2:22We've been talking about the firing that just happened while we were live on the

2:29air at the top of the second hour of Pam Bondi as Attorney General.

2:34President Trump says she is going to move into the private sector.

2:38We have been talking about the situation in Iran, the launch of Artemis II, and

2:45the address that President Trump had last night.

2:49We are now joined by Katie Zachariah.

2:52She is a lawyer. She has got a lot of different opinions on a variety

2:56of topics. But, Katie, thanks for joining us right off the top.

3:00Pam Bondi is out. You're a lawyer.

3:03I floated several names. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, both Senators Mike Lee and Ted Cruz.

3:12There are reports that Lee Zeldin might be the choice.

3:15If you sort of had a magic wand and you were able to put names

3:20into the mix for Attorney General, based on your legal background, anybody that stands out

3:26to you that you think would do a good job as Attorney General?

3:30Well, you had a great list there, and Governor DeSantis has done an excellent job

3:34in Florida, and I'd love to juxtapose that with our disaster out here in California.

3:38But when I look at Attorney General, I look at, really, I like Todd Blanche

3:43a lot. That man stood behind President Trump during the off years.

3:47He risked his career to defend him in court.

3:50He is savage, and he is cutthroat, and I absolutely like him.

3:54So if he does a great job as acting AG, I think that they should

3:58put him permanently in that position, and he should be there to support the president.

4:02I think he is a great pick.

4:04Okay. Hey, Katie, it's Buck.

4:06There are some stories out there, not confirmed yet, but that have to do with

4:11the departure of Pam Bondi and something along the lines of an investigation that was

4:18going on into Swalwell, who, as we all know, is, unless I'm missing something, supposed

4:24to be the next governor of California, according to the Democrats, right?

4:28Is there any way in your mind, as a Californian and a lawyer, is there

4:34any way in your mind that Swalwell might get pushed aside by the Democrats based

4:40on, I'm not saying a Republican is going to win in California, but if something

4:43really, really tough comes out, let's just say, in this investigation into Swalwell, his ties

4:50to the Chinese spy, this is the stuff that's out there.

4:53Is it easy for them, you think, to move somebody else into the slot, or

4:56is Swalwell the Democrats guy in California, come what may?

5:00Great question, but who are they going to put in?

5:03Katie Porter, right? I think they're banking on Swalwell because they don't have anyone else,

5:08and if he turns out to have this, he has this situation with where does

5:12he live? Is he in California, or was it D .C.

5:16or Maryland or Virginia? He had another residence, and so he has a lot of

5:20factors against him. What he doesn't have against him is he has good hair, which,

5:24you know, the... The current governor has great hair and that's what he's going to

5:28run for president on and that's about it.

5:30And I think he has right now the support of the Democrat party, but they're

5:34going to have to do a hard line with him.

5:36And as soon as this stuff starts trickling out, he has a long history of

5:40this. This is, this is not new about Swalwell.

5:43He's just kind of flown under the radar for a long time.

5:46And reports are indicating that he may or may not have been friends with Pam

5:50Bondi. I don't know the veracity of that, but if he now doesn't have a

5:54friend as AG, maybe we're going to see a little bit more about Eric Swalwell

5:58coming out in my opinion.

6:00Isn't it crazy, Katie, that he could be having allegedly a sexual relationship with a

6:08Chinese spy, I believe Fang Fang, and that he could now, sometimes people get elected

6:16and I might not agree with them, but I can sit back and say, okay,

6:19you know what? I can see how that, the idea that Eric Swalwell could be

6:23in charge of California, as bad as Gavin Newsom has been, I think Swalwell would

6:28be orders of magnitude worse.

6:30And again, he allegedly slept with a Chinese spy.

6:34I just can't believe that he's electable anywhere.

6:38Correct. We need to start going after him on all of those things.

6:41He, he hasn't done anything for California.

6:44It's all been, it's all really been him promoting himself.

