Iran gives Final Warning to Trump on Ceasefire Violations
4/9/202618 mincomplete
0:00Iran has just issued a final warning and a final notice to the Trump regime
0:05regarding the ceasefire violations by the United States and Israel.
0:10They agreed to Iran's 10 -point negotiating framework and proposal as an inducement for Iran
0:17to agree to the ceasefire before Donald Trump's 8 p .m.
0:21Eastern time deadline on Tuesday.
0:24And now Donald Trump is essentially claiming that 10 -point Iranian framework was actually Donald
0:30Trump's 15 -point framework. But Iran just used 10 new points that nobody ever knew
0:36about. And here's what Iran's foreign minister Aragchi is saying right now.
0:42Iranian foreign minister Aragchi posted, the Iran -U .S.
0:46ceasefire terms are clear and explicit.
0:48The U .S. must choose ceasefire or continued war via Israel.
0:53It cannot have both. The world sees the massacres in Lebanon.
0:57The ball is in the U .S.
0:58court and the world is watching whether it will act on its commitments.
1:03Now, earlier this morning, we reported how Israel launched 100 missile strikes on Beirut in
1:11a very short period of time, killing many, many people in the area in Beirut.
1:19missile strike after missile strike in a 10 -minute time frame.
1:23Right now, we're also hearing from the Speaker of Iran's Parliament who issued the following
1:29statement on the violation of three key clauses of the 10 -point proposal, the agreed
1:36framework before the start of negotiations.
1:39In other words, negotiations regarding even the framework negotiations have not begun yet.
1:46They're supposed to take place in the next 24, 48 hours or so.
1:51And already, Trump is now claiming the 10 -point Iran negotiating framework, which they've repeated
1:58over and over again, is not real.
2:00It's actually a secret framework that Donald Trump isn't telling anybody about.
2:04Because under the framework, Donald Trump had to promise security guarantees for Iran, for Hezbollah
2:10in Lebanon, for the Houthis in Yemen and for the Shiite militia groups in Iraq.
2:16It was very explicit. Like, it's very clear what the 10 points were and what
2:20Trump's 15 points were. This is not in dispute.
2:23But Donald Trump is doing what he always does, which is lie and violate deals
2:28and commit fraud. And here's what the Iranian parliamentary speaker, M .B.
2:33Galiboff, says, The deep historical distrust we hold towards the United States stems from its
2:39repeated violations of all forms of commitments, a pattern that has regrettably been repeated once
2:44again. As the President of the United States has clearly stated, the Islamic Republic of
2:48Iran's 10 -point proposal is a workable basis on which to negotiate and the main
2:54framework for these talks. However, three clauses of this proposal have already been violated.
2:59Number one, non -compliance with the first clause.
3:02Regarding the ceasefire in Lebanon, a commitment that Prime Minister Shabazz Sharif explicitly referred to
3:10and declared as a, quote, immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other regions effective immediately.
3:17Now, Pakistan's Prime Minister was acting as the mediator this time, the same way previously
3:23in late February, the mediator was the foreign minister of Oman.
3:27In the February instance, the foreign minister of Oman, as an independent neutral picked by
3:33the United States, said Donald Trump and Netanyahu violated the terms of our deal in
3:39principle when they invaded Iran on that evening in late February.
3:43So a neutral and independent party was saying that Donald Trump and Netanyahu violated it.
3:49Here, Donald Trump and presumably Netanyahu picked the Pakistani prime minister.
3:54And this neutral, when the deal was announced, said that Lebanon was included in the
3:59deal. He made a social media post, said it was the 10 -point proposal and
4:03that a ceasefire regarding Hezbollah in Lebanon was included in that.
4:07I mean, that's just what the facts are.
4:09We may, you may like that fact or not like that fact.
4:11Liking or not liking facts is not what the facts are.
4:14I'm just explaining to you what went down.
4:16Number two, a violation of Iran's airspace.
