0:15I'm so thankful to be here.

0:17My pleasure. So first of all, how did this idea even get into your head

0:22of running for mayor in L .A.?

0:26To be clear, I never wanted to run for any political office or have anything

0:30to do with politicians. What happened was after spending a year uncovering how my house

0:36and my parents' house burned down and my neighbors burned alive and 7 ,000 houses

0:42burned, and then I realized there's a cover -up going on, all the negligence, and

0:47I keep posting about it, and I have all the facts.

0:49I have all the whistleblowers.

0:50I have all the evidence and business as usual.

0:54And I see that nobody is stepping up to run against the mayor who's responsible

1:00for this disaster and so many other disasters.

1:03So it became to the point where I got so sick of just being a,

1:07as the younger people say in the comments section, a yapper.

1:10I felt like I was just yapping.

1:13I'm making these videos. I'm telling the truth.

1:16Right. I got a congressional investigation.

1:19I went to Washington. I met with everyone possible that I could do as just

1:23a citizen. And I was like, okay, well, game on now.

1:29I'm going to go into your headquarters and just take your job and then remove

1:33all these toxic entities that are destroying our way of life in Los Angeles.

1:38So let's start from the fire.

1:41So the narrative was, God, there was a lot of terrible, stupid, fake narratives, and

1:47one of them was climate change.

1:48That was the craziest one.

1:50The climate change is causing the fire.

1:52Look, I lived in L .A.

1:53for 29, 30 years, whatever it was.

1:57And I guess it was, yeah, somewhere around there.

2:00Maybe even more, whatever it was.

2:03When I lived in L .A., fire season happened every year.

2:07This is not climate change.

2:09This is not some new thing over the last couple of decades.

2:11I was evacuated three different times.

2:14I used to live in Bell Canyon and my neighbors, three of the homes right

2:19across the street from my house burnt to the ground in 2018.

2:23There's always been fires in Los Angeles.

2:25But the lack of preparation for the Palisades fires was astonishing.

2:33The fact that the reservoir was empty was criminal mismanagement.

2:38I mean, it was just insanity that everybody knew that we had fires, like massive

2:44fires, that it was a dry place.

2:46And when the Santa Ana winds would blow, if something caught fire, it was a

2:50real problem. We had known that forever.

2:52And when you see all these people that are passing the buck and moving the

3:00blame, and then the fund, when they had that big charity thing for the fire,

3:10and you found out that hundreds of millions of dollars was raised, you know, if

3:15you're looking at it like a rational person, a rational person would say, oh, this

3:22is great. All these people who lost their homes will have some funds from this,

3:26and they'll be able to rebuild.

3:27And then you find out that the money was given to, what was it, like

3:31108 different NGOs? 200 plus.

3:34200 plus, where that money got distributed to these organizations, these supposed non -profit organizations,

3:42and most of that money goes to overhead.

3:46And almost nothing goes to the people who lost their homes.

3:51So to rewind, let's start with what we thought.

3:55Right. We were told climate change, and with the climate change, because I've spent hours

4:00and hours arguing with people that will argue with that, I go, okay, great.

4:04The climate changes, right? So we're aware of this dry weather.

4:10It hasn't rained. So what should we actually be doing?

4:13Should we just say, oh, everybody should burn alive and houses burn down?

4:16Or should we clear the dead brush?

4:19Should we pre -deploy? Should we make sure that both reservoirs have water in it?

4:24So the idea that climate change is the get out of jail, burn everything down

4:29excuse, it doesn't even add up.

4:31So we know that. So let's make a difference.

4:33And I went and met with the chief of the U .S.

4:37Forest Service and talked to him for a few hours.

4:39This guy, Chief Garcia, he's one of the most famous fire chiefs from the Hot

4:43Shots. And I quizzed him.

4:44And he told me this was not a surprise.

4:48He said they all have a map.

4:50I forget the name of this map that it goes to all cities and emergency

4:55personnel. They have photos. You look at him.

4:58He showed them to me.

4:59Everything is bright red leading up to January 7th.

5:03Bright red. They knew this was coming to the point where Chief Garcia had all

5:07of his firefighters on the tarmac, kitted up in their helicopters.

5:12He said his whole team was standing by their computers because it was so obvious

5:17this fire was coming based off of, if you want to say, climate change.

5:21Because it had not rained.

5:23It was record dry. So this idea that they use that, it's just an excuse.

5:28And then the big one that everyone falls for to this day that is the

5:32best propaganda ever is hurricane winds.

5:36We were told, you know, Newsom's doing the thing and he's saying the winds would

5:40come in the hurricane. He lit his hair on fire.

5:42There was no hurricane winds in the Pacific Palisades.

5:46The max wind speed was 40 miles per hour.

5:49And for the first six hours, when the helicopter is the initial attack, when you

5:54put out the fire, it was max, I think, 27 miles per hour.

5:58So they got everyone with, it's unprecedented, it's hurricane winds, it's climate change, no responsibilities.

6:06So now we go to fire aid.

6:08This is... This was another thing that just woke me up to, you know, we

6:13always heard about the homeless NGO scam and the homeless industrial complex, but living as

6:18a fire victim and watching all these celebrities go on stage, they actually took fire

6:24victims from Altadena on stage, whose houses burned down and they raised this hundred million

6:29dollars. And as a victim, I'm thinking, okay, you know, we're going to get a

6:33few thousand dollars. That's nice.

6:35Or, you know, you break a hundred million up.

6:38This should be a grand, you know, even FEMA and these places, when you get

6:43that thousand dollar check, it's helpful.

6:45You're like, oh, I just lost everything.

6:47Every little thousand adds up.

6:49So when that happened and nobody I know anywhere got money and Sue Pasco from

6:56circling the news, a local journalist whose house burned down, she spent months investigating, calling

7:03up every single NGO. Who did you give money to?

7:06Which, which victim? Nobody got money.

7:09And even the law firm that they hired to do the, you know, the cover

7:13up for, uh, the fire raid, the law firm says in their own little three

7:18page document where they're defending fire raid, they say several of the money went directly

7:25to fire victims. Why Google just to see?

7:28Cause I know the definition of several.

7:30I want to see what does Google say?

7:31Several is it was definitely under 10.

7:33So out of 200 plus NGOs, their own lawyers are saying, several gave to fire

7:40victims. And then you look at the three that they named, like we gave gift

7:45cards to victims, which victims, which you were just handing out if you were, but

7:50it was that that woke me up to, if they stole the money.

7:54Yeah. And if they'll do that to the people whose houses just burned down, of

7:58course, they're going to do it to our tax money with the homeless industrial zombie

8:02complex. So that was a real wake up that put me into, Oh, here's where

8:07the $25, $30 billion goes.

8:10It doesn't go to solving anything or fixing it.

8:12It goes to scams. Having your mom stays special, but looking like you have your

8:18life together can cost a lot.

8:20Thankfully, Amazon has low prices on everything you need, like an iron.

8:25So she thinks you iron fancy hand soap that smells like flowers and stuff.

8:31Yardinia. Sure. And nice wine glasses.

8:34So she can't say, why don't you have nice wine glasses?

8:38Why don't you have nice wine glasses?

8:40So spend less on impressing your mom with Amazon.

8:43I heard that. Well, I don't think before Doge and before Elon started investigating into

8:50a lot of these NGOs, I don't think anybody was really aware or most people

8:53were not aware of how this all works and how there's a whole bureaucracy, like

9:01a business that's set up where a bunch of people get paid from this money

9:06to essentially make no improvements whatsoever.

9:09And whatever the problem is, whether it's homelessness, the homelessness is one of the biggest

9:13ones in LA because there was 24 plus billion dollars spent on homelessness.

9:20And when people, when representatives have tried to do an audit to find out where

9:26this money went, Newsom has blocked it.

9:28He has vetoed this audit.

9:32So it's, it's even worse in the sense that it's not going to just their

9:36salaries. There's actual cases now with the DOJ and the feds.

9:39They're arresting people who are just stealing 30 million, 20 million, buying Bentleys, mansions in

9:46Brentwood. So the idea that it's just going to salaries and people are paying themselves

9:50out, that's one, but there's also people just straight up stealing money and, and you

9:56can't even figure out how they steal it.

9:57For instance, uh, this lovely lady, um, came on my podcast and she's, she created

10:03her own charity type thing, the integrity project to expose NGOs because she lives in

10:08Westwood. And all of a sudden one day on her block in this, you know,

10:11she invested with her husband, have a nice single family house on this nice street

10:15in Westwood and the old person home, they were kicking all the senior citizens out

10:20and she's like, what's going on here?