6:47And that's what we've seen with most of these government officials out of California and

6:51really in a lot of places, but he shouldn't be, he should not be a

6:55serious contender, but this is a problem that the Democrat party faces on a presidential.

6:59They don't have good candidates right now.

7:02And so they're pulling from Gavin Newsom and our state is now we're, we're bankrupt.

7:07You know, everyone's fleeing Los Angeles in droves.

7:10Hollywood can't make a film here.

7:12Industry's crashing. President Trump has to have an emergency order to drill oil from our,

7:17you know, my entire state on over a gold bed of oil and they're not

7:24doing anything about it. So look, the Democrat party is in free fall.

7:28I, and I think that this is going to come back to haunt Swalwell and

7:32we're going to be left with a Katie Porter, which means we're probably going to

7:35have a Republican governor. It's amazing.

7:38We're speaking to Katie Zachariah.

7:40It's amazing that you mentioned Hollywood in there.

7:44Now it's fine for, for a while, I think the, uh, the talking points from

7:48the Democrats have been where the global media power or, you know, global entertainment powerhouse

7:53and it's all Hollywood's doing great and look at this and look at that.

7:57And now finally the numbers have come out for people that work in this arena.

8:01I'm not talking about Netflix executives who can just write checks to have the show

8:06made in Budapest or Vancouver, which is that that's actually happening a lot, uh, because

8:11it's so much cheaper for anyone who lives in Los Angeles County, which has been

8:16for a hundred years with Hollywood, the, uh, the epicenter of the global film and

8:22entertainment industry. It's a, it's turning into a ghost town for that industry, right?

8:27The jobs are down what, like 60, 70%.

8:31I mean, it's, it's in free fall.

8:33Do people realize that this is because of policy, because of what has been done

8:37by the governance, uh, by the governing bodies of California?

8:42Well, I hope so, because if you look, if you look at this trajectory, this

8:46has really been in, I mean, Gavin Newsom inherited a little bit of this, but

8:50the free fall has really been happening since then.

8:53And it goes into the wider story of Hollywood.

8:56They're not making movies that Americans want to see anymore.

9:00And so they're, you know, they're selling woke, woke, woke, and people are now finding

9:04alternative forms of entertainment and looking towards alternative studios like angel studios to find family

9:11friendly, non woke material that they can watch with their entire family.

9:15So listen, what's happening in Hollywood with the taxes, people can't afford it.

9:19So you have an actor or an aspiring actor who comes out here and wants

9:23to work in Hollywood, they can't even afford a one bedroom apartment in the middle

9:28of West Hollywood, or really in any of the surrounding regions.

9:32So it's, it's a whole problem of affordability taxes, material that they can't use, and

9:38the decline of Hollywood in general.

9:40And so they're going to places like Georgia.

9:42I myself went to go to have a film, a film filmed in Ireland, because

9:49it was a quarter of the cost to do it in Ireland.

9:52This was a young George Washington film that's going to be coming out.

9:56But they had to film this whole thing in Ireland because the tax incentives are

10:00so terrible in the United States.

10:02So Los Angeles is just they never get it right right now.

10:05And there's a mass exodus because you cannot afford to live here and be an

10:10aspiring actor or really an aspiring entrepreneur.

10:15Katie, did I just hear that you have a role in young George Washington?

10:21My husband is an executive producer on the film.

10:25So yes, I just we got to go to Ireland and travel for that film,

10:30which was an exciting, exciting time.

10:33Well, that's super cool. And I do think this is important.

10:36And I've said it quite a lot.

10:37I've spent a lot of time in LA.

10:39I have a lot of great friends in LA, probably the second city that I've

10:45spent the second most time in and almost in my life.

10:47And I've done a lot of television.

10:49And Katie, I'm sure you've seen this too.

10:51And I've talked about it normally.

