1:30Donald Trump is losing it this morning on Saturday as world leaders are calling him
1:35out strongly in Munich. World leaders from President Zelensky to Prime Minister Pierre Starmer to
1:43the President of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen to the Foreign Minister of
1:49China and others are out there calling out the United States for its weakness, for
1:54abandoning the United Nations, for abandoning the world and isolating itself.
2:00Let me show you what's going on, folks.
2:02You've got Donald Trump making posts like this in this morning.
2:06He goes, Sometimes in life, you waste time.
2:10TV host Bill Maher, he asked to have dinner with me through one of his
2:14friends, also a friend of mine.
2:16He came into the Oval Office much different than I thought he would be.
2:20He was extremely nervous. He had zero confidence.
2:23I mean, he goes on, and just look how long this message is that Donald
2:28Trump posted about Bill Maher.
2:29He's like, I jokingly stated recently in a truth that China will do first is
2:35terminate all ice hockey being played in Canada and permanently eliminate the Stanley Cup.
2:41Well, he, Bill Maher, went on and on about the hockey statement, like, what kind
2:45of person would say such a foolish thing as this?
2:48As though I were being serious when I said it.
2:51Fortunately, his television ratings are really bad.
2:54And he goes on to say, Bill Maher's television ratings, they're like Kimmel or Fallon
2:59or Colbert. Regardless, I'd much rather spend my time making America great again.
3:05Oh, he was just joking, everybody.
3:07He was just joking. Do we realize, like, how demented it is for the President
3:12of the United States to make a post that just physically, visually, like, looks like
3:18this, yet alone the underlying content of it?
3:21Then you contrast that to what was going on in Munich this morning or there
3:26this afternoon or early evening at the same time that Donald Trump was making those
3:31posts. You had President Zelensky of Ukraine basically calling out Trump in the United States
3:37for saying, you want us to make concessions here, concessions there, but never Russia.
3:42You always want Ukraine to concede.
3:44We're not going to give up our damn territory.
3:47And we've made our concessions.
3:49Watch Zelensky here play this clip.
3:51The Americans often return to the topic of concessions.
3:57And too often those concessions are discussed in the context only of Ukraine, not Russia.
4:05Europe is practically not present at the table.
4:10It's a big mistake to my mind.
4:12And it is we, I think we Ukrainians, we Ukrainians who are trying to bring
4:22Europe fully into the process so that Europe's interests and voice are taken into account.
4:28Then Zelensky calls Putin Hitler and he compares Putin Hitler, which is an accurate comparison.
4:35And Zelensky is not mincing words.
4:38He ain't holding back. Show you this clip.
4:40And it seems that Putin hopes to repeat Munich and not Munich 2007 when they
4:50only spoke about dividing Europe, but Munich 1938 when previous Putin began dividing Europe in
4:59reality. It would be an illusion to believe that this war can now be reliably
5:05ended by dividing Ukraine. Just as it was an illusion to believe that secrecy.
5:11Pfizer and Czechoslovakia would save Europe from a great war.
5:16More from Zelensky right here about the meetings that will be taking place between representatives
5:22of Russia, the US and Ukraine in Geneva.
5:25And Zelensky is like, OK, yeah, we have these trilateral meetings.
5:29Sure. But honestly, sometimes it feels like we're just talking about different things.
5:34And clearly, Ukraine is talking about peace and ceasefires and actual concessions.
5:42And Russia brings like a historian with them and talks about why Ukraine needs to
5:47capitulate. Russia has never made a single concession.
5:51Let's play this clip. We are the more realistic peace becomes.
5:56A lot of time now is spent on negotiations.
5:59We truly, we truly hope that the trilateral meetings next week will be serious, substantive,
6:08helpful for all of us.
6:10But honestly, sometimes it feels like the sites are talking about completely different things.
6:17And Zelensky, though, points out that the Ukrainian army right now undoubtedly is the strongest
6:24army in Europe by far.
