1:03I'm Ben Mycelis, and this is your Breaking News.

1:06We've got a lot to discuss regarding Donald Trump's unlawful and catastrophic war in Iran.

1:13Things continue to escalate. Donald Trump and his regime continue to spread disinformation, that there

1:21are very productive negotiations taking place, and that Iran is totally and utterly obliterated while

1:28Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz.

1:31Iran's parliament just adopted a law that says that they will officially institute a tolling

1:38system in the Strait of Hormuz.

1:40And as we speak right now, throughout Iran, they are staging what they are referring

1:46to, a night of defiance of Epstein coalition airstrikes.

1:52And so what they are simulcasting, I guess, across all of Iran are hundreds of

1:57thousands of peoples in different cities who are protesting or who are coming out to

2:02support the current regime. And again, let's be very, very clear.

2:08This is propaganda, you know, and this is intended right here as well to send

2:14a message. But when you have one side of the media, the Trump propaganda that's

2:20out there that says, they're totally obliterated and people are begging for us to come

2:24in and they want us to make a deal so badly.

2:27And when you can observe that the Iranians control the Strait of Hormuz, that they're

2:33still striking their Arab nation neighbors where there are American military interests, when you can

2:39observe the fact that there are still, again, huge groups of people in the hundreds

2:45of thousands in various cities that are being simulcasted, the post right there was from

2:50a University of Tehran professor.

2:53When you see the Parliament of Iran meeting and functioning and, you know, yesterday you

2:59had the spokesperson for Iran's foreign ministry hold a press conference saying, we did not

3:05have any negotiations with the United States.

3:08We are, we've stated our non -negotiables and what they are.

3:12We need to keep ballistic missiles and Shahid drones.

3:16We'll never give those up.

3:17We need permanent security guarantees for us, for the Houthis, for Hezbollah, for the Shiite

3:26militias in Iraq. We need full reparations.

3:29We need American military bases out of the Middle East.

3:35If you agree to our non -negotiables, we can start negotiating.

3:38And then we want, and then we're willing to enter into a sustainable peace agreement.

3:43So one of the tactics that the Trump regime is using now to jawbone the

3:48market, to manipulate the market, they realize that Trump's social media posts don't work anymore

3:54to do that, or they work minimally.

3:57So now they leak things to like the Wall Street Journal and other legacy media

4:01outlets to then repost that.

4:03Or they'll like give a media, like an out of context statement.

4:08And then like the wire will publish, you know, from what I just told you

4:12about the Iranian negotiating position.

4:14It's like Iran says they want peace and they're looking for a peace deal.

4:18It's like that gets published over the wire.

4:20And it's like not everything else that's in context where Iran says, we're not going

4:25to agree to anything unless these things are met.

4:29And then we can agree that they're sustainable and long -term peace, but we control

4:33the Strait of Hormuz. We get reparations.

4:36We keep ballistic missiles. In the future, we enrich uranium.

4:39We're recognized as sovereign over the Strait of Hormuz.

4:45You agree to all of that and there'll be peace.

4:48And then like, you know, the media here will be like, and they said they

4:51wanted peace. Then the market like goes up and it's like, okay, like, like the

4:55reality is Iran strongly controls the Strait of Hormuz right now.

5:00They've instituted a toll system.

5:02They're letting Chinese vessels go, some Indian vessels go, a few Pakistani vessels go, having

5:07nothing to do with the United States at this point.

5:10And they've been very clear.

5:10However, if you. you try to get through and you don't get permission, we will

5:17target you. And they've done that over and over and over again.

5:19We see over the past 12, 24 hours, they struck a Kuwaiti flagship off the

5:28port of Dubai. They hit an oil depot in Haifa.

5:31They hit a big infrastructure area in Kuwait as well.

5:37The militias in Iraq continue to target American interests there.

5:44So, I mean, you see what's happening in the region.

5:47I'll say this, and I think this isn't getting a lot of attention.

5:50I don't know if you've noticed this, but a lot less strikes by the Iranians

5:56in Qatar. All the strikes continuing in every other areas, in Kuwait, in Iraq where

6:02there are American military bases, in the UAE, in Saudi Arabia, of course, in Israel,

6:07in Bahrain, all there, but not Qatar, which leads a lot of people, including myself,

6:13to believe that Qatar probably struck a deal with Iran directly.

6:20And that's what we're seeing a lot of, right?

6:22As the United States security umbrella in the region collapses, a new security umbrella is

6:30becoming into fruition, right? I mean, you had President Zelensky of Ukraine.

6:37He did a meeting with all of these Arab nation leaders, right?

6:41He met with MBS of Saudi Arabia.

6:45He met with Qatar. He met with United Arab Emirates.

6:50He took a meeting in Jordan and Kuwait as well.

6:52He did all of these meetings.

6:54In a lot of them, he inked these long -term security deals where Zelensky and

7:00Ukrainians provide the interceptor drones, the interceptor technology, much cheaper, right?

7:08But you have to learn how to strike down these FPV, these first -person viewing

7:14drones, the swarms that are used by Iran, the Shahids that are used by Iran,

7:19the ballistic missiles that are used by Iran.

7:21Ukraine has experienced how to deal with all of that better than just about everyone.

7:26So Ukraine stepping up, isn't that kind of the ultimate irony, right?

