2:54Welcome back to A Numbers Game with Ryan Gerdusky.

2:56We're going to do a deep dive on Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar and her Dignity

3:02Act because she says it's on amnesty, but I've done a lot of homework on

3:08it and her, and we'll get to that in one second, but I want to

3:11talk about the Eric Slawwell story really briefly.

3:16At Congressman Eric Slawwell running for governor, the leading Democrat for governor of California has

3:22been accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment by at least four different women.

3:27The women's stories are slightly murky.

3:31Now that I don't believe that they have any merit to them, but like one

3:36had a previous sexual relationship with Slawwell.

3:39There's just, it's not, it's not like the most concrete case that it could be.

3:46However, everyone in D .C.

3:49has heard stories about Slawwell being handsy and inappropriate with women.

3:54I know of at least two women in my own social circle who Slawwell came

4:00onto and aggressively touched, went after them when they were not consenting or wanting any

4:07part of it. I think this case has legs to it.

4:10I think it's going to go further.

4:12I think more women are going to come forward.

4:14In fact, I've spoken to women who are saying they may come forward.

4:18So I think that there's a lot more to the story than we are going

4:22to see. And I think that it will all but kill his bid for governor

4:27of California. Okay, we'll go more into that as the story comes forward and we

4:32do more of a deep dive.

4:33But that's the case for Eric Slawwell, just so that way you've heard and you

4:37know it. All right, first, now let's go to Maria Elvira Salazar.

4:42Who is this woman who's constantly talking about illegal immigration and the need to support

4:46illegal immigration? Well, Maria Elvira Salazar, for you to know, she's the congressman from Miami

4:51area. She grew up in between Miami and Puerto Rico for most of her life

4:56and rose to prominence in the 80s as a political correspondent for Spanish language television

5:02networks like Univision. And in the 90s, she covered the El Salvadorian Civil War.

5:08That was pretty prominent. And in 1995, she landed her biggest interview of her career

5:13when she got to interview Fidel Castro, the communist dictator, obviously, from Cuba, who is

5:19now long deceased. In the interview...

5:21In the interview... She ended up, I would say, I don't speak Spanish, so it

5:27didn't come across this to me.

5:30To some people, she came off complimentary or overly respectful for Castro.

5:36And this interview ends up coming to haunt her in the future.

5:39We'll come back to that.

5:41In 2003, she lands another big interview where she gets to talk to Chilean dictator

5:46Augusto Pinochet. He was actually just a few years from death, and the interview, her

5:52interview with him, was the evidence provided to prove that he wasn't competent enough to

5:59stand trial for a human rights violation.

6:01So, I mean, it ended up, I guess, working out for him.

6:04She also interviews many American politicians, Bill Clinton, George Bush.

6:08And then in 2016, she started making more of a mainstream presence for herself on

6:14English language television. She tried and failed to get an interview with President Donald Trump,

6:19or then candidate Donald Trump.

6:20And she spoke to Bill O 'Reilly about it when she wanted to convey to

6:24him, that Salazar wanted to convey to Trump, that the American people really didn't need

6:28a border wall. Let's go to clip one.

6:31Immigration laws are being broken in this country every single day by two groups.

6:36Number one, the illegals, the ones that everybody talks about, mentions, you know, people that

6:41are crossing the border, jumping the fence, defying the desert.

6:45But there's this other group called the Business Owners of America who are offering those

6:51aliens or those illegal aliens jobs.

6:55So, if we really want to, in this country, fix immigration, the problem, we have

7:01to be transparent. Yeah, so the e -verify and stuff like that.

7:06E -verify. You don't need a wall.

7:08Some people think, sir, that you don't need a physical wall.

7:13You need an electronic one, which is in place already.

7:16I think we probably, it would probably be best to do both, to some extent.

7:22Fine, but let's talk about the other one as well.

7:26Okay, so she makes multiple Fox News appearances during this year when Trump's running for

7:31president, talking about the border.

7:33She kind of becomes the Fox News, she's not a, she doesn't have a paid

7:37employee of Fox News, but she gets on Fox News enough to be like the

7:40right wing voice for illegal immigrants.

7:44She almost becomes a spokesperson for the right, for Republicans, saying that they need to

7:49be nice to illegals. Where she said there, well, she also says, by the way,

7:54there is like no negatives to being nicer towards illegal aliens.

7:59Go to clip two. There are 12 states that allow illegals to have driver's licenses.

8:05Make the case for that.

8:06I think it sounds like it shouldn't be going on, but you say differently.

8:12Absolutely. Thank you for having me and happy holidays.

8:15It's the intelligent thing to do for the California lawmakers.

8:19Why? For two reasons, economic reasons and for security reasons.

8:23Economic reasons, the California business owners are going to be very happy because those people

8:28that are working for them are going to be on time.

8:31Not only that, then there will not be freeloaders.

8:33If there are not freeloaders, they'll be paying taxes.

8:36If they're paying taxes, there will not be parasites to the community.

