3:40And I said, what happens when Chad GPT, you really hate Trump or you really

3:46hate Joe Rogan or you really hate Fauci or Kamala Harris, and your AI friend

3:51is ginning you up being like, yeah, they're terrible.

5:24COVID, if you don't care about COVID as much as I do, and if you

5:29aren't informed as COVID as much as I am, you want to kill grandma, right?

10:43New documents show. Justice Department documents mention Russia thousands of times, Vladimir Putin over a

10:50thousand times, reflecting extensive Russia -related communications and contacts in Epstein's network.

10:57Emails, travel records indicate. Okay, so there's real something to it.

11:01Epstein made multiple trips to Russia, obtained business visas, had scouts there recruiting young Russian

11:07women for him, of course, similar to his operations elsewhere.

11:10The files describe Epstein cultivating ties with Russian political and business elites, acting as a

11:16facilitator in deals and introductions, not just sexual encounters.

11:20Epstein repeatedly sought a meeting or back -channel communications with President Vladimir Putin, at times

11:25suggesting he had advice or insight to offer about dealing with Donald Trump.

11:31He had documented ties to at least one former Russian official with a background in

11:36the FSB, whom he used to gather information on a woman he claimed was trying

11:41to extort his business partners.

11:43Well, for sure you're going to have that.

11:45You've got a bunch of Russian hookers that you're bringing over there.

11:48Some of them are going to try to extort you.

11:49Putin was ex -KGB. The KGB for decades, for like almost a century, was blackmailing

11:55Americans. This is one of the big reasons why you couldn't be – there were

11:59restrictions against gays because if you were gay at a time when it was socially

12:03unacceptable and the Russians found out about it, they flipped you.

12:06Because they would sit you down and they'd be like, look, we know, we're going

12:09to out you or you're going to play ball.

19:40to a rope work trip so that Sinema could guide him through a psychedelic experience,

19:45wink, wink. In March of 2024, Matthew Amell informed his then ex, his then wife,

19:51that while he was serving as Sinema's security at an event, the former senator was

19:54having, getting handsy, and that she held his hand and touched him.

20:03of the situation without offending Sinema.

50:01So John Lindsay was mayor in the late 60s during the summer of love stuff.

50:05You had sexual assaults through the roof.

50:08You remember New York was going bankrupt under a beam when Gerald Ford was president.

50:12And Ford, the headline, I think the New York Post was, Ford to New York

50:16City dropped dead. And that cost him some votes and possibly the presidency.

50:21But New York has these, I don't know what the cycle, for Giuliani to win,

50:25you had to have a Dinkins.

50:26For Obama to come in, you had to have a Bush.

50:29But here's the other problem.

50:31There's two issues. One is a lot of people who could, left.

50:35There didn't used to be a plan B for New York because New York was

50:38its own thing. Now it's Florida.

50:40Now it's Florida or Austin.

50:42And New York isn't New York anymore.

50:51that's full of rich people.

50:52You could say it's good.

50:54You can't say it's interesting.

50:56And unless there's a space for young people of nothing to lose who are going

52:20And he's not – just like Trump wasn't really a Republican, he's a Republican on

52:25paper. He had no allegiance to the Republican Party.

52:27He took them all out one at a time.

52:30He has no – in 1934 when Upton Sinclair ran for governor of California after

52:36years of running as a socialist, he goes, people vote for the party their grandparents

52:39voted for. So, he's a Democrat on paper.

1:28:58My concern is always functional movement.

1:29:07Like incline dumbbell, incline bench is one example.

1:29:13But if you have shoulder problems and you're benching, there's a lot of people I

1:29:17know that just have a completely eliminated benching from the workout.

1:29:24But you know what? It won't, like, if you're doing kettlebells, that's the weird thing

1:29:29about kettlebells. It increases the strength of all your activities.

1:29:32Like they found that people that do snatches, it increased their VO2 max and it

1:29:37increased their ability to do chin -ups.

1:29:38I did, used to do kettlebells.

1:29:40I had one of the lifts in my workout and I pulled out my back

1:29:44once something so fierce. It was a temporary, like almost like a cramp, but it

1:29:49was very, very scary. Do you remember what the exercise was?

1:29:51Yeah, I was doing the, when you're bending over and you swing it over your

1:29:53head. Snatch. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

1:29:56Well, the key to that is warm -ups.

1:29:58Do you warm up a lot?

1:29:59No. No, I do warm -ups with the weights.

1:30:01Like I'll do, my first set will be 40 % of my working set.

1:30:04What I would recommend is you gotta, especially as you get older, you really have

1:30:09to warm your body up.

1:30:10And one of the things that I do is I always do 10 minutes on

1:30:12the Airdyne bike, get everything like slightly sweaty.

1:30:16Then I do a lot of jump rope.

