1:00Ghislaine Maxwell has filed a motion in the 2015 defamation case brought against her by
1:08the late Virginia Giuffre, where Ghislaine Maxwell is now requesting a federal judge who previously
1:16presided over that case block 90 ,000 documents which have yet to be produced under
1:23the Epstein Transparency Act. And apparently these documents relate to depositions that Ghislaine Maxwell took
1:33in the Virginia Giuffre case.
1:3690 ,000 potentially very devastating documents that are still being concealed by the Department of
1:44Justice, which have not yet been produced.
1:46And as I've been digging into some of the recent filings by Ghislaine Maxwell, I
1:52find them highly suspicious for a number of reasons that I want to discuss with
1:56you. And I believe that there is a concerted plan being implemented here with the
2:03Trump regime to try to make it appear that they're adversarial with the Department of
2:08Justice in kind of public filings.
2:12But in fact, they're working hand in hand in concert with each other, in my
2:16opinion, as part of a operation, I believe, that was set up between Todd Blanche,
2:23Donald Trump's former criminal defense attorney, turn number two at the Department of Justice, and
2:28Ghislaine Maxwell back when she was interviewed in Tallahassee over the summer.
2:33And then she was moved to the club fed facility in Camp Bryan, Texas.
2:39You know, it's notable to me that when Ghislaine Maxwell was deposed fairly recently by
2:45the House Oversight Committee, she had a lawyer by her side named David Oscar Marcus.
2:52So she has, and David Oscar Marcus is a top lawyer in the Florida area.
2:58He's like very close friends with Todd Blanche.
3:01He represents a lot of high -profile people.
3:04He's a very expensive lawyer to hire.
3:08But he was the lawyer who announced at the beginning of Ghislaine's deposition before the
3:13House that she would be invoking her Fifth Amendment right against self -incrimination.
3:17And he was the guy who said, well, if Donald Trump just gives her a
3:23pardon or gives her a commutation, she'll say favorable things about Donald Trump.
3:30I have the receipts to that.
3:32I'll show you what his opening statement said.
3:34But he was the lawyer sitting with her.
3:36In this civil case involving Virginia Giuffre, who now recently died by suicide, but she
3:45filed a defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell back in 2015 for statements that Ghislaine Maxwell
3:52was making about Giuffre. And then that case ultimately gathered information which helped lead to
3:58the criminal prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell.
4:02In that case, apparently Ghislaine Maxwell still has lawyers and top lawyers, top legal minds
4:10who charge a lot of money.
4:13I mean, I know this law firm.
4:14She's represented by two partners at this law firm.
4:18One is named Laura M over here.
4:21You see her over here.
4:22And Laura is a partner at this law firm.
4:26You know, you can see right here.
4:28And she's on this pleading right here.
4:31There's Laura. And then there's Jeffrey Pagluckia.
4:34And the firm is Haddon Morgan and Foreman PC.
4:37They're a big firm in Colorado.
4:39Again, they charge high hourly rates.
4:42So she's represented by top lawyers in these situations.
4:47Why am I bringing this up?
4:48Ben, who cares that she's represented by big law firms or whatever?
4:52Because in another federal proceeding where she's filing a habeas petition, she claims she doesn't
5:00have the ability to hire a lawyer.
5:02She's kind of playing poverty.
5:04And she claims she can't hire anybody at all.
5:07And she was at first being represented by David Oscar Marks.
5:11there. He moved off of that case, but he's obviously still representing her in some
5:16capacity because he was before the House Oversight Committee.
5:20But the question ultimately becomes is, well, then why is she representing herself if she
5:26can apparently afford or finagle a way to get all of these lawyers representing her,
5:31especially in a 2015 defamation case involving Virginia Giuffre, where there's issues that have just
5:37arisen recently? Why doesn't she have a lawyer in her habeas petition because the fix
5:44is in? And I want to explain to you what's happening behind the scenes here.
5:47She's claiming before federal judge Engelmeyer in the Southern District of New York that she's
5:53pro -per. In other words, she can't find a lawyer and she plays poverty, that
5:59she's unable to do this and that she can't access the documents and she needs
6:04help. And if she just had really good legal minds, she may be able to
6:08file her habeas petition sooner, but she's just going to need additional time, judge, because
6:14she's pro -per. In my opinion, she's being helped out.
6:18I don't know by which lawyers behind the scene, but in my opinion, lawyers are
6:22assisting her with her paperwork and her motions.
6:26That's just my opinion, of course.