7:30As Donald Trump continues to attack Zelensky, support Putin, removes oil sanctions from Russia, allow

7:36Russian oil ships to enter Cuba, go around Donald Trump's so -called blockade and embargo

7:43of Cuba as Russian Duma members.

7:47Russian senators are taking tours of our Capitol building, right?

7:51Donald Trump also demanded, did you see this?

7:54Demanded Zelensky. Zelensky's like, certain of our partners have requested or demanded we stop striking

8:02the oil depots and liquefied natural gas facilities of Russia.

8:07And then Zelensky's like, well, once Russia agrees to a ceasefire and stops attacking our

8:12energy infrastructure, we'll stop striking theirs, right?

8:15Because as Donald Trump has gotten rid of these sanctions on Russian oil, Russia's crude

8:22export capacity has been decreased by about 40 % to 50 % because the Ukrainian

8:29first -person view FPV drone swarms have been able to successfully strike the Russian facilities.

8:37And so, and Trump was trying to stop that.

8:40But anyway, you have Zelensky helping these Arab nations now in the Middle East, you

8:45have nations doing one -off deals with Iran, right?

8:50You have, you know, as I said, I believe Qatar probably entered a deal.

8:54They're not publicizing that though.

8:56India doing one -off deals, others doing, other countries doing one -off deals.

9:01And then we see, you know, American allies are really former allies at this point.

9:06I think they're preparing right now for what a future kind of security umbrella globally

9:14looks like, you know, and they're telling the United States, and this is unprecedented, this

9:18would never happen before. They're saying the U .S., not only can you not use

9:23air bases or our land, you can't use our skies.

9:28We're not letting you over our skies, right?

9:30So first, Spain came out and said, you can't use our air bases.

9:35You can't use the air over us, the air restrictions.

9:39But then you had France come out today and France says, you can't use our

9:44airspace. You had Italy come out and say, you can't use our airspace.

9:49Switzerland has already said, you can't use our airspace.

9:53Spain, you know, notably with Switzerland as well, though, Donald Trump also screwed them over

10:00by not giving them, or by diverting F -35 money that was paid by people

10:08in Switzerland to Trump's need to replenish Thad and Patriot interceptors.

10:15He like took the money of Switzerland and Switzerland's like, seriously, you just took the

10:19money that we bought for the F -35 and you funneled it to your own

10:22Patriot and Thads. Also, Trump tried to do that and take existing Patriot systems away

10:29from Poland. Poland's like, we're NATO's Eastern flank, you idiot.

10:33And the Trump regime's like, well, can we take your Patriot and Thad system?

10:37Like, no. Do you see what's happening?

10:39In Ukraine, do you see Russia's invasion?

10:41You realize how close Poland is to Ukraine?

10:44We're not giving it back to you, right?

10:47And so you have all of these developments taking place.

10:49And why do I think these countries are saying, don't use our airspace?

10:53They're preparing for what the security apparatus, what a future world checks and balances are

11:04going to look like with a very weakened United States.

11:08They see how weak the U .S.

11:10is now globally, right? The U .S.

11:12will huff and puff and they'll say, we're doing embargo on Cuba.

11:18Embargo on Cuba. Nobody can pass.

11:20Mexico, if you dare pass, we have an executive order.

11:24We will tariff you into hell.

11:26Colombia, we will have the DOJ indict you if you dare help the people of

11:31Cuba who we're trying to starve to death and attack their civilian infrastructure.

11:36Anybody else, be warned. Our ships will interdict and attack you.

11:41And Putin's like, I've got my ship right here.

11:46Like y 'all remember learning about the Cuban missile crisis, right?

11:49And what a big deal it was, like the stare down, right?

11:52With Kennedy, with the Russians, they stared each other down.

11:56Was America going to hold its ground?

11:59And what was going to happen over there?

12:00Was Russia going to be able to even further entrench its influence in Cuba?

12:05What was going to happen, right?

12:07I mean, you're just, all of these historical like lessons that took a lot of

12:12time to develop. Like we're doing like a fast forward version.

12:16You know, that movie Click with Adam Sandler.

12:18It's like, we're already like going through everything and undoing like America building up, being

12:26the so -called leader of the free world.

12:29And Trump's like destroying all of it at once.

12:31Russia's like, okay, nice little blockade you got there.

12:34But we're going to head in there to Cuba.

12:36Okay. We're going to look like the good guys and we're going to give Cuba

12:41oil because you could have done a Trump and you could have had your allies

12:45do it who wanted to do it, but you attacked your allies.

12:47But now when the country that's providing weapons and money and logistics to Iran to

12:53target Americans and to target American infrastructure in the Middle East, you're going to let

12:58them go by, right? Donald.

12:59And Russia's like, we head in right there.

13:02They give their oil to Cuba.

13:04Then Donald Trump's asked about it.

13:05And Trump's like, yeah, sure.

13:07I let them in. I'll assess on a case by case basis.

13:11Then Caroline Levitt, Donald Trump's press secretary was asked.

13:14So what about Mexico? What about Colombia?

13:16What about other countries who may want to help Cuba?

13:18And Caroline Levitt's like, yeah, I'm not sure they're going to be allowed.

13:21We're going to assess it on a case by case basis.

13:23And we're going to let Russia in.

13:25What about future Russia? Can Russia get in with more stuff?

13:28We'll assess it. By the way, let me be very clear.

