0:58So this will be a fun show as it often is.

1:03But we got a lot of serious things to talk about with all of you.

1:07And Pete Hegseth had another early press conference about the situation unfolding in Iran.

1:15And I'm sure we're going to play some of those cuts for you.

1:18But President Trump is meeting the new leader of Japan in the Oval Office as

1:23we speak. And he just made news as Trump typically does.

1:27Buck, one of my favorite things that Trump does is say he's not going to

1:31answer a question and then answer the question while saying he's not going to answer

1:36the question. So he was specifically asked.

1:38This is something that a lot of you have been concerned about.

1:41He was specifically asked, are you going to put so -called boots on the ground

1:46in Iran? He's typically said, hey, I'm not going to answer that.

1:50And to his credit, strategically, it would be not smart to say potentially if he's

1:57going to do one thing or another, leave all options open.

2:00It's harder to prepare for something if you don't know what's coming.

2:03But he said he's not going to answer.

2:04And then he answered. Here is cut 31.

2:06This just happened in the Oval Office moments ago.

2:09Potentially put U .S. troops or more troops in the region.

2:12No, I'm not putting troops anywhere.

2:15If I were, I certainly wouldn't tell you.

2:18But I'm not putting troops.

2:20And we will do whatever is necessary to keep the price as well.

2:25I actually thought when I did this, look, the Dow just hit 50 ,000 a

2:30couple of weeks ago. They said that couldn't happen for four years.

2:34It wouldn't happen in my term.

2:35It's such an outrageous thing because I said it would happen.

2:39I didn't know it was going to happen that fast, but it just hit 50

2:42,000. So Trump kind of dancing around there, but asked if he's going to put

2:49boots on the ground. The only place I think he would have gone, and we've

2:52said this for days and days now, is potentially Karg Island, which is the main

2:58central location of where Iranian oil is shipped, produced.

3:02We have video of Trump from back in the 1980s that we've played talking about,

3:06hey, if you're going to hit Iran, that's the place where you hit Iran.

3:09But it seems like, Buck, there is, Trump had a strongly worded statement that he

3:14put out last night and continues to move towards things being done.

3:19I think you said, you expected by April 1 for this thing to be over.

3:23I think that's a good number.

3:24I would go by April 15 if we want to go on the long end,

3:29which would be another three and a half or so weeks.

3:31But it does feel to me like this operation is winding down, primarily because Iran

3:38has very few ballistic missiles left and increasingly few drones.

3:42If you look at the overall trajectory of Iran's ability to fire back kind of

3:46haphazardly in every direction, they don't have that opportunity anymore to a large extent.

3:52And as that opportunity has continued to be degraded, we are now sitting in a

3:57situation where it's basically, hey, who do we want to take out?

4:02And what is a resolution here?

4:04Is that your take as President Trump, again, will continue to update, continues to answer

4:09questions? Well, sure. Sure, but I think that something else that came out last night,

4:17a reminder that this is high -stakes stuff and things can go south on us

4:24pretty quick, the President truthed out the following, Israel, out of anger for what has

4:31taken place in the Middle East, has violently lashed out at a major facility known

4:36as South Par's gas field in Iran.

4:38A relatively small section of the hole has been hit.

4:41The United States knew nothing about this particular attack, and the country of Qatar was

4:47in no way, shape, or form involved with it, nor did it have any idea

4:52that it was going to happen.

4:53Unfortunately, Iran did not know this or any of the pertinent facts pertaining to the

4:57South Par's attack, and unjustifiably and unfairly attacked a portion of Qatar's liquid natural gas

5:05facility. No more attacks will be made by Israel, all caps, pertaining to this extremely

5:11important and valuable South Par's field, unless Iran unwisely decides to attack a very innocent,

5:18in this case, Qatar, in which instance the United States of America, with or without

5:23the help or consent of Israel, will massively blow up the entirety of the South

5:27Par's gas field at an amount of strength and power that Iran has never seen

5:31or witnessed before. I do not want to authorize this level of violence and destruction

5:36because of the long -term implications that we'll have on the future of Iran.

5:39But if Qatar's liquid natural gas is attacked again, I will not hesitate to do

5:42so. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J.

5:45Trump. I just want to read that whole thing because, wow, that's powerful stuff.

5:51There's a lot going on, a lot of different plot twists in that statement and

5:54when I read it last night, I was like, oh, wow.

5:56So it's almost like you need to break down all the different categories.

6:00The first and obviously the one that jumped out the most to me was this

6:04attack that Israel levied was not one that Trump knew was coming.

6:09But I actually thought it was quite diplomatic as he moved on to say, hey,

6:14if you do anything to Qatar, then we are going to rain down holy hell

6:19on you. There are some reports that Iran seems to be stepping back from doing

6:24anything, which obviously would suggest we are moving towards a situation where maybe calming down

6:33is more likely to occur.

6:35Oil and gas prices, Buck, I thought you said this yesterday.

6:37This is of all the times that you could be the oil and gas guy.

6:42It spikes on every little news story.

6:44It comes back down on every little news story.

6:47There's a bunch of different oil markets.

6:50There now is a huge divergence between the oil markets that are based in the

6:55Middle East, largely that type of oil and gas, and crude oil, which is the

6:59typical U .S. oil and gas.

7:01As I have it open on my screen in front of me right now, $97

7:05a barrel. Crude oil, the U .S.-focused crude oil, went to $120 about a week

7:11ago, and it continues to spike or not spike entirely based on news stories right

7:17now. So you'll hear, hey, there's something new in the Strait of Hormuz or a

7:21new missile has landed, and they will move in one direction or another rapidly, even

7:27as we are talking to all of you.