8:39And on top of that, the California transportation system is not going to be burdened.

8:45That's the economic side. On the security side, three million people will come out of

8:51the dark. You will know their names, their addresses, their last names, their faces.

8:56Date of birth, you will know.

8:58You will know. You will have their thumbprints and you will know the country of

9:03origin. So you will be able to spotlight terrorists.

9:07OK, that's when they were discussing to give a driver's licenses to illegal immigrants.

9:12Now, I'm not going to be mean to Congressman Salazar, but obviously, if you are

9:21a criminal or a terrorist, you're not going to pursue illegal driver's licenses.

9:25But there was no downside to her.

9:27She also could not have predicted, because she doesn't see any downside ever to legalizing

9:33illegal aliens, that California would end up doing automatic voter registration from driver's licenses.

9:38It's something that the Trump administration is suing today to make sure that California provides

9:43details that they have removed illegal immigrants with driver's licenses from their voter rolls.

9:47Here she is on Charles Payne's show, also on Fox News, that DACA recipients are

9:52not only ideal immigrants, but they are, in fact, more American than you or I

9:57are. Clip three. They are the ideal immigrants because they assimilated already.

10:03They love America. They speak English.

10:05They are more Americans than you and me.

10:07So sending them back, absolutely, it's horrible.

10:10It has to be a horrible decision for the president.

10:13And here she is on Neil Cavuto's show in 2017, now Donald Trump is president,

10:17saying the president has a golden opportunity to sign an amnesty, but she doesn't want

10:21to call it that. Clip four.

10:24Forty percent of the people that have been deported up to now, around 100 ,000

10:28people between January and now, 30 percent of them hadn't had a criminal record or

10:33a brush with the law.

10:34Same thing happened with President Obama.

10:37So what I'm saying, and you asked me, what I'm saying is that now the

10:40Republican Party has the golden opportunity, the Republican Party, House and Senate, to step up

10:46to the plate and say, here, Mr.

10:47President, here's the law that you can sign.

10:49Giving the, I'm saying it will be an criminal record.

10:50Giving the, I'm saying it will be an criminal record.

10:50It's some type of legality.

10:51I mean, I don't want to hear the word amnesty or citizenship.

10:56Legality, legality. I mean, it's a perfect time to sign amnesty when Republican voters just

11:03put the Republican Party in charge to protect our borders.

11:07It's just a perfect time to stab them in the back.

11:10When is it a bad time, according to Salazar's mind, to not give an amnesty?

11:16She this clip is nine years old.

11:19This is not like she just started this bandwagon.

11:22She's been talking about this for a long time.

11:24She even opposed Trump's executive orders in the first term to stop waves of migrants.

11:31For her, she wanted Trump to actually, rather than sign executive orders to defend the

11:35border, she wanted the president to negotiate with foreign countries and beg them to stop

11:40sending their people as illegal immigrants.

11:42Clip five. 30 percent of Hispanics voted for Mr.

11:46Trump, 60 percent of Cuban Americans voted for him because they would like to see

11:50some order when it comes to immigration.

11:52But I believe that order comes with a comprehensive immigration reform law, not necessarily doing

11:59immigration topics through executive order.

12:02And I think, yes, we could solve all these problems.

12:07We could have the best relations with our Mexican neighbor.

12:10Like I said, it's our third most important business partner in the world, and it

12:15controls the people that come in here.

12:17We could do two things.

12:18Immigration reform law, number one, and number two, go to Nicaragua and go to Guatemala

12:22and talk to them. Mr.

12:24Trump is a coalition builder.

12:26He knows how to deal with different cultural sensitivities.

12:31So he could sit with the three presidents and say, hey, guys, let's put our

12:35house in order. Let me help you not export people.

12:38And those countries, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, would love to talk to Mr.

12:44Trump, just like right now.

12:46The Mexicans are loving to talk to the state, our Mr.

12:49Tillerson. Right. So nothing to defend America's borders.

12:54We just have to beg other countries to stop sending illegal aliens.

12:58Her solution to the immigration crisis during Trump's first term wasn't to do a wall,

13:03or she was obviously extremely against building a wall, which had it been completed during

13:09Trump's first term, we would not have had the same level of waves of migration

13:14during Biden's presidency. It was just to spend all of our time and energy begging

13:19triangle countries to stop sending illegals.

13:22She even wanted American taxpayers to send money to those countries in exchange for not

13:28sending illegal aliens. Next clip.

13:31We can go to those three countries that are exporting the majority of the people

13:34that are knocking on our border and help them put their house in order.

13:39Then we could avoid or save the money that we're going to be investing on

13:44the 20 million, 20 billion dollars that will cost to build a wall along the

13:49Mexican border. And we could earmark those 280 million dollars that we're giving to those

13:55three countries. Earmark that for what Nicaragua did.

13:59No one really talks about why Nicaraguans are not coming and knocking on our border

14:04because the Nicaraguan, and I'm not a friend of the Nicaraguan government, but they knew

14:09how to do it and they could help us solve the problem.

