0:04Moments ago, we learned that any negotiations that were set to take place in Islamabad

0:11and Pakistan between the United States, Trump regime, and the Iranians was canceled.

0:19And it was canceled as a result of Donald Trump continuing a blockade of the

0:23Persian Gulf and Donald Trump continuing to threaten Iran during these negotiations.

0:29Iran made clear its non -negotiables.

0:32It made clear its 10 -point framework of negotiations, which Donald Trump previously agreed to.

0:38And Iran said, we're not going to just show up there so you can misrepresent

0:43our presence. We don't trust you.

0:45So unless and until the naval blockade of the Persian Gulf by the United States

0:50ends, unless and until you stop attacking Iranian ships and interdicting them, and unless and

0:56until you stop threatening us with social media posts, Donald, we're not showing up because

1:01our mere presence will be used by you to distort what's actually happening.

1:07We don't believe you're in it for a good faith negotiation.

1:10And we believe that you're using negotiation as a tool to achieve that which you

1:16couldn't on the battlefield during the war.

1:18Look, if you want to go to war, if you want to continue to commit

1:22war crimes, there's a path for that.

1:24Our military generals in the United States and admirals and the chairman of the Joint

1:29Chiefs and top leaders have told Donald Trump it will cost America tens of thousands

1:35or potentially more in service member lives.

1:38But there's a path to obtain a military victory.

1:44Again, in my view, more war crimes would be committed.

1:47I'm not supportive of that at all.

1:49I'm not supportive of even the idea.

1:51But there's a war path that is available.

1:54And then there is a negotiation path that is available.

1:57And what Iran is saying, if you choose the negotiation path, then you have to

2:02respect us in the negotiation.

2:05If you don't want to respect us in the negotiation, let's go to war.

2:09And we can do the war path.

2:10But you want to do negotiations, stop saying that you're going to blow up bridges

2:15and you're going to blow up civilian infrastructure.

2:18Stop threatening that you're going to kill us all.

2:20Stop saying no more Mr.

2:22Nice Guy. Stop the stupid shit.

2:24Excuse my language and negotiate appropriately or don't negotiate.

2:28No one's forcing you into doing this.

2:30So Iran said we're not going to show up in Islamabad, Pakistan.

2:34So you can send J .D.

2:36Vance and Kushner and Whitcomb.

2:37We're not going to talk to them.

2:38We're not going until you stop the blockade and unless and until you stop this

2:42rhetoric to stop it. Right.

2:44And so then the question was, well, where are we at?

2:48One of the things we saw happen is the market started tanking, tanking, tanking, tanking.

2:52And we're like, OK, well, what's going to happen next?

2:55Well, if you're Iran, if you are any other country in the world who has

3:01seen Donald Trump's behavior, not only do you know that he's a vile piece of

3:05trash, but you know that he's weak and pathetic and that he's a loser.

3:09And there's a reason why he's bankrupted things his entire life.

3:12He's a loser. He's a lifelong loser, loser, loser.

3:15Bankrupted this, bankrupted that, bankrupted this, destroyed this, destroyed that.

3:19That's his entire life story.

3:21And then he has daddy or somebody bail him out.

3:24That's what Trump does. So it should not be unexpected that Donald Trump did the

3:29following. He issued a statement of Donald J.

3:32Trump. And what a pathetic statement he gave.

3:35I mean, again, it's embarrassed.

3:37If you're not embarrassed by this behavior, by the so -called commander in chief, then

3:41I don't know what humiliation threshold you have, because this is some like humiliation ritual.

3:50He's putting the United States, once the most powerful force in the world, often a

3:56force for good, not always.

3:58The arc usually tilted in the right direction, not always, but undisputed in terms of

4:04the power. When the president spoke, the words mattered.

4:08A president could walk soft or walk quietly while carrying a big stick.

4:13He didn't have to say, oh, I'm so powerful.

4:15I got the biggest military.

4:16Look how strong I am.

4:17Look how powerful. I'll destroy this.

4:19I'll bomb this. You didn't have to do that because people knew that when America

4:23was in the room, when the United States president spoke, they spoke with clarity.

4:27Their words mattered. Every word of it.

4:30When former President Obama spoke, he picked words carefully.

4:35And the biggest controversy is, oh, was he wearing a tan suit today?

4:39Oh, was Kim Jong -un doing ballistic missile tests?

4:42Let's blame Obama for the fact that Kim Jong -un did some ballistic missile tests.

4:47That shows weakness by Obama.

4:49And let's dedicate front page stories to it.

4:51And let's have state regime media Fox attack about how weak Kim Jong -un is

4:56doing. Remember, that was like the nonstop coverage under Obama, stories like that.

5:03Yeah, well, Donald Trump basically allowed Kim Jong -un to get a nuclear weapon.

5:07It doesn't even register as a headline that in the past two weeks, Kim Jong

5:11-un. has done multiple ballistic missile, cruise missile tests, brags that North Korea is a

5:17nuclear power right now, doesn't even register as a headline because, yeah, it's been Donald

5:23Trump, whatever. He can be the biggest loser in everybody, which he is.

5:28And everybody's like an apologist and like makes it as well.

5:31It's not Donald's fault. Yeah, it is his fault because he's an idiot.

5:34He's a lifelong idiot. He bankrupts things.

5:37He's a loser. And we just need to call it out.

5:40It is his fault. Stop everything with this guy.

5:42Oh, it's not his fault.

5:44It's this one. It's not his fault.

5:45No, no, no. Just acknowledge the reality on a bipartisan basis that this guy doesn't

5:51know what the hell he's doing.