10:52on the program before but sometimes people hear oh well there's a lot less jobs

10:56for hollywood good i hope they wear it actually a lot of the people losing

11:01those jobs are republicans a lot of the people who build the sets a lot

11:05of the people who walk around and carry the cameras a lot of the people

11:09who do the physical labor that is required to make movie and television shows and

11:14commercials actually vote red so they don't even share the politics of the people that

11:20are costing them their jobs and i do think that's worth keeping in mind remember

11:25there are in 2020 there were more republican votes for donald trump in california than

11:34in texas in 2020 now that's a function of population but katie there are a

11:38lot of people who agree with you me and buck that live all over california

11:41well that's the case and we feel like the unrepresented underrepresented majority here because you

11:49have a lot of frustration but again california is it shows exactly why sanctuary states

11:56should not happen exactly why we should have the save act and exactly why we

12:03should be able to regulate who's voting in our elections because if those if the

12:07if everything gets cleaned up and you have proof of citizenship and you have people

12:12that are supposed to be voting only voting in california this state would not be

12:17blue it would not be even deep blue i think we would be purple to

12:22red based on what you just said most californians do not agree with the current

12:26governance most californians do like president trump and his policies and want more of president

12:31trump's policies but have been completely stomped on by the democrat party in california and

12:37if you look at the fraud on top of that we're paying a high high

12:40price to continue uh with these sanctuary policies and sanctuary politicians katie zachariah former spokesman

18:21try to get the republican vote to get to win that's just my honest opinion

18:32him this there's nothing i didn't say to the gentleman he called in if you're

18:35gonna take nothing but republican positions you got to be with the republican party right

18:45all of you i respect that i i would want to talk to all of

18:48you if i were running for office frankly at any position because this is one

18:51of the biggest audiences you can talk to anywhere in the country um but i

18:55asked i mean i i think if someone voted for kamala harris over donald trump

19:01i would be hard pressed to vote for them for any office in the i

19:05think that's a disqualifying judgment call yes i would agree with that entirely yeah again

19:10just to be clear everybody we're not endorsing that guy we have there are rules

19:15there are fcc rules we had on somebody who's running for that seat this guy

19:21is running for the seat as well from the democrat side he has to come

19:25on we're respecting the the rules and fair play so that's that's where this is

19:30it's not an editorial judgment either way uh i actually think it speaks well to

19:36the growth of the show that this show has gotten so big um and look

19:42rush built an incredible foundation but the show didn't exist on podcast the show didn't

19:47exist on video um we have to compete in a way in the marketplace that

19:53did not exist we have to be every platform yeah we have to be every

19:57platform okay this is not just a radio show it's a radio show it's a

20:00podcast it's a stream it's it's video it's clips that go on everything from instagram

20:06to tiktok to facebook to this is just the nature of communication these days in

20:10the media marketplace this is the reality so uh but as as it pertains to

20:15having democrats on i'm gonna tell these guys i'm gonna tell you this right now

20:18if aoc would come on this show we would have her on the show we

20:23would ask her the kind of questions that should be asked and maybe it would

20:27get very contentious maybe not if she was respectful we would ask her questions we'd

20:32press her on some things but respect will always be met with respect here um

20:36and and so i i just want to be clear about that it's not that

20:39we're not afraid to have democrats on it's just one are they worth hearing from

20:44and two you know uh are they willing to come on in the first place

20:48that's actually the bigger one the bigger problem is to be fair most are afraid

20:53to come on uh by the way podcast listener what do we just play we

20:56played josh from georgia right terry says this is l that was an interesting interview

21:02with sean harris thank you for having him on i wish you would ask him

21:06though after he was wishy -washy on supporting hakeem jeffries for speaker what democrat congress

21:14person would he consider supporting for speaker if someone else was running yeah i'm gonna

21:22tell you i mean that's a fair point i just want to say clay that

21:24that again with respect to the gentleman who called in and respect to him he

21:28served his country for 40 years uh whenever you're saying in an interview i'm not

21:32trying to dodge the question you're usually dodging the question so so he was like

21:37he was like i'm not dodging this i'm and we're like i think you're kind

21:40of dodging the reason i do think that question matters so much is you can

21:44be a moderate democrat moderate republic But ultimately, when you have basically a 50 -50

21:51divided government, who you vote for as speaker or who you vote for as Senate

21:57majority leader is dispositive, right?