14:12That's another answer. So to wrap up all these clips, I know I gave a

14:16lot out. Maria Elvira Salazar never supported Trump's border world policies and said they wouldn't

14:21work. And so the only way to really stop the migration crisis was to give

14:25Latin America more money and work with the Latin American presidents in each respected country.

14:30At the time, they were very far left wing presidencies.

14:33Ask them, please, sir, please stop sending illegal aliens.

14:36And then, of course, at the same time, grant illegal aliens amnesty.

14:41Grant them some kind of citizenship.

14:43None of this turned out to be true.

14:45Trump was able to stop the flow of illegal immigrants in both the first and

14:49second term by being tough on enforcement.

14:51And what else Maria Elvira Salazar was wrong about was the idea that the immigration

14:56crisis would be limited to those three countries, those three or four countries.

14:59It wasn't. Under Joe Biden, the whole world came in to this country.

15:04The whole entire world showed up at the Mexican border when they knew that they

15:08had easy access to the entire interior of the United States.

15:11There was no border wall.

15:11There was no enforcement. See, she's immensely short -sighted when it comes to the problem

15:16of illegal immigration, and she's utterly no shame in the fact that she's wrong.

15:21Facts be damned, she's got an ideology to push.

15:23So Salazar runs for Congress in 2018, and that interview with Castro that I mentioned

15:29at the top of the show, it comes back to haunt her.

15:31Democrats say she was overly complimentary to Castro, showing him too much respect, using terms

15:36in Spanish that show, you know, dignity to this communist dictator that murdered so many

15:41people. She goes on to lose that race, but wins in 2020 when Trump flips

15:47her district. Her seat was always a historically, a seat that historically elected a Republican

15:53to Congress, but voted for a Democrat for president.

15:56In 2016, Hillary Clinton wins her seat by 17 points, but in 2020, Trump managed

16:03to flip it by less than half a point.

16:05And in 2024, he goes on to win it by 15 points, this immense growth

16:10in support among the Latin American community and the immigrant community.

16:14By the way, remember, 2024, he cants pains on mass deportation.

16:17It's a huge swing, and she wins on Trump's coattails.

16:21By 2024, Salazar wins her re -election by 20 points.

16:26She serves in Congress now from 2022 to this year, she's running for re -election.

16:30And guess what her constant prediction and warning is to Republicans?

16:34If you don't support amnesty, you're going to lose the next election.

16:39She introduces the Dignity Act.

16:40This Dignity Act was first introduced in February 8, 2022.

16:44And she said, guess what?

16:46It's a golden time to win a Latino vote.

16:49And if they didn't do it, they would lose the next election.

16:52She predicts this every single year.

16:54She's like that crazy person you see on the street saying the sky is falling

16:57or the end is near.

16:59Now, this was, by the way, in the middle of the Biden border crisis.

17:03Salazar was saying we need to pass mass legalization of tens of millions of illegal

17:08immigrants during a border crisis.

17:12It would have signaled to them, keep coming because we will give you citizenship.

17:16In 2024, she pushed against Congressman Chip Roy's border protection bill, teaming up with now

17:23disgraced congressman who just lost his primary, Tony Gonzalez, to push back against the bill.

17:28I mean, birds of a feather.

17:30In June of that year, Salazar's team starts peddling this story that it was utterly

17:36always nonsense that she was in the running for Trump's VP.

17:39They pulled cold water on that pretty quickly.

17:42However, she uses this constant press cycle to elevate herself, elevate her name status, and

17:48elevate her pet issue, amnesty for illegal aliens.

17:52She was always committed to one thing and one thing only, passing the Dignity Act,

17:56saying that if Republicans didn't get behind legalization, they were going to lose in 2024.

18:01Of course, that also didn't happen like so many things Salazar says.

18:06But here's what Salazar is doing, and she's doing it brilliantly.

18:10Every year, she says, Republicans pass amnesty or you're going to lose.

18:14That has been the case for the last four years.

18:16But if you keep saying it, eventually it will happen.

18:19Eventually, Republicans will lose an election, like eventually Democrats will lose an election.

18:23That's just the nature of politics.

18:25And eventually, she can say that she was right, that her prediction was right, even

18:30though it has nothing to do with amnesty.

18:32It's about the economy. I've talked about that a million times in this podcast.

18:35But she'll claim it was amnesty, and the media will pick up and say, oh,

18:38look, there was a swing among Latinos.

18:40It must be because Salazar was correct, as if she's never said this in the

18:44past when it hasn't been proven correctly.

18:47It doesn't matter. The reason is not the same.

18:52No one's keeping score of what she's saying and what she's doing.

18:55They're just going to detail the last time that she said it.

18:58So if Republicans lose the House and or the Senate in the fall, she's going

19:02to make the claim it's because they didn't support amnesty.

19:05And I'm sure some Republicans, and especially a lot of the people in the media,

19:10will believe her. OK, let's go to the Dignity Act coming up next.

