Furious Pope Checkmates Trump in Front Of World!!!!
4/11/202614 mincomplete
0:00Pope Leo XIV is furious at the Trump regime's war crimes and the Trump regime's
0:06behavior in the United States, terrorizing and torturing migrants with ICE and Border Patrol, Gestapo,
0:13and furious Pope Leo XIV is not holding back.
0:17As we previously reported back in January, the Trump regime tried to essentially threaten the
0:25life of Pope Leo XIV.
0:27They summoned Pope Leo XIV's top ambassador to the United States to the Pentagon, where
0:33a guy named Elbridge Colby and others, he's the number two at the Pentagon, and
0:38others apparently were screaming and shouting at the Pope's top ambassador to the United States.
0:45It was very confrontational, and from what we hear, there were some people in the
0:49room with the United States saying, what we will do to Pope Leo XIV and
0:55to the Holy See is what the French did in the 14th century with the
0:59Avignon Papacy, where they basically kidnapped the Pope, killed the Pope, moved the Vatican to
1:07France. And so in the current Vatican, Pope Leo XIV took this as a threat
1:13of a military invasion by the United States of the Vatican and a death threat
1:19on Pope Leo XIV's life.
1:22And Pope Leo XIV's like, well, I ain't coming to the United States.
1:26Good luck with your 250th anniversary celebration.
1:30I'm going to Lampedusa in Italy, and I'm going to reflect on the suffering of
1:35migrants and be with them and share love with migrants.
1:39And Pope Leo XIV's like, I probably wasn't going to go anyway to the United
1:42States based on your behavior with ICE and Border Patrol, Gestapo, and he despises J
1:48.D. Vance, who converted to Catholicism, who uses Jesus and the name of God to
1:53support torture and death and war crimes.
1:56And here's the thing, regardless of religion, whether you're Christian, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, regardless
2:05of religion, one of the things we talk about here on the Midas Touch Network
2:08is just truth, is love, is honesty, is compassion.
2:12And regardless of the religious aspects, Pope Leo XIV is someone who's compassionate and empathetic,
2:19and he's not been afraid to stand up to Donald Trump, to J .D.
2:23Vance, to Pete Hegseth, and this despicable regime of war criminals.
2:28Let me just show you in the past 12 hours what furious Pope Leo XIV
2:33posted on social media. He started in the morning with the following, God does not
2:39bless any conflict. Anyone who is a disciple of Christ, the Prince of Peace, is
2:46never on the side of those who once wielded the sword and today dropped bombs.
2:52Military action will not create space for freedom of times of peace, which comes only
2:59from the patient. Now, that's clearly directed at J .D.
3:04Vance, Hegseth, Trump, this entire despicable regime.
3:08He goes on to say, Absurd and inhumane violence is spreading ferociously through the sacred
3:16places of the Christian East, profaned by the blasphemy of war and the brutality of
3:23business with no regard for people's lives, which are considered at most collateral damage of
3:29self -interest, but no gain can be worth the life of the weakest children or
3:35families. No cause can justify the shedding of innocent blood.
3:40Pope Leo XIV, who is furious, goes on to say, Hundreds of millions of people
3:45throughout the world are immersed in extreme poverty, yet disproportionate wealth remains in the hands
3:51of a few. It is an unjust scenario in the face of which we cannot
3:56fail to question ourselves and commit to change things.
4:00There is no lack of resources at the root of disparities, but the need to
4:05address solvable problems related to a more equitable distribution of wealth to be achieved with
4:12moral sense and honesty. Powerful words indeed.

5:31You know, and then there were other posts in the past week by a furious
5:35Pope Leo XIV like the following.
5:37The cross is part of the mission.
5:39The imperialist occupation of the world is disrupted from within.
5:44The violence that until now has been the law is unmasked.
5:48The poor, imprisoned, and rejected Messiah descends into the darkness of death.
5:54Yet in doing so, he brings new creation to light.
5:58And you remember as Pete Hegseth was urging Americans to pray for military victory in
6:03the name of Jesus Christ.
6:05Amen. And you know how J .D.
6:07Vance said, Jesus told us to do this.
6:09And J .D. Vance would say, Jesus told us.
6:12And Hegseth would say, Jesus told us to do this.
6:14Pope Leo XIV rejected this idea, saying that this kind of thinking is entirely foreign
6:20to the way of Jesus Christ.
6:22The Pope argues that Christianity has often been distorted by a desire for domination, warning
6:29that people mistake power for righteousness.
6:31We consider ourselves powerful when we dominate, victorious when we destroy.
6:37Instead, he says, God's example is not how to dominate, but how to give life.
6:42And adds that Jesus does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war.
6:47As Israel has banned French President Emmanuel Macron from any involvement in potential mediations with
6:55Lebanon. Israel says, we won't even consider potential ceasefires with Lebanon, which they're not considering
7:02anyway. I mean, they committed a massacre earlier this week, killing 258 in Beirut with
7:07over 1 ,200 casualties after a ceasefire was initially announced where Lebanon was included.
7:13But they've banned French President Emmanuel Macron from having further communications because Macron said Lebanon
7:21needs to be protected. And most European countries are stepping up as well.
7:25So what does Pope Leo, a very furious Pope Leo XIV, do?
7:29He invited French President Emmanuel Macron over.
