4:07And I was like, yeah, I told you I was not going to be doing

4:15Yep, yep. I watched The Masters against my will because my husband turned on the

4:18TV and I don't know how to turn it off.

4:20So, and then he like left and I was just on in my living room.

4:25It was good though. I like that Rory guy.

4:34I don't know. Where does that ball go?

5:30be great um i believe in us actually who doesn't want and come on wouldn't

5:36you want some like normally golf gear because my problem with golf more than anything

5:39else is the outfits are very bad for women very bad i think they're improving

5:45isn't it a bit of a tennis situation like again on a cold day and

5:50i know you don't believe that we have those i was dying oh all right

5:54i'm you know what you could laugh at me that's okay get you some fleece

5:59lined golf wear all right i think we're just you know like our haters say

6:06we just don't want to get to talking about the real topics that's what it

6:09is stick to the news all righty there is news uh the iran ceasefire is

6:17off uh i think a week ago today we recorded a podcast where i said

6:24i didn't think it was going to hold you said the same um we just

6:28both didn't have a lot of optimism that iran was willing to make peace um

6:34and jd vance which by the way we never really talked about why was it

6:39jd vance going to pakistan to talk to the iranians what do we think about

6:43that yeah so it is different from the crew that usually goes and it's a

6:47very presumably a very high stakes it really is yeah negotiation from the point of

6:53view of the white house and so they send this new guy in not to

6:57say that he's not a smart guy who knows things but like right it's been

7:01kushner kushner or um wickhoff on every other thing and sometimes rubio in the mix

7:07right and since vance and i'm kind of of the mind particularly after i saw

7:12that um in an almost literal split screen uh trump was at a ufc fight

7:18with marco rubio he just wanted to hang out with marco i felt like maybe

7:23vance was sent because trump was like i don't love how this is feeling right

7:29now why don't you go give it a try jd because you had some thoughts

7:32about how this wasn't going to work out you go deal with the iranians you

7:36tell me what they say about being peaceful and reasonable and marco and i are

7:41going to go to the fight good luck with this and then you report back

7:44that's what it feels like to me yeah and look i you know i feel

7:48like we'll see about jd vance i'm very on the fence about him i was

7:53a big big fan in the past i am kind of mixed on him now

7:56but i do think a lot of unfair things are attached to him like for

8:01example like joe kent uh who you know famously stepped down um from the uh

8:08counterterrorism position because he didn't support this war he's sort of attached to jd vance

8:14which i don't know necessarily that there's evidence that they have a relationship or that

8:19they are even on the same side but they're sort of seen as united on

8:24the same side of the what we would call the people who are on the

8:28right but have really turned on trump now sending vance might have been kind of

8:34a a gift to those people like hey look we're going to send the guy

8:38you do trust to try to make peace you say you don't want war here

8:42comes jd vance to figure out if we could really make this ceasefire happen um

8:48and you know the idea that they fell apart because the iranians were like we

8:53are not giving up our nukes and joe kent had told tucker carlson that there

8:58was a fatwa against developing nuclear weapons in iran um there's a lot of kind

9:03of humor to that because they they would they were so against developing nukes that

9:08they won't give up the nukes after you know 20 plus hours of negotiations with

9:12jd vance and they're unwilling to discuss any kind of give part of giving up

9:18any part of their nuclear program yeah so vance is there for 21 hours in

9:22islamabad sitting down face to face along with kushner and whitkoff and he comes out

9:27at the end and this is what he had to say briefly about the progress

9:30there we have been at it now for 21 hours and uh we've had a

9:36number of substantive discussions with the iranians that's the good news the bad news is

9:41that we have not reached an agreement and i think that's bad news for iran

9:44much more than it's bad news for the united states of america so we go

9:48back to the united states having not come to an agreement we've made very clear

9:52what our red lines are what things we're willing to accommodate so one of the

9:55points on the 15 point plan was that that the u .s had presented to

10:00iran it included assistance to them in advancing and developing a civilian nuclear project so

10:06there's this argument that like no iran doesn't want nuclear weapons for war or to

10:10attack you know other countries they want it for electricity generation which you know is

10:16simply untrue because they are unwilling to give up any uh uranium enrichment even if

10:23we provide them with already enriched fuel so also the idea that they're super interested

10:28in providing power to the people of iran is somewhat undercut by the fact that

10:32they cut out the internet and all sorts of things for the last 48 50

10:35days right um the new york times called it a remarkable conclusion to a high

10:40stakes diplomatic trip for mr vance i didn't think it was that remarkable i you're

10:46sitting down with pakistan and iran like pakistan's like the good cop in the room

10:51we we think we're gonna get something good out of this.

