2:00the deposition you had MAGA Republicans like Lauren Boebert like taking photos of Hillary Clinton

2:05from the side and sending it to MAGA influencers then Hillary Clinton's like if you

2:09want to let's just have the press come in if you're going to be weird

2:13about it then James Comer's like no way and they started asking her about UFOs

2:18and Pizzagate and all of these things well we'll cover what went down there but

2:22yet again it backfires in James Comer and Donald Trump's face now the Democrats are

2:27like great you set a precedent we would like Lutnik's deposition next we would like

2:31Donald Trump's deposition next oh and by the way Donald Trump and his despicable sycophantic

2:37Department of Justice is now covering up we know now basically for a fact that

2:43they're covering up these 302 reports these FBI reports and we believe that one of

2:49them is from some of the great reporting out there is an accuser of Donald

2:53Trump who says that Trump sexually assaulted her when she was a minor that's among

2:58the 302 reports that have been concealed and we also know that back on January

3:034th Todd Blanche the number two at the Department of Justice and Donald Trump's criminal

3:07defense attorney before that sent a memo telling the FBI agents to flag those 302

3:14reports and set them aside and also to not produce documents on the basis of

3:20privilege claims even though the Epstein Transparency Act does not mention you can withhold documents

3:25on the basis of privilege claims claims claims We'll go over that.

3:28Also, you've got a potential war with Iran breaking out at any moment right now.

3:35Apparently, Iran rejected each and every one of the demands by the Trump regime.

3:40They view Donald Trump as weak.

3:42And so we'll see what happens there.

3:44And they said, well, Donald Trump threatened that he was going to attack Iran the

3:49moment they killed a single protester.

3:51And then Donald Trump let Iran massacre 30 ,000 protesters.

3:55So I think Iran views Donald Trump and his regime as not wanting a war

4:00that would be more than any kind of strategic strikes.

4:03And Iran's saying, do it, do it.

4:05And that's what it looks like when Donald Trump goes it alone.

4:08His only ally is Israel.

4:10No one else in the world wants to help the United States anymore.

4:13America is isolated and weaker than ever.

4:16And our military is overextended right now.

4:19That's clear. We'll talk about that.

4:21America may be going to war with Cuba.

4:23There was apparently a very big international incident that no one in the Trump regime

4:27is even saying what happened, where individuals from the United States titled boat went to

4:34Cuba, started opening fire apparently on coast guards in Cuba.

4:37Cuba then opened fire on the individuals in this boat, killing four, capturing six individuals.

4:44And no real story like, who are these people from the United States?

4:48Like, what's, what's, what's, what's going on there?

4:51Uh, but the Trump regime is saying we need to strangle Cuba.

4:56Let's strangle it. Also, uh, North Korea, Kim Jong -un's a leader there in North

5:00Korea. He said, uh, we're expanding our nuclear arsenal.

5:04We're going to make it bigger and stronger and more powerful, more nuclear weapons.

5:08No response by the Trump regime because, you know, Donald Trump likes Kim Jong -un.

5:12We'll talk about all of this and more.

5:15We'll talk about, oh, that hearing in the Senate, the confirmation hearing of Casey means

5:20who the Trump regime wants to be the surgeon general.

5:23And she's the lady who said that she heard the whispers in the air that

5:28told her she needed to do psychedelics and that that's what she bases her, uh,

5:35being a surgeon general around.

5:36I'm not saying, look, you psychedelics may or may not work for you.

5:39I'm only suggesting that when she heard the whispers and she says that, and then

5:44she sells supplements as well and doesn't disclose conflicts of interest and that she's making

5:49money and that, oh, she never passed her residency.

5:53She's is an inactive physician.

5:56I don't know. You know, she, she, she believes that vaccines cause autism.

6:01Uh, she's RFK sycophant, maybe not the best person to be surgeon general.

6:06Doesn't believe in birth control and says that, you know, it will kill you.

9:05Well, let's start off talking about how this deposition by MAGA of Hillary Clinton backfired

9:12in their faces as we expected it would.

9:16Let me just show you what Hillary Clinton said herself after the deposition concluded and

9:20she answered every question while the MAGA Congress members like Lauren Boebert were like taking

9:27photos of her and sending it to like MAGA influencers like Benny Johnson.

9:31Here's what former Secretary of State Clinton had to say.

9:35Let's play it. I don't know how many times I had to say I did

9:38not know Jeffrey Hepstain. I never went to his island.

9:42I never went to his homes.

9:44I never went to his offices.

9:46So it's on the record numerous times.

9:50It then got at the end quite unusual because I started being asked about UFOs

9:59and a series of questions about Pizzagate, one of the most vile, bogus conspiracy theories

10:07that was propagated on the internet that was serving as a basis of a member's

10:15questions to me. Ridiculous. So when the Congress members arrived in New York to take

10:23that deposition, it was notable because no MAGA Republican Congress members showed up to Les

10:27Wexner's deposition. They didn't want to be at that one.

10:30The guy who funded Epstein, Epstein's co -conspirator, but they all wanted to be at

10:36this one of Hillary Clinton so they could take photos of her.

10:39But the good news is, is that when they were there, they were asked questions

10:43by members of the media and some of them asked them good questions.

10:47For example, James Comer was asked, are you concerned about all the news out right

10:53now that Donald Trump and his DOJ and FBI have been covering up interviews of

11:00witnesses or at least one accuser we know of potentially who accused Donald Trump of

11:05sexual abuse when she was a minor by Donald Trump, that these documents based on

11:10what we see in the document manifest are missing.

11:14And this was an accuser who mentioned being sexually assaulted by Donald Trump.

11:18That's the accusations. So where are these?

11:23Comer, what say you? Are you concerned that there has been a cover up of

11:28sexual abuse of a minor by President Trump that are missing FBI records?

11:33Now we're looking into the accusation by the NPR.

11:38We don't know that the answer to that.

11:40We know what the administration says.

11:42We're still looking to to get a definitive answer on that.

11:46I don't even know what that means.

11:47You're looking into the accusation by NPR.

11:51No, it's the accusation by the individual who says she was sexually assaulted by Donald

11:58Trump. Look into the accusation there.