21:50Okay, now that we know about Maria Elvira Salazar, she's a woman who even before

21:54being elected to Congress was talking about the need to defend and support illegal immigrants.

21:59She called them more American than Americans.

22:01She says that they are the people that are in the most need in the

22:05United States, that we should be granting special privileges.

22:08She opposed building a border wall.

22:10She wanted to send taxpayer dollars to corrupt countries in Central and South America.

22:15To get them to stop sending migrants to the United States.

22:17But what is her bill, the Dignity, or as it's actually written in Congress, the

22:23Dignidad, which is a Spanish version of Dignity.

22:25They are completely unbladent about who this is for.

22:30What does this bill actually do?

22:32By the way, this bill has 20 Republican co -sponsors in the House, many of

22:36whom come from very safe Republican districts that have a very small illegal alien population,

22:41a very small Hispanic population.

22:43So why are they supporting this bill?

22:45We'll go into that in one second.

22:46But here's the bill in section.

22:48So you know which section does which thing.

22:51Section 2303 Part D prohibits DHS from deporting any illegals who simply apply for the

22:57Dignity Program. So by even applying, even if it turns out they're not eligible, they

23:01would be prevented from deportation while their status is being handled by DHS.

23:06So regardless of their criminal background, regardless of how long they've been in this country,

23:09you know, if they have an issue that would waive them from being an applicant,

23:13it doesn't matter. They're protected so long as they apply for the Dignity Act, and

23:18they can kick around the country for possibly a couple years while that is all

23:22sorted out and protects more criminal aliens.

23:24Section 1502 of the bill opens the floodgates to asylum seekers by decreasing the processing

23:32times and mandates DHS ensures contract with legal counsel.

23:36In other words, illegal aliens applying for asylum get free lawyers.

23:42When I say free, I mean taxpayer -funded, American tax dollars.

23:47So not only can an illegal alien come here and declare asylum, and I want

23:51to make it very clear, a majority of people who declare asylum in the United

23:56States are denied their asylum cases.

23:58It's over 90 % now, but even during the Biden administration, which obviously was very

24:03liberal, a majority of asylum seekers were denied asylum.

24:08They didn't have actually any legal right or any legal claim to asylum when they

24:13applied for it. Under this bill, the American taxpayer will be funding their entire legal

24:19case while they're here. Think of how many people applied for asylum under the Biden

24:24administration. Another Democrat president comes in.

24:27Think about how many more will apply for asylum.

24:30This is potentially millions, if not tens of millions of taxpayer dollars to an ever

24:36-increasing trove of people from the third world who come here and say they need

24:41to get asylum because they have some kind of claim, even when they don't.

24:45And the thing about asylum is, if you are denied asylum, you could simply apply

24:49again. You could petition the court to apply again.

24:52You have to do within 30 days of a judge's decision.

24:55This could rank up hundreds of thousands of dollars per illegal alien as they keep

24:59doing this. It's crazy. Section 3202 more than doubles the per -country immigrant visa cap.

25:08So what this means is, so every country that, we have country caps for every

25:13country for most work visas, H -1B, H -2A.

25:17And the way it works is once a country hits their country cap and other

25:20countries don't, those countries' applications are pulled together and disperse for countries that have more

25:28applicants than they have people in their country cap.

25:30This is very true for India and China especially because obviously it's the largest countries.

25:35This would double the amount of people applying.

25:39Now, I want to make it clear.

25:40Some visas, some work visas have no caps on that.

25:45So farm visas, for example.

25:46Whenever you hear a farmer say, we can't get enough workers, that is completely untrue.

25:50There is an unlimited amount of farm workers that can apply for a visa in

25:55this country. What they're complaining about is they don't have enough illegal alien farm worker

25:59rather than legal because legal aliens who work on farms have to have certain protections

26:04and farmers just want to, you know, absolutely get illegal aliens where they don't have

26:09to pay them as much, don't have to protect them, don't have to, you know,

26:12put safe work environments, give them transportation, all the rest of it.

26:15We give more than a million legal work visas per year.

26:20Under the Salazar bill, we will be getting more than 2 million, 2 million work

26:26visas per year. Gee, I'm so glad there's not a housing shortage right now or

26:32an AI revolution that's putting workers, you know, in a precarious situation where they can't

26:37get a job. What makes this section even more insane is the fact that family

26:42members of those applicants do not count towards the cap.

26:46So it's 2 million workers and potentially 4 or 5 million people.

26:52If you think the housing shortage is bad now, wait, Salazar is going to make

26:58it so much worse. And this is especially true for white collar workers.

27:03There's a lot of emphasis on white collar workers, the people whose jobs are the

27:07most in trouble from the AI revolution.

27:09This is why a lot of congressmen and what happened.

27:13What happened? very few Hispanics, very few illegal aliens in their district have signed on

27:17to this bill. Why? Because the donors want it so badly because they get tons

27:22of cheap labor and their visa is staple to their job.

27:27In other words, they can't look for a better position.