5:52Things are getting even worse right now because his cognitive and physical rot and deterioration

5:59before our eyes. But regardless, the malignant narcissism and the pathological dysfunction is so utterly

6:05severe that the guy can't even behave like a normal freaking human being.

6:10Stop acting like this is four dimensional or 10 dimensional chess.

6:14This is an idiot doing idiot things, causing massive harm to our once great country.

6:20His idea of make America great again is making it Trump and making it Trump.

6:26Go back and look what making it Trump means.

6:28Go look at Atlantic City and you can see what making it Trump means.

6:32Go look at his stake and his airplanes and all of his dumb stuff and

6:36it was bankrupt, bankrupt. Look at his meme stocks and his meme coins and look

6:41at all of the stuff that he's screwed up so bad and doubles down on

6:45mistakes and makes it even worse.

6:47Or I should say intentional malicious behavior and then makes the problem even worse and

6:52worse and worse. I mean, you didn't realize during COVID when he said go and

6:55inject yourself with bleach and like a miracle that will all go away.

7:00Donald Trump's so -called war strategy in Iran is an equivalent of injecting yourself with

7:05bleach. OK, it is let's do a naval blockade during negotiations and a ceasefire.

7:13Let's try to reach a deal, but then interdict Iranian ships.

7:17And then let's make posts.

7:18No more Mr. Nice Guy.

7:20If you don't take our deal, we will kill you is essentially the posts.

7:25And then you set deadlines.

7:28You set, you know, ceasefire deadlines.

7:30And then when Iran's like, OK, we're just not going to meet you.

7:34We're not going to we're not going to do that.

7:36We're not going to even lend our presence in your psychotic behavior.

7:42We're not. We don't dignify that.

7:45I mean, we can't even dignify being in a room with the United States of

7:54America, right? It's almost the way we used to treat Iran or Kim Jong -un,

7:59right? They would be the ones begging, hey, the US, can you get in a

8:04room? Hey, can you speak with us?

8:05When the United States president would show up in a country.

8:10Wow. That was the full force, the full faith and credit of these United States

8:16in the damn room. And that meant something.

8:20That meant something big for a country.

8:23When there was a state visit, when you were invited to the White House, oh,

8:27that meant something. Now, when you're invited to the White House, it's a humiliation ritual

8:31that you're put through. Or Donald Trump will invite the leader of Syria and start

8:36spraying him with like cologne and start sniffing him.

8:40Or he'll bring in the prime minister of Japan, Takeishi.

8:44And then he'll start saying, oh, you remember what you did?

8:48You're all about surprises in Japan.

8:51Remember Pearl Harbor? You're a bunch of, you guys did a surprise recently on us.

8:57Remember when you did Pearl Harbor?

8:58There was no prime minister.

8:59Takeishi did it. Like, what are you even talking about?

9:02And then Donald Trump will bring in the equivalent of like the prime minister of

9:09Ireland. And then he'll not realize that the leader of Ireland is like a female.

9:15It's just everything this guy does is a complete humiliation ritual.

9:20And now a country like Iran is like, yeah, just think about the dynamic.

9:27The dynamic is is undisputed.

9:29The dynamic is Pakistan is serving as the mediator, as the neutral, right?

9:36They've invested a lot in Trump crypto, World Liberty Financial.

9:41That's why Donald Trump developed this relationship with, you know, Munir, their field, their field

9:47marshal based on the Pakistani crypto investment in Whitcoff and Trump's company.

9:52Like we forget that, right?

9:53Whitcoff, World Liberty Financial. The kids are on World Liberty Financial.

9:58Trump's kids running World Liberty Financial.

10:01Pakistan made a sizable investment.

10:03So we've elevated Pakistan. We've destroyed our relationship with India.

10:07I mean, it exists a little bit and Modi will say nice things occasionally, but

10:11Modi's moved in a direction towards Russia and China, you know, clearly.

10:15But we've elevated Pakistan. Okay.

10:18Pakistan is serving as the mediator.

10:21And by all accounts, they're at least trying to do a good job.

10:25Like I want to at least give Pakistan, this is a big deal for Pakistan

10:30because regardless of how they got here, right, regardless of how they got it, this

10:36is a big moment for them to serve as a neutral medium.

10:39And they're trying to broker a deal.

10:42And so I do give credit, you know, for trying this process.

10:48And, you know, Pakistan is like, hey, this is what the Pakistan people say.

10:52You got to stop this naval blockade.

10:54How could we how could you have a ceasefire while you're doing a naval blockade?

10:59And then a week ago, when Foreign Minister Aragchi from Iran tried to make a

11:04step. Remember last week, Foreign Minister Aragchi of Iran tried to make a step in

11:10the to show some goodwill.

11:13OK, we're opening up the Strait of Hormuz a little bit.

11:16We're opening up a corridor.

11:17There was a lot of conditions on it.

11:19Let's be clear. It wasn't like the whole strait is open, but he made what's

11:23called a diplomatic overture. He posted something that was neutral to nice.

11:31He gave a little bit.

11:33Right. We're opening up the strait because of the ceasefire in Lebanon being agreed to.

11:39So here's what we're doing.

11:41And then the expectation if you're Pakistan as the neutral, because, you know, Pakistan would

11:46say, do this for me and then we'll get Donald Trump to reciprocate and we

11:52can start bringing the parties together.

11:54That's the way negotiations and diplomacy works.

11:57And I believe strongly that Iran didn't want to send that message, that Aragchi really

12:03didn't. All right, Pakistan, you want me to send this message?

12:06Fine. I'll send. I will post that message as a gesture of goodwill.

