the only two people that were quite disappointed.

24:49I don't want to say this, but I have to.

24:51I said, Pete and General Raisin Cain, I think this thing's going to be settled

24:57very soon. Here they go.

24:59Oh, that's too bad. Pete didn't want it to be settled.

25:05It's, uh, it's, these guys are doing a great job.

25:09That's a good attitude though, Tom, right?

25:11They were not interested in settlement.

25:13They were interested in just winning this thing.

25:15Yeah, please. Mr. President, can you, uh, well, that's kind of true, Ben.

25:19I mean, let's be, I think Hegseth, his blood loss.

25:22I mean, I think that's legit.

25:24I got to be honest with you.

25:25I think Hegseth thinks that it's the only place he can get credibility in any

25:31professional space is if he keeps on pushing this pro toxic bro, you know, chest

25:37thumping bloodlust agenda. And because he gets such a wide, long leash from his master,

25:43he's able to do this, but the smiling and the smirking and the joking, that

25:47level of disrespect for American life and American dollars, let's be, let's be frank, right?

25:53It's not just the loss of life.

25:54It's the investment of American dollars in a failed mission where they know, they know

26:00that this is not going to end the right way for the United States.

26:02And speaking of Hegseth in this press conference, when he spoke, I'll rewind to prove

26:08your point right there. He says, the way we negotiate is with bombs.

26:15Here, let's play this clip.

26:17The air campaign that we've conducted, that Israel's conducted alongside us was one for the

26:22history books, truly. And it's because we have a president of the United States that

26:25when he sends his war fighters out to fight, he unties their hands to actually

26:30go out and close with and destroy the enemy as viciously as possible from moment

26:34one. And that's why we see ourselves as part of this negotiation as well.

26:38We negotiate with bombs. You have a choice as we loiter over the top of

26:44Tehran, as the president talked about, about your future.

26:47President has made it clear that you will not have a nuclear weapon.

26:50The War Department agrees. Our job is to ensure that.

26:52And so we're keeping our hand on that throttle as long as as hard as

26:57is necessary to ensure the interest of the United States of America are achieved on

27:01that battlefield. I'll sit to you in a moment, but let's break down some of

27:05those words he says. We're doing this viciously.

27:09We negotiate with bombs. We loiter over Iran.

27:15That's what we at the War Department do.

27:18And we're going to throttle as long as it's hard.

27:23OK, those were the words that he used right there.

27:27So is he writing the script for the propaganda campaign for Iran to say, you

27:34know, those Epstein class people?

27:36Here's what they're saying that they want to do to you.

27:39Here's what they are treating.

27:41The not just the regime, they make no distinction between the republic, the Islamic and

27:47the people of Iran. And it plays right into what the Islamic Republic is going

27:53to tell their people. Look, look what there's.

27:55And Iran is using it to say, look what they're saying.

27:58And it makes us weaker and it harms our troops.

28:01What do you make of that, Katie?

28:03It's it's very incestuous, is it not?

28:06It it's something that drives the state run propaganda machine, which is the, quote, War

28:13Department, which I don't even want to call it that.

28:15Right. It's it's the Department of Defense.

28:17And it's not the Department of Offense.

28:19Last I checked, it wasn't the Department of Warmongering.

28:22It was the Department of Defense.

28:24One, two, Hexeth knows that it feeds the flames of the ego of that, you

28:31know, megalomaniac, which is convicted felon, Donald Trump, who's standing there again, like the toddler,

28:36like just standing there swinging his arms, like as if he's bored having to be

28:39a part of this. And then to your well taken point, whatever happened to the

28:43soft power of American moral right, whatever happened to the soft power of saying to

28:52the people of Iran who want a true, a true infrastructure that would allow them

28:58to grow and prosper and succeed.

29:01We are here to help you in that regard.

29:04Now, what they're doing is just allowing, allowing a dictatorship to thrive because they're saying,

29:12yeah, look, this is what the West wants to do.

29:15The West is not here to build you up.

29:17The West is here to bomb you down.

29:20And they have also seen in that region what has been happening with Gaza.

29:26Right. And they've seen what's going on.

29:28But the interesting thing is this.

29:29It is not leading them to capitulation.

29:32In fact, we've seen decidedly around saying we're not playing ball because this is not

29:38a version of negotiation where you're saying that you have the throttle on full thrusters

29:43to be able to just bomb Tehran all day long.

29:47For what? I am sitting here, Ben, with you, and I still have not heard

29:51the reason why the United States has deployed in any fashion in Iran.