10:21And then next thing you know, the buildings on the, on the market for sale

10:26and it's for $11 million, six days later, that building sells to a developer for

10:33$27 million. Ends up this NGO Weingart, who's one of the top, I think they're

10:39at maybe a hundred million dollars just this year.

10:42They haven't turned in their audit to the feds.

10:44It's late right now, but for instance, no one knows why it went from 11

10:49million to 27 million over the weekend in three days.

10:52So people pocket that money.

10:54Here's the craziest part. Guess who?

10:56So you, the grant, you know, Weingart gets a grant from the city of the

10:59state. Guess who owns that building?

11:02Not the city or the state, Weingart.

11:05So our tax money buys for 20 extra million dollars of property to have it

11:10as a homeless housing. And each of these beds, cause I think there's maybe only

11:1470 beds in it. It's now six years later, approximately totally not finished, not done

11:19more, you know, construction, this or that they still get paid as operators.

11:25So these NGOs not only get the money for the grants to buy the building,

11:28then they get like a million dollars a year to be operators.

11:32And here's the best part.

11:33There's no mandatory that they have to actually put a body in the beds.

11:38So, you know, so the scam is, like I keep saying, this is a cartel.

11:43This is mafia. This is real mafia criminal stuff going on.

11:49And the problem is, so one thing I'm so excited to do when I'm mayor

11:53and people in the comments section will be like, oh, he's so stupid.

11:55You can't do that. I've met with the IRS criminal investigation team three times in

12:00L .A., twice in Washington, D .C., and they are so excited for me to

12:04be mayor because all they need is one document from each of these NGOs and

12:09these grants, and they can open these investigations on fraud.

12:13Right now, they know the fraud and the crimes are happening, but if the city

12:17doesn't hand over the document and the NGO doesn't, they say they can't just open

12:21up these cases without that one document.

12:24So, first... This week, so for this week as mayor, I'm bringing in the criminal

12:29investigation team of the IRS.

12:31Here's all the NGOs we're working with.

12:33I guarantee you, 95 % of them already just calling like, oh, Mayor Pratt, we're

12:38good. We're actually going to Seattle.

12:40We don't want to work here.

12:41Once they know someone's coming to stop the cookie jar stealing.

12:45And then when people are like, oh, LA has no money.

12:48How are you going to do all this stuff?

12:49LA has plenty of money that we're just letting our tax money just be stolen

12:53and to increase a problem.

12:56Homeless, since our current mayor, Karen Bass, has joined the city power, she's increased homeless.

13:02They referenced numbers. They referenced numbers that she'll be like, oh, we removed 1 ,500

13:08people this year. But she doesn't say, oh, 1 ,500 were removed into the cemetery

13:13because they OD'd. Not to mention how much tax money we're spending on just keeping

13:18zombies alive. I met with firefighters a few days ago at the Hollywood station and

13:24they were telling me the amount of Narcan they go through.

13:28So in one night in the, I talked to a MacArthur Park, their fire station,

13:34he did 17 overdoses in one night.

13:36Jeez. So if they're not there, given the Narcan, the amount of people dying is

13:43even more insane. Right now, six people are dying a day in the street and

13:47then they say, oh, this is compassionate.

13:49These people have rights. No, these people do not have rights to just die.

13:53We need to protect these people as humans.

13:56And again, that's why my whole thing is enforce the law.

13:59It is illegal to just be doing fentanyl on the street.

14:02So if we come in and we give you mandatory treatment, not jail, if you're

14:07not, you know, some of these people are just straight going to jail for animal

14:11abuse. They're torturing animals all day long on Skid Row.

14:15The videos that I get sent, once you see them, you can't unsee them.

14:19Not to mention now I'm working with all the rescue ones, the ones they text

14:22me and they're just like, Spencer, we have to stop this.

14:25And the city knows they call the cops all day long.

14:28The cops come and they say, I mean, LAPD's hands are tied.

14:31If the mayor and the city attorney, they don't have, like, enforce the law, they

14:36just get away with it.

14:37So we're in Mad Max life in Los Angeles and people like to say, oh,

14:43it's not this. I'm from L .A.

14:45I've grown up and I keep saying I'm fighting to get L .A.

14:49back to what I grew up.

14:50It was beautiful. It's why I wanted to be on a TV show and be

14:54famous and be part of Hollywood.

14:55It was magical. Not even mentioned, Hollywood is now gone.

14:59The fact that Hollywood Boulevard should be the greatest tourist attraction in the world.

15:05You couldn't pay me right now to go on Hollywood Boulevard, step on human feces,

15:10the smell of pee, inhaling, they're just, everyone can just smoke fentanyl on the streets

15:14now. It's psycho. So again, why did I, once you start digging in and you

15:19spend all your life now exposing this, because again, they burn my house down.

15:25They burn my mom's house down.

15:27I have to, they put me in the game.

15:29And once you, the bubble's gone, I just, all I have is this energy to

15:34stop this. Not to mention now the amount of thousands of messages I get every

15:39day from every part of the city sending me photos.

15:42There's parents that when they drive to school all across the city, this is not

15:47just one unique area. They have to have their kids in the backseat staring at

15:50an iPad not to look out the window because meth addicts will just be having

15:54sex on the side of the street.

15:57There's just naked people everywhere now.

15:59And when I say people, naked zombies.

16:01And the DEA will tell you 90 % of these homeless people have a drug

16:05problem. We have a drug addict problem.

16:08These aren't people that just like missed a paycheck and we need to get them

16:12help and get back. This is a drug problem that needs mandatory treatment, not handing

16:17people needles and pipes and saying, oh, here's a million dollar bed.

16:21If you're a fentanyl zombie hanging upside down, you don't care about a million dollar

16:26empty bed because you're just high.

16:28You sober up and you go get high again.

16:31But what were we talking about?

16:32Got me pumped up. Got me pumped up.

16:34It's good. It's good to be pumped up.

16:35I mean, there's no other explanation other than extensive fraud.

16:39There's no way they could be getting that much money from our taxes and have

16:43this big of a problem with crime and with homelessness.

16:45And it's almost like they want everybody to feel helpless.

16:50They want you to feel like there's nothing you do so that it justifies throwing

16:55more money at the problem.

16:56Pull that article up again.

16:57So here it is. This is an LAist homeless deal now under federal investigation.

17:07So even in LA's famously overheated real estate market, the profit and quick turnaround on

17:12senior housing complex in, what's that word?

17:16Cheviot? Cheviot? How do you say that word?

17:18Cheviot Hills. Cheviot Hills. Do you know where that is?

17:20Uh -huh. Neighborhood seems extraordinary.

17:22Man at the center of the deal.

17:24Since identified by federal prosecutors as Brentwood landlord and developer, Stephen Taylor bought the property

17:30on Shelby Drive in 2023 for $11 .2 million.

17:33Purchase record shows. Okay, so this is exactly what you're talking about.

17:39$27 .3 million to pay for that acquisition came from taxpayer grant funds authorized by

17:45city and state officials according to grant documentations.

17:49LA Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Newsom touted the purchase as a key tool in

17:55the fight against homelessness, the fight against homelessness that they're losing.

17:58The deal called for Taylor's involvement to be kept secret according to a confidentiality clause

18:04included in the purchase contract obtained through a public records request.

18:09That changed last month when federal authorities announced criminal charges against Taylor.

18:13He's accused of submitting fraudulent documents to borrow money from private lenders when he bought

18:20this and other properties. So, uh, news conference, Regions' top federal prosecutor, Bill, uh, Assaylee,

18:30Assaylee said the investigation is ongoing.

18:33Taylor was arrested in August when the case was under seal and pleaded not guilty,

18:37court record show. It's the first...

18:39...of the two known criminal cases brought so far by the federal task force, Assaylee

18:44assembled in April to investigate fraud and corruption around the use of billions of dollars

18:48earmarked to combat homelessness in Southern California.

18:51So these people are just buccaneers.

18:53They're just buccaneers. This is just a gigantic criminal enterprise that exists under this guise

19:01of, you know, being kind.

19:05So that case only exists because of that mom, Samantha, did 7 ,500 of her

19:12own public records requests on that senior citizen home.

19:16And then the FBI came, she started posting it, and the FBI knocked on her

19:20door and said, can we meet with you?

19:22And she gave them all of her files.

19:23So it's back to what I was saying.

19:25The feds wouldn't even got that story if this woman, Samantha, from the Integrity Project,

19:30didn't do 7 ,000 public records requests and build this case on her own because

19:35she was, what's going on in my next door neighbor?