13:31I believe that Donald, as much as I disagree and feel strongly that the regime

13:38in Cuba, the successors of the Castro regime, while I believe that they're not doing

13:46the best for the Cuban people, while I believe that if they were to be

13:52replaced by a place that's more representative of the people, people could get up out

13:58of poverty. But I disagree strongly with Trump's crimes against humanity and what he's doing

14:05to the Cuban people. Just because you disagree with governments around the world doesn't mean

14:09I think that we should threaten invasion or do invasions just because we disagree with

14:15regimes. I mean, there is a global architecture that existed.

14:21Alliances are important. We need stability in the world.

14:24And sometimes doing something creates a worse outcome than containing and doing nothing at all.

14:31Clearly, that's what we're seeing with Donald Trump's disastrous war in Iran.

14:37That's what we're seeing with Donald Trump globally right now.

14:40And so I think what he was doing was a crime against humanity.

14:45But at the end of the day, let's not be naive here.

14:49We all think, you don't think that Russia also with the oil was delivering Shahid

14:57drones and FPV drones and helping Cuba arm itself in the event.

15:02Donald Trump invaded. Let's not be naive here.

15:05And where's the outrage from all of these people who are all about holding Russia

15:11accountable? And so the outcome of all of this, the outcome of all of this

15:17is now Russia has stronger control over an island that is just miles away from

15:26Florida, Canada. And that barely registers as a blip, right?

15:30On the way the media is reporting on all of this stuff, right?

15:35I mean, let's like actually think about what's going on here.

15:41Going through some of the receipts of everything that's been happening.

15:45And then I want to talk a little bit also about the big ballroom ruling.

15:49We're going to talk about that, how a federal judge, Judge Leon, and I did

15:53a whole hot take on it as well.

15:55So I want to talk a little bit more about the war.

15:58I want to talk about a federal judge in Washington, D .C.

16:02blocking Trump's $400 million ballroom, blocking it.

16:07permanently, unless Congress authorizes it.

16:10And the judge made, it's such a great ruling.

16:12At the end of it, he goes, I got a great solution.

16:15Congress authorize it. Voila, we fixed the problem.

16:18Go to Congress. Congress builds your ballroom.

16:20They say, okay, private funds can support it.

16:23That's the way our system works.

16:24We'll go more over, we'll go more into this ruling.

16:27I want to also talk about Kristi Noem and Kristi Noem's husband.

16:31And I don't want to talk about it in a gossipy way.

16:34And when I talk about it in this episode, I don't intend to kink shame.

16:38I think, is that the expression?

16:39Look, if her husband is into cross -dressing and there's a name for it that

16:47they were describing it as, let me just see what the name of it is.

16:51It's a type of fetish called bimboification, that he's into bimboification apparently.

16:58That's the name of this fetish scene where you wear gigantic breasts with massive amounts

17:05of saline to achieve a Barbie doll -like appearance.

17:09And he's into that. And again, I'm not here to judge this at all.

17:14And I don't like the takes that mock him for this behavior because what people

17:20do in their private lives, what is their own thing, I'm not here to judge

17:27that. You know, if things are being done safely and consensually and what people do

17:33in their private lives, I don't think government should intervene.

17:37And I'm not here to shame that.

17:40He likes bimbofication. He likes putting triple whatever, E or F breasts on himself and

17:47dancing and speaking to other people with triple F breasts.

17:51That's what he's into. You know, as long as you're not hurting anybody, as long

17:55as it's consensual, as long as it's safe, you know, I'm not going to judge

17:58people's private lives. So I want to be very clear about that when I cover

18:02it. And I think we have to cover with sensitivity.

18:04That said, where you have people like Kristi Noem and others so hypocritical invading into

18:12the private lives of families, ripping families apart, judging people, being the finger waggers or

18:20whatever. These are always the people who behind the scenes are into the bimbofication or

18:26what? Lindsey Graham with this in Disneyland with his bubble wand and he waves the

18:31bubble wand around while he's like, we're going to blow them up to smithereens.

18:36Now let me play with my bubble wand.

18:38You know, whatever's going on behind the scenes of these people, right?

18:44Whatever's, you know, gay man said he was a gay teenager.

18:52I think that's what he said in his book, right?

18:54And then he said he did conversion therapy and then realized he's not gay.

18:58And then he became anti -gay.

19:00And that's what I just, don't be, why are you going to be anti -gay

19:03when you grew up and you said you were gay and now you're going to

19:06tell people that, you know, whatever, you know, and, and, and look, if, if, if

19:10you are into the, if you're, yeah, I just, my whole view of all of

19:16this is stay the hell out of our private lives.

19:20And these people who pretend to be like, oh, I'm holier than thou and men

19:27and women's sports and we can't have these types of people and that people, like

19:32they're always the ones behind the scenes who are doing the bimbofication and the this

19:36and the that, which would be fine if it makes you happy, but stop ruining

19:39all of our lives. Stop whatever you're going through.

19:42Stop using, let everybody be happy.

19:45The bimbofication community be happy.

19:47If JD Vance is gay, you could be happy.

19:50You know, I don't know your situation.

19:51If you convert, just leave us all alone, right?

19:55Just leave us all alone.

19:57Let all of us be happy.

19:58Let's stop bullying marginalized communities.

