1:50Just take a look at him.
1:52It is not looking good.
1:53Donald Trump's physical and mental health continues to rapidly deteriorate.
1:59Just the past 48 hours, you've seen him with his face drooping as he's uncontrollably
2:07called state regime media, which calls itself Fox.
2:10And when they were asking him questions about Iran, he was asking Dana Perino if
2:15she remembers the time they had lunch together many years ago and how beautiful you
2:20look. And I'm going to get canceled because I say how attractive you are.
2:24Remember earlier this week, Donald Trump was standing next to Mark Wayne Mullen and his
2:29hand just kept on spasming and he couldn't even stand up straight as he was
2:33bobbing left to right. And then there was the incident where Donald Trump imagined negotiating
2:40with a Sharpie maker for $5 signature pens at a cabinet meeting that looked more
2:48like a deranged and dystopian version of the worst unwatchable season of The Apprentice.
2:54Trump told a lengthy story, about five minutes he told this story.
2:59About negotiating over the price of Sharpie pens, the company that he was talking about
3:05says it has no record of any such conversation and they have no clue what
3:09he was talking about. Donald Trump spent five minutes of a cabinet meeting on Thursday
3:15boasting of his thrift with a story about negotiating for $5 personalized Sharpies.
3:23The company that makes the permanent markers said the exchange never happened at all.
3:29Or on Friday when Donald Trump was speaking at an event in Miami, some financial
3:35conference, which was attended by certain people from Saudi Arabia as an American military base
3:42in Saudi Arabia was hit with ballistic missiles from Iran.
3:48Donald Trump was at this conference saying they have to open up the Strait of
3:55Trump. Trump. That's what they're calling the Strait of Trump, everybody.
3:58That's what they're calling it.
4:00Here, play this clip right here.
4:01It'd be great if we could do something, but they have to open it up.
4:04They have to open up the Strait of Trump.
4:08I mean, Harmouth. And then seeing more of Donald Trump's disinhibition, a sign of onset
4:33Alzheimer's, onset dementia, dementia, dementia itself, full -blown and Alzheimer's as well.
4:39And I'm not saying that that's what it is.
4:41I'm just saying that it's my opinion that that's what happens during onset.
4:45Donald Trump starts saying, ask me.
4:47He was telling the crowd at this financial event.
4:49He's like, ask me whatever you want.
4:51You want to ask me about sex?
4:54Ask me about sex. What do you mean, ask you about sex?
4:58What are you talking about?
4:59America's at war right now because of you, an unlawful war against Iran, where our
5:06troops are exposed, where our economy is crashing and the markets are horrible.
5:11And there's a jobs recession, and it's only going to get worse.
5:15And you're saying, ask me about sex?
5:17What are we watching here?
5:19Here, play this clip. So I want to just thank everybody very much.
5:23And I'm asked to take a few questions.
5:26And unlike other politicians, they would like the questions screened.
5:30I don't ask for screening of the questions.
5:33You can ask me anything you want.
5:35You can talk sex. You can do whatever the hell you want.
5:40I'm here for you. Whatever question you want, you can ask.
5:46So do you want to do that?
5:47Do we have some people handling this?
5:49Here he comes. Look at this man.
5:51Very powerful man coming up, ladies and gentlemen.
5:54And then earlier in the day, Donald Trump was giving a speech at the White
5:58House. And then he just burst out into dancing the YMCA.
6:02I'm only going to play a second and a half of this.
6:05But here, play this clip.
6:08Now I want to bring in Democratic Congress member Sue Brahmanian from Virginia.
6:12Congressman, it's great to see you, as always.
6:15I've been showing some clips there at the outset showing Donald Trump's physical and cognitive
6:20deterioration, which seems to be going at a significantly even more rapid pace recently.
6:26I want to talk about that.
6:27But I mean, you have these alarming headlines like inside the White House.
6:32Trump aides are saying that Donald Trump just wants to he just wants to kind
6:36of move on. He's getting bored by the war in Iran that he started.
6:40The the script is getting dry for him.
6:43And he just wants to not as exciting as it was.
6:46I mean, you have the Russian Duma delegation yesterday invited by Trump officials and MAGA
6:54Republican Congress members. And by the way, the MAGA Republican Congress members took them around
7:00on like Capitol Hill tours and they were like in the cap.
7:02These are sanctioned Russian Duma members.
7:05And then they left with gifts of socks with Donald Trump's face on this whole
7:11thing. I don't even know what freaking timeline I'm in.