10:54The thing about Trump is that in the past, yes, something like this would have

10:58been extremely orchestrated for any other president.

11:01It would have been extremely high stakes.

11:03Every single word that came out of every person's mouth would have been a huge

11:08deal and everybody's reading the tea leaves.

11:10It simply doesn't work that way with Trump.

11:13Trump is like, yeah, give it a try.

11:15Yeah. And if it doesn't work, come back and then we'll do something else.

11:19Or at least that's how it feels to me.

11:22Certainly. Right. And, you know, Trump, again, in the past, a president going to a

11:27UFC fight while this was going on would have been some sort of tell.

11:31But here it's like, no, Trump just likes UFC.

11:35He's just interested in that sort of thing.

11:37There's a good thread on X by somebody named Miad Malecki, a senior fellow at

11:43FDD. And it's just about how the current blockade of the Hormuz Strait by us

11:51could easily destroy the Iranian economy completely.

11:55They rely on the trade through that strait to such an extent that it can

12:01really decimate them. And Trump's hitting them where it hurts.

12:05You know, I sent this to you last night.

12:06Somebody posted a still from one of my favorite movies, A Bronx Tale, and it

12:12was Chaz Palminteri saying, now yous can't leave.

12:15And that's what it felt like when, you know, Iran's like, we're going to block

12:19the Strait of Hormuz. And Trump's like, no, we're going to block the Strait of

12:22Hormuz. Yeah. I mean, there is a part of this where, yes, they can exact

12:27pain and it will have knock -on effects, even though we don't get most of

12:30our crude oil from that area.

12:31Yeah. We get it from other places.

12:33But it will have effects.

12:35But we also have power.

12:37We have agency. We have Trump at the head, who's not afraid to use American

12:41power. So this has moved a little bit from a military operation to an economic

12:49war, which, by the way, Trump is very comfortable with, despite the fact that, you

12:55know, it could have knock -on effects and people will feel it here.

12:58Through trade and all sorts of things, he's very happy to dust it up in

13:03these areas. And that is what makes it tricky for the Iranian regime, because they

13:09don't know how long he might stick it out doing this.

13:11Right. It's like they thought he was in there with them, and it turns out

13:16they're there with him. So we'll see.

13:20Last week, Clay Travis, you know, we're on the Buck Sexton and Clay Travis podcast

13:25network. He tweeted, Iran doesn't control the Strait of Hormuz or simply threatening to blow

13:30up ships there, something the U .S.

13:31and dozens of other countries could also do.

13:33So far, we've allowed Iran's oil to leave the Strait.

13:36We could stop that immediately, and maybe we should.

13:38Now, Trump is a big fan of Clay and Buck, and he has responded to

13:44things that, like, their callers have called in and suggested before.

13:47So it's actually not even crazy to imagine Trump saw this Clay Travis tweet and

13:51was like, oh, yeah, I could do that.

13:54Right. We could do that.

13:56By the way, I want to give also a perspective from The New York Times

13:59just to an idea of, like, how this is reported on.

14:03At the end of their piece on J .D.

14:05Vance not getting a deal with the Iranians, they say, it turned out after 21

14:09hours on the ground in Islamabad, not much had happened to bring a lasting peace

14:14between the United States and Iran.

14:15Well, yeah. Not much has happened since 1979 to bring a lasting peace between the

14:22U .S. and America. It's just what they liked was the detente that was Iran

14:26hitting us and our assets with impunity.

14:30That's what they like. They don't like this version where you actually punish bad behavior.

14:35And as the FDD expert points out, it might actually move the regime.

14:41Right. If there's a regime left, we also have just no idea who's in charge

14:46there and what level are these people even at at this point.

14:51But this is what also dealing with these kinds of states is like.

14:56And Israel has had this experience firsthand.

14:59And I think the U .S.

15:01largely hasn't. And so here we are trying to make deals with irrational, stubborn actors

15:07who don't have the best interests of their people.

15:09So they don't really care if you destroy their country and their economy and kill

15:14a bunch of their people.

15:15They're just sort of like, that just is how it goes.

15:18It's very hard to have sane conversations and to make actual deals with those people.