20:00Stop using the issue of men and women's sports or whatever it is as a

20:05proxy to bully the trans community.

20:07We can have rational communications about this.

20:11I have lots of trans friends.

20:12And when we go out to parties and we see each other, we have actual

20:16conversations that are adult, rational, where we say, well, what about this sport?

20:21What about that sport? Well, what do you think?

20:23And you could actually get at, I think, great conversations and you could try to

20:27figure things out and learn and have an open mind and try to think things

20:32through in ways. But the government getting involved in this stuff and the government, government

20:38bullying and the government mocking the trans community and gay communities and other marginalized groups.

20:44Uh -uh. And we all need to stand up for that.

20:46One of the things that, I know I'm going on a tangent here after talking

20:49about the war and I'll loop back to the war.

20:51But one of the things that pissed me off after the 2024 election was when

20:56people were like, well, I think maybe we're going to have to like do what

20:59they were doing on the right wing.

21:01I'm like, no, not at all.

21:02We need to be there for marginalized groups, whether it's the trans community, whether it's

21:08other communities and be allies.

21:10That's it. And we can still have rational conversations.

21:13And it's just always, it's always fascinating to me when politicians get like tripped up

21:18on these questions. Right. And it's like, well, I think that just, just be a

21:22real human being. Let's start with the very premise that we care about basic humanity,

21:29that we care about human beings and whether we're talking about human being.

21:34in Iran, whether we're talking about human beings in Gaza, whether we're talking about human

21:40beings in Lebanon, whether we're talking about human beings in Los Angeles or in Mexico.

21:47Human beings, damn it. We're talking about humans.

21:50We're talking about humanity. These are people who have families.

21:55These are mothers. These are children.

21:57These are fathers. These are people.

22:00And one of the things, this gamification of the war, you see, I told you

22:05I would loop back to it, where the Trump regime is out there.

22:08We're going to loiter and rain death upon these Iranians.

22:12And it's like, we now learned about another incident early on in the war, where

22:16whether it was through our AI picking another location that was the incorrect one, not

22:21the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps building, but a gymnasium where there were dozens of children

22:27who were working out and playing killed them.

22:31There's a basic humanity here that Donald Trump has kind of utterly shattered.

22:39And not just Donald Trump, lots of politicians, the media environment in general, social media,

22:45a whole host of things.

22:47And that's why when I have these opportunities on a show like this, been on

22:52breaking news to not just go, okay, well, here's what happened in this case.

22:56Here's what happened in that case.

22:57But when I could talk about, you know, things that really motivate me to do

23:04this show, to build the Midas, etc.

23:06It's basic humanity, right? One person from here is no better from the person than

23:12there when we're talking about human beings.

23:16And when you find out, like, we should all mourn.

23:21We should all be mourning for the deaths of people in the Middle East, for

23:25civilians. Of course we should.

23:27That shouldn't be a hard question to answer if we're human beings and we feel.

23:32We shouldn't have to do double speak or move around.

23:37These are people. These are people.

23:40What do they call it during the Holocaust?

23:44The banality of evil, that evil becomes so common course that it's adopted and there's

23:53no even thinking about humanity.

24:08Because I think when you look at it through this lens, you're much more able

24:12to address these, you know, much more able to address these problems.

24:18The country of France wouldn't let planes headed to Israel, loaded up with military supplies,

24:23fly over French territory. France has been very unhelpful with respect to the butcher of

24:29Iran. You're the butcher of the US.

24:31You're the butcher of the US, Donald, who has been successfully eliminated.

24:35The USA will remember. Why are you even talking like the corniest bad guy from

24:41the corniest Batman cartoon? That's not even a helpful strategy.

24:47You sound like an idiot.

24:48You are an idiot. But who talks like this?

24:51You know, his other post this morning, all of those countries that can't get jet

24:55fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get

25:00involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion for you.

25:05Number one, buy from the US.

25:07We have plenty. And number two, build up some delayed courage.

25:12Go to the Strait and just take it.

25:14You'll have to start learning how to fight for yourself.

25:17The USA won't be there to help you anymore.

25:20Just like you weren't there for us.

25:22Iran has been essentially decimated.

25:25The hard part is done.

26:28That was at least brought some good news to our day today.

26:33When you look at the voter ID, since Gallup has been doing their voter ID

26:38poll, never has less Americans identified as Republicans.

26:44It's dipped below 40%. Now only 39 % of Americans, according to this new Gallup

26:51poll, identify that they are Democrats right now.

26:55I mean, that's a pretty low number.

26:58So when you find out a lot, well, like X amount of Republicans.

27:02All right, Dr. Donald Mullins.

27:02supportive of Trump. Well, the Republican base is dramatically decreased.

27:07Let's talk about that. I want to talk a little bit about this ballroom ruling.

31:46Why don't we talk a little bit about this ballroom order, shall we?

31:54A federal judge appointed by George W.

31:56Bush, 2002, who's now a senior judge in the D .C.

32:01federal courthouse, blocked the Trump ballroom.

32:06What's interesting is if you've been following my ballroom analysis, I predicted this would be

32:13the outcome many months ago, but it didn't happen.

32:17And in fact, the group that brought the lawsuit, the National Trust, lost when it

32:25filed for a preliminary injunction originally, and then I saw some of your comments.

32:30and you were saying, Professor Micellis, you were wrong.