12:01You're the house oversight. You read the NPR article.

12:04And by the way, hat tip to that reporter, Roger Sullenberger as well.

12:08He broke the initial story.

12:10Then NPR also broke additional facts about that story.

12:13Then other people covered it.

12:14Wall Street Journal covered it.

12:15CNN and others. And of course, we've been talking about it here on the Midas

12:18Touch Network for some time.

12:20But there's not much to look into there.

12:23I mean, here's the document manifest.

12:25You can see the highlighted documents are from this accuser.

12:29And those are being concealed.

12:33We know that there are probably at least 90, probably more FBI 302s being concealed.

12:41I did a video on this earlier in this morning, a January 4th memo that

12:46Todd Blanche sent to FBI agents when they were reviewing the files saying, make sure

12:52you segregate the 302 interviews and any types of communications that are internal within the

13:00DOJ and FBI, those shouldn't be produced.

13:03Any communications between Epstein and Ghislaine should not be produced.

13:09Let me repeat that. We know for a fact they are withholding documents and they're

13:15redacting documents of Epstein and Ghislaine communications because what they're saying in this memo, what

13:22Todd Blanche is saying, they had what's called a joint defense privilege.

13:28This is what the argument is, a joint defense privilege so that their attorneys were

13:32sharing information with each other.

13:35And so therefore, it's all attorney -client privilege and should not be produced.

13:40How is there a joint defense privilege when Epstein allegedly died, allegedly by suicide, which

13:49nobody believes. What explained to me was Ghislaine being criminally prosecuted at the exact same

13:56time? Were they arrested together at that exact same time?

13:59They had a joint defense privilege for 20 years?

14:02What are you talking about there?

14:05So to me, just produce the documents.

14:10We're looking into NPR's accusations.

14:12We know what the Trump has stated in response.

14:15What have they stated? That he's been vindicated?

14:18The hell does that even mean?

14:19And why are we at a deposition of Hillary Clinton and not how?

14:23Lutnick. Why isn't Lutnick being deposed?

14:26Like, shouldn't the people who were on the island, like, and knew Epstein and lied

14:30about it? Don't you think we start there?

14:33We start there, right? Before Hillary, Lutnick maybe would be at the top of the

14:37list, right? Here's what Comer says.

14:40Here plays the spirit of bipartisanship.

14:42Would you then ask the Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to come testify?

14:45It seems like he has some information.

14:48That's very possible. And I think there, you know, I think it's a good possibility

14:52that his name will arise in some questioning today.

14:55It'll be on my list.

14:56And I have an email I printed off for Hillary to ask about Howard Lutnick

14:58today. We're asking again, and I want to remind everyone, we've already brought in Alex

15:06Acosta and Bill Barr for depositions.

15:09That's two Republicans in the Trump administration.

15:11So this isn't just about Democrats.

15:14This is about anyone that has any knowledge of Epstein, the investigation.

15:18I think we all agree the government failed.

15:21The government failed the victims.

15:23And what our role is, we can't, we can't prosecute anyone, but what we have

15:28been doing is getting transparency with American people.

15:31So you're going to ask Hillary Clinton about Howard Lutnick.

15:35That's, that's how you're going to address Howard Lutnick lying about not being on the

15:39island is to ask Hillary Clinton, who was never on the island and never spoke

15:43to Epstein questions about Howard Lutnick.

15:46Like, do you all just think that we're the stupidest people?

15:49Like what does that even, what does that even mean?

15:52And then you're telling us that you've called people in the administration, Alex Acosta and

15:56Bill Barr, not in the administration right now.

15:59You have Alex Acosta. He was Donald Trump's labor secretary.

16:02And when he testified previously in a deposition, we know he lied through his teeth.

16:07And there were lots of instances where he said they were never investigating financial fraud.

16:12He didn't know all of these things.

16:13I mean, like the files clearly show that the guy lied about everything.

16:16There should be a referral of perjury against Alex Acosta, if anything.

16:21And then Bill Barr, the guy, Trump's hatchet man, who literally covered up everything for

16:26Donald Trump during his first term, that, that guy, you're saying that guy's in the

16:31Trump administration right now. What, what are you even, what are you talking about now?

16:36Contrast that to what democratic Congress member, Robert Garcia said outside of the deposition about

16:42the precedent that has now been set by the house oversight committee by deciding to

16:47depose Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.

16:49Here play this clip. Lastly, I want to also add that this committee has now

16:55set a new precedent about talking to presidents and former presidents.

17:00And we're demanding immediately that we ask president Trump to testify in front of our

17:07committee and be deposed in front of oversight, Republicans and Democrats.

17:11And that should happen immediately.

17:13He is the person that appears almost more than anyone else in the committee.

17:16And it needs to happen right now.

17:18Mr. Chairman, do you distinguish at all, do you distinguish at all between president and

17:22a former president and a sitting president?

17:24I mean, is there something in there because they will say, wait a minute, we

17:26know what the court ruled on his immunity.

17:30We should, we should oppose the person that is mentioned in the Epstein files almost

17:36more than any other person next to Ghislaine Maxwell.

17:38And that's Donald Trump. Listen, uh, ranking member Garcia has done a fantastic job.

17:43I think throughout this entire process, he's remained steadfast despite the Democrats being in the

17:47minority. He's been on point with his messaging.

17:50He's been out there trying to get the truth.

17:52He's been subpoenaing the Epstein estate.

17:55He's been actually doing everything he can to get this information out there.

17:58And I think he deserves to be commended for that.

18:00But, and you kind of.

18:01contrast that with the way the Republicans have handled this every step of the way

18:05and the way the Trump regime has handled this.

18:07And every action they've taken has made them seem guiltier and guiltier and guiltier.

18:12And I wonder why. I say that sarcastically, obviously.

18:16But we've seen every step of the way now.

18:18From the very beginning of this, Trump fight the release of this.

18:22Ultimately, he had to be forced by the discharge petition.

18:25It was such an overwhelming vote that it would have been an embarrassment and his

18:30veto would have been overturned.

18:31So he was essentially forced into signing this.

18:34And then the DOJ stonewalling every step of the way.