7:29Crude oil right now is $97 .50 a barrel, again, down from $120, where it

7:37went a couple of weeks ago, and sitting right at $97 .50, as I'm talking

7:42to all of you, moving on the news, basically, that's coming out of the Oval

7:47Office every sentence, almost, it feels like right now.

7:52Look, I'm wondering what exactly is going to come out of all of this, because

8:03increasingly I think it's clear what we've been saying.

8:06There's not going to be regime change here.

8:07So you've killed the leadership off, but the security forces and the government structure below

8:13that leadership level seems like they're staying in place.

8:16You've destroyed all their military infrastructure, but that doesn't seem to change.

8:23For example, the besiegi militia, the besiege, being able to terrify people into staying in

8:30their homes. And I just sit here and think, this was, what is, is it

8:37clear why we're, what we're trying to get out of this and why we got

8:42into this? I'm not sure it is.

8:46Well, I think this is a fair question to ask.

8:50What got us into this is Iran was going to go nuclear, which we've been

8:56told for 20 years at different levels was like months away, weeks away, months away,

9:01weeks away. Okay. All right.

9:03I mean, we don't have access to that information, only the top of the national

9:06security apparatus does, which should make people a little bit uncomfortable, right?

9:09I mean, we're trying, I live through the whole WMD thing, as did all of

9:13you. We're trusting the people in charge.

9:15Now, I voted for Trump three times.

9:17I trust President Trump on matters of national security as a general rule.

9:23But there is just a trust factor there.

9:25What is the outcome here that's going to be worth the hundreds of billions of

9:32dollars that this campaign will have ended up costing?

9:35I think the challenge is, and you would know this better than anybody, having worked

9:40as a CIA analyst, predicting what was going to happen on the ground and what

9:45is happening and what's likely to happen is really, really difficult inside of Iran.

9:50Because the president's first statement that he made when we decapitated the government and took

9:56out the Ayatollah was, now is the time for all of you to rise up.

10:01You may not have another chance for decades or generations to take back your government.

10:05That seemed like the goal was regime change.

10:09But it now seems like, given that there doesn't appear to have been that rising

10:15tide inside of Iran, I mean, I think it's fair to say, Buck, there were

10:19tens of thousands of people in the streets protesting the government when the Ayatollah was

10:24still alive. Now he's dead, and the tens of thousands of people in the streets

10:28don't seem to be happening.

10:30Well, a lot of them are dead.

10:32But, well, yeah, he killed 30 ,000 people.

10:35Australia has an incredible, a great newspaper in Australia has an incredible front page.

10:39So, yes, a lot of the resistance they killed.

10:42But I think maybe there was an expectation of more of an uprising.

10:45And as you were talking, I just sent it in.

10:47We'll play it. Besson is in the Oval Office.

10:50And he just said they still expect...

10:52for there to be an uprising inside of Iran.

10:55So I think part of the argument has been it's shifting in its goals because

11:00on the one hand, the mow the grass strategy of, hey, we're just going to

11:03wipe out Iran's ability to have strong weaponry and any impact in the Middle East.

11:09That's to me the low end and I think likely to have occurred.

11:13The high end is we're going to replace this government with one that actually is

11:18a decent one. That seems unlikely.

11:20And it feels to me like we're going to be somewhere in kind of the

11:23squishy middle where what exactly is Iran is going to look like when we stop

11:28dropping bombs is hard to forecast.

11:30Here's the other thing. Why can Israel not continue to drop bombs?

11:35So if the U .S.

11:37decides at some point in time, hey, we've done everything we think we need to

11:40do. I'm not sure the joint response.

11:43We've got an audio clip from Trump about this and the truth social post that

11:47you read is indicative of this as well.

11:50Couldn't there be at some point a divergence in the union where the U .S.

11:54says, hey, we think we've done enough and Iran says, hey, you know, we haven't

11:57like we saw in Gaza when Iran kept going.

12:01I mean, sorry, Israel kept going because they're trying to eliminate the threat once and

12:05for all. And the threat, to be fair, to Israel is more substantial than the

12:10threat is to the United States.

12:11I think the Israelis have made it clear to Iranian hardliners, if you do anything

12:17that negatively affects the national security or the people of Israel, we'll blow you up

12:24in a tent in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night.

12:27Like, we'll get you. Yeah.

12:29I mean, that has been made clear.

12:31What does that mean for the future of a country of 90 million people?

12:35I mean, I got to tell you, as this thing is going on here, we

12:38are using a tremendous amount of munitions, which are very expensive, I might add, in

12:47all of this, to blow up a lot of kind of second and third tier

12:54military equipment, just calling it like it is.

12:59So how long do we continue to do this for?

13:01I mean, this is going to end up being an expensive side quest of sorts.

13:08From what I think a lot of people are still wondering, hey, we've got domestic

13:13issues here. That's really what we want to see the focus on.

13:16Trump is aware of that.

13:17Look, he just said it's going to be over pretty soon.

13:21This is cut 33. Play this one.

13:27The prices will go up.

13:29The economy will go down a little bit.

13:30I thought it would be worse, much worse, actually.

13:33I thought there was a chance it could be much worse.

13:35It's not bad. And it's going to be over with pretty soon.

13:37But we've obliterated the Navy.

13:39We've obliterated their, just about everything there is to obliterate, including leadership.

13:45Their Navy's gone. Their Air Force is gone.

13:47Their anti -aircraft equipment is gone.

13:49We're flying wherever we want, Pete.