7:32You can see yesterday morning a meeting with the French President, clearly sending a message
7:37to Donald Trump and Netanyahu with Macron there.
7:41And French President Emmanuel Macron also meeting with other European leaders as well to stand
7:46up to the Trump regime.
7:47And let's not forget that Pope Leo XIV also declared the Iran war unjust, not
7:54solving anything. And when he switches to speak in English, I mean, he's an American
7:59Pope, but he doesn't speak English a lot for people who observe him.
8:04But when he switches to English, he usually saves some of his most scathing and
8:10some of his most direct messages calling out the Trump regime when he does speak
8:15in English, like over here, where he says the Iran war is not just play
8:18this clip. In English, I would simply say, once again, what I said in the
8:25Urbi message on Sunday, asking all people of goodwill to search always for peace and
8:33not violence, to reject war, especially a war which many people have said is an
8:40unjust war, which is continuing to escalate and which is not resolving anything.
8:49In fact, we have a worldwide economic crisis, a situation in the Middle East of
8:56great instability, which is only provoking more hatred throughout the world.
9:00So come back to the table, let's talk, let's look for solutions in a peaceful
9:06way, and let's remember, especially the innocent, children, the elderly, sick, so many people who
9:14have already become or will become victims of this continued warfare.
9:19And to remind all that attacks on civilian infrastructure is against international law, but that
9:27it is also a sign of the hatred, the division, the destruction that the human
9:34being is capable of. And we all want to work for peace, and we all
9:38want to work for peace, people want peace.
9:39I would invite the citizens of all the countries involved to contact the authorities, political
9:45leaders, congressmen, to ask them, tell them to work for peace and to reject war
9:53always. Now, I had the honor to bring on to the show, somebody by the
9:57name of Christopher Hale, he writes the Substack Letters with Pope Leo XIV, and he's
10:04one of the top Catholic church watchers out there.
10:07His Substack absolutely crushes it.
10:10Here's what he told me about how furious Pope Leo XIV is at Donald Trump
10:15and his despicable regime. Let's play this clip right here.
10:20Talk to us about what your sources are telling you about this incident.
10:23Well, I'm going to say that this report originated with the free press, and we
10:27were able to confirm it throughout the day.
10:29But here's how the story goes.
10:30In early January, Cardinal Christophe Pierre, as you mentioned, who was up until last month,
10:37Pope Leo's personal nuncio. which is Vatican's feat for ambassador to United States, was strangely
10:44called not to the State Department, mind you, he is a diplomat, but actually directly
10:49to the Pentagon, which is strange in itself.
10:53And then while he was there at the Pentagon, there was a meeting with the
10:57Undersecretary of State. And in this meeting, it suggested that the Cardinal Christophe Pierre, that
11:04they were upset with Pope Leo XIV's early January address to the Vatican, to the
11:09diplomatic corps, the Holy See, where he said that war is back in vogue, there
11:15is a zeal for war, and that the rule of law regarding the territory of
11:21nations have been violated. Mind you, this speech took place days after Trump's invasion of
11:27Venezuela. So the administration was correct to read this as a critique of their policy,
11:34obviously global in nature, but yes, of what they had done in Venezuela and what
11:37they were threatening at that point to do in Greenland and what they've done now
11:41in Iran just months later.
11:43So when he came in, it was tense.
11:47And one of the diplomats suggested, brought up the Avignon Papacy, which you mentioned earlier.
11:54For your readers, the Avignon Papacy was this 14th century phenomenon where the French regime
12:01was upset with the papacy.
12:03So not only did they influence the papacy, they kidnapped the Pope, Pope Boniface.
12:10They kidnapped and in fact killed him, murdered him.
12:13And so it was a stunning suggestion to be made to bring up in this
12:18meeting. And Cardinal Christophe Pierre, from our sourcing, takes this information back to the Holy
12:24See, back to the Vatican.
12:25And there have been discussions about Pope Leo XIV coming to the United States this
12:30year, and that was put on ice.
12:32And from what I can understand, it's been put on ice indefinitely.
12:36There's some thoughts that he might come here in 2027.
12:40I honestly do not think we'll see Pope Leo in the United States until after
12:44Donald Trump leaves the presidency.
12:46And now you see a lot of MAGA, a lot of so -called evangelicals out
12:51there who are attacking Pope Leo XIV and saying, oh, he's a Marxist, radical, extremist,
12:58leftist. That's the attack that you see from a lot of MAGA.
13:05And I think here's the thing, going back to the Midas Touch Network and what
13:08I said before. The things that we always talk about here, yes, we report the
13:12news, breaking news, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
13:14And we recognize that we have people of all different religions, that people who don't
13:18have any religion at all, right?
13:20There are people who are religious, people who are atheists, people who don't believe in
13:24God, people who believe in God, people who believe in many gods.
13:27But it's all good. The most important thing is love and compassion and empathy.
13:32And when I read Pope Leo XIV's post and his speeches, you know, what he's
13:38saying is recognize the suffering of human beings.
13:41This shouldn't be through political lenses.
13:44Recognize the suffering of human beings throughout the world, in Lebanon, in Gaza, and elsewhere.
13:53These are human beings. These are mothers, children, fathers, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, babies.
14:00Let's be human. Let's get our humanity back, folks.
14:04Anyway, great work, Furious Pope Leo XIV.
