1:16Moments before we went live, we learned that the Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, has fired

1:24Army Chief of Staff, General Randy George, forcing him into immediate retirement.

1:31That's the posture that they are framing this as.

1:34As Donald Trump's disastrous and unlawful war, filled with war crimes, continues to escalate in

1:42Iran. Donald Trump is now blowing up bridges in Iran, what you're observing right there,

1:48and for those on audio, what I'm showing on the screen right now.

1:51It's the B1 bridge on the Karaj Northern Bypass in western Tehran, one of the

1:59biggest bridges that exists in Iran, the biggest bridge, as Donald Trump says.

2:06And Trump brags about his war crime.

2:08Donald Trump posted on social media, the biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down, never

2:15to be used again. Much more to follow.

2:19It is time for Iran to make a deal before it is too late, and

2:23there is nothing left, and there is nothing left of what still could become a

2:29great country. Donald J. Trump, and again, what he's saying in those posts, I mean,

2:37that's a war crime. Blowing up a bridge like this, civilian infrastructure, it is a

2:44per se war crime, and it really sickens me to see him posting on social

2:49media that he took down the biggest bridge and he's going to be attacking more

2:54bridges. And the response from Iran is as follows.

3:00You have their foreign minister, Aragchi.

3:03He posts, striking civilian structures, including unfinished bridges, will not compel Iranians to surrender.

3:11It only conveys the defeat and moral collapse of an enemy in disarray.

3:18Every bridge and building will be built back stronger.

3:22We will never recover. What will never recover is damage to America's standing.

3:30That's what will never recover.

3:33You know, and when I, you know, read something like that, when I see something

3:37like that, you know, what pains me is, you know, in a war between the

3:42United States and Iran, when I'm seeing the Iranian foreign minister say that.

3:47And I try to get everything, as you know, from watching this, from multiple perspectives.

3:53I mean, what the Iranian foreign minister is saying there is like objectively correct.

3:59Like it does not show strength that you're blowing up civilian bridges.

4:04That's a war crime. That shows weakness, if anything.

4:08Donald Trump told Time magazine regarding Iran, why wouldn't they call?

4:16We just blew up their three big bridges last night.

4:20And he also said, this is what Trump says, they say Trump is not negotiating

4:26with Iran. I mean, it's sort of an easy negotiation.

4:32And again, just talking about himself.

4:35They say Trump is not negotiating.

4:37Oh, Trump is negotiating. No, you're not.

4:39No, you're not. I mean, you're engaged in these war crimes.

4:43It's pathetic. Donald Trump's chief of staff, Susie Wiles, expressing concern that Trump's aides are

4:50giving him a, quote, rose -colored view of how the war was being perceived domestically,

4:57telling Trump what he wanted to hear and urged them to be more forthright with

5:03the boss about the political and economic risks.

5:07Also the military risks. You know, they're going on and pretending.

5:11They're going on and pretending.

5:11like we're winning this war and we're not.

5:14We objectively are not because objectively, the objectives that were set out were regime change,

5:27making sure Iran's ballistic missile capabilities were completely destroyed, and then ensuring that Iran can't

5:36rebuild any nuclear weapons, which they never built in the first place, but to stop

5:42them from enriching uranium to build weapons -grade material for nuclear weapons, which back in

5:50June, the Trump regime claimed they had totally obliterated all of these facilities and that

5:56Iran was not capable of rebuilding any of its nuclear facilities.

6:01Totally obliterated, read the headlines.

6:03So those were the objectives, right?

6:06And now the objective shifted apparently just to, can we reopen the Strait of Hormuz,

6:14that that's the objective. And now Iran firmly controls the Strait of Hormuz with Oman.

6:24Remember, the Oman foreign minister was working as the mediator handpicked by the United States

6:30to try to negotiate a deal back in late February before the U .S.

6:35and Israel launched an invasion of Iran.

6:37Remember, end of February, the Oman foreign minister said, we reached a deal in principle

6:43and Iran has agreed to a nuclear deal that was far stronger than even what

6:50Obama negotiated with far more oversight and that this was a crowning achievement, the Oman

6:57foreign minister said. And the United States selected that Oman foreign minister.

7:01What the Oman foreign minister said is on Monday, that happened on a Friday, remember?

7:06On Monday, we have to just go to the IAEA, the Atomic Energy Organization, for

7:14some technical details about how inspections would be done.

7:18But generally, a deal was reached.

7:20And then that night, Trump and Netanyahu invaded Iran.

7:24Well, now Oman and Iran, Iran brought Oman in.

7:30They control the Strait of Hormuz.

7:32Iran says that the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed long term for both the

7:38U .S. and Israel. Same time, U .S.

7:41oil prices have officially marked their highest close since June of 2022.

7:46The nationwide average price of a gallon of gasoline has reached $4 .08.

7:53We saw the WTI crude and Brent crude both increasing dramatically.

8:03You know, what else is Donald Trump posting while all of this is taking place?

8:08Photos of Davy Crockett, weird behavior.

8:13It goes, Davy Crockett, obviously a distant relative of Jasmine Crockett and a very high

8:19IQ frontiersman, would be proud of the legacy that began long ago, and especially Jasmine's

8:26great success as a politician from the great state of Texas, Donald J.

8:31Trump. I mean, again, it's just really weird behavior.

8:37Also, I'll show some of the clips from Donald Trump's, and it was probably the

8:43worst national address in the history of the United States that took place.

8:48But one of Donald Trump's lines was, we're going to, what, blow up Iran back

8:53to the Stone Age, or we're going to send them back to the Stone Age.

8:56First off, I think I said this on my other Ben on Breaking News Live

9:01that I did on Tuesday, I said, Donald Trump sounds like the corny bad guy

9:08cartoon character in the shows I used to watch growing up.