15:25So this is a kind of a gear shift for Trump, too.

15:27He loves the deal making, but he's also like, I will do what I have

15:31to do here. A thing I appreciate about this and the Vance clip is that

15:35Vance, despite being definitely more of a restrainer and someone who probably raised issues with

15:40this particular engagement, he comes out not like a Georgetown Foreign Service grad, the opposite,

15:47and just says, like, they're being intransigent.

15:49We're not getting a deal.

15:50Instead of, oh, talks are moving along, good stuff, and we're going to just like

15:56mealy mouth this thing until we collapse on a bunch of stuff.

15:59He makes it clear that we're not doing that.

16:02And I appreciate hearing that from him, even though he has issues with the engagement

16:07to begin with or the kind of engagement sometimes.

16:10Maybe, right. Yeah. I feel like it's something we just don't know.

16:13Does he have issues with the engagement?

16:15We hear it so anonymously sourced second and third hand.

16:19I kind of try to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's on

16:22Trump's team, but, you know.

16:24Yes, but I think he's hesitantly on Trump's team.

16:26And I take that from his own words in the Yemen signal chat where everyone

16:32was like, we're going to hit the Houthis because they keep hitting us like 130

16:35times in the past two years.

16:37And he was like, I don't know about that.

16:39And is Trump fully briefed on this?

16:41That's where that's where my shift on him happened.

16:44Like, oh, he seems quite committed to the idea that we shouldn't be exerting power

16:49in these ways. Mm hmm.

16:50What happened to him, though?

16:51Like, is this an actual change in J .D.

16:54Vance? Have we seen a real because he wasn't this guy just a few years

16:58ago. So, well, it's like it's difficult to understand here.

17:03This is where I'm I want to be very generous to him because I think

17:06his opposition comes from having served and having known a bunch of people who lost

17:13limbs and lives and, you know, watched American treasure go overseas and and watched Obama

17:21and Biden through withdrawal fritter both Afghanistan and Iraq gains away to a great extent.

17:28And I understand that point of view.

17:31I don't think it's solved by restraint all the time.

17:35I don't think that that issue is solved, but I get where it comes from.

17:39And I think he wants to be in the corner of which I kind of

17:43am most of the time, which is like, I don't want a giant project, but

17:46I do want effective strikes and use of American military might.

17:51So there's a place in there where he's honestly coming to the point of view

17:54that's like, hey, the president's in charge.

17:56I don't think this is going to end quickly.

17:58So I'm very worried about it.

18:01Yeah, that is I mean, it's a it's the charitable take and we'll we'll give

18:05it to him. Well, the thing that also concerns me is that restrainer ism that

18:12also hangs out with Tucker Carlson.

18:13That's it. Inevitably taking a turn.

18:17I don't know where he is on that.

18:19Right, right. We don't know where he is on that.

18:21And he is kidding himself if he thinks he's not going to have to face

18:25that at some point, because, again, everybody has this speculation about him and he's not

18:30like, no, you guys are all crazy and wrong.

18:32He doesn't do that. And I should note also because Trump very notably turned on

18:38the podcast crews the other day in a true social where he blasted Trump, Tucker

18:45and Megyn Kelly and Candace Owens by name in his signature.

18:49Yeah, and Alex Jones. Yeah, and Alex Jones.

18:51And it's so funny that all the like B -listers of that crew were like

18:55upset that they weren't mentioned.

18:59Put us in the ranks, Trump.

19:01Right, right. That's all they need.

19:02That's all they want. Right.

19:03All they're here for is the hits.

19:05So Trump really did them a disservice by not throwing them in there.

22:14facing just a litany of sexual harassment and possible assault allegations um you know what

22:23drives me absolutely crazy about this among other things that everybody knew it was the

22:30same thing with harvey weinstein it was like oh yeah everybody knew i'm like i

22:35didn't know if you if you knew you should have said something because i don't

22:39know i did not know actually so uh you should have said something if everybody

22:46knew it's like this way of like i'm in the know but you didn't do

22:50anything about it you absolute coward uh so that's where i get really pissed off

22:57about stories like this yeah the san francisco chronicle is the first one that ran

23:01with us and we should note that um the allegations are pretty serious this is

23:05a woman in the first san francisco chronicle story it was a woman who went

23:09um her name is not on the record she is anonymous and she says she

23:13was a staffer for him and he repeatedly sent her nudes uh initiated contact over