21:08Karen Bass will tell you, let's use her low number, made -up number.

21:12They go around and they count.

21:14This is a real thing.

21:15They drive around and they do the homeless count.

21:16You can volunteer and you just count.

21:18Like, oh, one, two. That's how they do it?

21:20Yes. They just had a count recently.

21:22So the count supposedly is, let's say, $45 ,000.

21:27The RAND Corporation will say that count is 30 % low.

21:31I'll say that count's 100 % low.

21:33But even so, let's say there's 100 ,000 homeless people in Los Angeles.

21:38$20 billion? Okay, that's California.

21:41Let's bring it down to in the last year or two.

21:43A couple billion dollars? We can't get people off the street with that much money?

21:50Just today, this DSA City Council member was doing a video.

21:53She's bragging about, oh, I just secured $16 million grant.

21:57I love how they use the grant.

21:58I just got $16 million more of our tax money.

22:01And she is putting in little tiny homes next to somebody, like, just next to

22:05a normal street where, again, this shouldn't be where that is.

22:08And it's housing approximately, let's say, 60 people or whatever.

22:12It was a quarter million dollars per person that they're bragging about.

22:17So, $250 ,000 a person can get anybody sober, a nice little condo or apartment

22:25for a year, potentially whatever job tools you need.

22:29So, this idea that takes a quarter million dollars to put a tiny home, it's

22:33everyone's getting a cut. It's like, again, it's like the mafia.

22:37So, there's a bunch of things going on.

22:39There's a bunch of employees that are getting paid.

22:42So, and getting paid substantial amounts of money.

22:45You know, my friend, Coleon Noir, found this out about San Francisco.

22:48So, he went up to San Francisco.

22:50He saw all this homelessness.

22:51And he's a lawyer, but he's also – he doesn't know what's going on over

22:54there. He's like, wow, what's going on?

22:56Do they need more money?

22:57He's like, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

22:59What's going on is they're actually incentivized to have more homeless people because the more

23:05homeless people, the bigger the bureaucracy grows.

23:07The bigger you can have your homeless foundation, your homeless task force, whatever it is.

23:12And these people are making quarter million dollars a year plus, which is insane.

23:17And he showed the list of the salaries of all these people.

23:20Like, how are you getting paid when the problem keeps getting worse?

23:23And all you're doing is hiring more people and they're getting paid more money and

23:28more projects and more grants and more homelessness.

23:32And it's not getting any better, but the money keeps coming in.

23:35So, you're incentivized to keep the problem.

23:38And increase it. Yes. More money.

23:41It's a business. Right. And, you know, people always talk – I grew up and

23:44I was well aware of the military industrial complex.

23:47But even with that, they track the bombs and the fighter jets.

23:51This – it's even – it's even crazier because there's no – I think we

23:56serve. They use the word serve and cared for.

23:59They don't track results. They say, oh, we house 1 ,400 people for a night,

24:05two nights. You know, it's not like we're getting – people have bracelets and we're

24:09tracking them and they're getting air tags.

24:11We have no idea what's going on.

24:13So, again, I keep saying, as mayor, I'll enforce the laws because you cannot be

24:19a crazed, drug addict zombie just running amok naked on the street.

24:24That is why, thank God, our amazing Democrats in California made this year SB43.

24:30And that means if you can't manage your own mental state, you can come in

24:36and have a hole, the psych hole for 72 hours.

24:38And if it seems like, oh, this person needs real treatment, it can go to

24:4245 days and then it can go up to a year conservatorship.

24:46And as mayor, what I keep telling people is once you start enforcing the law,

24:50first off, people who just want to do drugs and live on the street.

24:53streets, they will leave L .A.

24:54because they'll see, oh, this mayor is not playing around.

24:58We need to go somewhere else.

25:00Or they're so crazy and we're going to help them get medical treatment.

25:04Or they're one of these dog abusing type people.

25:07And I'm going to put them under the jail to the point where once they

25:10get from under the jail, somehow if they ever get out, they will never come

25:14back to L .A. because now they've been under the jail and they're going to

25:17go under two times more until they end up in prison.

25:20Because if you abuse animals, once again, once you see what I've seen, we're talking

25:25they're stapling dogs, eyes closed.

25:27I mean, it's insane. The shelters alone where the city is doing mass murder because

25:35they're not giving these people enough funding.

25:37And I'm convinced now they must make money off of euthanizing.

25:42So there's the street issue with the the zombies abusing dogs and then the city

25:48just mass murdering dogs because they're not getting the proper funding and facilities and they're

25:54not spaying and neutering and enforcing all the laws to keep, you know, street breeders

26:00from just flooding the streets with the dogs.

26:03So back to you enforce the law and this isn't impossible.

26:07I've met with a lot of people that have real estate in Los Angeles and

26:11they have real estate in San Francisco.

26:12And Mayor Lurie came in and he started enforcing the law and just saying, you

26:17can't do this. And he is cleaned up the city pretty well.

26:20You know, there's obviously people that say he's not doing enough.

26:23And again, I'm sorry, what city is this?

26:24San Francisco. And so he, he took the call from the feds and he said,

26:29I'm going to do this.

26:30And he's doing a solid job.

26:32Again, I'm going whole next level because I'm not concerned about optics.

26:36I'm not concerned about, Oh, Spencer's doing this.

26:39He's so mean. No, what's mean is letting people live on the street and human

26:43poop and dying on the street.

26:45And these people I run against, they're all the same.

26:47They go, Oh, we need more housing.

26:49We need more affordable housing.

26:50We need more beds. This isn't working.

26:52We, they just keep doubling down.

26:54Well, that's a false narrative.

26:55Everybody knows it's not a housing problem.

26:57It's not, that's not what it is.

26:59It's a drug abuse and mental health problem.

27:01That's all it is. It's not a housing problem.

27:04That's a flat out lie.

27:05And anybody who says that should be shamed when they say we need more affordable

27:09housing. Well, you're fucking lying and you're part of the problem.

27:12If you're saying it's just an affordable housing problem, that means either you are a

27:17part of the propaganda narrative and you've been told to say this or you're in

27:21on it. A hundred percent.

27:23And at this point, it's fucking nuts.

27:27Skid Row is 50 blocks.

27:29It's, it can't even be called Skid Row anymore.

27:31It's called Los Angeles. We're every community before my house burned down in the Palisades.

27:36My wife was ready to move because every morning front of Palisades elementary that then

27:41burned down and across the street at my son's preschool at Methodist, there was a

27:45lady cleaning her private parts in front of kids at 7 45 in the morning.

27:50You call LAPD, they pull up and they go, you don't know, because they can't

27:56enforce law. She'd go around the corner and she'd go number two in front of

28:00Joe's Barbershop. I would know because I had to step over the number two because

28:03I'd always park right near Joe's Barbershop.

28:05So it's not Skid Row.

28:07It's everywhere. So the police are told not to do anything about it.

28:11Is that what it is?

28:13If you don't enforce the law, what are they going to do?

28:15Right. So this comes down from the mayor, of course.

28:19And then the mayor and the city attorney, if the mayor is not telling the

28:23city attorney to prosecute all these misdemeanors, put these people in mandatory hole.

28:27If you're cleaning your private parts in front of kids and you're a normal citizen,

28:31you are going to jail.

28:33You're going to be on the citizens app as a sex offender.

28:36But the consequences for zombie people, they don't have them.

28:41That's crazy. It's not fair for all the normal tax paying people in Los Angeles

28:46that we have to abide by laws.

28:48And then there's a whole class is like, it's like anarchy.

28:51It's like, uh, it's psycho.

28:53It's so weird to see, you know, uh, cause I lived in LA for so

28:57long. And when I first moved there in the nineties, there was nothing like this.

29:01It was, uh, it was nice.

29:04You know, I mean, it was a lot of traffic, but that was it.

29:06There was some crime, but it wasn't that bad.

29:09And everything just keeps getting worse and worse and worse.

29:12And it, it didn't seem really bad until, well, Skid Row was always bad and

29:18Skid Row was bad on purpose.

29:20So for people that don't know, and we, we looked into this because we were,

29:25well, I found out about Skid Row.

29:27I knew it existed, but I found out about it when we were filming Fear

29:29Factor. So one day, cause we filmed a lot in downtown LA and a lot

29:33of these abandoned warehouses and buildings.

29:35And we were in one of these warehouses and we left the set and I

29:40drove home and I took a wrong turn and, uh, I went down near the

29:45outskirts of Skid Row. And it's hard to believe that it's real.