9:12Like, if you gave me a script of the bad guy in a movie, and

9:19I saw the things that Donald Trump said, I'd say, ah, that's so corny and

9:23so hyperbolic. Like, real bad guys don't actually talk.

9:29I'm going to blow you back to the Stone Age.

9:32And again, making no distinction either between the Islamic Republic and the Revolutionary Guard Corps

9:40and the people of Iran.

9:42I mean, Donald Trump, Hegseth, and the Trump regime comments about decimating Iran.

9:49It's focused on the Iranian people, the whole country.

9:54And the Iranian people, of course, have a cultural heritage that dates back over a

10:01thousand years. And Iran has repeated that over and over again, that we actually have

10:08a proud history. You think that we're afraid of a country that's been around for

10:12250 years? We're not going to be broken.

10:15And Iran's, whether you want to say it's Iran's propaganda, their messaging is directed with

10:22a purpose. I want us to understand the tactics because in war, there's asymmetrical warfare

10:28that Iran is deploying right now with its Shahi drones, FPV drones, and ballistic missiles,

10:35right? They have a strategy there.

10:36And they have a communication strategy.

10:39that is systematic and is systemic, and it is purposefully driven, and it is planned.

10:47They have a plan, and Donald Trump seems every day to just be kind of

10:54winging this thing and saying deranged, contradictory things that's causing a lot of problems and

11:03is resulting in a catastrophic situation becoming even worse, and you can see why with

11:09Donald Trump's pathological defects, why he's bankrupted so many entities and why so many of

11:16his companies fail to the point of bankruptcy and utter destruction because he's like the

11:23gambler in the casino who won't leave until they lose everything, and he keeps doubling

11:29down, doubling down, doubling down on stupid, dumb, and evil, and it's having really bad

11:36results, really bad outcomes, right?

11:39I mean, the foreign minister of Iran, in response to the Stone Age comment made

11:46by Donald Trump, he writes, there's one striking difference between the present and the Stone

11:51Age. There was no oil or gas being pumped in the Middle East back then,

11:56and POTUS and Americans who put him in office, our POTUS and Americans who put

12:03him in office sure that they want to turn back the clock.

12:08Those are the messages that they're saying here.

12:10I mean, it's interesting. I saw, I think it was Dana Perino, one of the

12:16Fox propagandists. She used to be, I think, the press secretary for George W.

12:21Bush. Remember, she's the lady who Donald Trump was sexually harassing.

12:27In my opinion, that's what it was.

12:28You can call it whatever you think it is.

12:30But when Donald Trump, she was asking him serious questions, and Donald Trump's like, remember

12:34when we had lunch so long ago?

12:36And again, I'm just giving you my opinion.

12:38You can disagree with that opinion if that's that or something else.

12:41You know, because she was asking a very serious question.

12:44He's like, you're so beautiful.

12:45You're so attractive. You know, you're a good looking lady.

12:49You never even changed. And can you, you remember when we had lunch back in,

12:52you know, back in the day, you're just as beautiful now as you were then,

12:55you know, on TV. I mean, I think it was, you know, intended to embarrass

13:01her, in my opinion, giving opinion speech protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution.

13:05I'll just flag all of that for you right there.

13:08You know, she was saying about Donald Trump's disastrous speech last night.

13:13She goes, you know, the problem, but before it took place, I did a video

13:16on this too earlier. She goes, the problem is, is that because of the repression

13:21of the Iranian regime, the Islamic Republic, the people of Iran are not going to

13:26get to see that speech.

13:27They're not going to get to see Donald Trump's words because of the media blackouts

13:32and the control that Iran has over the media ecosystem there.

13:38I mean, ironically, our media here in the United States is controlled mostly now by

13:42right -wing oligarchs. She's saying it from state regime propaganda media in the United States,

13:49which calls itself Fox News, but she's also just factually wrong.

13:54The people, the leadership in Iran love showing their people what Donald Trump is saying.

13:59Donald Trump is cutting the highlight reel of the greatest hits that they can show

14:05their people to rally support against the United States and keep people there motivated to

14:13never surrender and to fight back.

14:14I mean, Trump is literally giving them ammunition.

14:18I say literally because he is giving them ammunition.

14:22Think about it. He's quite literally giving them ammunition.

14:25He's removed the oil sanctions from Iran, allowing them to make $14 billion, right?

14:35Trump and MAGA, they always attacked Obama and they lied about it.

14:38They're like, you gave them $1 .4 billion in cash packed on a plane.

14:42There was never cash packed on a plane, but whatever.

14:44I'll assume for the sake of argument you did.

14:46You just gave Iran in a short term, a $14 billion influx based on removing

14:53sanctions on their oil. They now control the Strait of Hormuz where they can charge

14:59$2 to $3 per gallon of oil, $2, $3, $4 million toll.

15:06They use that to literally buy ammunition.

15:09That's why I said you've literally given them ammunition.

15:11For they can build more drones, more ballistic missiles, more Shahids to attack the United

15:18States and their Arab nation neighbors who have American military interest in them.

15:24Donald Trump's removed the sanctions against Russian oil, Russian vessels.

15:29Trump's attacking NATO, right? Which also allows Russia to continue to invade Ukraine and fuel

15:36Russia's war against Ukraine while also allowing Russia to manufacture military supplies, Shahid drones, FPV

15:46drones to then give usually via the Caspian Sea to Iran.

15:51So you're giving them ammunition there.

15:52You're also quite literally giving them ammunition in the form of these posts where they

15:57can repost them and tell their people, look what he's saying.

16:01Look what he's saying. So when Donald Trump posts, the biggest bridge in Iran comes

16:05tumbling down. Never. to be used again, much more to follow.