4:20The entry of an intruding drone into Iranian airspace, which was destroyed in the city
4:25of Lar in the Fars province, constitutes a clear violation of the clause prohibiting any
4:31further breach of Iran's airspace.
4:33So a drone, either Israeli or from the United States, but the Israeli drones are
4:38United States drones, went into Iranian airspace.
4:41Iran saying that's a violation of the ceasefire.
4:43Number three, denial of Iran's right to enrichment.
4:46The right is explicitly included in the six clause of the framework.
4:50Iran gets to enrich uranium.
4:52They've always said that. It's why I was saying before, the only way a deal
4:56is met if Donald Trump agrees to total surrender because Iran put forward its 10
5:01points and those were all in there.
5:02There's not some secret, super secret list as Donald Trump wants to say, right?
5:07Because this is what Donald Trump is posting right now.
5:09Donald Trump goes numerous agreements.
5:11lists and letters are being sent out by people that have absolutely nothing to do
5:15with the usa or iran negotiation in many cases they are total fraudsters charlatans and
5:21worse they will rapidly be exposed after our federal investigation is completed there is only
5:27one group of meaningful points that are acceptable to the united states and we will
5:31be discussing them behind closed doors during these negotiations these are the points that are
5:36the basis on which we agree to a ceasefire it is something that is reasonable
5:41and can easily be dispensed with it's very much like fake news cnn last night
5:45headlining a quote source that had no power or authority to write a letter claiming
5:50great authority donald j trump donald you posted yesterday the message of iranian foreign minister
5:57iraq chi okay i'm reading for you his statement i'm reading for you the iranian
6:03statement from their parliament leader mb galiboff these are their statements the 10 point plan
6:09was very clear to everybody and now donald trump put out uh caroline levitt his
6:15chief propagandist she held a press conference moments ago where she was like we are
6:22very unhappy with the media for claiming that iran's 10 point plan is the plan
6:27that we agreed to that's not the plan what really happened was there was a
6:3115 point plan that was donald trump's and that was complete surrender from iran iran
6:37agreed to the 15 point plan but then called it their 10 point plan it
6:40wasn't the 10 point plan that they've always been talking about it was something new
6:45and super secret and we're not going to talk about it yet but that's what
6:48iran agreed to i'm reading for you what the iranians are saying that their plan
6:54has always been i'm reading for you what their statements are today it should also
6:58be noted that in addition to uh the bombs raining down on beirut it seemed
7:03like a hundred people were killed in beirut so lots of civilians were killed in
7:06beirut you also have a nine iranian drones over saudi arabia seven missiles launched into
7:13qatar which they're claiming were sent by iran and so this is a ceasefire name
7:19only folks and iran continues to control the strait of hormuz there's not many ships
7:24that are going through the it's like one or two today it's closed iran says
7:28we're not opening the strait of hormuz unless you comply with the 10 point framework
7:33donald and you're not complying with it so let me show you donald trump sends
7:37caroline levitt as chief propagandist out and here's what she says i've seen a lot
7:42of inaccurate coverage today from the media about these negotiations and these plans already so
7:47let me be clear and correct the record the iranians originally put forward a 10
7:52point plan that was fundamentally unserious unacceptable and completely discarded it was literally thrown in
7:59the garbage by president trump and his negotiating team many outlets in this room have
8:04falsely reported on that plan as being acceptable to the united states and that is
8:09false with the president's deadline fast approaching and the united states military completely decimating iran
8:15with each passing hour the regime acknowledged reality to the negotiating team they put forward
8:20a more reasonable and entirely different and condensed plan to the president and his team
8:26president trump and the team determined the new modified plan was a workable basis on
8:31which to negotiate and to align it with our own 15 point proposal the president's
8:37red lines namely the end of iranian enrichment in iran have not changed and the
8:43idea that president trump would ever accept an iranian wish list as a deal is
8:48completely absurd the president will only make a deal that serves in the best interests
8:53of the united states of america and he is a negotiating team will focus on