13:51We have nobody even shooting at us.

13:54They have, I mean, and as you know, their leadership is gone.

13:59Their leaders are gone. They pick new leaders.

14:01They're gone. They pick new leaders.

14:03They're gone. And now they're looking for new leaders again.

14:06We can take out the island anytime we want.

14:10So he's talking about Carg Island there.

15:51Some serious, some funny, as is often the case with President Trump.

15:56And let me see here.

15:58The absolute latest. We were discussing the Truth Social Post last night, and Trump was

16:04asked about his disagreement on the decision Israel made to target part of Iran's oil

16:11and natural gas infrastructure. Trump said he didn't know about it.

16:15And this is cut 34.

16:18Trump says he told Netanyahu.

16:20to stop the strikes on Iran's energy fields.

16:25You talked to Prime Minister Minyan Yahu about attacking the oil and gas fields.

16:29Yeah, I did. I did.

16:30I told him, don't do that.

16:32And he won't do that.

16:33We didn't discuss. You know, we're independent.

16:37We get along great. It's coordinated.

16:40But on occasion, he'll do something.

16:42And if I don't like it, then so we're not doing that anymore.

16:46Question for you, Buck. Could this be intentional?

16:50Where Trump gets to play the good guy to Qatar and Israel gets to be

16:55the bad guy and Trump says, boy, I didn't know we were going to do

16:58this. And it's all kind of coordinated, but it allows him to look like the

17:03middle agent trying to bring, you know, stability.

17:07Or do you think Netanyahu just truly went rogue and did this and the American

17:13administration didn't know about it?

17:16I look, this is my gut instinct.

17:18I think that Trump doesn't want the messing with the liquid natural gas production for

17:25the whole world. This is real stuff.

17:28If you were to eliminate, let's just say, let's just put this out there.

17:32Let's say Iran had the capability to destroy the Qatari liquefied natural gas field that

17:38we're talking about, the PARS field.

17:40It's a huge percentage of, like a shockingly large percentage of global production and global

17:47reserves in those fields. And we can pull up the stats for you in a

17:50second. I don't know off the top of my head.

17:52I just know it's really big.

17:53I think it's the biggest liquefied natural gas facility in the world.

17:57So that gives you some sense of it.

17:59You want to really mess up the global economy in the blink of an eye?

18:04Take off line. Now, this is only one part of the facility.

18:09It's going to be, I'm not a catastrophe.

18:11I think it's all going to be okay.

18:12It's fine. But I think Trump's like, hey, guys, knock it off.

18:18I think legitimately this was, look, this is where you have to have the talk

18:23about this, too. I mean, Iran is a bigger threat to Israel than it is

18:28to us. Yes. That's just a fact.

18:31We all know this. They have different.

18:33Now, you can be allies with people in something, as we are, and not have

18:37the exact same. We do not.

18:38There is no such thing as a country that has the exact same national security

18:41interests. If the United States decides to stop bombing before Iran does.

18:48In fact, I might put the probability as high that that could occur.

18:52Before Israel does. Yeah. Yeah.

18:53The Israelis have been taking out, or have they, but, I mean, nuclear scientists have

19:00been, you know, getting blown up for a long time, and a lot of people

19:03think that, you know, we think we know who it is.

19:07I mean, they're neither confirmed nor denied, but, I mean, you look at all the

19:09reporting on this stuff going back for a very long time.

19:12I mean, Israel has been waging a covert war against the Iranian nuclear program for

19:17many, many years, and much more so than, well, at least than Americans are aware

19:22of that their own government.

19:23And, again, what are we doing?

19:24What are the Israelis doing?

19:25You know, who knows? But the point here is, Clay, yeah, I think Israel sees

19:30this as an opportunity to just really, really hit them where it hurts in Iran,

19:35more so even than Trump is willing to do.

19:39Because Iran is, Iran can't hit us with ballistic missiles.

19:42Iran can hit Israel with ballistic missiles, obviously, and drones, and a whole bunch of

19:47things. So this is just straightforward, and anybody who has any kind of, oh, what

19:52are you saying? No, of course, we're different countries, different population size, different geography, different

19:58distance to the enemy here, which is Iran.

20:00They're going to have a different set of national security interests than we are.

20:04There will be some areas where it coincides.

20:06There are some areas where it doesn't.

20:08And I think this is where we saw Trump having to basically tell them, you

20:13guys, if we're doing this thing together here, you've got to cool it a little

20:16bit on that. You can't be putting global liquefied natural gas production at risk with

20:22any actions that you're taking.

20:24Because also, if you took this offline, I think it cost $70 billion, or no,

20:27$100 billion or $70 billion to build this facility.

20:30Some crazy number. And if you obliterated the whole thing, it would take years, years

20:36and years to rebuild this, I wonder also whether this is Netanyahu in Israel knowing

20:44that the Americans might be opposed to it and doing it anyway with getting whatever

20:51you wanted to do done without having to clear it beforehand and create it.

20:56And then you're like, oh, sorry, we thought you were OK with this.

20:58Here is you ask the question, Buck, about ultimate goals.

21:01And again, by the way, Clay, can I ask you a question?

21:04Sorry, I'm just. Yeah, yeah.

21:05World War II, wasn't there a dispute between America and Britain over daylight bombing?

21:10Didn't we have over the bombing raids?

21:12Am I right about that?

21:13I'm reading right now. I mean, the idea that the U .S.

21:17and England, in retrospect, everybody, Buck, says, oh, what a great partnership.

21:23They fought all the time.

21:25They disagreed on stuff all the time.