16:10The Iranian social media accounts say the following, Trump directly admits to targeting civilian positions,

16:18international organizations, governments. Hasn't the time come to act against this brutality?

16:27One of the things I note as well is that the Trump regime has been

16:32using this guy a lot, Barack Ravid, this Axios reporter, to try to funnel lots

16:38of the propaganda goes through Axios.

16:40And this guy, Barack Ravid, who's almost always wrong about everything, he's the guy who

16:45will be like, Donald Trump says ceasefire is happening.

16:48Donald Trump says this is happening.

16:50Donald Trump says this is happening.

16:52He kind of reminds me when I used to be a litigator and I would

16:56handle sports cases, there were always those sports reporters who would like for each league,

17:04they'd be like the insider, right?

17:06There was like an NBA insider and the NFL insider, well, like Schechter and Sham

17:12and all these, but I'm not making a one -to -one comparison.

17:15But you know, like the team or the agent would call them, hey, post this,

17:20and they would post it, you know, whatever.

17:21And then they did some good reporting too.

17:23So I'm not, I, in the sports realm, there's a lane for that, right?

17:30But when we're talking about matters of war and peace, life or death, you know,

17:35anyone in the Trump White House calls this guy Barack Ravid and he publishes it.

17:39And then he uses, you know, the masthead of Axios as a way to, you

17:45know, be like, look, Axios is reporting it, but it's the same guy.

17:49So Barack Ravid two hours ago wrote, a U .S.

17:54official tells me the bridge was attacked because it was used by the Iranian armed

17:58forces to try to secretly move missiles and missile parts from Tehran to launch sites

18:03in Western Iran and for giving logistical support for Iranian military in Tehran.

18:09To which Murtaza Hussein goes, this is obviously a lie since it was not even

18:13operational yet. The U .S.

18:15president also said he bombed it because it was the biggest bridge in the country.

18:20Like Barack Ravid will write that, but then it's like Donald Trump posted, it's the

18:24biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down.

18:26I'm going to come after your other bridges.

18:28So you see how like others in the Trump regime then tried to sanitize the

18:32war crimes that Donald Trump admits to through our propaganda media in the United States.

18:38And so what I've been trying to do here at the Midas Touch Network in

18:43all of this reporting is to, I'm showing you what Trump is posting, right?

18:49And then I'm showing you what the Iranian foreign ministers, and then I'm looking to

18:54see what's actually happening in the region, right?

18:57So if we were dominating and decimating the war, we would control the Strait of

19:01Hormuz. Iran would not be successfully retaliating by hitting the Amazon facility in Bahrain or

19:12infrastructure in Qatar or infrastructure in the UAE, or they would not be able to

19:19continue to send missiles into Tel Aviv, right?

19:22If they were decimated, we wouldn't see those things happening.

19:26If they had no more leadership, we wouldn't see social media posts from their leadership.

19:32I mean, you can literally see the gatherings of their parliament, you know, meeting and

19:35deliberating on laws. I mean, how much deliberation, you know, who the hell knows?

19:40But, you know, they passed the Strait of Hormuz law that gives Iran, that declares

19:46Iran has sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.

19:49And by the way, what Trump was saying in his speech last night, we all

19:53heard his speech. He said, you know, that's for France to deal with.

19:57That's for other countries to deal with.

19:59That's for everyone else to deal with.

20:02They can deal with the Strait of Hormuz.

20:05We're going to leave. We don't need oil.

20:08We have so much gas.

20:10We have so much gas here in the United States.

20:13And it's like, what do you?

20:14And then Donald Trump also said, there's no inflation.

20:17Inflation's good. We're all good.

20:19And it's like, what do you mean we have so much gas here?

20:22What are you even talking about?

20:24And it also doesn't understand the different types of gas, like the difference between liquefied

20:31natural gas, crude oil, right?

20:34He has no clue of the distinctions.

20:37WTI versus Brent. And frankly, I'd be totally honest with you.

20:43I don't want to know the difference, right?

20:46There was once, right? Once upon a time, I want to know it now because

20:50I report on it. But once upon a time, I didn't have to know the

20:54difference between Brent crude, WTI crude, liquefied natural gas, the components that are extracted to

21:06help make helium and fertilizers.

21:09Like you think I wanted to delve?

21:10I have to because we all have to be very knowledgeable on these areas because

21:15of the lies and disinformation that's out there.

21:18So we have to apply, you know, like when I was a lawyer and I

21:22would jump into it. I'm still a lawyer.

21:24When I was a litigator, I would have to become experts in areas that I

21:27very quickly, especially if there was a trial coming up, I'd often get hired to

21:32what we called parachuting into a trial.

21:34So we would parachute into a trial and, you know, I'd have to make compelling

21:39cases and explain it to jurors in ways they understand it very quickly and I'd

21:44have to become an expert in topics.

21:45There's some areas, you know, in the way government functions that we took for granted

21:51that it required competent people and smart people and things where you didn't have to

21:55think about these things. Right now, I'm constantly studying the two -year, the 10 -year,

22:00the 20 and 30 -year treasury yields and whether they're going up and how that

22:05impacts mortgages. And I think it's helpful for me to explain all of these things

22:08as I do on these videos, but Donald Trump doesn't know any of these things.

22:14It's clear to me as I learned him, he does not know anything.

22:18We all know the most basic rudimentary understanding of international crude oil markets.

22:25If we didn't need the Strait of Hormuz, then why is it that oil prices

22:32are going up? Why is it that the WTI crude is going up even higher

22:39than the Brent crude if we, the United States, are not impacted by what happens

22:45in the Strait of Hormuz?