29:58I haven't heard why the Pentagon needs another two hundred billion dollars to achieve what

30:03mission? And because we don't have a clear answer, this is just a distraction that

30:09actually benefits only the Epstein elite.

30:12Right. And I think the honest answer was what they had to walk back right

30:17away when Rubio said Netanyahu on that Friday night, all of the Epstein files are

30:25coming out. Donald Trump's name all over him.

30:29Trump in a very vulnerable position.

30:32Everybody talking about Epstein, Epstein, Epstein.

30:35Netanyahu, who I think knew the moment to make the phone call, said, we're going

30:41in right now. That same day, there were productive, mediated discussions by the Oman foreign

30:47minister between the United States and Iran.

30:50Remember, the Oman foreign minister went on CBS and said, we have a deal in

30:56principle. What a breakthrough. This deal is better than Obama's deal, which even though you

31:02and I are probably fans of Obama's leadership, although we may disagree with some things

31:07that he did. But overall, I thought Obama's leadership is something to be admired and

31:11a great example. But and I thought the Obama deal was a good deal.

31:16But if Trump did a better deal objectively, even though I am very critical of

31:22Trump's policy, I'd have to say you did a pretty good deal.

31:26And, you know, and OK, let's see if it's real.

31:28Let's see if it holds.

31:29But with the confluence of those factors, I think Israel, as Israel sees right now,

31:34no, we can't have them do a deal.

31:35That puts us in a position that we don't want to be in.

31:38Right. That's what Israel is saying.

31:40Even right now, you can't do that.

31:41You can't do the deal.

31:42And by the way, MBS, Trump's bud who invests in Kushner and Trump.

31:47And this is why we have an emoluments clause provision, because now you're intertwined personally

31:52and financially with this guy, MBS in Saudi Arabia.

31:55MBS is like, you can't you can't do a deal right now.

31:58What are you talking about?

31:59You know, you either need to obliterate Iran, like actually, or we're not going to

32:04say goodbye to all of, you know, Saudi Arabia's help for you now.

32:08So that's going on right now.

32:10But anyway, that's why the U .S.

32:11got involved, you know, in this thing, because Netanyahu said we're going to get involved

32:15in it and then you're going to get attacked.

32:17So you better join us.

32:19And Netanyahu has been doing that with past administrations.

32:22The past administrations just said, OK, no, we're not going to do that.

32:27Good luck. We have some autonomy.

32:28See you later. And then to your.

32:30point, and I'll toss it back to you.

32:31Iran also says to their people, look at Gaza, look at what's happening right now

32:38in southern Lebanon, in Beirut, with hospitals being destroyed, suburban areas there, not just Hezbollah,

32:46but innocent people being killed in mass, just like in Gaza.

32:50And Iran saying, you see that, you see the Epstein cover up, you see all

32:54of that. And it morally compromises us, which means we're weaker and our troops are

33:02imperiled by this. That's what this outcome ultimately is.

33:05And let's just not forget the basic humanity of individuals and innocent lives lost and

33:12human beings who have a heart, who have a pulse, who are dying in mass

33:16in Gaza and in Lebanon.

33:18We need to reflect basic humanity and recognize what's taking place, Katie.

33:23Yeah, this has become a regional, quote, conflict, although I only use the word conflict

33:29because that's the phrase that is used.

33:32This has led to thousands of people losing their lives, property damage in the billions.

33:39And what you just put up, Ben, that OSINT post on X, you'll see that

33:45there's a phrase there that shows that the deal would fall well short of, quote,

33:51Israel's objectives, end quote. Why in the actual you -know -what are we prioritizing Israel's

33:58objectives? It just goes back to square one.

34:01There has been zero clarity provided, no transparency.

34:05There is a reason why we have members of Congress leaving classified briefings saying, I

34:11have now gotten the 20th excuse that matches excuse number four that was provided to

34:16me three days ago, that doesn't actually track with the realities of what is happening

34:21in the Middle East. There's a reason why they don't want to go to Congress.

34:25This administration doesn't want to have to explain what it's doing to Congress because they'd

34:29actually have to provide real reasons, rational, logical explanations as to what is happening.

34:37Meanwhile, meanwhile, people in the United States on the most superficial level are being forced

34:44to deal with skyrocketing prices, which do pose a real existential threat to some American

34:52families. They're dealing with, again, maybe it's a superficial example, but they're waiting in lines

34:58of four hours because this administration won't approve deals that will fund critical federal agencies.

35:07I mean, it just shows that there is a lack of priorities from this regime

35:11and that at the end of the day, this has always been about convicted felon

35:15Donald Trump, his family, his cronies, his billionaire buddies, and also him always kowtowing to

35:23Netanyahu. And that is an established fact that we have seen.