12:10But you've got to bring them to the table on these issues because they told

12:14us that they were agreeable to the 10 point framework.

12:17And now they are saying that they're not agreeing to the 10 point framework.

12:20And our lead negotiators, Aragchi and Ghalibov, don't know how to speak English.

12:25And that's why Donald Trump said we agree to the Iran 10 point framework because

12:30the Iranians don't know their own framework because they're bad at English.

12:33Right. That's what Donald Trump and J .D.

12:35Vance said. But how does Donald Trump reciprocate that message, that social media post that

12:41Aragchi invested a great deal of his own political capital?

12:46And trust me, Aragchi invested a great deal of political capital because if you actually

12:52know the dynamic in Iran, which you should probably study if we want to figure

12:57out war and peace and how to deal with things, right, we probably study the

13:01culture, study the history, study the dynamic, you would know that there is a little

13:06bit of a split in Iran, a little bit would be doing a lot of

13:09work there. But there is a division between the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, the military, which

13:17has very strong views about Iran never compromising.

13:22Then you have kind of the spiritual leadership at the Ayatollah level.

13:27Now Khomeini's kid, son, Monjaba, who's more, who's less inclined to compromise, but potentially still

13:37a voice of compromise. So you've got spiritual leaders, you've got Islamic Revolutionary Guard, then

13:43you have civilian leadership, parliament leader, Gatla Baf, foreign minister Aragchi, all those embassy accounts

13:50that you see posting the Lego videos and all of that.

13:52And then they call it a decentralized mosaic model.

13:56And similar to the way we have states here in the United States, the decentralized

14:01Iranian mosaic model layers on also to what I just stated, kind of like almost

14:08a federalism approach as well, where there are local areas that have their local chapters

14:13of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, then a local police force that almost exists independent even

14:21of the Revolutionary Guard. And so you have all this dynamics.

14:25And then each of them have kind of pre -programmed orders of lines of succession,

14:31as well as how you respond to certain threats, such that if you can't really

14:37cut the head off the snake, or you can cut the head off the leader,

14:40because all the other parts are able to function with very meticulous planning in advance.

14:46So in any event, Aragchi is going to be facing a lot of backlash.

14:51He realized if I post this, and I'm sure this is what he was saying

14:54to Pakistan's Field Marshal Minier, I'll post this.

14:58But if I post this, I'm going to get a lot of shit from the

15:02Islamic Revolutionary Guard. They're not going to, they're more hardline.

15:05They're not going to want me to post even, even giving this, this little gesture

15:10to Trump. So I'm trusting you, Pakistan, I'm going to make this gesture.

15:14So they post that. And what does Donald Trump do?

15:17Donald Trump then starts posting last weekend throughout the weekend.

15:20Ha ha ha, I've made them surrender.

15:24They've agreed to everything. They're turning over their uranium.

15:27They're doing this. They've given me the straight of her moose.

15:30I've controlled everything. What a master negotiator.

15:34I beat them. This is what we wanted.

15:37Ha ha, I'm a better negotiator than Obama.

15:40Remember the JCPOA? That deal sucked compared to what I've done right now.

15:44Yeah. Okay. So now you've done that.

15:47That's not at all what Iran agreed to.

15:50And you've now embarrassed them.

15:52They were trying to help.

15:55They were trying to help you idiot save face.

15:59And they were giving you an out and they were giving the United States and

16:04the world and the Middle East nations and out.

16:07And you took him giving you an out as a way to humiliate him and

16:13humiliate the civilian group such that they didn't want to show up today to a

16:19mediation or to a settlement because they're worried you're going to do the thing again.

16:23And if they screw up again, they may get killed internally or they may be

16:28replaced internally, which can mean they get killed internally.

16:31And so you took a gesture that was trying to help you save face.

16:36And you may be saying, well, Ben, we're the United States.

16:39Why would we save face?

16:40We obliterate. Look, as I mentioned from the outset, there are two paths here.

16:45Path one, you want to obliterate.

16:48You want to control the Strait of Hormuz, U .S.

16:51You want regime change. You want to go that route.

16:56Our military generals and admirals and joint chiefs have given you a plan to do

17:01that. It will cost tens.

17:03It'll make Vietnam look very minimal in terms of the casualties.

17:08But that's what you want to do.

17:10There's a path for that.

17:12As I mentioned at the outset, I don't support even the thought of it.

17:17It's war crimes. What the Trump regime has done abroad already is a genocide and

17:22supporting genocide abroad in the Middle East.

17:24And I am against everything.

17:26But I'm letting you know strategically as you assess it.

17:30That's a path, Donald. You want to go that path?

17:33Take that path. The other path is negotiation.

17:36If you want to negotiate, though, and save face after you didn't obliterate them, after

17:42you didn't do regime change, you could play to your Jesse Waters audience or your

17:47state regime media Fox audience and Mark Levin and they can all pretend that you're

17:53the smartest. You're not. You're dumb.

17:55So you can either allow them to save face, to help you save face, or

18:01you can go, you see, I opened up the Strait of Hormuz.

18:04Then what you know what I would do if I was in that situation?

18:07I would never join the Trump regime.

18:09But let's just say you're in this horrible.

18:11I would never get in this situation in the first place.

18:13So obviously, I would view what Aragji was doing as an opening.

18:17And I would say, look, we appreciate the gesture.

18:20We're going to remove a naval blockade.

18:22Let's set negotiations for three weeks or four weeks.

18:25Let's agree that in the meantime, why don't we agree to 40 ships getting through?

18:32Right now, it's been 12.