22:46We clearly are impacted. That's why gas prices are going up.

22:50So if you think that the United States can exist by supplying itself with crude

22:59drilled in the United States, then you don't understand the way crude oil is drilled

23:07and processed and refined and before it's turned into the gas at the pump.

23:13And instead, what we get here is state regime Fox propaganda.

23:22We had Lara Trump on today, and Lara Trump was split screen next to the

23:28bridges that I talked about being blown up.

23:32And she's like, this is so great.

23:34Other presidents never had the courage to do that.

23:37Other presidents didn't do this, Lara, because this is a war crime.

23:41You don't target civilian bridges.

23:44It's not what you do.

23:46The whole war is unlawful.

23:48But then you brag about targeting civilian bridges.

23:51And again, you know, I mean, Trump's such a fraud in everything he does, in

23:56my opinion. You know, but he's able to convince certain people.

24:02And I think that ability is fading by the day.

24:04But he's able to convince certain people that this is smart and this is how

24:10billionaires behave and this is what rich people do and this is what strength is.

24:13It's always been the opposite.

24:15I mean, the Iranian foreign minister is right in saying that actually shows desperation.

24:24That shows weakness. It shows that you're flailing and your plan is to just blow

24:30up bridges. And just think about that.

24:33All that's going to do is force this war to continue on and on and

24:36on. I saw one person who's the main kind of oil analyst for Keplar, K

24:44-E -P -L -A -R, in the Middle East.

24:47And what she was saying was, right now, the earliest that we can potentially even

24:55think about oil shipments returning to some pre -war.

25:00The earliest is at the end of May.

25:03And my own view is that's incredibly optimistic.

25:06And to me, it's just like COVID all over again.

25:08Right? Remember COVID? If you track 2020, you all remember COVID.

25:14If we track 2020 with 2026, start times were right around the same, right?

25:21February, February -ish. Right? You think about, what is it, Tom Hanks, the basketball player,

25:29right? Those early signs in February.

25:32March, it starts picking up, obviously.

25:35Donald Trump says, like a miracle, it's all going away.

25:39We're going to bend the curve by Easter.

25:41Right? We're heading into Easter weekend again.

25:43We're going to bend the curve by Easter.

25:46It's getting better. We've won.

25:49We've defeated it. No one said it could be done.

25:51You remember he said all of that stuff?

25:53It's the same stuff. But now, the other side is speaking.

25:59And they're saying, we're not going away.

26:01Here's our plan. In Iran, Donald Trump and Fox and right -wing propaganda, they've, in

26:09a very racist way, I think, they framed, or ethnocentric, whatever the right term is,

26:16they framed Iran as though these are just a bunch of, like, lunatics in caves

26:22yelling, like, Allah Akbar over and over again.

26:26And they don't know what the hell is going on.

26:29And these are not smart people.

26:30Like, you're very wrong about that.

26:33You know, but that's the stereotype that I think they try to convey to people.

26:40You know, and if you've learned any basic military history or military tactics, whether you've

26:47read Sun Tzu's Art of the War or whoever, you have to know your enemy

26:51or just understand the other side, if you believe they're your enemy.

26:55But you have to understand the dynamics taking place there.

26:59And when you understand the culture...

27:02subtleties, the dynamics of Iran, who the former Ayatollah was in terms of his meaning

27:09to the Shiite community, the idea of martyrdom within the Shiite population, the sophisticated engineering

27:21historically and presently of Iran, Tehran University, and even with a very repressive Islamic Republic

27:32regime, first -rate engineering capabilities.

27:37That's why Russia and Iran partnered when Russia needed help churning out drones and churning

27:45out missiles, the Shahids and FPVs, in Russia's invasion of Iran, in Russia's invasion of

27:54Ukraine. And the Russia -Iranian relationship is so obvious right now.

28:01And Donald Trump either is so ignorant or just so woefully defective or just so

28:08utterly unlearned and evil, probably a combination of all of it, that he acts like,

28:15he's like, what was it the other day?

28:17What are they going to shoot us with, BB guns?

28:20BB guns? No, no, no.

28:22That's a disqualifying statement. No, they're going to shoot the bases with the Shahi drones

28:28and FPV drones and ballistic missiles that they still have, not BB guns.

28:33You know, what are you talking about with that, right?

28:36Like, there are so many words that he uses that are so utterly disqualifying.

28:42I saw, I forget which reporter, I mean, we know Donald Trump's polling is record

28:47lows, right? I mean, CNN poll, his approval is at like 35%, UMass, Amherst.

28:53YouGov poll has them at what, 33%.

28:56His net negatives are like record highs, like way worse than even like Biden at

29:03Biden's worst. I mean, historically low.

29:06But I saw a reporter basically say, you know, it's interesting to watch the percentage

29:12drop of Trump and they try to compare it to Biden.

29:16And they were like, well, after Biden removed the troops from the Afghan military base

29:23and, you know, soldiers, American soldiers were killed at that Afghan military base.

29:29You know, it's like Donald Trump's war in Iran has done the same thing to

29:34Trump as Biden getting out of Afghanistan did to Biden's poll numbers.

29:38First off, Trump's polling is worse than that.

29:41So just, set that aside.

29:42But the broader point to make is that every day in this war, Donald Trump

29:50to me is doing about 10 things that are like the withdrawal from, that have

29:57a bad outcome, let's just say.

29:58I actually think, let me be clear, the withdrawal from Afghanistan was the right decision.

30:05Obviously, a horrific terrorist attack took place.

30:09Donald Trump was actually the cause of the fact that the Taliban had their 5

30:18,000 prisoners released. Remember, that was a Donald Trump -Pompeo deal.

30:22I want to remind everybody about that as well, that the thing that they blamed

30:27Biden for was a Trump thing.