29:51If you haven't seen it, when you're talking just blocks and blocks and blocks where

29:57there's nothing but homeless people, just people on the streets, camped out, wandering through the

30:03streets, there's no cars driving whatsoever, garbage everywhere.

30:07And the idea that that's never been cleaned up is fucking insane.

30:11So what we found out is that that was an area a long time ago

30:15where they started moving people.

30:17I don't know when was this, this is the Jerome hotel, right?

30:20That's what we talked about.

30:22That's what it was. So there was a documentary on the Jerome hotel.

30:26And when we looked into it, it turns out that what they would do is

30:30they would find vagrants, which is the old school term for it.

30:34And they'd find them in Beverly Hills or Hollywood and they would just move them

30:39to downtown LA to Skid Row and leave them there and keep them there.

30:44The idea was to keep them there.

30:45They had food there for them.

30:47They had kitchens. They let them camp out on the street, just stay here.

30:50And it ruined all Cecil, the Cecil hotel.

30:53That's right. So, uh, this is where they, so Cecil hotel was like this beautiful

30:58hotel that existed in downtown LA.

31:00And now it's just like, it's in zombie land and the whole area is filled

31:05with fucking just everything. around it is homeless like the sheer volume of it is

31:12impossible to describe unless you go there and see it and the fact that that's

31:17never been addressed that no one does anything about it and it's it's gotten to

31:2050 entire blocks of nothing but homeless people no businesses no nothing nothing's functioning it's

31:28all just taken over by zombies i went to usc and i lived in a

31:32loft on skid row at the top of the old bank district so in 2003

31:36that was my street i would pull in and park very good deal that's why

31:42i was like this is i got an entire penthouse the way you know i

31:45didn't get you know at 20 why it was so cheap but so i've seen

31:49the progression to the point where it's insane and again this is fixable there's so

31:57much money we're already paying for it right these people in charge don't want to

32:01fix it's clear right and they'll continue doubling down they need somebody to come and

32:05say oh we're done with this and that's why i'm excited to actually be a

32:10mayor that's in these streets and here's what they keep saying oh you can't do

32:14this because the city council they're all in on it you know 90 percent of

32:17them because they have four of these socialist dsa members on the city council that

32:23actually want to destroy our way of life in los angeles why do you think

32:26they want to do that because they're socialists go on the dsa democratic socialists of

32:31america's website and they're not democrats they hate democrats they use the word to hide

32:37their true agenda of socialism so they want to keep taking as much of our

32:42tax money and exactly the main lady i was talking about with that 60 million

32:45she's one of these dsa people she's bragging about taking 16 million dollars of our

32:50tax money to give 40 plus people or 50 people 250 000 each to live

32:55in a tiny home that is not a working solution we need to have a

32:59plan to get these people back into society not bankroll an entire existence of los

33:06angeles where we're like oh you can just be a drug addict and we're gonna

33:09pay for you because yeah this is the problem with that narrative that the rich

33:13people aren't paying enough and this is one of the things that i've seen progressive

33:17podcasters talk about the wealth tax and they were talking about imposing a wealth tax

33:21on billionaires and they're like stop being greedy pay your fair share like what is

33:26your fair share and where is it going like if you could show me that

33:30an increase in taxes would fix all the problems i said this when i lived

33:34there i wouldn't mind paying more taxes if they fixed everything but it doesn't seem

33:38like it fixes anything not one thing gets fixed and they keep asking for more

33:44money which is crazy the solution is cut it all off one of the things

33:50that texas has no state taxes there's no state taxes you don't pay state taxes

33:57in texas in california you pay 14 so they're incentivized to take that money and

34:04do with it whatever they want and so the more they can come up with

34:08like building tiny homes or whatever the fuck it is though it's just incentives for

34:13them to siphon money and again as mayor i want to have full accountability and

34:19transparency where that's what everybody that's paying if there's a lot of good people that

34:24are fine with paying as much tax they want if you're helping people get off

34:28the street if the lights work if the streets there's less crime if it's safe

34:33if it's nice if it's clean so we need to track every single dollar and

34:37make sure that there's no waste and abuse and with that type of live dashboard

34:42not track it with these weird data i'm talking anyone can understand this money goes

34:47here and it right we're talking real accounting they don't want to do this because

34:51everyone's eating everyone's getting a cut all these people are living off of the scam

34:57so you need to come in and really just say no more of this well

35:01so let's talk real world practical application so you get into office now you have

35:07all these council members that these democratic socialist people how do you handle that what

35:12do you do how do you keep them from blocking all these things you're trying

35:15to do so that is what excites me because there's never been a mayor that

35:21comes in and literally goes to each of their constituents of these districts for instance

35:27this dsa member wants to keep giving the fentanyl needles and the pipes then i

35:32go to that district i have a press conference i bring everybody i say this

35:36so and so wants to keep these zombies going number two and having sex in

35:41front of your kids and put the heat on the city council members right now

35:45they care about their jobs they get 238 000 a year salary they get not

35:52even including their entourage then they get you know our grants and our tax money

35:56for all their little scams they're running so they actually want those jobs if a

36:00mayor comes in and is like oh we're i'm gonna put the heat on each

36:04one of you because right now the mayor karen bass isn't calling out each district

36:09and their failures this this constituents the taxpayers need somebody to come in and expose

36:17each of these districts and go into their communities be like this is what you're

36:20voting for so at least at the next election they're out so then once they

36:25start feeling the pressure somebody on their neck they're gonna start be like oh i

36:29don't want i want to keep my job i like this power but there's been

36:31a concerted effort to put those people in the government right and you know a

36:35lot of people point to george soros and he's one of them and his open

36:38society foundation is one of the people that likes to do that particularly for very

36:42progressive prosecutors and da's but it's there's more than just him there's a there's a

36:49whole machine behind it and this is what i don't understand because if you wanted

36:53to destroy a city if you wanted to destroy society you would do it exactly

36:57the way they're doing it so like what is their incentive and why are they

37:01doing it this way well they want to destroy it to then rebuild it in

37:04their vision the second my town burned down and it's all dirt who's coming in

37:09with the ideas oh we got a hundred million for affordable housing we're gonna do

37:13this they have a plan they have a vision that's not going to work but

37:17they have their utopia that they would love to then rebuild how do you say

37:22it's not going to work like what's going to stop them from doing that socialism

37:25has failed everywhere it's certainly going to fail but what's to stop them from ruining

37:30the palisades well i did i stopped them they can say that sb 79 or

37:37whatever their you know housing thing was never going to apply to palisades but after

37:41me attacking it all day for weeks they added like 13 notes and made the

37:48palisades a fire hazard area where you couldn't build high density because what they do

37:54there's a new state law that just got passed and if you're again these aren't

37:58exact all the yimby's are going to go nuts i'm saying it wrong what's a

38:02yimby your something about your backyard now my uh who knows i don't you know

38:08they're i have to block them usually on social media but i they have a

38:13vision that everything in california and los angeles should be high density how then we

38:19need to build these seven nine -story structures to have more affordable housing so they

38:24want to get rid of single family homes and put seven -story buildings on so

38:29the nimby's not in not in my backyard they they fight these people on on

38:34x so you know to be honest i'm not either of them they try to

38:38i'm fine with more housing but i also want people to have single family homes

38:43and i think the fact that we lost the idea where we can't fight for

38:47the the california dream to have a front yard with grass and it's gotten so

38:52expensive and impossible that should be the problem not that oh we've given up nobody

38:57should ever get that we need to build these seven -story prison -like structures and

39:01give anyone who can't afford just a box to live in let's fight to get

39:05the california where people had a front yard and grass also insane to try to

39:10do that with the palisades because the palisades has always been a wealthy neighborhood where

39:14people with a lot of money spent a lot of money and also paid a

39:19lot of money in taxes and had these beautiful homes and the idea that you're

39:23going to take that over with low income housing well those people are going to

39:27move out of there and there goes the tax money from those people not only

39:31that those people lost their homes their homes were taken from them by the fire

39:35and that's not fair it's it's not fair at all that you would just do

39:39that it doesn't make any sense i like to use the word stolen the houses

39:44were stolen from all these but a misconception though because i'm from the palisades and

39:48i grew up the palisades just became this wealthy or wealthier you know famous people

39:54in the last let's say 10 years but growing up that's it really yeah like

39:5910 years where it's we're talking big you know 40 million dollar type big houses

40:06like when i grew up it was always like that i thought it was always

40:09nice it was nice but you know lawyers and doctor you know not silicon valley