6:27And she's saying that she's pro -per and she can't find lawyers to judge Engelmeyer
6:32in connection with her habeas petition so that she could delay the proceedings there even
6:38further. Why does she want to delay the proceedings?
6:42Because she wants to be able to say, oh, I can't testify anywhere, so I'm
6:47going to have to keep invoking my Fifth Amendment right against self -incrimination while I
6:51have this habeas petition that's pending.
6:54And then by trying to delay this towards the end of Donald Trump's term, I
6:58believe the fix is in that there's already a deal for Donald Trump to grant
7:03her clemency, either give her a pardon or a commutation.
7:06So she's going to try to drag this out as long as possible.
7:10And just so you know, she's already exhausted all of her appeals, right?
7:14She's a convicted child sex trafficker.
7:16In the case that went before a judge before Judge Engelmeyer, that other judge is
7:20no longer with us, is no longer there.
7:22Judge Engelmeyer took over the case.
7:23It's in the Southern District of New York, right?
7:26Maureen Comey, James Comey's daughter, was one of the top prosecutors in the Southern District
7:31of New York. She was the AUSA assistant U .S.
7:34attorney who prosecuted Ghislaine Maxwell.
7:36Maxwell was convicted. She was sentenced to 20 plus years in prison.
7:40She was put in that Tallahassee facility before being transferred over to the VIP facility
7:45in Camp Bryan, Texas. So you have that proceeding that took place in the Southern
7:52District of New York. She then appealed it to the Second Circuit Court of Appeal.
7:56They rejected her appeal. She then appealed to the United States Supreme Court.
8:00They rejected her appeal. So she's out of appeals.
8:03Any prisoner has the ability to file a habeas petition saying they're being unlawfully detained
8:11because there's new evidence that's out there or they found some extraordinary information that wasn't
8:17available to them during the time of trial that would bear on their claim that
8:22they should be released from prison.
8:23So it's not a unique claim to her.
8:25It's not an appeal. She's done with appeals, but she's using this habeas petition, I
8:30believe a frivolous habeas petition, as a pretext to try to invoke the fifth or
8:34claim, I still have to invoke my fifth, which is total BS.
8:38Any lawyer knows that at this point, there's nothing to worry about self -incrimination because
8:43you've been incriminated. You were found guilty of child sex trafficking, okay?
8:49But to me, this is all about delay, delay, delay, and ultimately her deal with
8:53Donald Trump to give her a commutation or to grant her clemency, either a commutation
8:58or a pardon. Look at the filing that was recently made before Judge Engelmeyer in
9:04the Southern District of New York.
9:05He says, Judge Engelmeyer writes, On February 17, 2026, the Pro Se office in this
9:13district received a letter from Ghislaine Maxwell attached to this order as Exhibit A, the
9:19Maxwell letter. It requested inter alia, inter alia just means among other things, further time
9:25to file an amended Section 2255 motion.
9:29That's basically her petition or AB's petition based on materials that the DOJ has released
9:35under the Epstein files transparency act.
9:38And so she said, look, I'm pro pur.
9:41I need more time. Please help me.
9:43And I don't have a lawyer, so I need more time.
9:46And I have to go through these, the millions of Epstein files that have been
9:50released because I believe this helps me that this shows that I'm innocent.
9:55She actually argues that the release of the Epstein files, she thinks helps her and
10:00shows that she's innocent when I think it makes her look far worse.
10:04I think she should be thrown in jail and prison for multiple life sentences after
10:08what we all read in the Epstein files, but she's a sicko.
10:11And this is what sickos say.
10:13She goes, this made me look better.
10:15So the letter that she wrote to the judge, we have that published from February
10:1917th, which the judge docketed on February 20th.
10:23This is what she says.
10:25She says, Ghislaine Maxwell writes to Judge Engelmeyer, to date, I have not had any
10:31access to any of this publicly disclosed material as I am in federal prison without
10:37internet and without computer access.
10:39to the new material. In compliance with that order by this letter, I declare I
10:44require further time to file an amended petition for habeas corpus in light of the
10:49disclosure of 5 .4 million documents by the U .S.
10:52government pursuant to the Epstein Transparency Act.
10:56The December 19, 2025 revelation that the government had millions and millions of documents that
11:02I have never seen and were not disclosed to me when I had the benefit
11:06of skilled criminal counsel has significantly changed my position.