30:29You know, now granted there was a, you know, terrorist attack that took place under

30:34the Biden administration. Biden always took accountability for what happened, even though Biden left and

30:42didn't get us into wars, yet alone never -ending wars in the middle.

30:47He removed it. But all of that was Trump doing a deal with the Taliban.

30:51Remember, Trump invited, people sometimes are shocked when I remind them of this.

30:56Trump invited the Taliban to Camp David on 9 -11 to have like a feast.

31:07On 9 -11, he invited the Taliban leaders to hang out at Camp David.

31:12Just think about that right there, right?

31:17And then, you know, but the broader point I'm going to make, and maybe it's

31:20not a good comparison to Biden and Afghanistan.

31:22But the point is, every day, Trump does 10 things that are far worse, that

31:29are far worse. To me, every day, at a minimum, he does 10 things that

31:35are impeachable, that are criminal.

31:37Again, I'm just giving you my opinion protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution.

31:41You can share my opinions or disagree.

31:4310 things that are impeachable, in my opinion, 10 things that are criminal and impeachable,

31:48and 10 things that would require the 25th Amendment to be invoked every single day,

31:56probably way more than that, every single damn day.

32:01You know, and we saw that yesterday.

32:04We're seeing it today. We're going to see it tomorrow.

32:08And he is incapable of thinking strategically, of developing plans.

32:16All he knows is, in my opinion, fraud, and then cover up for the fraud,

32:21and turning bad decisions into worse decisions, into catastrophic decisions, into bankruptcies.

32:27And I fear that that's...

32:30exactly where the global economy in the United States is being pushed into.

32:37Now, I want to talk about, of course, how other countries are responding, whether it's

32:41France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, not even allowing the U .S.

32:48to use airspace or military bases.

32:50We heard Keir Starmer, prime minister of UK, give a speech addressed to the nation,

32:56addressed to the UK, saying we will not be dragged into this war or be

33:00bullied by Donald Trump, right?

33:01Powerful speech he gave, I thought.

33:04You know, I think there are domestic things that he's struggling with on international affairs.

33:09I think he's been too cozy with Trump publicly.

33:12He's been great on Ukraine.

33:14I understand the special relationship between the UK and the U .S.

33:18I get it as an American.

33:20I think he's been a little bit too cozy with Trump publicly, although I understand

33:27there's a lot intertwined that if that fully ruptures, what happens?

33:33So I'm sympathetic at least to understanding that, but he's been strong on Ukraine, you

33:40know, in my view. We saw Anthony Albanese in Australia address the nation.

33:46We're seeing a lot of countries, Austria no longer allowing U .S.

33:51to use airspace. Lots of people are starting to assert themselves as Trump attacks NATO.

33:58That's been a theme throughout Donald Trump's life.

34:01Always attack NATO, attack NATO.

34:03And now saying because NATO didn't help invade, engage in an unlawful war that, you

34:09know, NATO, America should pull out from NATO after the war.

34:14But Trump's going to keep dragging this thing on and on and on and on.

34:16He doesn't know how to get out.

34:18He's lost all of his allies, all of America's allies.

34:25I don't know if America is a superpower right now.

34:27I mean, I think the superpower is its cruelty, but it is a bloviating fraud

34:40at this point, a fugazi.

34:42Yes, it has these resources.

34:44Yes, we have the biggest military.

34:46Yes, we have these things.

34:47But in the hands of a maniac, what use is it in the hands of

34:51a maniac other than to inflict cruel and unusual war crimes and punishment on the

34:55rest of the world? I'll show that quick clip right here of Lara Trump that

35:00I was talking about just because I don't want to lose that train of thought.

35:03But this is what they're doing on propaganda media today.

35:05Let's just play it. Because you want to talk about what the United States of

35:08America can do? Take a look at this video.

35:11Take a look at all the videos he's posted of the bombs dropping, of the

35:14explosions, of us targeting something the size of basically a fingernail, our United States military.

35:20It is really impressive. It has so much more gravity to it when you see

35:25it like this. And I just think it's so impressive because, again, we have never

35:29seen something like this happen.

35:30We've never had a president like this willing to do this sort of thing.

35:34And hopefully it's all for the best, you know, for the entire world, the best

35:38for our people, the best for the rest of the world.

35:40And just to go back to what you guys were talking about with the allies,

35:43this president has talked about how disappointed he is with his with the NATO allies.

35:48He also talked last night about the fact that the people who rely on the

35:52Strait of Hormuz to get their oil need to step up.

35:55Now's the time. They need it.

35:56We don't need it here in the United States of America.

35:59They're going to have to step up and do something about it.

36:01I thought his speech last night was really powerful.

36:04And I think that he sent a message then.

36:05He's sending a message now with this video as well.

36:09I mean, again, if you're Iran, if you're any country in the world and you

36:14watch that, the president's daughter -in -law is going on TV to threaten NATO and

36:28to say that look at the precision with which we bomb bridges.

36:33You know who bombs bridges?

36:37Terrorists bomb bridges. War criminals bomb bridges like that.

36:43Civilian bridges and then boast about it?

36:47It's what terrorists do. It's what war criminals do.

36:51Bombing bridges like that that are used for civilian purposes in that way.

36:58And then bragging and boasting about bombing the bridge.

37:05What are we doing? And we have Lara Trump out there attacking NATO.

37:10You better get your act together.

37:11Who are you? Who are these people?

37:16You know, do we have the quote, Jeremy, from French President Emmanuel Macron?

37:20There were a few snapshots that I took today of just some of the things

37:24that he said. He goes, we must be serious.

37:28And when we are serious, we do not say the opposite of what we said

37:33the day before. Perhaps we should not speak every day.