27:29The only way they can stay in this country is if they continue to work

27:31at the job, even if the job, you know, has a bad work environment or

27:36mistreats them or any of it, you know, other stuff that where employers can sometimes

27:41abuse workers. Adding tons of people to compete for the same jobs, overcrowding institutions like

27:48schools, taking up some vital resources.

27:51There is no special waivers in this application for the public charge or preventing them

27:55from getting social services like education or children's social services.

28:00Or obviously, if they have a child in America, that child will then be eligible

28:06for every type of welfare program under the sun.

28:09It's a permanent and irreversible way to transform the United States.

28:14Next section, section 3112, allows the next Democratic attorney general to terminate removal proceedings against

28:22illegal aliens who have a family member as a U .S.

28:26citizen. Now, when Democrats come into office, they, and this is not just true, Democrats

28:31pushed it as well, but they can just ignore parts of the law.

28:35They just don't enforce parts of the law.

28:37That is really the problem of our illegal immigration system.

28:39Almost everything when it comes to illegal immigration can be solved if we enforce a

28:45law. Obviously, Trump solved it.

28:46The laws are all written.

28:48In the 90s, Clinton signed a treasure trove of laws allowing the president to enforce

28:53immigration law. So, sorry, to do immigration law in a way that would stop illegal

28:58aliens from crossing the border.

28:59It's not a question if the laws are written.

29:01It's a question if they're enforced.

29:03There's a few places where Congress should get involved, but mostly it's on the president.

29:08Rarely do Democratic attorney generals and presidents get involved where they stop removal proceedings in

29:14the middle of them, despite the legality.

29:16They might ignore the law to stop doing new ones, but they won't actually get

29:19involved in stopping removal proceedings.

29:21This goes one step further, allowing Democrats to wholeheartedly not only stop new enforcement, but

29:30actually cancel old enforcement. And if they have a minor crime, let's say identity theft,

29:37let's say they stole your grandma's social security number and they destroyed her credit rating

29:41or stole your child's or yours, it's not considered a violent crime.

29:45They would have every right to allow those people in the country and stop their

29:49deportation proceedings. Okay, last section I want to talk about, section 1516, mandates that student

29:56loan forgiveness for immigration lawyers who assist illegal aliens in their application for the Dignity

30:04Act. So, if you're a lawyer and you assist an illegal alien to come into

30:07this country illegally and apply for the waiver, you get 75 % of your college

30:14student loan paid by the taxpayer.

30:17It also prevents allegations of gang membership in state and federal databases from being used

30:23to determine if someone is eligible for the amnesty program because she keeps saying, oh

30:28no, if you have a criminal record, you can't get this application.

30:33Well, they can't even search the state gang databases to see if they're possibly a

30:39gang member. This is not only an amnesty program, it is an assault on the

30:43American taxpayer, the American worker, and it will be the end of the Republican Party.

30:49I know they're saying that they won't get the vote.

30:52These illegal aliens won't get the vote.

30:54I promise you, they will get the vote.

30:57Congressman Mike Lawler was on the Laura Ingraham show last week saying that Republicans should

31:01pass this bill because if they don't, when Democrats get in office, they're going to

31:05have their own amnesty bill, which will be far worse and won't have any enforcement

31:10versus the current Dignity Act, which has some kind of fake enforcements.

31:15Let's go to that clip.

31:17What the Democrats will do if they get complete control of Congress and the White

31:21House, they're going to end the filibuster and they are going to pass a blanket

31:24amnesty bill. That's the fundamental challenge here.

31:28What we are trying to do is say, if you came under the Biden administration,

31:32you don't qualify. If you have committed a crime, you don't qualify.

31:36And here's the thing about legislation, Laura, you understand this better than most.

31:40I love that, Laura, because it's totally not true.

31:43And here's what Lawler and Salazar and all the rest of them are not saying.

31:47If Democrats win and get full power, they're just they're just one.

31:51They're not going to enforce any news, new supposed enforcement measures in this bill like

31:57they don't enforce the current law signed by Bill Clinton in the 90s and to

32:01grant the right to vote for all these people who are here legally and they

32:05won't be they won't get the right to vote.

32:07They'll get the right to work.

32:08They will do that anyway.

32:09It's a completely nonsensical argument that Lawler is making.

32:13He's saying, you know, support the Republican amnesty instead of the Democratic amnesty.

32:18And they can't do it when they can do it.

32:20And the Republican amnesty is the Democratic amnesty.

32:23That's why they have 20 Democrats joining them in that amnesty.

32:27You know, they say the bill is going to end illegal immigration.

32:30And that's kind of true because all it means is all the illegals will be

32:34legal. It's not like we're going to get anything.

32:37It's just it's just changing the name of the paperwork.

32:40And when Salazar and Lawler have been asked, how is DHS going to deal with

32:45this process? They say DHS will, you know, they'll deal with it.

32:49They'll make the determination. USCIS, which deals with citizenship status and they deal with visa,

32:55are totally understaffed. They have been forever.