18:33I know it's not going to be the 135 ships.

18:36In the interim, while we have good faith, let's take the temperature down.

18:41We appreciate it. We understand and we'll recognize that you have some level of control

18:46of Hormuz. But you got to allow 40 ships out and not just through your

18:50lane by that little island, not Cargill and the other one that's right by Iran's

18:54coast. You got to work with us.

18:57And let's do this together.

18:59And then let's do a three -week or four -week bigger mediation.

19:03And let's try to work on technical terms now and other things to try to

19:08reach a resolution. And if you're Trump and you're trying to reach a deal with

19:13Iran right now, you want to make sure that in terms of uranium enrichment, that

19:19it's only going to be civilian.

19:20You may want to basically have to concede.

19:23Let's go back to the JCPOA or something like that.

19:26Iran feels it won. So it's probably going to have to be a slightly weaker

19:30version of the if you want to negotiate.

19:32It's probably going to be a weaker version of the JCPOA now, but maybe try

19:36to salvage some version of the JCPOA, you know, at this at this point in

19:43time, you know, you can try to say, well, look, even though we've got a

19:46weaker version of the JCPOA for the first time in 47 years, we've established an

19:53open line of communication with Iran.

19:55J .D. Vance spoke to Gala Baf.

19:58Maybe that could be the beginning of something broader and deeper and building trust back.

20:04Do I? You may go, Ben, this Iranian is a terrorist regime and all of

20:09these things. OK, then go go do your war option.

20:13Right. If you don't talk tough, if you're not going to be tough and if

20:18you're not going to do that, then shut up because your other option at this

20:23point, based on not obliterating it, based on screwing up the mediation with Oman when

20:28there was a deal that would have been a stronger deal than Obama, you screwed

20:31it up. So we are where we are now.

20:33OK. And you're not going to be able to say, oh, in a negotiation, I'm

20:38going to dominate them. I'm going to destroy them.

20:40It's not a negotiation. That's not what it is.

20:42So the way I would approach it, there's only one way to approach a negotiation.

20:46It's along the lines of what I said.

20:48Let's agree to do a settlement.

20:50Let's not do two weeks.

20:52Let's do it four weeks so we can actually be prepared.

20:55The United States, why don't we bring top nuclear experts?

21:00Why don't we engage the IAEA?

21:02Why don't we have people who actually understand technical language, not Whitcoff and Kushner?

21:07I would, of course, sideline Whitcoff and Kushner.

21:10I would sideline everybody. But I'm telling you, I'd have to deal with the reality

21:14we have right now because I'm dealing in a world where the Trump regime exists,

21:18unfortunately. So I would say, OK, J .D.

21:20Vance can go. And why doesn't J .D.

21:23Vance go with? I don't know.

21:26I mean, you know, fine.

21:28Have Rubio, who I think is horrible, but have J .D.

21:31Vance, Rubio. And I don't know, not Lindsey Graham.

21:34I'm obvious. but maybe pick someone who's a more moderate -ish Republican senator, which I

21:45know doesn't really exist. Maybe look to the Armed Services Committee and not a Lindsey

21:49Graham. Maybe bring on someone there and then bring on some technical experts.

21:57That would probably be my approach.

21:59You schedule it May 15th, May 20th, come up with an interim agreement, get oil

22:06flowing again, open up the strait a little bit.

22:10Obviously, Iran's not going to give you everything, so maybe we do 30 ships, but

22:14you're going to have to respect that there's a new reality.

22:17Or go to war, right?

22:20You got to figure it out.

22:21And then I would hold some international conference.

22:24I would bring the NATO allies, not to threaten the NATO allies.

22:27I'd bring them to the table along with Europe, along with Middle East.

22:31I'd hold a conference. And then we'd try to figure it out together.

22:34What can we do? And you're going to have to recognize a new reality of

22:37Iran's strength in the region.

22:39And then maybe you try to play it off as a positive.

22:43Maybe you have to now work with them.

22:45Maybe you have to figure out solutions with them on a going forward basis.

22:50Is that an ideal? No, but this is the reality that we're in.

22:53So pick a path. That's all I'm trying to say.

22:55But that's what Iran is expecting to do.

22:58That's what Aragchi was expecting when he made the overture.

23:03But Donald Trump threatened. We've interdicted two ships.

23:06Meanwhile, what's the point of the interdicting of those two ships?

23:10According to Lloyd's List, 28 ships of Iran, tankers and cargo ships have been able

23:17to bypass the blockade. It's not an effective blockade.

23:21And so we've interdicted two ships.

23:24CENTCOM now, which I can't even.

23:26How embarrassing is what CENTCOM posts?

23:29And the head of CENTCOM, that guy, you know, is he's like destroyed the credibility

23:36of CENTCOM. CENTCOM looks like a MAGA entity right now, which I don't know what's

23:41going on behind the scenes at CENTCOM.

23:43But what they're posting publicly is freaking embarrassing right now.

23:47And they'll brag, oh, we did two ships, you know, and Iran's mocking it.

23:52OK, so the proud U .S.

23:54Navy has become pirates. Like you're bragging that the U .S.

23:58Navy was able to interdict two Iranian ships that have cargo.

24:03Like you think that's an accomplishment?

24:05The United States freaking Navy is bragging that on essentially international waters, you were able

24:13to board an Iranian -linked ship in the Indian Ocean and then interdict a ship

24:22outside the Persian Gulf. Like you think that's a brag, right?

24:26That would be like LeBron James bragging that he scored a layup in a middle

24:36school game. Oh, look what I did.

24:38Look what I did. I scored two points.