21:27The decision of when to go into Europe was a huge battle.

21:32And you're talking about one of the disagreements.

21:34But I'm totally right, by the way, Britain and the U .S.

21:38strongly disagreed over daylight bombing in World War II.

21:41The Royal Air Force, because they had just, you know, gotten hit real bad, lost

21:46a lot of people. They're like, look.

21:47going at night we're going at night uh because and the americans were like well

21:53we want to actually go in the day so we can see what we're hitting

21:56because this is a lot of it even with the norden bomb site or whatever

21:59this is like line of sight stuff really you're talking about and the brits were

22:02just like nah we're dropping those bombs at night that's how we're going to do

22:05it so my point here is there are this is not a new thing this

22:09is not a oh my gosh i mean i was allies are going to disagree

22:12on historical reading because the idea is that the u .s and britain were in

22:16lockstep agreement and in the way that it gets covered because we won world war

22:20ii that's the perspective on it but actually there was a great deal of behind

22:25the scenes disagreement so to your point the u .s and israel having somewhat divergent

22:29perspectives is not crazy and the british were okay with higher civilian casualties i might

22:35add as well because they went through all of the attacks i mean if you

22:38go back and read it's a great book um on when when england was getting

22:42bombed when it looked like hitler was going to invade england before he decided to

22:48pivot in one of the great strategic miscalculations of all time and go after russia

22:52uh the expectation was during the bombing of britain i think they thought this goes

22:57into the bombing campaigns that they could get england to relent entirely based on the

23:02bombing campaign that that britain would just wave the white flag basically and they would

23:06never have to come across the english channel and invade um but it doesn't surprise

23:11me that england after going through that was like we're not worried about civilians because

23:15they got a lot of their civilians killed well look at the analogy here to

23:19israel after all the years of iran backing and training hamas backing and training hezbollah

23:26directing attacks on jews all over the world i i it would make perfect sense

23:32to me that israel is more willing to tolerate more damage in now they have

23:38been very precise in their strikes i'm not saying they're going out of their way

23:40to hit civilian targets i am saying infrastructure targets they may be a little more

23:45accepting of uh and that's certainly what donald trump is i'm just repeating essentially i

23:49mean iran is not targeting directly attacks on anybody they're just kind of haphazardly flying

23:54firing in whatever direction they can so if i'm israel frankly if i'm qatar the

23:59uae any of these countries my concern about civilian casualties is lower after seeing what

24:04iran's been willing to do with us now buck i wanted to play this scott

24:08besant also in the oval office i believe this is where that that came from

24:12team correct me if i'm wrong if this was a interview happening at the same

24:16time in a different spot but i think scott besant also in the oval office

24:20he said kind of echoed the initial statement that trump made which is we're seeing

24:26mass defections and at some point he thinks the regime is going to collapse inside

24:33of iran uh this is a little bit of a different uh take more aggressive

24:38more akin to what trump said immediately after the first strike that took out the

24:42ayatollah cut 35 we are seeing the defections at at all levels as they're starting

24:48to sense what's going on with the regime did that just cut we are seeing

24:56the defections at at all levels as they're started starting to sense what's going on

25:01with the regime it doesn't get reported here in the u .s very well but

25:05you know we we are trouncing them from the air and the regime will probably

25:09collapse within itself at treasury we've seen where they've wired their money out of the

25:13country we're coming for that we're going to get it back to the iranian people

25:16there's a lot of military defections also you have a lot of military defections in

25:25iran i don't hey i don't blame them uh so that is a little bit

25:30different perspective that's more akin to what was initially said buck which is that there

25:35is some sign potentially or maybe they're trying to create it uh by talking about

25:40it that some of these entrenched interests in iranian government are actually buckling this would

25:48be if they pull off what trump and bessen are talking about here which is

25:53which is regime change without invasion just regime we're effectively we are we are acting

26:00like the air force the preemptive air force of an iranian resistance movement that's really

26:07how this lines up if they pull this off and that's how this actually goes

26:12down this will be the most incredible foreign policy military maneuver since d -day honestly

26:20i mean this this is a a incredible generation defining success so the fact that

26:27they're still talking about this and hopeful that can happen just gives you a sense

26:33of possibility um but real tough stuff they're trying to pull here's what i would

26:39also say buck it is they're going for the home run they're just going for

26:42the home run here i think it's also just a sign of the tech right

26:46yesterday we told you about the guy who thought he was safe one of their

26:49top iranian generals living in a tent in a in a you know like literally

26:53not able theoretically he went totally offline and they sent in a drone and wiped

26:58him out the tech is better now than it ever has been before by the

27:02way i actually think the drone tech is going to get scary nobody everybody talks

27:07about nuclear weapons think about when individuals get access to bombing with drones and the

27:13dangers that that can create inside water driven by northern the of every country what

27:17one thing that i just militarily i think is interesting the fact that they've gone

27:23so hard so fast at iran something in the background that i'm sure has affected

27:28these calculations and the reason why secretary of war and and the trump administration and

27:34the president himself as commander -in -chief have been let's go go go and just

27:38a tremendous amount of ordinance has been dropped on on iran clay we already know

27:45i mean there's open reporting about it now but it was obviously going to happen

27:48the russians are giving real -time intelligence to the iranians now they're sending them their

27:54most advanced their best or you know some of their more advanced i should say

27:58drone technology and russians have gotten really good at this because of the ukraine war

28:02they're sending them stuff they're sending them gear they're giving them intel they want to

28:06try to mess us up in iran because of course they're from the russian perspective