32:34You were giving us hope that the ballroom was going to be blocked.

32:38You cited all of these statutes and you told us all of these things and

32:42you were wrong. How do you get it wrong?

32:44If you're wrong there, how do we believe you on some of these other things?

32:48And you remember what I said?

32:49I said, well, I said, I don't believe that the National Trust was citing the

32:56law that I had said in my video, which was this concept of ultra virus.

33:02It's really a constitutional claim that Donald Trump was acting outside of congressional authorization and

33:12that that wasn't really pled that I thought the National Trust, when they filed this

33:17lawsuit to block the ballroom originally, they were being a little too cute, a little

33:23too cute. They were being very technical with their arguments and they were saying, ah,

33:28well, it's this under the Administrative Procedures Act and this is how we block it.

33:33I'm like, it's a much simpler argument.

33:36If you remember my hot takes on it, I said, go to the Constitution.

33:41The Constitution says this is a core function of Congress and there's only three statutes

33:47that are on point. And these statutes are more persuasive that Trump needed to get

33:53congressional approval, not that he could go around Congress.

33:58And so whether it was because the National Trust hired a new law firm or

34:03they watched my YouTube videos, I like to believe in my own delusional mind that

34:07they watched my YouTube videos and that's what changed their mind.

34:10But I'll at least acknowledge that that may not have been what happened.

34:14But they amended their complaint.

34:16They then filed for a preliminary injunction again.

34:20The Trump regime was like, well, they already lost the preliminary injunction so they can't

34:26file it again. And the judge says, no, there's a change of circumstance.

34:30They're bringing new law to my attention.

34:32Ultravires, E -L -U -T -R -A space V -I -R -E -S.

34:36Latin, basically, outside the scope of authority.

34:41And then the judge, the judge did it.

34:44He blocked the ballroom right there.

34:46Judge Leon, again, George W.

34:50Bush appointee, Republican appointed judge.

34:53Let me just give you the highlights and you'll tell me if this sounds familiar

34:57to you. Hentent, my past hot takes.

35:00The president of the United States is the steward of the White House for Future

35:04Generations of First Families. He is not, however, the owner.

35:07Trump claims that Congress has given him authority in existing statutes to construct his East

35:13Wing ballroom project and to do it with private funds.

35:16The plaintiff, the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, claims the president

35:21has no such authority under existing statutes and that a preliminary injunction is necessary to

35:25avoid irreparable harm. I have concluded the National Trust is likely to succeed on the

35:30merits because no statute comes close to giving the president the authority he claims to

35:35have. As such, I must therefore grant the National Trust's motion for a preliminary injunction

35:40and the ballroom construction project must stop until Congress authorizes its completion.

35:46Then the court gives the statutory background and says there are three main statutes under

35:51consideration. Might as touch viewers and listeners, does this sound familiar?

35:563USC Section 105D, titled Assistance and Services for the Presidents, provides for the employment staff

36:03members to assist the president and authorizes appropriations for expenses related to the White House

36:09administration. But more relevant to this case, Section 105D provides there are authorized to be

36:16appropriated each fiscal year to the president, such sums as may be necessary for the

36:21care, maintenance, repair, alteration, refurnishing, improvement, air conditioning, heating, and lighting, including electric power and

36:28fixtures of the executive residents at the White House.

36:31So if you want to go above what's been appropriated, guess what you got to

36:35do? You got to go back to Congress.

36:37And you can't go around it by saying there's going to be private donors who

36:42fund the thing. Because if that was the case, then what's the point of Congress?

36:47Congress? Why don't you just create a Congress of billionaires who you can go around

36:51Congress and Congress no longer has the power of the purse, which is at the

36:55heart of Article 1. Also, it's the authorized wars, which they don't follow.

37:00But if you can just go around the Congress's main power, then what's the point

37:03of Article 1 at all?

37:04It's basically what the judge said.

37:06The judge then pointed out two other statutes, which I've talked about before, 40 USC

37:10Section 8016 and 54 USC Section 1101.

37:15And then finally, what the court concludes is, so where does this all leave us?

37:21Unfortunately for defendants, Trump, unless and until Congress blesses this project through statutory authorization, construction

37:29has to stop. But here's the good news, Donald.

37:32It's not too late for Congress to authorize the continued construction of the ballroom project.

37:37The president may at any time go to Congress to obtain express authority to construct

37:42a ballroom and to do so with private funds.

37:44Indeed, Congress may even choose to appropriate funds for the ballroom or at least decide

37:50that some other funding scheme is acceptable.

37:52Either way, Congress will thereby retain its authority over the nation's property.

37:57Do you think that looks a little bit more about this?

37:57Steve, thank you. Sorry. Yes.

37:57and its oversight over the government spending.

38:00The national trust interest in a constitutional and lawful process will be vindicated, and the

38:07American people will benefit from the branches of government exercising their constitutionally prescribed roles.

38:14Not a bad outcome, that exclamation point, right?

38:18Then Donald Trump just flipped out.

38:20Donald Trump's like, oh, could you believe this?

38:22Radical extremist groups. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.

38:25What's his other post? Secretary of the Interior Doug Bergam and I are working on

38:30fixing the absolutely filthy reflecting pool between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument.

38:37This work was supposed to be done by the Biden administration, but Sleepy Joe doesn't

38:41know what clean or proper maintenance is.