32:57They're overworked. If they do this Dignity Act, the USCIS will have to process over

33:036 ,000 people per day.

33:06And that's a conservative estimate.

33:08There is no way. There is no way this is properly going to be done.

33:12It's too large. It's too many people.

33:14It goes on forever. It's completely reckless.

33:17There's no cap, by the way, in the number of illegals that can be in

33:20this process. It's not like they're saying, oh, it's 15 million people or 10 million

33:23people. It could be 30 million people.

33:25It could be 40 million people.

33:26There's no limitation at all.

33:28And as I said over and over again, in the case of the Reagan amnesty,

33:32for 15 years after the Reagan amnesty was signed, liberal judges were waiving all the

33:37regulations. They were waiving whether or not someone could get the Reagan amnesty.

33:42That was happening until 2002.

33:44This could go on easily until 2040.

33:47Easily. I cannot overstate how much the American taxpayer is being screwed by Maria Elvira

33:54Salazar. And I want to take a second and read the names of her co

33:57-sponsors of this bill. And if you live in their district, you need to call

34:02their office and tell them that you will not be voting for them.

34:06You'll vote third party. You'll vote Democrat.

34:07You won't vote. You'll skip the line.

34:09Whatever. I don't care if their district is going to go to a Democrat.

34:13It doesn't matter. But they need to know that their own voters are pissed with

34:18them. And if you have, if you live in a Republican district and your congressman

34:21has not co -sponsored, call them and tell them don't support the bill, that you're

34:25opposed to it. The number for the switchboard, by the way, is 202 -224 -3121.

34:32That's 202 -224 -3121. If we shut down the switchboard because we overloaded the congressional

34:39switchboard, it will send a message.

34:42Okay, here are the 20 Republicans who have co -sponsored this terrible bill.

34:46Obviously, Maria Salazar in Florida, 27.

34:48That's Miami. Mike Lawler, who represents Rockland and parts of Westchester County.

34:53That's New York, 17. David Valdeo from California's 22nd District.

34:58That's the Central Valley of California.

35:00Dan Newhouse of Washington State.

35:01He's retiring. You don't have to call him.

35:03Mike Kelly, he represents all of Western PA from Erie to Pittsburgh.

35:08Brian Fitzpatrick represents Bucks County in Pennsylvania's 1st District.

35:12Gabe Evans is in the suburbs of Denver in Colorado's 8th District.

35:17Marlon Stutzman, he represents Northeast Indiana in Indiana's 3rd.

35:21Don Bacon, also retiring from Omaha.

35:23You don't have to call him.

35:25Young Kim from District 40.

35:26She has a serious, serious primary challenge.

35:30California District 40. And her opponent is not supporting the Dignity Act as of right

36:09A lot of those places do not have large illegal alien populations or large Hispanic

36:14populations. They are in it for the business community who want cheap labor and to

36:19screw over the American taxpayer and the American worker.

36:22That's why they're in it.

36:23They're out to stab them in the back.

36:26After running, and many times, running with President Trump on what he said for mass

36:30deportations. I'm very annoyed about this.

36:33Immigration is the issue that made me a Republican.

36:36It absolutely did. When I was 18 years old and easily influenced and the Iraq

36:40war was going on, I became a Republican because I thought that the words around

36:44supporting illegal immigration over American citizens was delusional and insane, and I became a Republican

36:49because of that. And I thought we really had turned a corner with Trump, especially

36:55Trump in 2024, and the fact that these 20 Republicans are going forward with it.

37:01I cannot imagine how much worse it's going to get once Trump leaves the White

37:05House. I'm sure they want to return to the Bush days.

37:08I absolutely believe it. So I will be having a special announcement on my social

37:12media coming out tomorrow where I will talk about how I'm going to try to

37:17fight against these Republicans supporting amnesty and any Republican.

40:42Every millennial and Gen Z friend of mine is not in favor of the current

40:46Iran war, but all the boomers I know like it.

40:49In 2007, the book The Israel Lobby was released, which criticized the outside's impact of

40:53Israel's interest in U .S.

40:55foreign policy and decision making.

40:57Looking at the discrepancy of opinion in regard to the current Middle East conflict among

41:01different demographics, would you describe as the cause or imperatives of the shift opinions towards

41:08U .S.-Israel relations? Have people finally caught up with Pat Buchanan, what he said in

41:12the 90s, during the first Gulf War?

41:13There are only two groups that are beating the drums for war in the Middle

41:16East, Israel and the defense, Israel's defense ministry and the Amen Corner of the United

41:21States. That is a very complicated question.

41:25Thank you for it. The book The Israel Lobby, I bought it and then never

41:28read it. It's on my bookshelf.

41:30It's one of those many books that I have that I'm like, Oh, I'm going

41:32to get to this when I have free time.

41:34And now I'm like, can I get to read a single article in a day?

41:36That would be great. What I think on the Democratic side, let's talk about the

41:41Democratic side, why the shift in Israel happened.

41:45Partially because, I mean, this is a very low IQ level intellect that the left

41:50is engaged in, but I'm not surprised.