37:38We should simply calm things down and build a lasting peace.

37:44What else did he say?

37:46Six months ago, we were told everything had been destroyed and settled.

37:50Clearly, that was not the case.

37:52Without international inspectors verifying materials, research and hidden sites.

37:57simply not serious. And this is a common theme, not serious.

38:03He goes, opening the Strait of Hormuz by force, it's not the option we have

38:08chosen because it's unrealistic. A military operation to reopen it would take an infinite amount

38:14of time and expose forces to immense coastal and ballistic risks.

38:20From the beginning, we have said it must be reopened, but only in coordination with

38:24Iran. The world cannot live with a Strait that can be opened or closed overnight.

38:31Let's be serious. That's one of the main messages since Midas Touch was created.

38:37Let's act like adults. Let's act like grownups.

38:41And I know lots of people are like, oh, well, you hate Trump.

38:44You're a far leftist. Let's just be grownups and adults.

38:48I was not a political person in the past.

38:51I was a litigator. I represented Democrats, Republicans.

38:54I went into trial, whatever.

38:56I was just a lawyer.

38:57My own personal views were always privately very progressive, always privately very aligned with helping

39:08marginalized communities and stopping bullies.

39:12That's where I was personally.

39:13Professionally, I wasn't like a politician person.

39:16I just wanted to help people.

39:19But I tried to approach my work with a level of seriousness.

39:23And so when I see this behavior, it's clown stuff.

39:27It's clown stuff. And so when we come back, I want to talk about Pam

39:36staff, the top army, one of the top army people, army chief of staff, Randy

39:40George. That's always a sign that the war is going well.

44:56We're fighting wars. We can't do Medicaid.

44:59We can't do Medicare. We can't do daycare.

45:04Now look, for those who haven't seen this, you probably have seen it by now.

45:08But you probably think when I give you that setup, come on.

45:12He couldn't have actually said those.

45:15How could he have actually said those words?

45:18I mean, like, do you remember back in the day when it would be kind

45:21of disqualifying when a politician couldn't spell potato?

45:25Like with Dan Quayle, remember it was over.

45:27The guy spelled potato the wrong way.

45:30When you've got Donald Trump from the White House as a war escalates in Iran,

45:38spiraling out of control. And Donald Trump says, we can't take care of daycare.

45:46We're too big. Our money needs to go to the wars.

45:50To the war. Their whole thing was that they were, the whole thing they ran

45:54on was no more wars.

45:55We're going to make things affordable.

45:57That was the lie. That was the fraud.

45:59Here's what he said yesterday at the White House.

46:01Let's play. Because the United States can't take care of daycare.

46:07That has to be up to a state.

46:09We can't take care of daycare.

46:10We're a big country. We have 50 states.

46:13We have all these other people.

46:14We're fighting wars. We can't take care of daycare.

46:17You got to let a state take care of daycare and they should pay for

46:20it, too. They should pay.

46:22They have to raise their taxes, but they should pay for it.

46:25And we could lower our taxes a little bit to them to make up.

46:28But we, it's not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all

46:34these individual things. They can do it on a state basis.

46:37You can't do it on a federal.

46:39We have to take care of one thing, military protection.

46:43We have one thing that we focus on, military protection.

46:47You know, one of the ironic things, if you want to use the word irony,

46:50is that one of the ways that the Trump regime, whether it's Rubio or Hegseth

46:56or others, have attacked Iran.

46:58We're like, can you imagine this?

47:00In Iran, they spend all of their money on weapons and the people don't get

47:06anything at all. All the money is taken away for weapons and war.

47:10Everything with this regime, with this Trump regime, is projection and confession.

47:17And we now know that Trump has proposed a 2027 budget where there will be

47:23$1 .5 trillion in military spending.

47:27Remember when they were talking about $1 trillion?

47:30And that was going to be a crazy number.

47:32Now they're at $1 .5 trillion while cutting domestic programs to support it.

47:39You know, and every time everyone's like, oh, we don't have enough money for the

47:43Obamacare subsidies. We don't have enough money for this.

47:46We don't have enough. Yes, you do.

47:47You want me to do it really simple for you?

47:50You take that $1 .5 trillion military budget and you bring it to, how about

47:57this number, everybody? $450 billion a year.

48:02You go from $1 .5 trillion, let's go to $450 billion a year.

48:07In my opinion, probably still too high.

48:10It would still be leading the world by significant amounts.

48:15$450 billion, especially with modern day warfare, where it's basically drones, drone interceptors, you know,

48:23a lot of that. You know, we're seeing what's happening with conventional army forces against

48:29drone armies. Say $450 billion there.

48:33Look, voila, I've just saved us $550 billion, right?

48:38You know, that $200 billion supplemental that they found.

48:41Okay, well, let's add that.

48:43I just found us basically close to $800 billion right there.

48:48What else? What else? Okay.

48:49Now we'll tax the rich a little bit more, just a little bit more, you

48:52know. Now. so I'm not going to...

48:54We don't have to go super high right away, but let's just tax the rich

48:59what? How about this? 2%, 1 .5%.

49:04Let's start 1 % to 1 .5 % more.

49:09How much money do you think I bring in with that?

49:11Probably in the trillions, but who knows?

49:14I don't have the number.

49:15I'm not going to pretend I know.

49:16Let's just say for the sake of round numbers that I just found us another

49:23$500 billion by putting another 1 .5 trillion.

49:28By the way, I believe in the idea of a wealth tax, but if you

49:33say, hey, Ben, that's complicated and well, how do we deal with unrealized capital gains

49:40and do we tax future stuff?

49:43Just tax income. Actual income, 1%, 1 .5 % more.