40:15and movies you know hard -working people pass these houses down generations so they were

40:21nice houses but you know your great -grandfather probably passed the house down and you

40:26know my dad's a dentist he came in he was a surfing dentist and was

40:29able to get a house in the palisades and it's a beautiful yeah it's it's

40:33gorgeous area amazing weather so and the people should know that us an area bigger

40:40than the size of manhattan burnt to the ground so let's go back let's do

40:44the fire because that's a great we haven't even you know we just touched on

40:48it but nobody's really talked about what happened how this fire started you know why

40:53we're on the fire so people would think about the palisades fire and they go

40:56oh january 7th well what happened the fire for january 7th actually started on new

41:01year's eve so there's a case right now it's kind of fallen through the cracks

41:05it may not go forward there's arson cases supposedly allegedly this guy lit a fire

41:11at new year's eve with a lighter or cigarette and there was eight acre fire

41:15now according to witness testimony there's about 30 people that saw fireworks go into this

41:22site called lockman skull rock so at new year's eve eight acre fire starts lafd

41:29responds but the issue what people don't understand when they respond they can't come up

41:34there with heavy dozers so dozer like a bulldozer has a rake types thing on

41:39the front and they clear around the fire and they make a fire break even

41:43when the fire is going ideally you'd want the fire break before which because of

41:48california state parks and plant over people policies we don't have fire breaks so dead

41:54fuels dead brush has been growing around lots of communities for 50 60 years so

41:59right now the palisades burned down but what's next is brentwood hollywood hollywood hills sunland

42:06to hunga um what else bel air all these are going they're i'm sorry people

42:13you live here they're all going to burn down if we don't come in here

42:16make fire breaks up 300 feet because when i met with chief bobby garcia and

42:21i asked him about fire breaks the purpose of the fire break is to give

42:24firefighters a chance to dig in and when they drop the retardant if there's not

42:29a 300 foot break then then all the retardant just falls through the different levels

42:34of the foliage and it doesn't make a moat so if you have a break

42:38it creates a moat type situation and now the firefighters have a chance to get

42:43up there respond so back to january 1st they couldn't bring their dozers up we

42:48now have text messages because again i'm one of the lead plaintiffs suing the city

42:52of la la dwp and the state of california state parks so i have all

42:57the text messages public now but we have the texts from the park rangers the

43:01lafd and they're joking about of course i'm not bringing any dozers i know the

43:05rule you know protected plants keep in mind i never knew about this plant it's

43:10called milk vetch nobody respectfully cares about milk vetch but somebody in the environmental world

43:17cares more about milk vetch than 12 people burning alive because the plant that was

43:22protected is the reason pretty much these people burned alive so they do their best

43:28you know the lafd puts it out but now we know that the fire was

43:33still smoldering we have hiking footage of the Next day and the day after in

43:38the state park, Topanga State Park, hikers, tourists.

43:41We have a guy who lived down the street.

43:43Of course, he had his own drone that had not only a regular drone, he

43:46had a thermal imaging drone.

43:48So the whole hillside is just smoking.

43:51And we now have a firefighter, Pike, on his subpoena video.

43:55He says that he clearly saw smoldering pockets of coal that he didn't want to

44:02touch. And he informed his chief, hey, we can't pull the hoses.

44:06And the chief said, pull the hoses.

44:08Not just Pike, multiple firefighters have now said that it was all smoking.

44:13But why would they pull the hoses?

44:16After meeting with so many firefighters since, I've realized the fire department is so understaffed,

44:22so underfunded. They're operating a fire department from the 1960s with 50 % more calls

44:29now. 80 % of them are for zombies to overdoses.

44:3330 % of the fires are zombie encampment fires.

44:37So to me now, I'm trying to get in that chief.

44:40I spoke with that chief on the phone.

44:42And in my mind, it's a budget thing.

44:46Everything's just like, oh, we don't have, you know, clocks tick in.

44:49We don't have the money to stay up here with the hoses.

44:52Because three years earlier, the same area in the Highlands, I think they left the

44:55hoses up in the Palisades for 18 months.

44:57You leave the hoses up because it stays hot and they have them up.

45:01They pull them the next day.

45:02So I think it's a funding thing.

45:04I mean, the chief, Chief Crowley, who Mayor Bass fired in retaliation for telling the

45:08truth, seven weeks before the Palisades fire, she wrote a memo to Karen Bass and

45:13said, I am dangerously underfunded.

45:15I cannot keep Angelino safe.

45:17What does Mayor Bass do?

45:19Cuts another $17 million from the fire department.

45:22So in my mind, the chief's like, I can't, I don't have the money to

45:25leave guys up here. We got to go.

45:28So has anyone asked her, what was her justification for the cuts?

45:32Well, the city's broke. The city has no money.

45:34But how do they have so much money to buy homes and homeless shelters and

45:38spend all that money? Here's the best part.

45:40I've now found out since then, there was $400 million just in an account that

45:45they hadn't even touched for homeless.

45:48Because literally, at the time she cut the $17 million, there's $400 million that right

45:52now is still there that they haven't used, allocated $400 million.

45:56So they got it for the zombies, not for the taxpaying citizens' public safety, not

46:02to mention back to the taxpayers.

46:03The Palisades probably is largely, at the time of the fire, was probably the most

46:09money in taxes was going to the city from the Palisades.

46:12So, you know, back to Lockman.

46:15So they leave. Because if you listen to their testimony, the state park rangers say,

46:19oh, we got this. We'll keep an eye on this.

46:21Da -da -da -da -da.

46:22In the subpoenaed depositions, they asked one of the state park rangers, well, did you

46:26see the smoldering hill? They say, oh, yeah.

46:29What'd you do? Oh, I took a photo.

46:31What'd you do with the photo?

46:32Nothing. What do you mean?

46:33Well, I'm not a firefighter.

46:35So the state park's own manual says they're supposed to close this park to make

46:40sure it's not a dangerous condition, obviously, and to monitor it.

46:44Did they close the state park?

46:46No worse. Guess what the state park rangers asked the firefighters to do?

46:51And there's photos. It's mind -boggling.

46:53They asked the firefighters to take dead brush and fuel, and they carry it, and

46:58they put it over the fire break from a day earlier around where they made

47:02the fire break, around that January 1st.

47:04They take the dead bushes, and they cover up the fire break.

47:08There's photos of it. It's the craziest thing you've ever seen.

47:11Because they didn't want people to go on the wrong trails because they look like

47:15hiking trails now. Oh, my God.

47:17So they take— So if you wanted to be cynical, do you think that having

47:21this $400 million and keeping it in there and keeping funneling money into homelessness and

47:26not into the fire department is simply because the fire department is not profitable?

47:31You can't siphon money off of the fire department.

47:33The fire department basically just goes to fight fires.

47:37It goes to equipment, people's salaries, maintaining the fire departments.

47:42You can't steal that money.

47:44You want to know how sick it is right now?

47:46The fire department, LAFD, their union, all the members—ah, get, like, choked up.

47:51I feel so—because I met with these—you know, I keep meeting with these guys, and

47:54you hear from their heart.

47:56You're like, oh, this is so heavy.

47:57They had to take their own money to get on a ballot measure, a million

48:01dollars. They all pooled it together to get a ballot measure this coming election to

48:05get a half cent on sales tax in LA so that they could have money

48:10to fund actual things they need.

48:12A half a cent. But the point is, they need to go out of their

48:18own pocket to get a ballot measure because they know they will never get funded

48:22by the city to keep Angeleno safe, that they got to go out of it

48:26and make their own money.

48:27One way to look at it, you would look at it like, well, what would

48:30be the logical reason why they would allocate so much money towards homelessness and so

48:35little towards the fire department?

48:36When the fire department is—you know, I've said this before, but if you want to

48:39talk about, like, socialism that works, the fire department is socialism that works.

48:44If you really care about socialism, and that's the thing that you really believe in,

48:49there's certain aspects of socialism that are applicable in a healthy community.

48:53One of them is the fire department, that your money should go—we should pool some

48:58of our taxes to go to make sure that we're all protected.

49:00And the fire department doesn't just protect the rich people, it protects all people.

49:04Fires break out, the fire department comes in, regardless whether you have any money or

49:08not. We all pool our money together for the fire department.

49:11It makes sense. But if it's that, you can't steal that money, right?

49:17So there's no way you can—the homelessness is—it's vague.

49:22It's weird. You can hide it.

49:24It's like you're counting bodies on the street, oh, one, two, three—let's write 5 ,000.