41:52The left has a very basic understanding of people who are perpetrators of conflict and

41:59people who are victims of conflict, people who are oppressed and people who are oppressors.

42:02They view, and they view everything through racial terms, and they see Israelis as being

42:08white and Palestinians as being brown.

42:10And in their heads, brown people are always oppressed against white people.

42:14That's the guttural baseline level.

42:16There's anti -Semitism sprinkled in, especially among immigrant classes, but that is the guttural baseline

42:22lib, white lib, college educated level.

42:25On the Republican side, on the right, I think there's multiple things.

42:30And this could be true for some people on the left, but it's mostly on

42:32the right. One, I think that we are a war -weary country, and Iraq has

42:39totally tainted any kind of military intervention that there will be in this country for

42:44a generation. Iraq was such an ongoing disaster and quagmire.

42:48Two, I think that the historic context of why Israel is an important nation or

42:57why Israel was created after World War II is lost on younger people.

43:02We are as far away from World War II as, you know, World War II

43:08was from the Civil War.

43:10It'd be like explaining the Civil War to somebody born in 1941, as if it

43:15was as important as, you know, what happened yesterday.

43:21When, as time goes on, as history changes, people forget and people don't have a

43:26memory of it, and it doesn't mean as much to them.

43:29And it just doesn't mean as much to them.

43:31And then thirdly, I think that religiosity has changed.

43:36I think that's what I'm going to say.

43:37and Christian Zionism is not what it used to be.

43:41And as the Republican Party has grown, has changed, and as Trump has expanded, of

43:45course, with his election victory, there are just a smaller pool of Christian Zionists in

43:51the Republican Party, and even among the American evangelical class, there are less that are

43:57Christian Zionists to begin with.

43:58So I think you have all three things happening, and I think for a lot

44:01of Jews in America who are friends of mine, and I've spoken to them about

44:05this, a lot of them who were liberal for a very long time, I think

44:11they woke up after October 7th and saw the protests in New York City, because

44:14people need to remember, the anti -Israel protest started the day after October 7th in

44:20this country. There were still Jews bleeding out in Israel when they were protesting Israel.

44:26Israel had not done a single thing yet.

44:28There are just some American leftists and recent immigrants who want to see dead Jews.

44:32There's no other actual explanation for why you would protest a country that had just

44:38been attacked like October 7th was an attack.

44:41That being said, I think that that guttural reaction, that guttural instinct woke a lot

44:49of American Jews' minds up and said, wow, we've made friends with all the wrong

44:54people, because for generations, a lot of American Jews, liberal American Jews, were told, the

44:59left's your friend. And they realized, wow, they're really, really not.

45:04And my, the thing that I really wish we could have a comprehensive, real conversation

45:09around Israel that wasn't so, so, I don't know, demonic at times.

45:16It's, it's, there is a line between having a real conversation and being anti -Semitic.

45:21And when you dehumanize another person, you are being anti -Semitic.

45:26And a lot of people on the right are dehumanizing them.

45:29They're making them less than people.

45:30And that's where I have an absolute hard line.

45:33You cannot, I will not broach that.

45:36You will not talk about another person, regardless of their religion or their race, whatever.

45:40Like, they're not human. We all have a soul for a reason.

45:43So that's just, I think that's why the Israel conversation has changed.

45:47It's a very touchy topic.

45:49I feel a lot for American Jews.

45:51I have a lot of friends who are Jewish.

45:54And there are things I disagree with that I would love to have a conversation

45:57about. I just don't feel like, one, I'm the most informed person in the world.

46:01And two, I don't need to pile on.

46:03I just don't need to pile on right now.

46:05We could take a breath and then have serious conversations.

46:08And there's a lot also I want to learn before I have a serious conversation.

46:11I don't like to come to the table uninformed.

46:20I'm from Michigan. Thanks for responding to my email question about amnesty.

46:23Don't worry, I don't put you in the same category as the black pillars by

46:27any means. Thank you. I'm not a black pillar.

46:30I'm positive. I was referring to the people that's been all day, every day dunking

46:36on Israel as though they have nothing else happening in the world and then complain

46:39that they're not allowed to talk about Israel.

46:41That is so true. People who say they're not allowed to talk about Israel can

46:43never shut up about it.

46:45Even though literally no one is censoring them and they make millions of dollars doing

46:49it. I do not make millions of dollars doing this.

46:51Hopefully one day as this show grows.

46:54Since you've been bringing up the census a lot recently, I was wondering if you

46:57know whether or not there are plans for red states to run ad campaigns to

47:02encourage residents to fill out the census.

47:03I read an article back saying that in the 2020 census, blue states should have

47:07lost more electoral college votes than they did, and red states should have gained more

47:10than they did. But the reason didn't happen because blue states dumped a ton of

47:13money and ad campaigns encouraging the residents to fill out the census.

47:17That's part of the reason.

47:19Part of the reason was a census miscalculation.

47:23It was a lot of seats.