28:11understandably very bitter putin's very bitter about our backing of the ukrainian resistance so what

28:18i'm saying is taking out as much of their military infrastructure as possible as quickly

28:22as possible really makes a difference because the russians were going to try to create

28:27a quagmire even just for our air force there give them better surface -to -air

28:30missiles give them better target give them whatever they can yeah and by the way

28:35we're doing all of that to russia and ukraine as you were like so for

28:39everybody out there we can't even how dare we're gonna do send a strongly worded

28:42letter you know we're trying to kill as many russians as we can by assisting

28:46ukraine too um uh let's see uh i want to tell you guys all about

28:51chalk if you need more energy you need more vitality if you need more vigor

28:56in your life if you're sitting around you're like boy march madness gonna be up

29:00a little bit late clay i got late games on thursday late games on friday

29:04maybe you're chasing the kids and the grandkids around uh if you need a little

31:46with rogue robots in the home i'm just saying this was a long this movie

31:51is like we're going back 40 years my friends it's a long time ago elon's

31:57working on robots right now that are going to be able to do your laundry

32:06uh kind of interesting to see how this plays out i just thought everybody should

32:10know that that is a real thing the other thing i saw clay on this

32:13because i looked this up on rotten tomatoes one battle after another has a 94

32:19positive score on rotten tomatoes rigged rigged i don't know if it's the mail -in

32:25ballot i don't know if they've got illegals voting there's no way that one battle

32:29after i have not seen this movie now i have not seen it but i

32:33trust producer ally and she says it is worse than sinners he just texted us

32:45because I was downstairs setting the multi -view for my kids to be able to

32:49watch the NCAA tournament. It's spring break week, and so I was putting it on.

32:55I didn't take them out of school, although there are probably some of you who

32:57got to skip school back in the day on this.

32:59And I saw that you can buy it, and I was actually thinking, oh, should

33:03I buy it this weekend since it won the Oscar?

33:06You haven't seen it. Producer Allie says it's crap, but to your point, it obviously

33:11has got a decent score, but I do feel like a lot of Rotten Tomatoes

33:15is rigged now because it became such a talking point.

33:17Sinners is 97%, which is just appalling.

33:20I mean, this is like, oh, yeah, the latest election in Turkmenistan really went the

33:27way of the ruling party.

33:28Like, it's rigged, right? That's why they get 98 % of the vote.

33:31Sinners is 97 % of the vote.

33:33Rigged, total war machine, 71%.

33:36War machine, I'm going to tell you this, maybe worse than Sinners.

33:40This is a movie with the guy who plays Jack Reacher on the TV show.

33:44I don't remember his name, but he's all, like, you know, jacked up.

33:50What? Yeah, Blue Mountain State.

33:54He was one of the fad on Blue Mountain State.

34:09and actually grew up where I am right now on the panhandle of Florida.

34:15But yeah, I did Blue Mountain State, which has become a cult classic on streaming

34:22I'm going to ruin this movie for you, by the way, if you haven't seen

34:24it. And I know you're like, fuck, this isn't a movie review show.

34:43This is like a Predator ripoff, except it's Army Rangers.

34:47I saw this. We were picking a movie to watch, and I was like, there's

34:51no way this movie's any good.

34:52It's on Netflix, right? Like, Laura and I were picking a movie, and I was

34:55like, I won't watch that one.

34:56This is the dumbest movie.

34:57It's the dumbest movie maybe I've ever seen.

34:59Sinners is a better movie.

35:00See, I'm fair. This isn't about politics for me.

35:03Sinners is a better, more entertaining movie, even though it's crap, than War Machine.

35:08War Machine, just think about this premise for a second.

35:10There are a bunch of Army Rangers who are training non -live fire, okay?

35:15They've got, like, the laser gun, like laser tag guns, basically, all right?

35:19Whatever they call that, like simunition or laser tag.

35:23And out of nowhere, with no explanation, a big robot machine appears and starts just

35:29shooting them. And then they have to, like, run away from it while they're all

35:32getting blown up by the big robot machine.

35:35And then eventually, he gets himself into, like, an earth excavator, and he defeats the

35:42robot machine. It's the dumbest movie I've ever seen.

35:44Like, the people who wrote this movie should be ashamed.

35:47The fact that this movie even got made is appalling.

35:50I could write a better movie in one day.

35:53One day. Give me one day, Netflix.

35:55I vetoed that movie for Laura because I was like, it's like a robot predator,

36:00but way worse. So, you have confirmed that that's true.

36:03I'll give you a movie.

36:04I don't know how many people have heard about this.

36:06The one that we picked, and I only watch movies when it's not football season.

36:10I actually have time. We watched A House of Dynamite.

36:19It came out last year, and it is about what would happen if a nuclear

36:25weapon was launched towards the U .S., and it just takes you.

36:30It's not particularly political that I noticed.

36:32It just takes you into, like, the special ops, into everything that would occur to

36:39the best of their ability if there were a nuclear weapon launched.

36:43We don't know where it's come from.

36:44It's just been launched from a submarine, basically, is the idea, but we're not sure

36:49exactly how it got launched, who was responsible for it.

36:52What do you do? What happens if that moment actually occurred?

36:56It's a nuclear weapon headed towards the United States, one missile, and it just is

37:01an examination of the behind the scenes.

37:04You're in the White House.

37:04You're in the Situation Room.

37:06You're seeing it from the Defense Department perspective, from the young.

37:11Anyway, it's good. I thought it was pretty good.

37:13It sounds way better. I mean, this already, I'm sold.