35:27And look, I don't have a problem helping an ally, but I will go back

35:31to something I've been stressing for a long time now.

35:33I don't see this energy for Ukraine.

35:35I don't see this energy bend for Ukraine at all.

35:38And I think that's a big freaking tell is what I think it is.

35:42Can you think of anyone who is trying to help us more than Ukraine on

35:48their own? They develop the drone interceptor technologies, you know, the way to stop the

35:53Shahi drones are interceptor drones, not the Patriots or the FADs.

35:59When Ukraine saw what the US and these Arab nations who were using US training

36:04were doing, Ukraine's like, you're using nine Patriot missiles to shoot down one Shahid drone.

36:11It's like $60 million to go after a $20 ,000 drone.

36:17How many dummy drones do you think Iran has been sending purely to draw out

36:23$60 million? Why would Iran even need to strike a $60 million or $100 million

36:30building if they can just get $100 million chasing a $20 ,000 drone?

36:36It's the most obvious thing that's going on that America's like, well, we need billion

36:41dollar weapons rather than funding our healthcare.

36:45Zelensky wants to help. And all Trump has done, endorse Orban, who's working with Putin,

36:51remove the sanctions against Russian oil, giving Russia a critical lifeline right now, which they'll

36:58just use to fund the war, removing the sanctions from Iran's oil, and then saying

37:03that that was jujitsu -ing Iran.

37:05How's it jujitsu -ing Iran?

37:07The stupidest thing I ever hear.

47:24to us today. Veteran CBS reporter joins far left media company Midas Touch as anchor.

47:32Says they share the same North star.

47:35I like when they go like far left, because I'm sure that everybody who watched

47:41this episode today would say, wow, Ben, you are a super far lefty with wanting

47:49to support humanity and empathy and make sure things are more affordable for people and

47:56saying that if we go to war, it requires congressional authorization and condemning wars that

48:03don't have clear or any objectives at all and standing up for our troops and

48:09wanting to make sure that Americans have access to health care and better educations and

48:14aren't psychologically tortured living paycheck to paycheck.

48:18What a radical lefty. All of these, the radical left.

48:24I mean, it's just so fascinating to me when people hoist these labels upon you.

48:31I mean, look, I'll say this, you know, my entire life, I've never been a

48:35Republican. There are some people who I guess don't know the art, the origin of

48:39the Midas Dutch network, and they'll be like, were these the former Republicans and the

48:44former right wing? I was never, it was never that.

48:47Um, I, if you looked at all of my views going back and what I

48:52did as. the civil litigator.

48:54I was a civil rights lawyer, right?

48:57And I practiced a lot in Bakersfield and in Fresno, representing families who lost loved

49:04ones to excessive force and police brutality cases.

49:09We were leading some of the biggest cases there when Bakersfield and Kern County was

49:15referred to as Killing County, had the highest police shooting deaths per capita in the

49:21nation. And one of the things that we exposed when I was doing these civil

49:25rights cases with the courageous families of Bakersfield, that they had police officers in the

49:30Bakersfield police department who were taking the drugs that they confiscated and working with the

49:36drug dealers to sell the drugs on the streets.

49:39And they would keep confidential informants off the books in order to help them basically

49:46deal drugs and to build a basically drug cartel.

49:50And there were a number of officers who we found through the cases that I

49:55was litigating who were involved as drug dealers.

49:58They were put in jail.

49:59They were put behind prison.

50:00So I was handling cases like that.

50:02Then I met Colin Kaepernick and I was Colin Kaepernick's lead lawyer in his various

50:08cases. Then I was Colin Kaepernick's transactional lawyer and I built Colin Kaepernick's media businesses

50:14with him. And then I created the Midas Touch Network.

50:17So my entire life, if you wanted to throw labels on it, my views and

50:21values would be viewed as like progressive if you were going to give it like

50:26a label. But for me, it was always defending people who were being bullied and

50:31standing up for humanity and fighting for people and using my law background from Georgetown

50:38Law and as a civil trial litigator to help people.

50:41That's what I've tried to do my entire life.

50:44And I was blessed to have a successful legal career doing that, which I turned

50:48into a professorship over at USC, where to this day, I still teach law at

50:53USC. And then building this network with my brothers and with this great community here

50:59at the Midas Touch Network.

51:01And so it's fascinating. When I was a lawyer, I never asked my clients, especially

51:07in Bakersfield, where there's a lot of people who are Republicans, are you a Democrat

51:11or are you a Republican?

51:12I never viewed things in those terms.

