MAGA Mike Shuts Down House over Midterm Disaster!!

0:08So Congress has stood adjourned now for over two weeks, not in session while the
0:14United States has engaged in this horrific and disastrous war in Iran, the failed negotiations
0:21in Islamabad. And now we're seeing what MAGA Mike Johnson has actually been doing over
0:28the past two weeks. And folks, it is sick.
0:31Some video footage that the Midas Touch Network was able to obtain emerged.
0:36It's MAGA Mike Johnson speaking in Virginia as the MAGA Republicans are trying to prevent
0:44people from voting in favor of the new maps, the new congressional districts that were
0:51put in place in Virginia.
0:52There's a referendum that the people have to vote on in response to Donald Trump
0:58starting in Texas, but all the gerrymandering that Donald Trump did, Democrats fought back.
1:04And so what MAGA Mike Johnson is using these two weeks for, we see it
1:08right here, he's in Virginia with the former Virginia Governor Youngkin.
1:14And MAGA Mike Johnson's out there telling people, you know, you got to vote against
1:18this gerrymandering. How dare the Democrats gerrymander?
1:21This is not what our constitution was based on.
1:24And so the reason that MAGA Mike Johnson has shut down Congress now for two
1:30weeks is to engage in cheap stunts like this.
1:34And then MAGA Mike Johnson, I mean, it's fairly pathetic.

1:38He's like, please, please. We need a win in the midterms because the Democrats, they're
1:44going to impeach Donald Trump and they're going to investigate Donald Trump and they're going
1:50to do all of these woke things and something about women, men, sports, woke this,
1:58woke that. He's like, by the way, in front of a crowd of like 12
2:02people showed up to watch him, the former governor, and to watch like the entire
2:06Virginia congressional delegation. Like nobody is there.
2:10I want you to watch as MAGA Mike here, you know, start saying they're going
2:14to impeach Donald Trump if you don't help us.
2:17This is so utterly pathetic.

2:20They would do exactly the opposite if they took the majority back in the House.
2:24Heaven forbid, you know that they would impeach the president in the first week of
2:27the new Congress in January, but it would get far worse than that because they
2:31would roll the markets. They would turn all the committees of Congress into investigative bodies.
2:35They would go into lawfare again.
2:36All the woke, crazy agenda stuff that they tried to waste upon the country and
2:41that the country rejected in 2024, they would bring it right back.
2:44And they would impeach the president, reopen the borders.
2:47They would return men to women's locker rooms and girls' sports, trans surgeries for everybody,
2:52as the president says, right?
2:54Without credible consent. All of the crazy stuff that the American people rejected, they want

3:04unfair it is that Democrats are now gerrymandering Virginia.
3:08And this is so unfair, MAGA Mike says, because the Republican majority in the House
3:13of Representatives is so slim.
3:15And how could the Democrats or the gerrymandering party?
3:19Hey, MAGA Mike, the Democrats were the ones who put forward a law.
3:24Remember those things called laws, right?
3:27They put forward a bill that they wanted to turn into a law that MAGA
3:31Republicans were against to ban political gerrymandering, period, full stop.
3:36You all voted against that.
3:38And then your plan with Trump was to gerrymander Texas to pick up five seats.
3:43And then starting with Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom in California, Democrats fought back.
3:49And now they're fighting back in Virginia.
3:50And now you're whining in front of this crowd of like 12 people.

3:56We have one of the smallest margins in U .S.
3:58history. Right now, we had a special election last Tuesday.
4:01So I have an embarrassment of riches, guys.
4:03We have a two -vote margin right now.
4:05We were down to one, OK?
4:07We have got to get every single one of these patriots on this state reelected
4:11in November. And I know you're committed to help us get that done.
4:14But that's why the eyes of America were upon your state right now.
4:18And I'm telling you what you already know, the obvious thing.
4:21The eyes of America are upon you because you have the power in your hands.
4:26This is a very serious deal.
4:28You have the power to say no to this totally scandalous, unlawful, unconstitutional Democrat gerrymandering
4:36scheme that they're trying to push upon this state.
4:39You get to say no.
4:40And then Maga Mike is like, they're all Marxist.

5:39as Jesus and Donald Trump posting like fake information that he saved Ed McMahon's home
5:45in 2008, which is like a totally fake and made up story or Donald Trump
5:50talking about blockading all of the Persian Gulf.
5:55Mag and Mike has the audacity to say, and these Democrats, they're crazy, man.
6:00They're a bunch of crazy people.
6:02I mean, like the level of sociopath derangement of these magas.
6:09They're like, the Democrats are the crazy ones.
6:12Y 'all are literally a bunch of nutcases.
6:14Like legitimately the craziest human beings around right now is like all of you MAGA

6:25This is not a contract with America election cycle.
6:29You guys did that. You signed the contract with America in 2024.