37:15This sounds way better. I have no idea how accurate it is, but it felt

37:19accurate to me that this is something what it might somewhat look like.

37:24And also, if any of you are asking, the Tom Selleck movie, Runaway, is apparently

37:26terrible, so just don't put that on your list.

38:37the worst part about war machine though is think about this in the movie predator

38:40you have this elite special operations team they've got all this like state -of -the

38:45-art weaponry even got a even got a mini gun um and and they got

38:49all this cool stuff and they're in the jungle it's a warfare in the movie

38:52in this movie war machine they're in a training exercise they don't even have any

38:56rifles and they're just running away from this machine that's going bam and like blowing

39:00them up and this is the worst movie i've ever seen they're like throwing rocks

39:04at the robot yeah somebody said it's predator with a robot they were like here's

39:08a hundred million dollars and it's not a good not a good movie what's so

39:12funny is i could say to someone hey i'm gonna write a movie for netflix

39:15and netflix like executives would laugh i could write a better movie than this movie

39:19i i'm not kidding certainly in a weekend probably in 24 hours it was that

39:23bad i mean the whole thing the screenplay the whole thing all right now trump

39:31donald trump meeting with the president of japan a prime minister of japan sorry prime

39:36minister japan and he was asked by a reporter why didn't you tell japan ahead

39:40of the iran strikes what was coming here's what he said one thing you don't

39:45want to signal too much you know when we go in we went in very

39:48hard and we didn't tell anybody about it because we wanted surprise who knows better

39:54about surprise than japan okay why didn't you tell me about pearl harbor okay right

40:02he's asking me uh do you believe in surprise i think much more so than

40:08us and uh we had a surprise and we did he's really funny he's asked

40:15why don't you tell the allies about the huge air campaign you launched today and

40:19he's like what about pearl harbor it is very funny that the japanese person in

40:24the oval office would ask the president of the united states why they kept the

40:28iranian attack secret and didn't tell the allies and i think some of you would

40:33have thought of that but trump on his feet immediately thinks why did you guys

40:37tell us about pearl harbor and this uh response is going mega viral i i

40:43again i've been reading so much about world war ii been trying to learn more

40:46and more about it the negativity of our uh war with iraq our whatever you

40:53want to call it intervention our uh altercation our engagement whatever word you want to

40:59apply to this uh this uh current situation i do wonder how would things that

41:07most of us look back on now in time and say you know what world

41:11war ii boy we were really the good guys how would today's american media cover

41:17world war ii are they of the belief my argument is they are not that

41:23america could be a good guy are our left -wing media today are they able

41:30to even comprehend or willing to consider that the united states might be a good

41:37guy but and buck i give credit do you see the cover it's very powerful

41:40uh that i saw it this morning of the australian newspaper the australian is uh

41:47a great newspaper that i read because i buy all the print media when i

41:51was in australia a couple of years ago they put the faces of tons of

41:56the victims of iran's government over 30 000 of them who were murdered for protesting

42:03and a lot of people are asking the question why is an australian media outlet

42:09covering these 30 000 deaths in a way that the u .s isn't and stephen

42:13chung who works inside of the white house for president trump just shared this story

42:18uh they just executed a 19 year old champion wrestler publicly hung him for protesting

42:27the government that exists right now in iran so they are continuing with public executions

42:35and a lot of people out there who otherwise are always saying oh look at

42:41how awful israel is look at what's going on in uh in uh all of

42:45these places right now um and they just executed a 19 year old killed him

42:51in a public hanging um you know good and evil still exists and iran is

42:58evil and the government of iran not the people of iran uh and i think

43:05much of a media has lost the ability to call good and evil because they

43:11bought into this idea that the united states is evil too and if you're we're

43:16evil then there is no good and i do think this is where moral authority

43:22matters and eliminating moral relativity matters i mean think about the way that two deaths

43:30in minneapolis were covered in this country whatever you think about them the alex pruitt

43:34and renee good those two people being killed those two people being killed were covered

43:39as an unacceptable result of Trump's draconian policy.

43:46Now, most of you disagree with that.

43:47You've seen the footage, all those things.

43:49But just think about the way the media covered it.

43:51Meanwhile, we're trying to help the people of Iran after they just killed 30 ,000

43:56of their innocent citizens intentionally just for marching in the streets to say, hey, we

44:01should have basic human rights.

44:04I do think it's hard to reconcile that.

44:07And I think it's a profound failure of the American media.

44:11And it makes me wonder, to what extent can we even comprehend the way that

44:17something like World War II, which I think most people would say, hey, we were

44:20the good guys, how would today's American media cover World War II?

44:24And how are they failing when they're covering the Iran situation?

45:55Buck, I'm with you on questioning the Iran endgame after spending hundreds of millions of

46:00dollars bombing Iran. But it's a lot.

46:03I mean, it's I think she meant hundreds of billions.

46:05It's going to be a lot more than hundreds of millions.

46:07Is it too much to ask the government to pay TSA agents?

46:11This is their livelihood and they're needed for security.

46:15Yeah, this TSA thing, which we're about to get into also with with Cash Patel

46:21here, Clay. You know what?

46:22Let's here's Cash Patel. FBI Director Patel just weighed in on this with the DHS

46:27partial funding shutdown issue. This is 37.

46:31He just said this. Play it.

46:32After four years of an open border during the Biden administration, where we know countless

46:37individuals with terror ties, many to these groups across our southern border, and at a

46:43time when we are actively engaged with the largest state sponsor of radical jihadi terror,

46:50can you confirm that the threat to the American people in this setting is much

46:54higher due to the Democrats' current defunding of the Department of Homeland Security?