18:37And now what's he doing?

18:39He's bringing out his pedo protection racket, these House Oversight Committee Republicans, to run these

18:45sort of sham depositions to try once again to try to deflect from Donald Trump

18:50and to try to put it on other people like Hillary Clinton and others.

18:54What they're doing here is incredibly obvious.

18:57And they are just acting as Donald Trump's personal law firm rather than an actual

19:02oversight committee trying to get to the bottom of things, trying to get to the

19:06truth here. And we're dealing with one of the most serious issues imaginable, child sex

19:10trafficking, and a ring that involved very powerful people and extended far beyond even the

19:16sex trafficking scheme, but to also the way power was manipulated and how power worked

19:22with each other in order to kind of manipulate the public and move markets and

19:27overthrow governments. I mean, this is the most serious stuff that we're dealing with.

19:31And they've taken this to a place where they've just debased themselves, debased the whole

19:36process, because ultimately they want people to believe nothing.

19:40They want to throw fake stuff out there.

19:42They just want to muddy the waters constantly.

19:44And today, I think, was another example of that.

19:47Hillary Clinton, when she got out of this deposition, I think she also said something

19:52incredibly revealing about kind of the best exchange that she felt that she had with

19:57the House Oversight Committee. So let me just play these words from Hillary Clinton, and

20:01we'll talk on the other side of it.

20:02I can only say that the best exchange that I had came at the very

20:10end, when contrary to every other deposition they have taken, no Republican member asked any

20:22questions about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell to anyone else they have deposed.

20:31And in fact, the Republican members didn't even show up for the deposition of Les

20:37Wexner. And when I said that, I had to point out that the only questions

20:45that any Republican member asked of any of the people they deposed was of former

20:55Attorney General Bill Barr, when Chairman Comer asked him about the allegations, in his view,

21:07about Russia's involvement in my election in 2016.

21:13So at the very end of this hearing, after I made that point, I want

21:20to commend Chairman Comer for raising a series of significant questions that I responded to

21:30about the nature of the investigation and the areas that I thought should be explored.

21:37So I appreciated that. I want to see the truth come out.

21:45So that was a reassuring way to end a very long, repetitive deposition.

21:53And I think that says a whole lot.

21:55And, you know, even just watching the body language of Hillary Clinton, hearing the way

21:59she speaks about this issue, her confidence in the way she speaks, I think she

22:04comes off as incredibly trustworthy as she is.

22:06She comes off as somebody, to me, who has nothing to hide about this issue.

22:11And let's be honest here.

22:13She's so much smarter than any of these people in the House Oversight Committee.

22:16And they've dragged her through the mud before.

22:19They've, you know, had her do that very long testimony on Benghazi where she was

22:25there for hours and hours and hours and didn't flinch, answered every question.

22:29And I'm sure she did the same here as they kept trying to throw all

22:33this stuff out her. And just the way they tried to derail this whole thing,

22:37the way they didn't want to make it public, the stunt that they pulled with

22:40Lauren Boebert illegally taking a photo of Hillary Clinton during the deposition and leaking it

22:46to MAGA propagandist Benny Johnson.

22:48They're trying to do everything they possibly can to try to throw her off her

22:52game, to try to rattle her.

22:54But she, to me, appears as somebody who is going in there, who has given

22:58honest testimony and has nothing to hide.

23:00When Donald Trump, on the other hand, you look at him, everything he's doing makes

23:05him look guiltier and guiltier and guiltier.

23:07And these Republicans, as I said before, appear that they are just – they view

23:11their job as being the personal law firm of Donald Trump.

23:15And everything that they do is designed to try to cover up for things that

23:19Donald Trump may have done in his dark past.

23:22Exactly, B. And here's the thing.

23:23Hillary wanted to do all of this in public.

23:25Like, I think it was really smart of her, too, to hold that press conference

23:28after and answer these questions.

23:30It's really like we always say here.

23:31You know, you just have to control the narrative, especially when the truth is on

23:35your side, ultimately. And so – right, you zoomed in on Ben.

23:39And so when Hillary does that press conference after, that's her getting ahead of all

23:43of the shady shtick that MAGA and the Trump regime that they're trying to pull.

23:50Like, the reason, in my opinion, other than, you know, Lauren Boebert just being a

23:54ridiculous human being, sent that photo was to, like, make it look nefarious, like, make

23:58it look evil. Like, what Hillary would – like, oh, look, she's answering questions on

24:02Epstein. Look, it's Hillary Clinton answering the question.

24:03It's like, yeah, she wanted to do this in public with cameras so everybody could

24:08see. None of this should be political.

24:10Like, nothing with the Epstein file should be political.

24:12But you know who's politicizing it in every step of the way?

24:15It's the GOP at every step of the way.

24:18Look, this is a humanity issue.

24:19This isn't right versus left.

24:21This is right versus wrong.

24:23It's literally good versus evil.

24:25We're all looking for – well, we as the pro -democracy community is clearly looking

24:30for justice for their survivors.

24:32That's what we want. We want accountability and answers.

24:36And anyone that's willing to stand up in public and say, hey, I will tell

24:40you everything that I know about this situation, I want to hear from them.

24:43And I think the American people at large want to hear from them.

24:46Every step of the way, the GOP has been shady, shady, shady.

24:51They don't want the truth.

24:53They want their version of the truth.

24:57And they're going to try and make that molded up any way that they can.

25:02But ultimately, the facts are going to be what the facts are.

25:06And the American people, and thanks to independent media at large, we're demanding the facts.

25:10And we're getting more evidence and more facts every single day.

25:14This has been one of the single worst looks.

25:18if you could, for the Republican regime in quite some time.

25:22I mean, it's really, this used to be an issue that they like at least

25:26pretended to really care about and were proud to discuss.

25:30And now it just looks like, again, the coverup in this situation cannot be worse

25:34than the crime at all, but the coverup is getting pretty damn bad.

25:38And it's right in front of the American people's faces.

25:40Look, we started this episode talking about the people state of the union.

25:45It is so critical that we ground coverage and center it in the people, in

25:51we, the people, in getting out the facts and amplifying the voices of what people

25:55are experiencing. And it's important to note what we're up against also.