51:16And when you watch my reporting on a day -to -day basis, it just to

51:25me is in line with what my career was before this, just standing up for

51:29human beings and standing up for common sense and empathy and leadership.

51:35And I'm not like randomly against Donald Trump because he's Trump.

51:39I'm like, oh, I hate this guy named Trump.

51:41There are a lot of billionaires out there who do bad things.

51:43And there's a lot of people who do bad things.

51:46A lot of people, right?

51:46You know, so why Trump?

51:49Because he has, I think, destroyed the stability of our nation, where while certainly imperfect,

51:57I found that the arc was heading in the right direction, directionally, although a lot

52:03of work needed to be put into making a more perfect union here in the

52:08United States. But I just think that he's ripped to shreds our constitution.

52:13And I even think more significantly than that, a value system and this idea of

52:20order and leadership and ripped it apart for kind of anarchy and destruction and hate.

52:27That to me is what I call out more than being like, oh, I like

52:31this Democrat versus that Democrat.

52:34And this is my favorite Democrat.

52:35That is the least interesting thing for me.

52:38I think you all know that watching this network.

52:41The most interesting thing for me is connecting with human beings at a values and

52:47principle level and fighting for that.

52:50Fighting for healthcare, not because it's a Democrat issue, but I believe it's a human

52:54rights issue. Fighting for your healthcare, fighting for your education.

52:57I believe these are universal rights.

53:00Fighting for you to have a job where you can get paid with dignity, where

53:04marginalized communities are supported. That's the value system of this network.

53:08So I just find it fascinating to see the attacks of far left this, far

53:14left that. You had Brendan Carr, who is the commissioner of the FCC.

53:20He responds to Caroline Levitt and says, same job, new duty station.

53:27You know, and it's funny because Scott McFarlane responded and he's like, I guess by

53:31same job, you mean reporter.

53:33Yes, I'm a reporter. So that's what I do.

53:38By the way, Scott has full editorial independence.

53:41We'll never tell him or anybody write this or write that ever.

53:46In fact, if you've learned about the model we've been building at the Midas Touch

55:08Where is the deranged liberal aspect of this?

55:11I mean, I think that you could be a conservative farmer right now in Iowa

55:16and you're probably suffering as a result of Donald Trump's trade war against the world.

55:22And now the fact that fertilizers are either inaccessible or so incredibly expensive.

55:28I don't know if you're a right wing person in Oklahoma and you got to

55:32fill up the gas tank right now.

55:34It got a whole lot more expensive.

55:35Not sure it's a deranged liberal saying that that's outrageous right now.

55:39If you got your health care ripped away and you're a right wing person in

55:43Orlando, you know, say goodbye to your health care.

55:47I'm trying to make sure you have access to your health care.

55:50If you can't afford things and you're in Nebraska, I don't think that that's a

55:53liberal position. I just want to make your life easier and fight for ways for

55:57you to afford things. I want to talk about things that matter to your life

56:00and how we can help you.

56:01That's what my focus is here on the Midas Touch Network and amplifying voices that

56:51not be? We know what the price of gas is.

56:54And that's going to pull everything up with it.

56:56And it's not just gas.

56:57It's food supply. It's all of these other things as well.

57:02And that's one of the things that we're focused on.

57:04Joe Concha over at State Regime Media, which calls itself Fox, says, in which Scott

57:10will also reveal himself to be much a partisan as Lemon, Acosta, Chuck Todd, Terry

57:16Moran, Katie Couric, to name a few.

57:18He's joining the Midas Touch, the most, the most far left news organization in the

57:24country that literally ran a protest during the Trump State of the Union.

57:28It wasn't a protest. It was a people State of the Union.

57:31It was a counter to it where we talked about the issues that matter to

57:36the people. All of those issues I just mattered, that's what we were talking about.

57:41Rather than having to listen to somebody blabber about transgender sports or whatever the hell

57:48in order to bully people, we were talking about affordability.

57:51We were talking about helping people find better jobs.

57:55And we were talking about manufacturing.

57:57That's what the speeches that we were talking about were all about.

58:00I guess that makes me a far left, the most, the most far left, the

58:07most far left there is.

58:09I learned something new about I'm the most far left there is.

58:14But heck, if being the most far left means that we stand up for human

58:18rights, human dignity, civil rights, affordability, health care, women's rights, the rights of marginalized communities,

58:28that we focus on diversifying our energy sources in case there are oil shocks, that

58:33we focus on helping people get jobs with dignity, that we take care of people

58:38here in the United States, that we support unions.

58:41If all of that makes me a radical left, call me radical, I guess.

58:46Call me the radical, might is mighty, I guess.