49:30Like, you don't have, like, real accounting, these people, because it's so chaotic.

49:35But fire department, you know the employees.

49:37You know the fire department.

49:38You know where the trucks are.

49:40You know where everything is.

49:41You can't steal that money.

49:42But that homeless budget, boy, there's a lot of wiggle room in that homeless budget.

49:48And if you wanted to be cynical, you would say, that's why.

49:51They fund the fire department so little, and they fund the homeless so much.

49:58Well, also, these DSA socialists, they don't want to fund the fire department.

50:04They don't want to fund the police department.

50:06They want these type of entities to be defunded.

50:09They don't even want them to exist.

50:11So what do they expect when fires happen?

50:13Right now, they want things just to burn.

50:42don't have 5 ,000 people on deck to go knock on doors.

50:47They have 100 ,000 -plus members across the U .S.

50:50They have outside entities that give them money.

50:52And again, they're sneaky. If you go watch on YouTube videos, they talk so much,

50:57S -H -I -T, about Democrats, Republicans.

51:02So they don't want either party.

52:55She has, I think, approximately 20 -something percent.

52:58I think I have 13 percent.

52:59With 40 percent undecided. Those 40 percent, I keep saying, those are my voters.

53:06Those are people that are fed up.

53:08They know they're not voting for Karen Bass.

53:09They just don't know. There's a guy named Spencer Pratt that's saying, we need common

53:13sense. We need to clean these streets.

53:15No more fentanyl at the park.

53:17Parents need to feel comfortable taking their kids to school without seeing meth zombies having

53:22sex on the side of the street.

53:59When the people that really affect your life, who are destroying your way of life,

54:04are your local government, your mayor, your city council, your fire commission, your police commission.

54:20You need to have people that pride themselves in law enforcement and want accountability and

54:55If it's literally not like somebody's getting shot at that moment.

55:06So the real crime numbers are so insane.

55:10Not to mention, Karen Bass will brag about homicides are down.

55:14First off, that's a national trend.

55:15She's taking credit for the whole United States down.

55:18But I even have another angle on that.

55:20I'd have to go probably to some emergency hospitals.

55:23But I think Los Angeles has such good trauma nurses and trauma doctors.

55:29The amount of stabbings and shootings, they probably keep people alive.

55:33That's the real number. You know, maybe 30 years ago before we were so good

55:38with quick clot and, you know, and, you know, God knows.

55:41We have so much stuff now that keeps people alive.

55:44Just on the metro alone, the stabbings are, everything is double last year.

55:50So these people are living, but everyone's getting stabbed everywhere.

55:53I keep joking that everyone loved that guy in New York, Mondami or whatever his

55:57name is, because he said everything's going to be free.

55:59Well, as mayor, on the metros in Los Angeles, Mayor Pratt will make sure you're

56:04going to be free from st - abings so there you go you're welcome yeah

56:09that's a that's a good point it's like just because the actual murders are down

59:21extra money that isn't going to actually getting these firefighters within the fire station i

59:27was at they had a fire truck that should have been in retired to mexico

59:3010 years ago and instead they like pay to put a new back bumper on

59:34it and they just it's these guys have to pay out of their own pocket

59:37for the blinds the paint and they do it because they live here it's so

59:43sad where lafd used to be the symbol of great like the goat firefighters that

59:49everyone looked to how we've just let it fall apart same with lapd we have

59:54just no pride and what's happening is the olympics are coming and what i keep

59:58telling everybody is we're gonna have a terrorist attack it's because we're not even safe

1:00:57in the palisades trying to light a fire right now thankfully the area has no

1:01:02hasn't grown back yet but they're two days ago these zombies people don't like the

1:01:09word zombie but they are zombies with yes there's different boxes of homelessness there's there's

1:01:15people that need help and down on their luck they're lost their job quick boom

1:01:21that is one box is a very small box but we i am aware of

1:01:25those then there is a 95 box that are people that are just fentanyl zombies

1:01:30meth just want to live on the streets and be a drug addict right now

1:01:35maybe some of those people get help they get sober get proper treatment now they

1:01:40get a new chance of life then there's another box that are just people that

1:01:43want to do drugs and be a bad person we have to acknowledge there's actually

1:01:48just bad people that are in a different box so there's also people that want

1:01:53everything else to fall apart because their life is in the shit they live in

1:01:57shit their life is hell and they don't want to see you drive by an

1:02:01alexis they don't want to see you go to your nice house they don't want

1:02:04to see any of that they want to light things on fire well that's how

1:02:07also these dsa people get support because they've destroyed the city so much you look

1:02:13around and you think oh the american dream is broken capitalism is broken but they're

1:02:18the ones that broke it so you If you're just like a young 20 -year

1:02:22-old looking around, you're like, oh my god, there's zombies everywhere, rents so much, all

1:02:27the restaurants are closing, this system doesn't work.

1:02:29But what they're not looking at is who's breaking the system that did work, the

1:02:33one that I grew up in that was so beautiful.

1:02:40And these aren't chains, these are people that put their, you know, life into this,

1:02:45these are chefs, and they can't make it in a place that was a go

1:02:49-to food spot. Well, where I used to do comedy in Los Angeles on Sunset,

1:02:54at the Comedy Store, if you drive down Sunset now, everything is for lease.

1:02:58It's fucking nuts. It used to be very difficult to get a property on Sunset

1:03:04because it was so valuable.

1:03:05In the 90s and the early 2000s, like, everybody wanted to have a restaurant on

1:03:09Sunset. Everybody wanted to have a bar on Sunset because that's where everybody went.

1:03:12There was always cars, and it was nice, and you could walk on the street.

1:03:16We would walk down to get food.

1:03:18We would go to the stand after we would, the standard, rather, after we would

1:03:21go to the con. I would fucking never walk down that street now.

1:03:25It was normal. And that's you, trained up, you know, ready to go with the

1:03:29sidekick. Imagine a lovely lady that just wants to walk her little dog.

1:03:59street, but just like a woman with their little dog or moms with strollers.

1:04:11these families have been coming to the news and they're like, please, because they're having

1:04:15to take their kids under these underpasses with encampments to get to the schools.

1:04:22It's everywhere. It's everywhere. And I don't think people understand it.

1:08:50This is someone's children. This is someone had a baby, and that baby they loved

1:08:55more than anything. They're like, oh my god, you're so precious.

1:08:58That precious person is now in the middle of an intersection, hunched over on fentanyl.

1:09:02Well, the amount of people that message me and say, thank you, my so -and

1:09:07-so brother, daughter, son, died of fentanyl, overdose.

1:09:11These people need mandatory treatment.

1:13:02And you see a hundred mile per hour wind, and the firefighters are just standing

1:13:06there with, like, garden hoses.

1:13:08And you're seeing that a hundred mile per hour wind does not mean everything burns

1:13:11down because this community have fire breaks.

1:13:15So, then I, like, see who this guy who, like, lived with these hot shots

1:13:19for six years. So, I find him on X, and he's live streaming talking about

1:13:24how the Palisades fire, before anybody, was not started on January 7th, but a rekindle

1:13:30from that first fire when the LAFD—this is where it gets so conspiracy Chinatown movie

1:13:37type shit— they hired a crisis PR firm, the lead company—here's the best part.

1:13:45Guess where they got the money?

1:13:46The mayor's office where they got the money to hire the crisis—from the LAFD foundation.

1:13:53They used charity money to hire a crisis team to alter the after -action report

1:13:59that says all these things that went wrong to make the mayor, Karen Bass, look

1:14:03good. Oh, my God. So, I find this out because I start, you know, posting

1:14:08about what this director, Gabriel Mann, is saying about, you know, the Palisades fires.

1:14:14So, now firefighters start coming in my DMs as whistleblowers.

1:14:22ninth version. And the battalion chief that wrote it wouldn't put his name on it

1:14:49chief— has uh civil protections again so right now the fire chief is like a

1:14:54puppet they have to do whatever the mayor says cover up for the mayor they're

1:14:58just another politician they need to be responsible for the angelenos the public and they

1:15:04don't have that protection the mayor can just get rid of them so you got

1:15:07to give these civil protections back like they have the mayor can't just get rid

1:15:11of the police chief for instance but that's when i was like oh these people

1:15:16are it's organized crime thank you like it sounds like the mob here's really the

1:15:20best part you know when the mayor was in ghana as everything was burning down

1:15:23do you know who she left in charge her deputy mayor do you know where

1:17:37about israel wow i think he made it up up here it says that he

1:17:42uses google voice application on his personal cell phone to place a call to a

1:17:46city issued cell phone wow he then left the meeting and called the chief of

1:17:50staff doesn't say why what a fucking idiot i will say mayor that guy's still

1:17:55employed find out that guy's still employed i i would i think not i would

1:18:01imagine i mean i think he's going to federal prison oh he's facing 10 years

1:21:57Well, this is the thing that Newsom always chimes in about how much money California

1:22:01brings in, how much many venture capitalists are in California, how much money in tech

1:22:06is in California. Right. But it has nothing to do with your government.