25:59And the breaking news from a little bit earlier ago is now that Warner Brothers

26:05is agreeing to be sold to Paramount.

26:10Netflix has declined to raise its offer after Paramount raised its offer of Warner Brothers.

26:18And so you're now going to have Paramount, which you all saw, what it just

26:22did to CBS and how it's destroyed CBS already.

26:27Now they take over Warner Brothers.

26:29They're going to run that a certain way as well.

26:33And you may be saying, doesn't this violate antitrust law?

26:39Aren't there issues about one company now controlling almost all of the media?

26:46How could it possibly be that they control Paramount, CBS, and now Warner Brothers, they're

26:51going to own it all?

26:52Well, the antitrust department at the Department of Justice really doesn't exist anymore.

26:57I mean, it's pretty much been gutted.

26:59And the head of the antitrust division at the DOJ and the number two are

27:03gone. And corporations said, we don't want the antitrust division to really exist.

27:10We want to be able to engage in these types of things.

27:15And it's interesting because you may remember in 2024 at, well, I'm trying to think

27:22of where that conference, there was a conference and David Zasloff, who owns the Warner

27:27Brothers, was out there. And he was asked in 2024 about Trump or Biden.

27:32I think this was before Biden left the race.

27:34And he said, well, one of the reasons that he liked Trump a lot was

27:37the idea of kind of these massive consolidations.

27:41And he thought that that would be helpful and mergers and acquisitions.

27:45And meanwhile, I pointed out that Zasloff basically got his job during a merger and

27:51acquisition of involving Paramount, I'm sorry, involving Warner Brothers and Discovery during the time when

27:59Biden was in office, but he was never able to actually successfully execute the business

28:06once he made the merger.

28:08Like he did the Warner Brothers Discovery merger, then he came in from the Discovery

28:12side, basically ran the company during Biden's term.

28:15And then now that entity should succeed.

28:19It should be competitive, right?

28:20It should do all the things he wanted.

28:22But now it's just going to sell that over and create this monopoly with Paramount,

28:27which is, I think, not a helpful thing.

28:32And by the way, it's not just the DOJ antitrust divisions that's been dismantled.

28:36The anti -sex trafficking division of the DOJ has basically been dismantled.

28:41Their division that goes after crypto has been dismantled.

28:45The civil rights division has been dismantled.

28:49You know, the DOJ has been utterly gutted at, you know, at this point, you

28:53know, and I think that - To be fair, Ben, the civil rights division, they

28:55view their priority. as the biggest thing is racism against white people is the current

29:00position of the civil rights division with Trump.

29:03And I just want to emphasize how big of a deal that this merger is,

29:08this acquisition is, because now you're having a Trump lackey who's going to be owning

29:15Warner Brothers Discovery, which owns CNN and owns so many other properties, right?

29:20This is the whole Barry Weiss situation with CBS, same company, same owners.

29:24And this to me reeks of all the issues we have with kind of oligarchy,

29:29this right -wing oligarchy taking over, you know, this media, this media capture.

29:35And we see here just the other night, guess who was Lindsey Graham's special guest

29:40at the State of the Union?

29:41It was Ellison. It was David Ellison, the son of Larry Ellison, David Ellison, who

29:45was the chairman and CEO of Paramount.

29:47I mean, this is the kind of stuff that we see in Russia.

29:49This happens. We know that Trump is pushing for this deal to happen because it's

29:53also going to give the Trump administration a lot of control over the media right

29:56here. Now that his buddy is in control of it, he's got his buddy in

29:59control of Ellison now is in control of TikTok.

30:02He's in control of this.

30:04He's in control of CBS.

30:05There's so much power now given to this one company.

30:08And think about everyone now, us, everyone who's competing now with these massive, massive, massive

30:14conglomerates out there that control the media.

30:16I mean, you know, I, I, I don't underestimate this, I think is what I

30:20want to say. It reminds me a little bit, but probably on a far bigger

30:24scale, even of when like Elon Musk took on, you know, took over Twitter and

30:29people were like, ah, don't be fearful.

30:30Everything will be fine. It'll be this, it'll be the same app.

30:33No, we saw what he did there.

30:35He purged dissenting voices. And we've already seen what Ellison has done with shows like

30:40the Colbert show, you know, when they took over CBS, Colbert's not going to have

30:44a show soon. That's because of them.

30:46I think you're going to see a lot more of that.

30:47And we've already heard stories about the Trump administration saying, if this deal happens, there

30:53were kind of these backroom conversations happening.

30:55I don't know what has come of those, but saying if this, you know, if,

30:59if we're able to make this deal happen, then I don't want to see this

31:02host be on CNN anymore.

31:04I don't want to see this host be on the show anymore.

31:06And I think you're going to see a lot of that behind the scenes because

31:09that's how these oligarchs work.

31:11That's how this corrupt administration works.

31:13They don't care about actual capitalism and actual competition in media.

31:18They want to try to just own the airwaves and spread their propaganda as best

31:22as they can. And so this is a really, this is one of those issues

31:27that may not seem entirely political on its face.

31:30It may seem like an entertainment issue, but this is incredibly intertwined with our politics

31:35and with the way people are going to be consuming media.

31:38So I think it's, you know, incredibly important.

31:40Remember they had already accepted Netflix's bid, Warner Brothers Discovery.

31:44They had accepted Netflix's bid.

31:45It seemed like that was kind of going to, kind of going to be the

31:47thing, but we knew the Trump regime didn't want it to go through.

31:51We then saw that Paramount launched this hostile takeover attempt and they've been successful.

31:56They ultimately were able to pitch an offer that was a superior offer to what

31:59Netflix did. And, you know, at the end of the day, whatever is going to

32:04give the most value to shareholders is what Paramount is going to do.

32:08They gave Netflix about four days or so to give a counter proposal and then

32:12Netflix said, we're not, we can't match that.

32:14The numbers are too high.

32:15And so there you have it.

32:17This is going to have major ramifications.

32:19And I think it's just important, you know, that we, that we follow this story

32:23and understand what's happening. I know it's something we've talked about, you know, so much,

32:27these right -wing, you know, oligarchs and, you know, what they've been doing, you know,

32:33with the Trump administration to try.