23:19uh snapchat which is like you know a little sketchy in and of itself yeah

23:23um solicited nudes from her uh tried to kiss her in a car um you

23:29know solicited her for oral tax in a car like you know all yeah all

23:33things while she was his employee and then eventually they hung out she got very

23:39drunk says she does not remember the encounter but uh felt that she had been

23:45violated and um this happened a couple times yeah so that's that's where that's what

23:50kicked everything off and then several other women came forward and said oh yeah he

23:53was very skeezy with me reaching out by the way i believe he was married

23:56during all of this right right yeah so what a guy um the new york

24:00times is saying that new york has opened a criminal investigation uh i believe based

24:05on that staffer that you mentioned in the san francisco chronicle um it's multiple women

24:12have accused him of misconduct it's like really i mean it goes from like just

24:18inappropriate chatter to some very serious allegations like you said um what's really particularly crazy

24:25to me is that in 2020 axios reported that eric swalwell had a relationship with

24:33a chinese spy and he's still in our political system what in the world is

24:40going on apparently he had an extended relationship with a chinese spy who goes by

24:46fang fang and um was you know from the chinese intelligence agency and again it

24:52was axios breaking this story it wasn't like you know national review finding out which

24:58i would believe anyway but if you want to question whether these stories are real

25:02these are liberal outlets coming after him um and of course it's like well why

25:07now why why is this information coming to light now he's been around for so

25:12long again this story is from 2020 um you know what does that mean does

25:17it mean that they actually want katie porter to win or um you know the

25:22yeah that is important as as uh our podcasting yeah as our podcasting friend uh

25:29john ashbrook says on ruthless no story like this comes out and and certainly doesn't

25:35become banner headline news unless it is beneficial to another democrat so what is happening

25:40what is happening right now is that in the gubernatorial race in california which you

25:46would imagine should be won hands down by a democrat they got a little problem

25:50because they have a jungle primary which means that whoever the top two finishers advance

25:55to a runoff those two could be two democrats which is what usually happens usually

26:00right so they're guaranteed a win but what's happening right now is that the people

26:04in california have become a little ticked off at the democrats and there are two

26:08republicans running at the top of this field those are steve hilton former uh fox

26:13uh host great guy and um chad bianco sheriff uh in california now trump has

26:20endorsed uh hilton which i don't think was a great strategic move because i would

26:23like both of those guys to move on but in the meantime democrats have swalwell

26:29as their leader at this point but it's a paltry like 12 or something and

26:34then they have katie porter who has all sorts of uh abuse issues also a

26:38lot of abuse baggage something involving mashed potatoes on her ex -husband's head much of

26:44it on video uh and then who's the third oh tom steyer who just spends

26:48a bunch of money and never wins yeah so that's their situation so they realize

26:53if we don't winnow this field right we're gonna split too much and the two

26:58republicans will move on so that is why yeah everything is coming out now right

27:03well tom steyer according to polymarket has spiked into a 53 chance to win that

27:09thing um i you know i have heard tom steyer speak he has zero personality

27:15and no no charge at all.

27:17But again, if Katie Porter is the other Democrat in the race, he might run

27:21away with that, you know, for the Democrats.

27:25Like you said, it doesn't mean he's going to be in the top two, but

27:28we'll see what happens. Swalwell was in poll position to win that election, even though

27:32Republicans were in the lead.

27:35It just there were a lot of people in the race and he was sort

27:38of considered the guy that was going to take it.

27:44Right. Entire state, hugely populous, which with a giant economy and the three people y

27:51'all are pulling are Steyer, Katie Porter and Eric Swalwell.

27:56Come on, politics. Yeah. As our friend Lisa Booth points out about billionaire Tom Steyer,

28:01who's really just trying to buy this thing.

28:03I thought billionaires were bad.

28:05And of course, only Republican billionaires are bad.

28:08Just like only credible allegations or even incredible ones.

28:13The credible allegations only count when you're like in danger of endangering other Democrats.

28:18That's when they count. Yeah.

28:20I do have a running list of men who were on CNN twice as much

28:26as I was when I worked there, who ended up becoming hugely flame out, disgusting.

28:32So he's one. We had Michael Avenatti, who ended up in jail.

28:37Yep. Yep. He was going to be president, Mary Catherine.

28:41And the thing is that each one of these people, our friends on the left

28:45and most of the media, I repeat myself, are perfectly willing to believe anything out

28:50of their mouths and hold them up as beacons of trust.