49:48Okay. I've just made us somewhere in the realm of 1 .5 trillion to $2

49:55trillion. I found you the money right there.

49:58I found you the money right there.

49:59Lots of money. Lots of money to help lots of programs.

50:02Now, you can say, well, then, Ben, so you're just going to give $2 trillion

50:08to the federal government? Do you trust these bureaucrats with all of it?

50:13I would say, what if rather than doge firing everybody and engaging in this reckless

50:19whatever, what if you really, though, did look for efficiencies and we use technology to

50:25actually find ways to make government more efficient, not in the cruel and unusual ways

50:31that the Trump regime did it, but we try to figure it out.

50:34Okay. Does it make sense in 2026 to have this division over here and this

50:39department over here and this over there?

50:41Can they be consolidated? Oh, oh, I, I found two, I, oh, I abolished ICE

50:46and I abolished, uh, border patrol.

50:49Um, I still think there needs, let me be clear.

50:53Let me be clear. I still think there needs to be a strong border, right?

50:57I think there needs to be a strong border.

51:00Um, I think that there's a role at the border for some people to deal

51:05with border. I think there should be a pathway to citizenship for people who pay

51:10taxes and who participate in our economy and are helpful.

51:13I agree. Criminals need to go and bad people need to go for sure, be

51:18prosecuted or go. I, I, I, I 100 % agree there.

51:22I don't, to me, ICE and border patrol aren't doing that function.

51:25So I would create something else.

51:27So maybe that other entity gets a $50 billion or a hundred billion.

51:31I don't know. I still found us close to $2 trillion.

51:36And I think with that money, we could fund healthcare for all.

51:41I think we can build housing and I think we could, yeah, I think, I

51:46mean, China spends 250 to $300 billion per year on their military.

51:51So we'd still be leading in my plan.

51:53We'd still be number one, America, number one, right?

51:56And my plan, I think it's reasonable.

51:59I think it recognizes lots of dynamics and it puts the money back with the

52:03people. Problem solved. This isn't actually a complicated problem.

52:11It's just people creating the complications so that you get screwed.

52:18That's anyway, that would be my, I'm not running for anything though.

52:22So use my playbook, don't use my playbook, whatever.

52:25But that's what I would do.

52:27What else did Donald Trump say?

52:29Oh, his ballroom. He talked about his ballroom yesterday.

52:32It was big. I can't get my ballroom approved.

52:35Remember, Judge Leon, federal judge blocked them.

52:37I told you that the judge was going to block the ballroom.

52:39I was almost wrong though.

52:41Remember when the judge denied the preliminary injunction twice and y 'all gave me a

52:45bunch of shit for that, huh?

52:47We're like, you were wrong.

52:48You told us the ballroom was going to be blocked.

52:50Your legal analysis. They didn't fully utilize the legal analysis in their preliminary injunction.

52:58So they actually filed an amended complaint and that's what was granted.

53:02But here's Donald Trump whining about the ballroom.

53:42I don't care if he doesn't make any difference to me.

53:46I'm voting against him because they want to show their independence.

54:02He says, he says that the United States, Mexico, Canada agreement's a stupid deal.

54:09You did it. You did the USMCA.

54:11You did the trade deal with Japan.

54:21Attorney General Pam Bondi was fired.

54:23I did a whole hot take on it, so I don't think I need to

54:27totally repeat everything, but here's what she posted most recently.

54:32Spent today partnering, this is a post that she made moments ago, that she spent

54:35today partnering with local sheriffs in the NFL Hall of Fame to promote the National

54:40Child ID Kit Program. She's acting like she didn't get fired.

54:45Here's what, I'm okay. Everything's all right.

54:48We think that Kash Patel's probably going to get fired soon as well.

54:53Democrats are making clear, though, with Pam Bondi, okay, just because you got fired, though,

54:57doesn't mean we're not subpoenaing you still.

55:00You're going to show up at your deposition, and arguably, if she's not the Attorney

55:07General anymore, she certainly even has less excuses now to try to avoid showing up.

55:13I mean, she's a civilian.

55:15Civilian, civilian, subpoena. You got to show up, Pam.

55:20You got to show up.

55:21April 14th. Yeah, Donald Trump posted that the Acting Attorney General will be Todd Blanche

55:27right now. We love Pam.

55:30She'll be transitioning to a much -needed and important new job in the private sector.

55:36Daily Mail reported that Pam Bondi begged, begged Trump not to fire her during dramatic

55:43White House showdown as insiders reveal his final straw.

55:48And Daily Mail claims the final straw is that, I guess people were saying that,

55:55Bondi tipped off Eric Swalwell about the FBI's efforts to release investigative documents regarding his

56:04relationship with Christine Fang. I don't know, that doesn't, to me, it seems like it

56:08was the, it's her botching the Epstein file cover -up.

56:12How'd you screw up that cover -up?

56:14By the way, did you want, at 5 .30 a .m.

56:16Pacific time, I did a video saying that she was going to get fired today.

56:19Granted, the New York Times reported it first.

56:23But we went, you know, we went all in on the reporting and saying, it

56:28definitely seems that given all of the information out there right now, how livid Donald

56:34Trump is that the House Democrats in the Oversight Committee just keep on pushing forward,

56:41pushing forward. Bondi was not able to wiggle out of the deposition from April 14th.

56:47Remember two weeks ago, I reported how she tried to voluntarily show up on 24

56:53hours notice in front of the House Oversight Committee.

56:56And everybody was like, or the Democrats were like, we're not, we're not sitting here.

57:00So you can use this as an excuse to avoid a subpoena.

57:03No, you're going to show up for your subpoena deposition.