32:35get their messaging out and this is just the latest example with that let's take

38:04Epstein files. The World Economic Forum CEO and President Borges Bren from Norway.

38:12He also was a foreign minister of Norway before taking over the World Economic Forum.

38:16He announced that he's stepping down from the World Economic Forum leadership role after an

38:22independent investigation was launched into his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

38:27He previously said he had no relationship with Epstein.

38:30Then he showed up in the files.

38:32Then he said he didn't know about Epstein's criminal prosecutions in the past.

38:38But then in the files, he and Epstein were doing like emojis regarding Epstein's past

38:44criminal convictions for raping minors, which he actually pled to child prostitution, which is raping

38:51minors. And you probably remember Borges Bren from Midas Videos.

38:57He was the guy interviewing Donald Trump at Davos.

39:00Do you remember that? The World Economic Forum, they're the ones who put on Davos,

39:04right? The Davos conference. And so he was the guy who said, it's a pleasure

39:08to welcome Donald Trump back to Davos at a time of significant economic, technological and

39:14geopolitical change. And this guy, Borges Bend, you know, he was part of the whole

39:19Steve Bannon crew, global disruption and trying to frame it as order while they, you

39:29know, while this Epstein class was preying on, you know, people throughout the entire world.

39:36Up is down, down is up.

39:38You know, that's this, the potent force of propaganda, right?

39:42And just give you an example of it today, you had J .D.

39:45Vance speaking in Wisconsin and quite literally all the things the Trump regime does.

39:52they accuse the other side of doing, right?

39:55And so J .D. Vance in the speech just says, you know what?

39:59What we have to avoid at all costs is government with bad policy and bad

40:04leadership that destroys the American dream.

40:16your kid wants to go off and play college football, whether you want to start

40:32The government cannot give it to you for you, but the government with bad policy

40:37and bad leadership, it can destroy that American dream, whatever shape it takes in the

40:49Like, I mean, there has to be deep studies about psychological projection and everybody involved

40:56in this entire MAGA movement.

40:58How they even do it.

41:05that they literally could go up there and say stuff like that.

41:07Like, they're soulless creatures. They're so, like, I don't know how they have been.

41:12They have no shame. How you could, like, just the physical ability to go up

41:18there and not have, like, something in you be like, right?

41:23Like, how is it even achieved?

41:26I mean, these are, to your point, Jordy, I mean, these are soulless monsters, Epstein

41:33class predators who hate people.

41:37And they're so able to mutate into these fake personalities to, to, to just steal

41:44and harvest and take and be these predators.

41:47I mean, here he goes.

41:48When you go to the polls in November, I just want you to remember who's

41:52trying to defraud you. Who's trying to protect you from the fraudsters.

41:57J .D. Vance is saying that they're trying to protect the people from the fraudsters.

42:22And the simple answer is, it's Derek Van Orden and congressional Republicans.

42:26It is not the Democrats who created this problem to begin with.

42:32When you think about all the great things we've accomplished, I mean, he's, he's at

42:37a manufacturing plant and manufacturing is down.

42:41We're in a jobs recession right now.

42:44Inflation is surging again right now.

42:47Our fourth quarter GDP grew at only 1 .4 % when they were saying it

42:52was going to be three to 5%.

42:54That's not, these aren't good data points right now by, and setting aside those data

42:58points, American families are struggling right now.

43:02People can't afford their rent.

43:04They can't afford home. Future generations don't have, have hope in the future right now.

43:09But he goes, I don't want you just to think about the incredible things we've

43:14done for you. Like, like what, what have you actually done?

43:16Nothing you've taken, you've stolen, you've ripped to shreds things.

43:20But I want you to think about who's going to protect you from that fraud.

43:24You're the fraudsters. You're the people who have pardoned the fraudsters, the drug traffic.

43:30You're the people who have covered up the sex traffickers.

43:34Frankly, the pedo protection ring is right there.

43:37The cabal is right there in the Oval Office.

43:40You've torn to shreds our alliances.

43:43Donald Trump is out there enriching himself to the tune of billions of dollars, giving

43:48away our classified technology, semiconductor technology to the UAE and others in exchange for hundreds

43:58of millions, if not billions of dollars.

44:00To him personally, that's what you're saying.

44:03Here's the issue though, right?

44:04Here's the issue. It's that there is a subsect of people in this country who

44:09are inclined to believe what people are telling them if they have some sort of

44:13positive view towards them. So, for example, there was a moment the other night after

44:18the State of the Union that hurt me.

44:20That's all that. You know what I'm going to say, right?

44:23Yeah. And so there was this moment where CNN did like this focus group after

44:28the fact about the State of the Union, and they were asking swing voters, so

44:32what did you think of the speech?

44:34Did the speech move you?

44:35Somebody hand up. The speech moved me.

44:38So they said, okay, well, what moved you about the speech?

44:42It wasn't a moving speech by Donald Trump.

44:44It's quite the opposite. He said, you know, and the person goes, oh, you know,

44:49he said 18 trillion in investments.

44:51He said, he said healthcare.

44:53He said something about healthcare.

44:54He said something about healthcare.

44:55Yeah. He's taken away your healthcare and the 18 trillion in investments is made up.

45:01It's bullshit. It's a lie.

45:03So it's great that he said numbers.

45:04I could say I did a zillion bajillion dollars in investments, but at a certain

45:09point, like people need to take responsibility and they need to have critical thinking skills

45:15and they need to understand this stuff.

45:17But that is exactly, it goes back to our point though, about this kind of

45:20hostile takeover with Ellison and Parma.

45:22It's why they won't, it's why it's so important for them to control TikTok and

45:28why it's so important for them to control CBS.

45:30It's important for them to control the way people are getting information because when Donald

45:35Trump is up there in the state of the union, the one thing that doesn't

45:38exist does not, and this is why we didn't air Donald Trump's speech live.

45:43The one thing that doesn't exist is a counter, right?

45:46There's no one saying 18 trillion hold up.

45:49That's bullshit. You know, that's a lie.