46:58As I highlighted earlier, Congressman, the FBI works hand in glove with the Department of

47:04Homeland Security in our 59 established Homeland Security task forces around the country, and those

47:09officers are now going one month without pay, but they're still showing up to work.

47:12But, yes, funding would absolutely help us protect the homeland.

47:16A month without pay? What is going on here, Congress?

47:20This is ridiculous. The average TSA agent makes about $40 ,000 a year.

47:25Some of them make more.

47:27They are working as a result, as almost anybody who makes $40 ,000 a year

47:33is. They are working paycheck to paycheck, trying to save, trying to take care like

47:37everybody else out there. To me, this is a great example of a choice that

47:42has been made that is indefensible.

47:44Now, on top of that, I think it's not the correct thing to do for

47:50the people who are doing those jobs.

47:52They deserve to be paid, as all of us do, for the work that they

47:55do at the time that they do it.

47:57Second, it is actually making us far more dangerous because a lot of people are

48:03having to go find other jobs or they're calling in sick or they're quitting because

48:08they're fed up with the fact that they're not getting paid for their work, as

48:12many of you would be as well.

48:15And on top of that, if you're going through TSA right now, every morning I

48:22wake up, Buck, and I go through and I'm doing prep for the show, and

48:26there is a different airport going viral because the lines have extended outside of the

48:31airport into parking garages, outdoors.

48:35This is lunacy. And I think it honestly should be a bigger story.

48:41I think it would be a bigger story if Iran wasn't going on.

48:44I think all the newscasts would be setting up at the airport and they would

48:48be interviewing angry people. Buck, I don't know about you, I don't care what your

48:53politics are, if I have to stand in line for hours to go through airport

48:58security, I want everybody involved fired.

49:03I'm just going to be honest with you, Democrat, Republican, Independent.

49:06I think most people, if you are standing in line now, look, Democrats are the

49:10ones that have refused to open.

49:12And I think that's important to say.

49:14And they are asking for things that have nothing to do whatsoever with the TSA.

49:20And they are breaking previously agreed upon spending protocols.

49:25All of that is true.

49:26But I'm telling you, you want something where people are just steaming mad no matter

49:31what. You make somebody stand in line for hours at the TSA, they're going to

49:36be furious. They're going to be mean to the TSA agents.

49:39They're going to be angry and embittered when they get on airplanes.

49:43If they're fortunate enough to make their flights, they're going to be less kind than

49:47they normally would be to flight attendants, to different airline employees that are working inside

49:54of the airports. This is why every airline CEO in America published an open letter

50:00saying, get this funded and pay everybody.

50:03And, Buck, the ridiculous thing about this is eventually they're going to get paid.

50:08It's illegal to employ people and not compensate them for their work.

50:14So the principle or the perspective that's even being advocated for is nonsensical because we

50:22know how this ends. It ends with them eventually getting paid.

50:26But in the meantime, people are not able to take care of their families.

50:29And I just think this is wrong.

50:30And I don't think this should be allowed, period.

50:33You shouldn't be allowed to make people continue to work without paying them for working,

50:39period. Because guess what? Your credit card bills still come due.

50:42Your car payments still come due.

50:44Your rent still comes due.

50:46And most people don't have the ability to go candidly for two months without making

50:52money. They just don't. And so I think that everything about this is wrong.

50:56And I think it makes us less safe.

50:58And I think it also makes everybody angrier because I understand you shouldn't have to

51:03stand in line for two hours to go to the airport.

51:05So just so we're all very clear on this, the reason why DHS people are

51:12not getting paid and the reason why TSA lines are incredibly long and a whole

51:18bunch of different airports burning tens of thousands of people's time unnecessarily.

51:24Yes, is because Democrats like a bunch of babies throwing a tantrum think that this

51:32is forcing accountability for what happened in Minneapolis.

51:37Minneapolis, where a couple of lunatics forced a confrontation with ICE officers and got shot.

51:47Yes, that's 100 % true.

51:49People are waiting in line.

51:51If you have had to wait in line or if you are a DHS officer,

51:55a TSA officer who has not gotten paid, it is because Chuck Schumer and company

52:00think that the lunatics that we saw on camera running up to people in ICE,

52:06like, oh, you can't, the child predator illegal alien you're trying to arrest is as

52:11American as apple pie. Those lunatics got shot.

52:15It was mishandled from the messaging perspective.

52:18That's why I know him no longer has a job at DHS, which was the

52:21right move, by the way.

52:25And that's what this is all about?

52:27Yes. One has nothing to do with the other.

52:31Yes. They're just inflicting pain on people to show the Democrat base of maniacs who

52:38don't want anyone. And be clear, they don't want anyone deported because they don't want

52:42the worst of the worst illegals that are prioritized by these ICE task forces in

52:48different cities because they're multiple -time felons, because they've come into the country illegally after

52:53being deported multiple times, all this stuff.

52:55They don't even want them gone.

52:57We are light years away from, like, kindly abuela, you know, who's been here for

53:0430 years, getting sent back to Nicaragua or something.

53:08That is not what's going on.

53:10What's going on is they're going after the high -level public safety threats, and Democrats

53:14aren't even okay with that.

53:15And Democrats will stymie it.

53:17They will stop it. They won't allow them to go into courthouses.

53:19They won't allow detainer requests.

53:21They won't allow any of this.

53:23And they think they're the good guys.

53:25This is just a messaging battle for them.

53:27They want to just say, this is about accountability for ICE, and we have to

53:30know. They have to show their faces, and they have to.