1:22:11It has, in spite of your government, they're doing that.

1:22:15And they're leaving. Hollywood was the greatest thing.

1:22:19The amount of money Hollywood made for Los Angeles, from the grips to the camera

1:22:24operators, to the glam people, to the costume.

1:22:27People don't understand. People hate Hollywood.

1:22:32Stupid movie stars are so rich.

1:22:34They forget about the ecosystem that connects to that, say, Tom Cruise.

1:22:40The amount of money is gone.

1:22:42And for instance, just last week, they finally got Baywatch to come back to LA.

1:22:46Baywatch starts shooting for like two days.

1:22:49And then they kick him off the beach.

1:22:50There's all these permit problems.

1:22:52So I write a sub stack calling this out, calling out the mayor.

1:22:56Next thing you know, they come back and the mayor makes a deal.

1:23:00What's funniest thing right now is whatever I post and do, the mayor is now

1:23:04doing. Like I said the other day, I'm getting rid of the whole fire commission.

1:23:08This fire commission has been there for like 10 years, I think, after I do

1:23:11this post or whatever. Boom.

1:23:13Four out of five of the fire commission resign.

1:23:15So they're trying to just get ahead of all the things of what I'm saying,

1:23:19which is fun because it's already, I'm like the mayor.

1:23:21So I'm like, this is great.

1:23:23Well, it's also, they can't possibly do enough without completely undermining their entire organization.

1:23:29They're always going to have so much fraud and waste that your, your case will

1:23:33always be solid. There's no way there's no, they would have to literally like tank

1:23:37everything they're doing. They got them into position.

1:23:40And if they talk about how much of a failure, then they're definitely not keeping

1:23:44their job. Right. Which is, that's the problem with all of, they're all in a,

1:23:49ready for this. The lady, Janice Quinonez, that was in charge of the LADWP that

1:23:56drained. So in the Pacific Palisades, there was the San Yones Reservoir.

1:24:00It had 117 million gallons of water.

1:24:04When it was created, the engineer, he's on the cover of LA Times back in

1:24:08the day and he's talking about, he built this for wildfire protection.

1:24:12Now in their defense, the city and LADWP says that was drinking water.

1:24:17No one was drinking this water.

1:24:18I promise you. So there was a tear on this drinking water.

1:24:23They allegedly, the firefighting water.

1:24:25So they drain the entire reservoir because of a little tear that would have cost

1:24:31$120 ,000 to repair for over a year.

1:24:34This woman was making $750 ,000 a year as the head of LADWP.

1:24:41Twice her predecessor that Mayor Bass brought in.

1:24:44Keep in mind, if you make that much money, do you know what the people

1:24:48below her are making? $500 ,000, $400 ,000.

1:24:51These people get so much money and they spend over a year to fix a

1:24:56tear and it's back to the mafia thing.

1:24:58Oh, I'm sure it's like, oh, we got to use this contractor because we don't

1:25:01have an open bid. Oh, that's too cheap.

1:25:03Who knows the conspiracy to why they didn't tear it?

1:25:06So while that's drained next door to my house that I watched weekly, the local

1:25:12LAFD would do training. They'd hook up to it.

1:25:14I had a 5 million gallon reservoir for firefighting.

1:25:18So while they're doing that one, they're like, oh, we should fix this one too.

1:25:21They drain that one. And they're like, oh, we drained it.

1:25:24When we refill it, there's some issues.

1:25:27We can't refill it. They leave two reservoirs empty back.

1:25:31Rewind what I told you in a season that's the driest ever that they've actually

1:25:37had a fire. I think in 2019 where there wasn't water in the reservoir and

1:25:42they thankfully there was no wind and they had to drive 10 water tenders up

1:25:46onto the hillside for the helicopters to dip because that's the key.

1:25:50What people don't understand is like, oh, this nothing could have stopped this fire.

1:25:54You know, people that defend these people, if the reservoir had the water in it,

1:25:58the helicopters, these $17 million helicopters that Newsom loves to do the photo shoots in

1:26:03front of, how fast they are, would have had to fly less than 30 seconds

1:26:07from the origin of the fire again when the winds were fine for six hours

1:26:12in the initial thing. But instead, those helicopters had to fly all the way to

1:26:16Malibu to Pepperdine College and all the way to Encino to get the water for

1:26:21the helicopters to fly all the way back to where the fire was next door

1:26:24to where the empty reservoir is.

1:26:27So they spent 66 % of their time not fighting the fire, going to get

1:26:31the water. So it's back to, like why I say it's Chinatown.

1:26:36We have this LADWP that these people get all this money, they increase everyone's rates.

1:26:43This year everyone's rates went up 11%.

1:26:46They're going to go up 7 % annually for no reason.

1:26:49You're not getting alkaline water out of it.

1:26:52I'm convinced we used to joke like, oh, there's fluoride in the water.

1:26:55How much fentanyl is in our damn water right now?

1:26:57I mean, we're not getting better water for that 7 % increase.

1:27:02They're doubling everyone's trash, even though the entire city has more trash.

1:27:15dirtiest thing he's ever seen his whole life.

1:27:18trash and posting it. And now people will give him GoFundMe money.

1:27:21And he cleans more of the city than the city.

1:27:24And I had him on my podcast.

1:27:25I said, what's the problem here, Juan?

1:27:27And he said, people don't care, Spencer.

1:27:30And I said, so I'm mayor.

1:27:31I hire you. Are we going to get the city clean?

1:27:34He's like, Spencer, they want a billion dollars next year for the trash.

1:27:38He's like, I can do this for easy $500 million.

1:27:41I said, okay, you're hired Juan.

1:27:42I said, what are we going to do with that?

1:27:43He said, we got to fire all these people, Spencer.

1:27:45They don't care. He said it's dirtier than any third world country he's ever been.

1:27:50So they're doubling our trash rates.

1:27:52They're doubling our sewage. So more money, more money.

1:27:56It's back to taxes. Oh, the rich need to give more.

1:28:01If the quality of life just keeps getting worse and worse, why would anybody with

1:28:06money stay in California or Los Angeles when they know the fraud, the waste, the

1:28:12corruption, people that are rich, billionaires, whoever they are, if the city lights all work

1:28:17right now, this, the two mayors I'm running for let, you know, about the copper

1:28:22theft, there's no working lights in the city of LA because they let, they got

1:28:26rid of the copper task force because they obviously have, can't fund the LAPD.

1:28:29So they let everyone steal all the copper.

1:28:31So there's, everything's dark in the whole city.

1:28:33So mayor Bass goes last week and makes a press conference.

1:28:36I solved it. I'm going to spend $200 million and we're going to do solar

1:28:41power lights. You think these thieves aren't going to then pivot to stealing solar batteries

1:28:46and slaying in those? No, we got to stop the criminals.

1:30:05There's a giant amount of people in California that have been red pilled that just,

1:30:10just realized like whatever you thought your government was, when you thought you were voting

1:30:16for a progressive, kind, compassionate government, that is a sheep outfit over a wolf.

1:30:26What you're getting is organized crime.

1:32:39have your firearm and have a strong point.