45:51Hold on. You're talking about healthcare while you refuse to extend the affordable care act

45:55subsidies and now people are suffering and going bankrupt because of it.

45:58So don't you dare talk about healthcare.

46:00Where's your healthcare plan? You said two weeks, 10 years ago.

46:03You know, there's nobody to counter that stuff.

46:05And that works to the benefit of those in power who want to lie to

46:09you. So when I saw that, it was just such a kind of microcosm of

46:14the information environment that we're in.

46:16And it just, it caused me like internal, like physical pain to hear this guy

46:21who was, you know, probably a well -intentioned person, right?

46:24Probably thinks highly of the country.

46:25I assume, you know, I assume the best of people, right?

46:28But he's able to just buy these just incredibly obvious lies that are being told

46:34by the president of the United States.

46:36Well, we have to, to your point exactly, get to a point in this country

46:41where accountability and truth matter, like, like actually, actually, actually matter.

46:49And it's really the, it's, it's the double -edged sword to what I always say,

46:53because they're like, I want to give people the benefit of the doubt a lot,

46:57because I believe in people.

46:59I believe in the American people.

47:00I believe in people. And so when there's a trillion dollar propaganda arm, just consistently

47:06and constantly spewing disinformation in your head.

47:09I could see how you could be susceptible to the lies.

47:11But then on the other side of the coin, to your point again, Brett, critical

47:16thinking is so important. And I think we really have to hold people and our

47:22fellow Americans to standards, to be able to critically think for themselves and not just

47:28spew the regime talking points because you were duped.

47:32Why? Because the other half of the country isn't duped.

47:34The other half of the country is able to critically think and understand this and

47:38be frustrated with the lies.

47:41And so watching that, whenever they have the quote unquote swing voters, which I'm not

47:48even sure if they are actually swing voters or just MAGA in disguise for the

47:52segment, but that's neither here nor there.

47:54It pains me to see their reaction just to kind of see where the other

47:59side of the country's minds are at.

48:01Because again, you're being lied to actively by people who do not have your best

48:07interests at heart. Who people...

48:08You just reminded me to remember when our researchers last time during the election did

48:12the whole swing voter thing.

48:14And our researchers just, yeah, during election, they looked up the swing voter who they

48:18presented to the public as, this is an undecided voter.

48:20And like all of the person's Facebook and Instagram was all pro -Trump shit.

48:24All pro -Trump memes. And we're like, this is your swing vote.

48:28This is your undecided voter, CNN, CNN, this isn't Fox even, this is CNN.

48:34That's how bad it is now.

48:39How about billionaire Kelly Loeffler was speaking at that event as well with J .D.

51:53an enemy of the united states even though their ai is critical to uh our

52:00military operations it was used in venezuela for example if you don't let the department

52:04of defense use your kind of ai programming to kill people autonomously without any human

52:13involvement then you will be declared an enemy of the united states and also if

52:20we can't use your ai tool like claude and your other ai tools to do

52:24mass surveillance on the american people we will declare you an enemy of the country

52:30and either we will declare you as being detrimental to our supply chain to shut

52:38you down and or integral to our supply chain to seize your company and take

52:44it over under the defense production act where we will now take over anthropic and

52:49run it ourselves so here you have an ai company that's basically saying look you

52:53could use it for a lot of things but we're not comfortable with you using

52:57our ai and our coding in a way that could commit crimes against humanity without

53:03any human involvement and we don't want mass surveillance involving our tools and the trump

53:08regime saying if we can't do mass surveillance and if we can't allow the ai

53:13to decide on its own who lives and who dies without human control we will

53:19declare you one of two things which are contradictory we will declare you as a

53:26threat to our supply chain and ban you or so integral to our supply chain

53:31that the united states government takes you over and brett to your point this is

53:35what you see in russia with the media you see the media take over of

53:41what's happening here like russia and now you have the regime taking over companies and

53:48saying we're seizing it so that we can do mass surveillance it's not like it

53:53it's not like they're it's not like trump's denying these two demands hegs its demands

53:59are mass surveillance and autonomous killing where the ai code decides the deaths and all

54:06perhaps the most chilling i was just saying perhaps the most chilling thing about this

54:11is the fact that you know right now anthropic is being singled out why isn't

54:17open ai being singled out who does chat gpt why isn't google uh being singled

54:21out who does google gemini why isn't uh twitter or x or whatever, is being

54:26singled out for Grok, which we already know is deeply integrated now and is being

54:30more deeply integrated in the government system.

54:33That's right. The AI that referred to itself as Mecca Hitler is very integral to

54:38the government's AI system right now.

54:40Why aren't they being singled out?

54:42Why? I think the implication is, is that they agreed to allow this stuff, those

54:47companies. They agreed to allow the United States government to use their AI to kill

54:54people, to do mass surveillance on people.

54:58That's my opinion when we kind of look at the broader landscape right now of

55:02AI and how buddy -buddy all of these kind of AI CEOs have been with

55:07the Trump regime. And remember, they want the support of the Trump regime so they

55:12can continue to build these data centers all across the country and take up all

55:16the resources of all of these towns and neighborhoods without paying anything as they just

55:20leech and leech and leech and drive people's bills up and take away the water.

55:24Like it is the most dystopian thing imaginable that's playing out right now before our

55:30eyes. Anyway, Anthropic was given 24 hours, right?

55:33They gave a deadline, 24 hours.

55:35You better respond. Are you going to, you know, from the perspective of Pete Hegseth,

55:40are you going to do the right thing and let us do mass surveillance on

55:44people and use your AI to kill people?

1:06:18They want to quit the Navy.

1:06:20Morale is described in terms that defense journalists have not used since the Vietnam era

1:06:25reporting. The deployment is on track to reach 11 months.

1:06:29The post -Vietnam record is 294 days.

1:06:33So it's important that you know that this is actually going on.

1:06:37And remember, because we're making these parallels to Russia and American media and seizing companies

1:06:45like Anthropic and others and seizing production, right?

1:06:50I mean, aren't these the boogeymen that the MAGA's always said the Democrats are going

1:06:55to do, which they don't do?

1:06:56And the MAGA's are the first ones to do it.