11:12So that your honor understands that the review of this disclosure and additional time required
11:17to undertake that exercise is of tremendous value and worthy of the additional time, I
11:23request and I highlight here just a few material pages that I have discovered relying
11:28on media reports. Here's what she claims that she's found from media reports about the
11:34Epstein files. And she said that she doesn't have skilled criminal counsel, so she needs
11:40a lot more time to look at this herself.
11:42She goes, the new material reveals that complainants, that the survivors represented to be minors
11:49were not minors and that the prosecution knew this at the time they misrepresented the
11:55ages of the complainants. So you see what this sicko is doing?
11:59You hear what this, you see what this pedo is doing, what Ghislaine's doing?
12:02She's saying the survivors were not actually minors.
12:05She says that was her revelation from the Epstein files that the survivors lied about
12:10being minors, right? This pedo is a sicko right here.
12:14She goes on to say that images admitted for specific dates to prove abuse at
12:19a specific location did not accurately reflect time and place and therefore age of the
12:25complainant at the relevant time and that the prosecution knew this when they put these
12:29materials before the judge and jury.
12:31Ghislaine saying that the photographs that were shown at her trial were fabricated and misrepresented
12:37that they were minors, basically, when they are adults.
12:40As I said, this pedo Ghislaine is a sicko.
12:44I mean, look at what the stuff she's writing.
12:45She goes that the non -prosecution agreement promises made by the United States precluded the
12:51SDNY from indicting me. And the text facts and circumstances underlying the negotiations of the
12:57non -prosecution agreement demonstrate the intent of the co -conspirator clause was global.
13:04So that's her argument. And she goes and lists that in more specifics.
13:07But she claims, I don't have a lawyer and I need to prove that these
13:12survivors were not actually minors at the time they were sexually assaulted.
13:17When we've all read the files, she should have been charged with far more.
13:21She was lucky that she's only doing 20 years and she's lucky right now.
13:25You talk about the Epstein class, right?
13:28She's in club fed because of Donald Trump trying to cover up this sex trafficking
13:32ring and whatever deal was cut between her and Todd Blanche.
13:35She was moved from the Tallahassee facility and now she's out there pretending that she
13:39can't find lawyers and she needs to make this argument that the survivors were not
13:44actually underage and that the photos are fabrications.
13:48Utterly pathetic. But then let's turn to the filing that she made with this law
13:54firm over here that goes through, let's pull it open right here, that now she's
14:02arguing over here that 90 ,000 documents need to be concealed that were produced in
14:08a civil case that was brought by Virginia Giuffre against her in the case Giuffre
14:15versus Maxwell. And so she talks about in this motion, how she was sued for
14:19defamation by this law firm called the Boy's Shiller law firm, how a civil protective
14:26order was entered into in 2015 or 2016 before depositions were taken and discovery and
14:33documents were produced and exchanged.
14:36And she says that Boy's Shiller, the law firm representing Virginia Giuffre, turned over documents
14:44to the government during the first prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell.
14:49And it was obtained by the government through a grand jury subpoena and that Ghislaine
14:55didn't know about it and that those documents should never have been turned over to
15:00the government during the criminal trial through this grand jury subpoena.
15:05And now under the Epstein Transparency Act, the government is saying, we have to produce
15:11these records now. And Ghislaine Maxwell is saying, no, these 90 ,000 records, which include
15:17multiple depositions of Ghislaine Maxwell, where she testified about things and these 90 ,000 documents,
15:24highly sensitive documents. And I'm going to talk about what could be in these documents
15:28as well, potentially that these documents should not be public and should not be produced.
15:3490 ,000 documents and depositions need to be concealed.
15:37The reporting by Roger Sullenberger about documents and discovery in the various Ghislaine cases also
15:45talked about how they're, you know, at least in the Ghislaine criminal case, we know
15:51that a individual who made very serious accusations against Donald Trump regarding sexual assault, um,
16:00that, that, uh, these, that these documents were turned over to Ghislaine Maxwell and Ghislaine
16:06Maxwell's criminal. case. And those documents have not been produced pursuant to the Epstein Transparency
16:12Act. So there's a set of documents.
16:14Remember the case we talked about or the situation where someone who accused Epstein of
16:19sexual assault also accused Donald Trump of sexual assault in South Carolina.
16:23Remember those two accusations against Donald Trump that were in that one slideshow that the
16:28FBI put together. There was one, an underage girl who said that she bit Trump's
16:36penis and he punched her and there was like a whole situation and there was
16:41horrific graphic stuff that was discussed in there.
16:44Again, those were accusations that were made about it and people were like, oh, well,
16:48there's no accusations against Donald Trump.