8:57this effort over the next two weeks so long as the straight of her moves
9:00remains open with no limitations or delays by the way you want to see how
9:05it's being talked about on the international community here's japanese media trying to explain a
9:11taco play this clip trump always chickens out then after the previous clip i showed
9:17you of caroline levitt saying oh it's all this inaccurate coverage he or she is
9:21saying the iranians back down let's play it time danny should the world not take
9:26his word seriously the world should take his word very seriously and understanding that the
9:31president is always most interested in results uh and it was the iranians who backed
9:36down not president trump he said that they would face very grave consequences as you
9:40just laid out by the 8 p .m deadline if they did not agree to
9:43reopening the street of her moose and what did they do last night they agreed
9:46to reopen the street of her moose danny more from caroline levitt right here where
9:50she says donald trump started operation epic fury with all of these objectives and we've
9:55achieved them all no one's believing that caroline play this clip the world has just
10:00witnessed a historically swift and successful military triumph president trump started operation epic fury with
10:07strategic military objectives and the united states has clearly achieved them then she goes and
10:12attacks nato and says that the u .s will likely be withdrawing from nato very
10:16soon play it chief take a couple more in the back on nato i'll take
10:23your question thank you caroline on nato can you tell me is the united states
10:27still considering withdrawing from nato is that still a possibility it's something the president has
10:32discussed and i think it's something the president will be discussing in a couple of
10:35hours with secretary general ruta and perhaps you'll hear directly from the president following that
10:40meeting later this afternoon. Thank you, everyone.
10:44More from Caroline Levitt attacking NATO right here.
10:47Play this clip. I have a direct quote from the President of the United States
10:50on NATO, and I will share it with all of you.
10:52They were tested and they failed.
10:54And I would add, it's quite sad that NATO turned their backs on the American
10:57people over the course of the last six weeks when it's the American people who
11:01have been defunding their defense.
11:03As you know, President Trump will be meeting with Secretary Ruta in a couple of
11:06hours here at the White House, and I know he looks forward to having a
11:09very frank and candid conversation with him.
11:11Then a reporter asks her, don't you think that it is inappropriate for Donald Trump
11:16to be declaring war on an entire civilization?
11:19Doesn't he lose the moral high ground?
11:20And she's like, no, he has the moral high ground.
11:22Let's play this clip. Regarding the President's rhetoric, when the U .S.
11:26invaded Iraq in 2003, George W.
11:29Bush said in a message to the Iraqi people that the military campaign was directed,
11:36quote, against the lawless men who rule your country and not against you.
11:41Yesterday, the President threatened to destroy Iran's civilization, the entire civilization.
11:47Not the Iranian government, but the Iranian civilization, the Iranian people.
11:53The U .S. has been a moral leader for most of its history by fighting
11:58wars against other governments, not against civilizations.
12:04How can the President claim that America can ever have the moral high ground if
12:09he's threatening to destroy civilizations and not casting wars as fights against other governments?
12:16Andrew, I think you should take a look at the actions of this President over
12:19the course of the past six weeks and the actions of our brave men and
12:23women in our United States military who have taken out, essentially taken out the military
12:28of a rogue Islamic regime that has chanted death to America for 47 years that
12:34has killed and maimed thousands of American soldiers over the course of the last five
12:39decades. The President absolutely has the moral high ground over the Iranian terrorist regime and
12:45for you to even suggest otherwise is frankly insulting.
12:55More from Caroline Leavitt right here when she's asked, well, so who controls the Strait
13:00of Hormuz right now, Caroline?
13:01Watch her response. Let's play this clip.
13:03In the blue, go ahead.
13:05Thank you. The White House posted the statement from the Iranian government that the passage
13:11in the Strait will be coordinated with Iran's armed forces.
13:14As of today, who controls the Strait of Hormuz?
13:18Again, these statements were put out 12 hours ago.
13:21We expect that the Strait will be opened immediately.