1:06:59Well, remember, the Pentagon got rid of all of the defense reporters from inside the

1:07:04Pentagon, right? That was one of Hegsitt's first things.

1:07:07And he has propagandists in there.

1:07:10So now you gutted the defense reporting groups who now still have to report, but

1:07:17they don't have access to the Pentagon transparently as they do before.

1:07:21So it all relies on leaks.

1:07:23So you have all of that taking place.

1:07:25And then you go to Iran with a list of demands after Whitcoff, Donald Trump's

1:07:32envoy to Russia and everything says, we just don't get why Iran is not capitulating.

1:07:37Aren't they scared of our aircraft carriers?

1:07:40Why won't they capitulate? And after all the reporting is that Donald Trump just wants

1:07:45a surgical strike to declare a victory like he did last time and say total

1:07:50obliteration, but that Donald Trump doesn't have the ability to stomach any long -term war,

1:07:55nor do we have the resources to even be able to actually do a long

1:07:59-term war. America doesn't have those resources.

1:08:01So if America starts the war in Iran, Iran retaliates around its neighbors and the

1:08:06likely result will be a massive World War III style conflagration in the Middle East.

1:08:13That's likely what's going to happen.

1:08:14And we're fast rolling or slow rolling, whatever you want to say into it right

1:08:20now. So you have that happening in Iran off the coast of Cuba.

1:08:24You had an American boat with 10 people on it.

1:08:28People who used to be from Cuba, who were living in the Miami area, who

1:08:33were recently on right -wing media, were learning more about the individuals who were on

1:08:37this boat and basically bragged that they were going to do stuff like this when

1:08:40they were going right -wing media influencer podcasts and stuff.

1:08:44They get on a boat, they go to Cuba, they sail to Cuba, they open

1:08:49fire on the Cuban coast guards.

1:08:50The Cuban coast guards respond as well.

1:08:53I don't know, were they promised like the Iranian protesters that if they created and

1:08:59provoked... an incident, that that would help the Trump regime and Rubio then go and

1:09:04attack Cuba? I mean, remember what Donald Trump said in Iran?

1:09:07He told the protesters, go out there.

1:09:09We need you out there.

1:09:10If any single protester gets shot, if one gets shot and killed, America will be

1:09:14there in Iran to get your back.

1:09:17If you believe the numbers of Trump and Lindsey Graham, 30 ,000, that's their number,

1:09:2330 ,000 Iranians got massacred.

1:09:27And there's no self -awareness or even reporting that Trump's responsible for that massacre.

1:09:32He told them to go out and do it.

1:09:34And we didn't even have our ships near Iran at that point.

1:09:38Our ships were in Venezuela.

1:09:39If you want to know why their tours of duty have been so long, because

1:09:42Trump's been doing this stuff on the Caribbean, the invasion of Venezuela.

1:09:47Then he moved the ships to the Persian Gulf area and to be by and

1:09:54to be near Iran. So the ships then moved into that region, kind of Mediterranean

1:09:58area. And so what the hell is going on there?

1:10:03Meanwhile, you have Kim Jong -un in North Korea saying, just announcing publicly, remember when

1:10:08Donald Trump would attack former President Obama and be like, I'm going to stop Kim

1:10:13Jong -un. All of the stuff I've done has scared Kim Jong -un.

1:10:17Quite the contrary. Kim Jong -un just making statements on the daily.

1:10:22Here's what we're doing. We're extending our nuclear arsenal.

1:10:25We're increasing our capabilities here, here, and here.

1:10:28Maybe we'll do some nuclear weapons in space.

1:10:30These are direct quotes from Kim Jong -un and what he said over the past

1:10:3424 to 48 hours. Remember when MAGA would be outraged about, you know, or the

1:10:39predecessors, the Tea Party. Oh, it's so weak that Obama would not, what, invade North

1:10:45Korea when it would do nuclear, when it would do the ballistic missile testing.

1:10:48Well, you just got just straight up Kim Jong -un just saying, here's what I'm

1:10:52going to do. His direct quote is the following.

1:10:54He goes, we have a prospective plan to strengthen our national nuclear force and we'll

1:10:59focus on projects to increase the number of nuclear weapons and expand nuclear operational means

1:11:03and space for use. That's what Kim Jong -un said.

1:11:07China keeps flying its military drones over Taiwan, which it says, it's our airspace.

1:11:16We're going to do it.

1:11:16No comments there other than Donald Trump desperately wants to visit China in April.

1:11:23And so Xi Jinping realizes that all Donald Trump cares about is this big photo

1:11:29op and to just roll out the army and do some sort of parade for

1:11:33Donald Trump. And you can get Donald Trump basically to do anything you want.

1:11:38You got the United States depriving Ukraine of Patriot missiles and depriving Europe of missiles

1:11:45promised to Europe that it said that it would sell because the U .S.

1:11:49said, we're not going to give weapons to Ukraine.

1:11:51You got to buy it.

1:11:52So Europe's like, okay, we'll buy it.

1:11:53Well, then the United States doesn't sell the licenses or give Europe the stuff that

1:11:59it needs to actually give Ukraine, not just the Patriot missile systems, but the actual

1:12:04missiles and the radars and the repairs and everything that comes along with it.

1:12:08And the U .S. is like, ah, I guess we can't find it.

1:12:10I guess there's scarcity. So then Europe's like, okay, well, we're going to build our

1:12:14own weapons. We're going to do a Europe first defense policy to which the U

1:12:18.S. responds. No, no, no, no, no, no.

1:12:20You can't discriminate against the U .S.

1:12:22by doing a Europe first, Europe buying European military products first.

1:12:27You got to buy America first.

1:12:28Why would we buy from you?

1:12:29You've been threatening us. You've been attacking our sovereignty.

1:12:32You keep going after Greenland and Denmark and you talk about kill switches and you

1:12:36tell us we're too dependent on you.

1:12:38so we're going to build our own weapons.

1:12:39Sure, that's what we'll do.

1:12:41Then Trump's like, no, you can't do that.

1:12:42Don't do that at all.

1:12:43And then meanwhile, the United States abstains in a resolution urging a comprehensive, just, and

1:12:51lasting peace in Ukraine before the United Nations.