22:00And so he didn't commit 100 % to voting for Hakeem Jeffries, but he also

22:05said he'd have to consider who else was running.

22:08I thought that was kind of interesting.

22:10And this is an intriguing race only because there's a special election, I believe it's

22:15in May, and then they turn around and have the full election in November, which

22:20is a little bit odd because Marjorie Taylor Greene dropped out.

22:24Now, David from Alabama, I don't know if he's a war eagle or Crimson Tide

22:29guy, he's mad. Cut K.

22:31Did you hear the mass exit of your audience as he was speaking?

22:35It came right as he said he is a Democrat.

22:39It doesn't happen. I just disagree with this.

22:42I mean, I just totally disagree with this.

22:44I think that we have way too much respect for this audience to think that

22:47people's ears are too sensitive to hear the words of a...

22:51We play clips from Democrats all the time.

22:54And if someone's going to come on the show who is a worthwhile, whether it's

22:59because they're running in an important race or because they're important on a national issue,

23:03again, we're not going to have random Democrat members of Congress on that no one's

23:06ever heard of. It's a waste of your time.

23:07This guy's running. He's running for a competitive...

23:10Well, maybe it's not competitive, but he's got equal time requirements for that seat because

23:14we had on his competitor.

23:16So there we go. I will say this.

23:18I've been doing radio for 20 years.

23:24it. They always email again two weeks later and they're like, I'm mad again and

23:28I'm never listening again. This is just a lesson for radio.

24:24Welcome back in. Clay Travis, Buck Sexton Show, rolling through the Thursday edition of the

24:30program. We are joined now by Ann Coulter.

24:34Ann, Buck and I wanted to have you on because as we were watching the

24:37Supreme Court debate on birthright citizenship, you probably more than, first of all, thanks for

24:43coming on, but you probably more than anyone out there in the entire media space

24:49made this a real conversation worth having, and I really believe that one of the

24:55reasons why that debate occurred in the Supreme Court earlier this week was you.

25:00What was your reaction while you watched it, and what do you think as a

25:04lawyer analyzing lawyer questions is likely to come from this case?

25:11Well, thank you, and I'm thrilled that it made it to the Supreme Court.

25:15It's sort of a confusing case because, in simplest terms, the 14th Amendment, as I've

25:22said over and over again, and anyone vaguely familiar with American history knows, the 14th

25:29Amendment talk about who is a citizen applied only to freed slaves.

25:35It was about, the Supreme Court held that over and over and over again, and

25:38it's kind of obvious from the history of our country, we just fought a bloody

25:41civil war, all these 13th, 14th, 15th Amendment added, it was all about black Americans.

25:48That's all it was about.

25:50So what happened in, the tricky thing is, in Wong Kim Ark, you've probably heard

25:57a lot about, that came up a lot in the discussion, the court found that

26:01illegal immigrants born in the U .S.

26:04was a citizen. It shouldn't have held that.

26:07I think the decision was wrong, but it was trying to correct a ridiculous injustice

26:12of the Chinese Exclusion Act, which not only forbade any Chinese citizens from entering the

26:21United States, but apparently re -entering.

26:25And this was applied to this kid, who wasn't a kid, he was 21 years

26:30old. His parents had been living in the United States.

26:33They weren't allowed to become citizens because they were Chinese, but they were living legally

26:37here. They ran a business.

26:39They were here for, I don't know, 20 years.

26:40He was born here. They went back to China.

26:43He continued to live here in the U .S., all in San Francisco with a

26:47home, jobs, businesses. And he had gone back to visit his parents.

26:52He comes back again, and they won't let him enter.