24:40Yeah, you're LeBron James. Of course, you're going to score in the middle school game.

24:44What are we talking about here?

24:46Of course, you're going to, you know, and that's what Iran's like.

24:49Iran's like, do you realize that you're bragging that basically, you know, you're Jack Sparrow,

24:55like you're pirates now? You're like Somali pirates?

24:59Great work, U .S. Real strong use of your Navy.

25:03And meanwhile, there's a fleet of Iran's shadow tankers that it's working with Russia and

25:09China that's getting this oil out and getting the cargo out separately.

25:14And then the Trump regime is so idiotic that they released the, they released sanctions

25:20on Iran. So Iran was able to sell most of its, it was able to

25:26transact to allow it to survive many, many months based on the prior sanctions lift

25:32that Donald Trump did. Also, Donald Trump, of course, extends the sanctions relief, not just

25:37on Iran, but also on Russia.

25:39And they extended the sanctions relief on Russia till May, even though they said they

25:44were never going to do that.

25:45And that brings me to this point right here, Donald Trump's post, a very long

25:50winded wave. But I want, I want you to understand though, the strategy and what's

25:55actually going on here. And I think how we have to think this stuff through.

25:59And I just don't think that gets enough attention.

26:01Everyone's, oh, you know, split screen, this side, yelling, yelling, yelling.

26:07He's so strong. He's so weak.

26:08He's so strong. He's so weak.

26:09Now shut up. Let's talk about the reality of this, of a negotiation.

26:14Like I teach negotiation at one of the top law schools in the country.

26:18And I, you know, I don't consider myself to be, you know, a nuclear expert

26:23level negotiator, but I do consider myself with my background as a law professor at

26:29a top university who teaches negotiation based on an experience of being in very high

26:34profile negotiations in my legal career before starting Midas Touch Network.

26:41I've been involved in high profile negotiations, admittedly nothing on the scale of this, but,

26:47but some of the most basic principles clearly would apply.

26:51And when I watch what's happening, I'm like, I, I, it is, it is sickening.

26:57It is quite sickening to even observe what's happening right now.

27:00All right. Let me read you the comment state.

27:02of Donald Trump, based on the fact that the government of Iran is seriously fractured,

27:07not unexpectedly so, and upon the request of Field Marshal Asim Yunir and Prime Minister

27:14Sharif of Pakistan, we have been asked to hold our attack on the country of

27:18Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified

27:22proposal. I have therefore directed our military to continue the blockade and in all other

27:27respects remain ready and able and will therefore extend the ceasefire until such time as

27:33their proposal is submitted and discussions are concluded one way or the other.

27:37Donald J. Trump. Now, this reeks of desperation and weakness, and what is the purpose

27:45of this other than for Donald Trump to taco?

27:49Although sometimes, yes, we have the taco memes.

27:52I see everybody using those taco emojis.

27:55Do you all see the taco emojis?

27:56And yes, I mean, yes, he tacos.

27:58Trump always chickens out. But it's a deeper issue, though, because the message sent internationally

28:05is utter weakness, utter weakness.

28:09China sees this utter weakness.

28:11Russia sees this utter weakness.

28:13NATO sees this utter weakness.

29:37But it's like, okay, you think, even if I accept that $2 ,000 was handed,

29:43you know, was given to you based on the deduction from no tax on tips,

29:47you think we're stupid enough to believe that $2 ,000 helped your husband with stage

29:51three cancer and probably paid for the first 15 minutes of one visit.

29:56So stop treating us like we're stupid.

29:58But the point I'm making is we're now in the two week loop, right?

30:01Which never ends two weeks, two weeks, two weeks, two weeks, two weeks, two weeks,

30:06we'll see you later in two weeks.

30:07And then two weeks, he extends Iran didn't ask for this extension.

30:11Just think about it. Iran did not ask for this extension.

30:15They had a unified voice.

30:18They're not fractured in their leadership.

30:21And so now what Iran does, by the way, let's just say Trump wanted to

30:26chicken out, right? He's chicken shit.

30:46What he could have just said is we're making progress in the discussions.

30:50There's a lot, there's a lot to talk about and we really need to get

30:54into the technical details. And so we're consulting with technical experts.

30:59We don't want to cause any unnecessary escalation while we have technical talks and explore

31:07whether a deal can be made.

31:09All options remain on the table.

31:13That's how I would have, even if you wanted to chicken out, okay?

31:17Again, I obviously would never give, I'm not asking to be a part of this

31:21regime. I'm accepting the reality that we're in right now.

31:24And if we want to get out of the loop, if you're Marco Rubio, if

31:28you're J .D. Vance, you should be giving the advice that I'm giving right now

31:32because there's actually still a way out of this thing to get out of this

31:36two -week never -ending loop.

31:38You would make a statement like I'm saying, that would send a signal to Iran,

31:42okay, maybe we should meet in a few weeks.

31:45Wow, they're going into technical details.

31:48They didn't, he didn't trash us, but he, but Donald Trump then trashes Iran in

31:52this statement. And he goes, based on the fact that the government, Iran is seriously

31:56fractured. Okay, so you've now, by saying that statement, you've defamed Iran.

32:02They're not seriously fractured. And you've shown a cultural immaturity that there's always been a

32:09division and factions, but factions versus fractures are different.

32:15And you saying that there's a fracture emboldens them to not want to meet with

32:21you because you're misrepresenting the dynamic that exists right there.

32:25And you're only going to force them to create a unified voice that doesn't want

32:30to. meet with you. So he goes, because they're seriously fractured, not unexpectedly so.