1:12:55Russia votes against it. The U .S.

1:12:57and China abstain. 107 nations, our former allies, all voted for it.

1:13:03The U .S. abstained from a resolution on the four -year anniversary of Russia's invasion

1:13:08of Ukraine, calling for a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace.

1:13:12But I want everybody to see all this stuff is connected.

1:13:15But a common theme we see is that this idiocracy, this isn't coming from a

1:13:21political perspective, this idiocracy that is this Trump regime is making us less safe.

1:13:26Stop the propaganda and focus what's actually happening on the Gerald Ford ship right now,

1:13:31where the sailors, where our Navy right now, the people on the Air Force carrier,

1:13:37the Air Force carrier, the aircraft carrier, they don't even have the pipes to use

1:13:46toilet bowls. And by the way, shouldn't this be a top story?

1:13:50Shouldn't this be a front page story everywhere?

1:13:53That's why we focus so much on international news here on the Midas Touchdown.

1:13:56All this stuff is connected.

1:13:57And by the way, it's connected to the Epstein files too, because this Epstein class

1:14:01is international in scope. And they were planning a lot of these things, annexation of

1:14:06Crimea, Brexit, propping up Jair Bolsonaro, insider crypto trading.

1:14:11All that's in the files.

1:14:12And Epstein's like the middleman of that, as that's happening.

1:14:15Brett, Jordy. Well said. And that's why it's so important that we always contextualize these

1:14:21things, like you said, on an international level and show you the ties between all

1:14:25of these various people, because this isn't happening in the United States in a vacuum.

1:14:29Now, there have been a lot of countries that have been able to really go

1:14:35on offense against this authoritarian strain by seeing the disaster of what has happened here

1:14:42in the United States. I'm thinking of countries like Canada, who have done an incredible

1:14:46job at batting down this autocratic strain that was rising at the time in that

1:14:53country. Various other countries throughout the world as well.

1:14:57But some countries still fall prey to this, because I think a lot of this

1:15:00right -wing rhetoric, they know how to get to people's heartstrings, right?

1:15:04I mean, think about the way a lot of this rose in the beginning.

1:15:07It's almost, it's so morally depraved to think about it now, but they came into

1:15:13this by speaking about this idea of a global elite, a sex trafficking ring of

1:15:18elites who were sex trafficking children and blamed it on their political opponents.

1:15:23When those people spreading these conspiracy theories were the people actually engaging in this sort

1:15:29of behavior with people like Jeffrey Epstein.

1:15:32So it's very devious what they do.

1:15:34And that's why every time you see, you know, a JD Vance out there, any

1:15:38of these people, they go, we're just trying to get the human traffic, the child

1:15:41sex traffickers off the street.

1:15:42And they don't want us to do that as they are covering up that very

1:15:46behavior, as they are covering up those very crimes.

1:15:49So while that kind of rhetoric can be quite intoxicating and kind of appeals to

1:15:55people's almost like lizard brains, right?

1:15:57Appeals to people's just instincts, you have to be able to step back and go,

1:16:02these people are lying to you.

1:16:04You have to, if you're that guy who goes, oh, well, Trump said 18 trillion

1:16:07investment. Trump said healthcare. Trump said, you got to be able to step back and

1:16:11go, but what's actually happening?

1:16:13Don't fall for the propaganda.

1:16:14Let's look at the facts.

1:16:16Let's look at the risk.

1:16:16seats. Let's look at the photos.

1:16:18Let's look at the actual data as what's coming in.

1:16:20What's actually happening on the, on the ship.

1:16:23Oh, it's a disaster. Okay.

1:18:31was, it was an AI of him, uh, calling Canadians maple syrup eating fucks.

1:18:37You know, I don't like cursing.

1:18:38I just want to let people know what the official white house account manipulated the

1:18:45team USA gold medal winner saying Canadian maple syrup eating fucks.

1:18:51And the guy didn't say that.

1:18:53Then Kachuk had to address the video and say, that's not my voice.

1:18:57It's not what I was saying.

1:18:58I would never say that.

1:18:59That's not who I am.

1:19:01And now he's embroiled in this.

1:19:03And as our editor in chief, Ron Filipkowski writes, well, you know what you hang

1:19:07out around Donald Trump and that's, it's kind of the deal, you know, you know,

1:19:12you, you, you hang there, you, you believe it's not, you know, you can go

1:19:17and say, oh, it's not political.

1:19:19It's not, I'm not, I'm just here because it's the presidency and this is the

1:19:23white house and it's always an honor.

1:19:25And this is what it means to be an American.

1:19:27Well, he just took your name, image and likeness and now, uh, attributed the words

1:19:34to you that Canadians are maple syrup eating fucks.

1:19:38And now that now when people think about your gold medal and people, it's overshadowed

1:19:52embroiled you in something grotesque and disgusting.

1:20:27beautiful and patriotic for the country and turn it into a way to attack the

1:20:31female hockey team and to mock them and then turn it into a political perversion?

1:20:41That's the thing. That is like, oh, you're being political.

1:20:44It's just hockey. I'm not trying to be political.

1:20:46I wanted to root for the team.

1:21:20Why would you? Because you did it.

1:21:24You tried to divide our nation with something like that.

1:21:30And now, the people who went along with it, now you're getting AI placed in

1:21:33your mouth by Donald Trump, attacking Canadians as part of Donald Trump's agenda to conquer

1:21:39Canada and invade the sovereignty of Canada.

1:21:42And that just makes us weaker.

1:21:43It makes us pathetic. You know, and even when people are like, well, I would

1:21:47never say that. I would never.

1:21:48Okay, well, then call it out.

1:21:49Say that Donald Trump is wrong.

1:21:51Just say what's actually happening.

1:21:54You don't know why. We're scared of him.

1:24:36There are holistic medicines and things that I like, you know, and I'm supportive.

1:24:44that could be good for you.

1:24:45But this Casey Means has shown that she does not disclose her conflicts of interest,

1:24:51that she sells these supplements and pretends that she's not making money off of them.

1:24:57And, and, and then she's made her whole brand to actually attack people's health, in

1:25:02my opinion, for her own enrichment.