57:09You know, I'm sure Donald Trump's going to have to pardon her and issue a

57:13pardon. It'll be interesting to see, honestly, if any states move to criminally prosecute her

57:18right, like right now, if there's any state criminal prosecutions or state criminal investigations into

57:25her behavior. I mean, she's now a civilian.

57:29Donald Trump can't pardon her for state crimes.

57:32So I'd be interested to see if that happens.

57:38What else on that? Pablo Manriquez says, someone needs to find Jamie Raskin so he

57:45can say, who's the washed up loser lawyer now?

57:48Congress member Frost wrote, Pam Bondi still has to testify under oath in front of

57:54the House Oversight Committee regarding the Epstein files.

57:57This does not get her out of that bipartisan lawful subpoena.

58:01We will see her soon.

58:04Watch. She'll try to get out of that.

58:06I'll show you this. There was a last week, I did a video on this

58:10also before. James Comer, right, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, even he was basically

58:17saying, well, nobody agrees the Justice Department did a good job on the Epstein files.

58:21Here's what he said. Let's play this clip of James Comer if we've got it.

58:24Well, I think the Justice Department has botched this.

58:27I don't think anyone in America, Republican or, you know, avid Trump supporter would defend

58:33the way that this has been rolled out.

58:35Having said that, it's very complicated because of all the lawsuits.

58:41That's kind of what they go back to, right?

58:43Like, it's so complicated. Like, you can't understand this.

58:50And so everything's so complicated, so complicated.

58:53Like, let us figure it out for you, okay?

58:56Let Donald figure it out because it's so complicated.

58:58Don't you see that that's what they always do over and over again?

59:01So complicated, so complex. You wouldn't understand it.

59:04No, no. It's actually pretty easy.

59:07It's pretty easy, right? You want to give Americans universal health care and help people

59:14get housing and get people resources to make the entire country better, tax the rich

59:20a little bit more, remove $500 billion or now if it's $1 .5 trillion, remove

59:26$1 trillion from the military budget.

59:29So it's about $450 billion.

59:33Defund and abolish ICE. That gives us another two.

59:35It's actually fairly easy. I just solved the problem.

59:38I just solved the problem like that.

59:40The complicated part is that lots of people will be like, oh my God, can

59:46you believe that? Men are playing women's sports and, oh, my God, do you know

59:52of the sports and bathrooms and they're eating your cats and dogs.

59:59Ah, they're coming to get you.

1:00:04The complicated part is that they want to pit us against each other so we

1:00:09don't realize how simple the solutions are.

1:00:13Simple, but these sociopaths, these sickos, these Epstein class, these pieces of trash, these miserable

1:00:25people, these people who want to see us suffer because they're miserable so they want

1:00:34to bring us into their miserable worlds, they try to pit us against each other

1:00:39when actually the solution is very simple.

1:00:42I solve the issue. Everyone gets health care.

1:00:44Everyone gets free education. We're still a safe country.

1:00:49We have a strong border.

1:00:52We could focus actually on the criminals, not the people here who are helping.

1:00:58We're nice to each other.

1:01:00It's actually fairly simple solutions to a lot of these issues.

1:01:06When it comes to the Epstein files, just release the files.

1:01:09And you're going to release it, release the files.

1:01:10But Biden, Biden, Biden is not president anymore.

1:01:34older, whatever, you know, but did the things he said he was going to do.

1:01:39I mean, I remember when I interviewed Biden in the Roosevelt Room, I said, what

1:01:44do you want your legacy to be?

1:01:45Remember, I was the last person who interviewed Biden.

1:01:50By the way, that was before Midas Touch was all that big.

1:01:53I mean, we were growing.

1:01:55But, you know, 2025, I think, was our watershed year.

1:01:582026, you know, we are obviously, and I'm so humbled and honored, thanks to your

1:02:02support, that it's like the number one show across.

1:02:05More people watch this than anything else.

1:02:08Fox, whatever. But back in 2024, Biden gave his last interview to us, and lots

1:02:17of people were, like, mocking that, that he gave it to us.

1:02:19But I think he saw what the future of media was going to look like.

1:02:23That's what he said. He said, I saw what the future of media, that's why

1:02:25I'm doing this. But in any event, what he told me is, I said, well,

1:02:31what do you want people to remember you by?

1:02:34And he said, I want them to know that I kept my word, that no

1:02:41matter what I said what I was going to do, I did those things.

1:02:45I got inflation under control.

1:02:47By the time I was leaving, it was heading to 2%.

1:02:50I created more manufacturing jobs and more jobs than any other president.

1:02:54That's what I said I was going to do.

1:02:56I got us out of wars.

1:02:58That's what I said I was going to do.

1:02:59I handled the chaos that was left by Donald Trump with all the disinformation about

1:03:06COVID. I got it under control.

1:03:08I stabilized things. And, you know, for four years, it was barrage after barrage after

1:03:16barrage of attacks, attacks, attacks, attacks, attacks, attacks, attacks.

1:03:19And, you know, politically, he couldn't survive that.

1:03:23He said, I kept my word.

1:03:25And I think that's a good place for us to end here with, which is,

1:03:31you know, simple values, keeping your word, being honest, treating each other with respect.

1:03:39To me, this is why I've worked to create this network, was because somewhere in

1:03:50the gamification of our dystopian politics, that stuff isn't talked about.

1:03:55And that's the most important stuff out there is being a good human being with

1:04:02the short time that we have here on Earth and being stewards of this valuable

1:04:07and precious time that we were granted on this planet to ensure that future generations

1:04:13are left with either something that they can live with comfort and stability or ideally

1:04:21something better. That's why we're here.

1:04:56That's why we're here. You're so crazed about making money and that you want your

1:05:22legacy to be, you know, that you defrauded the presidential library system?