6:26And the Ukrainian army is one of the strongest armies in the world right now.
6:30It's combat tested. It showed how you can stand up to remember people said, well,
6:35Russia is like the second biggest army in the world or third biggest army in
6:39the world. It's the second biggest army in Ukraine right now because Ukraine is bigger
6:44than is not bigger, but it's stronger than Russia's army in many ways.
6:48Here, play this clip. American backstop.
6:51That is why Europe needs Ukraine.
6:53The Ukrainian army is the strongest army in Europe.
6:59Thanks to our heroes. And it's simply, and it's simply, I think it's simply not
7:07smart to keep this army outside NATO.
7:17But at the very least, let that be your France, your decision, not Putin's decision.
7:28And I loved when Zelensky talked about, you know, everyone's like, you need to do,
7:32not everybody, every, the Trump regime.
7:34They're like, Zelensky, you need to do elections immediately.
7:37It's like, I will do a ceasefire in Ukraine and we'll do elections.
7:41And how about we do this?
7:42Why don't we'll give Russia a ceasefire if they do elections as well.
7:46Watch this line. And then Zelensky's like, everyone is also saying, well, you know, Lincoln
8:02was able to have, there was able to be elections during the civil war.
8:06And Zelensky's like, okay, but there weren't missiles that were flying on you.
8:11And so if the issue is that we don't want our people out there and
8:15then those locations to get blown up and people to get massacred on election day,
8:20here, play this clip. And we can't compare.
8:23Sometimes I heard, sorry, sometimes I heard, yes, we had elections in the United States
8:30during Lincoln's time and et cetera.
8:33How we can compare it?
8:35We have missiles, our people under missiles.
8:38It's not just land war, a lot of missiles.
8:42We're under ballistic attacks. So give us ceasefire.
8:46President Trump can do it.
8:47Then Zelensky talks about the Russian casualties that were inflicted.
8:51Let's play this clip. For our army, the mission is clear to destroy more Russian
8:56occupiers because they are occupiers.
8:59And the goal is specific, at least 50 ,000 per month.
9:03Even for Russia, that would be serious, I'm sure.
9:07And we heard from the president of the European Union Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
9:12Here's what she had to say.
9:14Play this clip. So, for example, I want to be very clear.
9:17Our digital sovereignty is our digital sovereignty.
9:20Very clear on that one.
9:27And we have a long tradition in freedom of speech.
9:33Actually, the Enlightenment started on our continent.
9:37And we are very clear with digital sovereignty also that what is forbidden offline is
9:45forbidden online. And we will not flinch what that is concerned.
9:49We will be very steadfast to pursue this very clear demand for us.
9:54But if I may also look at the quote of the Secretary General of NATO.
10:03She made it clear, we don't care if that.
10:07If America or Elon Musk is attacking our laws and our digital sovereignty, our digital
10:14sovereignty is our sovereignty. Bright lines.
10:17Get the hell out, is what she's saying.
10:19Then we heard from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
10:23And here's what he said to Japan.
10:26Basically, very serious threats. He leveled that Japan right here.
10:29You can hear it for yourself.
10:31And drag them along. And every country that values peace should shout this loud and
10:38clear at Japan right now.
10:39If you go back down that old road, it will be a dead end.
10:43If you try gambling again, the loss will be faster and more devastating.
10:50And you have Wang Yi, the foreign minister of China, talking about the importance of
10:56the United Nations. And it's fascinating to me to see over here.
11:01I'll show you in a moment.
11:03You had Marco Rubio disparaging the United Nations in Munich, while you had Wang Yi
11:08praising the United Nations. It's very fascinating.
11:11Here, play this clip. Without the UN, the world would revert to the law of
11:15the jungle, where the strong prey on the weak.
11:18And many medium and small -sized countries would lose the multilateral foundation, critical to their
11:24survival and development. And we heard from Keir Starmer, the prime minister of UK.