7:14I mean, you had yesterday Donald Trump claiming that Iran shot missiles at Ireland.
7:19Then he corrected himself and said an island that said they go twenty five hundred
7:24miles per hour or something.
7:25Just just play a brief clip of this.
7:27And I think we've been proven right.
7:30You know, they took one missile, it went two thousand five hundred miles.
7:34They supposedly didn't have a missile like that.
7:36They had no missile with that capability.
7:38But they shot the now famous Ireland, the the island that.
7:44And then he's calls into Fox and Dana Perino, who I'm always very critical of.
7:50But she asked him a serious question.
7:52Why aren't we hearing from the people of Iran?
7:55You know, what's going on there?
7:57You and Netanyahu promised that there was going to be this popular uprising and everybody
8:01was going to be shown and we're not seeing that.
8:04So, so, Donald, what do you make of that?
8:07I don't just watch his response.
8:08Let's play in that. We have not been able to see or hear from any
8:13of the Iranian people. And I imagine that is because their Internet is shut down.
8:19And I think there is some general worry about them.
8:23Obviously, their government treats them terribly and killed tens of thousands of them in January.
8:27Do you again, I like Kayleigh, I would never ask you to tell us something
8:31that is classified. But do you have any insight as to how they are doing?
8:36Do they have drinking water?
8:37Do they have food? I do.
8:39It's upsetting. I do. But first, do you remember when we had lunch years ago
8:44in the base of Trump Tower when it was a brand new building?
8:47A long time ago. Yes.
8:49A long time ago. You haven't changed.
8:51You have not changed. Now, I'm not allowed to say this.
8:54It's the end of my political career.
8:56But you may be even better looking.
8:58OK, so I don't know what you're doing.
9:00But I will not say that.
9:01Box hair and makeup has a lot to do with that.
9:02I will not say that because that will end my political career.
9:04You know, you're not allowed to.
9:06Congressman, I mean, this is deeply serious stuff happening right here.
9:10And that's how he's behaving.
9:12It's clownish, but it's deadly.
9:15I mean, this has real consequences.
9:16I want to get your take on what you're seeing in terms of his physical,
9:20mental decline. Yeah, his decline is really bad because you wouldn't want someone like that
9:26running your HOA, much less the free world and being the president of the United
9:31States. It's erratic. It's chaotic.
9:34What I love seeing when he says things like that is looking at the reactions
9:39of his advisors or looking at the reactions of foreign leaders like the Japanese prime
9:44minister the other day and just the looks on their faces of, I can't believe
9:49this guy is the president of the United States, but it has real consequences.
9:53We're in this chaotic war.
9:55We have chaotic domestic policy.
9:57There's, you know, this shutdown.
9:59That's a lot of it is because of chaos from ICE following Trump's orders.
10:03And so his, how erratic he is, sometimes it gets a good chuckle, but it's
10:09really serious in the sense that it's hurting our country every single day.
10:14What's the vibe on Capitol Hill about that?
10:16I mean, do Republicans kind of privately, you know, talk about, you know, how bad
10:23mentally and physically it's getting?
10:25I mean, is it just kind of a known thing at this point that, you
10:30know, he's somebody who is clearly in this rapid decline?
10:34What's the sense of it?
10:36I mean, I saw Mag and Mike Johnson at the Republican.