13:24As I've said earlier, we have seen an uptick in traffic in the Strait and
13:29it's something that we are monitoring minute by minute, hour by hour as the days
13:33go on. What about the fact that bombs are dropping in Iran and Iran's activated
13:38its anti -aircraft and its air defenses?
13:42Play this clip. The latest news out of Iran is that the air defenses have
13:46been activated in several cities, including Isfahan, and that explosions have been heard in Isfahan.
13:51Who is bombing Iran right now?
13:54Were those reports just as of a few minutes ago?
13:57Yeah. Okay, so obviously I'll have to go back and check with the national security
14:00team. I'm standing out here with all of you, but I will do that and
14:03we will get you an answer, okay?
14:05And then she lies and says that Lebanon is not part of the ceasefire when
14:09we know that Lebanon is part of the ceasefire.
14:11Danny. Thanks, Connie. Would President Trump like to see Lebanon included in this peace deal?
14:17As you know, there have been increased Israeli strikes on Lebanon today with dozens of
14:21casualties there. Sure. Lebanon is not part of the ceasefire.
14:25That has been relayed to all parties involved in the ceasefire.
14:28As you know, Prime Minister Netanyahu put out a statement last night in support of
14:32the ceasefire, in support of the United States' efforts, and he's also assured the president
14:36they'll continue to be a helpful partner throughout the course of the next two weeks.
14:40Finally, a reporter says, Iranian state media is saying that Iran has closed off the
14:46straight -off moves. There's basically no difference in what happened 24 hours before.
14:50And she's like, that's not true.
14:52We're gonna look into that.
14:53But that's, in the deal, Iran agreed that they would give up the straight -off
14:56moves. Play this clip. Thank you for being here, Shane.
14:59Gabe. Thank you, Caroline. Iranian state media is saying that Iran has now closed off
15:04the straight -off moves today in response to Israeli attacks on Lebanon.
15:08What's the White House response to that?
15:09And you just listed many military successes.
15:12I understand that. But strategically, how is the administration arguing that Iran does not have
15:18more economic leverage than now than it did before?
15:23Sure. Well, with respect to the first reporting out of Iranian state media, the president
15:28was made aware of those reports before I came to the podium.
15:31That is completely unacceptable. And again, this is a case of what they're saying publicly
15:35is different privately. We have seen an uptick of traffic in the straight today.
15:39And I will reiterate the president's expectation and demand that the straight of Hormuz is
15:45reopened immediately, quickly, and safely.
15:48That is his expectation. It has been relayed to him privately that that is what's
15:52taking place. And these reports publicly are false.
15:56Caroline, the president yesterday threatened that a whole civilization...
15:58That's not what they agreed to.
16:00I have this statement from Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
16:03This isn't some list floating around.
16:06People did make a... list when they read what's written here by Iran's Supreme National
16:11Security Council, but they said, we've just delivered a crushing defeat to the U .S.
16:16They've agreed to our 10 -point plan.
16:18And for everybody watching the Midas Touch Network, the same 10 -point plan I've been
16:22talking about for four weeks, it's the same thing, nothing changed.
16:25Commitment to non -aggression, continuation of Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz, acceptance of
16:30uranium enrichment, uh, lifting of all sanctions, secondary sanctions, U .N.
16:37resolutions, termination of all abortive governor resolutions, reparations, withdrawal of U .S.
16:44combat forces from the region, cessation of war on all fronts, including against Hezbollah and
16:48Lebanon. Very clear. Oh, they've always said that.
16:50Never changed. They said it after.
16:53Pakistan's prime minister said it.
16:55So the final notice has been issued.
16:58Donald Trump's going to continue the fraud and claim, oh, they've agreed to all my
17:02terms. The 15 -point plan was their real plan.
17:04No, you agreed to their 10 -point plan.
17:06That happened. Where this nets out, we'll be following, but that's the truth.
17:09That's the reality of what's happening.
17:11That's all we're going to give you, the truth here on the Midas Touch Network.