26:54Now, what the Supreme Court should have done, I'm sorry, I hope this isn't getting

26:57too boring, but it's very important and it's vital to what John Sauer, the solicitor,

27:02Clay is a legal nerd.

27:03Well, he's super excited about it, actually.

27:04I'm actually loving this, Anne.

27:06He's loving it. Keep going.

27:07Okay, good. I'll wrap up the boring part quickly.

27:11What they should have ruled is under the 14th Amendment, like the North, so we'reied.

27:14I'll wrap up the 20th Amendment.

27:15None. The court had already held, and I think it's correct, in yik woe that

27:19you can't, the government can't deprive citizen or resident of life, liberty, or property without

27:25due process of law. It should have been decided under that part of the 14th

27:29Amendment. I think it wasn't because illegal immigration didn't exist back then.

27:34I mean, for the first 400 years of our nation's history, we weren't a welfare

27:38state. So, you know, you came to the U .S.

27:41and sink or swim. As I described in Adios America, about 40 % of immigrants

27:45used to go home because if they couldn't make it, they'd have to go back

27:51to Italy or back to wherever.

27:53So we didn't need rules on illegal immigrants.

27:56We weren't getting, you know, sinking them in the warm bath of social welfare.

28:01Now we have a big illegal immigration problem.

28:03I was wondering why Sauer was talking so much about domicile and clearly what he

28:08was doing. And I think the case is clear, and I think he's right.

28:11Right. You read through Wong, R.

28:13Kim. And although the court was saying, well, he's a citizen, instead of saying he's

28:18a resident and this is, you've taken his property.

28:20I mean, he has some property.

28:21He's paying rent. He has a bicycle.

28:23He has a coffee machine.

28:24He has clothes that he left here.

28:26He's lived here his whole life.

28:27What they were really distinguishing between is what I think we all want to distinguish

28:32between legal immigrants and illegal immigrants.

28:36They didn't think of it back then because nobody talked about illegal immigrants.

28:39There were no illegal immigrants.

28:41But domicile is basically the same thing as legal immigrants.

28:46And luckily, blue states, with all the residents fleeing to cheaper tax jurisdictions, they have

28:52very strict laws about what constitutes a domicile.

28:55But you have to be living legally, obeying laws.

29:00You can have done nothing to disturb your allegiance to our country.

29:06Well, you know, off the top of my head, illegal aliens have broken our laws

29:09by coming in illegally, residing illegally, often using illegal social security cards to say nothing

29:16of, you know, rape DUIs, running drug cartels.

29:20Are they using fake IDs?

29:22They're allegedly living in the shadows.

29:24OK, that is not allegiance to our country.

29:26So the domicile argument is just a synonym for legal versus illegal.

29:32How did illegal, the children of illegal aliens ever get alleged citizenship in the first

29:38place? Well, the court has never held that.

29:40The Congress has never passed such a law.

29:42It was, as I describe in a chapter in Adios America, Justice Brennan gave us

29:48anchor babies. It was a footnote in a Justice William Brennan, lunatic, liberal on the

29:55Supreme Court. And I think it was a 1983 case.

29:58It was a very recent case.

30:00They keep watching MSNBC and reading The New York Times and they act like it

30:04goes back to the Mayflower if you're born on U .S.

30:07soil. I don't know. Justice Brennan made it up out of whole cloth in 19,

30:10I think, 82, in Plyler Vido.

30:14It was dicta, meaning, as you know, Clay, no legal bearing, no other justice signed

30:20onto it. He dropped a footnote saying, I see no difference in legal and illegal

30:24immigrants. Well, there's the difference that one's legal and one's illegal.

30:28There's kind of a big difference.

30:30So that's really what we're driving at.

30:31And that's part of the reason I've been very insistent that we call the children

30:36of illegal aliens anchor babies.

30:38This isn't about birthright citizenship, which every headline calls it.

30:43Birthright citizenship is the child born to legal immigrants living here with our consent.

30:49We have invited them. I mean, I think we've invited way too many.