32:35And then he goes on to say, we've been asked to hold our attack on

32:39the country of Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives could come up

32:43with a unified proposal. Iran's response behind closed doors and obviously to Field Marshal Munir

32:50is, what the hell are they saying?

32:53We have a framework. We've given our unified proposal.

32:57We've started giving our unified proposal in early March.

33:01It's the 10 -point framework.

33:03We've said it very clearly.

33:05When we got into the ceasefire process two weeks ago, Donald Trump reposted Foreign Minister

33:12Aragji saying that there is a 10 -point framework.

33:17Trump said, I agree to the 10 -point framework.

33:19It is a unified proposal that Iran has stated.

33:23And Iran has said, Iran controls the strait of her moves.

33:26They get to charge tolls, $2 million per cargo ship.

33:31Iran gets to enrich uranium for civilian purposes and potentially in the future can enrich

33:36uranium for other purposes. But they will not give up their uranium.

33:42There are security guarantees for Iran, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and the Iranian Shiite groups in

33:49Iraq that Iran gets reparations and all the sanctions get removed.

33:56Some of those are drawn out a little bit and that's how you get 10

33:58points. But they have a unified proposal, a unified voice, and they've made very clear

34:03what it is. And they said they're not going to show up to Pakistan unless

34:06Donald Trump agrees to the unified proposal.

34:08And Trump's response now is to blame Iran for being, quote, seriously fractured, which they're

34:15not, and to say that we're going to wait until they come up with a

34:20unified proposal, which they did.

34:23It's the 10 -point framework.

34:24And then Trump says, I've therefore directed our military to continue the blockade and in

34:29all other respects remain steady and able and will therefore extend, first up, in all

34:35respects remain ready and able.

34:37What does it even mean, remain ready and able?

34:39You're just like using superfluous verbiage to make yourself sound smart.

34:42You're just exposing what an idiot you are, ready and able, okay?

34:46And then by saying we're keeping the blockade, you're now violating a ceasefire because blockades

34:52violate ceasefires inherently. And the ceasefire, when Iran entered it, didn't agree to open the

34:58Strait of Hormuz. Iran's ceasefire proposal was they still control the Strait of Hormuz.

35:03That's the ceasefire proposal that you agree to.

35:06So when Iran sees this, they go, got it.

35:09This is all part of a plan.

35:12This is how Iran sees it.

35:13Either, and both are probably true.

35:15Trump's just a total idiot.

35:17He contradicts himself. He doesn't grasp the basics of diplomacy.

35:21He's scared and pathetic, and he just wants to delay, delay, and hope somebody bails

35:25him out. That's scenario one.

35:27And we've heard President Pazeshkian of Iran talk about that in Aragji, and Galiboff all

35:33say that. Or two, that the U .S.

35:36right now is using psychological media manipulation as a way to stall and to launch

35:45an attack on Iran and an invasion of Iran, which I think when you know

35:49Donald Trump's psychological profile, he's scared to do ground invasions.

35:54And I think it's Trump doing the blockade makes him feel tough, like he's doing

35:58something. And look, I'm boarding the ship.

36:00It's like, how weak and pathetic is he?

36:02And also a war criminal.

36:04You're using our Navy and CENTCOM to attack fishing boats off the coast of Venezuela.

36:11That arouses you that you're killing freaking fishermen off the coast of Venezuela.

36:15He needs to do something because he's a scared, pathetic, terrified, little person.

36:20So he's killing, and that gets him off.

36:23He's killing, right? Epstein -class shit.

36:26It gets him off doing this gross stuff.

36:29But now the blockade makes him feel tough, like I'm using my military and my

36:35machines. But he's too scared for ground invasion because he knows in his own mind,

36:45if I do that. But Iran's like, are they planning an invasion?

36:57And from Iran's perspective, they're building up quickly and they're preparing for war.

37:02And you better believe that Russia through the Caspian Sea is giving Iran a lot

37:08of weapons, right? You want to take a look at where Ukraine is targeting?

37:13Ukraine knows the amount of weapons that Russia is giving Iran right now.

37:17Massive amounts. You want to talk about China likely giving Iran a lot of weapons

37:23right now. That's what's going on behind the scenes also.

37:25And Iran has used this time period to build up its Shahi drones, to build

37:31up its, to build up its FPV drones, to build up its unmanned vessels.

37:38And when Iran, because even though Donald Trump wants to stereotype Iran as like a

37:42bunch of people in caves screaming Allah Akbar, when that's actually what Pete Hegseth and

37:47Donald Trump are behaving like, Iran is a sophisticated society.

37:52They have some of the best engineers in the world.

37:54And they're out there right now, 20 ,000.

37:57Shahid drones and assembly line.

38:01The amount of Shahid drones they've created during the ceasefire and ballistic missiles that they've

38:08built back up, I bet you right now they have close to 100 % or

46:59You know, she would pretend to support workers in Oregon.

47:02And then she became, you know, she was secretly MAGA all along.

47:08But then Donald Trump was like, you want to be the labor secretary, but you

47:12got to be against the PRO Act.

47:13You got to be against the key piece of legislation that protects unions.

47:17Right. And then she had her confirmation hearing.

47:21And I'll show you what went down when Rand Paul, MAGA Republican from Kentucky, asked

47:26her about her prior support of the PRO Act.

47:28Here's what she said. Let's play.

47:30Do you still support the PRO Act or don't you support the PRO Act?

47:43What you shared with me is how important it is to you and your state.

49:57Like, what, how are you, you function, what are you functioning like?

50:00You know, and again, we see this with, you know, the Christie gnomes and the

50:04jets and this and the, that and the bondies.