53:33They don't want immigration enforcement.

53:35It's crazy. They already agreed to this.

53:37It basically is beyond absurd.

53:40And I don't know when it's going to end.

53:42A part of me thinks that Democrats are hoping there's something awful that happens because

53:47you know what will happen, right?

53:48They're not paying TSA. If somebody gets through a TSA screening with something that they

53:54can do harm to others with, gun, bomb, whatever it is, Democrats will line up

53:59and say, this is all President Trump's fault.

54:02You know it. I know it.

54:04They're basically rooting for something awful to happen so that they can blame Trump.

54:11Here is Chuck Schumer. I mentioned him.

54:14Chuck Schumer. Cut 17. Play this one.

54:17They are trying to dupe us, folks.

54:20They are trying to dupe America.

54:21They say, oh, this is just a voter ID law.

54:24Bullshit. It is not a voter ID law.

54:28It is a law that will kick millions of Americans off the vote.

54:34voting rolls. We know what happened.

54:36Their bill, they had to add this in, demands that every state turn over the

54:40voting rolls to the Department of Homeland Security.

54:44And we've had enough of them on other issues, on other issues.

54:48And once they get that, there is a algorithm put in by Trump, by Musk

54:53and Doge that would kick tens of millions of people off the rolls.

54:59I mean, that's all about the Save Act, obviously, the Save America Act.

55:04But the point is, like, this is what Democrats just sabotage the country and think

55:08they're the good guys. This is all they're doing it with DHS and ICE.

55:11They're doing it with the Save America Act.

55:14This is where it is, man.

55:15They and Clay, unfortunately, you know, they're they're pretty effective at lying.

55:22I mean, they're pretty good at convincing people who don't pay close attention that somehow

55:26they're the good guys in all this.

55:27This is like George Floyd is and we're talking about here up in Minneapolis with

55:30the I don't forget about the facts.

55:33Oh, two people were shot by ice and it's it's terrible.

55:36And that's why we have to wait in line at TSA.

55:38Like, what are you even talking about?

55:40It makes no sense. People that were shot by ice were acting like maniacs.

55:43They were there. They were obstructing law enforcement.

55:45Why should TSA agents paychecks be held hostage?

55:49Because Democrats are angry about ice.

55:51I mean, but this is what I mean.

55:52It's it's it's George Floyd is in that.

55:54Oh, George Floyd was killed by one cop.

55:56So now your store in like Baltimore should be burned to the ground.

56:00Yeah, that's just an excuse for people to act like idiots.

56:03But these guys are just again, the average TSA agent makes 40k.

56:08Think about how many of you out there listening right now could go six or

56:13eight weeks without a paycheck.

56:15Even if you ultimately get that paycheck down the line, you're working full time.

56:19How many of you could pay all your bills if you didn't get two months

56:23of pay your average TSA agent can't sell like they're making four hundred thousand dollars

56:28a year? It's not like they have the ability to create huge savings on forty

56:32thousand dollars a year on average.

56:34I just think this is frankly reprehensible and awful.

56:37And the results again, I just jotted it down.

56:40No pay is wrong, making us more dangerous in the country at a time when

56:45there are people trying to attack us.

56:47New York City, Austin, Denver, a Detroit area and an old dominion and the politics

56:56on it to Buck's point are ludicrous.

56:59So it doesn't even add none of it adds up.

57:02And the end result is awful across the board for everybody.

57:06This again, I think it's not a bigger story because Iran is soaking up all

57:10of the news right now.

57:12But every morning locally, this is a big story.

57:15If you're trying to go to the airport and they're telling you to get there

57:17three hours before your flight and you're standing there for hours in your line, it's

57:22a big deal. People are angry.

57:24Let me tell you, when we were doing counterinsurgency analysis in the worst days of

57:29the Iraq war, one thing that we would talk about as we were doing these

57:33assessments and going into the White House, talk to Bush, talk to Cheney, the national

57:38security team, et cetera, was the problem of dealing with an insurgency is they benefit

57:44from misery. All they have to do is create misery.

57:48And at some level, they're winning, right?

57:55to be in charge are hurt by their inability to protect everyone else.

58:00This is kind of the Democrat approach to when the Republicans have an administration.

58:04All they want to do is just create misery and dissension.

58:07They don't have better ideas.

58:09They don't have ways. They don't they don't want to fix anything.

58:12They are like insurgents. They just want to spread misery because they benefit from misery.

58:17And that is what Schumer and all of his Democrat pals are trying to do.

58:20That's obviously what this TSA thing is.

58:22Make people ticked off. Make people feel bad.

58:25Tell them that bad things are happening.

58:27And then they can be Democrats can be in power.

58:29That's the whole game. And it's really hard to deal with because misery is easy

58:33to make. Misery is unfortunately the name of the game in many different parts of

58:41the Middle East right now, including in Israel, where Jerusalem's old city, thankfully, has so

58:49far managed to avoid significant significant damage.

58:53But the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, where the crucifixion happened, where Jesus was buried,

58:59it is very close to having been hit multiple times.

59:02Not an hour goes by in Israel without a siren going off, notifying residents to

59:07seek protection from incoming missiles or drone attacks.

59:10No one in Israel, regardless of what their background is, is immune from danger.

59:15And the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been working in Israel for years.

59:19And this month is an incredible challenge because they're trying to get as much food,

59:23emergency equipment, care for kids, and help for the elderly as they can.

59:27They're also building bomb shelters.

59:30They're trying to allow hospitals to stay in business.

59:32They're trying to protect first responders.