1:33:37mayor the city council they all know what needs to be done but they don't

1:33:41want to push the buttons somebody needs to just come in and push them if

1:33:45there's one thing i know i will push these buttons and we're gonna get the

1:33:49city under control because it just starts with enforcing the law so i have a

1:33:53deputy mayor that i can't say who he is because of fear of retaliation at

1:33:57this point because of issues with the city right now who's in power but this

1:34:01deputy mayor who will help me enforce the law made it very clear once you

1:34:05start enforcing the law criminals leave they know oh this the gig's up they will

1:34:10go somewhere else you once you start making arrests people will leave this idea oh

1:34:16there's no room in the jails where are you going to put all these people

1:34:18once you start enforcing law they will leave and it's as simple as that he

1:34:23was suggesting for two weeks you go around the city you put up signs no

1:34:28more fentanyl at the park no more open drug use no more encampments you have

1:34:33two week countdown you tell every you give them a warning so if you want

1:34:36to leave in advance you know most of these people which is what i hear

1:38:04just don't want to go into this toxic environment that you can't it's a cartel

1:39:23talking with chief garcia who's retiring who's the goat firefighter to be one of my

1:39:27deputy to be one of my deputy mayors of fire and public safety not a

1:39:32deputy mayor that calls bomb threats into the city so just using experienced people that

1:41:46about the fires it's 365 days a year it's climate that's interesting for somebody who's

1:41:54fire service the Cal Fire he only pays them seasonal when the Palisades fire hit

1:42:00all of most of Cal Fire was down for the season if it's a 360

1:42:04force and that's why the only reason Brent would exist and didn't burn all the

1:42:09way just like the Palisades is that Chief Garcia he was ready with the U

1:42:13.S. Forest Service because he fought the feds to make sure he has a real

1:42:17fire service that's 365 because he understands it can pop off whenever so he had

1:42:22all his tankers and helicopters they came to Palisades and saved the day so this

1:42:27idea they just talk talk oh I spend all this money on all these things

1:42:32but then you don't and then he cut their salaries I mean we don't we

1:42:35could do a whole episode on Newsom I gotta stay focused and it's back to

1:42:39it's amazing that that guy thinks he could be president not when I'm mayor of

1:42:43LA because I'm gonna cook him I just don't understand how anybody could think that

1:42:47he was he would do a good job he ruined San Francisco then he ruined

1:42:51California and now he wants to ruin the country like what how the fuck do

1:42:56they think because he talks well and he doesn't even talk well he just talks

1:43:00well for people that are in that position there's just a lot of people that

1:43:05talk way better than him that aren't interested in the job well that's what we

1:43:09need to get past and the audience the taxpayers audience whatever you don't call them

1:43:18at it that's she gets everyone riled up like she's Che Guevara fighting for freedom

1:43:32like social media influencers yeah do your job we're paying our tax money for you

1:43:38to make sure our houses don't burn down zombies aren't attacking our families on the

1:43:42way to school everything that's the basic quality of life you're failing at but what

1:43:47you're good at is just yelling on social media and that was back to why

1:43:50I ran because I didn't want to be one of these just they're just yappers

1:43:54is yeah you don't do anything yeah well it's uh it's refreshing refreshing seeing something

1:44:00but I think this is how it has to be done I think it has

1:44:03to be someone from the outside that all these people that have a career in

1:44:08politics they know what feathers they can't ruffle they know that if you want to

1:44:13make it you have to be aligned with whatever the party's doing and if you

1:44:17go against them you get in trouble and everyone knows this so they all just

1:44:22sort of stay the course and hope that their time comes hope that they'll look

1:44:26the right way and say the right things and somehow or another it'll allow them

1:44:31to elevate their career and become a mayor somewhere or become a governor somewhere well

1:44:36if you look smart people will come up to me and they'll be like you're

1:44:39doing what the founders of america wanted real people part of the communities getting into

1:44:45politics not this job where i'm going to do this for three it was supposed

1:44:49to be your neighbor you're somebody who understood what everyone was going through exactly and

1:44:56and i feel that and again i'm going in there to stop these people not

1:45:01not i don't have a new utopia of what la should be i want la

1:45:05back i want the la i grew up in right i want my two sons

1:45:09to be able to once we win all our lawsuits against gavin newsom in his

1:45:12state park to rebuild in the palisades and grow up in the city of la

1:45:17that i grew up in that it was you could dream have you thought about

1:45:22a timeline of how all these ideas that you have like how long it'll take

1:45:26to actually implement them once you start enforcing the law things are going to move

1:45:31quick it's it's as simple as okay i'm mayor of la i got my new

1:45:37my new deputy mayors we have my new police commissions we're going around and we're

1:45:43just arresting people and the people that aren't getting arrested we're getting to mandatory medical

1:45:48treatment and we're just going to start clearing the streets clearing the encampments and then

1:45:52from that it just everything's going to come to first off imagine the communities like

1:45:58the how pumped people are going to be in these neighborhoods when i come and

1:46:02am i this is done what is this other person this democratic socialist lady what

1:46:08what is her solution to all these problems crime homelessness all these things what is

1:46:13she saying she is she admitting that there are issues and does she have a

1:46:17solution that she's proposing as she just posted it yesterday i didn't read it somebody

1:46:23just tagged it was so funny one of the quotes was we're gonna have a

1:46:26street medical team a street medical team we already have that it's called the lafd

1:46:32and they're spending 80 of their calls responding to these overdoses and we're also paying

1:46:37for that no they because they're so deep in it they can't say mandatory treatment

1:46:43because these people have rights to die on the sidewalk they have rights to attack

1:46:47so we need more housing this isn't these beds aren't working we need to get

1:46:52more beds so yes she needs more affordable beds more it's not working as she's

1:46:58running it as she's running it yeah so she just wants to keep business as

1:47:02usual just with more funds no she wasn't even running until three hours before the

1:47:06last where you have to fill it out but when everyone saw i was gonna

1:47:10win and be the mayor they so the real conspiracy is is my conspiracy i

1:47:19block me to make sure because it's a jungle runoff so june 2nd the top

1:47:25two numbers go to november i was 1 billion percent going to november until one

1:47:31hour before she just pops up after she already endorsed mayor bass they were doing

1:47:37photo ops together a week before they're close mayor bass endorsed this nithia lady they're

1:47:42like a team so two hours before that last minute where you have to sign

1:47:47to where they announce the final candidates she's had a year to run for mayor

1:47:51plus you could have announced it's just to block me from going to november but

1:47:55what they don't understand is people that will vote for me would never vote for

1:48:00her or karen bass they're actually picking off their own stats if anything what they're

1:48:06doing is making me the mayor on june 2nd because if you have 51 of

1:51:31to the fire it was that flagrant there was 70 year old people 70 year

1:51:36old plus i talked to 80 year olds that got dropped by their insurance january

1:51:411st been paying 40 plus years didn't even get to re -up lost everything no

1:51:46insurance if all the insurance companies are dropping an area it's very clear that they

1:51:52know what's about to happen so your city leaders your mayor everybody your state they

1:51:59should be getting ready or saying oh wow everyone's dropping this what can we do

1:53:49It's crazy. So back to the land grab thing.

1:53:53So for instance, all these properties that burn down, like I said, it's years of

1:53:59passed down family property. So when you pass that, you pay that old tax rate.

1:54:04Now these 7 ,000 dirt lots in the next couple of years, guess what the

1:54:08new tax rate is? They're going to have, when somebody buys that, and they're now

1:54:12paying 2027, 2028 Pacific Palisades tax rates, not 1970, you know, your grandfather's tax rate

1:54:20because, you know, you still lived in the house.

1:54:22So there's like 100 plus billion they're going to make just in taxes.

1:54:27So the idea that, oh, why would they ever let that happen?

1:54:31You start thinking, oh, well, they don't care because not only do they make a

1:54:35lot of money, they can rebuild it, they can try to put, you know, affordable

1:54:40housing and do this, these complex, it just gets, it gets fishy.

1:54:45It does get weird. Like you don't want to accuse people of land grabs, but

1:54:49at the very least, they're capitalizing on a tragedy.

1:55:52And her thing is, if it's God's will, it's going to go down.

1:59:15keep moving in a direction of more regulation more rules less rights more restrictions one

1:59:26la if you're just a mom and pop landlord you know not they always like

1:59:31to say landlords are like cruel a deville level like you know just like a

1:59:35mom and pop maybe you own one apartment building with units if you have like

1:59:39a drug addict crazy person living in there most of them now also with their

1:59:45section 8 scammer and range rovers have two cars if you want to get them

1:59:49out they can go a whole year with not paying these landlords and then they

1:59:54have to pay 100 grand in legal fees to try to get them out so

1:59:57then they settle with this criminal that's just abusing this loophole in this system they'll

2:00:03give them 50 40k to just leave that person's not put on any list and

2:00:07then they go do it to another apartment building so a lot of these apartment

2:00:10buildings they don't even want to rent out to people because they can't afford to

2:00:15then have one of these people so again with this housing and then ready for

2:00:19this the city council if it was not 170 million it's 200 million just gave

2:00:25170 million to the lawyers that sue the tenants for these people but there's no

2:00:30fun for the tenants to then defend themselves jesus christ it's it's so crazy so

2:00:39again it's about these people coming around me that know that are living this nightmare

2:00:44and be like how do i help you stop these things and putting these people

2:00:47that know the the game because they're living it yeah and undo it we got