50:07But let's be very clear.

50:09Trump's mail cabinet members, just as bad, if not worse, but it is telling that

50:15the three cabinet members that Donald Trump fires first are all women, right?

50:21That, that, that shouldn't shock you knowing Donald and replaces them all with men, the

50:27acting AG, the, now the Homeland Security secretary, the acting department of labor secretary, all

50:33men replace the women on the cabinet while RFK jr is cutting off raccoon penises,

50:39apparently, and running around, you know, putting dead bears in central park and removing experts

50:48from vaccine boards and, and endorsing glyphosate, you know, in your food product and, you

50:57know, and engaging in all of that, you know, easy.

50:59He doesn't get raccoon penis boy doesn't get fired, you know, for his sicko behavior

51:04and more, you know, sicko than the raccoon penis stuff is what he's done with

53:24We're seizing this moment to discard any absurd, overreaching mandates that only weaken our war

53:31fighting capabilities. In this case, this includes the universal flu vaccine and the mandate behind

53:38it. The notion that a flu vaccine must be mandatory for every service member everywhere

53:44in every circumstance at all times is just overly broad and not rational.

53:49What do you mean it's overly broad and non -rational?

53:52If for your war fighters, for your war fighters, I don't know, maybe you want

53:58to read a little bit of history there.

54:00You know, maybe, maybe you, maybe you want to look it up.

54:03Um, maybe you want to look at a little thing called, I don't know, like

54:07the Spanish flu, for example, in 1918, 1919, uh, killed a large number of soldiers

54:13around world war one, uh, in some cases, killing more military lives than direct combat

54:20for, certain nations like ours.

54:23You know, want to look at that?

54:24Approximately 45 ,000 American soldiers died from influenza and related pneumonia by the end of

54:321918. And that number is slightly below or comparable to 53 ,402 U .S.

54:42combat deaths in World War I.

54:44Overall disease deaths, mostly flu among U .S.

54:48troops reached about 63 ,000 exceeding battle deaths.

54:53And so, you know, there may be a reason why with soldiers, like with our

55:01population, you may want a flu vaccine because let's just say they're on a ship.

55:07Because it's not like the USS Gerald Ford has been out on the high seas

55:13for like 300 days. Not like that's happening or the USS Tripoli or the Abraham

55:19Lincoln or the George H .W.

55:21Bush strike groups. Not like we have people in confined areas.

55:25And if it's not like the flu is contagious or anything, right?

55:28It's not. No, no, it isn't.

55:30And it's not like if you have an outbreak that that could be very harmful,

55:34right? No. The freedom, the freedom to be sick.

55:38I mean, stupid people. These are real dumb, to the core, stupid people.

55:53you're a soldier. Read a little bit of history on the flu during World War

56:31It wouldn't be a woke move or the flu during World War I or, you

56:37know, or any of these diseases.

56:39You'd be like, oh my gosh, we've developed as a country, as a world with

56:45science that we can stop these diseases.

56:48And then imagine telling people in the past, we found a cure to like this

56:53stuff. But the military believes that we should encourage people as part of their freedom

57:00to die of the sickness.

57:02And they would be like, come on, that's, I don't believe that.

57:08I go, yeah, that's good.

57:08That's good. That's going to be the future.

57:10It's going to be the future for you.

57:12I mean, and then when corporate news reports this, it's just like, here's what this

57:18side says. Here's what that, no, no, no.

57:19Stop with the both sides.

57:21Stop framing this as a freedom issue.

57:23Okay. Just, you want to be in the military, you should probably be taking vaccines

57:27so that you don't get sick and spread your diseases to other people.

57:31It's so you can be combat ready.

57:37up with right here. You know, what are we, what are we, what are we

57:40talking about? That was your announcement today.

57:43And these people are just dumb.

57:45They're idiots. They're dangerous. These are day, this is the most, this is the worst

57:55It's not a, this isn't a, uh, this isn't like, Oh, because they're Republican.

57:59No, there's bad human beings, every level, like every, anyone ever play like a PlayStation

58:07And it's like, you know, like you create your own player and it's like agility,

58:10100 speed, 100 strength, 100.

58:13Right. Like these people, like Hex, it's like zero, zero, zero, zero, zero.

58:18They're like zero, they're like zero human beings.

58:22And then they pretend to be, you know, this, and then they go out on

58:25the field and it's like, dude, you're a zero human being and you're competing with

58:28high functioning people. And you think you're smarter than them because you can bullshit other

58:34zero human beings that you're trying to trick.

58:37And you're trying to like create this cult and your cult likes you, but outside

58:43of your stupid cult, people get what you're doing.

58:45And fortunately people are recognizing the dangers of this cult and where the cult is

58:50bringing them to right now in the horrors of it.

58:52So I'll just share with you before, before I go.

58:56Also this testimony of Kevin Warsh, you know, this Kevin Warsh guy who's who Donald

59:04Trump has picked to be the next chairman of the Federal Reserve.

59:08Well, he's there for his confirmation hearing.

59:10He's for, he's in front of one of the United States Senate committees right now

59:15that would oversee this. And he was asked by Senator Elizabeth Warren, pretty basic question

59:22about his assets, about his funds, about his Epstein connections.

59:26Watch how he answers it.

59:28Here, play this clip. Would you answer, Mike, has been plagued by deeply disturbing ethics

59:38scandals in recent years involving at least six Fed officials.

59:43So it's critical that the next chair have no financial conflicts, none.

59:48You have more than $100 million in investments that you have refused to disclose to

59:54ethics officials and to the public.