28:54Yep. As long as they hate Trump enough.

28:56Exactly. It's a bad standard.

28:59Right. And the way that these people say that they want democracy, but when the

29:04billionaires, their billionaires try to buy that democracy, that's okay.

29:08So switching gears to Hungary, we have, last night there was an election in Hungary

29:15and Orban, who had been the leader of Hungary for the last 16 years, was

29:20defeated. He was frequently referred to as a dictator or an autocrat and sometimes a

29:26fascist, but he lost the election.

29:28He conceded, he stepped down, and he did the same when he lost in 2002.

29:33Meanwhile, the billionaires on the left, the Alex Soros, for example, is like the people

29:39of Hungary have taken back their country, a resounding rejection of entrenched corruption and foreign

29:44interference. Meanwhile, Soros has given like close to $100 million to various groups in Hungary

29:51to cause this result. That is now, you know, democracy in action.

29:55Well, and by the way, the uprising is not led by a lib.

29:59I mean, he's not liberal.

30:01He's conservative in many of his views.

30:04Also, I just like many of the people who claim that Orban and Trump are

30:09the same and that these are existential crises in both countries.

30:14They just seem to blip right by the fact that like, OK, well, the guy

30:18just lost and then left.

30:20Right. And so you're telling me that a country elected some guy that you didn't

30:25like for a while and then they elected a different guy that you like slightly

30:28better. Right. Exactly. That sounds OK to me.

30:32Yeah. I will never forget, by the way, all of them telling me that Maloney

30:36was a fascist. Like, I'm done with that.

30:38That's up there for sure.

30:39Yeah. So the new guy is named Peter Magar.

30:44He is socially conservative. He is really a big immigration restrictionist.

30:48He wants to, according to Jason Kenney on X, he wants to cut taxes and

30:53double the defense budget. He criticized Orban for admitting too many guest workers, wants to

30:58increase Hungary's already generous pronatal incentives.

31:01I mean, I watched a video of him today and I think the most liberal

31:05thing about him is he wants to rejoin the International Criminal Court, which is really

31:10too bad. I don't think the ICC should have any kind of power or any

31:14of that. But other than that, I kind of see him as just as conservative

31:19as Orban. So I'm not sure what the Democrats or liberals think they want here

31:24remains to be seen. But Hungary has been in pretty good shape and I hope

31:28that it stays that way.

31:30Well, certainly it doesn't seem, at least on the immigration front, that that populist strain

31:34will be losing anytime soon in most of Europe.

31:39I mean, it does seem like something that is whether whether the it's the opposition

31:44or the party in power.

31:46Now that's a line of a line of attack that is salient to most many,

31:50many, many European voters. Right.

31:52Well, again, what remains to be seen what happens there and maybe Magar is this

31:56great liberal hope. But so far, it doesn't seem that way.

31:59And we'll have to keep an eye on that.

34:29All right, we are back on Normally with a little bit of a story about

34:34marriage. We like to talk about marriage here.

34:36We do. Yeah. We're really big fans of marriage.

34:39In this case, Alex Clark, who is a Turning Point USA personality, deals with, like,

34:46health and wellness in the Maha universe.

34:49And someone tweeted the other day, Alex Clark has some good ideas, and I've enjoyed

34:54listening to her podcast in the past, but I don't think it's wise for her

34:57to have a prominent role at TPUSA's Women's Leadership Conference, considering that she's still unmarried

35:03at age 33. And then there was a response to that.

35:07I think you have that.

35:08Yeah. So it's interesting because Alex Clark is quite good.

35:12She is—she's young. She's smart.

35:15She makes some good points.

35:18The idea that she shouldn't have a prominent role at TPUSA Women's Leadership Conference because

35:24she's still unmarried in her early 30s is obviously absurd.

35:28And let me just tell the women that are listening to this, don't think that

35:32married women in their 30s don't get the same kind of crap.

35:36We do. We get the, like, why are you here not at home with your

35:39children? So Haley Coronia, she responded to this.

35:44She's got a podcast called Scrolling with Haley.

35:47She's also a very interesting person.

35:49She writes, I'm a Christian, unmarried woman in her 30s.

35:52I'd love to get married and have children.

35:54Just because I haven't experienced these things yet doesn't mean I don't know that they

35:57are good or a woman should strive for.