38:43The president and secretary do.

38:45I mean, Donald Trump's country clubs, cult clubs, whatever the hell you want to call

38:51them, you know how frequently they've like, like the Trump properties, like they're frequently cited

38:57for health code violations all of the times.

39:00They're dirty, they're outdated. Despite Donald Trump taking in, you know, millions of dollars from

39:06each member, you know, he serves them what always looks like the crap.

39:09You know, it always looks like when he serves them food.

39:11It's like, it's like a little tiny piece of steak that's like not even cooked.

39:16And it's like, well, this is what your million dollar membership gets you.

39:20I mean, I guess, I guess it's about access to him and I guess it's

39:23about the grift right there.

39:25And by the way, I can connect that grift and access though, to some major

39:30issues that are happening in this catastrophic and unlawful war.

39:33You know, in Iran, you know, one of the things that's being reported right now

39:36is that you've got nations like Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates and others in

39:43the region, you know, who are basically telling Donald, you better not leave us here

39:50with Iran still controlling the Strait of Hormuz.

39:54Like you realize we gave you a lot of stuff.

39:58Like, you know, Qatar gave him the jet, Saudi Arabia, all of the Trump properties

40:03here, there, investing in Kushner, UAE giving hundreds of millions of dollars, if not more

40:11to World Liberty Financial, Donald Trump's like crypto thing, you know, quid pro quo, pay

40:18for play. We pay, you're supposed to play.

40:22But what they found out today, what they should have known though, yesterday and a

40:28long time ago is look what Donald Trump's done his whole life.

40:32He's a lifelong loser. He's bankrupted this casino, that casino, this casino, he has a

40:38loser pathology. And he is also like the, like the, the gambler who doesn't leave

40:45the table until everything is lost.

40:48And then he would have daddy to bail him out.

40:51He would sue everybody and sue the banks and sue people.

40:55And he wouldn't give a crap if he destroyed his lenders or harm construction workers

41:01or other contractors. As long as he made off fine, he would move to the

41:07next grift, like a virus jumping from one vessel to the next, infecting, infecting, infecting.

41:14That's his whole life was a loser.

41:16Like you realize that, right?

41:18He never actually like won things or did things good.

41:21Like he bankrupted that casino and that casino.

41:23And he was like, daddy, I need your help, daddy.

41:25And then he would still bankrupt it anyway, right?

41:27If there was a Guinness book of world records on being a loser, he'd actually

41:31be pretty much at the top.

41:33You know, I understand what things happen.

41:35You bankrupt something once I get it.

41:37Stuff happens. Maybe you bankrupt something twice.

41:39Okay. He's a little bit of stick to it.

41:40And this is, but everything that he's broken over and over and over again.

41:44And you see why, I mean, you see the pathology, right?

41:48Like, like it's like, it's sick.

41:50And I don't want to make excuses by getting into like, you know, for this

41:54purposes of here being like, ah, he's, he's, he's actually ill.

41:58And he's like, I mean, but like, it's, it's, there is a, there is a

42:01malignant narcissistic sickness that he's only satisfied until everything is like destroyed and ripped apart.

42:09And year one of his presidency, tariffs against the world, betraying our allies, harming, ripping

42:16apart the state department, ripping apart critical infrastructure here, firing all of the key, you

42:23know, generals and staffers and the big competent leaders, either forced to resign or fire,

42:29right? You all of that.

42:30And then, you know, he, you know, does this catastrophic invasion of Iran and by

42:36all accounts, by all accounts, let's just say it ended today.

42:42Let's just say right now it ended.

42:45Do we realize that with the supply shock that's taken place on liquefied natural gas,

42:52Qatar energy, you know, which produces 20 % of LNG globally, you know, 20 %

42:58of that has been taken out for the next three to five years.

43:03Helium production, fertilizers, not to mention crude, not, you know, it's not like you can

43:10turn back on these factories right away and be like, hey, we're turning it back

43:14on, you know, helium's used for MRIs, right?

43:18Fertilizers needed for our farmers, right?

43:21Liquefied natural gas is critical and essential.

43:25for functions throughout the entire world.

43:29Of course, the price of crude, we all feel the price of gas right now

43:36over $4 a gallon, the sharpest increase that there is.

43:41And we haven't gotten the February inflation numbers, the March inflation numbers.

43:47You already had catastrophic economic indicators.

43:52Before this disastrous war in Iran, inflation was already on the rise.

43:57What do you think it's going to be in the future?

43:59And I always appreciate when people are like, when people are like, Ben, you predicted

44:03this, or you predicted that, or Midas Touch, you predicted this or that.

44:07Or in the case of the ballroom, you were wrong, you were wrong, but I

44:09was right. We got it right in the end.

44:14We predicted what was going to happen.

44:15It's like, we just need to follow the facts, right?

44:18We need to just open up our eyes and see what's happening.

44:21When Donald Trump says, I decimated Iran, it is utterly obliterated.

44:26Okay, well, that's the statement.

44:27Let's challenge the statement by looking at the facts.

44:30That doesn't mean I'm not patriotic by looking at what's happening in Iran and saying,

44:35actually, the parliament's functioning, the foreign minister, their press secretary gave a speech yesterday saying

44:41no negotiations. There are millions of people out throughout Iran right now protesting what they're

44:46referring to as the Epstein class.