59:56So let me ask, do the Juggernaut Fund or the THSDFS LLC invest in any

1:00:06companies affiliated with President Trump or his family, companies that have facilitated money laundering, Chinese

1:00:14-controlled companies, or financing vehicles established by Jeffrey Epstein?

1:00:20Senator Warren, thank you. So let me first share a point of agreement with you.

1:00:26The Fed has two tools.

1:00:28One is its monetary policy, and the second is its credibility.

1:00:32And the scandals that you talked about, the ethics problems you talked about, went to

1:00:37the core of - Next clip.

1:00:39Let's play it. Could you answer my question, please?

1:00:45I ask. You have $100 million in undisclosed assets.

1:00:49And what I'm asking is, are any of those with this outfit that invests in

1:00:56companies affiliated with President Trump or his family, companies that have facilitated money laundering, Chinese

1:01:03-controlled companies, or financing vehicles set up by Jeffrey Epstein?

1:01:07It's a yes or no question.

1:01:09Senator, I've worked tirelessly with the ethics officials at the Office of Government Ethics.

1:01:14Yes, and you have not revealed $100 million in assets.

1:01:17I'm doing an ethics agreement with them and have agreed, Senator, to sell all of

1:01:20my financial assets, including the Duquesne assets.

1:01:23Are you refusing to tell us if you have investments, for example, in vehicles set

1:01:30up to advance Jeffrey Epstein?

1:01:33Is that what you're telling us?

1:01:33You just won't tell us?

1:01:34Senator, what I'm telling you is that those assets that you represent as juggernaut will

1:01:40be sold if I'm confirmed before I take office and sign the oath of office.

1:01:44Let me follow up on that.

1:01:45Will you at least disclose how you plan to disclose and divest these secret assets?

1:01:53I'm sure you understand that the public might question your motives if, for example, billionaire

1:01:59Stanley Druckenmiller, who you honored in your opening statement, and who makes a living guessing

1:02:06what the Fed will do next, cuts you a massive check for $100 million as

1:02:13you take the oath of office to become the new Federal Reserve Chair.

1:02:17Senator, as you know, it sounds like your fight might not be with me, but

1:02:21the Office of Government Ethics, I have come to full agreement with them and have

1:02:25agreed to divest all of those assets.

1:02:29I'm asking you a very straightforward question, Mr.

1:02:32Walsh, and that is. It seems to me like you're a real complaint.

1:02:38I'm going to use my hands like this and I'm going to put my chin

1:02:41up arrogantly. Seems like you're concerned.

1:02:44No, our concern is that you seem to have been in investment funds with Jeffrey

1:02:48Epstein, apparently, or a fund that has Epstein assets in it.

1:02:54And that you rather than say, nope, that's not true.

1:02:58That's a way to answer the question.

1:02:59That's not true. I didn't do that.

1:03:03You know, he's also in the Epstein files.

1:03:05This guy is like going to it.

1:03:06You want to address that?

1:03:08You want to talk about that and just say, hey, that's not true.

1:03:10That didn't happen. And I'm not in a fund that has like Epstein assets involved

1:03:15or, you know, why don't you come out and talk about what, you know, what

1:03:18it is? You know, that would be, you know, or to the extent you did

1:03:24do that and you want to explain why, you know, maybe you say, look, these

1:03:31funds, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, lots of, I mean, lots of people.

1:03:36I'm not suggesting that this is the right answer.

1:03:40Lots of people, you know, took money and they're not disqualified, you know, and they've

1:03:47reached settlements. And so, you know, the way the trust was set up, I don't

1:03:53know necessarily, I mean, whether this is true or not, I don't know that my

1:03:57funds were part of a fund where Epstein funds were also in.

1:04:01And had I known that I would never have been okay with that or, you

1:04:05know, you know, lots of people's funds are in that are in this big fund.

1:04:09And so, you know, I, I can't monitor who the other limited partners.

1:04:14I don't know. I'm not trying to make it just be clear.

1:04:15I'm not trying to make excuses for it.

1:04:17But the question is trying to get out a fact, which is, are you going

1:04:23to make disclosures about whether these things happened?

1:04:27Why did they happen? Could we have at least a discussion about, oh, you know,

1:04:32the government ethics has told us that I'm divesting.

1:04:38And so, yeah, but did you do the, and all that matters is that the

1:04:42government ethics has told me, I mean, this is a guy who was out there

1:04:47praising mortgage -backed securities in 2007 before the Great Recession, okay?

1:04:54You know, it's just like also when you look at that guy, what's the guy,

1:04:58the National Economic Advisor of Donald Trump, Kevin, what's the guy's name?

1:05:03I don't know why I'm drawing a blank on the guy's name right now.

1:05:05Um, Cassett, he was the guy who was like, right before the dot -com crash,

1:05:11he was like, we're going to the moon.

1:05:13He wrote like a whole book about putting all your money.

1:05:16in these dot -com companies before the crash.

1:05:18It's like all of these humans were not, they did not advance on merit or

1:05:26in other areas because they're bad people.

1:05:29And here they are under this Trump regime, finding a community in a cabinet of

1:05:34the, of like the worst, of like the worst people, you know?

1:05:37And I don't, to be very clear, I don't know one way or another what

1:05:42this fund is, why, you know, why he invested in this, what it is.

1:05:47But I want to get answers to those questions.

1:05:51Don't you want to know why?

1:05:53And that answer is just MAGA talk, MAGA bullshit.

1:05:58And I just think, I just think even former MAGA people are just, are just

1:06:03over it. I think when you have someone like Alex Jones saying this, I just

1:06:12think MAGA's over it here.