1:30:17I get everything fired up and then I do a lot of mobility exercises.

1:30:22I do like body twists.

1:30:24I do these things like you wave, I get down to the bottom and I

1:30:27wave all the way up and I bend backwards and I go forward.

1:30:30I do a lot of twists.

1:30:31I get everything loose. And then I start with push -ups and body weight squats.

1:30:37I do a hundred push -ups, a hundred body weight squats, and that's my warm

1:30:39-up. So all that stuff, by the time I've done with all that stuff, now

1:30:43everything's warm and now I can start working out.

1:30:45How many days a week do you lift or work out?

1:30:47Well, I work out almost every day.

1:30:49Occasionally I'll take a day off, but I work out almost every day.

1:30:52And then with lifting, it's almost every day.

1:30:55It depends on what I'm doing.

1:30:57If I'm hitting the bag, generally I don't lift weights the days I hit the

1:31:01bag. So that's like maybe two or three days a week.

1:31:04So the other two days a week, I alternate between stuff like body weight stuff,

1:31:10like pull -ups, chin -ups, dips.

1:31:14I do L pull -ups where you stick your legs out straight.

1:31:19So you're working your abs at the same time you're doing that.

1:31:23I do a bunch of different things, lower back stuff, a lot of back extensions,

1:31:30reverse hyper stuff, sit -ups on that GHB machine where you're going all the way

1:31:34down. Yeah. I'm just happy with the results.

1:31:38And I'm of the, if it ain't broke, don't fix it mindset.

1:31:42That's good. Yeah. As long as you're happy with the results.

1:31:44I would just avoid a lot of heavy lifting with bench press.

1:31:49I think bench press is, so many people I know that have fucked their shoulders

1:31:53up, fucked their shoulders up through bench press.

2:44:01it's this complete like what are you even doing here um but the guy who

2:44:06did the keyboards for the band did the animation for american splendor and through him

2:44:15i met harvey picar uh who later wrote a book about me in 2006 is

2:44:19he that guy that went nuts on letterman i'm so glad you know who harvey

2:44:25is yeah so harvey started the idea comic book guy right right he started the

2:44:29idea of writing autobiographical comics in the 70s um from off the streets of cleveland

2:44:34here comes american splendor it's an ironic title because his life was not exactly very

2:44:39splendid he was a file clerk kind of a miserable person he hated being called

2:44:43a curmudgeon um and amazingly when the film came out in 2000 and was it

2:44:492000 i think it was something like that 2001 um the he flew back to

2:44:55new york to do stern and the producer of the film ted hope sent out

2:44:59an email that said harvey's in town with nothing to do if you want to

2:45:03hang out with him this is your chance and i'm the only person who took

2:45:06him up on it and i go there and he's on his bed and he

2:45:10uh spoiler alert he died in 2010 on my birthday which was not a fun

2:45:15email to get anyway and he's like he's yeah he's got this really weird way

2:45:19of talking he's like i'm really fucked up man and i pointed out to him

2:45:23since everything in his life was a disaster his movie got a wide release the

2:45:28weekend of the blackout there was this big fucking black he's like oh god damn

2:45:32it and that was the weekend i had a fish tank and i'm trying to

2:45:36keep them alive with no electricity and it did not work out so he wrote

2:45:40a book about me uh and that screenplay fell by the wayside but because it's

2:45:46kind of like spinal tap you know it's this kind of funny story about you

2:45:49know when you're young and anyone out there who's listening to this when you're young

2:45:52go for it be stupid if you're gonna fail it's okay it's still something exciting

2:45:58to try and to do which they certainly did um and now i'm like wait

2:46:02a minute this converts to a graphic novel uh very easily there's a guy named

2:46:06eric july who has this whole kind of empire he did a kickstarter he made

2:46:09like a million for his first one it's called the rip reverse and now they're

2:46:14at a point where you don't have to go through dc or marvel to produce

2:46:17your product so i'm super excited about it again i started this in 2000 and

2:46:24now it's finally 26 years later coming to fruition so awesome unwantedbook .com all right

2:46:30i'm just really kind of it's it's very intense this because here's the other thing

2:46:34what i i was at gold and i had basically what was the opposite of

2:46:39a nervous breakdown where all the parts of my brain slid into place where i

2:46:43realized this story i wrote in 2001 what happens if you do all these things

2:46:49try to be original and go nowhere like those are my fears when i was

2:46:54starting out what if i end up like them have nothing to show for it

2:46:57and 25 years later that experience been run you know i could pay my rent

2:47:01as the kind of creative person and if they were around today they could probably

2:47:04pay their rent because there's much easier as a band to kind of build an

2:47:08audience but it's a very funny story but it's also a very dark one and

2:47:12it's largely true all right so i'm just stoked that i get it on the

2:47:16happy note yeah thanks buddy thank you always good to see you always a pleasure