11:30And he talked about how, you know, with the United States basically taking the positions
11:35that it's taken, Europe needs to build out hard power, military, military buildups.
11:42Once again, we are now in a point and page in human history where hard
11:48power is necessary, where militaries and wars are going to have to be regular.
11:53Here, play this clip. The road ahead is straight and it is clear.
12:01We must build our hard power because that is the currency of the age.
12:07We must be able to deter aggression.
12:10And yes, if necessary, we must be ready to fight, to do whatever it takes
12:18to protect our people, our values, and our way of life.
12:24More from Keir Starmer here, calling Europe a sleeping giant.
12:28Let's show you this clip.
12:30As I see it, Europe is a sleeping giant.
12:35Our economies dwarf Russia's more than 10 times over.
12:41We have huge defense capabilities.
12:45Yet, too often, this adds up to less than the sum of its parts.
12:50Fragmented industrial planning and procurement have led to gaps in some areas and massive duplication
12:59in others. Europe has over 20 types of frigate and 10 types of fighter jet.
13:08We have over 10 types of main battle tank, whilst the US has one.
13:15Now, it's wildly inefficient. And then Starmer's like, rather than pretending the US is going
13:21to be there for us, we just can't anymore.
13:23You know, we can still do deals and stuff with the US, but, you know,
13:28we've got to build out our own capabilities.
13:30Let's play this clip. So, rather than pretending that we can simply replace all US
13:36capabilities, we should focus on diversifying and decreasing some dependencies.
13:42We should deliver generational investments that moves us from over -dependence to interdependence.
13:52More from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi right here about how history moves forward.
13:57And I think, you know, the subtle signal here is, yeah, you got this crazy
14:04guy in the United States doing all this stuff, but history, we move forward and
14:09China's been around for 5 ,000 years.
14:11Like, that's the subtext to what he's saying.
14:15Here, play this clip. China tried to split Taiwan from China and stepping on China's
14:20red lines, which would very much likely push China and the United States toward conflict.
14:27But China, on our part, wants to see the first prospect.
14:30And I believe you share the same way.
14:34But China is well prepared to address all kinds of risks.
14:39China believes that history always moves forward despite twists and terms.
14:44China is confident about the prospects of the China -U .S.
14:48relations. Here's what Rubio had to say when he arrived about how the United Nations
14:53cannot be trusted anymore and that the world is changing and that the old world
14:58is gone. Yeah, the old world where the United States was leading the world was
15:04the economy was the envy of the world where everybody wanted to put their money
15:08into the United States. And that world is gone because y 'all destroyed it.
15:11Here, play this clip. The world is changing very fast right on a verse.
15:15The old world is gone, frankly, the world I grew up in and we live
15:19in a new era of geopolitics and it's going to require all of us to
15:22re -examine what that looks like and what our role is going to be able
15:26and we've had many of these conversations that are private with many of our allies.
15:31We are our allies. And we need to continue to have those conversations.
15:35And I think Saturday, hopefully, and the meetings were out there when Lucas and Embrace.
15:38You know, when this all comes on the same day, we're seeing more.
15:42Like, look at just Steve Bannon and Epstein together.
15:44They were like really good friends.
15:46I mean, you saw the emails between them.
15:49Newly released Justice Department files show that in 2019, Steve Bannon messaged Jeffrey Epstein about
15:54efforts to undermine Pope Francis, writing that he hoped to take down the pontiff.
16:00Bannon, a former Trump advisor, viewed Francis as a barrier to his nationalist populist agenda.
16:06And he. We're going to take down the EU.
16:09We're going to take down this person, that person.
16:11And Bannon was working with Epstein to prop up right wing authoritarian governments and to
16:18destroy democracies. Epstein liked it because it was money opportunities for him and more of
16:24the Epstein class. Bannon liked the chaos because Bannon liked to be a puppet master
16:29to install his right wing MAGA people for Donald Trump.
16:32That's what was going on in a lot of those emails.