30:53Nonetheless, they are here legally.

30:55Children born on U .S.

30:56soil to legal immigrants are a completely different category from, you know, an eight -month

31:02pregnant Mexican who rungs across the border.

31:04Citizenship shouldn't be a game of, you know, Red Rover.

31:08I beat you. I hid from border patrol and dropped away, baby.

31:13Ha, ha, ha. You can't do anything to me.

31:14Can I jump in just to ask you about, so you're talking about the crossing

31:17over the border. By the way, you guys can read Anne's latest on this on

31:20her sub stack. But the thing that I believe, and this came up actually with

31:26Sauer and it was Justice Roberts, and it was, I feel like it was really

31:30just Justice Roberts saying, yeah, if this collapses America and it's the end of us,

31:33you know, sorry, that's the deal.

31:35But he's talking about how if you have people who can come here from China

31:40specifically to game the system where they come here, and yeah, they're probably lying on

31:44those forms and there's some laws they're breaking, of course.

31:46They come here. They have a baby here.

31:48They go back to China.

31:49And then at age 18, they say, hey, I'm applying to UCLA as an in

31:54-state U .S. citizen resident in California.

31:58Oh, and I want to have my whole family brought in along with me.

32:02So it's like basically a version of the anchor baby scam just run over a

32:06different timeline. How is this supposed to be a country if the Supreme Court tells

32:11us, which I'm worried they might, yeah, that's totally legit.

32:14As American as apple pie.

32:15The guy who's lived in Beijing for 20 years and spent, you know, his first

32:19five days in America. Yes.

32:22And one of the stunning things that came out in oral argument was when General

32:26Sauer said there are, he was asked how many birth tourism, quote, citizens there are

32:33in the U .S. And he gave some figures.

32:35It's estimated, you know, 100 ,000, maybe more than 100 ,000.

32:38But he said there are 50, I think it was.

32:43500 was it no it's 500 500 500 of these yes i was about to

32:49say it and i thought that can't be 500 birth tourism businesses in china it's

32:56utter madness no country would do this the reason i it the domicile issue was

33:02so big i thought it was kind of weird because you've never heard anyone argue

33:06that read wong kim ark and you understand that domicile is a proxy for legal

33:11versus illegal oh and i will also say for um your viewers who consume the

33:17mainstream media i noticed that the media they're they've already decided how the case is

33:22coming out and you know maybe they're right but as clay knows you can never

33:26tell from oral argument and in particular i mean there were tough questions on both

33:30sides the tough questions for for for our side i .e truth and justice um

33:38liberal commentators take as well see they're they're giving away their positions they don't like

33:42what's that we're saying the tough questions for the other side they're just testing their

33:46arguments you know it's not the reverse so the point is you don't know we

33:51don't know it seems to me the most logical answer to this is to go

33:55with the domicile which as a proxy for legal versus illegal this does not go

34:00back to the mayflower it doesn't go back to the 14th amendment it goes back

34:03to dicta in a footnote in a justice brennan opinion from the 80s and you

34:08have covered the supreme court for a long time uh you've watched a lot of

34:12oral arguments listen to them where does katanji brown jackson rank when it comes to

34:19least qualified supreme court justices of your life is there even someone that you would

34:26put in a matchup against her because every time we have an oral argument i

34:31just look around that i'm like she doesn't even sound like she has the remotest

34:36clue of the issues that are at stake well a couple points on that um

34:43indirectly answering your question but i'm answering your question one of the interesting things i

34:48thought from oral argument yesterday was the very first question after uh general sour finished

34:55his very brief argument came from the generally silent justice since clarence thomas and what

35:01did he ask about dred scott how does this relate to dred scott because that's

35:07the point the 14th amendment and it really annoys me that they applied it to

35:11a chinese guy when they should have just said your property has been taken you're

35:15being deprived of life well you're being deprived of liberty and and property without due

35:20process just being excluded after running a business and owning all this property back in