44:48We have all of these statements from Iran saying what their non -negotiables are.

44:53Again, I see that the Strait of Hormuz is still controlled by Iran.

44:57I don't see anything that's actually materially changed.

45:00Donald Trump keeps on lying.

45:02I mean, what, there was an Iranian account, social media account that was like, Donald

45:06Trump has declared victory 17 times.

45:08He said we won 18 times.

45:11He's danced 11 times. And nothing has changed.

45:15And that's actually accurate. There is no, if anything's changed, things have gotten worse.

45:20And that's not me being doom and gloom.

45:22It's opening up my eyes and saying, here's what's actually happening.

45:26It's just telling the truth.

50:43And he said the following regarding potential peace talks with the U .S.

50:48Quote, we do not have any faith that negotiations with the U .S.

50:54will yield any results. The trust level is at zero.

50:59That's the latest public statement from Iran's foreign minister.

51:03And I believe that there are messages being exchanged.

51:09The U .S. wants out.

51:11The U .S. wants, realizes that in a war of attrition, Iran can see this

51:19thing through and cause a lot of economic pain.

51:22You know, there was a Wall Street Journal report last night.

51:25I talked about that Donald Trump said, yeah, I'm willing to conclude, willing to conclude

51:31operations. By the way, they still call it operations.

51:33It's a war. It's an unlawful war.

51:35I'm willing to conclude, even if the Strait of Hormuz is still controlled by Iran,

51:41we'll deal with that later.

51:43But we're willing, we're willing to leave right now.

51:47Iran's point, though, is, is like, we can't agree to a ceasefire with you.

51:53We don't trust you. So the moment we stop striking the Arab nations without security

52:02guarantees, we pause. You're just going to do that to build up your munitions.

52:09One of the problems where you stereotype people and you don't actually observe their behavior,

52:18you make very big mistakes just based on judging cultures by not actually recognizing that,

52:27regardless of the fact that the Islamic Republic and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, they

52:34are repressive regimes. They've done terrible things in the past, so stipulated.

52:40Tehran University, the university system there.

52:43The Iranian people are very proud of their thousands of years of culture of Iran,

52:57the country, even if there are disagreements or even though there's repression from the regime,

53:04the people feel cultural pride.

53:06It's a very sophisticated, it's a very sophisticated, tech -savvy population.

53:11It's why when Russia needed equipment, because it was getting decimated by Ukraine, Russia went

53:19to Iran and built out that alliance as well.

53:22And the technical engineering, the technical engineering, the hacking capabilities, cyber hacking by Iran.

53:31And when our media or Trump or whoever or MAGAs want to portray the Islamic,

53:42Iran generally, as like they're a bunch of lunatics and maniacs, you almost get this

53:49very racist portrayal that in Iran they're like in caves and screaming Allah Akbar all

53:56day. And it's like, you know, that's the image that they try to give, and

54:00that's not what's actually happening.

54:03It's a sophisticated society. They have this mosaic style leadership structure that's very complex.

54:12Each leadership position has five to seven successors who are already in line.

54:18It's very systematic, it's very systematic, it's very systematic.

54:20what they're doing while Donald Trump is out there.

54:24And frankly, while Pete Hegseth, you know, was out there this morning saying, in the

54:28name of Jesus Christ, I mean, that talk about religious extremism.

54:32It's what I saw during that ridiculous Hegseth press conference this morning.

54:36And even the Pope, Pope Leo XIV has said, stop talking about Jesus or God

54:42when you, when you launch wars like this.

54:45Your, your invocation of God and Jesus is hereby denied is basically what Pope Leo

54:51XIV said. But you know, Donald Trump's like winging it, right?

54:56We've, we've pushed out lots of our top generals and admirals and military infrastructure.

55:02The people who are there, who are smart are being overruled by Hegseth and Trump,

55:07although they're trying, you know, we still have some really top notch military leadership.

55:11The guy who runs set and comms is a real serious guy, but it's hard

55:15to operate when you're at the whim of Donald Trump, when he lets, when he

55:20rewards Russia by removing sanctions, when Russia's providing the weapons and logistics to Iran to

55:27strike the American military bases.

55:28How do you think our AWACS, the century, those big reconnaissance airplanes and the KC

55:34-135s were destroyed with precision.

55:37Who do you think is giving Iran this help?

55:40Russia, possibly China, likely, definitely Russia, Russia and Iran are saying it.

55:46And then we have the Russian Duma members chilling at the Capitol building, partying it

55:50up with MAGA Republican Congress members in our State Department, right?

55:54I mean, you've got the Trump regime trying to cozy up to the far right

55:58-wing AFD party in Germany, the Putin puppet party over there, while they're like, we

56:03want America out of Germany.

56:05Like the, unless the goal here is how do we prop up China and Russia

56:10and weaken the U .S.

56:13forever? Then you could go, okay, got it.

56:15There's a clear plan here, right?

56:17Because that's the only thing that makes sense.

56:19But otherwise, everything that's being done by, by Trump is like winging it.

56:24I'm going to tweet this.

56:25I'm going to post this.

56:26I'm going to tweet this.

56:27I'm going to post that.

56:28We could have lots of very valid criticisms, critiques, hatreds for the Islamic Republic.

56:37You name it, all true, all fine.

56:40But let's not act like the Trump patrol.