10:39congressional campaign committee event had to like make up an award for him and literally
10:44looked I don't know how to describe it but like I felt I was truly
10:47watching some I don't know something like you know in a hospice care situation where
10:53the nurse was trying to help the patient remember the days where they may have
10:57gotten awards hey I got an award for you it's called the you're the best
11:00award everybody and I'm like what are we doing here so what's the vibe I
11:05think Republicans on the hill just try to separate Trump the person from Trump the
11:12policies but you really can't because his policy positions change all the time right remember
11:17he was against any war against Iran accused Kamala Harris of you know being the
11:22candidate who would take us to war with Iran and now he's all about war
11:24with Iran and has started one and so they try to separate the two but
11:28you can't because his erratic personality his chaotic personality means erratic and chaotic policy making
11:35and remember Republicans on Capitol Hill and across the country they follow him wherever he
11:41takes them and so it's their policies too and so I've talked to Republicans who
11:46they're about to go on a news show and then they hear Trump said something
11:49that sometimes may contradict things that they believe or have said in the past and
11:54they just go on and you know have to defend him or try to sidestep
11:58the question that's the Republican Party today and that's why we need to elect Democrats
12:03and have Democrats back in the majorities to actually be a check on this chaos
12:07you sit on the House Oversight Committee there have been numerous depositions recently of Epstein's
12:14former accountant Kahn former lawyer Indyke which led to information about private investigative firms hoarding
12:22potentially these hard drives that were never turned over to the Department of Justice when
12:28there were you know the criminal investigations into Epstein I mean that sounds to me
12:33like the craziest thing ever that they would not get these hard drives but again
12:37we know that there are millions and millions of documents that are still missing and
12:42then there are these potential hard drives and I know the House Oversight Committee is
12:46taking steps to try to reach out to these private investigative firms what can you
12:50tell us about that I just can't believe that our House Oversight Committee investigation mostly
12:58pushed by Democrats and some Republicans a few Republicans is probably the most comprehensive investigation
13:05of Jeffrey Epstein I think about all the crimes he committed all the things he's
13:09done all the powerful people around him and the FBI and the DOJ and even
13:14law enforcement across the world was covering up was turning a blind eye to all
13:20these actions and this is just another example we talked to a guy named Indyke
13:24another one in Khan to the accountant and the lawyer who who developed the infrastructure
13:28around Jeffrey Epstein to make sure he could commit the crimes that he committed and
13:33law enforcement had never interviewed them they'd never deposed them before the only time they
13:38were ever deposed was in a civil suit so that's why we're doing this investigation
13:43and now we hear from Indyke the lawyer that there's this hard drive with more
13:48files and more documents on it some of which may be incriminating so we're just
13:53gonna keep going down this road of investigating what we find and every time you
13:58know we peel another layer another layer comes up and and more and more comes
14:02up and so the other thing is there's actual consequences in other places like the
14:07UK we've got former princes there ambassadors being arrested but this Department of Justice continues
14:14to cover up for the president and his friends and they refuse to lead any
14:18prosecutions or more investigations into this and certainly they refuse to release the other two
14:24and a half million files you know we're getting poll after poll showing Donald Trump's
14:28approval sinking to record lows I believe actually the work that you and Congress member
14:35Garcia and Congress member Khanna and so many others represented Stansberry so many others on
14:41the House Oversight Committee the work that you've done on the Epstein files was really
14:45to me one of the first major breaking points I mean yes there were things
14:50happening in 2025 where Trump was sinking his tariffs against the world were unpopular but
14:55getting that from that 37 38 to starting to see the drops in the low
15:0130s and the 20s to get to that next level I think that started opening
15:05up the eyes to even people in his base and some independents and wow if
15:10they're lying about child sex trafficking they're going to lie about literally everything and it
15:14opened up their minds to start saying were they lying about this were they lying
15:19and using the same analytical framework which to me is just opening up your eyes
15:23that's a framework they saw okay got it I've been lied to here here here
15:27and here and so I bring that up because you know redistricting in Virginia major
15:31issue I want to hear from you about it but it has these broad implications
15:35because voters are outraged but there's just so much going on right now because of
15:40all the efforts of like what Trump started to do with his Texas gerrymander so
15:45it's a little bit just confusing out there you know so break down the importance
15:49of the Virginia redistricting for us and given all we're seeing with the landscape throughout
15:55the country and Trump's decreasing popularity and MAGA's decreasing popularity why it's so important that
16:02we focus on it yeah remember as you said Trump is deeply unpopular and so
16:06are Republicans on Capitol Hill.
16:08They don't think they can win this midterm election on an even and fair playing
16:12field. So they reached out to Texas, forced the Texas legislature to add five Republican
16:18seats. California responded. But now other states, Missouri is the latest, they're going to try
16:24to add and gerrymander one Republican seat.
16:27And Florida is going to do anywhere from three to five.
16:29We're now in an arms race when it comes to mid -decade redistricting.
16:34And so Virginia, we're different than Texas in that we let the voters decide whether
16:38they want to do this.
16:39But we could potentially add up to four seats in Virginia to our delegation that
16:45would mitigate all the damage Trump is doing in other red states across the country.
16:49So if you're in Virginia, or if you know someone in Virginia, come out and
16:53vote yes on this referendum.
16:54It's April 21st. And it's really critical because we need an even playing field if
16:59we want a majority that will actually put a check on President Trump.
17:04Otherwise, Republicans will stay in the majority because they were able to gerrymander their way
17:10back to staying in power.
17:12It's just fascinating, though. Democrats do it by a public referendum.
17:16You know, Republicans just push it through their legislature, you know, like they do in
17:19Texas. And so, I mean, I'm from California.