35:59I do want to ask, though, what should unmarried Christian women do in their waiting

36:03season? Settle, shut up, be utterly boring and unsuccessful, live at home off our parents

36:08until we meet someone to take care of us, work less hard so that men

36:11will be more apt to pick us up.

36:12What does that say about what men want?

36:14Why would a masculine man be threatened by a woman who is passionate about her

36:17career and hobbies? And why is it that the assumption that a woman's passion and

36:21skills aren't transferable to motherhood?

36:23Most working women I know are feminine and would love to be traditional stay -at

36:27-home moms. It's a real tough question of, you know, what should women who want

36:35to be married be doing?

36:36But that's not what these people are saying.

36:39They're saying that you shouldn't even listen to women unless they are married.

36:42And again, as you and I know, we get the opposite kind of hate.

36:46If you're Erica Kirk and you are married with children and then you become tragically

36:51not married and still have children, they will go after you for that as well.

36:55That's right. This is a situation where some of them just simply don't think it

37:00is the place of women to speak up.

37:02And you and I came up in a conservative movement that didn't have those takes.

37:09And I think, look, a lot of this is a pendulum swing culturally because the

37:15left asserted that marriage and normal families were bad and that you'd be ruining your

37:19life by engaging in it.

37:21So there's this swing back to, like, let's do it the more traditional way.

37:24But Alex Clark has plenty to offer.

37:29Women have plenty to offer.

37:31And by the way, they should be engaged in politics because if you don't have

37:34them there, you're going to lose.

37:37Yeah. Because they have to be, like, voting and things.

37:40That's right. Yep. Yep. And, you know, Republicans do have a problem with women and

37:44the problem is this kind of thing.

37:46I will say that the account that commented on Alex Clark, you know, maybe she

37:50shouldn't be in a TPUSA leadership role, is called White Baby Factory.

37:55So, like, you know, take it with— Can you check the origin of the country

37:58on that one? Yeah. Take it with a giant, humongous grain of salt that this

38:03person even has, you know, the best hope online.

38:06I just checked the country.

38:08It's Canada. You Canadians. But here's— You're supposed to be polite.

38:12But here's the thing is, I think that on the Internet, it so often gets

38:18polarized into this ridiculous, excuse the Obama phrase, false choice between a hardcore boss babe

38:26with zero children and never interested in getting married and the opposite.

38:31And like the beauty of modern life, actually, and of course, it comes with downsides

38:37and we make exchanges and tradeoffs because that's what life is.

38:40But there are so many more options available to us as working moms of putting

38:45everything together than there were when my mom was raising me.

38:50Yeah. Yeah. And I think there's also, you know, the thing that just because of

38:54what you're doing now, whether that's staying at home with your kids or not married

38:58or whatever, is what you're always going to be doing is insane.

39:00I mean, you could you could be a stay at home mom for a few

39:03years and then go back to being a full time working mom or you could

39:06work part time or, you know, and I always hated this idea like, oh, the

39:10single women like that's a temporary state.

39:13And, you know, I said about Erica Kirk, marriage could be a temporary state.

39:17It's all in flux and you're doing your best and and women should not have

39:22to be at each other's throats or being told that they shouldn't be they should

39:25be left out of the conversation, whether they're married or single or whatever.

39:28By the way, women who do want to get married and have kids, they should

39:34have people to listen to who are both married and unmarried, people who are going

39:38through that season and people who are not.

39:40And I also just want to shout out Alex Clark for having been very courageous,

39:42very early in calling out Candace Owens and very unabashed about it when she had

39:47stuff to lose, just as others did when it comes to like that audience or

39:52clout or what have you.

39:53And she was like, no, this is bad.

39:56And she was very clear about it.

39:58Yep. Yep. And I think that's when I started following her.

40:01And like I said, I've enjoyed following her.

40:03And I think that she's smart and has a lot to say, the idea to

40:07dismiss her because she's not married.

40:08And, you know, I just celebrated my 17 year anniversary and I post every year

40:13of my anniversary that I at age 30 was a disaster.

40:18I mean, I was nowhere near, you know, these girls are all doing a lot

40:21better than I was. I was really in a bad place.

40:24And by 31, I was married.

40:27And at the start of the best decade of my life, it's just things can

40:30change very quickly. Again, don't see these as permanent states.

40:34And, you know, I thought I was never getting married for sure.

40:38So, you know, things could really change.

40:41Yep. Life changes all the time.

40:42That's the only thing that is constant.