35:25san francisco um but like i say illegal immigration wasn't a problem so it didn't

35:30really occur to them oh let's just give away citizenship so very interestingly um i

35:34thought the one of two black justices was zeroing in on that point which is

35:39why i wonder about katanji brown jackson on this i mean doesn't it matter to

35:46her that you know the civil war these are post -civil war amendments aren't aren't

35:53african americans getting sick of every immigrant group piggybacking on their experience in america as

35:59i've said a million times all discrimination laws you should be able to discriminate against

36:03whomever you want except african americans we have carved out a special position for them

36:09because they got the short end of the stick for about 200 years in this

36:12country i'm not sure affirmative action always works well yet and still the idea that

36:17they're extending it to women and gays and the disabled no no no no no

36:21no um and and katanji brown jackson generally um two more points on that i

36:26will take eight katanji brown jacksons over um a single william brennan and finally one

36:36point in her favor interestingly enough um when the nra sued new york state for

36:42i don't know if you remember they were of course new york state they're coming

36:45up they just the attorney general they are the one who went after after um

36:49trump was also just trying to yes she's just trying to put conservative businesses or

36:55operations like the nra like v dare the immigration website out of business through whoa

37:01those were the first law fair cases um katanji brown jackson i believe she was

37:07agreeing that that what new york state had done was outrageous it was discriminatory it

37:11was a violation of their of their free speech rights um she dropped a footnote

37:16saying i think the case v dare has brought is way stronger than the nra

37:22cases so i give her credit for that and real quick um i'm not going

37:26to ask you to weigh in too much on the pam bondi things we've talked

37:29about it and i don't know if there's solidarity between blonde ladies with law degrees

37:34or not but who do you think who do you think should be the next

37:38ag we haven't gotten official word of this yet who would you want to see

37:41of the of the possible contenders that are out there is dan bongino a lawyer

37:49but it's my main complaint with bonding i mean what i don't what i don't

37:53like about it is if it had been over her handling of the epstein files

37:56i'd say way to go mr president but i gather she was following his orders

38:01on that and i don't know maybe the media is lying to me but if

38:04it's just over not pursuing the revenge prosecutions which i think are legit but let

38:10me know if you're looking at the package so if it's a real kind of

38:10thing and if you're looking at it the package so if it's a real kind

38:10of thing it's not too bad it's not going to be a kind of thing

38:10so if it's not an idea it's ok probably if you're looking at it but

38:10i think that's fine it's important it's not as important as building the wall deporting

38:16illegals um protecting americans from rank discrimination against white people you know the stuff trump

38:22ran on all right but who do you want then who do you want everyone's

38:25listening who do you want who would be good on gino i want dan pongino

38:30is he a lawyer i mean he's very that's a that's a funny answer who

38:35like let's pretend let's pretend that you could get you got this pick right it's

38:40like fantasy draft who would be the best possible attorney general in terms of implementing

38:46all the things that you care about the most is there a name you're like

38:50this person's brilliant this person's got all the tactical skill paul cassell he's brilliant he's

39:01um the victims civil rights act that all of the epstein i'm victims generally but

39:08epstein victims sued under he was the first one to bring that case on behalf

39:11of the jane does because prosecutors around the country federal it only applies to federal

39:16prosecutors obviously federal law um they were just striking plea deals with monstrous criminals without

39:22even alerting the family i mean forget the epstein victims all criminal victims were being

39:26abused by federal prosecutors so cassell wrote this law and then and then happened to

39:32notice that all these both in the state prosecution but you can't do anything under

39:36a federal law with that and the federal prosecution these epstein victims weren't even and

39:40these are the original ones the real ones the absolutely uncontestable ones um that the

39:47deal that alex acosta struck they weren't even notified of so he spearheaded that case

39:53he's brilliant he was put on the 10th circuit by bush um he didn't like

39:57being a judge he's a professor he's absolutely brilliant and um he also pushed for

40:03a long time to get miranda overturned all right which and and we got we're