17:22So this was brought to the people.
17:24And in Virginia, yes, the legislature and the governor approve the framework of the redistricting,
17:30but then it's ultimately brought to the people.
17:32And so the question for the people of Virginia at this point is, you know,
17:36are you going to support democracy at this point and be a check against Donald
17:41Trump's efforts to throw us into authoritarianism?
17:43So it's really important. And with all of the distractions happening, I'm glad we can
17:47talk about the redistricting. And so everybody in Virginia, take note of that.
17:51What day is it again?
17:52It's April 21st, but early voting has already started.
17:55You can vote today. And it's not a slam dunk.
17:59And we want to make sure we come out and vote because Republicans are actually
18:03running ads with faces of Democrats like Abigail Spanberger and Barack Obama saying that these
18:09people want you to vote no.
18:10They're trying to sow this chaos and lie their way to victory in this one.
18:14So, you know, Democrats like Spanberger and Obama are saying to vote yes.
18:19So are all of us.
18:20It's going to be all hands on deck.
18:21And it's it could be the difference between winning the midterms this November.
18:25Let me ask you one more question while I got you, which is this DHS
18:30funding. To be clear, ICE and Border Patrol are already funded.
18:34They've gotten hundreds of billions of dollars, hundreds of which could be going to health
18:39care and other things. So this is the very premise that ICE and Border Patrol
18:42need additional funding to me is a ridiculous concept.
18:45They're well funded. But Democrats have put down their markers.
18:49Take off your masks. Search warrants.
18:52Don't be by polling stations.
18:53Identify yourself and other kind of basic things.
18:57Republicans say absolutely not. Donald Trump has refused to pay TSA employees, despite the fact
19:03that Democrats continuously introduced legislation saying pay the TSA employees.
19:07Really easy. Just pay them.
19:08We want to pay them.
19:10And Trump was trying to tell the Republicans, always vote against that.
19:14We want them to suffer.
19:15So people suffer in the airports.
19:16Then they'll blame the Democrats.
19:18But people weren't blaming the Democrats.
19:19They were blaming Republicans. And Republicans wanted to go on a recess, two week recess,
19:23their vacation, you know, go back home.
19:26So, you know, they realized they're going to have to wait on these lines.
19:28I think that was the biggest motivating factor that they had to go to the
19:31airport soon to leave. And they wanted to help themselves as one of the factors
19:35while they were traveling. So Donald Trump issues an executive order, you know, late on
19:41Thursday night saying, okay, I'm going to pay the TSA agents, which is like, okay,
19:45well, if you could just do it that way, why don't you do it 40
19:48days? Why do you just do that now?
19:50And then, you know, then the Senate was like, okay, we're just going to pay
19:53the TSA agents, which is what the Democrats have been saying.
19:56Dude, yeah. That's what we've been trying to do.
19:58And then in the House on Friday, there's a weird rule that says, if you're
20:02Republicans, you don't vote on Fridays.
20:05I don't want to try to even understand that you can't vote if it's so
20:07close to another vote right before your vacation and you're about to get Manny and
20:11pedicures or something. I don't even care what the rule is.
20:13It's ridiculous. But what's going on?
20:16Yeah, we're going to vote on this either tomorrow or Monday.
20:19This is the democratic proposal.
20:21Basically, we're not going to fund any more of ICE's brutality.
20:24We're not going to give them another dime until they change their tactics and agree
20:28to our terms. Very reasonable terms that have been very clear from the start.
20:32So we put forward this alternative proposal six weeks ago.
20:35Let's fund everything else, even on border protection.
20:39People who scan the visas and the passports when you come to the airport, those
20:45folks are going to get paid now.
20:46We're going to reopen these airports, assuming Republicans will join their Senate colleagues and vote
20:53for this. So this is, I think, not just a win for Democrats and that
20:59this was our proposal. It's a win for the American people.
21:01And now during Easter, we won't have to worry about Trump being erratic and deciding
21:06what he wants out of this shutdown from day to day and certainly not sending
21:10any more ICE to the airports.
21:12I'd rather drain ICE's money than fund them anymore until they change their tactics.
21:18Congressman Subramanian, thanks for joining us as always.
21:20Thank you. Everybody hit subscribe.
21:23Let's get to 7 million subscribers.
21:25And remember, Virginia, that voting begins on the on the redistricting plan.
21:30Don't be deceived by all of the lies out there that the MAGAs are spewing.
21:35listen to a congressman super money and how to say and appreciate you thanks for
21:40watching