9:55And in fact, he was supposed to be the leader of the Armed Services Committee,
9:58but he was kind of brushed aside.
10:01And here he's being asked a pretty basic question on Face the Nation.
10:05So like, what do you know about it?
10:09Did the Navy mine the strait?
10:10Of Hormuz? Did the Navy remove the mines?
10:15Did Iran mine the strait of Hormuz?
10:17Do you know anything that's happening?
10:19Because Congress is supposed to conduct oversight of this.
10:22So MAGA Republican Congress member Turner, do you know anything about this?

12:56You're a member of the House Oversight Committee, which was scheduled to hear from former
12:59Attorney General Pam Bondi this coming Tuesday about her handling of the Epstein files.
13:06The Justice Department says Bondi's ouster excuses her from having to appear.
13:10Do you think Pam Bondi should testify this week?
13:16Look, I don't actually at this point, I don't really think so.
13:19Now that she's a former Attorney General of the United States.
13:21Well, Hillary Clinton. Hold on.
13:23Hillary Clinton was in an office and she testified.

13:27We're going to be continuing with our investigations into this matter.
13:30The Oversight Committee has been steadfastly working on this, also with survivors who chose to
13:36come forward to bring more information.
13:37I think if a former AG Bondi comes in, that'll be a determination of the
13:42committee as a whole. Let me also say that the now former Attorney General, she
13:46did come into the committee in a session to have open conversation and dialogue with
13:51Republican and Democrat members. Republican members came.

13:56This is important. Republican members came to that committee hearing asking the attorney, the former
14:01Attorney General Bondi, important questions.
14:04The Democrats refused to ask her any questions because they wanted the cameras on, because
14:09they wanted to turn it into a political circus.

14:51So we had to move through towards criminal contempt proceedings because Bill and Hillary were
14:56trying to negotiate their way out of actually coming in and answering questions.
15:00And I just find it so fascinating, I think, would be putting it lightly, that
15:07as you have Maggie Mike Johnson saying, the Democrats are the crazy one, the Democrats
15:11are the crazy one. I mean, I did a whole video on it this morning,
15:14but you saw Donald Trump's post this morning, right?
15:17And Donald Trump's post throughout the day and his interviews with Maria Bartiroma, where he
15:22starts talking about renaming the Strait of Hormuz and calling it the Donald Trump Gulf
15:28or changing the name of the Persian Gulf and doing a blockade because he read
15:32about it in justthenews .com or something, some right -wing blog.
15:37He attacked the Pope. What about that, Maggie Mike?
15:41He attacked the Pope. Now all of MAGA said, the Pope is Marxist.
15:44The Catholic Church is a Marxist organization.
15:47That's literally what the MAGAs are going with, right?
15:50Okay, so MAGA Mike, let me just ask you a question.

17:15market bets on the war to care.
17:18But Americans are getting hurt, hurt by the illegal tariffs that send prices higher and
17:25higher, by skyrocketing health premiums, by four dollar gas, hurt by insurance companies that deny
17:32claims for needed care, hurt by the hedge funds snatching up tens of thousands of
17:40homes across our state, hurt by the data centers driving up power bills.
17:47And so when you're out there talking to folks over the next six months, remind
17:52them what the president of the United States said last week.
17:58Quote, it's not possible, he said, for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, or
18:06Medicare. That's what the president said.
18:10He said we can only afford to fund war.
18:15And then two days later released his budget demanding we increase Pentagon spending to one
18:21and a half trillion dollars per year, paid for by ending the program that helps
18:28millions afford utility bills, by canceling affordable housing programs, and by cutting cancer research.
18:35All this just one year after they sent insurance premiums skyrocketing and gutted Medicaid to
18:46cut taxes for the rich.
18:48This is their answer to America's cost of living crisis.
18:54This is their answer to the Savannah nurse working a double shift whose utilities are
19:00about to get shut off.
19:01The Tift County farmer getting crushed by the trade war and now diesel and now
19:06fertilizer. The family in College Park skipping doctor's visits because premiums are just too high.
19:17In Donald Trump's America, the rich get tax cuts, the well -connected get stock tips,
19:25and everybody else makes sacrifices.
19:29But Americans have seen through this scam, and it's up to Georgia Democrats to end