47:24I mean, it wasn't a hundred seats.

47:26It was seats though. It was maybe like four or five that there was miscalculation.

47:32And I don't know why Trump doesn't redo the census or do a mid -cycle

47:36census. I don't know if that's even legal or possible, but it's not really being

47:40floated. I think that there are certain governors that absolutely will.

47:44Texas has a huge opportunity to grow, to be 44, 45 electoral college votes.

47:52I mean, it might be the case where Texas and California are tied in the

47:59next census. I don't know if it's possible.

48:02It is as far as electoral college votes and seats go.

48:04I could see Texas doing that.

48:06I could see Florida doing that.

48:07I could see South Carolina that may gain a seat because there's so many people

48:10moving there. North Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona, Utah, Idaho.

48:14The states that are likely to gain seats, I absolutely could see them trying to

48:18do that because they have a lot of political capital to gain in this time.

48:23Those are the states that are most likely to see, by the way, districts gain

48:26in red states. Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

48:32I think they'll all do some kind of campaign.

48:35Okay, next question from Joseph.

48:36Hey, Ryan, I was wondering, what are your thoughts on Pam Bondi being fired?

48:40Do you think her replacement will be much better?

48:42Keep up the great work.

48:44Yeah, I don't know Pam Bondi.

48:46I have friends who've known her.

48:48I have friends who've talked to her.

48:51I think that she mishandled the whole Epstein file so poorly.

48:56She should have been fired for that alone.

48:58She was allegedly fired for leaking, but I think she should have been fired for

49:02the mishandling of the Epstein files.

49:03She should have been fired for the mishandling of the Mishandling of the Mishandling of

49:03the Mishandling of the Mishandling of the Mishandling of the Mishandling of the Mishandling of

49:03the Mishandling of the Mishandling of the Mishandling made it a conversation starter again.

49:05It wasn't in the mainstream conversation until she handed those binders to those influencers.

49:10And for that alone, I think she should have been fired.

49:12And she did it without, it wasn't a meeting on Epstein.

49:15I've talked about this before.

49:16It was a meeting with influencers about what the administration is doing.

49:18And she brought these binders to it and gave it to them.

49:21And it was very embarrassing.

49:22It became the entire media narrative, media story.

49:26Okay, last question comes from, I don't know who her replacement is, so I don't

49:29know how they're gonna do.

49:41Now, regarding who the Democrats are going to put their full support behind, my gut

49:46tells me it's gonna be Wes Moore.

49:47His name has been percolating in the party for a while now.

49:50And I think that the Houdini magic trick to the back door, any meaningful discourse

49:54on his lying about his background and earning a bronze star.

49:58Yeah, I would think that too.

49:59But the Baltimore news media is really going after him in a way that you

50:04usually don't see for Democrats, like an oddly specific.

50:07The Maryland Democrat liberal media has been going after Wes Moore.

50:10My other two nominees, I think, are potential are either Mark Kelly or Andy Beshear.

50:15Now, I haven't heard much regarding Beshear, but I heard all his political pundits throw

50:18his name on the contenders.

50:19He's so boring. I don't think it's gonna be him.

50:22They will 1 ,000 % not be, they will not let Kamala run again.

50:26That being said, what are your thoughts on the Democratic nominee?

50:28Kamala actually went to an event last week and they were chanting, run.

50:35Here's the thing, and I've said this over and over again.

50:37If they allow a state like Nevada, New Hampshire, and Iowa to be the first

50:42state to vote, which they don't know what the calendar will be yet, a progressive

50:46can be the nominee. If South Carolina goes first, then the entire vote of the

50:52next Democrat nominee will be decided upon by Black, older women.

50:56That is the majority of the vote in these deep Southern states still, except for

51:02like Florida, I think. But besides that, it's mostly Black, Black, older women that decide

51:06the Democratic nominee for president.

51:08They put Bill Clinton in, they put Barack Obama in, they put, they nominated, they

51:13supported, you know, all these people.

51:15I think the only one who got the nomination without their support initially was John

51:18Kerry. And look how well that turned out.

51:21They got Joe Biden, and they gave him his big pushback.

51:24So, after being down in the polls.

51:26So, I think that a lot depends on the calendar.

51:31Until we know the calendar of what states go first, if it's South Carolina, it's

51:36a signal from the Democratic Party that they want an establishment, centrist, who has support

51:42from the Black community. If it's Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, it's a wild card.

51:47It's a much different electorate.

51:49So, pay attention to the calendar.

51:51We can't know until we have the calendar.

51:53Could it be Kamala? I wouldn't say no.

51:55I really wouldn't say no.

51:57If she is the support of the Black community, if she runs there and says

52:00that, I wouldn't say no.

52:01I don't know, but I want to see who the calendar is.

52:04If it's like Iowa first, I kind of doubt that it's going to be her.

52:07But it definitely opens up the door to like a Pete Buttigieg or an AOC

52:10or somebody. Andy Beshear is so intolerably boring.

52:14I just don't see how he's going to do it.