56:43These are just a bunch of lunatic, crazy people who want to die right away.

56:49There's universities, there are gyms, there are children, there's people, there are dentists, there are

56:54doctors, there are lawyers, there are parliament, there are engineers.

56:57It's a 90 million person society that actually has, you know, sophisticated institutions and they

57:07are planning things out and they are playing chess with it at a high level.

57:16And whereas we should be, if you're getting involved in this, we shouldn't be involved

57:20in this at all. Let me be clear.

57:22But like, even the, like, even our propaganda is horrible.

57:28Like, like even the way they're doing it.

57:30And again, I think that these crimes against humanity are horrible.

57:33So I'm not trying to make light on it, but it's like, when you're out

57:37there, Trump saying this, that, and the other, all you're doing is projecting weakness.

57:41Number one, not strength because Iran knows what's being said or not being said.

57:46Sometimes Trump is giving away actual classified information, in my opinion, when he's spewing things

57:53out that he shouldn't be spewing out.

57:54And he's also handing over propaganda moments to Iran.

57:59So the Islamic Republic could go to its people and go, see, this is what

58:03we told you about the Americans.

58:04This is how they behave.

58:06They say they're loitering over the skies to kill you.

58:10They're saying they want to decimate Iran, not the regime, all of Iran.

58:14They're coming to kill you.

58:16Look at Donald Trump's post.

58:17He says he's going after electrical grids, desalination facilities.

58:21Look what he's doing. He's saying he's doing it, everybody.

58:28I mean, you have, you know, you have Donald Trump social media posting war crimes,

58:34and then social media posting whining that he's going to leave the Strait of Hormuz

58:39and leave it up to other countries to fix.

58:42And he goes, we don't need that oil.

58:44Yes, you do, because you're an idiot.

58:46And the way oil markets work is that oil markets and shock to oil supply

58:52impacts American oil, American made oil.

58:56Do you think that I want to know the difference between WTI oil and Brent

59:02crude? Did you think I ever had to think about that in the past?

59:06No, I never had to think about a lot of these things.

59:08Do you think that in the past I really dug deep to learn about the

59:13importance of two -year treasury note yields compared to 10 -year treasury note yields and

59:18the 20 -year and the 30 -year?

59:20And why, if it goes above 4 % and 5%, the level of, I mean,

59:24I'm sure I could have, I'm sure maybe in college I learned about it, maybe

59:27in a law school class here or there I learned a little bit about it.

59:30But it wasn't that I was naive in the past.

59:33It was that we had functioning people who did the jobs that they were supposed

59:38to do. And I could spend more of my time wondering how Duke lost before

59:44getting into the final four and why, how UConn pulled that.

59:48I could spend more of my bandwidth focusing on going out and watching movies with

59:53my family and thinking about other things, right?

59:56Because there were competent people doing their jobs.

59:58And I didn't have to think, whoa, whoa, whoa, maybe I need to actually learn

1:00:02to be a pilot because this plane is being flown into the ground.

1:00:06And that's what I think a lot of us feel.

1:00:09And I think there's some positive aspects of it, whether it's with no Kings protests,

1:00:14whether it's with the polling data as Trump, what the latest Amherst, UMass, YouGov poll

1:00:19has them at 33%, you know, as there seems to be karmic justice, right?

1:00:25I mean, you have Kristi Noem who tortured so many people, who otherized so many

1:00:29people, who mocked so many people, who destroyed people's private lives, right?

1:00:34We learned that her husband is into bimboification and loves wearing triple E breasts and

1:00:41cross -dressing and dressing that way.

1:00:43And I'm not saying this to mock him at all.

1:00:45If you watched my earlier segment, the reason that I brought this up was actually

1:00:49to say, what you do in private, if you're into bimbification and behind the scenes,

1:00:54you're not hurting people. If you're safe, what you do is consensual.

1:00:58I will not judge your kink.

1:01:00I will not shame it.

1:01:01Do you privately, do it consensually, do it safely.

1:01:05What you do in your privacy, that ain't my business.

1:01:08And it sure as hell ain't the government's business.

1:01:11And let's be clear about that.

1:01:12So anybody reporting on this, I think from the perspective of shaming the idea of

1:01:18being like this, I want to be very clear.

1:01:20I'm not supportive of that in any way.

1:01:23But what I am supportive of is pointing out the hypocrisy of people like Kristi

1:01:28Noem, who judge, who wag fingers, who attack the gay community, who attack transgender people,

1:01:34who bully and demean. And behind closed doors, this is what they do.

1:01:39This is their behavior. And they're the ones who want to attack us.

1:01:43Not okay with that at all.

1:01:44None of us should be okay with it.

1:01:46You don't have to be a, oh, I'm a libertarian.

1:01:48I'm a this, just government.

1:01:49Stay the hell off. Remember, you know, those don't tread on me flags, right?

1:01:55These MAGA Republicans turned out to be the biggest, I don't know if this is

1:01:58an appropriate word or not, cucks, right?

1:02:01And it's like, tread on me.

1:02:02Tread all over me. I want to be treaded on.

1:02:05Tread, tread, tread. And it's like, what the hell are you doing?

1:02:07You want them to mask that?

1:02:09You want these people to tread on you?

1:02:10What the hell are you talking about?

1:02:12What are you doing? What are you doing?

1:02:17You know, and so there's so much going on.