16:49Then there is right there.
16:51Then there was another accusation about a survivor who said that Epstein brought her to
16:58Trump and said, what do you think about this one?
17:00Do you like this one?
17:00There was a lot of other accusations about Trump, but those were in that PowerPoint.
17:04So I don't know if those documents are included in this 90 ,000 that Ghislaine
17:08doesn't want out. But I wonder if Ghislaine was asked questions about Trump.
17:13What other emails and documents are there that have not been produced?
17:18And Ghislaine's position is that those documents are subject to a, here's her argument.
17:25Those documents were turned over to the grand jury in the criminal case pursuant to
17:31federal rule of criminal procedure 6E, which regulates grand jury proceedings.
17:37And the prosecutors at that time, that's like Maureen Comey and that crew of prosecutors
17:44who prosecuted her, didn't disclose in connection with the civil case where there was a
17:49protective order that the civil case file, when Jufre sued Maxwell, that that file, which
17:55was subject to a confidentiality order was turned over to the government.
18:00And so what Jufre now, what Maxwell now argues is those Jufre documents are rule
18:086E material, are private grand jury, confidential grand jury information, and should not be produced.
18:15But one of the things we know in general is that grand jury material pursuant
18:19to rule 6E is superseded by the Epstein Transparency Act.
18:24And that should be produced.
18:25All of that should be produced the same way other rule 6E.
18:29Remember how the Department of Justice was filed those motions to release rule 6E material
18:35before the Epstein Transparency Act and the courts were saying, oh, we can't release it.
18:39And when the Epstein Transparency Act came out, it says they can release it.
18:44So those documents should absolutely be released.
18:47But Ghislaine wants these 90 ,000 documents and wants all of that to be the
18:52night and the depositions to be concealed.
18:54What are you hiding? What the hell is in these depositions that should absolutely be
18:58produced? And I have to wonder with all these different law firms that are engaged
19:03in this case, I just think there's a broader strat.
19:06As a former litigator, I, you know, I'm seeing these things and I'm like, okay,
19:11well, she's got a lawyer in the House of Representatives.
19:13She has a lawyer on the civil case where these 90 ,000 documents need to
19:19be produced and they're fighting to block the documents.
19:22Yet she's claiming she's pro se or pro pur to get delays and extensions.
19:27And by the way, because she was pro pur, Judge Engelmeyer ended up actually giving
19:31her an extension. I mean, look right here at what the deadlines are that he
19:35gave her. That her filing, her reply is now due May 19th, 2026.
19:43Okay. So in her mind, May 19th, 2026, that'll bring me by the time the
19:48judge makes a ruling into 2027.
19:51That'll be the second half of Donald Trump's term.
19:54And I could try to effectively delay and stall all of this until then.
19:59And she'll and she'll keep claiming, oh, I can't testify.
20:02I have to invoke the fifth.
20:05And I think part of the deal, by the way, she doesn't have to invoke
20:09that. She has nothing to invoke the fifth about.
20:10Again, she's incriminated. Her appeals are done.
20:13This habeas thing is BS, but she's creating noise in order to create a pretext
20:18to not have to testify.
20:20And that's why then behind the closed, behind closed doors.
20:23I believe there's a deal with Blanche.
20:25You put her in Club Fed, this facility in Camp Bryan, Texas, where she's comfortable
20:31and she's doing yoga and things are great.
20:33And right, she's claiming that she can't access computers and read anything.
20:37She's in a top -notch facility.
20:38Of course, she can access computers and read things and see things.
20:41So that's why I believe the Trump regime is behind this.
20:45I believe that I'm intrigued about who's paying for her lawyers.
20:50And if she's got a lot of money still, where she's paying for all of
20:54these lawyers. And then the answer of why is she not hiring a lawyer for
20:58the criminal habeas? It's because she wants to play victim because she's a sociopath.
21:04And now she goes to the judge.
21:05Oh, judge, I'm just a pro pur.
21:07I'm pro se. I don't know what I'm doing.
21:09I need more time. I need more time.
21:10Do you see the strategy?
21:11I know it's a long video, but I wanted to go through the complexities of
21:15what's taking place here and why I believe Trump and Blanche and Bondi's fingerprints are
21:20all over this plan. To me, the red flags are there.
21:24And then what's those 90 ,000 documents that she doesn't want to release in the
21:28civil case? What did she say in those depositions that are still being concealed from
21:32the public? There you have it.
21:33Hit subscribe. Let's get to six.
